About This Class

This course is straight to the point! Focused on showing shading and gradient details as they are the basis for correctly drawing any realistic looking drawing. We will see shading, light and shadow techniques, application of skin texture, among others... We will see techniques to be able to trace the design of a face with the maximum resemblance to the person in the photo to be drawn, we will study each part of the face separately and , finally, we will draw a complete face step by step.

You will learn step by step how to draw nose, mouth, hair and how to draw a complete face. You'll see different ways to copy the lines of a drawing using a photograph, from techniques like using a lightbox to a completely freehand drawing. In the end, you will be able to make beautiful realistic drawings using basic materials and applying simple but very powerful and effective techniques so that you can create a photographic design with maximum detail and similarity according to the model you use as a reference in photography.

Take your favorite drawing materials and develop your drawings from realistic portraits. I wish you all a great experience with realistic drawings and whenever you need help, just contact me and I will do my best to help you on your journey as a realistic sketcher.

1. Introduction: Hello everybody. How's going to draw him? He said, admired by many, free to erase it up with details. It is almost like a picture. But a lot of people think that only those that were born with a gift can really make realistic drawing in that my friend is not true. You'll will see their fertile learn how to make your elbows keep drawing. You just need technique, knowledge, studied education. And of course, patients ever, ever tried to draw a face and didn't get a realistic result. If so, do not feel frustrated. Do not believe that this kind of art is exclusive for those who have the gift of drawing. In fact, anyone can make rows controlling. In my opinion, relative designs are the most of our credit. Designers tail a row because it's really ease of being done. Step-by-step. They follow in a more accurate observation that you develop over time, will allow you to make incredible drawings even without a gift of trauma. And I'll teach you, I step-by-step technique. Starting talking about textures. In introduction of the tools and materials you will need. Actually, there are a wide range of materials. You can choose. The tools that will help you. You'll learn how to draw the eyes, nose, mouth, the hair. In vain. You'll be able to make arrows, could draw it using different techniques to obtain a perfect stroke. You'll learn three different ways of making his trial. And you'll see that with these three techniques, you will achieve a perfect outline of the face. You get up to drown. You're going to draw them in the shed. And techniques you will see in this course are extremely democratic. With patients. Everyone can make it. It is very important that you understand the techniques by watching the videos, of course, but you will only learn the techniques by putting it into practice. I going to teach you how to make a perfect relative, drawing it step by step from start to finish. That means that it doesn't matter if you're ready to have a little bit on knowledge. If you don't have any, that's fine. I'll help you. What is important now is to start. Then. Let's go. We can start by learning about the tools you will need. After that, I'm going to show you some concepts about light shading and how to draw each body part. In. At the end of this course, we're going to make a complete drawing on my face. In you will see the credible result of our work. This curse will take your drawing style to another level. So if you want to meet you well, it's probably drones. Get more likes on your social medias, are received more compliments and feel better at the end of each drawing you make. This course is for you. So take your pencil and paper in Lascaux. 2. Materials / Tools: Hello guys. How are you? Welcome to our first video lesson. Today? I'm again, I'm present you some tools and materials that I usually use to make realistic drawing this. By first, I will like to make it clear that I don't really think the toes and the materials or the most profane to make your realistic drawing. What I consider the most part thing that you, um, this ten, the technique in practice. So first you have to understand the technique. Say Can you put it into practice? And then you start thinking about the tools and materials. That's still my materials and tools are very important. Let's start by talking about paper. The paper I use is this one. It is a February. Emily's him for. This one is 220 grams. It is a really difficult kind of paper to find. It is expensive too. But for me, it is the best I have found so far. So I use this paper. It is not very Paris, but it's also not very smooth. It is not too thick either. It is a very good paper to work with. I don't know if you can see any texture on the paper. It is actually almost Smith. But there's a cheaper option. This is a kin some paper, it is easier to find it. It is also 220 grams. We always use 220 grams. This paper is a gateway to work with. I use it to do some A4 paper jobs. And he has to cite this one is a little bit more powers in. There's the other, which even has a troll win in it. Smoother than the other side. I made this drawing to be an example. This is the site I used to draw. Here is this mother's height. When I use the pencil, I get a lighter texture because this is a smoother paper. One side of it, It's smoother. Body photonic it over. We'll get eight Paris height. In addiction to the tone. A little bit different. When I use the pencil, marks the purpose of the paper a lot. So I don't really use this height of the paper. I usually prefer this Mediasite on site. Side of it is a parasite and the other is a smoother sign. You get a bad fact. Use this mother site. In. Now I'm going to talk about the pencils. But before that, it is really important that you understand how each of the actors on paper, for example, look at the bead line pencils, which are the softest and darkest. And we also have the h line of pencils. The h line pencils or the leftists. Hb is like the number 0 of the pencils. It has a medium tone, the basic tone. Here, we can see the bead that is darker. And going back that the age, which is a little clear than the HB. Hb is like 0 on the tone scale of the pencils. It's great. Situation is basically 0. It's like a basic query. The higher the number of H that layer the pencil is. I don't know if you can see it, but here's some markings. They won't be always like that because it all depends on the pen. So you have how much pressure you put on the paper. But still, you can get an idea of how each pencil line looks like. The age. One, age to age until nine. H. H is the lightest of all. This is the eighth skill greater than number of the age, the lighter the color of the pencil is. H. Pencils are harder. Pencils have a hunter tip and a lighter shade. It is more suitable for drafting. So you can start making some more details in the drawing. While HB, or softer pencils have a darker shade at the tip. And the higher the number of B, the dark and did some of the graphite is here. It is HB. There will be like 0. In front HB, we see B, two B, three B to B pencils. Although I don't really use a pencil higher than five B, and I rarely use it. I usually use and two for B. You already can get a shade of black with Furby. But it also has to do with the type of the pencil I use. I use is ten lip pencils, which are very good pencils. Here are the pencils. I use. Nh, NH, B, a, B, a to B, and a for B. These are the pencils are going to use in this course. I will not use any other than these. They mechanical pencil I use is a common 05. You can use any type you have. It doesn't really matter. This one is from Pentel, but it can be any other. Some mechanical pencils are more resistant than others. You will fight, we will use, is the Furby always for B. If for what do I use for bigger fight, I use it to make darker hair, beard, and all kinds of body hair. I always use the mechanical pencil with Furby your fight to make eyelashes to for example, a rather the mechanical pencil. Then the pencil to do it. Occurrence is better for his trends. That's another, that's another brand of pencil, the Faber Castile. They are also very good and I always use them when a 2.5. But it's still prefer this tendency once. One difference I see between them is that Faber Castile has a lighter graphite. The firm B is not as stronger. And these $10 for B. To resolve this, you could use the phi B or six B favorite castle pencil in. That's okay. If you can't have a Staedtler pencil because they are expensive and hard to find. You can use fabric castle pencils. That's just fine. I don't know if you noticed, but I didn't mention pencil three-beat. I don't use pencil 3-bit. Why? The transition from two to four B is basically this same. I'll show you from two to four B. We couldn't see for x between that. So I think I don't need to use A3 and A2. I prefer just use B2B. Okay? I think that's everything you need to know about paper and pencils. Any other questions about these tools? You can contact me and I'll be glad to help here. Thank you for watching this video. Bye. 3. Support Materials / tools: These are what I call Charlie and tools. For example, imply this tab. It is just perfect to make textures. I had number two and also the number of five. I like to use just these. You may not know why the blood is tub is the blood is tab is a cylindrical traveling TO tapered at the end and usually made on early the paper isn't by auditors to smudge marks me withdrawing utensils. I'll show you how it works. I'm going to merge these marks me with a pencil. Some artists use their fingers to smudge. I don't know, a liver commanded. Your finger gets 30. The blade is tamp, is much better and we have good options of drawing tools. The difference between where I use it, the bloody step in the way I tell it, it's really clear. Notice how smooth or in the part where we use in the bladder disturbed S, It's more homogeneous. So this is what the bleeding step is. Use it for. Another two that I use. The eraser pen. This one is frontal bone. It is the smallest INR. I don't know if there are any other smaller, but this is the tiniest I've ever seen. I use it to make details on why threads or Shen parts, many other things. I also have this, another one which is bigger. It's 308. I use all my eraser pens after the end of that. They need to be tapered at the end so I can get a finer tone when making details. I use actually both. Painting on the thickness. I want. Both have the same function. Another two that I use is the brush. This one is a o x your hair brush, which is very good to work with. But we have a use you use it is just okay. I get it. The type of aids and the marrow. So it's easily use the brush to do almost the same thing as the blending stump. The difference that the brush doesn't spread the graphite. You can see that you may even get a little darker because it does not let it fixes the graphite better. Notice the difference here. The brush is better to fix it the graphite on the paper. This is the brush option. That's, I think this is very important, especially to not erase texture to better highlight the shadow for another traces. This brush helps a lot as we gonna see in the future. I also use a lot. It toilet paper. I couldn't I can't eat just a little square of it in WE, for me, a triangle then divided again. So I can use this tab here. I supported all my finger and use it to smudge, just like you do with the blade is tab. Just as I deal with the blade stop. I also do with the paper. Remembering that this paper has to be double sheet and must be software. For there is a difference when you make his major with a plain paper. When you do with a soft double sheet, it's achieve the same effect as the blade is tap. The difference that I use paper to blood out larger areas like your forehead, the cheek, larger areas. What I need to do it faster. With paper, I will achieve a more homogeneous effect. I had the bloody stump for tomorrow and details. In that's the difference. They both have the same function. This funny tools I have are the embossing tools for paper. Not everyone knows then actually there are several types of them. This one meets my needs. I use it for May, gray and white hair. Notice that it marks the paper. I hope you can see it. After making the mark, I use the pencil in a width and where I use it, bleed step. The pencil will not mark, but it will leave the points I mark it. And when you use the pencil, they will appear. The lines were made. They are a parent. Of course, if you use a pen. So in a very hard way, this trucks made damage or even disappear. Normally, they are preserver it. And then you can see the white lines in with the eraser pen. You can highlight it. We'll use it a lot when making any kind of white hair. And that is the function of the adolescent tools for paper. Along with the eraser pen. This one is irrelevant and paper, whatever you have. Why do I use it for you? The blending stump, it gets antennae tab and it can get in the way when you use it on another part of the drawing, cause he ends up accumulating refined. So I use the sandpaper to clean the bleeding stopped. And I am removing the excess of graphite. There was a left. Whenever I start a new drawing, I click the blending stump. So I won't have any problem. When I do another drawing. To make the trace, the drawing will use three techniques, three means of making the trace of the drawing. The first is to use the light table. The light table lights up. It generates a light, and from that light would get the transparency of the picture. The heroine. We'll see more about this later in exclusive video lesson on how to make strokes in a drawing using it. The second method that we're going to use is the grid. We're going to use directives to make the drawing. We make the squares both in a reference and on a blank sheet of paper that we use all in to make the drawings. In base it on the square, we locate where the part of the face we're going to draw ways. And also another technique the decode need to call is a comma. So fight heat that is painted with a 4-bit pencil. It is really easy of being done. You're going to see, for example, here, when I draw the line appears on the other sheet of paper, we can use these three methods and have a lesson on each of these. I hope it help it's pending questions. I'm always available until our next class. Bye. 4. Gradient / layer exercise: Hello guys. So let's start today by doing some basic Robbins a lariat gradient design. I'm going to use the B pencil to do this. Actually, I advice you to do this trawling modern ones in with several pencils. Do it with H, with two beam. But I'll make it with the B pencil. It's advisable that you did this a lot of times. Repeat several times. Do not be afraid or ashamed because you're making a simple drawing. So let's start. I'm going to make the buttons square with a very strong black. I'm implying some pressure on the paper with a pencil. See that I make the trace in several different directions. But that's not really important. You can do it in any movement with a pencil. The important thing is that you leave the ln homogeneous. Okay? That's the first square. All we want is to make it darker, darker. In this second square. I'll do it with a softer tone now, so light, but not too dark. I'm going to use a medium tone in this trial and is very important for you as a beginner to understand better, to know better than to is you have the paper. Better understand how to use these details. Understanding tone of each pencil. So do not ignore this exercise. I'm already getting the tone I expected. And here we'll make an even clearer tone. I'll use the pen so badly touching it on the sheet of paper. It's a very smooth movement in deed. This is great for you to train the lightness of the hand. I'll leave that blank. That's because here we are going to change from black to white. That's it. Let's make it here as if it were a single layer. We have four tones, white, light gray, dark gray, and black. We have to make it kind a transition. You'll learn more about. You will learn more by watching in practice than just listening to me. So let's move from one town to another. Getting a halftone between the 2s we did before. The goal is to achieving greening tome. We're darkening those parts. In the y-squared. I can make a very light tone. Just to blend the transition from light gray to white. Be careful. We want to make it look like a shadow. Maybe some unwanted marks will appear. So use an eraser or the pencil. You can choose. That's the final result of the exercise guys. Here we can see some marks that we initially made. They shouldn't be here. So you can use an eraser to fake set E average size eraser. It seems to me to be the most ideal to do it. And then you can use the pen. So again, okay, that's the final result. It is important for you as a beginner not to make a really strong lane. Instead, make a lighter line. Always make a lighter stroke. I suggest you to do this exercise with other types of pencils. H, b2, b3, b4 be mechanical pencil. It is an exercise that you can do many, many times. Well done guys. That's it. Let's move on. 5. Gradient exercise with different pencils: Now guys, let's do some more exercises. But this time, we're going to do with several different pencils. For example. Here I'm going to start with an H pencil. And I'm going to do basically the same thing as we did earlier. We'll work with gradients homes to form a creating tongue. But each square will be made with different pencil. Watch that. Let's start with an H pencil. I'll start it with his trunk trace. Hb pencil is a slightly lighter pencil. It is drier and it has a slightly lighter tone. It is not that are. So I'm going to start by making the darker part. I start with the darker part and go in direction to alight it home. I go towards the lighter part. I start with the darkest home and go on until I get a lighter tone. Again, I repeat, starting with the darkest part and punishment in the lightest part. I am decreasing the pressure I put on the paper so that it becomes clear. Any gradient Tom will emerge. We won't use anything to smudge in our paper and a blade is tap my brush. Nothing. Let's just use the pencil. Because what we want here is to know as much as possible of the tools we have. Now we're making a gradient. It's moving the transition from black to white. Guys, it doesn't matter in what sense you use your pencil. The important thing is the final result. So you can make horizontal strokes as I'm doing either verdict Charolais aren't circles. It just very cute to do these exercises using circular strokes is very geared to use this type of sequela shape. It is a very good for making textures. We can get from it the very good consistence, a very homogeneous design. So you can choose. As I said before, the most important thing is the final result. At the end, the traces are much more smoother. Well, now we can conclude with the HB pencil. Now, we'll make another acceptable within HB pencil. The HB pencil is also a slightly clear pencil, just like the H pencil, but it is a little stronger. And also prior. So we can work in the same way as we did with the H pencil. However, I will change the direction a little bit, just to change the direction of the light and shadow. The way to make it. It will be. Let's start with the darkest height and width. Light up tours white. I'll make a light in the middle. And basically we're going to do this example twice. These are terrible exercise, although it is in the same frame. We're going to use two shades of gradients in two sites. The upper part that I'm doing now and also the lower part. The goal is to train. So don't be lazy. Train hard. The moment you had nothing to do. Or when you are watching TV or something else, take a sheet of paper and practice. Do not escape this exercise. Did not ignore it. It'll help you a lot when you're doing a more complex trauma, like the ones we're gonna do later. Now we can already make the gradient, the transition from black to white. Here it should be very