1. Personal Brand Introductory Video: This right here is an image
of Mr. Be Ast back in February of 2012 when he uploaded his first
video 12 years later, his channel is valuated at $1 billion and his companies
have a valuation of $500,000,000 Now I always
knew that personal branding is important and it's actually a very cool way to
approach online business. But I never believed that
it's worth pursuing. And creating a personal brand don't have a huge following. Now on a random Tuesday,
about two years ago, I just decided to
give it a go and try to create my
own personal brand. And to my surprise, I sold my first offer with 35
subscribers and 1,000 toll views. This was the exact point
in which I got hooked. I started reading
every single book on personal branding and
online entrepreneurship. And I quickly realized that
there are many strategies out there and approaches
that anyone can follow. Literally anyone can
follow to create, launch, and scale his
personal brand with zero followers and
$0 spent on ads. So after reading
all of these books and educating myself deeply into personal
branding and how to leverage the power
of social media to personal brand, I decided
to take action and create this completely
bulletproof system that anybody can apply. That again, enables
anyone to create, launch, and scale his
own personal brand. And ladies and
gentlemen, this is exactly what I'm revealing
in this course right here. So my name is Lamberts and I've been creating content online for more than six years after being in the field for
all of these years. I can promise you that you don't need thousands
or millions of subscribers to have a successful
online personal brand. All you need is a system
that automatically turns strangers into recurring
buyers of your products. In this course,
I'm revealing for the first time online the system that I have
put into place that easily recreate and tailored to your niche to fit your own case. This course is the
ultimate destination and the only piece of content that you will ever need
to consume to gain, again, a complete understanding
on how to create, launch, and scale
a personal brand. We're going to be
starting this course by analyzing the modern
currency of attention and how attention is
the most valuable asset that you can obtain
in our modern days. Then I'm going to reveal to you this system that
I've put into place. I will then help you identify
the core niches that exist. And we will be together
choosing a nice for you, following a simple series of questions that
anyone can answer. Then we will be analyzing
in more detail, what is and how you can
actually structure a funnel in the niche
that you have chosen. That, again, automatically turns strangers into recurring buyers. And then I will guide
you into how to create your offers
to the market. We will go through the
different types of offers, the different types of products, where to host those offers, how to connect those offers
and those products together, and how to link them in this system so they can
be selling automatically. After revealing to
you in a step by step process on how to
create this system, the only thing that is left, the only parameter
left to tweak, is to populate the
system with views. And this is exactly
what we're going to be covering in the second
part of the scores. In the second part
of the scores, I will be giving the
microphone into buzz and AI, video editing mastermind, who will reveal all the
secrets and mechanisms behind those algorithms that we need to leverage in order to
populate our systems. We will dive deeper into
branding and naming your brand, how to edit videos
completely for free, even if you have no experience whatsoever using
artificial intelligence. How to create thumbnails and script viral videos,
again using AI. And finally, how to make the
most out of organic traffic. How to organically without
paying a single dollar on ads, populate this system
that we will create. So again, thank you very much for being here and we're going to see you inside the
transformative course.
2. The Class Project: So ladies and gentlemen, I
would like to welcome you inside of this extremely
useful master class. I really, really think
that you're going to find huge amounts of value in
the next lessons to come. And this is just a small lesson in which I'm going
to be describing the class project that you're
called to complete, right? By the end of this class, right? By the end of the course. Now this course is around
structuring online persona, right, and online business. Creating funnels,
creating systems, driving traffic
inside those systems. And then analyzing
everything there is regarding video editing, strategic approach into
creating free content and providing value on Youtube and other social
media marketplaces to turn strangers into
recurring customers. I know that there is a lot
of information and trust me, we're going to be covering all of those key aspects that I analyzed in this just sort
of introductory lesson further down the line. Now the class
project that you're called to complete and submit in the class project
description down below is to create on a nap or perhaps on
a normal sketch pad, right? Your first funnel, right? So create and describe your funnel in a piece of
paper or this could be a Word document in which you
can convert afterwards in PDF and upload in the class
project description, right? So create your funnel with your free value,
your lead magnet, your mid ticket offer, and
your high ticket offer. Just a small note, I will be
personally reviewing with my team every single class
project that you submit. So every single final
that you submit, I will check out, review, and give feedback to you. So this is also a great
opportunity to directly contact me and also have
a small chat, right? So thank you very
much for being here. I really hope that
you find value inside this course and I'm going to see you in the first lesson.
3. Into to the Personal Brand Economy: So let gentlemen, thank you very much for enrolling
in this course. And I would like
to welcome you to the first lesson of the course. Now this journey that
you have just embarked, it's going to be
absolutely amazing. It's going to be packed with
information and information that in fact you're not going
to find into many other, from many other sources, either online or offline. Right? This is something
extremely new. The concepts that we're going to be analyzing and discussing about in this lessons right
here are completely new. They're not taught
in universities. They are taught in
some programs online, which are extremely
expensive to enroll in. So make sure that you
consume this information, you understand this information. But most importantly, you implement this information
in your own branding, in your own online business. So give you a small
background on how I came up with
all of this stuff. Right? I actually, I'm a
huge fan of reading books and I've read a ton of
books on exactly this. So building an online presence, structuring a business
around your persona, and monetizing your passions
and skills out of this. So all of those books
that you can see in the background are
actually books that I've read and I'm extremely passionate into this topic
right here that I'm teaching. So I know that you're going
to find big amounts of value here and I'm very
happy to have you here now. There are a lot of things that we're going to
be discussing in the next lessons and a lot of concepts that I'm going
to be introducing to you. So the most important
thing here is first of all to take
it one step at a time. So series of lessons right here is structured
in a way in which you consume information
and you have the time to implement the
information that you're going to be
receiving again. And the second most important
thing is that I never want you to think that in order to implement what we're
discussing in these lessons, you need thousands and thousands and if not millions
of followers. This couldn't be further
from the truth, right? I managed to monetize scale
and build my personal brand, my personal business,
with less than, I don't know, 300 subscribers, 300 followers I was doing
and I was implementing everything that I'm
going to be teaching in those lessons when I had a very, very, very low
amount of followers. Right? So I don't want you to think under any
occasion that you need millions and millions
of followers to do what we're going to be teaching in this
course right here. All right, so that being said, in this first lesson we're discussing about
personal branding. We're going to
start by analyzing the personal brand economy. The difference between the
personal brand economy back in the day and the modern
personal brand economy. The benefits of starting
your personal brand and why you should 100%
start a personal brand. It is a bulletproof
system, if you will. It is a bulletproof business that even if
everything goes south, and even if you do
everything wrong, there is absolutely
no risk by your side. Then obviously, we're discussing about the cons of building
a personal brand, right? Why personal brands
aren't for everyone, and why you could perhaps not be the perfect person to
start a personal brand. And finally, the most important concept that you need to
understand in this first lesson, which is what is a personal
brand system? All right? You're going to listen to me talk a lot about
systems, all right? Because everything in
life is a system, right? And inside of each system, inside of each
framework that are made gears that need
to be positioned in the correct way for
this whole system to work perfectly like
a clock, right? So we're going to start with
the personal brand economy, or the branding
economy, if you will. So what used to happen
back in the day is that businesses
used to scale, right? We know Papal, we know
Coca Cola, we know Apple. Those are just some
insanely huge businesses that used to scale
back in the day. And this is how we were
introduced to their CEO's. So for example,
we knew Elon Mask as the CEO of Papal.
So we knew Papal. And then Elon Mask
as the CEO of Papal. We knew Coca Cola, for example. And we know that Warren Buffett had a huge percentage
in Coca Cola. We knew Apple, right? And then we knew Steve Jobs
who was the founder of Apple. So if you will, this is a top to bottom
approach into branding. Again, we knew the big brands
and this is how we were introduced to the person
behind the brand, right? Do you see any flaws in
this business model? The biggest flaw that I see personally is that if you
wanted to be famous, right? And if you wanted to be
famous through your brand, you first needed to scale
a huge brand like paper, like Apple, and then you
were the big persona. Then you had this
personal brand, if you will, structured behind the big brand that
you managed to scale. So imagine in order to be
famous as an entrepreneur, to have to scale a business
like Apple, right? What is the barrier to this, um, to this concept? It's absolutely like
no one can do this, right? But check this out. Again, brands were built
and provided value. Apple, Coca Cola, Papal. Again, they provided value. This made their
founders famous, right? So in this way, founders
turned value into money. Value and money
that they gained to attention and build their
personal brands afterwards. Obviously, this applies. This doesn't only apply to those insanely huge brands
like Coca Cola and Apple. This also applied into
many different brands. But what you see there is that those people managed to
turn value and money, which they provided through
their brands, into attention. To build their personal brands. Now the interesting thing
is that in the modern day, we can do the exact
opposite thing. We can take attention and convert attention
to value and money. This is exactly what
modern day influencers, modern day entrepreneurs do. And this is exactly
what I'm going to be teaching you how to do in
this course right here. Don't get me wrong,
you do not need a millions of subscribers, like those people do
have a right to do this. It's just that if you have thousands and millions
of subscribers, it's going to be way
more profitable for you. But this doesn't mean that
you can't generate income online without having millions
and millions of followers. What's happening in the
modern day economy? You know Mr. Beast. Mr. Beast is like the most
popular Youtuber ever, right? He has like, I don't know,
100 million subscribers. You know Iman Gazi
again from Youtube. You know Alex Mozi
again from Youtube. They have attention and then they scale their
brands, right? So, Mr. Beast, you know Mr. Best, And then you get to know
festivals, which is Mr. Beast's brand. You know
him Gazi, like him? Gazi. You trust him? Gazi. So, then you get to consume his product which is his
educate on education company. So, you know Alex or Mozy. Alexo, Mozi has provided
a lot of value to you. So you see the
value and you know the persona of Alex or Mozi. So then you want to check out acquisition.com
which is his brand. Do you see the biggest
difference between the modern day economy and
back in the day economy? First, these guys scale their brands and then
they used again, the influence and the value
that they provided from their brands to scale
their personal. Again, brands which is extremely time consuming
and very difficult to do, but what these people did in the modern day
economy is that first they created and they provided
value for free online. And then they scaled
their brands. How easier it is right
to become famous online. Build a personal brand and
then scale your brand. And obviously festival from Mr. Beast is extremely profitable. Iman Gaze is extremely
profitable with Educate acquisition.com by
Alex or Mozi is also extremely,
extremely profitable. So again, in the
modern day economy, modern day entrepreneurs
build personal brands and provide free value in the
form of content, right? So they first build
their personal brand by providing free value in the niche that they're
positioned to. For example, Mr. Best provides
free entertainment value. All right, man. Gaze
provides educational value. Alex or Mozy provides free
educational value in the form, in the niche of Right, personal development
and business. Right after that, after providing free value in the
form of content online, people get to know
like and trust them. So this is how they managed
to gain the attention, but not only the attention, but the attention
of loyal followers. And this way they
get to create lunch, and scale their brands to millions and millions
of dollars per year. So this is a bottom up.
If you will approach. First, you build your personal brand and
then you manage to scale your actual brand and your actual business through
the attention that you have. This is how you're able to
convert attention money. Okay? So again, this way they were able
to create, launch, and scale their brands to millions and millions
of dollars per year. Check this out with
$0 spent in ads, in contrast to these old brands, we've spent millions
and millions of dollars on ads per year. So do you see why this
business model, right, the model of scaling
your personal brand and then moving to a
professional brand, then funneling people that no, I can trust you to your actual
value proposition is way easier and way more bulletproof than what they used to
do back in the day. So this is what happens in
the modern day economy. Now, what are the benefits
of a personal brand? Because we've had the
small introduction, and I think you understand a general concept around
the personal brand. But let's analyze actually what are the benefits
of personal brand. So first of all,
it is completely free to start in scale, right? And this might sound like a very small bullet point
I have in this slide, But just to remind
you, back in the day, nor to start a business, you need to set your house many times
as collateral, right? So you need to get
loans from banks. You need to start
paying for staff, You need to start
paying for rent. You need to start paying for all of that weird stuff
that I'm not even aware of. Because I don't have like
a traditional business, but nowadays this is completely
free to start in scale. And this is an insane asset
for any business owner. Like if you told
someone back in the day that it's completely free to
start and scale a business. You don't need to have
inventory and you can reach millions and millions of
people completely for free. They wouldn't
believe you, right? So this is a huge point. Then. You could have a
loyal audience that knows, likes and trusts you. And this also might not seem
and feel like a huge point, but actually having
a big audience of people that actually know get consistent
value out of you. This is extremely,
extremely valuable and something that traditional
businesses don't have. Does Coca Cola really
have a loyal audience? That knows and is emotionally invested with. I don't think so. In addition to that,
in a personal brand, you get to serve whoever
you choose to serve, right? So you get to associate yourself with people that
you can provide value. And most of the times, as we're going to see in
the lessons that will come, the people that you're able to serve are the younger
versions of yourself. Which means that you actually are very passionate to
help those people out, those people out and
your everyday life. Right? The products that
you're going to be creating, the services that you're
going to be offering, are going to be
tailored pretty much to your younger self, which
is very, very cool. So you're not going
to hate and have a miserable life while scaling
a personal brand, right? In addition to that, we
have no needs for offices, no needs to hire people, no useless expense that those brands used to have
back in the day Here, you can literally create and
scale your personal brand and have an online presence just from your small room, right? Just like I have done in
this room right here. And finally, this
is a business model with literally no risk. Again, it is different to say
that it is free to start. And a completely different point when we state that there is no risk in this business model. What is the worst case scenario of building a personal brand? No one visits your
Youtube channel. No one visits your
Instagram profile. No one buys the
offers that you have. Great. You spent some time and
some energy creating this. And then they'll
work out. It's fine. We can tweak things, we can correct your system and you're going to
be back on track. But what is the best
case scenario of a personal brand, right? This is the best case
scenario of personal brand, literally millions, if not billions of dollars because Mr. Bit is a billionaire. Now he's the first Tu
billionaire, right? With $0 spent on ads. So now we discussed about the benefits of a
personal brand. What are the cons,
right? So obviously, we have some downsides
of a personal brand. So obviously, depending on the
level of your training and depending on the quality of the information that you
have been consuming, it will take you a
different amount of time to create this
personal brand, right? So depending on your training, again, it takes time to
create a personal brand. You are on a great
track to create a personal brand in
record time frame. Because again, I'm just going to be giving you all
of the taps and all of the tricks that I know and
I have personally learned again through trial and error
in this series of lessons. So you are on track to
create a personal brand on record breaking times just by enrolling in this
course right here. Now as I told you before,
personal branding, and again, structuring
non line business means that you need to
create a system, right? And a system might
sound a bit dumb, like what is this guy
really saying right now? Trust me, it's going
to make sense. And once you understand the fundamentals of the system going to be creating, right, and you start working on
each gear of the system, you will have a holistic
approach on how to approach, again, this online business. And it's going to be way easier for you to
generate income online. Let's just state this now. Con you will be working
around the clock and this is absolutely true. You
will have no days off. Your personal brand will
be on your phone and you will be constantly thinking
on how to scale this. What can I do to, again,
generate more income? What can I do to
generate more attention? This is just a switch that
you can't really switch off. So I mean, it's good like you are doing
something that you love, so you have no problem
working around the clock. But this is 100% something that will be happening
to you, right? In addition to that,
you will need to position yourself
correctly if you're striving for longevity in an online personal brand, right? You don't need to tie
yourself in a niche that, for example, is upcoming. But you know that in three
months it won't be hot, right? Imagine creating
a personal brand around Fidget Spinners, right? Which were extremely
hot back in 2018, but now people don't
really care about them. So you need to position yourself correctly and not follow trends, but rather than apply yourself into the trends that
are happening and provide constant value
independently of like small trends that just skyrocket over a month and then no one
cares about them, right? And finally, you need to acquire a basic understanding of a wide variety of concepts
again and systems. As, as I explained earlier, this personal brand
system we're going to be creating is comprised of
many different gears. And you need to have
a basic understanding of every single year of the system you have
created in order to be successful in this endeavor. Right? Trust me, this
was the first lesson. This was a bit overwhelming. I know everything is going
to make sense later on in this course because we're not only analyzing the system. But in each lesson again, you will be more and more
comfortable and more and more, and you're going to have a
more circular understanding of all of these concepts that we analyzed in this first lesson. So what's coming up next? All right, in the next
lesson we're going to be discussing about this system
that I've explained to you, and I've introduced you in
this lesson right here. All right, I'm going to
reveal to you my system, my secret system that I
have in my personal brand. And I'm going to show
you how to create yours. So the next lesson is
going to be an overview, all right, of all of
the gears of my system. And I'm just going to introduce you to some concepts
that we're going to be further elaborating as we
move on in this course. All right, so I'd like to
thank again for being here. Thank you for completing
the first lesson of this course and I'm going
to see you in the next one.
4. The Personal Branding System: Previous lesson, we did
a brief introduction of what is a personal brand and what is the goal of
a personal brand. Why is the ultimate
business model to start, if you will, in this
modern day and age? Now, in the previous lesson, you also heard me mention
a lot system, right? System, This system that we need to create a system and
all of the gears of the system need
to be interlinked correctly in order for
all of this project, right, this personal brand, to turn viewers, right, traffic that we gain from our social media into
reoccurring buyers. In this lesson right here, we're diving deeper
into the system. And when I say diving deeper, I mean that I'm going to
be introducing you to the terminology of the system while also revealing
my own system. The system that I use
in my personal brand. Right? We're going to be
revealing what is the goal of the system and how the
system pretty much works. So we're outlining
right, the system, the terminology that
you need to understand regarding offers,
product and traffic. And then later on
in this course, we're taking every single gear of that system and we're
analyzing it individually. So you have also a
brief knowledge, all right, A general knowledge
on how the system works. And then a more individualized
knowledge on how each and every part
of this system works. So enough with
this introduction, let's dive into the second
lesson of this course. Now, every personal
brand, as we said, needs a system that turns strangers into
fans. This is step one. Step two turns fans into
customers. Very important. Step step three turns customers into reoccurring
buyers, right? So we start with strangers and we turn strangers
into reoccurring buyers. This is the ultimate goal
of a personal brand. Let's analyze step one, right, turning strangers into fans. So how do we turn
strangers into fans? And how do we do this, right? By not risking a single
dollar of our personal funds. We do this by providing free, consistent solutions to their problems in
the form of video. All right, so we brainstorm the problems of the people
that we want to serve. And this all obviously
means that we need to have identified our target
audience and our niche, right? So we create again,
our target avatar. We brainstorm the problems that our target avatar had has, and then we solve those
problems for free. We don't charge anything
for this in form of video. And again, I'm going to
just say it one more time. That I'm going to
show you how to brainstorm a target audience. How to create a target avatar. How to choose your niche. In the next lessons
that will come, this is just a general
overview of the system, right? So what do we do?
We provide free, consistent solutions
in the form of video. Right? Where do we
plow this video? Very easily. Answer
to this question. Social media, this
could be Youtube, Tiktok, Instagram, long form, short form doesn't really matter as long as you're
providing free, consistent solutions
to their problems in the form of video. And this White's risk free. This is the first gear
of the system, right? Solving their problems
through video. The only thing that you
need to know, pretty much. Now that recording video
nowadays, it's so easy. The only thing that you
need to do is to pretty much not the solutions
to their problems, which is like
fundamentals of business. So if you can't even solve the problem of the
people that you want to serve, then why embark on this journey in the
first place, right? How, right? How do we solve, how do we provide free, consistent solutions
to the problems? By knowing exactly
who we target, right? And their problems. So the fundamentals, again, the fundamentals of a
successful business is knowing exactly who you want to target and knowing exactly
their problems. And as I mentioned in
the previous lesson, one of the easiest way
to achieve this is by actually solving
the problems that you had some years back. So solving the problems
of your younger self because you knew
exactly your pains, you knew exactly the pain points that you
have experienced, and you have underwent transformative
experience yourself. So it's easy for you to solve
the problems that you have. That being said, of course, you can solve other
people's problems as long as you're an
expert on this, right? So why do we choose video? Because it is free, it
is easy to produce, and it is highly leveraged. Because videos,
apart from the fact that nowadays they're completely easy to shoot with just a phone, right? Extremely
easy to produce. You don't need to
have an experience in videography and experience in lenses and experience
in cameras. You can just do it
automatically with your phone. Right? And once you
create those videos, they're highly leveraged
because it can be uploaded on the web, right? You can uploaded on Youtube, on Instagram, on Tiktok. And those algorithms pretty
much distribute your videos exactly to the people that will benefit from those videos. And of course,
completely for free. This is step one on turning
strangers into fans. Now this general
is something that, for me, it's extremely valuable. It is information
that I wouldn't release outside of my horses. And this looks like just a
simple diagram to you guys, but for me, this is like my whole business
strategy right here. All right, so right now
we're on this stage. Releasing free videos
on the web in my case. Because as I told you,
I will be revealing my secret strategy on how
I managed to create scale, a personal brand, right, with zero followers and
zero investment in my case. Step one, which is again, turning strangers into fans, we're talking about
this white stage right here. This is step one. So I solve problems that I know that my
target audience has and I solve it on free Youtube
videos and course content. All right, so for example, you are part of my
target audience. You are probably
someone that knows the potential of growing
a business online, wants to start creating content and monetizing
their passions and skills. You are a person
with ambitions and person with skills
and you're interested into learning the systems right behind online
entrepreneurship. And this is why you are
inside my funnel right now. And we will be discussing what is a funnel later
on in the course. But this is step one, right? I get strangers just
like you, right? We just met and I provide
free value to intrigue them, to solve some of their problems. So right now I'm solving
some of your problems. I am explaining to you how
this system works right now. A very common question that I have and I
get every time that I suggest someone to solve people's problems
for free online, he says, what if I solve all
of their problems, right? How am I going to
make any money? So what if I solve all of the problems of
my target avatar? How am I going to make
any money? Right? If I produce like three videos
every week and on Youtube, here is how we're going to
be making money out of this. You give out the framework, right, the theoretical
aspect for free. And you sell the application, which is the action. You give out the
theory for free. You sell the action
in your offers. And this makes absolute sense. If you think about, right, when someone watches all of your videos and
they find value, they will be happy to pay you to get more
value out of you. And I don't know if
you've seen this, but we moved to step two, which is turning
fans into customers. Providing for free, again, solving problems for free. Turn strangers into fans because they find
value in what you say. So they become fans.
And then if they watch most of your videos and
they find consistent value, they will be happy to pay
you to get more value. So these guys are thinking, wow, the student, help
me out so much for free. Imagine what value would
get from him if I pay him. Right? I'm sorry for
the small error there, but this is what they
should be thinking like. Wow, this guy offers all
of this value for free. Just imagine what happens
if I pay him for his offer. This is what we want our
audience to be thinking. And this brings us to the
second step of the system. All right, how do we turn
our fans into customers? Right? We need to turn our, our followers and
subscribers into leads. And this is a new word that I'm going to be introducing
to you right now. Leads. I can hear you
thinking. What is a lead? A lead is a person which
you can directly contact, okay, Via e mail message,
or phone number. Right? Again, let
me repeat myself. To turn a fan into a customer,
we need to turn them, first of all, into a lead, because we can't directly
message a subscriber, right? We can't message a
follower on Instagram, but we can't really
message a subscriber. So we need to convert
them into leads. All right. So cool.
