1. Introduction: Content and detain
edge is not easy task. Everything is littered with AI, and information

let's get it started.
2. New Query: In neuron writer, everything
rules around queries. In essence, Query
is a keyword that you want your content
to be optimized around. Or simpler, this is
the keyword that you want your content to
rank for on Google. To create your Query,
all need to do, just click new Query. And here you have
two main options. You can either create
a new content, basically create a content
around this new query, or you can optimize
existing content. Let's start with a new content, and it is extremely simple. All you need to do here
is enter your keyword. In this case, just
as an example, let's write YouTube
content creation. Next thing that you
need to choose is the country of your
target audience. Now, this is important. There's not a country
that you're in. This is the country
where your target audience is mainly located. And neuron here clearly shows not just the name
of the country, but it's Google domain as well. In this case, I'm
just going to choose United States google.com. Next is, of course, the
language of your content, which is very important as well. And after that, all you need
to do is just click Start. However, if you already
have an existing content, you will choose an
optimized content tab. Only thing that is different here is that you will need to add a URL of your existing
content, and that's it. And you will click Start and get all the information that
you need about your query.
3. Selecting Competitors: Now, you selected your curry,
weighted a little bit. And results will be shown
under in Progress tab, and on need to do
to see what we got, just to click the query itself. Now, what you'll see here
are your competitors. This is the content that you
will be competing against, and now what you'll
need to do is to choose our competitors to
generate better results. Here you'll need to
pay attention to two very important things. It is the type of the content that you are competing against, and it is the relevance
of the content as well. By type by mean, whether
it's an article, video, blog post, product page, or anything else, and
you need to choose the one that will
fit you the mot. In this case, because
I'm focusing on videos, I'm going to choose videos. In this case, videos,
of course, youtube.com. For an optimal result, you need to select around
five to seven results. You don't need to
go more than that, and you also should not go
to less than that, as well. And the second thing
that you need to pay really close attention to is the relevance of the content. You need to check out the page titles to
understand whether this content fits your
content needs or not. And if it will not,
you'll just to select it. Now after you select around
five to seven results, all you need to do
is just need to click next and move

4. Meta Title & Description: Now we're moving on to
the very important part that can be crucial
for your post, and it is choosing, of course, none other than title
and description. And with Negron, it's extremely easy, simple,
and straightforward. When you open your title
and description window, you will see this. You actually need to
fill out two fields. It's a title field and
description field. To understand what you're doing right here on the right side, you're seeing how the title and description of your
competitors look like. This is basically the results
that your customers and your viewers will
see when they will search for query that we chose, and our goal to compete against our competitors and to get our query visible
on top of them. To do so we have two options. We either can fill
out the title and description manually or we can do this with the help of AI. Let's start with the
manual filling right now. To do so, all you
need to do is just fill out the title
and description, and keywords under
the title description will help you to choose them. With every word, you will
see the percentages, which basically coincides
what percentage of your competitors are
using these keywords, and it's in your best interest to use as many of
them as possible. Now important thing
here is to not overuse it because you might actually cause more
harm than benefit. Just come up with a catch
in interesting title and fill it out
using the keywords. And do the same thing
with description. Or if you don't feel inspired and need a
little bit of help, you can use the help of AI. Now AI will fill up title and description based on the keyword that your competitors are using. But you need to be very
careful here because AI is not fact checking since you do not have your content ready yet. Just make sure that
everything that AI is writing coincides with the content that you'll create right after that. And we'll fill out your
title and description, you'll see how to look like
on the bottom of the page. And now in the corners of
title and description forms, you'll also see some numbers. These are basically the
counters that will show you which part of the title and description will be visible. Because if the title in
descriptions are too long, part of them will be hidden, and the parts that
will be hidden will be highlighted on a bottom
previous screen. Just make sure they
don't have a lot of your title and
description hidden, and after that, you
can save it exit and move on to the next steps.