Smith, becoming white. Very light lines. Edge to the bottom. I can undo the same effect. We'll start with the darkest part and will light up in order to live only a white stripe in the middle. Now, we can achieve in Utah transition from black to white. We kept to the brightness, the middle, we make two layers, rough, one from top to bottom and from bottom to top. That's how really cute exercise. And that's it guys. And so we conclude with the HB pencil. I'll start now with pencil to beat. Depends. So to be slightly darken and stronger than the others, we use it so far. I'm going to change the direction a little bit again. I will do it diagonally now. But it is the same idea, the same process to do it. Let's start with the darkest hide enlightened up towards white. We wanna go from black to white, make shades of gray diagonally. I'll start here in a little bit darker. It's a little bit darker. The difference between Tooby an HB is that the tube is darker, just like the HB is darker than the h. It is important to be aware of these difference to achieve a better result. When we get to join a photographer. When we want to get as close as possible from it. You know. Let's continue with this exercise. See how I do it in try to reproduce it. So we already how the gradient mark there, let Smith a translation. Now we can enjoy the process with the to-be pencil. It already has the result I expected. The transition of the gradient is already cool. In here we can see a dark tone, a medium tone, and a light tone navigate from the dark point to the light point without leaving a middle point between that. We see the same here. Always a medium tone between light and dark. Now, we'll make one example with 4-bit pencil. We're going to do basically almost the same thing. But let's convert. Before B pencil is much darker. We can get a absolute black with it. I rarely use a five or six B pencil. I think the tone again with affirmative pencil is enough. I'll start with a darker tone as we did previously, and I'll lighten it up. Be very careful with deformity pencil because it is much more stronger. You need to have more lighten this in your head. You can't put a lot of pressure on the paper. See, we already have a mark of how which tongue will look. So now we just have to complete it. Okay guys, that's it. We have completed our gradient exercise for this class. I recommend you to make a lot more of these exercises. You can use the same pencil and make these same examples over and over in order to get to know which one better. Be creative. Study hard. Don't be afraid, or lack of patients to make the exercise. This is a very important exercise. So do it. Okay. I hope I have helped you to better understand how to use a pencil to make a gradient at work. I see you in our next video lesson. Bye. 6. Gradient effect on a sphere Part 1: Hello guys. In this video lesson, we're going to do another exercise. In this time or make a sphere. It is a slightly more complex exercise than those we did before. However, will follow the same logic. I use it a little, a gem part to mark these fear as it is almost impossible for us to make a perfect circle by hand. So you can also use a lead or something else. I am going to divide the sphere. I'm getting divided a little bit here. Here. I made the first division remembering that you have to bring it around it so we can make this shape of a sphere. We have to give it some volume because my make a nice straight line. We'll make it seem like a flat surface. Well, what we want is to achieve the rounded effect is better. Do it with your free hand. Now, we already have the division. The Max has already been made. So we can do just like the exercise we did before. We'll, we'll fill these parts one-by-one with each tone. Although this is a little more complex, it is a sphere. Let's make a more rounded and division. We need to be a little more careful. I will use pencil, be until the end of this class. I'm going to use another pencil. And I'll make the tone darker here. I'll start with this part because it is the part where the shadow is market. So I'm going to make it stronger because I find it easier to make the gradient from the darkest point to the lightest, the direction you use the pencil, it is not that important. You can use it in whatever way you think it is best. Just try to make the line as homogeneous as you can. Sometimes there are some stains, so we have to remove them to keep the same tone. So guys, I won't be talking much now because it's a very repetitive exercise and it is not easy to do. I advise you to see how I am doing it. If I keep talking, they will be very competitive. Saying the same thing. Your observation will be more important than my explanation. See every detail and try to reproduce them. And we'll make a letter tone. And then we also will make a half tone. I will highlight a later more, the black line. Sometimes at the beginning, we think it is dark enough. Or when we make the gray part, that shade of black kind of disappears a little. So we go back to highlight it. So guys, now we've finished it. This first stage of marking the divisions. We divide the tone of the shadow here, the lighter tone, really forming the gradient towards the brightness. In our next class, we're going to continue with this problem. While we will combine these tones, we will make it become a single tone as if it did not have these markings. We will do the same exercise at the first one. But there it was a flat surface and therefore simpler. But their way of doing it will be basically the same. So finish this exercise and I'll see you in our next video lesson. 7. Gradient effect on a sphere Part 2: Again, not to make the translations will create a halftone. Among deletion towns, we made it to create a gradient. That fact, all of them is of course, using only the pencil. I sold that the brightness here I was out of sync with these other parts. Before we continue, I'll just fix it. Just a little bit more here in the middle. I think it'll be idea here. I'm going to remove some of these marks here with the eraser. It is likely that we'll come back during this later as well to remove some parts that were more market in this exercise. I'm trying to make the drawling more natural to keep the texture. We've dealt with a pass up. Okay. Now, that's kid. It was not intentional. It was my mistake. So I apologize for that. But now it's better. And then we'll move on. Now, just as we did in the previous, Here's exercises. Let's create a halftone here between the darker, smoother transition of toms is just a little bit different because it is a rotten surface. So we need to be more careful than with those who are only on a flat surface. But the idea, the way it'll be done, it is basically the same. I use a pencil. Be careful about the pressure that you put on the paper. Here. We can already see the difference between this part that we already did for the part of the, We haven't done the Halftone yet with a smoother transition here. Well there we see a hotter translation. Not what you really need to do is to see how I am doing. And whenever I need to say something, I speak again. This is part of this fear is almost complete. In here you can clearly see the difference of the sites in That's why it is so important for us to always make a nice drawing with a pencil before we use any other tools. Like blade is tap, palette paper or whatever you want to use? The most part are things they use, the pencil mark and the details well, I can make and the shadows. In other textures that you can already do with the pencil. Depending on the paper years and it may be more powers, Ozzie Smith. But even so, they all will form a natural texture. And it's really good when you keep that texture. Here, you see the difference. Well, this side is much more natural. Url looks like is fear. By here you can see the difference in layers. We'll do the same effect and the rest of the drawing. Let's continue. In this bottom, bottom part, I'll keep a much clear part. This lower part will be the reflected light of the sphere. Okay. Yes. We already have the drawing basically finished. It will now make just a few more adjustments. Erase some things that have been market. Agenda Tom, I'm some other parts. But the whole tone of the sphere has already been defined it all shades of light and shadow have already been defined it. Here, for example, where there were some slightly strong marks. I will use the eraser or not or to get a software. Translation. I make red on points for not being too our facial. Always try to make it a little more natural. Now, I adjust this with a pencil. The pencil. I didn't use any other pencil. Just that be possible. Once again, use the eraser to remove the excess of this. We already have the final result of the sphere. I'll make just a shadow detail. Let's draw this like if this fear is awesome, surface. So I'm going to start off from its base. A simple shadow shape. I use the same pencil that we use on this fear be passed so any here and they shade, shade. We start a little bit. Basically the same gradient effect. Chairman, going to start a little bit darker. Continuing the shade. I'm just smoothing it out as if I'm also giving it a gradient effect. The edges. I'm going to use the pencil to create a smooth transition for a shadow to white. From the surface where our sphere is. Just a Israeli one. The shadow creates a more natural effect. They draw it. And that's the final detail of the trial. And it is not a hard designed to make. As you may have noticed. However, it is quite a laborious, requires some patients. But this exercise is very, very important. So do it more than once. It is extremely important that you to do these exercises. They will help you when you have to make a more complex job and finish the drawing. And let's go to our next video lesson. 8. Draw a face by getting the outline Using the grid - Part 1: For this exercise, we'll basically use a ruler and a pencil. But to make this grid, I will yield the roll it in a pan just to try to make the lane worm visible to you. If I use a pencil, you might not be very visible. I'm going to measure the lines. They'll have two centimeters high. And I'm again going to divide it every two centimeters. On the other side, I'll make the same thing. It is important that you use the edge of the photo measure so that the grades of the lines is exactly the same height. Them will join these points. Formula lines. See if it's right. If the lines are straight. I can use the sheet and the role to check if the lines are straight. Now we're going to mark the vertical lines, which I will call columns. Also, every two centimeters. I also do the marks, and then I play the role at each point. And do the division. Look how I am doing here on the lights. I'm going to do the same thing. Those points we made at the beginning. I will neither. Now, it is really important that you pay close attention to this tab. Guess if the lines become Crockett, your drawing will probably also be Crockett because we'll use these quires as a basis to make the drawing. Okay, not everything is fine. I have already farming migrate reference. You can see that we already have the grid above the character and now enumerate these lines, these squares to make it user to understand when we do the drawing. I want the drawing is exactly the same size as my reference. So I'll bet you this same measure of two square centimeters. It is very important to be careful. Degree needs to be as straight as possible. The gradient of the blank sheet of paper have to be exactly the same size of the original greed. I'm going to use the same measurement that I use it to make the referral bias. Guess. As I said, I wondered drawing to be the same size. If I wanted to enlarge the chorion, I will only need to make the script twice as big. For example, credit that I use it to be two square centimeters, now should be four square centimeters. And thus we will double the drawing. And if I wanted to kill the dragon half, I would read just this great site to one square centimeter, for example. It seems kind of confusing at first, I know. But as you do it, it becomes easier to do with the grid. I use it the grid. When I started drawing it for clients. I use it to draw using the grid. But as customers increase it, I saw the need for another way of work because it took me a long time to make and finish one single drawing. In the next videos, we'll see did he call and delight table by researching intestine? I just kept her it, these two methods that may much faster. However, some people have a certain prejudice with the light table and with the decode. So I teach they agree method. The grade is very important because to make irrelevant design, each in detail needs to stay in place of the drought will not look like the person drove him. After make some adjustments to the grid, raises some points that were out of place. We can now start the drawing. But where to start? It? Truth is that you can cite I'll start by the year. And see that I'm looking at the squared difference. In this case, the year is n squared B6. You shouldn't know the height of the year, the beginning and the end, the details of the middle. Every detail in your square. This is the magic of the greed. I can locate the place of things according to my reference. We can already do the hair. Notice that it also in the same row and column of the refurbish. If we do the drunk with other grid, the chance of getting out of place and getting Lawson is high. That's why I really recommend using the grid. And because of that, this video will be a little bigger because it really takes longer to draw with the grid. Here. I already put the details of the year and also some head details. Now, you need just to see how I'm drawing. Your observation is very important so that you locate where each part is. It is very important to leave Ethan detail in its place. It is important to locate each part of the traveling in there referring to using it is true that the hair is all ito hotter to make exactly the same, it's almost possible actually. We must work to make our drawing as close as the pot referenced as possible. Always look into the reference. Another very important detail. We don't draw hair using shading techniques. We definitely need to do it wire by wire. It is very laborious. By B, it is the method that gives the best result. At least that's how it works. Shedding, does it work for the hair? We have to do it wire by wire. Observing they were farmers in doing with dashes. 9. Draw a face by getting the outline Using the grid - Part 2: Always noticing where it'll be darker or lighter. And so it is possible to add volume to the hair and make details. In this part we can see a variation in the movement of the hair, another direction of these trends. And we need to be very attentive to that. When we pay close attention to the darkest and lightest points, we can give a really cool volume to the hair. In the drawing. I completed the shape of the hair. Now, I'm going to fill in this part. When I finish it, we can go to the face drawing. Notice the neck guys. Sorry. That power was cut off by the camera. I don't know what happened if ended up hanging up by this the same way of doing it. I'm just just for you to don't stay total loss. I always look at the line and the column of the grid. Grid. For example, here we are. You can see the height of the chin, the shirt. Here, we can see a shaded below the chin. And it also helps you turn this ten. How they Chen was made. The side of the face equal to the side of the reference. Remembering that you can go back and make any adjustments. Now the neck, the height of the shirt is very important. In details you are going to do. Should be in the reference, it should be in the same place, the same squared in the same location. We already made the external contour of the face. Any definition of the hair. There are some shadow details that you do not have to do in this tab. But to better understand the locations in the refurbish details, we can undo some of them. Although it takes a little longer. The detail of the eyes. Same way. Notice the row and a column. Notice the height. Pay attention to all the details. I see where the eye starts and where the eye again. I see the shadow parts and the lighter parts. And I tried to do just like they were prefers. The iris is right in the middle of the column. You already made the iris it pulpal and the brightest of the RE, the nose, the detail of the eyebrow. You can see that we are already going in the same direction, in the same size. There we see the referrals from one end to the other. From beginning to end. They need to be at the same height and the same size. See how I'm doing and try to reproduce it. We, we already made the detail of the eye. So let's try to make the second I. Likewise, we look at height, size, what is tarts, and where it ends. And a weak pad. The details in the eye, the iris, the eyelids make you feel have less eyelashes than women. So we highlighted the parts of the lashes. Well, the eyebrow has already been done. So now let's get the nose part. Oh, okay. Well done. Notice the height of the nose where he ends. Why did these heights are located? It is actually pretty ease of being down. They grabbed evasion is really very good to make the drawing. I'm sure it's going to help you. The nose is basically made up of light and shadow. So let's highlight a few more parts. Remembering that we always highlight the nostrils. This part needs to be identical to the reference. I already market the height and size that math will be. The most part. Parts you need to pay notation or the corners of the eyes, the nostrils, and the derivation of the labs. They are the main points to Fantasia when making it realistic drama. When drawing people, notice these points in nostrils, division of the mouth and the Cardinals are the eyes. You should pay close attention to the details and the rest is kind of standard art. Here. For example, mouse motto varies a lot. There are bigger, smaller, thicker, thinner lips. Or the format is quite standard. Pay close attention to the details. Okay, I almost completed the drawing of the ellipse. And here are some more details. On the mouth is designed by our drawing is basically complete. And we can see already a similarity with the reference. Let's put some more details to be more realistic. Sorry guys. I had again, some problem with a camera. I apologize. Well, not let her have it as width cuts. I didn't not restart recording because I saw no need. If you follow this tab, tab of this video lesson, we can do the drawing is mentally just make the grid and it represents the details. Okay, that's amazing, right? So we've finished this class and any questions you guys have, I'm always available until our next class. Bye. 10. Draw a face by getting the outline using the Decal Technique: Hello guys, how's it going today? What year? The difficult technique to make his ketchup the face. The cow is nothing more than a kind of a carbon paper may with graphite. Let's take these blank sheet of paper and paint into width or a pencil until it gets completely black. I'll use a Furby pencil. You can use some other ones, like a five or a six b. But I think for me is enough. Well, use this painting sheet as if it were a carbon paper. I don't know if everyone knows what a carbon paper is. But if you look on the internet, you will see that it is. Use it to make a kind of copy between two sheets. Your blade, the carbon paper between two sheets. What you draw on top will also be drawn on the bottom. And that is what we're going to do. We can paint the entire sheet with the entire sheet. Black. You're going to need a little piece. Led is crowd of toilet paper, a double sheet paper. I'm going to fold the square diagonally, again in the middle. Then we're going to take some of the excess of the graphite on the paper. You can see the difference on the paper because it gets more homogeneous. You can keep doing this much. Does it matter if it is uniform or not? Now, we are ready to decode the big term that we'll use. But how are we going to do this? Well, that's the picture that will be reproduce head. And this is the blank sheet of paper that will do the drawing on. I will use this to enlighten these two sheets, being careful not to leave in sheets crooked m. Then