How do I do this? How do I convert a
subscriber into a lead? Well, this is where a lead
magnet comes into play, right? And what is a lead magnet? I hear you next question
that everybody has. A lead magnet is a cheap or completely free do
it yourself product. And I'm going to
explain what a do it yourself product is that is full of value that you give out in exchange
for a person's E mail. And you have probably seen a lot of lead
magnets before online. Have you ever seen,
for example, some offers that people
have that say, hey, I will give you my
framework completely for free. All you have to do is sign
up to this e mail list. This is how they turn
you into a lead. You give your E mail in
exchange of a valuable product. This product is usually
completely free or very cheap. And it is a DIY product, a do it yourself product. This means that people give you the information, all right? And you need to
adapt by yourself, this information to
your business model. So in my personal brand system, a lead magnet that I use
to turn people that see my stuff on Youtube
and see my stuff from courses to
get their e mails. Right. If they're interested
in what I'm preaching. Right. Obviously again, it is a low ticket product
that earns trust. In my case, the lead magnet is course GPT. This
is how I call it. So in my personal brand, again, I help people
monetize their passions. All right, so turn their
passion into profit through online course
creation and through again. Expressing their passion
into the online world. Right? And a very useful
tool is this prompt list in which it pretty much enables
you to utilize the power of artificial intelligence to
help you in your business. So when I propose to give out this lead magnet in
exchange of an e mail, people see the value there
because they've seen the consistent
value they provide on Youtube and in my courses. And they're like, sure, I will
give you my e mail to get this course GPT list
right. No problem. And this, ladies gentlemen,
how you turn your fans into leads and then it's easier for
us to sell them something. Now if your lead
magnet is not free, congratulations, this is how you made your first dollar on line. So if you lead magnet
is, for example, $5 $1 $10 right? At this point, you will make
your first dollar online. And the craziest part is that you don't need
a specific amount of subscribers or followers to sell your first lead magnet or
to acquire your first lead. You can have 100
subscribers and you can still sell your
first lead magnet or collect your first E mail. That's the beauty of it, right? Having more subscribers just
increases the olds, right? The chances of you having a
making a lead, making a sale. So now that we've turned
Right fans into customers, let's try to sell our
mid ticket product. All right. So again,
we are right here. Now, in the case of a online
brand, an online business, a personal online business, you need a lead magnet, which is again, a low
ticket product. Right? That earns trust. And we need the e mails of
those people in order to use them to use these e mails to market our mid ticket offer. All right, and as you can see by the dots that
I've created here, these dots indicate the number of people in Youtube
In our courses, for example, we have a
lot of people, right? Then as we funnel them down, we have less people
subscribing to our lead magnet and even less people checking out our mid ticket offer, right? So what is a mid ticket offer? A mid ticket offer is an
offer or a product, right, that solves a low
ticket product problem, which the low ticket product
is our lead magnet, right? As we said, this very
cheap thing that we sell in order in exchange
of the e mail, right, When we implement what
our lead magnet states, the purpose of the
lead magnet is to provide lots of value. Also, as you provide value and you unlock new
information to your audience, right, which the absolute love. The next thing that comes
into play is that they have more questions
and more problems arise because they've
moved to the next level. Those problems are solved
by your mid ticket offer. What a Mi ticket offer is, is pretty much an
offer that solves a low ticket product problem
and proposes a new one. All right, so to give
you an example, again, a Mi ticket product solves a problem that arises
from the lead magnet and proposes a new problem solved by a high ticket product, if that makes sense, right? So what are some examples
of mid ticket products? This could be courses, this could be E books, right? How much should I price
my mid ticket product? Anywhere from 50 bucks
to 200 bucks, right? Depending on your niche and
the problems that you solve. All right, So pretty
much there is not like the absolute ceiling on charging a miticate product. For example, if
you solve problems on how to create rockets, then you're not going to charge the information for $200 right? And also if you solve problems which are very
commonly solved online, for example, yoga courses, right, Which are everywhere, you probably want to go
into the lower spectrum of pricing and miced
product, right? But in general, Met products
are either DIY products. So products in
which they give you the information and it's up
to you to implement them. It's up to the customer to
implement what you're state. This could be a master class, for example, a big
course. All right. Which again, you as the
creator can sell without need, meaning to sacrifice
your time, right? It can sell if you're sleeping. You can still sell a
course if you're sleeping, right? Or a knee
book for example. You spend a big amount of
time creating once and then it just can't be leveraged using the power of
the Internet, right? So again, the pricing
of your Mit product depends on your
niche in general. It's priced anywhere
50-200 bucks. All right. Now in my case. All right, my mid ticket offer is pretty much the program
that I sell that helps people. I give out all of the
information on how to create and launch your
online course business. It's a course that
teaches you how to create courses, right? This is a four
hour master class. I cover everything from
start to end on how to turn your passion into profit
in video format, right? I give all of the knowledge
out in a four hour program. This is my mid ticket offer. What's the goal of
mid ticket offer? Again, to unlock more
information to the viewer. To give out more
information to people. Obviously, it's
completely normal when you're giving
out information, when you're unlocking new
levels to your audience, that they have more
questions and they have more problems
arising, right? You're not trying to
create problems, right? To your audience. Let
me be clear on that. You're not trying
to create problems, it's just that you're
being so helpful and you're providing so much
value that those people unlock so many new
doors in which they just have new questions
and new problems arising. And those problems,
you guessed it, are solved by your
high ticket offer. Again, you need three
offers in your business. A lead magnet, a
mid ticket offer, and a high ticket offer. All right, so this is how we turn ladies and
gentlemen customers into reoccurring buyers. So a high ticket product solves every single problem that arises from the mid ticket
product offer and it is the ultimate experience
for your customers, right? So some examples of
high ticket products are done for you or
done with you products. For example, I create an online course
business in my case for you or I create an online
course business with you. All right, one on one
coaching programs. Those are high ticket
products, right? Because I am directly
exchanging my time to help you. So this means that
I'm going to charge more than for this master minds, so people coming together in one location in the world
talking about the stuff, how much do I charge my
high ticket product? High ticket products
usually start from $500 at least to literally
unlimited amounts of dollars. For example, if a big tech CEO offers a high ticket product
in which he flies out, he comes to your
place and shows you exactly how to create
a big brand like his. He can charge as much
money as he wants, right? So obviously, the pricing of a high ticket product depends on the niche and the
problems that you solve solve harder problems, you can charge more
for them, right? So this is the high
ticket product and this concludes the system that we are going to be
creating in this course. Right here, you
need free value on Youtube courses and other social media
market places, right? Then convert your subscribers into leads, grab their e mails, because using their e mails, we are going to be marketing
our mid ticket offers. Which solves a problem that arises from
the lead magnet and proposes a new problem that is solved by our
high ticket offer. Right? And this is
where all of them, all of the problems
of our viewers end. Now, you might have seen
those arrows right here. And those arrows are
arrows that are directly, their marketing
pathway is pretty much sometimes and this is
just a game of odds. A person watches your Youtube
video or your courses, wants to directly enroll in your mid ticket offer and
your high ticket offer. This is why having a lead
magnet is extremely helpful. But you don't exactly need a lead magnet to
make money online. For example, we could
completely raise the lead magnet part of the system and it
would still work, but you just would
generate a least amount, a lower amount of money, right? So sometimes people
watching Youtube videos, they find so much value and they're so interested
in what you're saying that you can directly help them buy your mid ticket offer
or your high ticket offer. But this obviously
depends on how your system is structured and how you interconnect
those links. So again, we discussed
about the gears of the system in this
lesson right here again, year one, gear two, year three, gear four. And moving on in this course, I'm going to show you
exactly how to connect those gears together so
they work flawlessly. For now, we're going to
move into the next part, which is setting up the
foundation of success. Which comes down into
choosing the correct niche. Choosing the correct people to serve with your system, right? With your valuable
knowledge, right? Because this system and
those gears need to be, of course, connected together. But they need to be
connected together to solve the problem of the correct
people in the correct time. Right? So this is exactly
what we're discussing in the next lesson
of the scores. So thank you very much, I'm
going to see you there.
5. Choosing your Niche to Focus: We talked about in
previous lessons. The pillar, the foundation of structuring this system that we again analyzed in previous
lessons is a correct niche. Is choosing the correct
people to serve, is choosing the correct
problems to solve, right? And as a rule of
thumb, in general, the harder the problems that we will solve with our videos, with our services,
with our offers, the more compensation we
can ask for these problems. That being said, we need to find a fine line between
problems that are very hard to solve and also problems that we are
capable of solving, right? So I shouldn't
start, for example, I shouldn't choose as my
niche astrophysics and solve a very complex
astrophysics topic if I don't actually know how
to solve it, right? So in this lesson right here, we're going to be
further analyzing and diving into, again, the foundation of structuring this systematic approach in online business that we've been discussing about in
previous lessons. And we're going to be
analyzing in next lessons. And more importantly, all right, we're going to be analyzing who do you want to serve, right? Who will you serve the best? And which problems
should you solve, right? So welcome to the Finding
your Niche lesson. This is just going to be
a very laid back lesson in which by the end of it, you will be comfortable
in choosing your niece and you will actually
know what a niche is. All right? Because many people don't actually know
what a niche is. Finding your niece,
ask yourself, how can I help my younger self? And why do I always
suggest people to structure their niche
around their younger selves? So check this out if you
have overcome a problem that you once have faced, all right, chances are that
millions of people have the exact same problem and you
can help them overcome it. All right? So during our
lifetime, all right, no matter how old are
you, we've all been through transformative
experiences, all right? And what people crave and
what people really want from online education and from all of the value that
we're going to be providing, is they want to move from
point A to point B, right? This is a transformative
experience. And if you have underwent any
transformative experience, this could be weight loss, this could be making
money on line, this could be pretty
much anything. And I'm going to show
you the different niches that they exist in the
next slide, right? But pretty much if
you have underwent any transformative experience, chances are that millions and
millions of other people, right, have the
exact same problem. Want to undergo the exact same transformative experience
that you have underwent. But don't know how to get
there, but check this out. You know how to get
there because you have underwent this
transformative experience. You have, you know, grown
up from point A to point B. And this doesn't need to be like becoming the founder of papal or something extremely hard. A simple transformative
experience would be, for example, how you were accepted into a
university of choice. Or how you managed
to learn how to cook or bake cakes, right? There are many different
transformative experiences and many different
transformative experiences that people crave to understand. All right, so what do I mean by, if you've underwent from
point A to point B? This really means that you have dialed down a
framework that help, that can help people and have helped you move from
point A to point B. So again, we focus on problems that are solved with frameworks. Framework, the framework is what we're going to be
giving out for free. So we will be giving away
the information regarding our frameworks and we will be selling the adaptation
of the information. All right, so giving away
our frameworks for free. Exactly what I'm doing
in this course right here and selling the adaptation. All right, if that makes sense. Now, how to choose your nie. We've talked about, again, asking how can you help
your young yourself. But this is a very
broad question. These are the three
cornices, all right? And I've taught this in
many different courses. This is extremely valuable and every single
student of mine that understands the three corn has no problem choosing
the correct, ie. Structuring his system on the correct foundation
and scaling up to thousands of students and impacting perhaps
potentially millions of people. Those are the three cornices that you have to
choose from, right? So, health wealth relationships, pretty much every single
problem that we have as humans is a problem under one
of those three categories. So health wealth relationships.
Now here's the thing. You do not have to pick a broad niche like you do not have to pick, for example, okay, I'm going to solve
health problems, or I'm going to solve
wealth problems, or I'm going to solve
relationship problems. And pretty much it's impossible to do this
because you can solve all health problems
and you can solve all wealth problems or all
relationship problems. Because there are many sub
niches in each niche, right? In health, for example,
we've got working out diet, yoga,
breathing, meditation, and countless of other
sub niches that you can focus and you potentially can help people move from
point A to point B. For example, in
yoga, people want to move from point A
to point B from being a complete beginner to understanding principles
of yoga working out. Also, people want to go
from point A being fat to point B being fit right wealth. Many, many different subnises, starting a business,
investing, cryptos, real estate marketing sales, and again, millions of other subnisues that I
haven't mentioned here. Because this will take
all day to mention, right relationships,
finding love, making new friends,
influencing people, public speaking,
raising a family, all of those are issues and
sub nies of the relationship. All right? We do not choose, obviously we need
to choose a corny, but we don't focus to
solve problems of a corny, we focus to solve problems
of sub of a corny. Check this out. Guess
what sub niches have their own sub
Nis diet for example. So we have entered
the health core Ni, the sub niche of diet and the sub sub niche
of carnivor diet, Keto diet, vegan diet, carbs only diet, fasting diet. So as you can imagine, there are many, many sub niches. Where should you draw the line, right? That's a great question. Where should you draw a line? How long should you
be sub niching and sub niche and sub niching
to choose your niche? Well, this depends
on the competition. For example, let's
take health, right? If there was no competition
and you were the only person solving problems regarding
health and you had millions of people needing to have
their problem solved, and you were the only solution
to those problems then. Sure. Do not sub ni
choose health cover, working out cover, diet cover, yoga cover, breathing cover
meditation. All right? And you will serve
all of those people. But if there is
competition in a niche, and we can't really
overcome this competition, so they're better than us. In a way, the best
thing that you can do is to sub. So
this is where we sub. For example, working out very, very, very saturated, right? We've got many people
being personal trainers, many people being gym fanatics, many people creating content and solving problems in
the working out space. So what do we do if we want
to stand out in the subnies, further further
subnies even more. So for example, if
I wanted to stand out and structure my
system on health, I would go to the working out
subnies and then even more, for example, only in
Dumbell exercises. And I would become, let's say, the ultimate problem solver
in the Dumbbell exercises. Because there's
such a wide variety of people interested in working out and
health that I can only serve people in a subnies. That being said, if for example, we've got a, let's say a Cornish that is
not that popular. For example, let's say in
the relationship category, raising a family, right? Perhaps there are
not as many people interested right now
in having problems, on raising a family, or actively seeking solutions
to those problems. As, for example, people actively seek solutions
of working out. So, for example, in
raising a family, you would more easily be
the leader of your niche, right, If you chose,
rather than working out. So ask this to yourself. What process or framework have I understood good enough
to help my younger self? And this is the ultimate
question to ask. So what process or framework? This means that
from in which, ie, how I underwent the
transformative experience from point A to point B. And I can describe how I underwent this
transformative experience. So I can describe the
steps that I took, the framework that I followed to help my
younger self, right? Is it health, wealth
or relationships? Great, it's health, for example. Okay, which sub nees of health? Is it working out? Is
it diet? Is it yoga? Is it breathing?
Is it meditation? Is it one of the
millions and millions of sub nies that
health has, right? If you find one subnie, then ask yourself, is the
competition there right? Too much? All right. Are many people offering solutions to
problems that I had? Or how hard would it was it for me to solve the problem
that I had On the health? Sven, did I follow an influencer or did I just come up with
a solution myself? Because I didn't have
resources anywhere. If you came up with the solution to solve the problem that you have underwent in the past
by yourself, all right? This means that there is probably not enough
help out there, so people that have
the same problem aren't being assisted
by other people. So you could potentially be very profitable in this subnies. All right, so for the
sake of discourse, let's say that for
example you choose, we're taking my example, right? We're analyzing my
system and my framework. And the transformative
process that I have underwent when I was younger is that I
was able to make, to turn my passion into profit
through content creation, through creating an
online business, and through online
course creation, right? So what is the next step
here if we're taking my, again, my transformative
experience in my framework? What I would do if
I were you right? The next step is
we should fire AI. We should fire PT to help us create a target avatar and
understand his problems. So once you pick a niche, the next exact step is to
create a target avatar. Why do we want to
create a target avatar? We want to create a target
avatar because it is very easy for us then to
list his problems down. And those problems
we're going to copy, we're going to paste
on a document. We're going to keep them there until it is time
to implement them. And until it's time to start solving those problems
with our videos. So coming up, we're
firing such a PT. All right, we're creating
a target avatar and we are listing his problems down. So thank you very much, see
you in the next lesson.
6. Using ChatGPT to Create our Target Avatar: So here we are
inside char P four. It doesn't matter if you
have charity four or P 3.5 or pretty much any
other AI software. What we're going to be
doing, and we're going to be utilizing this artificial
intelligence software in very basic ways that can be applied in any,
again, AI software. It's going to be
very simple what we're going to be doing and I'm also going to be doing on
a one on one live basis. Right. So I'm not going to be using the prompt
lists that I have. And by the way, I have created some prompt lists
that can hundred, absolutely, one hundredercent
absolutely help you. And again, creating
your target avatar, brainstorming your
target audience. Right? I'm not going to be using those prompt lists because
I want you, again, on a live basis, to understand the structure behind the prompts that I'm
going to be using, right? So you can use the same
exact prompts that I copy and I paste
on this AI software. All right, so what we're
going to be doing again in this lesson is we're going to be creating
our target avatar. So before we create
our target avatar, it is very important
to let Chacha Pet know exactly the problem
that we want to be solving. The niche in which we
are interested in, again, solving the problems
of those customers. All right, and
what we are about. So what is the first prompt
that I would be using? It would be, hey, I
creating an offer to serve people that are interested in growing their online, for example, personal brands and netizing their passions
through content creation. All right, this is the first problem that
we're going to be using. Again, this is not a prompt
which we ask something chip, We're just giving PT
information, right? So the information
that it's going to be giving back to us is more relevant to what
we're looking for. Okay. So again, I don't care about the answer that Chi will give me right now. I'm creating an offer to serve people that are
interested in growing their online personal
brands and monetizing their passions through
content creation. Okay, so what did Chip reply? Creating an offer for people
interested in growing their online personal
brands and monetizing their passions through con
creation is a great idea. The key to understand your
target audiences needs and challenges and to offer solutions that are both
practical and appealing. All right, so here's some steps and considerations to help
you structure your offer. Okay? So I don't want you to help me, okay, structure my offer. I want you to
provide insights on the people that would be
interested in my services. What I'm doing pretty
much is that I'm asking Judge Pit to outline the
target audience, right? My target audience, let's say certainly to
provide insights on people who might be interested
in your service regarding growing their personal brand and monetizing their passions. Recreation, We can look at several key demographics
and psychographics. Those could be, for example, aspiring influencers
and content creators, small business owners
and entrepreneurs. Right? Career professionals
seeking personal development. Okay, so creative
artists and freelancers. Again, Chip is just
giving us some of the different target audience groups that
we could target. And we could serve with
our offer based again, on the offer that I described. And keep in mind
that I described my offer very superficially. If you dive deeper and
give more information to Chip regarding your offer and what people
you want to serve, then the information
that it's going to be giving back to you
will be more targeted. So we've got creative
artists and freelancers, students in recent graduates. So what I would do if I were
complete beginner like you, is that I would choose one
of those categories and I would directly focus
on serving those people. Let's say for example, that we want to target small business owners
and entrepreneur. Okay, Go such P again and say I choose to target number two. Okay? So small business
owners, entrepreneurs. I want you to, okay, create a target avatar
based on this audience. Did you understand
what we did here? We listed, we gave PT information regarding
what problems we solve. Then we brainstormed
our target audience. It gave us actually
five different choices of five different
target audiences. We chose one target audience, and then we asked for the
creation of a target avatar. So again, the target
audience that I chose to serve are small business
owners and entrepreneurs. So I help small business owners and entrepreneurs create and scale a personal brand online and monetize
their passions. Right, and then I asked
for a target avatar. So here is our target avatar. It's Alex Johnson, right? 35 year old. Could be male. Could be female. Okay, cool. He lives in an urban area.
Educational background. Bachelor's degree in
business administration, maternal status. He's married, right? Children, one or two children. Occupation, owner of a
small business such as a boutique marketing
agency or a local cafe. Right, so here's the
psychographic profile. He's ambitious, driven,
creative, adaptive. All of this stuff,
you know, just information about
our target avatar. Here are some challenges
and pain points. He's struggling to stand out
in a competitive market. Balancing the demands
of running business and personal branding
efforts are hard, right, limited knowledge or resources for effective
social media marketing. Finding time for consistent con and creation is a problem. So what are his goals? To become a recognized
leader or influencer? To leverage their
personal brand tract. More clients to learn how
to effectively monetize their online presence to create a lasting impact in the field. All right, so again, it also provides us for some marketing strategies to
help him and all that stuff. So this prompt that we're
going to be using right now is perhaps the most
important prompt that you need to remember from this
whole lesson right here. And it's this, please
always be kind to AI. Okay. List the 1010 biggest, let's say biggest problems
of this target avatar. From biggest to list, Severe. This is the most
important prompt, right? Because we brainstorm
target audience with brainstorm target avatar. And now we ask for Toby to
list the ten core problems, the ten biggest problems
that our target at has. You guess correctly,
we will be solving those problems and we will
be solving the, our content. We will be solving
them with our offers. We will be solving them with
our lead magnets, right? So we're going to be structuring our whole business into
those ten core problems. What are those problems?
Difficulty differentiating the business in a competitive
field market. All right. Time management constraints, inadequate digital
marketing knowledge, right? Limited resources for
marketing and brand building, inconsistent online presence and content
creation challenges in building a personal brand, navigating social
media algorithms. He has a problem
in all that stuff. And because we have underwent this transformative experience, and we know how to use, how to build a
personal brand, right? We know how to be consistent
in content creation. We know digital marketing, We know how to
manage time, right? We know how to
differentiate a business in a competitive market using
social media, all right? We know how to generate leads, we know how to keep up with
industry trends and changes, and this is exactly how we're going to serve those people. All right, this is
how we utilize GPT. And this is just
a very basic way, obviously if you have the time to invest into using
AI, and again, diving deeper into
this AI if you have, again, as much time as you want. What I would do is that in this first prompt
that we provided, right, is just one sentence. So make sure to give at
least five prompts to explain exactly your offer and exactly what you're good at. Explain exactly in very
much detail to chip. Right, what is the transforming experience
that you have underwent? What are you an expert on? Right Then make sure to ask for more than
ten, for example, different target audiences
that would be interested and could be served from this
experience of yours, right? Then make sure to ask more information about
your target avatar, right? So more, even more information
in extreme detail. And finally, if you
have more time, again, you can list the 20
biggest problems or get off your
target avatar, right? In next lessons you're
going to see that we're going to be using those
ten core problems. So I want you to copy
those ten core problems, paste them on a Word document,
keep them somewhere, because the next lesson
we're going to be using those ten core problems to brainstorm content
ideas, video ideas. And this is pretty much how
we're never going to be running out of videos,
video ideas ever. All right, so this is just a small tip on
how we're going to be always consistent
with our video ideas. And without any effort, we're going to be just be
coming up with videos ideas, a new video ideas
and new video ideas. New offers, new lead magnets. So very, very exciting stuff. Thank you very much for
sticking up to this lesson. I hope that I help you a lot
with the station right here. I'm going to see you
in the next one.
7. What is a Funnel and how to Create one: So ladies and gentlemen, welcome to this lesson of the course, which is going to be an
extremely valuable lesson. It took me literally more
than four books, I think, to understand and
implement the information we're going to be
delivering to you from this lesson
right here, right? I've read again, many books discussing about the
importance of funnels. How to create funnels. What are the different types of funnels? Which funnels work the best in this online business that we're trying to scale
and create a, right? So in this lesson right here, what we're doing is that
we're analyzing again. What is the general
concept of a funnel? What is the importance
of a funnel? What do we strive to achieve
when creating a funnel? Which pretty much to spoil
it to you, if you will. It is just a system
of trafficking people from complete strangers
to reoccurring buyers. This is the goal, the end
goal of a funnel, right? Then we're analyzing again my funnel and we're going to
dive into the nitty gritty, if you will, of how the
funnel should be structured. Where should you host
each part of your funnel? And I'm going to just
be answering all of the questions that are
very commonly seen when I'm explaining this
systematic approach of creating a funnel to people. All right, so welcome
to this lesson and I'm pretty sure that you're going to get a lot of value out of it. So right here as you can see, I have again the
example of my funnel. All right, this right
here is again my funnel. And this is an image of an actual funnel which we're going to explain more in depth. So where should we
start from this? So let's start from this
part of the image, right? And let's analyze
the starting point and the end point of a funnel. So what the funnel
does, all right, And what the system
does is that it turns complete
strangers. All right? So people that have no idea of who you are and
what you offer. Right. Reoccurring buyers. And this is done by a
series of steps, all right, During which people get to know, you get to like you
get to trust you. They spend some money on your products and then
bigger amounts of money on your products if they find value in what you
teach and what you say. All right, this right here is again the funnel that
you should be focusing on. And this is the
type of funnel that I will be helping you create. Now, there are many
different types of funnels, but this exact
funnel right here, I think in my opinion works
the best for social media and starting and online
business from your passion into social media. All right, so let's analyze the different steps of
the funnel, all right? As we have elaborated
in previous lessons, when I showed you my funnel, funnels have in general three
to four steps, All right? The first step of a funnel
in which this is the first, this is the first
point of contact of a complete stranger
with your content. All right, With the
value that you offer is offering completely free value. All right. Just like
Youtube videos for example, and videos on Tiktok,
videos on Instagram, right? Completely for free. So solving the problems of your target avatar of
your target audience, right, Completely for free. So this is exactly the
first step of the funnel. And as you can see, as
the funnel progresses, less people stick
with you, right? And this is absolutely
normal, right? We can't have every
stranger that watches our Youtube video to become
a reoccurring buyer. But even the small percentage of people that will
be converted by this converting
machine strangers to reoccurring buyers are going to generate as a big
amount of revenue. So starting out with the free content that
we will be producing, right right here, I'm referring to the destination
of the free content. Where should we be uploading the free videos that
we will be creating? Right, the answer
is social media and more specifically
Youtube. Why Youtube? Because Youtube provides an effortless way
from the audience to, first of all, know, lack and trust us
even more because they consume large
pieces of content. We can create ten minute
videos, 20 minute videos, 30 minute videos
packed full of value, and this convinces more strangers
to become fans of ours. Right after Youtube then
we have our lead magnet. So to give an example
of, for example, a free, the free first step
of the funnel that I provide. It's Youtube as you can
see here. All right. Youtube. This is the first
free step of my funnel and my courses which aren't exactly free but they're
relatively cheap. All right, considering the rest of the value that
I have to provide. So this is the first
step of my funnel, for example, this is step one. Now if people see value
on my Youtube videos, see value of my courses from
the first step of my funnel, they can move to the
second step of the funnel, which is, you guessed
it, the lead magnet. Now, as we described
in previous lessons, it is very important to convert strangers into leads.
What is a lead? A lead is a stranger
that knows you, trust you because he
has given his E mail in exchange to some information or a very small amount of cash. All right? Money in exchange of more value from
you. All right? The lead, if you will,
is a low ticket product. The lead magnet is a
low ticket product that just earns
trust. All right. So where do we host
our lead magnet? We need a hosting
website. All right. And I'm going to
show you later on in this video hosting websites and I'm going to
show you my final Actually from the web,
how I have structured it. All right, and this
is the lead magnet. I'm going to show you again
exactly my lead magnets, how much revenue I've
generated from them. Everything will be explained
in the straight here. All right. Why do we
need a lead magnet? Because we can't that
easily hope from a completely free value to
our mid ticket product. Right? We need
something in between. I mean, depending on the price
of our mid ticket product. All right, Which is, again, the product that we
offer for medium, medium price point, not the
highest price point point that we have. All right. So this way we use
the lead magnet to just earn to give
more value and earn more trust from those
strangers as we convert them to recurring buyer to make this process even more flawless. All right, What
is the next step? The next step is to have our mid ticket offer or
our mid ticket product. As we said, this mid
ticket product solves a low ticket product
problem that naturally, all right, occurs after understanding the value that we provided with
the lead magnet. For example, lead magnet solves problems provided
from free content. But then naturally, new problems and new
questions are created, which are solved by our
mid ticket product. Let me change this, sorry.
