Transcripts

1. Intro: Make it the key is a forensic gonna notice. Go on and do what you do. You judge, by stress to go. Hello and welcome to new Skillshare class today I wanted to show you how you can easily prepare a vegan lasagna without Simon's meat substitutes. If you have any questions or comments, feel free to share your thoughts in the discussion tip. And if you have read, cook the dish, I will be very happy if you upload a photo of your result. As always, you can download the recipe, but let's not talk anymore. Let's start cooking. 2. Ingredients: For the Reagan lasagna, you need lasagna past the sheets. The amount depends on the size of your casserole dish. I choose three carrots and three small zucchini. Of course, you can use the vegetables of your choice. You need four tablespoons flower to me a second foot. Still the same man. It was 300 gram CIF tomatoes. I made a promise to oat milk or another plant-based milk as required, I will calculate with about a half liter, half a glass of red wine, 200 grand read lanthanides, way to drive. Two teaspoons sought, one teaspoon sugar, one teaspoon of dried basil, one teaspoon, oregano, two teaspoons, pepper powder and a half. Teaspoon, freshly ground pepper, three tablespoons, tomato paste, one-quarter onion, two cloves of garlic, small handful of fresh basil. Any grants, margarines. The part you will need some olive oil, a tooth, and if you want, you can use vegan cheese to grant innate the lasagna at the end. 3. Chopping: First we washed and cut vegetables, since it's organic adult peer the carrots and zucchini. This way, more vitamins are retained when cutting. Make sure that the slices are not too thick so that we don't have any hot pieces and lasagna later. Do all that. Is the same thing. It live next to chuck the onion and garlic. In this circuit. If your sound on everything and nothing. 4. Meat free Bolognese: I soak the wetlands overnight. This method makes legumes easier on the stomach and doesn't take as long to cook. As you can see, the lentils has soaked with water. It is always important to check when specifying quantities, whether the ingredients should be weighted out dry, such as rice or pasta. This is even more important when you're counting calories. We heat the pot and add some olive oil next at the onion and garlic to the pot. Be careful not to stroke the wooden board with a sharp blade of the night because we don't want any splinters of wood or pieces of plastic and our food. Apollo, those you'll be back in my Wendy's. I add the lentils with the remaining liquid. Let's stretch, but does not matter how, no matter. Next come the CIF tomatoes, tomato paste, and the ******. You can of course add some more seasoning if you'd like, just tastes the sauce. The carrots are also cooked. Since these and the lentils continue to absorb liquid, you can add a little water from time to time. All this is cooked for about 30 minutes. No matter how matter. Darling. No matter how matter. Next you add the red one, the sauce consumer for another ten minutes. After that, you can add the fresh basil leaves in small town pieces. The sauce can cook for another ten minutes. Start occasionally throughout the cooking process, so nothing settles to the bottom of the pot and burns. 5. Béchamel Sauce: Next we make margarines mounted in a pop. Then you add the flour and steer the mess. Next you add the milk, continue to heat the sauce for steering constantly. You can see the sauce with salt and pepper as the lasagna sheets and not previously cooked and salted water. Unlike other pastor. Otherwise they will add some flavor. If you feel the sauces a bit too thick or too thin, you can add either flour or milk. But keep in mind that the source will thicken a little after a few minutes. You can now preheat the oven to 220 degrees. 6. Layers: Next we put the first layer of pasta sheets and our form. You can also Grease your forearm with oil beforehand. If you wanted to make sure that nothing sticks to the bottom layer of our lentil carrots, tomato sauce comes on the pastor. Next, we covered the casserole with our zucchinis license. Make sure you don't put two on top of each other, otherwise, they might not be cooked later. We didn't add the tequila to the source because they cook faster than carrots. And while the lasagna shouldn't have hard chunks of vegetables, it shouldn't be soggy either. This way you get a delicious, juicy and all the Intel Lasagna. The next layer is the best tomatoes, spread it evenly over the zucchini. Then the whole thing starts all over again and you start to layer the next layer of pasta, and so on until all your ingredients are used up. I want to see a familiar face and the friend dab a little bit of. You can use yourself and you pay the graph tone. Keep in mind that the noodles will still rise a little. So your casserole dish should have enough space on the top, otherwise the lasagna will overflow. The last layer is the vegan melted cheese. Of course, this is not a master, but I think cheese simply belongs on lasagna. Things you won't feel you are. Changed them morning glossy eyes. The lasagna goes in the oven for about 40 minutes. It's been said that the casserole cool down before you try it. A fresh salad and a glass of red wine. Go away with this. Like all dishes on this channel, this Lasagna is completely free from animal products. If you'd like the classes, I will be very happy about a short review.