we get to take the sheet we made and put it between. There are two sheets of paper. Place it facing the drawing sheet. The back of it needs to feed the brain image. So let's take the pants. So he started drawing the main lines. There. We can see I'm already defined some parts of the hair. It is harder than it seems. You must follow the terms correctly. Let's check blow. And you can see the drawing is already coming out on the bottom paper. Let's continue. There is no much to talk about here. You should rarely just defined the main points. West Tech, the markup again. And we see that it's exactly as we expect it to be. We are already defining the last traces of oral trauma and see how it looks in the huge, they draw it. The traces of the picture were migrated to the paper. He said configuration online, we made the call is an effective method. May not be able to buy a light table or if you prefer the decode. In the previous class, we talked about the greed and there's the decode, the message. We'll talk about the light table, which either math I currently use even for my arrow of time. So that's it. On to the next class. Bye. 11. Draw a face by getting the outline Using the Light Table: Hello guys. In the third video on how to make a face trace, began to use the light table. The table is nothing more than a box with a light inside of it, with an acrylic cover to protect your eyes from the light. But how are we going to use it? I'll show you. But first, we have to do something. Let's line up and fast ten the picture, the sheet there. We've gone on trope using a crack tape. You can use another kind of tape. The crap tape has a better adhesion and it's less likely to damage the paper. With the picture enlightenment. I turn on the light table and you can already see that we have a certain transparency. But even so with a light arm, the greater the darkness and better the image, it will be vivid. Look, I turn off the light and see the view we now have of the picture. The picture clearly visible on the sheet that we're going to draw them. Now, we just have to trace the main parts of the face just for you to see better how it is, I turn on the light again and see how our hair traits as a guiding thesis paper come on sulfite. You can see the traces. It also depends on the quality of the picture, of course, are if the paper is thicker, it might not be possible to see the image. By here we can see how the hair contouring scanning. And now we are going to other parts of the face. There's no rule about where to start. In brown, things that you make the online as equal as possible of the reference. You must follow the referring faithfully, where there is a stronger, darker line. You have to make a great highlight. If possible. Make a shadow moire. Here. I'm not marking the shadow. But if you can, if you think it is better, you can do it. I will. It will help you a lot in the development of the shading of the drawings. Remembering that I browns, you do not paint in black as it is, hair. You do the wires yourself. It is important that you leave a well-defined mark on these hair details. Make the turn of the eyes there. Well, this is true for any part. Actually. It is very important that you are very faithful to any details of the fixed autonomy of the picture, of the person that you've been drawing. So here it is. I finished the outline. This drawing is already to start shading. 12. How to Draw a Freehand Eye: Hello guys. How's it going? Welcome to this lesson. Today, we're going to learn how to draw eyes. Of course, you guys can draw a really complex eyes with a lot of details. However, on this video lesson, I'm going to teach you guys how to draw a really simple I instill very beautiful. I start with the horizontal line and then we can divide it into three equal parts. So it is very important to draw it with three equal parts. And of course you don't have to draw. You don't have to use this technique every single time they choose, draw an eye. But if you're a beginner, if you're starting now to learn how to draw eyes, you can use this technique, okay? We are talking about how to draw eyes, so we won't use any straight lines. And that's the reason why you are seeing that I'm drawing over the curve of that line, and that's the upper part of the pie. Okay? Now we can do the lower part with a really simple shape like this. Okay guys, you can, you can see how I'm doing it and you can try to reproduce. You can try to do this same thing. Okay? And we already have the shape of a knife. Now we can start drawing the iris with a really, really simple circle. You know, just like this. This is the iris. And I'll write here in the middle, Let's draw the bulk bill. And of course some lights, some shine to this. I had, of course, the delights of the eye depends a lot on the character that you choose should evolve. It depends on the reference that you are using. But this guy through specialty, I'm going to just draw with these four lights. Okay. Let's now draw this upper part right here. The eye, okay. And that's the island. You know, we can go to this lower part right here with this really nice details. And that's it. Of course, you can also draw the eyebrows. And when you choose to draw eyebrows and all, it is the hair. Using also, it is important to draw with little lines just like this. No, you don't have to use thicker lines. Use just as thin lines. That's fine. Just think like, Okay, I'm gonna do this. We're going to draw this eyebrow with this technique with thin lines. Okay, just like this. And that's it. We already have the eyebrow right here. Of course, you can add more, more lines to make these hybrid become better and more beautiful. And see how I'm holding the pencil. Also guys try to do the same thing. As you guys can see. We already have the eyebrow, the eyelid, we have the main parts of the eye, the iris that the bill. And it is a very simple shape. It is very simple shapes. In the eyebrow is very nice. Don't you agree? Very nice. Eyebrow. Now I'm going to use the eraser just to clean up the drawing. I want a clean drawing. So that's it. I'm going to use my eraser and don't feel bad to use your eraser, you know. Feel free to use your eraser anytime you feel the need. And now it can keep the outline of the drawing. As you can see we are, I'm using a darker hue. I want to highlight my drawings, so I want a darker and darker line. Says like hearing low Kingo down. And also dry with a darker hue, new one darker lines on this point. On this stage of the drawing. Of course. These details guys depends a lot on the dereferenced that you are using. So it is very important to pay attention to the reference. Let's go now to the iris calleds outlay desk like this. We can we can do the same thing with, of course, the pill. Right here. As you guys can see, I'm painting the propel because I want a dark blue pill. And actually basically we always do this. We always, you can choose if you want to do this alone. But it is very standard to, to paint the propelled. Now right here on the ivories, as you guys can see, I'm adding these details of shadow. We want shadow, okay? On the errors. And that's a lighter tone, that's a lighter hue and that's fine. Oh, well, it's kind of a gradient no, on this part right here that I'm doing, one's kind of a gradient. So that's it. We want, we want shadows, you want light? While this only problem. I'm almost finishing it. And then we can see that we have shadows, we have lights in the drawings become very beautiful, realistic, because this is realistic, draw really long. So we want to do as realistic, as beautiful as possible. I'm going to adjust the shadow because of one kind of gradient. Right here. It is, it is kind of gradient. We see a darker hue on the upper part. We have lighter hues, letting a lighter hue on the lower part. Basically, you can use this technique to draw anything I know when it comes to, to add some light and some shadows. And with these gradient, the drawing, you can do just like I'm going to use my eraser pay, you know, I don't know if you guys have one of these, but it is very nice to have one of these cars with this band, this eraser pen. I'm going to, you know, to highlight delight in the shape of these flowers. I want a really, a real highlight, highlighted light in the highlighted shadows. So I'm doing just like this. I'm using my mechanical pencil. And you can also if you have any mechanical fans. So if you have a mechanical pencil or band, feel free to use into that. You want to always use your eraser to make things better and cleaner. Now, I'm going to add, I'm going to add some shadows, okay, on this wide parts of the eye, it is a very, very light light shadow. Light shadows. Okay, on this part right here of the eyelid. I'm also will add some details just like this. Then let's say it just like this guys. Okay. Let's go up, right? Just like this. K. As you guys can see when we add shadows to the drawing, the drawing becomes much, much more beautiful and more realistic. That's a to B pencil, okay, that I use. Of course, if you don't have it to be bent, so you can use whatever pencil you have I'm using are to be bent. So to do to draw this, this, these shadows that I'm drawing now. Okay? We already have a lot of shadows on this part right here. But I feel that I need to just little bit make a little bit darker. Now you can keep doing it on this entire part of this. Ronnie. As you guys can see, I'm not using any kind of to, to merge these drawings. Sometimes likes to use a as much, as much pan or maybe even, even the king or to draw into make this shadow of the eyelid right here. But I don't, I don't feel the need to do this. The k with this technique that I use it, you can do a battery drawing a beautiful product. We have here, the eyebrow. I'm highlighting all the parts of the lines of the eyebrows. Just simple and caravan lines. When you draw any kind of hair you can do. We can use this technique with simple and beautiful and curved lines just like this. We don't use a really long lines at all because this is a library. But if you draw in any other kind of hair and you can draw, you can draw a longer lines. But as this is an eyebrow, we don't have to do this. That's it, guys. We have here the the lead right here too. Okay. Can you can draw the, the, your legs just like this with this technique that I'm showing you guys right here. The eyelashes, the license are very, very important parts of the eye. Especially when it comes to female eyes. It is very important to draw eyelashes just like this. O k guys. Of course it depends a lot on the character that you are drawing, depends a lot on the reference that you're using. But it is very important to add some eyelashes to be drawing because smoke look how nice the drawing when you, when you add eyelashes. Right here, down here, and add more shadows to this part right here. Okay? That's the y part of the eye, but we don't want to retire wide part. You want some shadows. Actually pull the entire drawing or we always want to add shadows because this is a relative throwing in realistic drawings need, need shadows and light and texture. And that's it. Let's go now to this, a parent. This lower part actually is a lower part right here. Is like these shadows at all. The drama is becoming very, very nice guys and very beautiful. As you guys can see when we add shadows to the drought, dried becomes much better. Some eyelashes also down here. Simple eyelashes with a really simple shape like this. That's it, guys. We are basically finishing this row below. We have all the main parts we have with the shadows and lights. The drawings. Very nice, Very cool. Far as I can, you know, highlight delights. I can highlight the shadows. In this stage. I didn't use any kind of as much ban or nothing related to it. But with these techniques that I, that I teach you guys on this video lesson, you will be able to do NMAC trawling, okay? You just need your pencil and erase it. An eraser. If you have a pencil and an eraser, you can do this drawing. You can make amazing properties, okay? And we can ofcourse highlight the parts if we fill the need, but basically, that's it. We have our drawing completed. A very nice and very beautiful trauma. And I advise you guys to practice a lot. Because if you practice a lot you will become a better designs. So keep practicing. See you next time. Bye. 13. Drawing the Eye exemple 1 - Part 1: Let's start shading this drawing. I usually start drawing the eye. We say mechanical pencil 05 using the Furby graphite. And I start with this darker part of the propel. Not always default bill. Sometimes they start with their lashes. By here. I want to start with the blue pill. That would make the eyelash. By usually I start with either goulash or the book bill. It is not a world. It is just how I do it. You must be really careful when you're making the lashes. Because you must make a larger base infinity shape of it. The tip should always, always within the tip must not be thick. And this is a familiar I, and they usually have a lot of lashes. They are really big lashes. Notice that the eyelash reverses the direction here. We're doing Nina sense. And from the middle to this part, you reverse the direction and decrease the amount. This will of course depend on the reference you have. Now, I'm using the HB pencil. I'm going to make a great base on the iris, uh, try to make it as homogeneous as possible. The idea is it will make it very homogeneous. After that, I use a darker pencil, HB pencil. And now I make the shadow detail of the eye. I usually make little bit of shade here in the transition from the black of the papilla to the gray of the iris. This part almost external the iris, I make the shading on the outside. Be careful not to live a very visible online. I'll highlight the shades of gray that will make some random tics to give the texture of the eye. You'll be doing these lines. You've been making these lines, folks and on the darker parts. Then we'll highlight the shape using the eraser pen. Look how it will do. In with the brush. I'll refer course refers the fixation, the graphite on the paper, or removing her fight from the darkest to lightest part. And then I can talk and the par with more shade and still maintain the brightness. Even so, we wind up losing some of the shine. And that's why we should use the eraser pen again, highlighting the shine. When you are driving, this will always happen. Will always have to retouch things to achieve the result we want. We had to work in layers and always touch up some parts using now the B pencil. And I'm going to make this bottom part. However, I won't I won't get too dark. Be careful not to darken this bottom part too much. Unless you're a pharynx, looks like that. You referenced that I'm using. It is not that dark. For now. I'll focus on one of these rare friend that I'm using with the H pencil, I make these parts of the light of the eye. One on different in tone. I usually change the pencil. That makes the job much easier. I'll use a blending stump to smooth these parts to make the drawing more natural. You need to remember that the white of the eye is not completely white. Remember that the eye is this fear. So we want also had to make the spheroids back. We must highlight the shadow and the brightness to give dip in volume to the drawing. We maintain the brightness all the papers on white. And in certain parts we must not care a lot. We are touching that thermal put black dots on the iris. And also in the book pill. Remembering that failure to, failure to shine, you need a shadow. So it is important that you highlighted the shading well so that a Shannon peers and became more evident. Laura lash are a little different from the upper lashes. I usually make some strokes here. A reference has a lot of lashes down here. I'm trying to make as much as possible. A quote is almost impossible. The reference will always tell us what to do in the drawing. And according to your experience, mentor, and knowledge, you'll be able to use the right tool to achieve the goal. Eyelashes should always be thin at the tip or the thicker base. Eyelashes are often very black. Now use the eraser pen to highlight the brightness of the eye. Once again, touching up the iris and the papilla. And making a few more points of Brighton is in the eye. I use the pencil and eraser and again and again, it is natural. They always come back to touch up some parts. And then we can achieve the balance result. In. Now on this Can part, I'll use the beak, the HB pencil or give it consistent, but I'll use the B pencil. Kids I write it. One is tie with a darker skin tone. If you want to start with a lighter shade, you can use an H or an HB pencil. People with lighter skin, it is better to use the HB pencil, an HB in the main base. By here. I'll start with a B in notes. Then I will not make this foundation in any way. We'll start when tightening the skin texture. I use a bloody stump again. This larger part, I'll use the tissue paper. You have seen how we use tissue paper with the paint. So I'll now we find the skin texture, especially in that part of the eye that has a more evident texture. This part under the eyes, a little softer, but it also has a texture. Now we'll highlight this texture. You must mark each of these textures. You will need patients. I'll use the eraser pen, the brush, and when the expected result arise, we can stop. During the process, we reinforce the brightness, the darker lines and the lighter lines. We use the brush until we reach the final result. And to highlight the tax shield laid them all along, use a brush. Some parts are a much darker. I usually use the mechanic bandsaw mentally on the upper part of the eyelid. A part of that is usually quite dark. Then I used the B pencil and start to fill this whole par with, we're fine. I'm obtain a certain texture. This lecture will disappear over time. But it is important that you get a sense of how the final tastes will look like. It is really pardon to how the darkest and brightest part. Here. I maintain this part a little bit clear. I usually use the pound sign and very loudly way just a few strokes. Or sometimes if the brightness is more intense, you the white of the paper itself. And so we will fill the entire space of the drawing and then smudge any of the brush to rank for this texture. Well done. In the next class, we continue. 