By our mid ticket product. All right. Now people are
going down to our final. They're not strangers anymore. They have consumed
our free content. They have subscribed
to our lead magnet, and now they bought our
mid ticket product. Right. Where is this mid
ticket product located? It is hosted again on website, different websites and different ways All
right. Are used. Different strategies
are used to sell a lead magnet and completely
different strategies and websites are sold for you to create your mid ticket
product, right. Don't stress about
it. I'm going to show you how I create them and I'm going to help you brainstorm them and
create them yourself. So when someone has purchased
your mid ticket product, all right, and you
have provided again, more value on the lead magnet. They see value and they're
like, hey, all right, this guy provided so much value on the mid ticket product, I should buy his
high ticket product. Because again, this is just a matter of providing
more value and solving more problems that
are produced and more questions that
are produced from the mid ticket product. So how do we do this with
our high ticket product? All right, Our high
ticket product or our high ticket offer
solves every problem. All right, And this is where people are converted finally, from strangers to
reoccurring buyers. We took strangers and with
free content lead magnets, with ticket Miticket products, with high ticket products, we convert them into
reoccurring buyers because they both
are lead magnets. They both are Miticket product, they both are high
ticket product. Now, high ticket
products, again, usually have provide
more value than Miticket products because
they're hosted in different ways and we just have more ways
to provide value. For example, coaching calls, master minds, all of that stuff. All right, so again, just to give you an example
in my funnel, which is this funnel right here. If I help people monetize their passions through con
creation and course creation, I applaud on Youtube information completely for free
regarding court creation, regarding co creation, regarding monetizing your passions. Then in my lead magnet, I choose to offer a prompt list that helps
you utilize the power of artificial intelligence
with prompts that I have personally designed and
created to help everyone. So there's a lot of value
in this lead magnet, people downloaded see
lots of value in it. And then my mid ticket offer is a four hour intense course
in which I go through every single thing and every single aspect
that someone should know on how to create and monetize his passions
through online. Right. My high ticket offer, my high ticket product
is my personal one on one coaching calls that I offer to people
that, for example, have seen my Youtube staff have download the lead magnets
or not have enrolled in my mind ticket offer and feel like they want
more value out of me and they want to use me
as much as possible. Right. And this way they buy
the mid ticket offer and we go through
every single thing on a one on one basis and they become rock stars just like me. All right, so this is
the example of my final. I hope this made sense. And let me actually show you my final on a one on one basis. And how I expect people to act when going from one stage
of the funnel to the other.
8. In Depth Analysis of my Funnel: Okay, so gentlemen, in this
lesson right here again, as I told you, I'm revealing my own personal funnel
on a one on one basis. On not a theoretical
approach and a completely practical approach
as I'm firing Youtube. And I'm showing you again how I expect my audience to
navigate through my staff, how to expect them
to find my offers, how to expect them to watch my lead magnets and get value from my lead
magnets, right? And how I turn strangers into reoccurring buyers
on a live basis. So this is going to
be very interesting. This is the first time I
reviewed my final to the public. So I hope you enjoy. Let's
dive into this video. Okay, so ladies and gentlemen, this right here is
Youtube channel, right? Many of you I know have
found me from skillsor, from utomi, from different
Len course platforms. But this is my Youtube channel
and this is how I expect most of my personal
clients to find me. So how have I
structured my funnel? This is the first step of
the funnel, if you will. So if I open my funnel again, all right, 1 second. If I open my funnel, you can see that now
we're talking from this perspective in the free
stage of the funnel, right? So this is Youtube and this
is stage one of my funnel. Let's say that someone
searches on, for example, how to get your first 1,000 enrollments on your
online course, right? This is something that
people would search. All right, so let's act like
we are complete strangers. So okay, this is just an ad, but they consume
the video, right? Let me just dive into the video. So they see the video,
they consume the video. They find value in the video. And in the middle of the video, or by the end of the video, I have a call to action, a CTA. So I call people to take action and check out the
links in the description if they are interested in gaining more value
out of my stuff. So we'll go into the link of the
description of the video, right, and see
those three links. Course PT get, create your
first course in seven days. Book a call with
me or if you will. All right. The lead magnet, the mid ticket product, and
the high ticket product. Right? What is the lead magnet? In my case, it is Course PT. What is my mid ticket product? The Create your first
course in seven days. The 70 course creation program. And my high ticket
product is the book, a call with me, right? So people go ahead
for example and after I've advertised it, right, they go and click on Course PT, which is my lead magnet. If I click this, I'm redirected into my lead magnet
landing page. And I'm going to show
you in the next section of the scores, what
is a landing page? How to create a landing page. How to list your magnet
to a landing page. Where the host your
landing pages, where to host your lead
magnets, all that stuff. So now they're redirected into
this page is a prompt list that helps people create and scale online courses using AI. So this is my
landing page, right? I have copy and copy in just
the language, if you will. Online marketing is text that convinces
people to buy Right, the ratings and
everything. All right. All of this. So, and it's
part by Gam Road, by the way, which is the product and
the service that we're going to be using
host our lead magnet. Don't worry, it's
completely free. People go ahead and
actually buy this right, they enter that information. I also have a small
app scale here if they want to also
buy this right. So they enter their
information and everything and they download
my Court PD prompt list, which is my lead magnet, and in exchange I get
their E mails and I think I also charged
like $7 from it, which is extremely cheap from the value that
you're getting. Right. So what happens when people check
out the lead magnet? They're satisfied
with the lead magnet and they want more, right? They want more value from me. They go ahead and check
my D ticket product. All right, so now we're
going to the second part, which is the third
part of the final, I'm sorry, which is the
mid ticket product. My mid ticket product is to create your course
in seven days. If I click this, you can see
that you're redirected into a completely different
landing page. Right? This landing
page consists a title, subtitle, a video, which I go through what
my mid ticket product is, right buttons which call you to take action and purchase
this mid ticket product. As you can see, the theory behind this is
completely the same. So we've got, again, copy, right text that encourage
people to join and buy, write reviews of my mid
ticket product, right? Y, 99. For example, percent of creators never create their first
online course. Right, All of that stuff.
So just convincing stuff to convince people to
buy your product. And again, small price
and then a big button in which you just make people want to enroll
in your program. Make people want to enroll in your mitigated product
that you sell. Click this button,
you redirected into a checkout page, right? And in this checkout page, again, they enter the e mails, they enter their credit
card information, and they purchase your
mid ticket product. All right, So this was
my mid ticket product. Let's say now that someone
buys my mid ticket product after they've bought
my lead magnet and they're very
satisfied by it, right, And they want
more value from me. It is time for them to check out if they're interested in
my high ticket product. Right now we're going to the high ticket product
part of the funnel. Right. What is my
high ticket product? It is a book, a call with Link. Why have I a book
a call with me? Button and not a buy now button. I'm going
to show you right now. Right here is my high
ticket product, right? And it's my one on one coach
creation coach coaching. So if you pay me the
biggest amount of money that I'm willing
to accept as a business, as a person on line, this is the most
amount of value that I can give to you and
it's pretty much my one on one personal
coaching goals, right? Those are people
that I have coached. This is landing
page is filled with testimonials because
testimonials is what it takes to convince people to give you a big amount of money in order for them to accept a big amount of value that
you will be creating. So, testimonial one.
Testimonial two, right? Testimonial three,
okay, book a call. Now a link to book a call. Now, once people
press this link, you can see that they redirected
into a calendly page, which is a calendar in
which they can book calls and book time slots
to pop on a call with me. And why do I do
this? Because when you're asking for a
high ticket product, for a big amount of
money with someone, if you're not a person of huge influence or
a huge celebrity, you probably need to
further analyze and outline the value that you want
to be giving to them right before they will
actually give you money. These right here
are sales calls. These are called sales calls. In those calls, when people book a time
slot to talk with me, I know exactly that
they're interested, right? Why? Because when
they book to click a specific time throughout
the day. All right? You can see that they redirected in this small page, Rad here, in which they're asked
to enter their name, their e mail, their
socials. Right. And I have a lots of
questions to make me to help me understand their, their budget, if they're
willing to be coached, right. And all that stuff before
I've hopped on a call with a potential client of mine in which we're
going to work together to scale their business, right? I know their niche. I know if they're
running it full time, I know their struggles. I know their all time earnings, their age, their current
monthly income, right? What problems they want to be solved right now?
Why not last year? Why not next year, right? Why they want them now? So I
know their motives, right? And they have also checked this button right here
which is, hey lambs. Yes, I have the
capital on hand and available to invest in my
growth, knowledge, and success. All right. That's
no problem at all. I'm excited to hire you
to coach me, all right? If people don't have the capital right to hire me as
their personal coach, to scale their
business, all right? And to find success immediately, they can click this,
which is no lambs. I don't have the
capital. All right. A cancel my call and I'll check out the 70 course creator. All right, so this is
how I take people that click to book a call
with me. All right? And I redirect them
immediately in my mid ticket product
because they don't have the money right now to invest
in my high ticket product. Right. I give them my
mid ticket product, they can consume it, They can implement what
I'm teaching there. They can make a amount
of money All right. From there and then hire me as the one on
one personal coach. Jen, this is again how
I implement my funnel. I hope that this
video made sense. I know things were very
complicated and I don't know scratching the surface
of what a final is. But I just want you to get
a general idea on what a funnel is and how a final is implemented in an
online business. And in the next series of
lessons that will follow, I'm going to show you exactly
and I'm going to list the websites in which you can list the parts of your funnels. For example here, social media
lead magnet need hosting, the Micket product
needs hosting, the high ticket
product needs hosting. So I will be listing all of those websites for
you to understand. I'm going to go through them in the next series of lessons. So thank you very
much. I'm going to see you in the next
part of the course.
9. Creating our Offers - DIY,DWY,DFY: So ladies and
gentlemen, welcome to this updated new lesson
on how to create, structure, host, and
sell your offers online. Now to just do a small recap of what we've learned
in previous lessons, we've discussed about,
again, what a funnel is. We've analyzed my funnel. And you saw inside my funnel, right, That I had many
different offers. More specifically, I
have a lead magnet, which we discussed
what a lead magnet is. It is an offer which
is either very low or completely free
for people to buy, that people buy in exchange pretty much to
their e mails, right? So this is how you get
to contact people. You get to obtain their
contact information. This is how you create leads and why we want to
create leads to sell our mid ticket offers
and our high ticket offers. All right, so what we're going to be doing in
this lesson right here, is that we're going
to be analyzing what is a low ticket offer. What is a mid ticket offer?
What is a high ticket offer? What are the different types of products that you can
sell with those offers? We're going to be
discussing about DIY products done with you, products done for you, products. Trust me, everything is
going to make sense. And more specifically, we're going to answer
this question, which is, where do
I host my offers? How do people move from
one offer to another? Right? So all of
those questions are going to be solved
again in this lesson. So what are we going to
be discussing again? How to measure
value. First of all, what are the different
types of offers, where and how exactly
do I list my offer? So I'm very happy for you
to be here. Let's go. This right here is the value
equation which is analyzed deeply in one of the
most useful books that you can buy
as an entrepreneur or an online businessman. Right. And this is $100,000,000
offers by Alex or Mosey. This right here is the second
book of Alex or Mosey, which is called the
$100,000,000 leads. If you want to get
an understanding, a more deep understanding
of how offers work, how lead acquisition works, I invite you to purchase
those two books. $100,000,000 offers by
Alexromolzy and $100,000,000 leads by Alexmolzy in general
in $100,000,000 offer, which is a book that explains in depth how to create offers that people cannot
resist and they just have to buy, they
have to purchase. Alexromolzi analyzes
this equation right here and this is
how we measure value. This is the value equation. All right, so let's analyze
the value equation. We've got dream
outcome, all right. The dream outcome of a customer that wants and is interested in your offer times perceived
likelihood of achievement. All right, Divided by
the time delay, right, That needs to be done before achieving
this dream outcome. Times the effort and
sacrifice. All right? So as you can imagine, our goal is to increase everything above the
line and decrease everything below
the line to make this fraction as
big as possible. To make value as
big as possible. So let's analyze
into further detail. For example, with
my value offer, Let's take my mid
ticket product, which is the seven day
Course Creation Challenge or the Course Creation Academy. This is an online course
that I sell which helps people turn their passion into profit through online
course creation, right? So if I want to increase the value of
my mid ticket product, and again you can apply the value equation in
your low ticket product, in your mid ticket product,
in your high ticket product, in pretty much every product you will ever create
in your life. Right? If I want to increase, let's analyze again this value, okay, equation in my
mid ticket product. So we've got the dream outcome, which is someone turning
their passion into knowledge and monetizing their passions through online course creation, perceived likelihood
of achievement, right? How confident do they feel
about achieving this? All right? How sure are that
they will achieve this? This we can tweak, for example, with changing parameters such as destroying their
limiting beliefs, all right, making
them more confident. Testimonials of other
people that have done this with other people
that are exactly like them and have
achieved this goal. All right, so obviously
we can increase the dream outcome and we need to increase the likelihood
of achievement. This is done by testimonials. Again, reviews,
mostly testimonials. Now we also need to
decrease the time delay. So again, the sooner
they're able to achieve the dream outcome and the perceived likelihood
of achievement, the better for our value. So imagine I'm
telling you that hey, you can turn your passion
into profit, right? Then it's very easy, right? So again, perceived likelihood
of achievement very high. It's very easy.
Anyone can do this. But it's going to
take you five years, right? Obviously,
value decreases. And what if I told you that it's going to
take you one year, but you're going to be
working 20 hours a day. Again, value decreases. But if I tell you that hey, you will turn your passion
into profit. It's very easy. Even a five year old can do it. You can do it in one day and you need to spend
30 minutes per day, and it's very, very
easy to do that. Then the value
obviously skyrockets. Now, check this out, every
conventional business ever, all right, focuses on
increasing this part, which is the upper
part of the equation. Again, there are two ways
to increase the value, the total number of the value. Either to increase this part
or to decrease this part. Again, every conventional
business ever focuses on increasing
the dream outcome and the perceived
load of achievement. And how do we increase this? It's very simple
with just yapping, if you will, You say, hey, yes, my program will, will make your dreams come true. And it's very easy. Even a
two year old can do this. Again, every
conventional business ever focuses on the upper
part of this equation. Which automatically
means that clients and customers are hard to believe very far
fetched dream outcomes and very far fetched perceived
load of achievement. This is why as modern
online businessmen follow and try to
decrease the latest, the downwards part
of this equation, the trick is to decrease this
part as much as possible rather than trying to
increase the upper part of the equation as much
as possible, right? What do I mean by that? Let's
try to decrease time delay and effort and
sacrifice regardless of what happens in the
upper part of the equation. So regardless of
the dream outcome and the perceived
likelihood of achievement, If time delay and effort and sacrifice almost reaches zero, the value becomes infinite. Why? Again, we want to decrease as much this
part as possible. It's very simple
because anything, all right, divided by
zero equals infinity. And this is infinite value
and it makes absolute sense. Right? Let's put
anything in front of, on the top part
of this equation. Let's put, let's say
one penny, right? Very low value thing, right? One single penny. But if I told you that, hey, I'm going to give you a penny instantly with zero time delay, instantly and with no
effort and sacrifice, zero time delay, zero effort and sacrifice a penny will
just drop in front of you. Then there is no reason
for you to say no, because the value is infinite. There is no time delay. There
is no effort and sacrifice. So please in your offers, before we dive to analyze the
different types of offers, I want you to know, and I want you to always
think of this value equation. It has helped me massively
in my online career. And also try to decrease
the latest part, like the downwards part of
the equation rather than the upwards part. Right, great. So now I'm going to move into the three different types of products that you can
sell and you can create. Right? This is extremely
important than just the basic foundation of every single online business. In general, as you've probably guessed from
my different products, we've got DIY products
done with you, products done for your products. Diy products, again, are usually low ticket products done with you products are mid or
high ticket products. So again, a bit
more expensive than the low ticket products
done for you products. All right, are usually
high ticket products. Now let's analyze every
single type of product, all right, and every
single type of offer. Let's start with DIY product. So a DIY product, usually those are guides. Those are courses.
Those are ebooks. Right? And pretty
much any other format that is created by you once you invest the time and energy to create this
DIY product once, and they can be recreated
infinite times. All right? By the
controlled leveraged power of the internet, right? And can be used to
educate others. All right? Diy
products. Diy products. Do it yourself. Products. We
refer to the client, right? The client does it himself. They reveal the framework that people need in order to
solve their problems. They let those people apply this framework to their
problems themselves. What are the pros of the IY products that can
be selling as you sleep? Right, Obviously, because you invested time and
energy to create them. Once again, the I products
can be selling as you sleep. You create a guide, you create a course, you
create an ebook once, and then you list them online and using the systems
that are going to be elaborating in the next essen those products will be
selling as you sleep, right? What are the cons
of the IY products? Depending on the problem
that they solve. They're relatively cheap. Again, everything is related and relevant to other things. I did not say that your
DIY product should cost anywhere 10-50 bucks. Because it depends
on the problem that your DIY product
is able to solve. The higher, the stronger and the bigger the
problems you solve, the more money you're going to make from your products, right? Again, when you're
creating a DIY product, remember what the slide states. And also I want you to
remember the value equation because it obviously
applies in DIY products. Now that's with the
second category. Products which are
done with you. Products done with your products are usually DIY products, so they include
the information of a DIY product plus a mentorship. Personal guidance
from the teacher that has created the
product to the students. Done with you products
not only reveal the framework that people
need to solve their problems, but they also offer
adaptation of the framework, usually on a one on one basis. For example, a done with
you product would be, in my case, a person purchasing the course
that I have, right? The course creation academy or the seven day course
creation program, which is this course that
helps people monetize and turn their passion
into profit with. All right, a coaching call, for example, with an offer of
one coaching call per week. This is why, again,
I combine a do it yourself framework
in a done with you way, and this is a done
with your product. So I do I solve the problem which is turning your passion into
profit with you. All right? So what are
the pros they generate in general more income as they
provide more value, right? They're more valuable
than DIY products. The cons is that you're exchanging time for
money in this case, meaning that you can be selling a limited amount of done with
you products every time. And this makes absolute sense because if you're
hopping on a call with every client that buys
your done with your product, this means that you don't
have infinite resources and you can have an infinite
number of clients, right? This makes absolute sense. So done with you, products are usually ticket or
high ticket, right? And then we have done for
you products and those are obviously high
ticket products. There should be the
most expensive products that your business
sells. All right? They're sold in business models that allow them to be solved. For example, you can't have a done for you
product in a fitness, in a business that is on the
fitness niche because again, you can't get fit for
someone else, right? But if it's a business creation, you probably can't create a
business for someone else. So again, done for
you products don't apply to all niches, right? But if it allows them in
a done for you product, you will be solving the
customer's problems by yourself, all right? So they straight up
solve the problem of a client without the
client being involved. So obviously the pros are
that they're the most expensive and the most profitable types of
products because again, you completely solve the
problem of a client. So you can charge way more
than the done with you or the DIY product and the
proposed cons are vested. You need to spend more time and energy to serve every client even more time and energy than in the done with you product. Okay? So the question here is, okay, great, we've analyzed
the different products. Which product should create? That's a dumb question, right? You should create every single
product that we analyzed. So you should have
a DIY product, you should have a done
with your product, and you should have a done
for your product, right? So your business, in
order to be complete, you need to have a
low ticket product, a It ticket product and
a high ticket product. And it makes absolute sense
because once we create our social media and we host our product into
different websites, we need to have this
complete funnel of yours done, right? So you can't only be, for example, creating,
I mean you can, but it's not going to be
as profitable just for you to create Youtube
videos and then funnel those people in your lead magnet and then
have all of those leads, but nothing to sell them. So, I want you before we start on working on
your business right, I want you to have a low ticket product or a lead magnet, a
Mi ticket product, a high ticket product which are going to be a DIY product,
a done with your product, and if it applies
to your business, if it applies to your case, a done for you product. All right, So now
that we're done by analyzing the different
products and you have this circular concept in
your mind of water products, what are offers,
and what is value. It is time to dive even
deeper in the system and analyze exactly
where to host those. I'm going to show you
where I host the products. I'm going to show you
the different systems, a different software I
use, different websites. And by the end of
the next lesson, you will be comfortable
knowing exactly how to create and host
your products online. Thank you very much.
See you there.
10. Where to Host your Offers: Okay, so now that we've discussed what is
an offer, right, all of those different products, and we're going to
create IY products done with your products,
done for your products. It is time to discuss in
this lesson right here, where to host our offers. And I'm very happy that
I get to devote like a whole lesson of this course
to hosting our offers. Because this was a question
that I really had for many, many months, if not years
when I was starting out. Right. So I know that the free
content of mine, for example, would be hosted on
Youtube, on Instagram, on Tktocrite, on those
social media platforms. But where should
I host my offer? Which websites can
host my offers? Which websites to
process payments? How payments are processed? How do I collect e mails? Right? A lot of questions
that can be overwhelming, and all of those questions are going to be answered
in this right here. Right? So in this
Tuson we're answering, where should I host my offer?
What offers going to be? Are the offers going to be
selling for themselves? Do I have to sell those offers? How that's going to
be happening? Right? And what about marketing
of the offers? So all of those questions are going to be
answered by themselves. I'm going to be
analyzing my funnel. I'm going to be taking my funnel as the example here to
give you some thoughts. Because just to mention
the simplest thing, a low ticket product has a completely different
hosting mechanism and hosting system than
a mid ticket product and a high ticket product. All right, just to give you a very small example
of why we need a whole lesson to discuss about the hosting of our offers. Enough with introduction,
let's go hosting our offers. This right here is an
example of my funnel. All right, we have again my free first step of the funnel. Then the low ticket product, then the mid ticket product, then the high ticket product. Right. I've added the logos of each destination where
each part of the funnel, each product is
going to be hosted. For example, my free
stuff All right, Which is Youtube and
some courses right, are hosted on Youtube. So they're hosted
on social media. And this would be fairly easy. This is something that I expect all of you to be
very confident on. Creating, you know
how to create and post stuff on Youtube,
Tiktok, Instagram. It's not that hard. Now, we're going to be focusing
in this lesson, in this part, right? So how to structure and how
to host your lead magnets, your mid ticket offers, and
your high ticket offers. Now I'm going to explain to
you what those logos are. And those are logos
of software that I use that are made and
designed to host your offers. And I'm going to be
elaborating each and every single one of those
softwares, all right? How you can use them
to your advantage. In general, the lead magnets
I host in this program, in this website called Gum Road. All right, My mid ticket offers
are hosted on Teachable. You can also host
them on Gum Road or you can host them on
this logo right here, which is the logo
of Kajabiright. Another software. Don't
stress about the names, everything's going
to make sense. The high ticket offers are
hosted in a website called again Jab in combination
with Llanly, which is a software
that helps you hop on one on one
calls with others. Okay, Now if we want just to answer this
question right here, which is, what about
marketing of the offers? And are the offers going to
be selling for themselves? If we want to have a
high conversion rate of visitors to customers
in each one of our offers, we need to have a landing page. All right, so again,
with our funnel, with the link in
the description, for example, of our
Youtube videos. People are going to be
redirected in our offers, right? Which we're going to be
hosting in the website that I'm going to
show you below. But in order to
convince them to buy, we need to have a landing page. So what is a landing page? A landing page is a
single webpage that aims to make a person
take action. All right? And action isn't
always to purchase. Action could be, for example, to add his E mail when
it's a lead magnet. Low ticket offers,
ticket offers, and high ticket
offers all require landing pages and all require
different landing pages. For example, the landing page
of a lead magnet is again, a web page filled with copy,
all right, which is text, images, testimonials, videos,
and reviews that try to increase the value of the product that you sell in order for them
to take action. Which in the case
of a lead magnet, would be to give
you their e mails. Don't worry, I'm going
to show you examples of landing pages later
on in this lesson. All right, so those are pretty much the five
convincing factors that we use in landing pages in order to increase the perceived value, or the value, if you
will, of our products. So again, we use copy or text. We use images to visualize to the students what we're
selling testimonials for other people have underwent this transformative
experience through our program, videos and reviews. This is what is usually
inside a landing page. All right, again, different products need
different landing pages. Why? Because the more
expensive the product is, the more convincing the
landing page needs to be hosting our lead magnet. This is the first
step of our funnel. Now, I personally use Gam
Road to host my lead magnet. Gam Road is a free. Simple software. It is online, it is
completely free. Again, you just sign up, you
upload your product there. And it has a very simple
solution for you to create a landing page
to convince, again, people that have entered through the link from
the description of your videos to your
landing page to give you the e mail or
purchase the product. All right. Again, we're
going to go through my landing page on Game Road. Right. This is again
regarding my lead magnet. Moving on to the
mid ticket product, I use Teachable and
you can also use Jab. Why do I use
Teachable and Kajabi? Those are two online course or online product
hosting platforms. All right. Gam Road is more simple than teachable and Kajabi
due to the fact that table and Kajabi have more aspects that you can
tweak in your landing pages. And this makes absolute
sense because right now we're selling
mid ticket products, which means that
our landing pages need to be better. All right. Teachable, remember,
is basic and free. Kajabi is not free. It's something like
200 bucks a month. Both Teachable and
Jab have parameters that you can tweak again
in your landing page. And you can tweak
more parameters than you can tweak in Gam Road. This way we choose
Teachable and Kajabi. What I would suggest you to do is that I would
suggest you to have a landing page of your mid ticket product
on Teachable. All right. Then if you see sales
and if you see traction, then go ahead and
upgrade to Kajabi. Kajabi will offer more features. Okay. Again, but
nothing that will definitely harm
your miked product. All right? It's fine.