5. Outline: Critic outline of
your content is extremely important
because it will help you to choose different
headings and subheadings that will help you
with a content score, and of course, in turn, will help you to rank
higher in Google. Now, creation of an outline with New York is extremely easy. First thing, first, of course,
you can write it manually. To do so, just select an
empty spot in your writer, and select what you want to
select H one or head one, H two, H three, or H four, and write your
heading like that. Of course, it can be
tedious, and it's no different than writing
anything manually. To alleviate that and help
you with a better results, neuron has some better tools. And first is smart headings. These are the
headings that neuron considers a good headings, and it uses the keywords that are important for you
and for your content. And immediately as you
will start adding them, your content score will start increasing. But of
course, that's not all. Far more important than
far more useful tools, of course, using
competitor headlines. Because we know the competitors are ranking with
those headlines, so we could use it for
our goals as well. To do so, all you
need to do is just to go to the competitors
tab and brows through different headings
that your competitors are using and you'll see headings for each competitor that you chose previously. To add them to your content,
all you need to do is just to choose the heading that you like and add them as H one, H two, H three, or H four,
or just to copy them. As simple as that. But
even that's not all. To make your content much more useful, you can use
the questions tab. Question tab is
getting information from people also
as tab on Google. So basically, these are the
questions that people are interested in and will be very beneficial
for your content. And of course, they
appear in the same relevance as they
will on Google. All you need to do is just to add those headings
to your content. But of course, you know
driven that's not all. You can even utilize the power
of AI for your own good. To do so, you need to
go to AI outline tab and click Generate Outline. Here neuron will fill out everything for you,
including basic terms, extended terms, H one terms, and H two terms, which, of course, are very
important for the ranking. After that, all
you need to do is just to click right for me. Non will generate a lot of
different headings for you. But we should not
stop right there. As with everything AI, it's very important
to pay attention what AI is creating for you. You'll need to delete every
heading that you think that is irrelevant for you or if you just don't need
that many headings. And that's all your
outline is created.
6. Content Score: Now, in neuron right here, the content score is a key. Meaning that the
higher content score, higher will be your
chance to rank really high on Google
for your query. And to optimize your
content score, well, you need to check out content
score section in neuron. Here you will see your score and how well optimized
your content is. And also in the right corner, you will see a top score of the content of
your competitors. This will of course
be shown from the selected competitors. It will also show
the median score of Tp ten and of Tp 30 as well. Now, your goal to be at least few points higher
than a top result. In this case, you have the
highest chance of ranking. And to do so, you need to
check out the suggestions. You have an overall
suggestion scores on the right side of
the content score. But let's get deeper. To get more checklists on need to do, just click the content score. And when you will,
you will see here a few distinct sections. First is your Query matches, meaning how your content
matches your query. I make sure you have all
the words from the Query in the meta title meta description and also in H one
and H two headings. And if you don't,
the checklist will show you that and fix that ASAP. This is important to have
it fixed right away. Next will be the usage
of suggested terms. Here, you also you need to make sure to use the
Sagety terms, like, for example, was shown to you in the creation of metatytal
amata description. Well, in metatyal amata
description, first, in your H two and
H one headings, in your basic text, and in
your extended text as well. The higher points you will
score here on your checklist, the higher overall content
score you'll have. Next two parts are also
crucially important. First is the length
of your content, and it will show you what
length you will have, and also the target length. Make sure you have something
close to your target length. Also make sure that you're
not writing too long of a text because it might not always give you
the best results. But not at is over
optimization risk. The showed you
whether you are over using some keywords and terms. To alleviate that,
make sure that you are using all
the keywords very naturally and
you're not stuffing them just for the sake
of having them there. And with all this
taken into account, your content score
will rise high and will help you
rank higher as well.