14. Drawing the Eye exemple 1 - Part 2: Okay, folks began I continue to draw in all of this. I, and I'll keep using the B pencil to make the texture. I also get to use the tissue paper to smooth this part will make a lot of layers. Almost the entire drawing will be dumb layers make a layer smudge. And as we lost Tasha, if you use the blade is tab or the toilet paper, we use the pencil again. I'm using the B pencil here. And I go on highlighting the parts where the black smart intense be cared for her to leave it very strong stroke. We should use the pencil lightly, intensify it only where the tongue is rarely darker. Make the texture we need to use depends on inland away. I always remembered to intensify the strongest part without making this trunk can turn Trace. Be careful with that. As I said, we are going to use two's a lot. The brush, the blood is red. The PAM always aiming to achieve the best possible result. To make the drawing unreal. I looked like the reference. This says our biggest goal when making a real-life trauma. And actually there's no rule about what you should make first and last. Everything will depend on you, your reference of the technique you choose and lay it out by Lido. We are progressing. Used you right there, Pam and the brush to better fix the rough out on the paper. I used to be password again to make the darker strokes on the eyelid. Above the eye, we have a strong shadow at the exit of the nose as well. I will intensify this as or from the nose, which darker. We must reduce the hardness that the pencil leaves with the blade step over the toilet paper. I also use a brush. Turn aids that tells it all depends on this truck you make with Paso and the result you want. It is not because I'm using IntelliJ paper, that you should also get the toilet paper. We can use the blady stop the brush. You can choose. On the eyebrow. I usually make it bays with the age pass along those lines that I'm making will this beer? I'm making hair by hair from the base. I don't make it in the same way as the shadow. Hairs are different from shadows. We have to do with wire by wire. There's another way to do hair, but it is not so natural. All use mechanical pencil, all five with the form of graphite. This is a, an eyebrow with black hair. I'll make very strong strokes. I testified these strokes to highlight the eyebrow hair, to make them very black according to dereference. To make a natural. There's no other way that will make it, make it hair by hair guys always. And this is a female eyebrow. It is either make the shape of the threads mark, standardize it. There's no interlacing between the hair. So it is either make this type of eyebrow. I'm a variety. Concluding the drawing, I'll make some more threats which give the drug more anatomists that terminus and also takes away some of the hardness that mechanic pass gifts to the drawing sheet, the loudness. I used the blades tab. I use it to make the translation from eyebrow to this camp. It is not the focus of this video lesson to make the skin, but I'll make it give some more naturalness to the eye. To highlight the hair brush. Finally, I use the eraser Pam mainly to create a larger spacing between these trends, which also gives more naturalists and the eyebrow and sign. This of course, must be in accordance with the reference. I replay this, I repeat this several times. We have to focus on the reference. As I said before, I will terminate the use of tools a lot. I use a bloody stump, the array of pound brush. You change the toe, the current into the goal you want to achieve. You will how the perspective or what material to use as you work on the design, as you get more knowledge and techniques. So you'll be able to reach your goal in the drawing. I'm now going to make the left details of brightness, highlighting the black details on the lash. This is necessary in any drawing Uruguay to make. Take your time. Take it easy. To draw him. Almost ready, already, almost done. But nothing prevent you from doing a few more details. You can do it. Okay, That's it, guys. Until our next class. 15. Drawing the Eye exemple 2 - Part 1: Life starring the second eye. It just like the previous one. Let's start with the mechanic fans to 05 with the Furby refine. I'll start by doing the last detail. It is MLI, so it has less lashes than the previous one. Still. It is really important that we highlighted lashes, especially the upper part of the eye. Usually it has thick hair lashes and therefore has the largest, highest as well. I'm going to highlight this part a lot. I'll make a very strong black, almost the entire part of the eye. I'm going to make the puppet detail here. I'll use the HB pencil to draw a gray background around the pulp hill on the iris, uh, make a crimp mark, regardless of the color of the eye here, go ahead and draw. Always make this foundation before. If it is brown, green, blue doesn't really matter. Next, I'm going to use the B pencil and make the darkest detail of the eye. This won't be a brown, a darker I so I'm going to shade it a lot. But actually around the propel, I usually shade a lot. So make it very light transition between the iris and the propel. This final part of the eye from the iris to the white part of the eye. I usually make a shadow detail to lighten this translation. I'll let them all done. I'll make it too strong. But still maintaining the division, we need a middle ground here. And we must make the details of the eye light texture. I use the bloody stub, very rarely hear. I hear the brush more. For the darker parts. I used the mechanic pencil five with the Barbie grid fine. I always use far being refined. And normally the mechanic pass all 52. I almost never use the old seven or the O nine. I always retouch the Shiloh with the eraser, making the details of the shadow and much more a v that see how I'm doing. I use the pass so to make the lower part of the eye it is not as strong and as dark as the top. So we had to be careful. That is not as strong as black tone or the upper part. First, I make the base and I'll detail some items here. And the top part, i'm, I'm gonna use the H pair. So now it is a lighter pencil. While I'm using the bloody step, I took some care. I don't want to get Daddy the y part of the eye. We're going to make a shadow on this white part later. The white part of the eye is not entirely wide. It has shade. He has shine. As it is a sphere. It is necessary to make that sphere of fact and not a flat surface. You know what I mean? I'm given dip in the corners adding more shade. They even the top of what would be the sphere of the highlighter. So I get volume at the front and those parts of the corner of the eye, it will have a different effect when I'm putting my shadow. This will depend on the reference. Of course. I will always repeat this. Always depend on the reference. I'm highlighting these shag. Lashes at bottom. In this eye, lashes are less and are also smaller. With the HB pencil, I'm going to make the scale detail. I'm going to mark here the strongest parts where there will be a darker shadow. I need to highlight the texture. Always like I'm doing, allows one to make the drawing without any texture. This part of the I lay it is very strong. It is almost 100% black. I usually make it a little stronger than usual. Before making the tough part, I'm gonna smudge the bottom part below the lashes and make this with bloodiest hub and the Father's part of the eye. I use Thailand paper. I tried to spread it with fast movements to get a better result. Signed the area is larger. On the white part of the eye. Close this to the lashes and violates IU the blood is tapped to FY obtaining the rest of the wide part of the eye. And as will be lost part of that texture. I would turn ranked first in the skin texture again with B pencil. Here, with malls market texture. We have a very Utopian for these camp. I really highlighted the texture. Here. I use the blood is tapped very lightly so as not to lose the texture. I just don't want to leave the mark Ali, the texture here shouldn't be smoother. I'll write first the details of the eyelash again. It is important that the lashes are very evident and also revising the refreshing the time. The detail of the brightness is very important. Whenever we make his tap that loses a little while we drawn before, it is necessary to be tied these parts. This is quite common in ArrayLists can design a layered design. We rarely make apart and do not return to it. We always make your base. And then a lighter texture than a mark and then texture. And so we fill layer upon layer until we reach the goal of making the drone similar to the reference. We are now in the pilot stage. I'll use the brush to make this texture smoother. Transition from one town to another one. The brush make it looks better. On the top above the eye, on the eyelids. I'm gonna make the same thing that I made on the bottom. One to tell as the fall of the Iron Lady is usually much darker than the others. I use a mechanical pencil file from our impedance of those iLabs. But the rest of it, I continue to make just like as I did on the bottom. I'm Mark said, and points that have more textures. The part that I smoother, I'm making Martin direct strokes to get lighter texture with pencil and make the texture. It is very hard to make the texture without using the passive correctly, without making good markings. Definition of wet it again, my tag shared and it'll get last texture. I use the parasol to highlight each part of the tax share that as much with a tissue or the blood is tab and the area is larger. I prefer the tissue. In the last class, we continue to draw and design. 16. Drawing the Eye exemple 2 - Part 2: Let's continue the drawing of this eye. Unless highlighted texture details a little bit more. I'll continue using the B Paso in a slightly more irregular way, our Montana textures. But I will also make very many details. In this case, I'll make it darker points, but also lighter points. And then we can create the texture. This point of the eyelid that is very dark and make a slightly stronger and Martin define a shadow. In this part of the texture is very evident. So we make it in a more preeminent way with a stronger line. Eyes my good here. Just to soften it. The texture is not so expressive. It is a young eyes, so he doesn't have many different wrinkles and textures. I use the pencil highlighting some points in the texture pores. Let's highlight even more here. I used the brush to create the axiality when I use the raise of Pam. When you use the eraser pen, the shine is very strong. With the brush. It becomes more natural. You darken some of the parts. We'll always make the drawing layers in probably some parts by touching up fathers. Always working with patients. Look to the reference. And so became the erected drawing to where we want. I see a slightly more permanent texture here. I'll always make it, I'll leave this triangle to make it evident. To make the shine. You can use the razor pan. I use it again here because it depends on the brightness, intensity and the size you want. These points. I prefer to mate with a little thinner eraser. I don't want to time so evident. I use the brush to smooth it out and to fix better the grief fine in soft in the details of the shine to make the texture more natural. Now the eyebrow eyelid, the H pencil, and I'll make the base of it. I make these trained with a lighter shade. I can go on making threads by thread, hair by hair. Even though it is all in the base. I must always start making the hair. I'm going to fill the entire eyebrow. Eyebrow is fake with a lot of hair. Here. We can already make all the markings. I'll just fill in with the age paths. Using them. They cannot pass all five with the far bigger fight. I'll highlight these eyebrows transceiver more. I finish it with the pencil. And living well market. This year they've desk well-defined. Be careful not to end up mixing with the skin tone is in this case here, see that they are almost the same. I'll use the mechanical pencil again. I'll notice that it is a very strong black or very dark. That's what we want. Highlight the eyebrow because it is very full of air. We go All may can buy hair. Watch how thick taps. If it goes wrong, just extending wire. I'll lay tomorrow from the end. Points, you leave a little more space. And another point, you leave the hairs closer to each other. In the parts where the eyebrows more affiliate. Notice the direction of the hair. If it is sustained in not to the right or the left t observed the difference in trade or produce had always maintaining the direction of the hair. This upper part of the eyebrow is full of hair. Had to leave a little more space between them. I highlighted some of these on this side so as not to be something to you at a trade show in to break the hardness of it. Iup blade is time Living to tap more natural and softer. Look how I'm going to do it. The idea is to submit the passage of black hair strands, the skin. They may have found the ad, the ends to better feed. They were fired on the paper I brush is very cold inside that she gives to the hair beard, Niagara. I will now use a piezo to make some more details. I'm going to make sense Can year. So the, I won't be floats like if there was nothing around nulls in Einstein's I Corinthians, Can we need to make the skin texture? Technique for making the skin texture is the same for the entire face. It is just the same. Well, Hamline and mark the tax shield parts. Right, for saying the brightness points. We did raise a pan. And then after using the eraser pen, it is good to use a bloody step or the brush to smooth it out so as not to leave any patient at official spots. I would draw in, is almost finished. It basic just highlighted some parts. Now, I always like to make a few minutes just months before I actually finished and draw it. Here, for example, let me give a little more space into the design of the eyebrows to make them look more natural. Highlighting some sparkles. It is done it, if I were drawing the shine of the threads, I get it from this height to the side. I'll go from the inside to the outside and from the outside to the inside in order to get some fluid. In fact, to give naturalness to the air, a little more texture on the scan, light. And now brush to soften these particles to be made. Okay, our eye is already finished. I hope these lessons have really helped you. Any questions, please contact us. We always want to help you better understand techniques. To follow classes, to learn more. See you and bye. 17. How to Draw a Freehand Nose: Hello guys, how's it going? Welcome. On this video lesson, we eagerness to learn how to draw noses. And I need to tell you guys that didn't knows. He's one of the easiest part to draw on her face who, okay, as you guys will see, we're going to see some very simple techniques. Then I'm going to show you guys how to do a beautiful nose. Okay, let's start with a horizontal line, okay? And then we're going to divide it into three equal parts. We have a smaller circle, a beggar circle. Just like this. I'm going to draw two lines, vertical lines. Very simple tomb. The only thing they've guys need to pay attention to this shape that I'm drawing right here. Well, this site would have some, some semi-circles genome and very curved lines. This part of the nostrils. So we have to draw this shape. Let's draw a semicircle cold and another semicircle, a third one right here. And we have a nostril right here. And the nostrils are the most important part of the nose, okay? It is very important that you highlight the nostrils. We have also this upper part right here and now we have the shadows. We can add a lot of shadows, guys, the nose. It is very important that you guys understand that usually we use a lot of shadows. Um, it is kinda of a standard to, to add a lot of shadows. And you will see that the outline and we'll kind of disappeared because we got to add so much shadow that the online and we'll just disappeared and the nostrils will be the only part that, you know, will will remain rule will be just as you guys can see right now. So let's draw a lot of shadows just like this and the outline will just disappear and that's fine. The shadows are indeed, while we want to highlight, I'm using a to-be pencil, okay, in a regular sheet of paper. But of course you can use any fans so, or actually, you also can use a mechanical pencil. Feel free to use whatever tool you have. Okay, that's fine. As you guys can see, I'm highlighting didn't Australia? A lot. It is a darker hue that I that I use it on the nostrils. And we'll have a weekend. Keep adding the shadows on the nose. As you can see guys, the outline is basically it is disappearing and the lines that we drew before he is just disappearing because we are reading a lot of shadows. That's fine. That's what we want. You know. I don't have a lot to explain, guys, adult, I don't have a lot to say. On this stage. You just need to see how I'm doing it. You just have to pay attention to the shadows in the lines that I drive, drove in right here and tried to reproduce guys and practice and practice. Just need to see, you know, how I'm doing it. As you guys can see, I'm adding a lot of shadows in the shadows. I again, I need to see it again. The shadows are very, very important when it comes to drawing the nose. The nostrils. Of course. We have some darker shadows and we have some lighter shadows, not in NDDs important to have both both kinds of shadows. I'm just adding some shadow around the nose. You know, we have skin around the nose. And I'm adding these details so you guys will see the better and falling, you know. Now let's go to this other side of the nose. Will do basically the same thing. Add a lot of shadows. As you guys can see, we have some curved lines and some, you know, some different kinds of shadows, some darker shadows and others are lighter. That's it guys. The drawing is completed, the drawings done. We have a really nice nose with a real highlighted nostril, very highlighted nostrils below and a lot of shadows. We want a lot of shadows. The shadows of these nodes are very, very nice. I hope you guys enjoy it. This probably. Okay, so please like this video. Comment down below and tell me why you guys want to learn on other videos. And, you know, feel free to, to make any question. If, you know an equation you have NC or the next lesson, okay guys, Bye. 18. Drawing the Nose Exemple 1 - Part 1: Let's start this nose by doing the shading. We're going to start by making the entire base of the shadow. We won't make you very detailed texture will work with shadow and brightness levels. The lateral part of the nose, as it needs dip, It's usually darker. The upper part is a little lighter. He creates volume to the nose. The nose is all far met by shadow and light. The part that we are going to darken the most, it didn't nostrils. And there's detail is very important. On this side, we have a certain texture. Here. We can see the shadow of the nose. I'll keep filling these shadow across the nose. He you need to observe. I won't be keeps saying the same thing at the time because he will be boring. Whenever there is a need to say something or add something, I'll say. So. Keep it, look how I'm doing in try to practice it. I use the double sheets, toilet, Toilet Paper to this much the shadow I made to make the strokes more homogeneous. I'm spreading the graph. Finally remark here. And to give more shading naturalists, I'm going to highlight the textures here, highlighting the part of the nostrils ladle. I'm using a B pencil. I don't use a darker pencil with the B, I can get unnecessary prominence. I were a first, the darker part of the nose shadow leaving the texture is packed forming balls to simulate the texture of the skin on that side of the nose. I highlighted darker parts. They have the strongest shading. I'm going to use the bloody stuff here. The same thing we made on the left side. We also make on their right side. Always observing the referrer is a rabbit, is dark hair, dark Kim. Now let's design is basically made of shapes. I'm using the bloody scatterplot here, cares with that. I can make it you'd curl every first the strokes with the B pencil. And I also highlight the details of the shadow and the texture. 