In teachable table is good to host
your miced product. All right. If you see
many sales coming in, then definitely upgrade to jab is going to give
you more options. Again, I'm going to show
you both my teachable and my Kajab landing pages for
your high ticket products. All right. Those are
expensive products. Again, I personally use
Kajabi and calendly. Okay. Again, those are online
product hosting platforms. Kajabi and a one on
one coaching platform, which in my case is currently teachable is still an
option. All right. But if you will provide
better value with Kajabi, it's important to use Kajab because the tools
are just better. So if you want to
provide more value and you're selling more
expensive products, then go ahead and
upgrade to Kajabi. All in all, if you have
zero budget, use gumroad, teachable and
calently if you have some sales move or when you get some sales move from
teachable to Kajabi. All right. In the case of
our high ticket product, we use Kajabi and
Caently because again, those are just the best software we can have for
the best products. So I hope this made
kind of sense. We discussed about
the different types of software that we can use. Again, Youtube, Gumroad,
teachable, Kajabi and candy. Right. And let me show you
exactly on a live again basis, my landing pages and how they're
hosted in each and every single one of those,
again hosting platforms. And let's start with Gum Road. So this right here
is the layout and the menu of Gum Road right
inside the sales section. So as you can see,
those are all of the different sales that I've
done with my lead magnets. And the two lead magnets
that I'm using right now are SEO Marketing
PT and Course PT. You can see the e
mails of the people that I have as leads, okay? And if we go to home, for example, you
can see the sales, the total revenue that I've
done from my lead magnets, and again, the best selling
lead magnets that I have. This is the home
page of Gam Road. If I click to, let's say SEO Marketing GPT, you can see that this is the landing page
of my lead magnet. So let's see that very
simple landing page that I've created on Gam Road, I've got this image right here. As we said, there are
different parameters, different convincing
factors on landing pages. Those can be copy images, testimonials,
videos, and reviews. Okay, so in my case,
check this out. I've got copy text
that convince people, all right. I've got images. What else? That's
pretty much it. I just have copy and images. This was CO Market PT. Let me show you this other
funnel that I have in course PT. All right. Again, copy images in other products that I have
that are more expensive, you can consider them
mid ticket products. For example, this right here, it's IGBT for media
marketing on Youtube. Right? And I sell this for
$29 Let's what I got a video. Okay, I got photographs. Images as well as
copy. All right. Again, reviews this,
again needs to be more convincing because the
price is higher. All right? So if we go, for example, an SEO marketing GPT, you can see that I sell it completely for free and I
can go ahead and edit it. If you create a Gamera account. This is where you get to edit the products in the lead
magnets that you will create, for example, This is where you write all of the
copy for your landing page. All right, so you're going to
be in this actually, great. This is where you're going to be constructing your
landing page. Okay. You can see the preview of
your landing page here, okay? So this is again
the landing page. Scroll downwards. You can have a different
call to action. For example, I want this
or buy this or pay. Right? Summary what, you'll
get all the stuff right. Again, the pricing. I've said it to $0
because all I'm looking for is the e
mails of the leads. Then you go to content in the content you can
share which have, this is the link to
access my prompt list, which automatically send my
camerad when someone buys it. And again, you can
share your product from Gumroad, right? So this is pretty much
the interface of Gumroad. Again, a very simple
interface which you could use to host
your lead magnet. Now we're done with Gam Road. Let's move and let me show
you how to use teachable. So this right here, for example, is the menu inside Teachable. Right? Again, as you can see, I'm using still the free version of teachable. It's
completely free. And I'm not going to dive into every single aspect on how to use teachable
because it is very easy for you to just
download teachable after you're informed that it works and check it
out by yourself. So this is, for example, in the courses
section of Teachable, how I've structured my course. You can see that you can
preview the curriculum. You upload your videos there. This is how much I sell. This is my, my ticket
product again. Right. I've got the sales
page that I've constructed them of the course and
all of that stuff. Again, I invite you to
host your course of teachable if your revenue
is still pretty low. And if I go to sales pages, you can see that
this is where okay, I host my landing pages. All right, so for
example, go to edit, and I can edit the
landing page that I have for my mid ticket product. So in this part, you will see that this is the landing page which
we saw from Youtube. And this is the editor
of the landing page, right here with
all of the texts, butter and all of that
stuff we can tweak. So again, this is
a landing page, but it is a more
sophisticated landing page because we're selling
a mid ticket product. I've got my title,
my description, video, Call to Action
again. More copy. More copy reviews, testimonials that this program works, right? More copy, more copy again. I also have added
bonuses, right? So many bonuses, all that
stuff just to convince people, because we're talking about a bigger amount of money
that they need to invest in order to get
value out of this program. So again, this needs
to be more convincing. I also have like
frequently asked questions and all of that stuff in
this part of my funnel. So this is where I host, again, my mid ticket product. And you got many
stuff that you can see and you can check. Like for example, you
can add certificates, You can add a email list to subscribe people
to your email list. You can check your
sales from here. So many different parameters
you can tweak in Teachable. And this is actually an
amazing program if you want to hold your mid ticket product
completely for free. So I showed you my landing
page on Teachable, and now I'm going to show you my high ticket product
landing page, which I'm actually currently
working on in Kajabi, but I'm going to show you my current high ticket
product landing page, which is constructed teachable
just to show you that you can actually construct your high ticket product teachable. In my case, my high
ticket product is my coaching
program. All right. And because the
coaching program is fairly simple and I'm
not convincing people to give me money for the coaching program
from my landing page, but other than that, I funnel them into a sales call with me. I'm still using Teachable, which again completely free. So let's actually edit my high ticket product landing
page. So check this out. Very simple landing page. I've got my image, I've got images
again that convince people text okay and
just testimonials. So testimonials of Corey, again a clan of mine that
we scaled massively. I got testimonial of Mary, another clan of mine, I
got testimonial of Buzz. So testimonial testimonials
and the call to action. Can see the CTA book a call. Now I've got just two call
to actions right now. I might add one. We're
here. All right. So the CTA, if
someone clicks it, you can see that he's redirected
in this gallandly link. In my high ticket product. I use gallandly in addition
to teachable, for example. Why? Because I don't need the sophisticated landing
page features of Kejabi. Just because I don't
expect people to directly purchase my
high ticket product. What I expect people is to take action and book
a call with me, which is going to
be a sales call, in which I will convince them to purchase my high ticket
product. All right? So if I go here for example
in my coaching program and actually view the
page like a customer, you will see that once people click on the book,
a call, no button, they're redirected into
calently on calently. It's a very simple software
that you can use and I advise you to use if you're
doing one on one calls, in which people, again, can book a time slot from your calendar. Right. In which, again, if they move on, they will
give you more information. You will hope on
a 30 minute call to solve their questions
provide more value. And this, in my opinion, is the best way to sell a
high ticket product, right? Unless you're selling to
big CEOs and people that just have a lot of money to spend without asking
many questions, right? But usually people
when they're about to spend some money for
high ticket products, they want to enter a sales call. So they want to talk to, you know, that you're legit, know that you know your stuff, and then they will be happy to pay for your high
ticket product. So lady gentlemen, I hope
this video made sense. I hope that you understood
where to host your offers. And now we're done analyzing what are different
types of offers. What is value, where
to host our offers. It is time, I think, to construct the system, to put the final piece of the puzzle in the
system and let it run. Which means that it's time
for us to learn how to acquire people and how to get
people to enter our funnel. All right, so in
the next series, in the next section
of the course, we're discussing about the very important
term of traffic. Traffic is the final piece of the puzzle that you
need right now. Right now that we have our
funnel ready, we need traffic, we need strangers to consume, our staff to go
through our funnel and be and become right
reoccurring customers. So thank you very much. Going to see in the next
lesson of the scores.
11. How to Never run out of Video Ideas: So ladies and gentlemen, the final piece of the puzzle
before handing you to Buzz, who's a complete professional and is going to be
analyzing everything into editing the
videos and growing your personal brand on
social media in detail. I think that what needs to be done and what
needs to be said is this amazing strategy that I've brainstormed that I found myself of creating unlimited
content ideas, unlimited video ideas
for to provide, again, completely for free on
Youtube, on Instagram, on Tektok, as long form as short form doesn't
really matter. All right, so in this video
I'm going to be showing you how I use the ten core
problems of my target avatar. Right? The same exact
ten core problems that we brainstorm together in earlier videos to create and brainstorm
unlimited video ideas. Right? If you find, if you input the
correct information in ChachPT and you have described your target
avatar in a correct way, then brainstorming
his ten core problems just exactly as we did
in the previous lessons, again, is going to be very easy. Coming up with video solutions to those ten core problems, or more core problems of your target avatar is just
going to be a piece of cake. So let's launch. Let me show you exactly what I do to never
run out of video ideas. Okay, so again ladies
and gentlemen, this is the Chip page that we have created
together, right? So I just told Cha
Chip my offer, right? Then Chip gave me again, people that are
interested in growing their online personal brands and monetizing their
passions, right? So it gave me some tips. I said, I don't want to
help me structure my offer. I want to provide insights on the people who would be
interested in my services. So here are some people that would be interested
in my services. As we said, aspiring influencers,
small business owners, career professionals, creative
artists, students, right? The psychographics
of those people. So then I chose to further
analyze and target number two, which is small business
owners and entrepreneurs. So then we created a target out on small business owners and entrepreneurs to
do a small recap of the previous lesson
not we had, right? We create Alex Johnson. His age, his gender, his location, his
educational background, his marital status, children, occupation, all that stuff like his psychographic profile. So we created a target avatar of a key consumer
and a person that is very likely to find value
in our offers after we elaborated on our offers
with such a PT, right? And then this is the most
important problem of all time, which is please list the
ten biggest problems of this target avatar from
biggest to least severe. So we got difficulty
differentiating the business in a competitive market time management
constraints, right? Inadequate digital
marketing knowledge, limited resources for marketing and brand building, right? All of that stuff, lead generation and
customer acquisition. So how are we going to turn
those ten core problems into unlimited video ideas? Very simply, we're
going to write here, I want you to provide
five, let's say, three ideas for long form videos that could help solve
problem number one, do you understand the tactics
that we're doing here? We're asking PT to provide us with content
and the ideas, right? The structure of
videos that are here. To solve the ten core problems of our target avatar, right? So to address the
problem of difficult, differentiating the business
in a competitive market, which is the primary concern for your target avatar, right? Long form content can
be a powerful tool. Here are three ideas for long term videos that could provide valuable
insights and strategies. So we've got one mastering
unique value proposition, a step by step guide for
entrepreneurs vida number one. Video number two, the art
of brand storytelling, engaging your audience
in a crowded market. Video number three, niche
marketing strategy, finding and dominating
your business niche. So just like this, we have three videos that we
can further elaborate. With such opinion, we can
ask more information, judge PT to give us, for example, to script
the videos out. And all of this you're going
to be doing with Buzz. Don't stress about it, but I'm just giving you the blueprint to unlimited video ideas. And just like we
asked, for example, for three video da solutions to the first core problem of
this target out that we have, you can go ahead and ask for
20 video idea solutions to the first core problem
and then 20 to the second and then 20 video solutions to the
third core problem. Can you see now how
we're never running out of video ideas, right? And Buzz is going
to explain how to turn long form content into short form content.
How to edit this. You know how to edit videos, appeal to the long form
content algorithm. Red videos to appeal to the
short form content algorithm. So a lot of crazy
stuff for you to analyze and learn in the
next lessons that will come. Let's try this one more time. Suggest, okay, let's
see five ideas for video solutions for
the second problem of the target avatar. Suggest five video solutions
for the second problem. Let's say five long
form video solutions. For the second problem
of the target avatar. Let's see. So to address
the second major problem of time management constraints for small business owners
and entrepreneurs. Like our target avatar, long form content can provide insightful solutions
and strategies. Here are five ideas
for such videos. So time management mastery
for entrepreneurs. Boosting productivity
and efficiency, balancing business
and personal life. A guide for buses.
Entrepreneurs, right? Automating your business tools and techniques for time saving. If I were you, if I found one of those video ideas and I
found it interesting, right? And I wanted to implement it, I want to create
this video, right? I would go and choose this, for example, and be like, okay, I will create video number
one that you suggested. Okay, let me actually give the
title of the video, right, which is Time
management Mastery, Entrepreneurs Boosting
productivity and efficiency. All right, please
always be kind to AI. Please provide five
search engine optimized titles and a short outline of
the points I should cover. Okay, in the video, let's see, so we got
creating a video title, Time Management Master
for Entrepreneurs. Right? Let's go, here are five suggested SEO titles and a detailed outline
for the video. So not only did we brainstorm the ten core problems
of our target audience, but we also brainstorm
five video solutions, right, to the first
core problem. And then we took the
first video solution, we search engine optimized it, and we also had the spit outlined the
entire video, right? So we got, for example, those are some search engine
optimized titles, Entrepreneurs Guide
to Time Management, Maximized Productivity
and Efficiency. Master your schedule times management secrets for
successful entrepreneurs. Boost your business efficiency. Pro time management
for entrepreneurs, sky rocket productivity
and all of these just our search
engine optimized tiles. And we will dive deeper into
search engine optimization. But I'm just giving
you a small example on how by analyzing
our target aviator, by knowing exactly who
we want to target, is very easy for us to just find millions and millions
of different ideas for video solutions that we can provide for
free to those people to the beginning of
our funnel, right? So once you have
this system done, once you've actually approached this business from a
systematic standpoint, and once we have
placed all the ears of the system correctly, which means our lead magnet,
our mid ticket offer, our high ticket offer,
all of that stuff, we've hosted them,
and they're ready. Then the only thing that
we need to tweak right, is the videos, the
videos that we input inside our funnel
to attract strangers. And then those strangers will automatically become
recurring customers because they're going
to be undergoing the transformative
experience of our funnel. So if I want you to
take something from the first part of the scores, right, is that we create our offers, we
create our funnel. We nail down the
way of trafficking people through our offers,
through our funnel. And then the only
parameter that is left to tweak in order to add
strangers inside this funnel. Inside the system is just uploading quality
videos on Youtube. And this is another system to be analyzed in another course
further down the line. Now the only thing
that we're left to tweak after we've
created our funnel, after we've created our offers, and after people successfully
circulate from customers, from strangers to
reoccurring customers, is to just tweaking the
only parameter that's left, which is Youtube video. So having a quality channel, knowing how to strategically approach Youtube as a business. And this again, we're
analyzing further down the line in this course
right here with Buzz. So thank you very much
for listening to me. And I'm giving the mic to Buzz to continue
with the scores.
12. The Attention Economy: Hey guys, it's Baser. In this course, I will teach you everything that you need to know regarding technicalities
of personal branding. Starting from creating
your Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok, Facebook, Twitter, you name it, every social page. You will learn the
basics of web design, how to create a logo, a banner, using generative
artificial intelligence. And mainly, you're going to
learn how to create content, especially how to edit it
and how to package it. For the editing software, we will use Pct, which is a free option. And for the web design
and packaging of videos and content, we'll use Canva, which is another free option. We'll also use the
help of numerous AI's. During this course, I will link them all in a board document. And without further ado, let's get straight into it. I could tell you right
away that in order to build a successful
personal brand, you need attention, but I
want to break down why. First, let's analyze it from the point of view of the
social media platforms. First, I've chosen Instagram because it's one of
the most famous ones. But every time you see
the Instagram logo, you could substitute it. Will Youtube, Twitter,
Facebook, whatever. What's the goal of a
social media platform? It's to make money. That's the only goal that the
social media platform as. But the issue is that Instagram and all
these platforms, sure, they offer a paid
plan like Youtube, which offers Youtube premium. However, most of the
people don't buy it. Therefore, how do they make money? They make
money like this. They create a platform where
people can host content. As you can see, they
pay for it to host. And then they offer
you the possibility to sponsor your posts. Ads. Why are ads so important? Well, that's the main revenue of all the social
media platforms. Whoever wants can pay
for advertisements, like in televisions,
for example. In the traditional media, the payment required to
reach a certain amount of eyeballs is a lot higher
than social media. Therefore, more people try and sponsor their products on
numerous social media. And then they take a certain
part of what they make from the ads and they give it to the top performing creators.
I'll give you an example. Let's say that to host content, it cost Instagram
$3 Then they get $10 from someone that
hosted an ad which came, for example, in the middle of a Youtube video. After that, they give $3 to the creator that created
the piece of content, which allowed the platform
to put the ad on. And as you can see, Instagram
makes $4 in this case, which is completely abstract. It's just to give you an
idea of how this works. Therefore, the social media
company in this case, Instagram, gets $4 pure profit. Let's look at from the
other perspective now, the consumer point of view. The consumer, once he
gets on the platform, his sole purpose is to
watch content, make videos, post stories, whatever it is
he wants to watch content. Well, the issue is that
there are a lot of videos, there are thousands
of Youtube videos, Instagram post Tiktoks
posted every day. Which one is it going to choose? Here's where the algorithm
comes into play. The algorithm checks what the
viewer has watched and how it interacted with it and decides which video
to give him next. The objective of the
algorithm is known, other than giving the viewer the best possible piece of
content which he will enjoy. And why does the algorithm want the viewer to
enjoy the content? Well, if the viewer enjoys, he's going to stay for as long as possible
on the platform and therefore is going to get exposed to more and more ads. That's why you
receive notifications on your phone which say, hey, this Youtube
just posted a video. Go watch it out.
Because if you do, the platform gets paid. And how does the algorithm, the AI algorithm, decide which video to feed
to the viewer? It all comes down to engagement. Which doesn't only mean
s, don't get me wrong. Engagement is measured
in a lot of ways. The first one is click through, rate our percentage
of swiped away versus people that decided to
stay in short form content. If you don't know
what I'm talking about here, don't worry. I'm going to go in depth in log ethics in a further lesson. And I will explain every metric that you need to look up
to keeping on this route. The other metrics that the
AI uses are attention. So how much of the video was watched like if he
liked the video, comment, if he commented
something positive followed. If he followed the creator. And the more he engages
with the content, the more he is going
to be exposed with similar type of
content in the future. And why is this information
relevant to you at all? The reason is, the more people watch your content, the more People pay attention to you. And attention equals money. I want to get this straight
into your head today. Tension equals
money, straight up. If you have attention and you're entert and everyone
is looking at you, you're going to
have 250 K people in your Ostlers
University course. 250,000 people paying $50 a month is over 10
million per month. Which is crazy. Do you
understand how powerful this is? And that's a low
mid ticket offer. Think about someone
like Imagaze, which sells a course at $3,000 pay enrollment and he
has 4.2 million subscribers. Once you get attention,
you get a lot of money. There is no way out of that. That's how it works, and
that's why in this lesson, we are going to study some of the biggest creators on
the platform and how they got attention
so that you can implement these into
your own personal brand. And we allow you to skyrocket your attention, and
therefore money. Because I want to repeat it again, attention equals money. That's why most Youtubers
are content creators in general have products
that they're selling, whether they're digital like assets or whether they're
physical like merge. It doesn't matter. They all have products to sell because people are willing
to buy from them. That's how it works
and therefore, let's start with the
first case study. We're going to Magnets media. I'm going to present to you eight Youtube channels and they're all going to
be laid out like this. On the top part
you're going to see the name of the
channel description, sub count, and number of videos. And then there are eight most recent videos as you can see. Now, who is magnets media? You might already know them, but this is a channel which
is almost completely faceless and makes mini movies about business marketing,
money and more. What makes magnets media
stand out and therefore much engagement and subscribers
are two major qualities. First, the insanely high level
of editing and animations, which are this video which are 40 minutes long on average. And they have an amount
of animations which is extremely advanced and therefore really enjoyable to watch. It really attracts you and you can't really
get your eyes off it. Second, the story
telling techniques, Whenever you listen
to their voiceover, it is really engaging
and captivating. You cannot get off the voiceover because it keeps over
delivering over and over. And the story starts from
point A, where, for example, in this case of the Rockefeller video that I've watched,
Rockefeller was poor. He didn't have any money. So he starts to work jobs, and then he finds a
way to make money. And then he starts to
escalate over and over, becomes richer and richer. And then in the end, he
becomes the first billionaire. During the whole video, you
really can't get off it. It is really hard during the whole video to
stop and think about something else
because it is truly getting you in the story
from all perspective. Mr. Magness video, let's
go over another tuber which is really good at editing and we're talking
about Iman Gazi, Iman Gaze as a really
unique style of editing. He uses flat art to animations which is
extremely engaging. And it's not only the editing
which makes him stand out, but it's also the value that he provides as an entrepreneur
and the fact that he has documented his life since he was a 40 year old
teenager which was broke, and therefore,
this allows him to have a really strong
origin story. This really gives
him credibility for what he's talking about, because he talks about business,
and he is a millionaire. Therefore, he must know something that
other people don't. So the reason people
follow him to summarize, it's because he provides true value about
what he's saying. He has a relatable start
with the audience. And once he start
watching his videos, it's hard to stop
because it has really engaging editing and
really unique style. And then we have Ali Dal
Aliabdal, once again, as a really unique
editing style, I've chosen the
first three people which are the best
ones at editing. Don't get me wrong, they don't do their
editing themselves. However, if you want to be competitive in
today's social media, you need to have a really
good packaging for your content because only providing value,
it's not enough. And Ali Abdal, once again, it provides value and
entertainment and education. And as you can see, he has products, studies rise and sell. He has written a book
and that's one of the millions of ways that you can use to monitor your
audience once again. And then we move on to two of the greatest storytellers of the whole Youtube which
are Ryan Tran and Era. Now I consider them both pretty similar as they are both
great storytellers. They've both blown up
with the Youtube shorts. They both have three
shorts which have gotten over 100 million views. As you can see, they
average a lot of views on their last videos and their
engagement is really great. They do not have fancy editing, however, their video ideas
are extremely creative, almost on miser based level, and their stoletanling is great, and that's what makes them
stand out from anyone else. And now I want to show you
what I call an outsider. This is a Youtube
channel which has gotten a lot of
views unexpectedly. And his name is Isaac. Isaac has only
posted three videos, reaching a total over
1.5 million views. As you can see on all
three videos combined. And he has never showed
his face nor his voice. He has managed to keep his
branding with his fake face. The AI generated one and
is amazing editing and the reason this guy went viral is because he had
an amazing idea, high demand, the video was
insanely good quality with good value inside and great
editing and storytelling. He managed to mix up everything. That's why he went viral. And the reason I put
this channel in, even though it's not really that big of a personal brands, because you need to
understand that it doesn't matter your
sub count you can blow up with your
first video and then read your second one and
then with your third one, that's what true
quality looks like. A video is high
quality when value, great editing storytelling
are all mixed up together with a creative
and high demand idea. My Shorts channel has
over 20 million views and many viral videos, but my recent shorts
aren't really doing well. Most of them stuck.
After getting that first a few thousand views again and again and again. I need to break this cycle. So in this video, I will try to create a short
completely from scratch, Get at least 1 million views, and show how much
money I made from it. Let's dive in and then let's go over the last two
channels that we have. The first one is Q. Q is a channel which doesn't have
decorate of an editing. However, they provide
amazing value. As you can see, their
thumbnails are super simple, they're not complicated at all. But they provide amazing value to the user community
by providing information for small channels over and over at the start, gaming channels and
niche down channels. And the reason why
I bring up VdQ is because VdQ is an
extremely smart channel, which hasn't made the mistake that I'm going to show you
with the next channel. So as you can see,
the view count of VidQ isn't that high. As you can see, 40, 402-516-1708, They average around
100,000 views per video. And the reason they
do that is because they focus on providing value. Which means that they will
have a smolder audience. However, that audience is
going to be extremely loyal. In fact, they've launched a
new product which is called Vdq.com which we're
going to use later in the video because it
is a great product. And they've managed to create this amazing tool for Youtubers
which costs $50 a month. And VDQ, their program as currently 2 million
users per week. Some of them are
on the free plan, however some of them
are professionals which are going on the paid
plan for $50 a month. And that's how VDQ
makes the real money. They focus on providing value here and on their paid tool, and that's what makes them
stand out from the rest. They have a loyal audience and a good product on the side. So right here we
have tenex income. They have gotten one year ago, a video which reached almost
5 million views, Aiden Se, and the reason for that is that the idea was in
insanely high demand. If you remember one year ago, ChagPTME journey where in
the middle of the target of Youtube and every
content creation platform and Tenex
income used this to pretend that they've made 23 K a month of passive income
using ChgPTME journey. However, of course the
title is Click Bait, as all of these titles are. Because the person
behind this channel is not personally making
the side Cole. It's just listing out
listings from Etsy which have been up and running for months and months on end. And he comes along
and says, hey, this all you can replicate
them step by step. And people are, of course, not interested in that, as
they are never going to work. The thumbnails are
really appealing. As you can see,
there is this bunch of money in the thumbnails. However, after a bit of the same thumbnails over and
over with insane earnings, which are fake, the community realized that none of
this stuff is real. In fact, if you go
in the comments, you're going to see a lot
of negative comments. And then how did Tex income decide to monetize this channel? Instead of providing good free
value and a good product, he is now creating a course
which will apparently teach how to go viral
100% on Youtube. However, I highly
doubt that this works. In fact, I believe that the only reason this guy
went viral is because of the insanely high demand that there was on ChechipTM journey, which then allowed him to scale his channel and now have around a 2030 K views average on his
channel, which is not bad. Don't get me wrong. However,
if you check the comments, you can truly see
people's disappointment in the information he gives. Also, as you can see, most of his videos
are 8 seconds and two 8 seconds and one 8 seconds and two
8 seconds and nine. The reason for that is after
the eight minute mark, the video is going to
start having oral ads. Therefore, when you see a
video that is 8 minutes long, you can instantly tell that it's going to be
a waste of time, at least for a little bit. That's because the video was
probably 7 minutes long. It was 1 minute short. So what he did was
filling it with fluff for a minute
throughout the whole video, so that it reaches 8 minutes, which is a really bad signal. And they don't suggest
you to do that. Try and be as straight to the point with your
audience as possible. Do not waste time. And that's why this
community is never really going to grow
something like video, which average almost
the same views. However, the quality of those
views are way different. And now let's summarize this last song with
some bullet points. What are the key takeaways? So first, you have to harness your audience over virality. Virality is just a concept which can give you a bit of views. As you can see right here, he got a bit of views
on the first video. He has probably made a
good amount of money. However, he hasn't been able to create a true personal
brand like VdQ, has harnessed the
platform for years. And now he's monetizing with his new product and making
a lot of money because what this channel did was cashing out on the
business as fast as possible with a course which is going to work
in the short term. However, if you want to build a successful personal brand,
that's not the way to go. Then engagement is key,
as I've already told you, because engagement suggests
your video to other people. And then we have also found out that variety is almost useless. It doesn't matter how
many one its you get, you're always going to go
back at your original. We, as you can see this
is all for this lesson. I will see you in the next
lesson where we'll teach you the basics of cap
cuts for editing, long form content and
editing. I'll see you there.