7. Optimisation Process: Let's get to the content now, and let's start by
importing our content. You can do it, of course
in a few different ways. First is, the simplest one
is, of course, by pasting it, if you have it written
somewhere else, let the place where
you own a pasty article and just well paste it. Or alternatively, if you have already written it somewhere,
you can import it. By selecting three dots near
the top right corner of a neuron and selecting
order import article text. You can do the same with a word press article if you have one, but now let's get
into optimization. Wind to optimize articles
in two different places. Wind optimize by terms in headings and by
terms in the article. Let's start by
terms in headings. By selecting it on the
right side of your window, you'll see all the
terms that are used by your
competitors articles, and you'll also see
the percentages of how often they're used. Usually, for the best results, you will need to
be using them all. By the color of the
keyword, you'll understand how use this
keyword is in your article. If it's gray, then it
means it's not used. If it's light green, you
must consider it using more. If it's green, it's in a
suggested range, if it's yellow, it's slightly above the
range, and if it's red, you need to consider
it using glass. Now try to use those keywords in your headings organically, and as you led them, your content score of
course will increase. And even more important are
the terms in your article. These are your keywords that are used in a body
of your article. You need to be using them
extensively to rank high. Here keywords are divided
into two different divisions. One is basic. These are the
keywords that you must use in your text, and extended. These are the Q words
that are suggested to use in your text to
clase its quality, and of course the content score. And in the same
way as with hings, every keyword will
be color coded. But in case you want to find those keywords in
the text itself, just click them and select
highlight terms in a text. And you'll see all the places where the certain
keywords are used. This is extremely
important, especially if your keywords are overused
and you want to change them. Also make sure while
you're changing certain keywords or
adding the new ones, make sure the text is readable and understandable and engaging. Otherwise, it will
serve no point. However, sometimes it might
be a bit difficult to come up with a good synonyms
for the certain keywords. And here, the synonyms
to will help you. O need to do just select a certain keyword and
press show synonyms. And neuron writer will
analyze these keywords and give you the synonyms for
that keyword for you to use. This way, you will be
able to change over use keywords with something different while retaining
the same meaning. It is extremely powerful
and very useful tool. Also, if you want to
see all the keyword that you're using in your text, you can actually highlight them all bicycling highlight
tool in a tools menu. And right beside it there's also disable highlight button. However, in case
of unused words, there might be a bit of trouble using those words in your text, and neuron will help
you with that as well by using an
auto insert option. All you need to do is select
this auto insert option, and what it will do, it will analyze your entire text and select certain sentences that can be altered by inserting
unused keywords in them. It will give you all
those options with an ability to see where
are those sentences. Just make sure that new sentence makes sense in a context
of the old one and just select accept
and new sentence will replace the old one with an
additional keywords now. How powerful is that? That's not the only option to insert unused keywords
in your text. You can also use the
power of AI writer. Specifically FAQ with
unused terms command. If you will selected, AI will analyze your text and
unused keywords and created FAQs with questions and answers that utilize
unused keywords. This way boosting your
content score significantly. With this, you can optimize your content far beyond what
your competitors can do.
8. Content Ideas: After finishing your article, probably one of the most
difficult things to do is to come up
with a new ideas. Because in order to
succeed in writing, you need to write more and more. But finding good ideas
might be a little bit difficult and challenging.
Well, not with new writer. And to help you with that,
the great help will be next content ideas section
of new and Writer. Now to access it, while
writing your content, you can open up the menu
and click Next Content IDs. And you can just simply
click Find new ideas. What new ta basic will do, it will scour the Internet for the greatest ideas that are related to the topic of
your previous content, and it will give you an idea and you show keywords for it. But to utilize this
feature to its max, it would be the best if
you had competitors dit. Now, if you haven't
added competitors, yet, only to do is just go
to the setting section, go to the competitive section, and add your
competitors one by one. This way, neuron water will scour through their
content as well, nurtured to set the
best ideas for you. Now, if you have a
competitors edit, it will also give
you information on how much coverage
the competitors have for that certain idea, and also how they rank
for this specific idea. The will help you
to understand what things work the best for you, as well as for your competitors. And all you will need
to do after that is add these ideas to
the content plan. And yet, as you can understand, it's a single click process. And to see all
your content plan, you'll need to go to
the management tab and open your
content plan there. Here, you'll see all the ideas that you have added
to your contact plan. O, and you can please
start writing from here, assign it to someone, or
just set a deadline for it. This way, you will be able to start working on
your new idea as fast as possible to get as
much as possible from it.