19. Drawing the Nose Exemple 1 - Part 2: We can keep making the details with a pencil. Make the texture this nose it simple in that foreign doesn't have much texture. The next example will be much more complex. We'll define in this knows the details of light and shadow. And father knows not to be completely Smith. Size. It has the texture of the skin where it going to make it light texture here, it is really, really important to highlight these parts. The nose is basically formed by light and shadow. That's the simplest way to do it. Perhaps this is the simplest part of the face to draw them. Although you should be careful at the top, notice it's not crooked. And even if your reference has a cricket knows, it is kind of tricky to maintain it. But if you make it into that, it looks kill your grade. I didn't get into as much for here. And I'll use a pencil or a tissue or the blade is time. It depends on par with one smudge over here just to spread a little more wrong code you the tissue paper. The nostrils are usually very dark. So I usually use mechanical pencil o phi with the Furby refined tearing flight. This part tubing first, this part, as it is a cavity, it is usually completely dark, 100% black and not a dark gray. When Drayton, a person, one of the most common parts to make the best personal recognizable if they dry out of the nostrils. So be careful enjoying the nostril. You need to be very loyal to your reference. Even if the drum is perfect and with a nice shape. If it doesn't match the reference, it is unlikely that the person will recognize himself in the trial when at some point I'll do it directly with a pan. I used the blood is tapped to his mind some parts. Now we're gonna do what we always do. Very green to reinforce some parts and Langsam shadows, Cheyenne detectors. And then we can get to the final result of the drawing. It is really important that the rate of patents clean. You can clean it on any sheet. If it is dirty, dish that we're making will not appear. It is important to always clean it, live in the tip of it, thin. The top of the nose has a lot of shine. I keep refreshing, refreshing the brightness. Use the same movement that I'm using. It is a fast movement. And so I get 0 points of brightness. Now I use the brush or the blood is tab to make these points are metro line. Similar to a skin texture. In I use the B pencil again to highlight the brightness. I put a dash next to the glow to make the texture more evident. In addition to the DEP, we also have Brian Dennis will always make you always, always have to come back with the rate of pen to handle the shine. Here, you need to take a good look at how it's done. Always alternate in-between the materials. Raise a pan and mechanical pencil, the pencil, the brush. I cleaned the drawing whenever necessary. I highlighted texture with the pencil again. Each tap we take each to use each texture, shadow and earrings man, with brightness or with the shadow is Walmart stamp to Earth. The result we want to achieve, take a time patient compared with the reference. Work with the tools you have. Let's highlight this part of the nose shine. I miss a bigger eraser. I use the blade, it's time to add another highlight. But allowing the child to be too intense. You have to be patient and make this type of German already save that and I'll keep repeating. But Israeli high job, they have crazy patients and a lot of practice. We're already in the final details. I'm already happy with the result. It is Alrighty, matching with the reference. Our training is basically ready. I hope you don't have too much trouble to do it. As you finish. Maybe you feel the need to retake some parts. That's okay. I hope I helped you to see how to draw a nose and then realized because tile, I'm sure you will impair a VR and charlatans you a nice video lesson then. Now the compliment of our charm be made basically with bloody stump, painful toilet paper and a brush. See you. Bye. 20. Drawing the Nose Exemple 2 - Part 1: We can keep making the details with a pencil. Make the texture this nose it simple in that foreign doesn't have much texture. See you. Bye. 21. Drawing the Nose Exemple 2 - Part 1: In this video lesson, we can start making the second nodes. And this is a much more detailed one. You can already see it with the sketch I made. Seed that it is much more wrinkled. I'm going to use the HB pencil and I will start with the left side. I'll make the base Mike, the texture that we can already see. Let's make a semicircle marking the most prominent part of the texture. As I said before, we have to be careful when making the nose, because the whole nose is made with light and shadow. So it's basically brightness in-depth. Be careful when placing wrinkles. This is the nose of someone older. Let's darken those parts that are closer to this side, that is closer to the eye. It is darker. And let's also highlighted details. Their ankles in textures. Let's maintain this tone. Some parts, mostly under the nose and the wrinkles. We darken a little bit more. Now we use the blood is tub to his merge the line that we made. Although we've failed as blanks better, we'll end up losing much of the texture I made. But that's alright. It will already be the market. At first. I'll mark these darker par with the mechanic Paso five, with the Furby refined and then OUT be Paso to darken some of those parts. This part is smaller. I'll make it with the mechanical pencil. Those are parts with a lot of texture. So you can really make it with a strong stroke. Be careful not to believe it just trunk. Week one on the deep effect. Wrinkles mostly. That is a work of great patience. Now I use the B pencil we tell little darker than the H1 and make him more details in the shade. Seed that I don't make uniform strokes. I keep the skin texture. The most part have already been marketed with the mechanical pencil five, but I'll continue to give him on tape. Those marks that were made with mechanical pencil. I give them tip shadow using the B pencil. I'll mark this part coast with the arrays a pan. I'll mark a lot of sparkles. Science, it is a more texture in my area. The nose is all tax rate. Then I'll make more brightness markings. We already have the markup. Now we must better define those markets. Many times will need to repeat the use of a to repeat the texture we made. Kids when we use the blurbs tab or the brush, would lose a little bit of the texture. So we'll need to make again some sparkles. But that's the way it is. This is part of the job. And your cardiac patients. In this final part, I always use the brush. The blood is tapped. I used in the initial part to spread a little better in the brush I use. In the final part. I use the HB pencil again and making the entire Bayesian and these Sarnoff nose. And before we make the final details with the other tools, I'll make all the textures. I'll make everything with the HB pencil. It is it a lighter pencil? And I'll use this base to continue to draw it. We have to darken Alito mod these parts. Mainly nostrils, kids, in my reference, it is a little darker. Notice that the nose is there any made. Now I'm going to shade that part of the nose. Here. We must fill all the space that was left blank. It is important to highlight the textures and ran calls that a node has. At this point, you need to see how I'm doing and try to reproduce this. This is a very textured area. Try to tell these parts of the wrinkles a lot. We had to highlight those parts to make it with the same tone of the shadow and the shadows and leave some parts of the paper blank. And the other parts, I used the pencil in a stronger way. I want to mark it as our ankles textures that I make to detail all the shadow. I use a pencil NMR, Laila way, and it creates a grayish tone around your ankle. This texture that will mark it a little stronger. We are ready finishing the initial base for joining this nose. As I said before, it takes a lot of patients. Take your time. See the reference. Lot. Always highlight the main points. Darker parts. The ring calls, the textures. Okay guys, that was what I wanted to teach here in this lesson. In the next video lesson, we'll continue with this problem. 22. Drawing the Nose Exemple 2 - Part 2: Here I am content to mainly texture. There's nothing new at this point. We just had to erupt as faithfully as we see in the reference. And then we'll keep making the textures one by one, make it ICI detail separately. We have to highlight the darker parts. Now I'm going to use a piece of paper because this is a larger area which have the textures we made initially are going to disappear. But that's okay. We already have a general sketch of how the design will look like. Using the B pencil. I'll highlight some of these parts. Science who already have a mark on where each part of the texture is. So I can make it more critically. Some darker points I highlight with a mechanical pencil with the fermi graphite. I use again the B pencil. Again with the mechanical pencil all five. I retired some darker parts. This lower part of the nose is mainly in darker. It is not a dark gray. It is 100% black. Then I highlight these chiming in with arrays and Pam. It is a job that requires patients calm. So take your time. Now, I fixed the graphite on the paper. I'm not using the load is tough. I'm gonna use the brush because I don't want any smudge. I just want to fix the refined details better. I make again the second light layer of the nose. We have already completed one side. And now we're gonna complete the other side. And then we see the reference. Watch. Now, how I'm doing it. This is necessary. It is necessary to observe and practice. The same way we made texture in war will make it in all. We just have to observe the details of the reference and reproduce hate. At this point. You need to observe in our produced the drawing in the best possible way. Okay, in the next class, we'll finish this drawing. 23. Drawing the Nose Exemple 2 - Part 3: I'll keep using the B pencil. I'll retired some darker points like these. This lower part. This part has a much darker tone and even it's even more prominence to the knowledge. I highlighted some points of the texture. It is very important to highlight these shadow points, how the texture, it is important to make them very evident. Otherwise, if they do not have a designation of the shadow, there will not be able to define the brain as well. So again, brighten this unique shape to get volume unit did most of their range between light and shadow? Well, I don't have much to explain this stage here. So watch, pause the video, go back, make the exercise, come out to see how each detail is being made, is being done. Keep highlighting the texture part. These are the texture points we're gonna mark, especially here or add the word. There are some wrinkles. We need to highlight these wrinkles. Well, here, I can make a really good highlight with the past so we can already observe the variation with the pencil. You can already make you really good, Nice job. Then you can blend these tub. You don't smile. You know, you should only highlight some parts, especially at. Then we must rely on the brightness points with the eraser pen. Now, you just need to see the reference and then define the main points. There are some points that you make it random. I always try to be faithful to the reference. I'm using the brush to fake they were fired on the paper. And to remove some of these trucks, I can use the eraser pen as well as the mechanical parents or pencil. Brush helps to get matter. We'll always have to highlight and make again, some points emphasize and some of them in order to achieve the best possible result. In some parts like these, again, I use the toilet paper, mainly in the outer part. I use a to spread the graphite. And now we can include these trowel. Any help you need. I'm always available. Right? 24. How to Draw Freehand Mouths: Hello guys, how's it going? Welcome this video lesson I'm going to teach you guys how to draw Malthus. I know that you can add a lot of details to the mouth. Is there you guys troll? However, on this video lesson, I'm going to teach you a really simple way to draw a beautiful mouse. Let's start with the horizontal line. It is a curved line, is you guys can see. Then I will divide it into three equal parts. And it is very important to divide it into three equal, equal parts, okay guys. And of course you can use this technique every single time. They, you choose to draw with mouth. However, if you have another technique, that's fine, you can, you can use other technique. Okay. That's the metal parts, the metal line of the mouth, the middle line and between the upper lip, the lower lip. And this metal ion is indeed the most boring part of the mouth draw in because with a metal ion you can add the expressions, the motions to your character, you know. So it is very important to draw a really nice middle line just like this that I'm drawing right now. Okay. Now we can go to the upper lip. And it is a very, very simple shape. Dislike this O, k, n, Basically that's what we have here. A real simple shape of the upper lip. Now, guys, let's go to the lower lip. Okay, it is planned off different. However, they are very simple. And don't be afraid to use your eraser. If you want to fix n particle or just, That's fine. You can use your eraser to frame. And we have here basically a relay is tendered mouth, standard shape of a mouth. And it is a very simple shape. It's still very beautiful as you guys can see. And of course depends a lot on the character that you choose to draw. Some characters has take current ellipse, but all the characters has thinner lips. So it depends a lot on the character that you choose to draw. But this is a standard shape of the mouth. That's a realistic drawing. So I'm going to erase these lines that I don't do it anymore. Now I can start adding some highlights and some shadows to the drop. Shadow. It is very, very important to add, you know, guys, you can do your show shadows to select this as I'm showing right here. However, you can use some lines and some little lines. Just like this. Second example that I'm showing you guys right here. It is very simple. We, it is very easy. Just simple lines just like this. But feel free to do the shadows as you guys to, to draw them want to do. Now, I'm going to add a lot of shadows right here with these simple in a little line. And as you guys can see, we have some dark parts and some parts that are lighter, and that's what I want. That's what we want. And now I can keep doing it on the entire lab. And if you have a reference, it will be much easier for you. Because with a reference, you can look to the reference, you can see where the shadows are, where the lights are. Ending can do the same thing with your drawing. And we have here some darker parts and we have some lighter parts. And it is very important to draw with lighter parts and the width with darker parts. Okay? We don't, we don't want just one. You want different hues right here. In those lighter, lighter parts. Almost white parts are the delights of this, these problems hooking. Some designers likes to use as much pants or maybe the finger to smudge the drawling. I don't want to do this, guys. I don't feel the need to use neither a as much pan. And of course I will use my finger to as much of this Roman. I don't need to do this. The shadows that we are drawing right here are nice and beautiful just like this. Using this technique that I'm teaching you guys right now. Okay? The middle line is guys can see we have kind of a darker hue and that's it. There's four we want. The parts where we have the white parts and old are the delights of the 12 very nice slides. As I told you guys, the middle line, we have a darker hue. And it is very important to have these darker here because we want kind of a gradient. You know, we have a darker parts on the metal, but we have some lighter parts. When it go up. It is kind of a gradient. We can go to the lower lip. And basically guys, we're gonna do the same thing. We're going to, we're going to draw some darker parts and bought all the parts we going to lead with the white hue. That's fine. I'm using just little lines, lines, very simple lines to draw the texture on. The lip has a kind of a texture so it doesn't print to do just like this. And then we have here a lot of shadows just like this, okay? And it is very important to add texture to the drawing events because this is a realistic mouth. And S, This is the realistic drawing we need to, we have to do as realistic as possible and as lateral as possible to. We have this middle line here. I'm drawing with a darker hue. Okay, I already told you guys about this, but it is very important to draw this middle line with a darker hue. We have kind of a gradient. On this Lori lab. It's very nice guys, Very nice shadows. Very nice shadows. Old king. Now we already have our mouth with a lot of shadows, with a lot of lights. We have a really nice texture to, let's say, guys. Basically we have, we'd have a drawing done. I will just add some shadows on these these parts right here. Just like this. It is just a detail that I that I went to to add, but we already have our mouth basically done. However, I'm going to add these details that I'm reading right now. These shadows, this homogeneous shadows, beautifully and inhomogeneous shadows around the mouth. We have the texture of the skin on these homogeneous shadows that I'm, that I'm drawing right now. Because the skin guys, we have some texture. We can see, Look to your hand. You have a lot of texture or your skin. So it is important to add these textures, to draw them to. Guess this is a villus and drawing and it is very important to add, to draw this as realistic as possible. So your drawing will become a better and indeed very, very beautiful. And that's it guys, That's it. Our mouth, our completed to know we have a beautiful mouth with a lot of details. And I'm going to draw another example right here. On this side. You will see a kind of a different mouth, but we're going to use the same techniques basically began on. We're going to have all the main parts on both. My office. As you guys will see, start with the simple square. Just like this. I'm going to divide it in the middle and I'm going to draw kind of a heart shape. Just like this. A heart shape. And I believe that you guys can see that we have here already the upper lip, the lower lip. With this heart shape. I'm going to use I'm using the eraser to clean the drawling. And basically guys, we're going to do the same thing as we did before with the shadows. We don't want a homogeneous shadow right here. We want this, we want to texture your words, use little lines as the shadow. So I'm going to do just like we did before with the other example. And we can do just like we did before with little lines just like this. Just like these guys leave some parts. Why to know we want somewhat parts? Because these white parts are the, the light of the drawing. And B works sunlight. We don't want to just shadows, we also want lives to the drawing. And that's it. We have a really nice texture. It is really nice. Drawing. I will apply a pillow. We can go now to the lower lip. You can do the same thing. We can use the same technique. Technique with little lines, with simple lines. Just like this. Very nice shadows. As you can see, I'm using curved lines and all it is Lidl and simple lines about curved lines because who wants to tax? You want a very realistic problem. Basically, guys, that said, we have here two examples. We have two beautiful mouth is very simple to draw. If you guys have questions, please feel free to contact me a comment right here down below it all. And it is very important to practice guys practice a lot. Practice, practice, practice. And I'm sure that you guys will become very, very nice designers, Okay, so keep doing it. And as I told you guys, if you have some questions, feel free to contact me. And that's it. Thank you very much and I'll see you next. 25. Drawing the Mouth Exemple 1 - Part 1: Hello guys, how's it going? We can start shading this mouth by the upper-left. This is a weld test regulate with a lot of details. I'll make the entire base with the H pencil and I'll make you very regular. They should line in order to emphasize as much as possible the leg texture. Mainly because this is a female labor and he has a lot of texture. We usually use lipstick. And this further highlights texture. I make the strokes observing my reference in trying to make as much as possible of the details of the texture. Especially these darker spots. I want to make them more evident. So I trace the lines around the shadow and light. Although we can see a few points in Brighton isn't this part, I still maintain some of those points using the white of the paper. I'm going to only use the H pencil to make this route when it is worth mentioning that we need to make the metal line a little stronger than the line, the line that separates the upper left from the lower lip. The rest of the lip will be done just like already did so far. Observing each part and highlighting them. So see how I'm doing it and reproduce it on your drawing board. Here, I start making the lower lip. The lower lip is a little bit different from the upper left. The texture of the lower lip is more mirth, not as irregular and their upper lip, I'm going to use the same H pencil. And you can see that the texture is starts with very cold troughs. Remember that little lip has a rounded and cylindrical shape. This truck should not be straight, but this should be curved. Needle make the lead thrill again to round in shape and not a straight surface. It is much simpler to make them overlap. Observe it's referenced in brightness. The shadow and the texture red produce the same effect. They are vertical strokes. Rarely any regulated t appears. You can make some skin highlight under the mouth. It is a darker part. And we continue in their lower lip process. This process is basically the same for the entire lower lip. In this part, we change it the direction of the lines, lay it on. We invert their format before. We did it as if it were a sharp line. Like to see the right side. We do it as if it were and the inverted. See it is these cracks in the lab, they gave the fact of texture envelope. As I