13. Using AI to Script and Scale: In this lesson, you're
going to learn step by step how to generate ideas and create scripts which
are really good for attention on Youtube
or any platform. For this first part, we're going to focus on Youtube as we're going to type longer
scripts for longer videos. However, we are
then going to move onto short form content
script production, which is referred
to Instagram reels, stick top Youtube shorts, you name it. To
create good scripts, we are going to use the Alpo AI. But the first step that I
want you to do is close GPT, because Ch GPT is
trash writing scripts, especially 3.5 it's one of the worst tools to use and
I'll give you an example. So I've going to ad write
me a 62nd script for a Youtube shot where I speak about online course
marketplaces, making it directed to beginners. And then I changed
my mind that said, make it 30 seconds
so we don't waste too much time going over
these terrible scripts. So as you can see,
it starts, hey, hits buds ready to supercharge
your learning journey. Online course platforms are the game changer for beginners. This is one of the
most boring hooks I've ever heard in
my entire life. And then it says, reviews
are your secret weapons. Get real insights.
Find your perfect fit. Like what does this even mean? Reviews are your secret weapon. Get real insights. Find your perfect fit. I don't know what Cha
GPT is fumbling about. And then there is closing shot
bats with a thumbs up like subscribe and join our community of knowledge seekers.
Stay curious. That's why you never
script to ChachPT, okay? You can use it maybe to
brainstorm some knowledge, but ChachiPT is garbage when
it comes to writing scripts. And that's why we bring in a new tool which is
powered by ChagPT, four, trained and designed just to create content That AI
software is called, Q.com This is the page that
you find once you type in Q.com and you can either sign up with your e mail address or
with your Google account. I'll go ahead and do it with
my Google account simply because it's easier than
a click criteria on Z. And I am now signing
in and it says, Add your Youtube
channel so that you can get custom recommendations
powered by AI, performance comparison
on competitors, analytics, and
subscriber analysis. I'll go ahead and add
my Youtube channel. I'll click on my
Youtube channel here. Then people ask me to allow analytics report and
manage my Youtube account. I'll type yes because
VDQ is a trusted site, you don't need to
worry about anything. And once you are on the website, the first thing that I
suggest you to do is go right here and click the dark theme. Otherwise you can't
see almost anything. But once you've done that,
you can see the interface. Before getting too specific, I recommend you to download
the VDQ extension, which will help you every
time that you are on Youtube. Analyze every single
video that you watch and it will tell you
about the views, views per hour that the video
is getting the engagement. The CEO, search
engine optimization. How good is it ranked? There are the tax good
is the description, good is the tuber arting and pinning and
replying to comments, post engagement regarding likes, comments, et cetera, et cetera. All that kind of stuff gives
a lot of good insights which will help you
analyze competitors when you are going on Youtube. In this course, we are only going to use the free version. However, there is a paid version
which is extremely good. It costs $50 a month. However, if you search people like Nate Wealth
and other tubers, you're going to
find that they have an affiliate link in
the description, which we'll give you the
first bond for only $1 which is extremely good. If you want to try it out and
see if it's for you or not. Otherwise you can pay
the 50 full dollar, whatever you prefer or even
stick to the free version. It's fine. Now that
you have access. This is the on page,
the dashboard. Here you have a get started
video which will tell you how to post your first video video and how to create
your Google account, which you probably already know. Here you have some lessons on Youtube which are completely
free and you can watch. Then you can see here on
the subscriber's overview, the best times to publish
tailored to your needs to understand about
your audience, which are all
features implemented even here in the
subscriber stab. And then you have some
features which are locked to you and you have three
credits every month, and I highly suggest
you to use them. So the first thing
is Daily Ideas. We will not focus
on daily ideas, but this feature
isn't that good. And I don't suggest you to spend too many credits on this. As Lambros is going to explain
you further down the line, how to never run out
of content ideas. We are going to give a quick
look at the keyword stab. Here you can research
the keywords which you are interested in. For example, mid journey,
you click Enter. As you can see the search
volume which is high. And the competition
which is low. You can see me joining V six, which is version six, The new version that
just came out as a search volume of
1 million users, which is insanely high, and therefore might be a good idea to create
a video on this topic. However, this website is
purely centrated onto Youtube. And then you can check
your competitors, which in this case I
don't have because I have zero subscribers and zero videos on this channel specifically, which is just my
personal channel. And here you can compare your
data with your competitors. And then we get into the
important part, the AI coach. We will use VdQAI to
generate a script. However, we will
need to refine it. And first, I want
you to understand the structure of a good script. Every good script starts
with a good hook. If your hook sts,
your video will flop. There is nothing
to say about it. If they don't watch the first
30 seconds of your video, they are not going to
watch the entire rest. They're going to click off
and watch for something else. And let me tell you,
especially on Youtube, if people click on your video,
meanwhile it's charging, they're already checking out all the other thumbnails on
the right side of the screen, so you have to be fast at
catching the attention. Here are the three
biggest mistakes that I see every time in the hook. The first one is
introducing himself. I am sorry to break
it down to you, but if I clicked
on a video which says how I beat Minecraft
with a steering wheel, you cannot hit me with an intro which starts with
you showing your face, saying, hey, I'm Karl. I'm 17. I go to high
school, blah, blah, blah. No one cares. If I have
clicked on a video which is titled and as a
thumbnail in a certain way, you have to deliver
my expectations. That's how it works
in long form. Content with the hook, you have to deliver
and over deliver on your promises instead of
starting your video by saying, hey, I'm Karl, I'm 17,
et cetera, et cetera. How should you start
it? Well, the hook as a general rule should be really fast paced and should
deliver on the promises. So what you could do is
show a quick shot of the steering wheel that you're going to use for the challenge. And you could start by saying, this is Minecraft
and you could show a quick barrel of Minecraft. And then you could say, and
this is a steering wheel. And so people, as soon as they join in a
matter of 2 seconds, they already know
that they're going to get Minecraft with
steering wheel. And they immediately
understand that they clicked on the video
that they meant to Cl. And then you could maybe
say, this is Mincraft, this is a steering wheel, and this is me, and
you show your face. That happens, it must
be extremely quick. And once again, you
can't say your name. People don't care
about your name, especially where
you're not famous. It's a terrible idea to
start a video by saying, hey, I am, because the video
should be about the viewer. And then another
really bad mistake that I see is the CTA, also known as call to action. You cannot add a call
to action at the start. This especially
happens in tutorials, and that's why tutorials are such a pain to
search on Youtube, search your tutorial
about how to download a video from
Spotify, let's say. Because I don't know
how to do that. Well, I can guarantee you 100% that the first tutorial you're going to click is going to say, hey, in this video
I'm going to tell you how to download a
video from Spotify. And you're like, oh okay, cool. I clicked on the right video and then they say make sure to like subscribe eat the
notification bell comment down below. Share
with your friends. I just want to download
a vida from Spotify. Don't include your CTA before
you have given any value. That is extremely important because people are not
going to listen to you. You can't just command people to subscribe and eat the
notification bell and then, and then leave a
lot of engagement. If you've started the
video in 2 seconds, why would they ever do that? Do they ever reason to do that? No, they don't because you
haven't provided any value. And then there is being boring. Being boring means showing the same clip for 10 seconds
straight in the hook, in the hood, which lasts
5-15 to 30 seconds. Usually. The longer the
hook, the longer the video. You should have a clip
changing or moving, or a sound or something happening at least
every one to 2 seconds. In the example that I told before about the
Mincraft intro you, this is Mincraft
that lasts 1 second. This is a steering wheel
that lasts 1 second. And this is me. And today
I'm combining them. All three. And maybe
you combine all of three the screens
in some way and you create an explosion with a sound effect,
green screen effect, which I'm going to
show you later how to do on the center of the screen, that's going to catch attention
100% And the reason for that is you're going to overwhelm them with
information right away. And that's the right information because that's what
they clicked on. If you're creating,
instead of a gaming video, more of a professional video where you're trying to educate, teach, whatever it may be. You also have to include a fourth point in
the hook formula, which is social proof. I can't teach you how to cook a five star Michelin meal if I can't even cook
a toast properly. That's the reason that most business self improvement
Youtube bears. Do not succeed in the
modern days because they start the video and they do not have any type of social proof. For example, Imangadzi tells
people that you can come from nothing because
he came from nothing and documented
the whole way through. That's the reason these people are extremely
popular on Youtube. If you find Youtube gurus on Youtube or people that
pretend to know about Google, they are going to reserve a percentage of
the Ok by saying, well, you might wonder,
what's my authority? My authority is that I've gotten 10 million views across three different channels.
That's what they say because otherwise you wouldn't
be able to believe them. You would be like, why do
I need to listen to you? If you have 300
views on this video and 1,000 subs on your channel,
you don't know Youtube. Instead, if they
provide good results, you're going to listen to them. However, in gaming videos, this is not really required
because completing my craft with a steering wheel
is a hard challenge. But it doesn't require any other competencies
than the challenge itself. So you can simply
start the challenge and entertain the viewer
throughout the video. Don't need to say, I've been a professional Mincraft player for five years, No one cares. They care if you're
trying to educate them, not if you're trying
to entertain them. And then we get onto the
second part of the script, which is the main part.
I call it the body, can call it however you like. Basically, it's the middle
part of the script. The objective of
the body is to keep the viewer for as long as
possible watching your video. And the way to do that is
by first not committing these three mistakes that I've
seen on Youtube all over. The first one takes too long to transition from the
script to the body. You start the hook,
you get them hooked. They are interested.
You're like, okay, let's start
this micro video. Okay, I'm ready to
see the challenge. Instead of getting started, you start talking about
your origin story. Since I was a kid, I've
watched this guy make it, so I wanted to do it as well. If it's not relevant
for the video cut it, don't waste people's time. And that's how we transitioned into the second bullet point. Don't yap to reach that eight minute mark like ten X income
does in these videos. When a video is 8 minutes long, you can easily tell that they've done it just to get metral odds. If your video is 7 minutes long and you want to
unlock metral adds, you either find valuable
information to give to the viewer or you
leave it to 7 minutes. There is no reason to waste
people's time for metral ads. If you want to build
a personal brand. You can't just be that guy
that is only trying to get the eight minute mark when it does videos and nothing else to care about your audience, their time and providing
them value or entertainment. Another problem, it's not
getting straight to it. She is similar to the
first bullet point, which is takes too long to transition from the
hook to the body. However, what do I mean by
not getting straight to it? Well, you simply lose time with irrelevant stuff during
the duration of the video. She may be anything,
maybe you talking about. Thanks guys for reaching
1,200 subscribers. That's one of the things that I see a lot. Thanks for this. Thanks for that. The
thanks should always be at the end of the video and I'll tell you
why in a second. However, let's stay
to the body first. The body, you also
want to include some retention tricks.
That's how we call them. The retention tricks are subtle
additions to the script, which for example could
be curiosity loops. Curiosity loops are who, maybe even in the hook, you show a scene where on the top left there is
written coming up. Or later in the video. And then you show some insane
actions so that the viewer sticks out until the
end and he wants to see that happen
during the video. Some movies that do this really well are the worst
where they start, and they're already in
the middle of the action. And they say, you're
probably wondering, how did we get here? And the movie actually starts. That's called Curiosity Loop, where you trigger the curiosity of the viewer into staying because they want to understand how did we get
there effectively? And you can't just be like, here's ten reasons
why give an example, you're not losing fat and the tenth one is
the most important. So stay out in the
end to find out. The reason you cannot do this is because they're just going
to watch the first point, the second point and be like, I've already heard this maybe on an article and this one
from a fitness influencer. So I'll just keep
to the tenth one. And if it's not good I'll just
leave a dislike and leave. So try and say this,
but intrinsically, so maybe instead of
saying ten tips or ten reasons transform
it into the ten progressive steps
to lose weight. Now since they are steps, they can't just keep steps. They have to watch every
single one of them. Watch the first one and be like, okay, I have to implement this. So then I can implement the
second one and then the third and then the fourth one.
They watch until the end. And they're like,
okay, if I implement all these ten steps,
I will lose weight. Therefore, I must
watch them all. And then we get onto the
conclusion of the video. And this is a part where I see a lot of people not
do the right thing. In the conclusion,
the worst thing that you can do is
not do anything. And just cut the video
completely. Just cut it. That's the worst thing
that can happen. You may even cut
it mid sentences, or as soon as your
sentence ended, you do not even fade it. That's a terrible ending. If you are instead saying
goodbye to the viewer, you're making the mistake of not capitalizing on what
they could possibly do, which is adding a CTA. And I want you to be
clear. A CTA call to action doesn't mean asking
to like subscribe comment, follow their Instagram,
Twitter by their course, merge, share with their friends. That's not what a CTA is. A call to action
should be something actionable quick and that
doesn't take much time. If you like this video,
make sure to drop alike. If you want more
content subscribe, If you have any ideas
on why this happened, comment but do not
add all of them. Do not add freedom
to the viewer. Because if you give freedom, the viewer guess what
he's going to do. Absolutely nothing.
Therefore, only call to action, which may be diversified from video to video. From what I've
personally found out, the most powerful
call to action that you can have isn't to subscribe, but it's to redirect them to
another one of your videos. If you really think about
it, the reason you ask for subscribe isn't for your account to go up nor for you
to make more money. Because your money doesn't come from the amount of
subscribers that you have, but only from the
CPM of your channel. The reason you're
asking to subscribe is so that your viewers
will be recommended more of your videos
in the future, which is completely fine. It's a good call to action. It's pretty powerful, especially if you've provided value in the form of education or entertainment during
the whole video. However, it is way better to ask them to directly
watch another video. Because chances are,
if they watched 10 minutes straight of you
talking about something, they were extremely interested
and liked the experience, otherwise they would
have already left. And therefore, you can direct them to another one
of your videos, which is related to the topic. The best thing that could happen is that he watches two of your eight minute videos because you're going to
make double the money. That's as simple
as that. Maybe if they like that one as well, they might even
watch the one that you have recommended
in that video. And they are stuck in this loop where they keep
watching your videos. Therefore, that's the most
powerful call to action ever. However, make sure that you
do not make the call to action to watch another
video during your video, because otherwise
they might just leave it to go and
watch the other one. So let's say I'm making a Youtube video on how to
make good Youtube videos. Just an example at
the four minute mark of an eight minute video. So around the Alf in
my body of the script, I am talking about how extremely important
thumbnails are. You should not say, here's the video that talks about
thumbnails on my channel, but you should create instead a curiosity loop
where you could say, if you're interested about
creating thumbnails. We'll talk about that one later. So you create a curiosity
loop because people are now interested and want
to know about thumbnails. However, maybe in your video, you don't talk about thumbnails. At the end of the same video, you're going to link on
the end screen one of your videos where you talk about thumbnails and that's how
you increase your views. Now that we've talked about the basic structure of a script, let's go ahead and
create one with VidaQ. I've gone ahead and type write a script for a
Youtube video about possible theories on
why the fees five aren't seen in the new
Fu Panda four trailer. The trailers came out
around a month ago and everyone is
wondering why the first five aren't the trailer. So I want to create a video about the possible
theories behind this. I've typed this to the Q I coach and I got
the basic script. However, we will need to modify this as it
has made some of the mistakes which we have previously talked about
in the presentation. So let's go ahead
and copy and pastes. So here we are, and we start, and the script is already bad because it says hi
to the viewers. And then it's me back with
another exciting video. However, if we cut this, we already have a
good interaction. Today we're diving into
the word of coupa panda four and we've got a
mystery on our ends. Why is this sentence important? You are talking once again about what you're going to
talk about in the video. You're restating that in this video we talk about Fu
Panda four and a mystery. In the next sentence, you say, have you noticed
that the furious five are missing from
the new trailer? You ask a question and the
viewer is going to answer it. Did I realize that
they're missing? Well, yes. Otherwise, I wouldn't have clicked
on this video. And now it says, let's explore some theories
on why they might be. Here we have another mistake, which we have talked
about earlier. Subscribe a notification
bell. Just cut this out. As you can see, the transition between the hook and the body, the theories is extremely small. It's no more than
three sentences, and the furious five
aren't introducted. And the reason for that
is because this video is directed to people that know
who the furious five are. If they have noticed that they have been missing
in the trailer, they surely know who they
are and their story. So there is no need to waste
their time by reminding of some fight scenes
that they had in the first movie or how they are important. The second one. None of that matters because
they already know it. Here we have our three theories, which I'm not really
going to go into. It's just the content which will vary from video to video. And then it says, remember
these are just theories and we all have to wait
for the movie to find out the truth.
Cut this out. Completely useless waste
of time for the viewer. We have already told him that these are theories and there is no need to explain it points
more than wasting time. And here it is a
pretty cringe way of asking what do you think? But you could say
something like, do you have your own theories? Let us know in the
comments below. And this is the
CTA of this video. If you have other theories, let us know in the
comments below. That's a way to improve
engagement with a CTA and make people start talking
in the comments about insane theories
and being like, no tiger can't be on a self discovery journey
because et cetera, et cetera, they
all start talking about different theories
in the comments which allows the
engagement to boost and therefore the video
to get reach. And then as you can see, the
outro here, isn't that good? After this sentence, which
is a really quick CTA, you could use your ultra, which you have your
Youtube videos. If you don't have one, I suggest to have it usually big channels, especially in the
entertainment dish out, which is the same
for every video. For example, there is Ali ab
Dal which presented in par, which suggests another
video of this channel. And then says, thank
you so much for watching and I'll see
you in the next video. As you can see here,
what a fantastic book. If you go to the end of
this video and you've been vibing with the way my philosophy
on this sort of stuff, you might have to check
out this video over here, which is a life
update video that I did recently that's very long, that shares some of these
sentiments around this sort of second mountain
stuff and some of the realizations I've had around kind of serving the self, Serving other people,
doing what I want, like chasing money, fulfillment, all happiness, all
that kind of stuff. That's in a video right
over there. Thank you so much for watching and
I'll see you next time. Bye. As you can see,
it's extremely short. In 10 seconds, he wraps a 44
minute video and he says, what's going to happen there? If you want to watch it,
feel free to do that. Thanks for watching
and I'll see you soon. That's why I suggest
to create a branding for your content
which has an ultra, which will help you maintain the consistency in the
final part of the video. And by doing the same
thing over and over all, viewers are going to recognize you and understand who you are. This is how you go
about writing a script out to add curiosity loops
and all that good stuff. In the next video,
we are going to talk about the basics of Capcot editing retention
tricks and I'll see.
14. Using AI to edit on Gling: Welcome to Cling. This is one of the best applications
when it comes to editing row footage. I always use this, as you can
see for my courses as well. And I highly
suggested to try this because it's going to save
you tons of time in editing. But without further to do,
let's explain how this works. You basically click on the drop file and then
you enter your file. You click on Cut
Silences and bed takes, and then you click Continue. Here we are on the project. Once it starts, and I'm going to briefly explain
you the interface, even though it's extremely
simple. Start from down here. As you can see
there is a timeline and you can click
on show cuts or not show cuts and just show
the finalized timeline. However, I suggested to click on show cuts and then skip cuts so that if for example
you are here and you realize that
DAI S cut award, you can simply just struck like this and you're going
to have your word here. It sometimes happen that cling accidentally cuts off
a bit of the sentence. It's completely fine. You can simply just
strike it like so. It takes a simple second
and it's really easy. I also suggest you, once you
create your first project, to go on padding and click at 0.2 What this will
do is we'll allow you to create a 0.2 gap between the cut that IDD and where
you actually want it. So that it's unlikely
that click is going to cut some
sentences that are said. And then you can zoom
in the timeline. You can also the noise, the audio of the speaker. Although I usually
use Adobe Podcast, then there is the option
to click on captions, which are going to create captions during the whole video. You can choose how do
you want them to show. I usually don't use
them and just add them manually in cap cut as I'll show you later. But
you can do whatever. And before showing
you the workflow, I want to show you also what
are the export options. As you can see,
you can export it as literal timelines for final pro venture result and a premiere which is
extremely useful. Or you can export
it as a video as I do because I'm
using this on cap cut or if you want to have also the audio option and
the subtitles option, which is really good. And now let's start in
this sentence, Lam says, so it's probably starting, so I'll just go ahead
and click on Cut. As you can see
it's going to cut. And when a quick play,
the player ready, Just going to move
here as you just. So then here it starts
talking, blah, blah. And then he says,
okay, one more time, which means that he's
going to repeat himself. So he can just
highlight everything. And click back space. And if he says something
that he shouldn't say, I'll just highlight it
and click back space. Let's go ahead and click Play. As you can see here,
Kling has already removed all of this part
because it's a double tick. We are now done with
editing the roll. It came out at 11
minutes and 30 seconds out of 19 minutes
of original time. There are 193 cuts and I
simply watch the video. And just by highlighting some words and
clicking backspace, I have already
completely edited roll, which makes this platform
extremely useful. So I'll go ahead and
click Export as a video. And I'll see you in Capcut. Here we are on Cap Cut. I'm not going to go
too much in detail about Pct works, Keep it simple. If you want to start
a new project, clip on new project, and this new page will open where you are in the
editing software. Let's get onto the editing. Let's first start by
clicking on Import. Now I'm going to go over
the basic features of Cut. Meanwhile I edit, so that I'm
not going to bore you with, oh, this is the select tool, this is the split tool. I'm just going to get
straight to the point. If I use any shortcuts, they're going to be shown
on screen right here probably where you're going to see control B or control Z. And if you want any more
detail about the shortcuts, they are all right here. These ones are the
shortcuts that I use. They are the default
shortcut one. So now that we have
our roll imported, how do we go about editing it? How do I go about creating a long form video which
is actually engaging? Well, there are some tricks, but as a main rule, you don't want to have more
than 20 seconds where there isn't anything happening but the person talking on screen. That's the main rule
that you should follow. Every 20 seconds, there should be either an appearance
from the left, from behind him as Z means
mouse, whatever it is. Once we have zoomed in Lumbros, the next thing that
we're going to do before ending this lesson and going on to practical editing and effects that we can
use, et cetera, et cetera. We're going to go on the
adjustment panel and fix the color grading of the scene so that it's more
appealing to the eye. So in this case, for example, as you can see, he's
not too bright. So I'll go ahead and
announce this a bit. However, as you can see,
the more I announce it, the more the background
becomes bright, which isn't quite what we want. So how do we go about this? Well, we can go ahead
and copy the whole clip, paste it above, then go on
cut out and auto cut out. These features allows you to cut all the human figures and characters which are
present in a scene. We're going to use this
feature later as well. And this will allow us to apply
the color grading only to lambras in the foreground and leave the
background untouched. Now we have created
our auto cut out. And as you can see, if I remove the clip
below by clicking V, you can only see the top clip, which as you can see
as Lumbros moving. And now we're going to
go on adjustment and slightly enhance
the color grading. So I'll just add a
bit of brightness, remove the contrast, and
apply a bit of sharpen edges. Now the arrow looks way better. And we're going to go
onto the next part where we're going to
apply motion graphics. My personal way of editing, and I'll see you there.