9. Internal Linking: But now, one of the most
paramount things for SEO and to optimize
the content as much as possible and to
get it as high as possible in search rankings
is using so called linking. Basically, the best thing
for your article is to be linked by someone else
as much as possible. Meaning that the
link to your article should be in other
people's articles. That's as simple as possible
explanation for that. But it does not
necessarily mean that you need other people tonk
to your articles. You can link to your
own articles as well, and this is where the function of internal linking will work. Now, to explain the gist of it, internal linking is
basically linking your own articles in your
article if it makes sense. And neuron writer helps
you to do as efficiently as possible by using internal
linking tools. To use it. All you need to do is to go to internal Link suggestions
tab in the menu, and just click
Generate Internal ADS. This way neuron will scour
through your domain and get as much information from your
other articles as possible, trying to find the best way
to internally link to that. Now, after you'll do this, we'll give you two different
sets of info. First, it's an
anchor to consider, and the second is
internal link suggestion. Anchors in this case
are basically the words that you can use to link
your other articles to. Basically this way, people will see those words
as a hyper links, which they can click and
go to the other articles. In internal linking suggestions, neuron will give you
information about URL, Google title, similarity score, and status and notes. The most important thing for you will be the
similarity score. Basically, neuron will try
to understand how similar these other articles are to your articles that you're
writing right now. And more similar it is,
the better it is for you. So basically what
you need to do right now is just to copy the les, find these anchor
words in your text, and just convert those words into the links to
those articles. This way these other articles
will work much better. And you can do the same thing to old articles to link
to your newer ones. And this way, you
will be creating an intricate of connections
between your articles, allowing people to
jump between them seamlessly without
actually moving away from your
domain or website. And yes, it works quite well, and you should do this thing
with every single article.
10. AI Writer: In this NH, AI can do a
lot of different things, especially in writing, and
neuror is not left behind. Air writing is very deeply integrated with
neur writer and you can use AI to help you with
a lot of your writing, basically transforming you
into one man writing army. And there are a
few AI tools that you need to know in
a neural writer. First first to access air
writing in a content editor, you can go and open
AI writing tab. And here you're going to see
a few different options. First are AI templates, and the second is
content designer. L et's talk about
AI templates first. AI templates are
ready made prompts that allows you to generate
whatever date you want. Based of course
on this template. You have three different
divisions in the templates, first is standard,
which consists of the simpler AI templates. Second, is advance,
which consists of a bit more
advanced a templates. And the last is,
of course, custom, which allows you to
create a customer table. Now custom Taplet is a bit more robust and a bit
more complicated, which will take a lot of time to explain taking away
from actual writing. So let's talk about
standard in advance. If you have used any
other Air writing tools, standard taplates are
very easy to understand. You just have different
talets for different outputs, and all you need to
do is just use them. LeFortp you want to generate AI meta description
for your title. O need to just click the
description taplate. It will fill out all the keyword that you need to
use automatically. And it will also fill out
some texts for you as well. And on need to do, Julie,
just click write for me. And it will write the
good meta description for you based on keyword
that you provided. Or for example, if you
want to expand your title, the one of the best way
to do so is by using FAQ. Basically frequently
asked questions. New writer can generate
this with an AI as well. On you do just click FAQ, write the heading of this FQ
section, to automatically, fill out the basic terms
and extended terms, and just choose the tone of voice and click right for you. And it will create an amazing, highly optimized FQ
section for you. And if you think the standard
a templates are impressive, you should see
advanced ones as well. Now we have a little bit
less advanced templates, but those templates will
do much more work for you. L for example if you go to use one click long form article, you'll have to fill
out some information, La the title, or you can
just click to generate it. Fill out some basic terms, extended terms, H one
terms, H two terms, and tone of voice, and it
will generate the article, I will give you around
60 points of score. Now, it might not sound a lot, but it will create an amazing
basis for you to start working on using AI or just filling out all the
information by yourself. How fantastic is that? But even that is not all. AI templates is not
the only thing that you can use AI for
in a newer writer. New writer has also
a very powerful tool called Content Designer, which is basically allowing
AI to write for you. Now all you need to do is
just click Content designer, and you need to pass
three different steps. First choose the main keyword
that you want to go for. And click creates
title and description. This way, neuron
writer will actually generate great title and
description for you. In a similar way as starting
the article from a scratch, it will also show you here
the title, the description, and all the different
keywords and how the competitors are using
those keywords as well. Just like with creating
a regular article. I let all institutes click
create a document structure, and what neuron writer
will do is actually create a document structure
for you with H one, H two, and H three headings. And not just that,
just like with the regular article creation, it will show you the headings
of your competitors. It will show you
the smart headings, and it will show you the