said before, it is not a straight surface, it is here color. We need to emphasize these details. Well, at the end of the lower lip, you see that we have inverted the crack and sign all the texture again in order to maintain the volume of the lip. Especially filler lips tend to be more rounded. We can make it just meant headline more here or there. As soon as you finish, you can smudge. It depends on your goal. Use the blood is tub with 13 pressure. But now with much, I want to get as many cures texture the novel. I wanted to fix these details, the graphite on the paper. Although I lose a lot of the texture I made before. But that's alright. This pattern that we made with the HB pencil, it is catch. As you get more experience, you can start with a darker pencil. But as we are learning, it is recommended to start with the HB pencil so that you do not dark and destroying too much. Then I'll use the pencil that is darker than the h, and I'll highlight the final details of the lab texture started now, the upper lip here is basically the same thing. The difference is then going to highlight detach EMR. You can see that we have a much darker part. The part we made with the B pencil is more, much more evidence than the part that we made with the HB pencil. But this result would not be possible. If we did not make these catch with the HB pencil, the detail would be official. And with a lot of what strokes. I don't really have much to talk about tomorrow. Minute to see how I'm doing it. I highlighted some texture points here, again with the mechanics pennants 05. Mainly the middle line is separated the open lake from the lower left. This line is very important because it will make the face is rho and recognize bone. It'll make the turn and look like with paper chunk. Even if you make a well-designed a mouth. If that line does it match, the picture drawn will not be recognizable. After you use the pencil, mechanical pencil, the brush. I used the eraser pen again to make some more highlights so we can get a beautiful result. We should make some dots. So this park close, don't come to light. We use the Brush. I'll highlight some other parts of this mouth too. And now I use the H pencil to complete the drawing. I do, just as I did before. Mine kinda textures halide in the darkest spots, highlighting what else is dark. In this part here between the left and the skin, I make a little bit regulars Paltz. I make some stronger points and some lighter strokes. And the lighter shade of gray. I'm already finishing this tap with the pencil. I'm going to fix the file with the brush and make adjustments with the B pencil again. The lower lip is almost done. Just a few more just met. I'm now using an H pencil to Smith this transition from the tone of the lip to the tone of the skin. And I'm starting to make remark this camp, the last class, we continue. See you. 26. Drawing the Mouth Exemple 1 - Part 2: I'll keep making these kinda tells a make it with a pen tool. I already started to mark the shadow, mark in the darker parts. And then we can get a tax effect, mainly in the middle of the mouth. There is more cavity here. So we need to give it a cavity effect. Let's make some strokes to create the texture. Now with a tissue paper, I'm going to merge all these part of that I made with a pen so be careful not to make it on their lips, only on the skin. The part that was the part that was left blank can be seemed to be more grayish. This is normal and it was what I wanted. Them will answer them, shine to this part. But they told me should remain. I'm highlighting some textures of the urban lab. It's much more tax rate than the lower lip. You has a irregular texture. The lower lip is regular. And I'm using the Furby graph find only at the end. To make some more details. I'll use the pen. So if her really need it, you use it the eraser pen to make the shading details, especially in the upper part, separate the mouth from the skin. A brighter part. Note that I do not make its traits trolls. I make delta strokes with small points of brighten this. I'll highlight the lip gloss, race horse, the texture effect. Here. I will also make some points of brightness. The skin also has a texture. Then I'll highlight these particles. I'm going to use the tissue paper in a very loudly way. If you use it very strong, you'll lose the details or rightness, and that is not the intention. The lower lip is a simpler lip in first faster to make because the texture is more irregular. The upper part of the lower lip is a little dark kin, and I'll highlight it. I'm going to make these little cracks. And these are, these has a smoother texture. It is actually straight compared to the upper lip, which is a little more irregular. Here. Ken nouns together to make the found in the round in shape. As it cracks are more straight here. They are easy to make when tainted rounded effect on the left. It is not a flat surface, it is curved. Here you can see that you are really good in it. In this middle part will reverse the cracks direction. Or it cannot handle added dark apart from using the pen so which is darker than the h. And so we can make a nice shape. I use the brush to fix the fight. Then the liver can be more natural. They use it in different directions. The darker part, I used the brush, they were in a horizontal way, the middle and in the lower part. I usually use the brush and vertically to rank first design with the eraser pen again. And we did the same thing that we did with a pencil. Next to where there's a crack length that we put a shine. This will highlight the texture of the lab a lot. Now, this drawing is almost indefinable part. I'll start to alternate the tools unlocked. In some places, I'll use the eraser pen, in others, the brush and of course, the patents hope will make the details of the Tory party to our final goal. On the skin, I like to use the toilet paper, just bread it better. Now, it's a matter of observing the reference and make the final details, always adding a little extra touch. And so I work in it until I'm 100% satisfied it. Now we are in the final details. I'm already satisfied with the result. And I hope you enjoyed these lessons. I hope I have with you to improve your mouth design. And in the next class, we'll make a drawing of his mainly mouth. See you. 27. Drawing the Mouth Exemple 2 - Part 1: Last term making this drawing of the second mouth. This is a drawing a little different from the previous one that we did, because it is a Smiley mouth. When we draw a Smiley mouth, he has a difference in the texture of the lip, especially in the upper lip. It's texture is not as irregular as when the mouth is closed. When a person smiles, the upper lip, is this tried to then texture becomes a little wider. I don't put a lot of pressure on the paper. And I use just horizontal strokes to make light texture. Do the stretching of the skin when the person is miles. I'm going to highlight the corners of the mouth and I'll make it darker. I also work on the part that separates the lab from the teeth. The guns, which is the case, appear the ladle. I'm going to make the detail of the lip texture is a little easier to make than the previous one, but it also requires some care. These cracks in the lab to make the effort and I'm using the blood is tapped too soft and its major lay them on the graph. Find there we use it previously. No, I used the B pencil to rain forest texture I made with the H band. So a little bit. I'm enjoying the line is according to what I'm seeing in the reference. It is much less than the previous one, so we can make it faster. The texture with the pencil is very evident. I'll continue until it think it is in accordance with the reference. Always see the reference and try to reproduce it. I highlight the details even more with a mechanical pencil L5. And as I'm using the Furby graphite, I can get a very cold black tone. I'll use the brush to better fix the graphite and not lose the texture I made earlier. Sites. If I adjust the blood is tab, I'll basically lose all the texture. And I want to preserve the textures. This point. You will always change you, the tools you're using always followed your reference. You can see as many times as you wanted to. You can use as many times as you wanted to. You can do what you think is best. Highlighted the text to the leader mark. Whenever we use the brush or the blood is tub, we lose some of the texture. So we return and fix it until you get a good result. I'm going to mark the points have bright and mess with it. You re there, pam. I'll try to highlight it as much as I can. Let's switch the tools. Pencils, mechanical pencil five, as much it fixed the graphite on the paper with a brush. I will not mark the lower lip. The lower lip. It's usually simpler than the upper lip because it's textures is smoother. Now we can make the texture is catch. It is very similar to what we did in the previous example. We are highlighted the cracks in the lab. We highlighted the textures, right? Is lighter, darker, darkening, what has to darken. And always with the same pencil H. For now, I don't want this light to dark. I don't remember if I mentioned it, but I always rotate the pencil just like I did with the mechanical pencil. To get the thinner part of it. With the same tab, we can get a cleaner Tina and therefore better stroke. I'm going to smoosh it, especially around the edges. With the HB pencil. I'll make the details of the skin on the upper part of the mouth. And I keep a white band between the skin and the lip. I also tried to highlight the texture. I make more straight strokes keeping the texture. The skin here is also tax rate, not as much as his skin of the elderly. It is always important to make the texture to maintain rail is this part of the middle. The cabinet need a fact of that. So I continue with the details on the skin above the mouth. We have some wrinkles here. And then we have to highlight them. Be careful not to mark two men as you may end up. Agent the character, to be careful in place and wrinkles and expression lines. The drawing of this mouth is almost complete. We'll keep making the skin around like this much and improve the texture you're seeing. This video lesson is almost coming to an end. I'll just finish these details and highlight this texture. Though, when I smudge it, it disappear. I'm using the toilet paper now. This is very good to use a double heat toilet paper. It makes a very beautiful texture. And I like this effect a lot. This class ends here. And in the next class, we continue. 28. Drawing the Mouth Exemple 2 - Part 2: Where again and continuing the drawing of this mouth. Let's highlight these strokes. Delay of cracks. They are parallel strokes. You have to remember to always, always mark the darker parts. Hi, The shine parts. It'll try to make it with a cylinder equipped fact, we highlight these darkest part at the top of the lip. There's a shadow here. Are really highlighted this shadow and make the texture layer of cracks at the bottom. We also see a lot of shading in de-reference. It has more darkness than the upper part. I'll then darken it more. I'm using the pen so the lip in my reference is darker. So I'm also going to make these little darker. I'll use a stronger stroke in order to get darker tones. I'll use the pencil only on the parts that I really want a dark county. So take care. I use it the tissue paper in domain. Notice that it made the lip dark canola all night use the eraser, Pam. Why can this part co-ops highlight to the texture using the brush? I use the brush mainly in the darker part. We want to fix the graphite on the paper. Now here's the H pencil, which is lighter and make the gum parts. I'm going to mark hits carefully. This part shouldn't be too dark. At least in that case. My reference began is a little clearer than the lips. I use the t-shirt on the on the teeth. What makes the teeth look more natural? I don't shade the teeth with a bandsaw. I also used the blood is tub, which makes the teeth even more nitrile between one tooth and another. I also used the blood is I don't use the pan, so I'll use the blade is tab also in the part two where there is a little shade on the tooth. Although the teeth are white, we can not drawn in 100% white. Mark light and shade on the teeth to mark in the parts with Mark shade on the teeth here. I can use the pencil to highlight more the HB pencil as it is softer with the pen. So I can get a little more depth here. At this point, I'll make some adjustments. Darken some parts of the given part of the leaf as well. Sorry Kim, mainly the tips of the teeth, which creates a slightly more define it shadow. So we must dark in these parts alone these triangle points. Using the eraser pen, I will mark the points of brightness on the teeth. And this makes them, make, these make them look very natural. I highlighted the brightness points. Sometimes I make more brightness points then my reference. But if I see that it didn't look good, I removed that. Following the reference will always be better. Well, make now just a few more adjustments. And at this point, I will switch the use of tools a lot. I'm using the B pencil to darken those parts later, more details of the upper lip lie it in with the brush. This Rowan is almost finish it. Now, I'll try to improve the design, making it more natural, adjusting the brightness highlighted the main parts. My goal is to make you draw with more realistic, unproven 1 here, another point there, until I'm satisfied. See that the drawing is just lying the reference on the skin. I usually had a lie. The texture more. I can darken this part on their demolish a little bit more. When we make the skin around the drawing, we can see them maybe some parts. We thought the word dark enough or not. This is normal. So we need to be careful in the retouch whatever is necessary while drawing the face. Pay close attention to this. Far, you can end up stat and the drawing by the mouth, for example. And after making the rest of the face and some parts made come peeler than others. So be careful with the brightness in the shadow. So we've finished our drawing, and I hope I have helped you to better understand how to make a Smiley mouth with a theme with this, with teeth endowments. Contact me. Okay. Bye guys. 29. Drawing Hair - Straight Hair: Hello guys. Welcome to this video lesson today, right again, it started learning how to draw on different types of hair. First thing I want to make clear to you that we have to draw them hair by hair. In beers, I brown hair and even animal hair. We always make hair by hair. We don't make shading. It'll help to draw each wire. So you have to train a lot. Take a sheet of paper whenever you can. Stop training. Drawn different types of hair. I usually make them from bottom to up. But if you want to draw there from top to bottom, that's okay. Sometimes I also make them from top to bottom. It's up to you. See what is the best way for you in train. It may can stray head in one direction, making in another direction, and also in circles. And so you get your technique better. And you'll learn how to get Martin line this in your hand. You study the shade of each pencil and so you'll get to know your two is better. No gain the ability to trauma her perfectly. Be creative guys. Train hard. Whenever you have time, grab your DragonBoard in a sheet of paper and practice. You should support this part of your hand the paper and it rotated like a cone pass. Rotate down or take up, makes Arkose. Use your hand as a cone pass. I'm going to teach you how to make straight hair. Let's make a Harris trend. Started by making strokes are preferred to make it from the bottom to top. Wire by wire of the hair. If the hair is darker, you can darken and I let them all. If it is a lighter, darker nonetheless, this will depend on the shape of the hair. Drawing. I always make a sketch with an H pencil and then I use a mechanical pencil, all five with the Furby graphite. Here I can define the lines well. You can make the markings of these particles and know that I keep turning the pencil. That's because I always want to use the thinner part of the graphite. So every three or four strokes, I rotate the pencil to get a thinner part of it. We can already see the finished good hair strand. You can draw on a film or ham here to make you get more natural. Natural. To complete the drawing, I'll use the brush, the brush and a very light way to give him more naturalness so that in lines are not too dark. Also too bad effects the graphite on the paper. Here, you can see the difference between where the brush was. Now use it and where it was. So we can see that the part where I use it, the brush is much more natural. To Highline, these high-end, you can use one or the razors. He came in, he can be the thickest, are the thinnest. And you'll use it in order to highlight your hair shine and laid Omar. Okay folks, This is the way that we make these trade hair. Here. We'll make the hairs similar to the Harris that we did before. One observation. The happens who make a drawing and there's a strain on Heron sudden all these train off heroin, one across the strands of hair. You want, you cannot do this. Doing so, we'll create a very early effect on your drawing. So we cannot do this. See how I'm gonna do it. Let's draw some Morris Trans here. I'm going to make another strand of hair down here. See that I stopped this trope. I do not let it cross crowd. The first trend I continue to make and day is trend like this. Let's make another trend also from below and see how it should be done. Even if the hair is Massey, we want across these trends. We must make this trend so that they stay this way. We'll do the same thing. Dead privilege previously with the HB pencil will create the base to draw a wire by wire. We'll finish in using the mechanic pencil o phi with the Furby graphite will give him a lot of highlight. These is a much darker and software refined with a much stronger stroke, but must continue doing that hair by hair. And so the result will be very good. It is really important to follow the reference. Lower part a little bit darker. Casts, shadow, creates more depth to the drawing in the trial and it Ryan Is that gives more volume is in the parts that are higher. Now, we have much more highlighted in the hares. So we'll use the brush now. The journey looks much better after you use the brush. And you can use the eraser patents here rainforest, those particles. That's it folks. That's how we make straight hair. Be very careful not to draw one stroke or a stroke, the other. Always do it the way I taught you guys. So our first lesson on hertz Heinz was this. I hope I have helped you in some way to better understand how to draw hair isn't last classes will see other hairstyles. And to our next lesson. 