15. Long form Content Editing: Welcome to this lesson. We're going to talk about
editing in Cap Cut. At first, I thought I was
going to create the edit live. In this lesson, however, the lesson turned out
to be really long. Therefore I am
going to break down the edit that I have
created step by step. First, let's start
with the text, because I've used a lot
of subtitles to highlight the most important things that are being said in the video. And I've used two colors. The first one is a normal white. As you can see,
the font is Monza. Because it's a font which
is pretty versatile, then I've used a
bit of shadow with these options really smooth, almost unnoticeable, but helps the text stand out
from the background. And then I've also used
another color for the text, which was the yellow here. I've gotten this from a
Youtube video of Lambs. I've screenshoted it and then
use this color in my text. Whenever I was creating
a new text like so, I was clicking right
here on the color, clicking this little
pen right here. And clicking on the
color of the text so that the text become the same
color of the screenshot. And that's how I got
this color in cap cut. Regarding the animations
that I've used for the text, I've used some really normal
typewriter animation. As you can see, it is
writing as he says it. It's not anything complicated. I've also used some
other typing animations. This one, for example,
is called type one. This one, for example, is type three, where all
the letters come like that. I've used this white
paper background, which I've seen a lot
in Lambra's videos. And as you can see, the text
is really, really simple. I just highlight
whatever he is saying. Some basic animations here. For example, we have
the consumer habits, which is nothing crazy. I'm just, again, repeating
what he's saying and using a simple type animation to make sure that it's
slightly engaging. Regarding this arrow,
which is a bit more complicated to create,
but nothing crazy. Again, I've simply typed
these things right here, and then I have clicked the
character at minus two. This is how it would look,
normally, the arrow. And if you put them
closer together by clicking the character,
this is what you get. And then we have
once again the text about the same colors
regarding the arrow. I have created these
zones in with key frames. I'm going to show
you how to do them. Basically, you put a keyframe at the normal scale and
position of your clip. And then you go a couple of frame form words and
you put a keyframe at a higher scale and a
different position which fits the face properly so
that it's in the middle. And you do it once again
here, and once again here. You have a triple zoom
in, as you can see here, of a marketing agency so
that you have this effect. And it says in marketing agency, and it sums in three times. And if you want to have some good animation
which feels smooth, you're going to click
right here on show keyframe animation or alt K. And to make your keyframe
animation smoother, you simply go on the
scale keyframes. You click it so that
it becomes bigger. And then what's a zooming? You can click on the
keyframe and click right here on this little
auto curve feature, which allows you your
zooms to be more smooth as you can see
a Mi marketing agency. And then you also do it
on the Y option right here by clicking once again on the keyframes and on auto curve. Then throughout the video, I've also put some slow zoom in and zoom out as you can see. For example, here, since we
had a zooming right here, here we have a low zoom
out as you can see, which usually help
with the attention. And there are a
really good thing to add throughout your whole video. As you can see, if I
zoom out of the role, you can see that we
have zooms right here, right here, here. We have a couple of them. We have them here at the
start as well, right here. These ones are slower
as you can see. And the ones are faster
because they're closer. Same here, we have
another one here. And then here we
have a sequence as we had earlier, once again here. Let's now talk about some of the animations that I've used. Let's start with this one, which is one of
the easiest ones. As you can see, I've taken
some screenshots from Lambros, and they're popping
up from the bottom. And to do this is simply screen shot them and
then I've gone ahead and eat rectangle so that I
am masking as a rectangle all three images so that
they are basically the same and then I
eat round corners. So as you can see the
corners rounding. As you can see, that's
what that fissure does. You can just do it in
a slick way and make all the round corners the same value so that they're
all the same. And then I just make them
slide down altogether. And to do that you simply
click on the animation panel. You click on slide up in the in animation and slide
down in the out animation. You do it for all the features. And there you have
your animation. I've also used this square animation
where as you can see, the square comes from the
right and drops down. To do this, I've simply created the square as
you can see in Canva. And then I've taken
this money bag still in Canva in
the graphic section, and I've put them together, combined them by highlighting them both and clicking Alt G, which is a compound clip, and then added the animations, slide left and slide down. I've once again used
this animation where three things pop up and then they all go down
at the same time. And then let's break down this animation which uses
a different type of mask. So how does this work? As you can see, the Skillshare and Utomi
logo appear from nothing. And then there is this arrow which goes from
Skillshare to Udemy. However, how did I do it? Well, simply, I went on
the mask horizontal. And I've put the mask so that nothing can be
seen at the start. And instead at the
end right here, I've put the mask right here. So that as you can see, the mask moves throughout this clip. As you can see, it
goes low at the start, fast in the middle, and slow at the
start points again. And the reason I've
done this is because his ends are doing
the same movement. And to do that I've simply clicked on the
keyframe animation. So Alka right here and just by clicking auto
curve on the key frames, I've managed to create
this animation. Let's also talk
about this animation here where stuff is appearing from behind lambs because it's a pretty cool
animation as well. And how did they do this? Well, to create a
similar animation, the first thing that you
should do is duplicate your clip of the arrow
and then paste it above. However, just make sure
that on the clip above, you go on video cut out and
you click on auto cut out. The reason you're doing
this is because this will allow you to separate the mean character
from the background. As you can see, this
only works on people, but fortunately,
Lambros is a person, so this works on him. And as you can see, Lambers is completely cut out
from the background. So what you can do now
is put the squares right behind him and make them appear on the left side
and on the right side. And then you create the
background here and you create this amazing effect by simply putting keyframes here. You put a key frame at the
end and you do the same here. Keyframe at the start and
key frame at the end. And then once again Alk keyframe animation
and auto curve. As you can see now you
have this animation where stuff appears
from behind Lambras. And then there is just slides. Animation as you can see
right here, animation out. This one is slide right, because it's sliding
on the right. And this one slide
left, of course. And then I want to spend a couple of seconds
talking about this animation where
it says linking description with this
black box right here. The way I created this was
with this compound clip. I'll go ahead and undo so
that you can see what I did. First, I have created the text which is link in
description as simple as that. I've just divided Alf being white and Alf being this color, which is the other one
that is used in the video. I've gone ahead and
created this black box. And to create this, it's
a simple black square, as you can see, this
is what it looks like, a simple black screen. And then I've gone
ahead and applied a horizontal mask
and applied feather. This is how a mask looks
like without feather, and this is how it looks
like with feather. As you can see, it
becomes smoother. Therefore, that's
what I have created. And as you can see, we
create this effect. And now we just create
a compound clip with Alp G or simply by clicking
Create Compound clip. And then we go on animation. And we simply apply
slide down and slide up. And as you can see, this
is the final result. We have to slide up at the start when he says
about the description. And then we have a slide down. And then let's talk about the first 30 seconds
of the video. In the first 30
seconds of the video, your objective is to make sure that the viewer stays for
the rest of the video. So if your objective is
to entertain a viewer, you have to make them laugh. If your objective is to
gain value like Lambros, in this case, your
main objective is to establish credibility. So that people will take you seriously throughout the
video and will stay. And that's why in
the first 2 seconds, I've shown a screenshot
of him having 27,000 students and 270
reviews only on Udemy. And then he talks
about how he did every single mistake which makes the viewer resonate
with this situation. And then I add a couple of zoom in right here when he
says something important. And then I show once again
his ratings on Udemy, his amount of students, and the fact that he has
a best seller course, so that people are instantly
interested in what he has to say and that's
how you create a video. Everyone nowadays is
trying to just copy Man Gazi style and create
flat art two D animations. However, being an original
creator is extremely important and portraying
branded colors and a branded editing style
is way more important than another video out of the 1,000 with the I Makazi style. And now we have finished
the long form editing. Just remember, don't
overcomplicate it. And now we're going to go
on short form editing, which is another universe. We're going to use
a snippet from this video and it is going to be completely different.
So I'll see you there.
16. Short form Content Mastery: I'm currently here on Instagram and you're probably
wondering, what am I doing? Who is Ned Jon Zala? Because you might not know him well if you don't know him, he's the best cap cut
editor on the field. He has posted a lot of reels, gotten 100,000 views on almost all of his
reels and more he provides with amazing
quality content done almost completely
in cap cut. I'll show you for example
this one from Mr. Beast. I could start a new
channel tomorrow with not using my face or my voice like
without ever promoting it. And in six months have 20 million subscribers.
It's purely knowledge. Like if you knew what I knew, you could get 10 million views
of video and you could get 10 million subscribers no matter where you are right
now, within six. And as you can see, the animation
is really, really good. I'll go ahead and play one more. Working out will
change your life in every area because
when you work out, you're much less likely
to eat unhealthy as well. Because you don't want to ruin that effort that
you just put in. You just put in all
this good effort. So people tend to eat healthier once they
start working out. People tend to sleep better
when they're working out. Sleep impacts your focus the next day when
you're working. It all is this virtuous cycle that all starts with just moving your body
every single day. And this is, there is a lot of animations with characters, he plays with colors
and all of that stuff. There is also another
creator which we will take into consideration. This guy is called Devin
Yato, You might know him. He has gone viral
multiple times. As you can see, he
constantly gets a lot of engagement in his
reels and the overall. That's really good content and he uses some cheeky strategies. I'll play a video and
then I'll ask you to pose this lesson and try and write down whatever you
think he did that was right. If you need conson,
its Tiktok Ytrails. Don't be a dumb.
That's as chat GBT. Can you give me
ten cotton ideas? That's horrible. Let me put
you on a game and teach chat GBT correctly to
get viral coton ideas. Right now there
are Alton million Youtube videos to
steal ideas from. And that is exactly
what we're going to do. Ai head over to Youtube and search for a video
within your industry. What do you find? A Youtube
video that you like? Go ahead and copy that videos. Link and head over to Youtube transcript.com and
paste in that video. What this will do
is it will give you the entire transcript
of that Youtube video. But hold on, we're not done. Go ahead and copy the transcript at the bottom left and then head over to chat BT and
this part up hat GBT. Okay. It's a wallet prompt. You can hear the
screenshot this or just come with the word wallet and ought to send
it over to you. Once you have your prompt,
all you have to do is paste your transcript
and press Enter. Now you have ten Ol content and this you can
choose from from here. All you have to do
is reply back with whatever number you want
to use and chat GBT will extract the most
valuable parts of that Youtube video and turn it into a viel short
piece of content. Now will the script
that give you be perfect Puck. Now
this is gonna suck. But you now have a
valuable structure to build your next
viral video off of. So please, for the love of
God, if you need content. So again, I highly
suggest you to try and pause so that you can try and guess by yourself outwear the right
things that you did. Assuming you did, let's go
over what just happened. The first thing that it does
is giving you a visual look. As you can see the content ideas glitch appears right
away and there is this infinite that rolls and then it vibrates
as you can see. It changes the light and the
glow. And then it moves. And there is Tiktok and
there is Instagram. That's because he's talking
about viral ideas glitch. And he talks about the
two main platforms. And then second thing, insults you and tells
you that you're wrong, then now you're
emotionally attacked. And then he says why you're
doing everything wrong. That's because he asked ChgPT, can't give me ten content
ideas And he says, that's sorry, Ble, let me put you on game and
let me update you. And now to use
Chagapet correctly, after we are only 12 seconds in, you've already been
visually hooked. Value hooked, as he'd
like to call it, because he's about to give you a lot of value
from what he says, then he has already explained the most common
mistake in this space. And then he also establishes credibility by showing his
best results right here. All of that in 12 seconds. And then he talks about right
now, the best creators. And he shows the most popular videos which
you have probably watched from Alex or Mozi
to a lot of creators more. And then he says, and that's exactly what we're
going to do using AI. So he moves to Youtube. He searches up
something by wearing, which is going to capture you once again because
he's being rude. He searches it up, He
only finds himself. He shows all of the script
and he appears at the bottom. He starts talking again. He says copy and
pastes it to PT. And then here's the other
trick he comes at around the 42nd mark where he has
already given you value. So he tells your
really big prompt and he's like, you
don't need to copy. You can either screenshot
this and he holds it on the screen for 13 frames. And it's not even
the full prompt, therefore what's
going to happen, you're not going to be able to copy it. So what does he do? Words is come with
the word wallet and I'll just turn
it over to you. Just comment the word wallet
and I'll send it to you. So people are going to comment because they're too
lazy to go back, rewash all the 40 seconds and then screen shot, et
cetera, et cetera. So they're just going to comment wallet to get the prompt, the full prompt and guess what? That's going to boost engagement and look at what's
going to happen. Wallet, Wallet. Wallet, wallet. It's plenty of wallets here, verified people asking for wallets, everyone
replying wallets. I also want you to realize
something like this. You see this guy commented four weeks ago and
three weeks ago the same thing. You know why? Because he hasn't received the prompt. That's
what these people do. These people ask to comment for wallet and then they don't send the prompt list so
that you have to once again reply wallet and
further boost the engagement. Going back to our short, as you can see we have
also a personalized CPT. As you can see,
it's transcript TF. Still valuable content ideas
from Youtube Media mastery by Dabato Message transcript
TF as you can see, which makes it
really customized. As you can see there
is a prompt and then here is the other thing that you probably didn't notice. As you can see, it's written ten viral ideas 12 and it's
missing the third one. Why? Because mistakes when are done like these
are actually done on purpose so that the viewer remains confused by what's
happening and stays for more. Now, will the scriptic
give you be perfect? No. As you can see,
it's worse once again. So please, for the love of God. And does he, so what does
he end with? With a loop? In fact, if a copy and paste it right here in the timeline, you can see that it
loops perfectly. So please, for the love of God, If you need continents, retake tox, which is perfect. Therefore, what can we
strike from this video? One visual hook, two
being claim at the start. Three, find a way to interact with the
viewer emotionally. You don't need to insult them. You can just prove them simply that they're doing stuff wrong. You can also be direct without necessarily insulting
them, it's not required. And then four, you
establish credibility. And you have created a
really good base line to now provide as much
value as you want. What we're going to
do now is create a short created from a long
form video from Lumbros, the one that we've
edited before. The short isn't designed
with a script like this one to go viral or to
attract a lot of views. Its purpose is just to repurpose
the content that we have provided in the long form
video. One more thing. The reason this short is going to get less views than
the one applauded by Devin is also because everyone is looking for
infinite content ideas. But really few people are looking for tips to grow
your Udemy revenue. Chances are even you
that are watching this course do not even owe us courses on
Udemy or skillshare, although you use online
course marketplaces. Let's get onto
editing this short. So the first thing that
I've gone ahead and done is applied on nine by 16 ratio. Because that's what
Youtube, Tiktok, and Instagram want as an
aspect ratio for shorts. I've gone ahead and
scaled all the clip up. This is what they looked like
before and this is how they look like, scaled up completely. And now I'll go ahead
and watch the cook. I managed to actually do every single mistake that
a creator can do on Ume, but I actually managed to
scale my profile there to more than 50,000
students and of course, thousands of dollars of
revenue from Utemyd. So let's go ahead and
apply some subtitles and zooms whenever he says every single mistake. So
this is what we have. I managed to actually do every single mistake that
a creator can do on um, but I actually managed to
scale, as you can see, we have to actually do
every single mistake. And then he says, can do on
Temi and there are some outs. And he says but which is
really big and all capital. But I actually managed
to scale my profile there to more than
50,000 students. And then he says that
he has been able to scale this profile to more
than 50,000 students. So I'll go ahead and import a screenshot Rtire from one
of his numerous courses. And I'll mask it out
like so I'll round the corners just like
this, maybe a bit less. And I'll do it for all the
screenshots by simply copying this over and then dragging
another one at his place. So that I have already
the thing masked out, as you can see with
the round corners. Perfect. We now have all of
the screen shots like so, however I want to make
them last a bit longer. So I'll create a compound
clip and reduce its speed at 0.5 so that it
lasts double length. And then I'll go
whenever a clip ends, which is right here
as you can see, it changes the course. And I'll go ahead and
add a white screen. Make it full screen and
make it in overlay mode. Then I'll make it shorter. And I'll add a fade
out animation. And this is going to create a flash effect. This
is how it looks like. But I actually managed to scale my profile there
to more than 50, as you can see the white flash. Functions as a transition. And I'll also add some sound effects Later in
the sound effects lesson, I'll go ahead and import
a money in green screen. And then I'll go ahead
and copy and paste this other clip which is
in the main timeline. Go on Cutout and
click on Auto Cutout. Remove the Audio, and then
go right here and click on chroma key and then color picker and remove the green
from the image. So that as you can see, we have this money in. I'll make it a bit smaller so that the money isn't too big. And let's see what
this looks like. Thousands of dollars of
red revenue from here. I'll go ahead and copy
and paste this clip. And once again, auto
cut out feature, I'll make the
strength a bit more on the dollars and then I'll add a bit of shadows
that I don't lose too much detail of
the actual bills. Then I'll go on the
adjustment curves and annance the green curve a bit so that the
money is greener. As you can see, I'll
cut it right here. And let's say this looks like thousands of dollars of Reba. Thousands of dollars.
It's not bad. However, it's a bit cletchy, it's not too smooth. So I'll go basic and add some
mushroom blurer right here. I'll add it at around 30. And let's say this looks like thousands of dollars of revenue from it's way smoother now. And now I'll go ahead and
import the logo right here, put it here, and choose
the layer behind Lambras. Then I'll make it pop up. To do that, I'll
simply use keyframes. There we go. I'll go
forward when it says um, from, um, which is here. And I'll make it pop
up right here from um, then I'll make the
animation smoother right here by clicking out K and then clicking on auto curve on both the x and the y animation, which means horizontal
and vertical movement. And then I'll go ahead
and check how it looks like from my first.
Looks pretty good to me. So I'll go ahead and copy
this keyframe right here, and paste it right here, and then trim the clip. The reason I'm doing this exactly here is
because there are exactly seven frames from this keyframe to this key frame. Now let's go ahead and take a look from, um, a first thing, pretty slick and fast logo as
you can see from my first, maybe I want it to
be a bit slower. So go ahead, click Alt G Speed, make it a bit slower. 0.6 I cannot add
smooth slow motion, so I'll go ahead and add
a bit of Tom Bluer 20. So from my first thing I'll go ahead and choose
the layer in Lembros from, um, the first thing However, I'll also need to create an
auto cut out for this clip. Actually, I'll go ahead and cut the clip that I was
going to show and use this one afterwards because I don't think it fits
the narrative quite well. So now, this is how it
looks like from um, enrollments and reviews are the number one decisive factor of a student if you're
going to buy your course. Now, go ahead and add this
Crete that you can find in my asset pack and
start adding some text. I'll make it all white
as it's easier to see on the black grid and
I'll put them as a list, as you can see, number
one and number two, enrollments and reviews,
hard to number one. So I'll go ahead and add a text, make it bigger, put it here, and then copy and paste. And then put one here. And then I'll just stream everything and this
is what it looks like a enrollments and reviews are the number one decisive factor of a student regarding if he's going to buy
your course or not. I'm going to add an imported
an asset that I have created on a website
called Cheat Video. As you can see right here, there is still the watermark. However, I can simply
crop as a rectangle round the corners and
then one set of mask it. I'll simply go on screen which will basically
remove the black part. So then now I can have
this notification. The longer your
course, the better. However I want it to
be extremely slower. Applica 0.3 click on optical flow in the smooth
slow motion option, and let's see if it
does what I want. Otherwise I'll add motion blur. But I think this
should do the trick. I'll add a slide up animation, make it appear from below. And let's set the salutes. The longer your
course, the better. And here I'll cut it and add a fade out
animation at the end. Let's say this look is that the longer your
course, the better. Cup was kind of lacking, but animation is fine. And now I'll go and apply a zoomine in this part
where he says what? I feel like they're getting the most amount of information. Here where he says most. I want to add a quick zooming. So I'll go ahead and
do this the most. I'll also open the
keyframe animation and add some auto curve so what I feel like
they're getting the most amount of
information. And then he says Another secret that will
help you not get band. Another secret that will
help you not get band. So I'll go ahead and
subtitle this part. Do that, take a random
subtitle and another one. Pick the yellow color. I'll type another
secret and make secret yellow just by
doing it like this. Perfect. Let's tre zo means
where he says not get band. So we have the first
one right here, so we'll try player
it a bit further, we'll put it at around 340. And then we have another
one right here on the knot. Or go right here, type 70, and move it upwards. And then I'll
actually paste one of the old key frames that
the zooming is fast. There we go, I'll actually
move a bit closer. Then I'll copy this
last keyframe, Paste it before it
says Band right here. And then create a new
one around here at 400. And moving the clip above. And then I'll click on old K, Check all of the key frames and use Auto Curve. Let's
see how this looks. We'll help you not
get band or not. I'll copy this keyframe and also use this for the next clip. Here is another screen. Not to get banned on
udemy is to not add, he says text number logos. So what I will do is add text number A logos
to ocre it here and enter text numbers or logos of popular companies
in your thumbnail. And then when he says
in your thumbnail, and here you have it, popular companies
in your thumbnail. And ladies and gentlemen,
the final tip that I have to give you is that you need to
search engine optimization. And here where he says
search engine optimizing, I'll once again use
the screen mode, Search engine optimize
your and I'll also mask it to remove the
watermark once again. And this is how it looks like. The tip that I have to give you is that you need to search
engine optimize your titles, your descriptions,
and your tags. And it ends like
this. Because now we're going to add some text. We are going to copy one of
the old texts, paste it here. And tie prompts for search
engine optimization. And now that the thing is done, I don't want you to think that
this is an amazing short, because this took around
30 minutes to create. If you want to create some
advanced motion graphics and some really advanced stuff, it's not going to
take you 30 minutes. It's going to take
you at least 1 hour, 1 hour, 30 on Pct. Especially even more if you
don't have pre made assets. If you want to start to create some three D animation
and stuff like that, it's going to take
you quite a while. Especially if you
don't know how to do that and I cannot explain you create really advanced
motion graphics in the matter of a
20 minute lesson. It would take an entire
three hour course and maybe I would have one or two case studies
to show you properly. If you're interested
in that, follow my skillshare profile. I'll drop way more courses soon, especially on short
form content. I'll see you in the next lesson where we're going to talk about.
17. 3 AI tools to Enhance your Editing: In this last song,
we're talking about three AI softwares
that are going to enhance your video
quality by a mile. And we're going to start
with the first one right away and it
is called Kyber. Do you can use the
software by typing this in Google and you will be greeted with this interface. To start creating, you simply need to go right
here and create video. And as you can see, we'll
have three options to choose. You can click here
for more information, but I'll briefly explain to
you what each function does. The first one is flip book. Flip book allows you to
take a steel image and create multiple variations which are similar to the first
ones as you can see. Then there is motion,
which allows you to add motion to an image which
didn't have initial motion. This feature is decent, it wasn't too good, but they've just
right now dropped motion 2.0 which we're going
to go into in a second. And then there is transform, which as you can see
from the preview video, transforms video styles. And we're going to use
all of these functions. So I'll go ahead and
click on Flip Book. And then I'll go ahead and
click on Upload Media. Let's say that for example, I want to create a
flip book of the that transforming into a modern city in the style of cinematic. I will go ahead and click Video Settings and then I'll create around ten
second duration. I will not add any
camera movement as I don't think it would fit
really well this image. And then I'll show
the uploaded image in the first frame and not use the boomerang option
because I don't need the video to
play for alteration. And then in reverse, and I'll
click Generate Previews. And once you have your
preview, you can choose it. I'll go for example
with this one. You can also download
it if you want. And then I'll go ahead
and click Create Video. And as you can see
we have cut in amazing result
where this directs, simply transforms
into an entire city, as you can see first in a
bridge and then it simply disappears and it's
absolutely amazing. And then let's move on
to the next features. First one is motion. So let's go ahead and click it. And instead of
uploading an image, we'll just type, just
start fighting a prompt. And in the prop box of I
want to create a video of, I'll type a waterfall, Japanese environment with cherry blossoms in the style of. I'll go ahead and click Lost. And I'll click on
Video Settings. I'll choose the aspect
ratio to be nine by 16, so a portrait mode. And then I'll go on a
ten second duration. And I'll click on a Four Evolve, because I want it to
be pretty standard. I don't want it to
evolve too much. And it's now going to
generate the previews. And here we have
our preview frames. I absolutely love this
one and this one. I think I'll stick to
this one actually. So let's go ahead and create. And as you can see, this
is the result that we get, which is absolutely amazing. The motion is really good. I can really see the improvement that I've done with the motion 2.0 and right now everything
feels really smooth. I like the waterfall
movement which is really, really realistic, and the
blossoms are good as well. And now we'll go over
the style transformter. So let's go and create
video once again transform. So I've gone ahead and imported a watch montage, a
cinematic montage. You can do this with cars, you can do this with
people working out. You can do this with everything. I'll just do it with a watch, because I think it creates
a really cool effect. And what I will do is
change the style of this video to
lightning style storm, so that the watch is
going to become with lightnings and it's going to create a really cool
electric effect. And now I'll go ahead
and enter the style. I'll go ahead and use
cinematic because it's one of the best ones when you're changing the style in
something realistic, especially if you're using lightning and electricity style. And we'll go ahead and
need video settings here. You have two options,
version one and version two. Alcaide use version two because it's a new one and
it has smoother movement. However, if you want
some more crazy results and more creative results, I suggest to use version
one even though it has a slightly less
optimized movement flow, Alcoed, and you
generate previews. Now it has generated a review as you consider storm clouds, I really like where
this is going. I'll go ahead and create video and here's the final result. As you can see, we have
this amazing lightning over the whole wash which creates this absolutely
amazing effect. It makes the whole
cinematic look way better. This is the first AI tool that
I wanted to present to you because Kyber is really good
at doing this kind of stuff. You can also, once you
have created your video, go ahead and upscale it, four K, and then download it. And now let's go over
another tool which is DID. So I'll go ahead and click
on Start Free Trial. I'll go ahead and
click Create Video. And basically what this allows me to do is to
generate a script. And my character, wherever
I want is going to talk. I can add the
character that I want. You can also, by clicking here, create an AI presenter. However, I'll use this tattoo just to try it out.
And I'll go ahead and. Random script. I'll
go ahead and type. Make sure to get
your daily dose of protein just as an example. Then you can choose your voice. However, I will show
you later how to import and create audio
without better software. So I'm not really going to give too much
attention to this. And then once I'm
done with the script, the image, I'll go
ahead and generate. I slightly modify the script
because I had to log in. So I'll now generate the
video and as you can see, you're going to get this
video talking other, make sure to get
your daily protein, which is really good. However, if you want
to use these videos, I highly suggest you
to buy a subscription because they have a really big
watermark, as you can see. And you can remove it
with just $5 a month. So if you're planning
on using this a lot, I highly suggest you to remove the watermark by buying a plan. And then we get onto the last
software of this lesson. I pick.com I'll go
ahead and sign up, and once I'm here
in this interface, as you can see, I
have 100 credits which are completely free. I'll go ahead and upload. The image that we're going
to use is this one which found online of a
really cold MBA moment. And once you import your
image as you can see, what the software is going
to go ahead and do is add some blur and some
animation to the image. Let's go ahead and play a bit with the settings
so that you can understand how to get one of
the best possible outcomes. First, we can choose the amount
of motions that we want. As you can see, we can
reduce it to be less, we can make it longer. How fast the animation is, as you can see
here is very slow, and here it's very fast. And then we can choose
the focus point. If we want it to be
closer or farther, we can use the edge diletation, which is this blurred part, that's the edge diletation. As you can see, you can make
it way more or way less. Usually an halfway is good. And then let's reduce the
animation once again. Then we can choose
the animation style, so if you want it only
horizontal or as a wide circle, only vertical, usually
perspective, it is better. And then there is
also the depth map. To click the depth map,
you have to click here. And then you are going
to get this brush. You can change the size of
the brush as you can see. And then you can play with
the settings of this image. For example, if I go right
here as you can see, as I increase this, the
color becomes darker. That's because to
make it simple, dark means the image is not moving and it's considered
in the foreground. And white means
that it's moving. In fact, as you can see, Michael Jordan is moving
because he's white. As also these kind of players. However, if I go
ahead and play with the De map and I make
everything black, for example, all of the
background right here. I'll increase the size and I'll make everything black
except Michael Jordan. You will be able to see that nothing is going to
move except Michael. So I'll make everything black. And then I'll make this portrait here grayer than
it is right now. And let's it save, don't forget this one. As you can see
now, everything is standing still except Michael, which is moving, and
the basket a bit. And then to control the
movement even further, you can go to the
advanced editor. And I don't want to give
you a physics lesson, so I'll keep it simple. The X is the
horizontal movement. So as you can see right now, it's moving a lot horizontally. And like this isn't at all, the y is how much it
moves vertically. As you can see, the
Z is how much it comes forward close to
you and goes further. And like this for example, it only moves vertically because that's the
only value that is on. And if you click on
the animation style, you'll get some
pre made presets. And I usually reduce a bit the X value and increase the set so that
this is what happens. And this is an animation
which I really like. So I'll go ahead and download
it by clicking on Export. So now I have this
image downloaded. And this this lesson on image and video
enhancement thanks to AI. And in the next lesson
we're going to talk about two AI tools
which are going to drastically improve your audio quality
and music selection and sound effect selection in video editing. So
I'll see you there.