questions that you can add to the structure right here. And also, most importantly, it shows you the terms
that I use in H one, H two, and H three sections. And after that, to just choose the length of the
article that you want, that Data moment can
be up to 2000 words long and just click
create content. And this way, neuromor will
actually write everything, highly optimized
content for you. If that's not amazing, I

11. Plagiarism: When you're writing an articles, if you want to
avoid one thing and one thing only, it
is a plagiarism. And by plagiarism,
I mean copying other people's content
in your own articles. Now, there are times when doing something like
that is perfectly fine. Like for example, when
you're doing research, and you're citing other people's resources in your own articles. In this case, it's
absolutely fine. Because it's basically
impossible to do otherwise. But in almost every other cage, avoid using other
people's content in your own content as much as possible if you want to
rank high on Google. And neur writer actually
helps you with that as well, because neur writer has a
plagiarism checking too. To exit in your co editor, you need to open your menu and click Check for plagiarism. You're going to see
this context window, and you can start checking
your content from here. Now, important thing
to know, this is a quite resource heavy process. Mean that your writer
basically need to scour your entire article over entire Internet to see whether
it's plagiarized or not. Now, it's not doing
everything by itself. It has some tools to do this. But because it's resource heavy, it will take some time
to check everything, and you also have
a limited number of plagiarism checks
that you can use. Now granted, though,
your article can be up to 10,000 words long, so you can basically
have very, very, very long articles,
and it will work just You will need to have
a little bit of patience. When you click check
for plagiarism, it will take around a few
minutes to actually do it. And if it's 100% unique, it will tell you it's 100% unique, and you are good to go. But if it's not,
it will tell you exact percentage of how
unique your content is, and not just that, it will tell you where your content
is duplicated from. Also important part,
neural writer works on basically almost every
other language as well. So it can actually take plagiarism in almost
every language. That's in the language is where neur writer actually works. And if it will find plagiarism, it will tell you
where they define it. What is the similarity
percentage to that article that what part of that article you
basically copied, if you did that, of course, and how many sentences
are duplicated. Now, you need to be very
careful with all those things. Because if you're going to
copy other people's articles, the Google will actually punish you by ranking you
much, much lower. So you need to be using this
tool extensively if you want your article to not be buried under the piles
of other articles. Use this tool
extensively and write your articles very thoughtfully
and very carefully. Trust me. If you
need to avoid it, I think, it is a plagiarism.
12. Sharing: Writing content alone can
be bet a bit daunting. In most cases,
you'll be doing with the help of freelancers
or with teams. So here we're going
to learn how to actually share your
projects with other people. So first thing, first,
let's talk about the main two ways to share
your work with other people. First is sharing on
the domain level, and second is sharing on the
individual project level. Then by individual project, I mean by individual articles. First, let's talk about
sharing on a domain level. Now, this is the largest
way to share your content. You're basically sharing
every single project within this domain
with other people. To do so, you need to open a tm tab on the left
side and click Ad user. Now here you need
to make sure that you have correct
domain selected, also the user premises
that you want to share and just type an e mail of the person that
you want to invite. That's basically it. And
when that person will join, they will have an
access to your domain. Basically the project
within your domain, not the domains, of course. This is a big way of
sharing your work, but you can actually
do that with an individual projects
and articles. In that case it's happening
on a content editor level. Only to do is just to go to the article that you're
writing in a content editor, and then go to the team and reporting section of the menu. Now, here you have
a few options. The main two options
are the first to. This is the copy prevailing
and share editing access. So when you copy prevailing, you're just creating
a copy of re project that you can
send to anyone that you want and that
person can actually read your article before
it's basically published. Now, this is the great way
if you're freelancer and if you want to share your
article with your clients, to just check the text and just to iron
out some mistakes. This is the simplest way
to share the project. Anyone who you will
give this link will not be able to make
any edits or see any analytic or see any deeper information beyond what you have written
in your article. If you want to do
so, you need to click Share editing access. And here you can do it
in two different ways. You can share it with an e mail. By basically doing something
very similar that we did by adding a team
members in a domain level, you're basically adding a user, giving them different
access and privileges, writing an email and
just granting an access. Or you can grant someone
access through the link. With the link you need to
be very careful to whom you're giving this link
and who can actually access You're actually choosing the same privileges
and permissions and just click
Save and get link. And this way, you can
just share this link to anyone that you want to have
an access to your content. Now, I would be quite careful
with the second one and will try to mo use the first
option by sharing an email. Don't get me. Both of
them are quite safe, but you need to be just
extra careful by just having a simple link that can give people access to your content. Of course, in a similar
way in the TM section, you can also add
different and read different comments on
your articles as well. And with all these,
you can actually take quite a lot of burden from yourself or just work quite collaboratively
with your team.