30. Drawing Hair - Short Hair: I don't remember if I said it in the last class about when we are drawing hair, we have to be very careful to make this trend with fine strokes. The beginning and the end of the hair must be find. The median may even be a little thicker. Let's draw a small hair here. And it is very similar to we did with his trade hair. However, will make it smaller. I'll make the sketch with the H pencil and make these trends start off randomly. We must make a base. They are very small wires. Just as we did in the previous detail of the straight hair will do here, isn't a mechanical pencil. Oh, five. Here. It also must be done hair by hair. When we use the Brush, it gives a good improvement. And to reinforce shine, to highlight a few more points of light, and also to separate the hair a little more. We use the eraser pen. Then we get a more natural effect. To do what I'm doing now, you'll need to train a lot. As you go on training, you get more skill. You'll understand each sheet detail matter how the bands. So in the paper work. Here, I make more regular strokes. After May can debase with a pencil. We used the mechanic plans so 05. And here we have another example of how to draw hair. And just to give you an idea, just compare the size of the eraser with the size of the hair strand. It really is very small. That's it. I hope I helped you to better understand how to make a small hair you the reference in trainer lot. Until our next meeting, alice. Bye. 31. Drawing Hair - Curly Hair: In this video lesson, we're going to draw a little different kind of hair. Let's make a curly hair. I'm going to make a stroke right here. I'm not using reference, but we can see that there's a trend here, a basically break down and do it just like the previous one. Shear way if this trend already drawn, fully use the so to fill this trend with hair. You can now mark the brightness details. Usually at the beginning, in the middle are darker and the middle is lighter. However, you can choose how to do it. I usually draw some hair in the opposite direction to make the shine of fact Toledo more natural. Another thing that is important, the hair must go in the same direction at this train control seed that they vary a lot here because I have to follow the outer contour of this trend. I already made the detail of this trend here with the H pencil. Now I'm going to use them in Canada pen so 05 with the mechanical bands. So I'll be highlighting these wires. Let's assume that this is a dark hair. But if it were lighter hair, loan for example, it will make a much lighter detail. We would make lattice tropes in order to make the hair and a little lighter. Watch out for those tips. Sometimes we end up leaving the tab. But in general, we have to remove them. Here. We'll continue doing basically the same thing that we did with the H pencil. The deference that the online made with the mechanic fans so highlights this trained much more and also makes the shiny more abduct. Here you can see that the way to do it is the same. We just have to take it easy with patients. It takes time depending on the type of heritage. In this video lesson, we're going to draw a little different kinds of hair. Let's make a curly hair. I'm gonna make a stroke right here. I'm not using any reference that we can see that there is. Trend here, basically, right Ghana and do it just like the previous shear waves his trend already drawn will use the. So to fill this trend with hair. You can now mark the brightness details. Usually the began in the middle are darker and the middle is lighter. However, you can choose how to do it. I usually draw some hair in the opposite direction to make the shine of fact tell you them on natural love of thing that is important. The hair must go in the same direction as this train contouring. See that they vary a lot here because I have to follow the outer contour of this trend. I already made the detail of this trend here with the H pencil. Now, I'm going to use the mechanical pencil with the mechanical balance. So I'll be highlighting these wires. Let's assume that this is a dark hair. But if it were lighter hair, blonde, for example, it will make a much lighter detail. We would make lady strokes in order to make the hair a little lighter. Watch out for those tips. Sometimes we end up leaving the tab. But in general, we have to remove them. Here. We'll continue doing basically the same thing that we did with the H pencil. The difference that the online made with the mechanic pants so highlights strengths much more and also make the shiny and more evident. Here you can see that the way to do it is the same. We just have to take it easy with patients because it takes time, depending on the type of heritage trawling weekend, spend many hours making it. On the other hand, it is one of the most beautiful parts I'll be drawing. So we really had to be very careful with this part. Here. You can see that we do just like we did before. Let's sum here over some hair here to give a lead them on my entrance. And I have to complete in the fill-in, finish drawing this triangle with a pencil. Now we use the Brush. And so we've fits better than the graphite and it also gets more natural. You can highlight these Park kills all involved with the eraser. If you make this trope various trade, it can be interfacial. I'm going to use the pen tool now and I'm gonna make some Brandon Harris. Harris. And so we can give naturalness and will lead to some wires coming out. Okay guys, that's it, folks. That's how we do curly hair. See you in our next video. 32. Drawing Hair - Short Curly Hair: Hello people. Let's make a offer. Crowley, hand is video. In my opinion, it is one of the easiest to do. One way to do this type of hair is to use the pencil for B and to make some circles. See how I'm doing it. Let's draw the hair with these little circles. Although I find this type of hair is a little easier to do. It is also very time-consuming to do. You'll have to draw all the details of the hair that way. And it turns out that you can take a long time. You should keep the focus on brightness, highlighting some of the shadow points to give more deep. And so will form the texture of the hair. If the skin appears, we have to use the HB pencil to make a base. But sometimes we already used the brush. It gives that skin effect behind the hair. This is the simplest type of heritage be done. I really think this is one of the easiest Harris to make. I think you will too. Another way for you to do this type of hair is to you the embossing tool for paper and make these markings here. I prefer to use the embossing tool for paper. Kids. With it, I get more to tell this trend, especially if they are white trends. For example, here, our youth in Boston to, for paper. And I cannot make the same cycle as it did in the previous example. I gave the fact in texture of this type of hair. For me, it makes it a lot easier if I'm doing the Heron of a Adler people. Because the way I can make wine, the hair and easy. Whenever necessary, I use the eraser, highlighted some of the white hair strands. These aren't two ways to make curly hair. It is a very simple hired to do. That's it, folks. Until our next video lesson. 33. Drawing Hair - Dread Hair: The Harris towel that will make this video is very similar to the two examples above. I'm going to make two strands were getting stronger than in two different ways. We can use the ball scientific paper and also depends on here. We may kid with embossing tool for paper here with just the pencil. Where you going to make these two A's here. Here aren't tastes, trends. First, hold journal with them, Boston tiff or paper. The second of use only the pencil. Let's start by making a very Smith mark in here with a pencil, because it will be difficult to make Mark and just within Boston Tea for paper. This part, I want to make clear. So I'm going to market with the Boston Tea for paper. Slightly did in the previous class would do it here. We need to make some hair here because the trend logs hair is not a completely smooth texture. We use the embossing tool for paper as if, as if we were using a pencil, we do the same movement that we would do if we were using pencils. Down with it. I'm gonna use the freebie pencil. And I'm going to make this mark here. I want a very dark, a very dark hair. This hair doesn't have a z. Myths serve face. Dreadlocks have a certain texture. So we need to keep those details of the texture submitted. The thought is that this mood, wind strengths that mark in there we made within Boston to, begins to appear. So I use the pen. So here without much concern for the sense gets the whites trends will be preserved. This part. I don't just do it in a way. I should try to keep some texture. Must not be a Smith Sarah face. We can make some more hair here. I prefer a mechanical pencil, but you can also use it to pass it to do this. Always trying to make these trends as much as natural as you can. We can make some more highlights here to complete the drawing. We use the brush to make the line less rough and fixed. There were five better. There's actually a more natural effect. This first trend has been completed, and we'll now do the second one and then basically the same way. But in this one, I'm going to use the embossing tool. I'm going to keep the texture and preserve the shine here, especially in that upper part. It will have a greater Cheyenne year. I will have to preserve the brightness while the montane, the white of the paper. We have to make the tags chairs and try to keep the brightness to the maximum. Here we have two A's up doing it. And you get a good result with both. Although I think it is easier to work with the Mohsen to eat can create a little more precise trends. But there are two ways of doing it. Get, if you have NY hair coming out of this trend is important to do it within Boston to make a little shadow here. And then these traces will appear. Darken a little bit more here. She's much you can use the blood is tub or the toilet paper if you prefer. But as it is a small space, I'll use the blood is tough unless you want to make a beakers mesh here, you can do with the paper. We are basically done with this drawing. I already got the effect I wanted. Now I'm just gonna highlight some parts with the mechanic band saw with a pen so you can choose, but always do it according to your reference. Keeping the textures. Whenever you feel that it's necessary, you can highlight the hair with the razor. Within this docItem Michael few, Nicole. And so folks, with finishing this drawing, any questions, I'm always available to you in our next video lesson. Bye. 34. Drawing Hair - Beard: In this video lesson, we'll see how to draw him a beard. I'm gonna draw on some types of beers here. The most common types. I'm using an H pencil and we're going to make the shading. See how I'm doing it. You can smudge here a little bit. Again, I use the blood is tab so we can get a little more natural effect. But this is not the focus of this class. I'm doing this just to have a base. Okay? It is good. Let's start drawing a sharp beard. Let's make some dots. However, we don't make these dots on a regular basis. Points seem to be very regular. And we gave them an opposite directions to each other. And the closer you paths these via points, the mouthfeel, it will appear if you want a different kind of beer, you pet the points a little further apart. If want the Israeli fuller beard thing, you draw the dots closer to each other. These as a way to do it. If you want to make beer look a little bigger, then you will simply make these trials bigger. One of the things that I will always be the same is in any kind of beer is that will keep the wires in opposite directions. And here, go on filling your beard. If you want to draw me a bigger beard with baby hairs, they should make bigger strokes. The way the beer is big, it usually has a lot of hair. And then you can choose the best way to make it. From the bottom to top, to the top to the bottom. The hairs of this beard or alone. And consequently, these trucks are bigger and thicker. The period is trends are non-regular. Be careful in place the direction of each wire so that we gathered most nights for beer. In fact, you can use the brush. You can also use the eraser pen. If you want white hair, then you can highlight those details. I'll Itamar. Everything is a matter of what is in the reference. And now we conclude another video lesson. If you have any doubt, please contact us. But I believe there for you to drown a beer, you will not have difficulty. There's one is a little more complex. You can see that there is no secret. But even then N def QT contact us. And to our ninth feet a lesson to you. 35. Drawing Hair - White Hair: How's Garrett? I know that you must have traded allowed in the different types of hair. This is very good. Congratulations. Is, and know that it can be kind of boring. But this stage is a very important. In this lesson. I'm going to teach you how to draw white hair. And we're gonna use the Boston Tea for paper to do it. So we'll always make the markings. Ask if we were doing it with a pencil as if we were drawing. Why there? You can do like this far end kind of white hair. Here. I'll make smaller strokes. Will be showing up when I used to pad. So do not be too afraid when using the pen. So it will surely cover the area that the Boston to market. Here, we can already see the white hairs appearing. Well, we use the blood is tap or a toilet paper. We end up losing some of the texture. But you can always use the eraser pen to highlight the white hair. This is very important. Note that I did, where I didn't use the mouse into. It is much more difficult to get a way to fact, it is very difficult to achieve the hair texture. In Boston tiff of paper facilitates a lot. When you understand how to do it, you realize that it is not a hard drive them to make that it is easy. Actually. This is true for both shoring larger wires. As you can see. I don't know if I mentioned it, but just like with a pen, so we must try to always draw a finally stroke width emboss into the market. Meet. Use the pencil. Year. You can see the detail about the why. Why is well, it, the more you darken it, more than the white hair will appear. So if you're a reference has really evident why hair? You can darken it a lot. But there's no brightness. Shadow. Here we have a Tango of white hair and see how easy it was to draw. Now we finish our exercise. All hair. I hope you enjoy it. Until I'm asked, you know, I said, Okay, Bye. 36. Drawing a Complete Face - Face Contour: Hello guys. Now, I'm using the HB pencil. Start by making the hair. Hair is usually one of the most time-consuming parts. I will mark some white dots with embossing tool for paper. And just as I do with the pencil, I also do with the embossing tool. I use the embossing tool as if I were drawing a hair. It is important that you do the same thing. Apply a little pressure on the sheet of paper with embossing tool. The function of this too is to keep some parts blank, even when I use the pencil. Debrief fight will not fill the space where I use it. The Boston to use the pen tool again, I use the H pencil because it has a slightly weaker tone. I keep drawing the Harris trends. It is a tab that takes a lot of work and that usually takes a little longer. It is important that you draw hair by hair. When you turn on the light, you can see how the drawing is. Always take a quick look and start drawing again. Sometimes we can get a little lost just with a light tape on because it gets darker. But where we turn on the light, we can see better how the drawing is done. It is practically impossible to make all the traces of the hair exactly as in the picture. But try to be as faithful as possible to these details. I'm going to see this just one more time. It is important to make fine strokes because the Hertz trains are thin. So keep the fine lines at the beginning and the end. The part where their skin, we can already make the texture with Cheyenne in shadow. It is recommended that you make the eye well market, emphasizing the textures that he has around. It is important that you don't forget any detail. I'm using my reference and under the sheets that I'm going to draw using tape, I join these two sheets together. They don't know. So I can make precise details with the pattern so I can see the outline of my reference and I can therefore Jong-un on the blank paper. It is also important that you make the eyebrow already with the correct size. It is very important that you make the outline very well. Because if the online doesn't look like the reference, the parasol will not be recognized about. And then there's no point in continuing the drawing is the outline this doesn't match the reference. So be very careful that make become torn as good and beautiful as it grows and becomes, if the online is not done correctly, the person will not be recognizable in the drawing. The drawing, what looked like the reference. It is important that the picture, your reference, has a good image quality. But even if it hasn't, you can achieve a good result. You can delight table, but it will be more work for you. This catch I'm making is getting really cool. I'm enjoying the result. As I said, it is very Gou, where the picture has a good resolution, has a good image quality. Cell phones pictures usually hasn't good image quality of Though nowadays cell phones have very good cameras. But even so, the quality of the pictures is usually not in a really good standard to make the trauma. And when you use the Zoom, they tend to lose details in that makes it more difficult for you making a drawing. So it is important that you always use pictures with good image quality so that you can get a better view of the details. This image I'm using is not a very sharp image. However, isn't that bad? I use Photoshop to make it easier to see the details. I recommend that you watch the video lesson I have prepared, teaching you how to improve and image. Then take a look at this class. And if you don't have Photoshop, you can use another soft software. The result will also be given the details of the mouth, the middle line that separates the lower side of the PE lab. It is super important that you make these details 100 per cent equal to the reference. The middle line is what will give expression to the character. It will make the trowel recognize bow similar to the reference. I'm creating a lot of details on the mouth, on this mouth microliter model mirror line because as I said, it is extremely important. Now the details of the beard also takes a lot of work. So do not hurry. Tried to do it just as you see in the reference. A little more careful because these are smaller wires. Even so, it is important that you highlight that as much as you can. I'm going to use the embossing tool for paper to mark the white points of the beard to make them more evident. After using the embossing tool, I'll use the pen. So again, to make this round look, to make these Rowan, I took about 40 minutes. So as not to be too boring, I select the video so you can get a drawing done in ten minutes. The time it will take you to make your trauma and will be basically the same as me. I continued to mark the details of the shadow where it has a little more texture. I see how the drawing is getting and enjoying the results will continue to make some more details of the drawing in order to make it easier where we draw the details of light and shadow. Okay guys, we already owned the last details. Always compare the dwelling with the reference. He tried to get as much details as possible. See how I'm doing. And when necessary. I'll speak again with delight. Oh, I can add some more details. And now our jarring is basically ready. We can already see that it looks like the reference. It has a nice resemblance to the picture. This is a grade and then we can continue drawing highlighted the shading in making a few adjustments. Although I'm not making the shading right now, we'll do this the next class. And I'm going to place the reference at the side of my drawing. And I will observe the reference and make the shadows. So come on. Let's type this in our next class. 