18. Sound Design Mastery, Tips and Tricks: In this lesson, we are going
to talk about sound design. But before doing so, I have to show you two websites which will help you a lot when it
comes to sound in videos. So let's start with
the first one. The first one is Adobe Podcast, and as you can see, you can do three things on this website. You can record, edit, and announce in the browser. However, this requires
access from the Adobe team. You will have to fill a
form which is not required. Then the mic check,
which is going to help you if you have to open
on a call or a meeting. It will help you verify that your microphone doesn't have any issues or
anything like that. And then we have non speech. Non speech is the best feature ever and that's what I
use for all my courses. As you can see, you
can drag and drop, or choose files to renounce. You can hear a sample. I'm in a conference room
with the window open, and it's pretty
echo in here too. Not the best place
to record audio yet. With enhanced speech, all
of the background noise and echo is gone as if I recorded this in
a professional studio. Did you hear that that's
announced and not enhanced? And I always use
it because I have a really loud PC and if I
didn't use this software, you could hear a really
loud background noise every time I record my lessons. And that's the reason this AI is one of the best ones
that you can find. And then the second
software that we're going to talk
about is 11 Labs. When you log in to 11 Labs, you're going to
send in or sign up, depending if you have
an account or not. I do have one. And as soon as you join here is the interface. You'll be able to create text with any voice
of your choice. You can explore from
the voice library, which is basically
infinite of 11 labs. You can sort them out
by however you want. And then you can
also create voices, although this requires
a subscription, which is $1 a month
for the first month. And from then on
it's $5 a month. And I always have this. I renew every month because it's
completely worth it. You can go right
here and create. And you can create whatever
you want the AI to say. And then you can check on
history or past generations. And also you can record an audio and then ask the
AI to modify his voice. So if I now choose
the voice of Daniel, and I recorded an
audio, Hey Mbs. Hey Mba. As you can hear, it's the same tone. The only thing that changes
is the voice, hey Mbs. Therefore, I all suggest you if you're creating even
long voice overs, you can use this software to make it say some of the
stuff that you have to say. You can clone your
own voice by going on create a generative
cloned voice. And then you click on
instant voice cloning. And then you simply record an audio of you
talking for a bit. And then you just send it. You describe yourself in a second and you have your
voice, which is insane. And now let's go ahead and add sound design to this truck.
What is sound design? Well, sound design is to
put it in simple words. The objective of sound
design is to create an enjoyable experience
for your hears. Meanwhile, when
you're video editing in the literal sense, you're trying to create an enjoyable experience
for the eye. The objective of
sound design is to create the same experience
but for your ears. And to do this, you will
use mostly two things. First one, Music. Second
one, sound effects. I will go ahead and go really in depth with
sound effects because I think that's a
topic which is not really talked about a lot
and it's always overlooked. However, sound
effects are essential to give one more level of depth to your audio and just make it feel
real to the viewer. So let's go ahead and as
you can see, for example, in the first frame of the short that we
have created earlier, there is a zooming
animation right away here. I've imported, by the way, the folder of sound
effects that I have. You can find it in
the free assets back and there are a
lot of sound effects. It's I think 150
really good, bad. I'll suggested to the low demo. To start, we have a zooming and a good sound effect which fits really well is
the woh sound effects. So I'll go ahead and drag it, make it a bit smaller, and let's hear all these sounds. I think it's really good.
Let's go one more time. Okay? Perfect. By the way, the video will be muted almost the whole time so that we can hear the sound effects. And then later on I'll
unmute the main track. Here we have the
flashes appearing. So we have to use the
camera shutter effect. As you can see, it's right here. I will zoom in,
make this smaller, and make sure that I'm
syncing it correctly. It should be good like this. Perfect. Let's go
ahead and copy. It's two frames before
the white starts. I'll go right here.
12 and paste 12. Paste 12. Paste. And once again here, let's hear how this sounds. Perfect. However,
they're a bit loud, so I'll go ahead and reduce their volume to around -6
decibels. Let's try out. This sounds good.
Now on the screen, we have money falling. I will go ahead and try some paper sounds I
don't really like them. I think this one
might be the one. I'll reduce its
length to this copy. Put it at the start. Let's try and make them overlap. I'll go 123456 frames. Paste 123456 frames. Then I should be
good right here. Let's hear this
extremely repetitive. I don't like this. Here we have our rustling paper effect. Let's try this one. I
like this one more. So let's go ahead and
use this. Let's trim it. Put it below, just like. So let's try it with the Sound. Thousands of dollars of revenue
from Okay, I like this. Then we have udemy popping
out from the back. I now need some bush on effects
again, I'll try this one. I don't really like this one. Let's try this
one. Too dramatic. Let's go with this one. This one is way smaller. I like this more. I just need to make this
further perfect. Now, Bush now we have our subtitles
which are moving here. So, I'll go ahead and search for an impact sound effect for every time that a
subtitle appears. So I'll look for the I, and there it is, Impact. Okay, I think I like this. So let's go like this. And always watch out
for the orange lines. The orange lines mean that the sound effect is
too high in volume. So let's reduce it right now
to around ten. There we go. And then let's
make sure to sync. This are the number one. Let's see. Perfect.
I'll actually make them even lower because
Lumbras will be talking. So let's hear it
with this voice now. Used are the number
one, decisive. Okay, that's good.
Here we have a um, nail appearing from the bottom. So I'll go ahead and add
another bush sound effect. Let's try with this fast bush. I'll make the volume lower, and then I'll
pastate right here. However, I want this
sound effect now to be reversed because the
tumail is disappearing. And how do you reverse
a sound effect? Well, you cannot click or reverse like you
would do with a clip. As you can see, you can click on Edit Reverse when
it comes to clips. However, you cannot do
that with sound effects. But there's a trick around this, and it is to go and
add one of your clips, possibly a PNG or an image,
whatever you want to call it. You make it the same length
as the sound effect, and then you merge
them together in a compound clip by clicking alt G. And then once
you've done that, you go right here and
click on Edit and Reverse. And once you've reversed it, you have two ways
to go about it. Either reduces opacity
to zero or click Extract Audio and
then just remove the old click and now you have
the sound effect reversed. And then right here we
have the search bar, and exactly here
it starts typing. So I'll go back in my
sound effects folder and search for some
typing sound effects. I didn't find them, so I've just taken a sound effect that I had downloaded from Youtube and then I'll
just streamed it. It has to start from here. I'll also Oda Fade and it
has to stop right here. And now I'll play this perfect. And now we have a really good timeline of sound effects, which
is really cool. Now let's go over to music. And once again, I highly suggest you to get
the sound effects. They're going to be extremely
useful once you start creating more complex
videos to talk about music, we are going to first
talk about what this is, because this will
help you understand which music to choose
for your videos. I've struggled a lot in the past with choosing
the right music, where to find it, and
all that good stuff. But it all starts with
which music should I use? Well, here's the answer. You can find these
emotions and feeling wheels all over Google. You don't need to
screenshot this exact one. However, this is how
it basically works. You have to think about what basic emotion is
your music conveying. For example in our edit
that we did for lumbers where it talks about demi tips
to increase your revenue, it talks about business and the prevalent emotion during
the whole edit is joy. Why? Because it is increasing
everyone's revenue. Everyone is making money,
everyone is happy. Happiness less joy is the main emotion that
is being portrayed. Once you know your emotion, you're going to go over
the little ramifications. So in this case, once
again, how is it? Well, he's enthusiastic
and he's optimistic. And the reason for that
is because once again, the mood is happy and
everyone is making more money after
that, where do we go? Well, we go on zeal. Excited, hopeful, and eager. In this case, I'd
go over excited. And the reason he's excited
is once again because he's filled with positive sentiments
about making more money. Once we have found out what's our emotion that is being
portrayed in our video. Well now it's simple, because music portrays emotions and now we can go on Youtube. And now you're going
to type excited music. Royalty free or copyright
free instrumental. And if you have a website
like Epidemic Sound, which is the best
in the industry, or Ebo elements, the kind, it's going to be
way easier for you to find good royalty free music. If you don't have
it, you can go for the no background
copyright music. As you can see, this is one of the best channels for no
copyright background music. However, you have to watch out to not get
these kind of music which give 2013 Minecraft
tutorial vibes. As you can hear, as you can see we are now
on Epidemic Sounds, which is where I am going to search the song
for this video. And I'm going to go
ahead and search for excitement because that's
what we are looking for. I found a song that I want, so I'll go ahead
and download it. Need an MP Three format? I'll go ahead and add it to my timeline and then I'll
just add fade at the start. Cut it right here and
then make it fade like, so reduce the volume so that
you can hear lumbratoking. I'm going to play the video now. Once with sound effects and
music and once without, so that you can understand the absolute importance and
necessity of sound design, I managed to actually do every single mistake that
a creator can do on. Um, but I actually
managed to scale my profile there to more than 50,000 students and of course, thousands of dollars
of revenue from Unem enrollments and reviews are the number one decisive factor of a student regarding if he's going to buy
your course or not. The next secret is that
the longer your course, the better people that buy
courses from Utemy want to feel like they're getting the
most amount of information. Another secret that will help
you not get banned on um, is to not add text numbers or logos of popular
companies in your thumbnail. And ladies and gentlemen, the final tip that
I have to give you is that you need to search engine
optimize your titles, your descriptions, and
your tags of your courses. I managed to actually do every single mistake that

everything from this lesson. How to use sound effects, where to find them,
where to find music, how to find music,
royalty free music, all that kind of good stuff. I wish you the best
in sound design. I know it's not an easy
step to implement. However, start doing it every video and you will
see massive improvement. See you in the next lesson.
19. Creating your Brand, Naming and SEO: This last son, you're going to learn everything about branding, how to create banners, logos, descriptions, link trees,
Instagram profiles, Youtube profiles,
Twitter profiles, all of that kind of stuff. Whenever you're
creating a brand, I highly suggest you to create profiles for all the social
media, because why not? Once you brand for a
social media platform, might as well put your
profile on all the platforms. So the first thing
that we will do is pretend that you don't even
know where to start with, the name of your channel. From nothing to a
fully made brand. The brand that I will
create in this video is a brand which is faceless
and extremely niche down. The reason I'm doing this is
because this is our dirt. Than what you will do if you're trying to create
a personal brand. You usually just want to use your face as your logo and in the banner maybe put some lifestyle that you have.
I will give you an example. For example, thru tape
as all these, you know, fancy cars war private jets,
all that kind of stuff. Because that's a lifestyle
you portrays on social media. Or for example, a personal
branding channel. Like a log, as you can see a banner with
Minalembo for example. I've never watched a
video from this channel. However, you can
see the baseline of how you create a
channel banner, a logo. If you're sharing your face, the issue starts where you're
not sharing your face. That's why create a faceless
brand for this video. First, let's start by
going on the Youtube page. Here on your Youtube
studio page, you can go on customization
and see you will need a logo, a banner, your name, your handle, your description. This is stuff that you will
need on every social media. For example, Instagram doesn't require a banner,
meanwhile Twitter does. But overall, whatever you
see in the three pages, it's everything
that you will need for your personal
brand in general. So first things first, let's
start by choosing a name. To choose a name, I usually suggest to think about what do you want to do in
your Youtube channel. So I'll go right here. Click the three dots and go on incognito window
and search shot. This will give you a free
page where you don't have your history and the
algorithm is completely new. The reason this is
useful is because now we will search topics
related to our niche. So that the algorithm will start suggesting as them, as
you can see right now, there's a lot of general videos even in different languages. So for this branding I want
to create MV type of edits. Therefore, I will go
ahead and type V edit. And as you can see
I have a bunch of videos I will go
ahead and mutate and just start scrolling
on some shorts so that the algorithm understands that
I like this kind of stuff. Perfect. And now we go back
and we put some long form. Let's remove the odds. And now we go back
on the Youtube page, and as you can see, we
are getting some edits. Now the direction I want
to go isn't animal edits, but it's cartoon edits,
especially fo Panda. So we have just coded one right here on our suggested,
so click it, go a bit forward and then I will go ahead and click on this
one from Fu Panda Tube. However, this is not an edit, this is just a normal
scene from the movie. So go ahead and
click Youtube again, and let's see what
we are suggested. So we have Mm and some edits. All right, And then
we have is one. Perfect. Let's look
for one. There we go. And now we have watched
a lot of Tylun edits. Let's go back to Youtube. As you can see,
we're starting to get some edits suggested. Now let's try and click on some other edits which are not necessarily from Ufo Panda. Let's look a bit on them. Perfect. And the
reason we're doing this is because now we have a lot of suggestions from
Youtube on edits channel. And the reason that's
useful is because we're going to look for their names, channel banners and
take inspiration. So we're going to start to go on the channel name and
click the scroll wheel. I'll repeat this. You go on the channel name and you
click the scroll wheel. This is going to open in
a new tube there channel. And the reason this is useful
is because we're going to do this in bulk
for a lot of them. Then we refresh by
clicking on Youtube. Do not click here,
otherwise you will have to redo the whole process
of clicking on edits. Click on this, this, and I don't see much
more, this one. And now a a bunch of channels here which is good
enough for now. So let's go ahead and
click on the first one. And let's try to understand
what these people have done regarding
logos, banners and name. Because they're going
to be my competitors, but also the people that have done something similar to me. So I want to understand
what's their recipe. So first, if you
look at this guy, the name that he uses both
here and here is Marto, which is a part of his name. Probably Marto was
taken when he picked the username and that's the
reason he went with Jamarto. Then we can see that his
main focus is one piece. As you can see, there's
a lot of characters from one piece, the wanted sign. And then he has
Marto in his banner, which is pretty cool,
and in his logo. We move over, we have Wulco. He has once again, his name
written here, four letters. This one was five. And the
banner is pretty simple. This guy doesn't have a channel
banner nor is to famous. So it's probably not full time, and we'll ignore
him for a second. Then we have Malo, which has
his name of five letters. Once again, the software
that he uses written here, and then the logo as his
name and his banner. So I think I will have
my name in my banner and logo because it looks like a common theme as
you can see. Yeah, basically everyone has it. Also. Everyone looks like
they have a 564 letter name. Not much more. This guy. Five letters, again,
four letters. Five letters. So it looks like not many
letters is the play. I'll try to keep it 4-6 And in the banner there is almost
every time, the name. So now that I know
what I want to do, I have a channel banner with some characters like this one, because I really
like it with my name and my name on the logo and the main
character right here. And I'm thinking that the
main focus of my channel will be Fu Panda because that's the main focus
that I want to have. When it comes to
edits, I will add character here which
is from Fo Panda. And the character
that I'm thinking of adding is Mr. Ping, which is the father of Poe. So let's try and go ahead and see if someone else has
a channel like that. So I'll search and then
filter for channel, I mean there is some Mr. Ping, however, for subscribers,
nothing relevant. So I think we can take this. Therefore, my channel is
going to be named Mr. Ping. And for the vendor,
I'm thinking of creating something like this. However, I'm going to put Mr. Ping in the center on
the logo if I can. I'll also add in an because it's something that is recurring
when it comes to confopanda. I'll go ahead and
close everything in the concreta window and I'm
back to my Youtube page. So I'll go right here and
choose my endo Mr. Ping. Let's see, it is
currently taken. However, just by adding
a period, I am fine. So I'll go ahead
and choose this. Then I'll play Mr.
Ping. That's my name. When it comes to
the description, I'll use this guy as an example. You don't want to leave
the description empty. As you can see it
just added links. I usually suggest to add a joke here because these three
closely subscribed baton. And if you make them love when they have their mouse
course or right here, it's going to take them a
second to just subscribe. And this sounds stupid, but
I can guarantee you that a funny joke in a
description from a Youtube video is one of the best things
that you can do. It's not like
Instagram and Twitter where you have to see
your description here. It's way better if you just use a funny node and then
you put your links. So you go right here,
I'll search for a warning Mogi online and then copy it and
paste it right here. And then smooth edits
only and it publish. Of course, it's not the
funniest thing in the world. I don't want you to think
that you have to become an Hollywood comedian to create a joke on this
description. It's just something even remotely funny
that you can upload. And now let's look into
the logo and banner. So let's go right here on Kva, which is the software
that we're going to use. I will not go ahead and have
a full breakdown of Kva. Let's just go right here, create a design and then search
for Youtube banner. The first thing that I want
you to do is go right here on File View Settings and
show rulers and guides. This is going to help you when
creating a channel banner. And then we're going to name the project this,
which is perfect. And now let's go ahead
and draw some guidelines. So the first thing
that I want you to do is draw one guideline at 937 around that kind of eight. And then we're going
to create another one at 508. And the reason we're
doing this is because not all the banner can be seen as I'm going to
show you in a second. We have another one right
here at 508 and at 2054. Okay. Now, let me explain. Why did we just create this? So I've gone ahead and created this construction by following the guidelines that we add. Because I want to explain
you how this works. When you click on Upload on the banner image and we upload what we have just
created right here, you're going to be able
to see on all devices, only this Aqua part. Then you will see the
red part also on desktop and on TV you will
see everything. That's why you have to condense all the important stuff in the aqua part,
which is this one. And that's why we have created these guidelines so that we can concentrate everything
in this central part. How do we go about
creating this? First, let's add the basic
structure of the banner. I've gone ahead and uploaded the seven characters
that we're going to use, which I found on Google and
simply clicked on them. Edit Photo and used
Background Remove. This feature is
only for Pro users. However, there is a 30 day trial which is completely free
that you can use on Canva, which is extremely useful
to remove backgrounds. So now that we have
our characters here, as you can see, there are the
three bad guys right here. And the three good
guys right here. And there is Mr. Ping which is dividing them all basically
with a Polos Paghetti, which is a pretty cool image. Now what we want to do now
is upload a background. I've gone ahead and
entered this prompt. Create a nature
background in China, Dreamworks animation
style with bamboo in a two pace on image
being creator. And I've gotten this result
which I think is amazing. So I'll go ahead and enter it and as you can see we
now have a background. Let's go ahead and
right click on it layer and send to back. We're now going to
make it bigger. And the first thing that we
want to do is go on Edit, Photo Adjust, and
click on auto Adjust. This will automatically
color correct it, which is an amazing feature. Then what we do is
make sure that the, this one is where the
characters are standing. Now I want to make sure
that the circle remains in this space and that the ground is where the
characters are standing. So I'll do something
like this and make sure that the circle
kind remains there. And then I will go ahead
and click on this photo, edit photo and magic expand to the whole page so
that it is going to expand in the whole
page. I'll click here. I think that Camva's done a really good job at
creating this amazing image. Now expanding it, I've already gone ahead
and color graded with some saturation and vibrance just adjusted
to your liking. And what I'm going to do now is go ahead and make sure
that the characters are standing properly on the
grass and that they're not below this line because otherwise their feet
would be cut off. So let's start with Tailang. Tai Lang is fine here. Then we go on the peacock, which should be a bit
rotated, perfect like this. Then we get to Kai, which should be a
betrotated as well. Then we have Mr.
Ping, which is fine. We move on using the side
bar and we rotate as well. And then we have Shifu,
which is on the rock. Perfect. And now a little
tip when it comes to color. Grading in Eva is super easy. You just click on
your character, you go on Edit, Photo Adjust. And you don't even have to
do it manually by yourself, but you just click
on All to adjust. And as you can see, it is
going to improve the contrast and the brightness and whatever is needed
to make it better. And as you can see,
this is how it looks like without
color grading. And this is how it looks with
color grading side by side, which as you can see, is
a pretty big difference. And now we have to get to the text to put behind Mr. Ping. However, before doing that, I want to go ahead
and do two things. First at the Ying and Yang
right here in this circle. And then just create the text. So let's start with
the Ying and Yang. I've gone ahead and created it on the image being creator. Once again, as you can see, it is a beautiful image. I'm going to go ahead
and download it. I have now my image from
Image Being Creator. I'll go ahead and click
Backcron Removed. But as you can see it has
removed this white part. So I'll go on these three lines. Restore and draw right here, so that the white comes back. And I'll click on this arrow. And then as you can see,
my background is removed. And now I'll just copy it and paste in the circle
of the moon so that whoever sees
this on TV is going to see this amazing
Ying and Yang. And now I'll download the
banner and try and upload it. As you can see, we can see
everything which is perfect. On desktop we see also the
full Peacock Cre here. And then on TV we see this
which is pretty good. So I'll go ahead and
it done publish. So I'll go ahead and
add the text here. So here's our banner color corrected with the
ying and yang. And now what we need
to do is go ahead and create the text
to put behind Mr. Pink. To do that, we
could create a text, but the problem
with this is that you cannot choose
more than one color. You would be forced to choosing only one color for your text, which therefore would mean that the text is going
to result ugly. And we do not want ugly text.
So how do we change this? We remove this, we go on
apps and we search in the Canva apps for gradient and you're going
to find type gradient. We open it and it is going to be added right here.
As you can see. We're going to type now Mr. Pink because that's
what we want to type. I will space it and
actually remove Stop. Now as you can see,
you can change the E and the gradient
however you like. It's pretty self
explanatory. As you can see. What I will do is go right
here and change it to white. Go right here and
change it to black. Go right here and
change it to gray. Because I want to have a
black and white gradient which is going to
reflect the Ying Yang. I want it to be like this. However, slightly
different, okay, I will move it like
this so that it's more gray as you can see. Here we go, okay. I'm really starting
to like this. However, I'll make this
a bit grayer, too much. Okay, we're getting somewhere. Let's. Stop here and let's
see how this looks. I'm basically trying to make
it as smooth as possible. I don't want it to be
too black, all right? I feel like this is already looking quite good
with a black criteria, gray, and then it becomes white. Let's change the font now, because Anton is terrible, at least in my opinion, I will go ahead and
search for Montserrat, which is one of the best ones. Actually, I'd need
to make it bold. So let's try something
else which I really like. It's Rubino, if I'm not wrong. Yeah, it's one I'll
add to design. And we now have our Mr. Pink text which is really good. Let's make it a bit smaller
or right. I think it is. Looking good However
we want it of course, to be behind Mr. Ping. So I'll show layers. Put it right here and it is
currently below everyone. However, you can t
see the P. So let's try and align it in
a different way. So first I'll go on Layers and
put it back up once again. Then I'll click on it and make it like this so that
you can see everything. Maybe this is going
to be better and I think I found
the right balance. It is above above pole but it's below Ug
and Mr. ping as you can see if you click on
the layers right here you can see how I've set it up and
I think it is pretty good. So now that we have
created the text, let's go over and
create the logo. Create the logo. We're
going to go on and then we're going to search
for Youtube logo. And then for the logo, I want to do something extremely simple. I'll just copy the ying and
yang from our other project. Paste it here, make
it big, just like so. And then copy and
paste Mr. Ping. There we go. And then do
the same with the text. Copy it and paste it here. But this time I'll put
it behind Mr. ping. So I'll go on layers and put it in between, make it smaller. However, if I make
something like this doesn't really
look too great. So I'll go ahead and move Mr. Ping on this side so
that the text can be centered and perfectly above the bowl and below his mouth, which I think is really good. So I'll go ahead and stick with this and use this as the log. Let's move on to creating a good description
for your Instagram. The way you go about creating your Instagram description for your profile is pretty simple. You search for an MV edit on IG and you will find
this kind of edits which you want to
create or you should of course search Nashtak
related to your niche. And then you click
on the first profile and you check their description. As you can see the MV
repost page on affair, which either means
French for real. If I look for another one, I'll find right here is one, for example, where it's
welcome to my page, ask me for a posting, or we have one, for example, daily animy content edit account is one and then they
have their website. So how do you go about creating a search engine optimized
description on your profile? Well, it's simple.
You should follow the simple three lines rule. Which means that you're going
to create one line where you explain the basics
of what you're doing. So in this case it would
be doing MV edits for fun. Or maybe you could do
smoothest MV editor on Earth and then you should try and condense as many keywords as possible relating
to your niche. So as you can see here, I've already added
MV editor smooth, which is something that
people usually search for. And then you've taught
board keywords, anime cartoon in movies, so that you have three
keywords which are really, really popular when
it comes to edits. And then in this case, since
I mainly to Ufo Panda edits, I would add Ufo Panda Fan
and between brackets, Mr. Pink on top, which is just
a pretty funny statement because he's one of the weakest characters
of the whole movie, which makes it pretty cool. And then you're going to replace these bullet points
with some imoges, which represent what
you're talking about. And as you can see, I've
replaced the smoothest with the fire movies and all this kind of stuff
with the movie icon. And then a panda. With a panda, of
course, this is how you create a description
which is going to result in the
first one thanks to search engine optimization. And then you're also going
to link your website, which should be your
link tree because it can contain all the
other websites. And I will not go in detail
on how to create a link tree. It's pretty self explanatory. This is my link tree.
As you can see, there are all my socials here. The lastlesscores that have
dropped on skillshare about mastering Capcut and then how
to contact me via e mail. To create this, you just
log in to link three. And then you add a link
which for me is discourse. A link which is contact me
that when you click just tells you the e mail how long it
will take me to set it up. It took literally a second. It's really self explanatory
and then you just go on settings and your socials. And it's really that easy, takes 10 minutes to set up, and as you can see,
you can store all of your socials like this. So that's it for this lesson. You now know how to
create banners, logos, CEO descriptions, et cetera, a link tree, and I'll see
you in the next lesson.
