Do you want to take photos that look professional and artistic — using only your smartphone?
In this class, you’ll discover how to capture creative and striking images on your iPhone or Android, and edit them like an expert using the free apps Lightroom and Snapseed. Whether for travel, social media, your business, or personal projects, you’ll learn how to turn everyday shots into photos you’ll be proud to share.
This is a complete guide to smartphone photography. Step by step, I’ll show you how to:
<ul>
<li>
Make the most of your mobile camera by controlling light, focus, and camera modes.
</li>
<li>
Unlock your creativity with professional composition techniques and new points of view.
</li>
<li>
Use manual mode to get DSLR-like control on your smartphone.
</li>
<li>
Capture portraits and landscapes with sharp focus and beautiful blur.
</li>
<li>
Edit your photos in Lightroom and Snapseed to achieve vibrant colors, balanced light, and your own unique style.
</li>
<li>
Curate your best photos into collections that reflect your personal vision.
</li>
</ul>
This class is designed for beginners, but if you already have some photography knowledge, the editing and composition lessons will help you level up your skills.
I’m Flor, a photographer and teacher with 15+ years of experience. My work has been exhibited, awarded by cultural institutions, and published in international magazines. I believe photography is not just about technique but about expressing creativity — and in this class, I’ll guide you step by step so you can do the same with just your phone.
Note: I demonstrate on an iPhone and a Samsung device, but the techniques apply broadly. Some features may vary depending on your phone model, but you’ll still be able to apply the majority of the content to improve your photography.