20. Thumbnail Mastery: We're now going to go
into thumbnail designing. We're going to use Canva. And to do that we're just going to click on Create a Design, and then search for
a Youtube thumbnail. And in this lesson,
you're going to learn why are thumbnails
extremely important. How to create a good thumbnail and what's the purpose
of a thumbnail? So let's start from the start. The purpose of a thumbnail
is to make people click. You can have the best
video in the world, but if people don't
click on your thumbnail, they are not going to watch it. So the thumbnail is the
first gate to your content. And that's the reason
it's extremely important to have
a really good one. There are multiple ways to
create good thumbnails, And today we're going to
talk about aliabdull style, which is a tube bird that talks
a lot about productivity. And the thumbnail
that we're going to recreate today is this one right here which I
have downloaded and I'm now going to
export into a Kemba. And now that I've imported
it, as you can see, we have this thumbnail which
was made in Photoshop. However, most of the stuff that you can see in
this thumbnail can be recreated in Kemba Photoshop
for whoever doesn't know. It's a paid tool from Adobe, but it's quite expensive. If you're not using also
other Adobe programs, that's why I suggest
to use Kemba. How are we going to
recreate the, Well, let's first break down
what this thumbnail is. So the first thing
they'll do is go on files settings and get the
rulers and guides once again. And I've now drawn the lines to divide the screen in
nine equal parts. And this is called
the Rule of Thirds. What's the rule of thirds? The Rule of Tours
is a general rule which says that every thumbnail
is divided in nine parts. And as you can see,
this thumbnail resembles this pretty perfectly, but you can apply
this to everything. As you can see, there is the Instagram
logo on the bottom left, the Tiktok on the top left, Youtube top right, and
Twitter on the bottom right, creating this sort of symmetry. Then there is an arrow
which goes on the top part, the followers which are
linked by the arrow, and then the face in the center. And I believe that this
thumbnail resembles three. Well, the rule of
thirds and the rule of thirds simply makes every
thumbnail balanced. I'll go ahead and download
another one to show you. Now, I've taken this
one from Isaac, one of the Youtubers that
I've shown you earlier. As you can see, once again
there is the rule of thirds. Top area is taken by the text, the left area is taken by
one of the viral shorts, and the right area is
taken from another short. And in the center there is the character
of the thumbnail. However, I also want
to make you understand that when the viewers are
going to see your thumbnail, they're not going to
see it like this, but they're going to
see it like this, it's going to be short. Next to a lot of thumbnails. You have to make sure that
your thumbnail stick out, even if it's really small, like in this case,
because that's how viewers are going to see
it, especially on mobile. And there are different
ways to do this, and let's talk
about some of them. The first one is by using
the blur as you can see. If Suman, the shorts are
blurred in a mosaic way, pixilated as you can see, which creates intrigue regarding the subject of the short. In the Alia Dal thumbnail, there are the logos which are blurred and the background
which is blurred. Therefore, blurry is a really important part of a thumbnail. And I also want to add one
more thing regarding text. As you can see, text is really minimal in
both thumbnails. Here the only text
is viral shorts, which is used in orange color, which really sticks out
from the background, which is a neon aqua. And that's one of the reasons
this works really well. Instead, in a li style, he has white text with shadow. Meanwhile Isaac as glow instead. That's because in both cases, in the first one, the
shadow fits better, of course because it has
a blurred background. So a shadow makes it really
visible from the outside. Meanwhile, viral shorts
as a glow because on the background there is a glow which is of
the opposite color. Which makes it once again
stick out really well. We're now going to recreate a similar thumbnail
to the first one. So let's go ahead and delete
this one. Scroll down. So go ahead and use this guy for the face of
our video, because why not? I'll make him bigger
and I'll also flip him so that the shoulder here
is higher than this one. Like in as video, they're not dressed
the same way, but it doesn't really matter. I'll make him bigger so
that his face is bigger, which works pretty well. Let's see, background remover. His face is actually
bigger here, so I'll do the same there. Okay, I'll put him here. Now we need to get a background. Let's make sure that
he's in the middle. Doesn't really matter if
you can't see shoulders. And then we'll now get
a background so til. Background white colors. I've gotten this stock image, which shouldn't be too bad. Let's go ahead and use it
and see how this looks like. Let's go on layer send to back. And then let's go on
Edit Photo Blower. And I'll click All Image, And so that we can control the better we'll go with
something like this. And let's see how
this looks like. Okay, this looks good. Now I like this. Then I'll go
ahead and enter the logos. Perfect. We now have
our four logos. I, G here, Tiktok here,
Youtube, Twitter. Twitter is a new logo, so I'll use the new one. And also for Youtube it uses a different one
which is squared. First thing to do is
put everything in a square format like
it was done here. So I'll go at a net new page
and copy all the logos here. Perfect. And now we go
on Elements square. And we get around that
square like this. We make sure that the
dimensions are the same for width and
height perfect. Now we have our square. Apparently they have to be the same color as the platform. Let's start and create
the squares for everyone. Let's start with Tiktok. Tiktok, as you can see, as a light gradient
which is more purple here and more blue here. To do that, we're going to go
on edit, photo, magic grab. As you can see we have extracted logo and now we are just going to create a square which is the same size as the Tiktok was, which should be perfect. Now let's check layer
send backwards. Has to be a bit smaller here. Okay, we should be good Now, now that we have the square, we remove this one. Now that we have
the black square, we are going to search
for a purple gradient. We can't really find it
in the background thing, so I'll just look in elements. There we go, we see size rotate. And I'll make it bigger. I'll go ahead and
crop this until it's almost done here and here. And then I'll just add
a white square like so. And just make it like this. And then I'll also copy it. Paste and make it here as well. Multi stitt to the
same on the top here. Okay, just like. So I'll now go
ahead and make this stretched so that the purple
looks like this one more. And then I'll also reduce
the transparency by clicking here and reducing it until you can barely see it. Then even though there
is that small corner which is a bit out, if you want, you can reduce it a bit by creating
squares like this. However, I wouldn't
focus on this too much as it's almost unnoticeable
in small screens, especially because we're
going to add blower soon. However, if you
really feel like it, you can just move it to
the minimum like this. They just create a
group clip like this. And you have your square
now, as you can see. And then you're just going
to put your Tiktok in just so I'll also layer
and bring it above. I'll group them together. And as you can see, we have now our Tiktok with the
gradient which is purple. And then we need to create
a square foot, the red one. So I'll go ahead and group get the square away
copy and then click control C so that we are
back to our original stuff. So now I have my square copied. I'll make the Youtube smaller. Now let's go ahead and
click on Edit Photo, And to invert the colors, we're going to click
on Background Remover. So that's going to
remove the white. I realized that this
was the wrong logo as log that we want as the white outside and
the right inside. So I've imported this
from Google Search. Go ahead. Edit Logo
Background Remover. Perfect. Then click on Restore and restore the
central part. There we go. It doesn't matter if
the edges are a bit read because the square is
going to be right anyway. So we're going to go ahead
and remove this one. And then go on. Edit,
Photo adjust. Auto adjust. Didn't give me the
red that I wanted, so go ahead and click control Z. Let's go ahead on
saturation vibrance. Okay, and remove a
bit of contrast. And so now we should have a pretty good looking
Youtube logo. So go ahead and click
it and put it here. Make it smaller. I'll also
make this a bit smaller. Perfect, Just like this. I just realized that
the reason this, the old logo is because it's
aqua and it's not black, therefore it creates
better contrasting colors. So I'll go ahead and
search for the old logo. So I'll go ahead
and copy pastes. I'll remove the background,
make this aqua. And then I'll go
here and click on Edit Photo and restore
the background here. I'll increase the brush
size. There we go. Now we have our thing. However, it's slightly
blurred here. What I will go ahead and do is click on Edit Photo Background, Remove Rays, and Erase a
bunch of these. There we go. Actually I cut a bit
of the wing here, so I have to redo this, edit photo rays and I'll do this a bit
more carefully now. Perfect. So as you can see
it's basically a noticeable, this change of color, especially from a big distance. I'll go ahead and it group, remove this and paste it here. Now we have our
social media icons. I'll go ahead and
remove the ones and then controls them right here. Actually, I forgot about
this part on Tiktok, So what I will do is go ahead
and duplicate this page. And then remove
everything except Tiktok. Put it in the center, just like so. Okay, amazing. And once I've done this,
I'll just go ahead and click Export Without a transparent
background so that I can now re import
it as you can see. And I'm going to click on Edit,
Photo Background Removal. And Pm, we have our
gradient Tiktok. I'll just make it
bigger, perfect. I'll make this image smaller
just by cropping it like so. I'll also go ahead and
click on corner rounding, so that I should be
able to remove some of the stuff that was around
here, which is perfect. So we have our Tiktok, our Instagram, our
Twitter, and our Youtube. Now the Tiktok is slightly
rotated like this, so that's what we'll
do a little bit less then the IG is
rotated like so. And you can't really see
all of it just like this, the square of the Twitter
is slightly smaller. So go ahead and make
this a bit bigger so that I can now Cm
layers show layers. Group this together by holding
control and clicking both. And then clicking on group. And then making this smaller, slightly rotated like this.
A little bit too much. There we go. And then the
Youtube is rotated like so. I'll add the blurer later. Meanwhile, we have our
picture which has been slightly adjusted for
better color grading. However, if you're
taking a picture, I suggest to take it with good
lighting so you don't need to have too much to worry about in the color
grading process. And as you can see, we now
need to feel this part, this part and this part, which are the arrow
followers and followers. To see what text it may be, let's go ahead here and click
on Edit Photo, Grab Text. And it says that it's open,
sans extra, apparently. So I'll go ahead and
click open Extra. Open sans bold. Okay, it's kind of similar. We're going to stick to this. And now we have our
text which is a zero. Let's make it smaller so that we can handle it
better around here. Perfect. I'll make it white. And then go on FX here and
click on Shadow. There we go. Although I want the
shadow to be black and as you can see
we're getting effect. I want it to be a bit more
blurred and the direction should be zero because as you can see, it's clearly under. And then the offset
is a farities, I want it really far,
really transparent. Because as you can see,
it's a pretty harsh shadow. However, I think it's closer. Yeah, and this should
be good enough. As you can see, we're
getting a really close text. And now I'll go ahead and
copy this and paste it. Put it right here and
type 6.8 million. I'll put it like this. Maybe it's a bit too close. That con, like this. Okay, perfect. Now we need to create the followers,
so I'll go ahead now. Copy this image,
create a new page, paste it, then
crop it just like. So export it with a
transparent background and then re import it so that I can see
what fund this is. This, I'll simply import this. And then just click on Edit Photo and grab
text as we did earlier. However, for this
followers text, and this is Roboto, apparently. Okay. So I'll create
a textbox, Roboto. There we go. I'll
write Followers, I'll make this smaller. I think this is good enough. Actually, let me
just put it here so that I can see when
it's big enough. Okay. Something like this
should work out. So I'll put it right here. Make the Instagram
a bit smaller, and then make it white and
the shadow as we did earlier. Okay. This looks a bit more
like what we're looking for. I think this is good enough. So I'll go ahead
and put this here. And then I'll also create
a shape, rounded corners. I'll make it the
same size actually. Zooming. Okay, perfect. Let's go right here on
the corner rounding and let's make sure that they're
around it the same way. Perfect. So now I'll
copy it and paste it here on the followers
thing, make it gray. I'll reduce the transparency
of this one as well. And this one is more
transparent again, so I'll click it again. However, it makes more contrast with the background
here because it's blue, which works better
than our background. Okay, I think I found the color. It should be this
one as you can see. So I'll go back to
here and put it back. Or blue it center. Okay, and now I'll go on layers. Show layers
by holding control. Click both Group control C
to copy control, to paste. And then I'll put them
both a bit lower. And I think we are almost done. Now We have the 06.8
followers followers. There is a bit of
a difference here in the spacing between letters, which is a bit higher here. So I'll do that and make this a bit longer And same here, and now it should look. Yeah. Looks way better. Now, I'll go ahead and
go on the layers again, show layers, old control. Click both and create a group. And then copy this,
remove the paste this. Let's add the arrow. Now for the arrow, we're going to click
on Arrow Graphics. And we have a ton of arrows. We're going to use this one, we're going to flip
it vertically. Let's make it bigger and
create something like this. However, I wanted
to have a bit of drop shadow as you can
see here. So I'll go yes, and then go all the way
below in this blank page. Paste it, and then just download it with a transparent
background once again. And once I reimport it, I can make it bigger and then
just remove the one below. And then I'll go ahead
and click on Edit Photo. And this time we're
going to have the shadow option drop shadow
as there is on a lioptal. However, it's closer, the angle is actually the default one and then it's not too intense. I'll stick to this.
Okay, And now we just need to put it
behind the character. So I'll click on Show Layers and make sure that it's
behind the character. And as you can see we
have basically finished. We just need to add the
blurer on the icons down. So I'll duplicate the page because I don't know if this
is the best way to do it, but what I'll do is go ahead
and download this page. And now I'll paste
our thumbnail and click on this option which
is called Autofocus, which blurs everything
in the background. I think I'll play a
bit with the layer. So what I will do is I will keep my finalized thumbnail
here without the blurer. And here we'll remove all of these written
things right here. And the arrow that's out arrow, I'll click on Show
Layers and lit arrow. And then I'll export this one so that now that
I've re imported it, I can maybe get a
better autofocus. Let's click it. Yeah. Okay. Everything
is blurred now. Actually, not quite the
Youtube. Let's try. It is okay, we're
getting somewhere. Okay, I intensify the blur. This is what it looks like. So I think this one did a really good job in
some areas like Twitter, Youtube, anti, Tok,
however, not in Instagram. So I will copy and paste
the image once again, and I will change the auto focus so that
Instagram is blurred here. Perfect. And now what I will do is I will drop this image so that only to ground is shown. Just like so. However, there is this shoulder which
is getting bored. So I'll go ahead and click on border corner rounding and
the image here is now fine. And as you can see we have our finalized thumbnail
which is amazing. So now we'll go ahead and re import all the things that
we have brought here. So I will go on
layer show layers. And while holding control, I will highlight
everything that I need. Control and base state
right here, perfect. And now I want to put this
in the background again. So what I will do is
duplicate this page actually, and remove all of the
stuff once again. Because I don't want
to lose the progress, I just want to make
sure this works. So we'll go ahead and click
on Background Removal. And we have this
image right here, which is good enough. And I will copy it
and paste it here. And this is going to
be above the arrow, so now we are good to
go with our thumbnail. Let's compare it to the
original result from Ali. As you can see, we have the IG, the Tiktok with the
gradient Youtube. And Twitter with the text, which is basically the same. That's a pretty good tumbnail. For the final test, I suggest you to remove
these guidelines really quickly and
go above like this, a 10% zoom, and ask yourself, does this image
convey a message? And if it does, well, congratulations, you
made a good thumbnail. If you can understand what
this means from a 10% zoom, you nailed your job as
thumbnail designing. As you can see, there are
a couple of things which Amy reconsider and modify. For example, the
background doesn't really make it stick
out as Ali is one, so I'd probably use a darker
gray, blue background. But that's nuances.
As you can see, I can clearly see your followers 6.8 and once I read the title, which in this case
was if I wanted to grow an audience in
2024, I'd do the, well, in that case I
completely understand what this video is about and I
would want to click it. And now that we've finished, I want to also talk about one of the other rules which
is in the thumbnail, which is the three element rule. The three element rule means that you should only have three elements
in the thumbnail, as you can see, for
example, in this one. What are the three elements? Well, the social media icons, the follower counts, and
the face of the character. That's all it is in thumbnail. And the reason why the three
element thumbnail works is because it's really simple. You only have three elements, and that's what you should try
and do in your thumbnails. Keep them as simple as possible. I'll show you this
guy called Nate 12. And as you can see, for example, in this thumbnail, the mic one, he only has three elements, which is red carpet, the microphone and the text. As you can see,
or for example in this one there is the text
viral, the programs icon, and the money and
staircase which is, let's say, the
background or what will help achieve those viral videos. Or if you get, for
example, in this one, tube sponsorships, well
there is the Youtube logo, the text, and the money. As you can see, there are
almost always three elements. Just make sure to keep it
as simple as possible. You can use the three
element rule as a guidance. Usually, if you have more
than three elements, your thumbnail is
too complicated and you should remove
objects or people. And the way to remove
stuff should be does the thing that I'd add
context to the thumbnail. So, for example, let's analyze
the Aliabdal thumbnail. Does the Tiktok, Instagram, Twitter, and Youtube
add context? Yes, because I'm talking
about social media and all the social medias
I'm going to talk about in these videos,
so they're necessary. Does my face add context? Yes, because I'm a personal
brand and I show my face in all of my videos and I talk to camera for 20
minutes straight. Does the follow
account add context? Yes, I have built an audience, so I want to prove
it in the thumbnail. That's the main concept
between this thumbnail. And I could do the
same reasoning with all the thumbnails
from Nate Weld, or Ali Abdal, or Iman Gazi, or anyone in the Youtube
face, even Mr. Best. Like even if I talk
about, for example, this thumbnail right here, protect $500,000 Keep it. As you can clearly see, there are three
elements here as well. The tank, the money, and Mr. Best getting shot. It's extremely simple. Does the tank add context? Yes, because they're
about to shoot at money. Does the money add context? Yes, because that's
what they're trying to protect as Mr. Best add context. Yes. He's going to
be in the video screaming for 20
minutes straight. So this is it for this lesson. I hope you understood everything
regarding thumbnails. Just try and keep them
as simple as possible, and if it doesn't convey a message or context,
just cut it out.
21. YouTube Analytics of a Viral Channel: We will now talk
about analytics. We're going to talk
about Youtube analytics. And in the specific case,
Youtube shorts analytics. I will show you two channels. The first one is
this one which has just started out and the
reason I'm showing it first is because it
probably resonates with you more if you're starting to create
a personal brand. And then we have also a
channel which kind of blew up and four Xt is subscriber
count with just one video. And I'm going to show you
the statistics as well. These Youtube
channels aren't mine. I work on them as an editor. However, since I am the one
that publishes the content, I'm taking credit of some of the success which
is present in here, especially this channel,
which is completely faceless. In this first part,
we're going to talk about how the analytics work, how we had a video that
could have blown up, but quite didn't because
we have done a mistake, which we have made sure to not repeat ever again
in the next video. Now to realize where you did your mistakes so that you
can then improve them. The final goal of this lesson
is to make you understand, to analyze your
analytics and check what didn't work
and what worked. So that you can repeat whatever worked and
whatever didn't. Because whenever you hear someone talking about analytics, they always say,
check your analytics and then repeat what works. And don't repeat what doesn't. But you're not just going to watch your analytics
and be like, oh, this work and this didn't. You have to understand what are the key metrics to analyze
your content performance? And then once you understand
what worked and what didn't, you can finally say what to repeat and
what to not repeat. Enough with the introduction, let's now get into
the real talk first. This is how the analytic
stab of a channel works. As you can see, we
have four sections, overview content,
audience research. Each stap gives
valuable insights to the generic stats
of the channel. So let's go over them
so that you can get a general overview of where
this channel is going. Keep in mind that
this channel is only 28 days old and we have only published
shorts at first, we started with two
and then we moved onto one for the second
part of the month. And we have managed
to generate 55,000 views and 300 sub drivers with
a completely new channel. So let's go over on overview. What can you see
in the overview? Well, the most generic starts, so the amount of views per day, the amount of watch time, the amount of subscribers
that you go out each day. And as you can see, the
performance is still not stable. As you can see, some
days we get underviews, some days we get
3,000 and the cycle repeats because we don't
have an audience yet, which Youtube can push
the video constantly. But we are going to analyze that further into the audience tab. Then we have the watch time and subscribers pretty
self explanatory. You can see subs that
we had each day. And now let's go over to the
content, the content tab. If you can once again
see the views and then this is extremely
important to shown in Feed. Shown in Feed is the
amount of impressions, as you can call them, that Youtube decides to
give to your content. You cannot decide this number. It's Youtube that shows your
content in the content feed where people are
scrolling and then depending if people like
your content or not, depending on how they react, the algorithm is going to
push it to more people or no. And here's where the tree comes. How do you understand if people are watching
your video or not? Well, there are two ways. The first one is retention graphs as we
will see here in a second. But the first one, as
a general rule is the viewed versus wiped
away statistics. So if I go right here
and click on Seymour, you're going to be able to see the amount of showing feeds and views that I have gotten
for all of my videos. As you can see,
this video which, which had a 26% of viewed
versus wiped away rate, which is around 1%
four, decided to stay, has gotten 9,000 impressions, and then it only has gotten 2.4 K views because only
26% decided to stay. If you do the calculation, the numbers add up, of course, and then there is the
most viewed video on the channel which has
gotten less impressions. However, it has converted way more with a 47%
You might wonder, why was this video right here with a way smaller view rate? I'm now going to
abbreviate viewed versus wiped away
rate to view rate. To make it simpler, how does this video with a
smaller view rate get pushed more than this
video with a higher view rate? Well, the reason for that
is the length of the video. This video was only
31 seconds long. If this video, at
this exact same start with a length of 56 seconds, like this one right here, which is 56 seconds, it would have gotten
pushed into oblivion. Instead, it was only
31% which meant that the watch time on the video
was actually kind of low. And that's why it
hasn't got pushed. And now if I go ahead and
click on the X once again, we come back to this
general interface. We can see where our content was felled from the short set. So where people scroll
the Youtube surge. So where people surge. On the search bar and broad features which
is the one page. And then there is also
the channel page, which is just when
people click on your channel page and then
click Video to watch it. And now we'll move
onto the audience tab. So here you can see the
returning viewers that you have, the unique viewers that you have and the subscribers
that you have. As you can see, the
returning viewers on the first day that we
published were of course zero. Second day there were four, third day, there were still two. They were very low in the
first Ase as you can see. But they started raising. And the reason for that
is that people that watch your content until the end are more likely to
watch it again. And that's why Youtube
pushes it to them. As you can see, returning
viewers start to rise. And now, even though the
views are getting lower, the returning viewers are
almost always the same. Which gives Youtube the
opportunity to push this content to those viewers because they are
going to watch it. As you can see, when the
viewers are active on Youtube, the lighter the color,
the more active they are. And then the percentage
of subscribers, which is of course really, really low because we just started the channel,
the geography, which doesn't really
affect as much, and then the age and gender. As you can see, we have mostly a male, 18-44 years audience. And the reason for
that is because this channel is in the
motivational niche, which is a topic more
popular among men. And now let's go
over the analytics of three different videos
of this channel still. The first one is the one
that almost went viral. As you can see, this is
what happened to the video. It started raising
views, raising, raising, and then it started raising
again, and then it flat. And the reason it flat is because of this retention graph. So let's go ahead and watch
how this retention graph is. As you can see, there are more than 100% of people
watching at the start. And the reason it's more than 100% is because people have ready watch
the video basically. So right here we have the 100% breaking point at 8 seconds. So that means that
for 8 seconds, which is around the hook,
100% of people were watching, which is a really good sign for you to we keep
going and we have 80% watching at more than
the alpha of the video. As you can see, 16 is
the alpha of the video, and we have 80% of the people watching at 18 seconds,
which is huge. And we have 64% people
watching at the end, which are really good
starts for a video. And that's where the
main problem happens. We have put a boring
graphic in the end, and we have gotten a 30% drop
off in the last 4 seconds, which gave a really bad signal
to the Youtube algorithm. If this little
thing wasn't here, this video would have probably gotten at least doubled views. And that's the reason
from the next videos on, we have cut this last graphic instead of 4 seconds
like it was here, to one, so that we minimize the drop off at
the end as you can see. For example, in this video, this video didn't have a
really good retention. However, it was 50 seconds long, as you can see right here. So you go pushed more
and as you can see, when we come to the end, we only have 20% of
people watching. However, we have
reduced the drop off, so only 5% of people drop off instead of 30%
which is huge. This video didn't
get many views. It got 2.8 K, which is above average
for the channel. However, this case study is only useful to understand
that you have to understand from your mistakes and never do this thing again. That's why we simply
stopped from N. And this is a video that we have uploaded
one day before this one. And that's the
reason we have not implemented same strategy
that we have used before. In fact, as you can
see right here, we have a huge drop
off towards the end. Once again here we had 38% and then we have the
boring graphic once again. And 22% which is
almost a 20% drop off. This video had really
good potential as well as you can see it at 100% of the viewers
at the nine second mark. And then it kept keeping them
around more than half of the video until 80% and then
people started dropping off. However, the main problem was the last 20% drop in
the last 5 seconds. And here's our short that we
were talking about earlier. This short is on an already
kind of established channel. Before the upload of this short, the subscribers were
around 3,000 and in fact, the short got around ten
K views in the first day, which was average for the channel, slightly
above average. And then it started
growing a bit, as it usually does,
as you can see, it's growing pretty flat. And then it literally took off and it was getting
100,000 views per day. Over and over and
over until it's now at 2.6 and it doesn't
really plan on stopping. As you can see, it has
gotten 400,000 views in the last two days and it keeps
getting views every hour. Let's now look at
the retention graph. As you can see, there is
147% of people at the start. Shorts is 60 seconds
long and as you can see, we have the 100% mark
at around 9 seconds. And then it keeps the viewers to around 75% at the 32nd mark, which is the alpha
of this video. And then it keeps more than
50% at the end of the video, which makes this video
an absolute bangor. And in fact, this video didn't
feature any fancy editing. It was just a really good story with some basic subtitles. Let's also look
at the Ridge tab. As you can see, 75.3% of people decided to stay
because the hook was intense. Let's look at the audience. As you can see, there aren't
many returning viewers. There's mostly new viewers. And as you can see, 5.8 K subscribers we gained from
this video, which is a lot. Want to point out
something though. If you have less than 100
subscribers or ten videos, your analytics will
mean almost nothing. And the reason for that
is that you don't have enough audience or content
to measure your analytics. Once you will start to get
some content and repsing, you will be able to do
this kind of analysis. You have to get
the feedback loop going as soon as possible. In fact, going back
to this video, which has gotten four K views, which now looks nothing
because you've just seen at 2.6000001 but for this new
channel, it was a good amount. As you can see,
if you would have gotten that feedback look on the other video earlier that the final graphic
should have been cut. We could have prevented this final big drop off
and maybe even have doubled our
subscriber count from this video because we
could have doubled the views. Therefore, I highly
suggest to you to get this feedback
loop going as soon as possible and wish you the best your Youtube and
social media journey. We have finally
concluded lessons. You now know how to create
content, master it with AI. Speed up your workflow, create shorts, long form
content, Sound design, how to create a brand, from choosing a name, to creating thumbnails, to
creating logos, banners. And now you also know how to get your analytics to modify
your future content. There is now nothing
that can stop you. Go ahead, practice
as much content as you can and crush
it on social media.