37. Drawing a Complete Face - Shading Part 1: Hello everyone. How is good? After making so many excess highs? Now, it is time for us to make a complete trauma and let's draw a entire interface. You already have the outline, define it. We draw it using the light table or if you use it another method. That's okay. The important thing is while we are going to make from now on, the shading, sometimes it's starting to draw in is the most difficult tasks because we can be talked about where to start it. If you are right-handed, like me, you can start from the left to the right. For example. In my case, I prefer to do it this way because it facilitates the view that I will have on the trauma. And so I prefer to be doing like that. Sometimes. I also started to make the who aren't from top to the bottom. But anyway, this is completely optional. You can choose the best way to make it. Another thing that is very important is to put a sheet of paper to support the hand. We're not going to let our head touch the sheet of paper we are drawing. Because sometimes the hand ends up leaving a mark on the paper, which is very ugly. So I'll always support my hand on this sheet. I'm going to start with the HB pencil, making a shade here on both the skin and the hair base. We're going to make this whole part with the same pen so we will highlight some parts darkening points with more shadows given the facts of depth to the year. Also maintaining a little more of the brightness. Remember that we must maintain a pattern of textures. It designed to shoot knob be completely smooth. The ear is a small part. I will smudge it and using the blood is tub I will also use the blood is tap on the end of the Harris treads, making them a little more natural. In here to highlight and shadow, I'm going to use the B pencil, which is a little bit darker than the H pencil. I'm going to highlight this part with the shadow a little more. And when a pet more shadows on the drawing, automatically, the highlights appear more. Now I'm going to use the brush and not the blood is tau. Guess I want to keep that texture. And Beta we made. I want to darken a little more and fix the better. This part is already finished. It, it gets more evident than the other parts of the face. Especially at the beginning. We draw a part and we may think it is very dark, but then we make the shed and round and sometimes we need to darken it a little more. In fact, it is all white around. It seems that it is very dark. How? It seems that is very dark. However, by placing they were asking the shadow, we rarely see if it will need to darken and lighten up a little more blue, make the shading with the HB pencil. I'll make a lighter shade in here. Even though I'm using a tissue to make this part more homogeneous, I shouldn't make this part completely smooth. I must leave some very light marks there from the texture of these forehead. If I'm making, for example, a drawing of a younger person, they will have a slightly less texture right? For him. And then you will have to make it according to your reference. But even so, it always has enlight texture dependent on the image colleague of your reference. These textures will become more apparent. At this point, you need to take a good look at how I'm doing it and tried to reproduce it. We have to make all this part of the forehead to get the details of the texture. I want this coordinate hard, a little darker than the central part of their forehead. So I'm going to use the pen. So again here, I'm going to make another layer To highlighted earlier tomorrow. I'll make him our tax rates layer by using the B pencil. When you make a little deeper points with a pen. So halite the darker points, it creates a small cavity. And this is what creates these canes texture, especially if they are detailed or wrinkles. Once again, I'm gonna use the tissue this time a little softer so as not to lose so much texture. I remember that I still want them to be very light texture. Highlighted in even more, those little textured dots. It will be nice if they came out to like magic. But we need to draw them one by one. And with the eraser pen, we're going to highlight this texture detail even more. Well, let's mark these particles. All right, folks will continue these drawing in the next class. 38. Drawing a Complete Face - Shading Part 2: So folks, we're going to keep making these trawling, focusing on the hair design. I'm going to use the HB pencil to make this sketch. Let's keep an eye on the reference and tried to draw it just like the reference. That's what I saved in the lesson about where we should always make fine hair. Because almost every time Reagan need to join the harness trends, they're not going to be separate wires. 39. Drawing a Complete Face - Shading Part 3: I'm going to highlight the shadow points to create eight tips, in fact, in some parts of the hair. And then I use the brush again. And now we can continue our drawing. This is very dark hair, a very black hair. We haven't to make these trucks very close to each other. I went a little further than I should have. But you don't have to hear that foreign. You prefer, you can make his trend here in order to make it completely make the base is the mechanic pencil five. And then submit the pants is tropes with brush. It can be doing it the way you think is best and most practical. You can use the eraser pen to adjust the brightness. That's actually gonna be done during the entire drawing. A lot of times actually, sometimes we're always going to miss a to tell a brightness it until I've shared. So we have to come back and fix this. This is normal and it is part of the process and shows that you are improving. So be patient about it. In the next class, we'll continue these design, right? See you there. Bye. 40. Drawing a Complete Face - Shading Part 4: Now we get to make basically the same thing that we made in our last class. Let's make the base here with the HB pencil, and then we'll finish it with a mechanical pencil 05 wire by wire. Okay. So let's go make it with patients. We'll work here in order to obtain the best possible result. In this part. The hair has a division. It changes the direction of this trends. So let's make this trains in the opposite direction. Now here we are going to join the divisions of this hair. We got to be careful because B one and get as much nitrogen as we can in this problem, we need to highlight this division or the hair. I join these two parts, taking great care and none sleep too thick traces. And so we define the hard division, focusing on the darker parts. Preserving the lighter parts, always keeping the shine. Most of the time, the brightness will be the very foundation that we made previously with an H pencil. We can see a slightly variation here in the direction of the wires. Smith, the texture. I'm going to use the brush. At this stage, our homeland to say, you just have to see how I'm doing it. Now we use the mechanical pencil. It is really a very time-consuming work. It is not easy. A lot of work to design the hair. This is a male character. So he doesn't have as much hair as a female character. But it still takes a lot, a lot of work making drawings of women with a lot more hair. It will sits and t. Take a long time to complete your trial one, It's worth it. It is worth having patients. So be prepared to have a lot of patients. The next classes will be either the most time-consuming part is definitely the hair. Enforced tabs. We draw the hair. We first make the base with the HB pencil. Then we use the mechanic pencil after the brush. And finally, we highlighted the shine with the eraser pen. Then last class, we continue this Rowan. 41. Drawing a Complete Face - Shading Part 5: In this final part of the hair, you already know how to do. That will be nothing different from what we did in the last classes. So see how I'm doing and try to reproduce it. I don't want to skip steps. I really want to share everything being done step by step. I want you to see it from beginning to the end so that you really understand the whole process. This part of the forehead that we made earlier basically disappears, as I said before. But we make the first tales of the problem will seem very dark. When you make the other part of the drawing darker parts. The first entails made will tend to get lighter. Now, I'm using the B pencil in unmaking these parts, telling it to be darker. Training to make the texture marks. The hair root is a little bit darker. So a pedal it a more pressure on the pencil to get a slightly darker shade for the rest of the forehead. Now I'm going to merge this part easily tallied paper, especially at the root of the hair. Here, I'm going to use the H band. So again, making some markings, some expression marks here on the forehead. I'm going to mark the eyebrow. We're going to make the entire base with the H pencil. And then. We're going to use the mechanic pencil five with before we go fight to highlight these 12. This eyebrow, it has a lot of hair. With the mechanical pencil or five. Before completing the eyebrow, I will make the details of the eye. I will mark the lashes. There's some lashes here, but mom and he always remembered to you the same part. To make these tropes. Here in the iris, I'm going to use the Furby your fight to preserve the brightness of the white of the paper. I'm going to make the outline of the propel with the HB pencil. Be careful not to get too dark. I'll make a great base. Here's the papilla, alright, well highlighted. A very strong black ice depends where here later Marxists method transition from the papilla to the iris. But what we want is to get a great tone. Now I'm going to use the B pencil to reinforce the darker points to make the details of the i's. Finishing with the B pencil, I use the brush and the width the brush, I will move into graphite from the darkest parts to the lightest ones. In order to achieve a gradient. I do not use the blood is tub because if I did, I wouldn't lose a lot of texture. You don't want the brush we already lost and be part of that tension. But with blood is tab, we would lose everything. Now I'm gonna rain forest. The doctor points of the texture with the mechanic pen. So 05, we defer bigger fight for the texture that we have in the eyes. And the points that Brian is, we'll, we'll refresh with the eraser pen. I'm going to see can the eyebrows trains a little bit more? That's it folks. I have already marked the eyebrow and also part of the eye. The next class, we'll continue this trope. 42. Drawing a Complete Face - Shading Part 6: I'll continue the drawing of this. I'll use the HB pencil to make the margin of this part of the eye that is a little lighter than the eyelash. So we'll walk mark with a mechanical pencil down here, as it is a little bit lighter, I'll use the H pencil in here, guys, it is very important that you highlight the points of light and shadow, the drawing before it using the blood or the brush. I'm going to mark the skin, the eyelids to highlighting the texture as well. Details of expressions we make always using the thinnest tape. We must keep the same tone in this part. Although he a layer below the eye, we usually make it a little darker. Even though I don't have as much tax you to tell. A must, move the lines in order to maintain a certain texture. I'm going to use the bloody stuff here. Inside the eye. We don't use the pen so we just deployed is tap. The eye is a sphere. So we have to make this fear of fact. And the y part of the eye is not completely white. So, well take care and to create these effects as well. We're gonna lose some of the textures we made, but that's okay. Let's make then again, the next layer that we're going to create. With the I almost ready, I will reinforce the dark of the eyebrow with them and connect pen. So 05, we, they were fighting for B. Now I'm going to highlight the eyebrows detail with a brush. I'm gonna make these traces of the eyebrow very evident. I'll also make some markings here. K is, I want to darken these part here over the eye. I'll also soften the tips of the eyebrow a lot. With the eraser pen. I'm going to make some points or brightness. Mark Kelly had more hair on the eyebrows. And so we can get our Martin nitro. Fact. I'll mark some points. Have Brian is huge. Okay. 43. Drawing a Complete Face - Shading Part 7: I'm going to use the B pencil to slowly wearing far as the texture points that we have in the top of the eyelid, the eyelash details there were practically lost. I will make them again. And now I'm going to use the brush to reinforce the texture and take away some of the artificiality causing by the arrays of Pam. And now we can already see the final result of these upper part of the eye in this texture here. Let's make some more point of shame. A few dots here to highlight a little more. Use the pen so very gently and very lightly. I'm going to use the tissue paper in this part. And so I will list the texture. And I'm going to soften these points a little more. Now I'm gonna ring first all of the iodine again. Now I'm going to make the lower part of the eye and I'm dealing spread the graph phi a little bit more on this part of the face. Now I'm going to use the B pencil again. I'm going to highlight the texture points on this part of the face. There are a lot of texture in this part on the D I will handle like this part. Well, this bar has a little more shade then the rest of the face. So we darkly them all in creating a gradient. Once again, highlighting with the B pencil, and then we will mark the points have Brian is with eraser pen. These slightly lighter part has a lot of Brighton is points. So we can highlight it well, we should really make it a little lighter. Always look into the reference. I play some random points, whoever, however, most of them I can see in the reference. I always try you guys to be very faithful to the reference. Now I'm going to use the brush because I don't want to, to lost much of the texture. I really don't want to lose the texture. Now I'm in Ghana, managed this part. I'll, it'd be a Mars so that the transition from the darkest part to the lightest part won't be ugly. Let's submitted this passage. And here we concluded these part of the I will continue the drawing in the next class. 44. Drawing a Complete Face - Shading Part 8: I will continue to make the details of the report hat and out use the H pencil to make a darker base before using the pen. So I must work to highlight the details of the texture scene where it's darker or whatever, it is lighter with a lot of brightness. I will maintain the white of the paper in those parts with a slightly lighter gray. I keep the shade even lighter. I'm going to highlight in the eyebrow. I'm going to use the H pen so to get the great toe. Now I'm going to use the H pencil. We're going to, we're going to make the same thing that we made in the other side of the face. So let's go on to learn more and by watching how the process is done. Then my, my explanation, these textures that we can see here on the skin. We also have to make ourselves. The direction of the stroke will be the direction of the textures that I see my reference. So if I see a trader tax rate, my reference, I make these things hanging metro one. Then I look at my reference and according to what I'm seeing, I can change the direction on the Panther. Although this is a personal thing of mine, there's no evidence that this is the best way to do it, but it has worked for me. So I say you Eloise, try it if you're works for you, great. According to what you prefer, the way you felt best. Drink techniques guys are a very relative thing. Especially wireless controlling. They are the thing that worked very well for some, but they don't work well for others. The important things is that you test. Check what is best for you. Here with the details of debase already made with the H pen. So I'll use the tissue, tissue paper in order to homogenize it. You can see that dessert face, all of these forehand is becoming more homogeneous. We lose a lot of texture that we made. That's okay. That's part of the job. In now, I'm going to use the Pinto to better highlight these textures. And I'll already have a base hit instantly the trauma, whether it be pen, so we'll make more textures. Seed that our left side, these dark kid then our right side. Because the light I'm using makes this height a little brighter than the other one. Testimony predominant tide is the right side. I leave the light on my left side so he doesn't create the shadow of my hand. You can do the same thing. Here. Continuing in order to get the right home from part of the forehand is a little lighter. So we're gonna make it a little bit lighter here. I won't put too much pressure on the paper with a pencil. 45. Drawing a Complete Face - Shading Part 9: In the lateral part, We document lead to more kids. This part is a little darker. Guys. Don't be afraid of dark and you're traveling. But also don't overdo it. Sometimes we make the drawing and it looks nice. But if it looks peel, the shadows will don't appear well. The girls will be ugly, would be ugly. And this is because we don't darken the trauma and we shouldn't be. Now I'm going to merge this part. Here. I motto the shadow detail. I darken the part that I want to make it a little darker. As we use the tissue paper, it gets dirty. So we should take another one. With the clean paper. He doesn't spread too much. It actually softens the drawing, which the blood is tab. I'll be marking into markings here. I'll be making some markings here. We'll assume very little, but it will appear. Now we use the eraser pen tip of the brand and details. And a part with a lot of bright dots give the texture a lot of shame. There are often very facial, but that's okay because we fix it later using the brush or the bloodiest attack. And he says a larger area, I would probably use the t-shirt. This texture is very important for us to handle it. That a random points, but trying to give the same distance and in propulsion that I see the reference. I'm going to use the toilet paper very lightly so that I don't lose its shine. But also I don't leave the points. So market. We can use the pencil making extra marks. In here guys. The detail up these forehead is finished. It, I use a brush and some more parts. Just to pick the refined better. It makes a little more highlight and some other parts. Now, we can go to our next. If you don't like something. 46. Drawing a Complete Face - Shading Part 10: Let's make the second eyebrow. I'll start using the mechanical pencil O5, and how to light the darker points of the brown. It is worth remembering that the Bayes has already been made with the H band. So if you did not make the base, do it before using the mechanical pencil, I'm going to keep making the hair observing, make reference, trying to keep it as similar as possible to the reference. I'm going to use the brush now. And let's make this. I, just as we made the previous one, it is just this fame. The eyelashes here are very dark, very black, very prominent, highlighting the propellant and the chyme. With the H Penn who will make the grade detailed up the eye. When I'm drawing the I always make the base will be the H pencil. Regardless of being light brown, blue, green, doesn't matter. Always make this foundation and then make the shadow or the texture details. Now I'm going to use the B pencil to darken the parts they are darkening, the reference is emitted. They transition from the pill to the iris and make the textures of the eye keeping the brightness. Of course. The B pencil creates a really cool shading effect even on the base created by the H pencil. I'm going to use the H pencil again to make the base. But most of the work will be done with the B pencil. Gotten guys, I made a very big mistake here. This part is not the eyebrow. This part here is the skin. This mistake was not intentional, so I apologize. I'm so sorry. See how difficult it is to make a correction in irrelevant design. And let's hope that the paper, he's not market sizing this pen so ln is darker. That's why you need always draw in as accurately as possible. By mistake sometimes happen. Sometimes we make a jump for clients and sometimes they asked for corrections and we have to correct it. I'm going to mark the eyelid. This bar has a lot of expressions, a lot of lameness of expression. Well, try to market to highlighting the shadows to give my tips to these expressions lines. There was a correction to make actually. But let's see how we will, will, will look after he's made this area. But I think it won't be market yet. Again, apologize to you guys. I just thought about the video. Sometime. You need to see how to make a correction in a row less controlling, especially if you intend to make him professional works. There will always be a client. If I suggest. So. Here I'm going to use the brush rather than using the blood is tab cares. It is a very small area and I don't want to miss this texture detail. Here. I'm going to highlight it using the pen tool, and I'm going to mark the texture as well. So the dark is once you get more and more debt, now we're gonna soft and those that needs to be submitted that We're mark the details of the texture. Always observing your reference so as not to happen. What happened to me a little while ago? I'm going to use the brush now. And now I'm going to merge the highlights. Once again, I use a big brush here. I'm gonna use the H band. So again, making some details on this part of the nodes, detail of the shadow on this side. But I'm not, I'm not going to mark the nose now. I'm going to focus my attention on the eye. Let's make the bottom part here just, we don't want it to look ugly. Make here the union between the two eyes. Let's focus guys on the design. Now I'm going to mark the base of the skin, the shadows of the lower eyelids. I already make the lower base of the eye. We should always focus on the texture. Although we will use the blood as tab or the tissue paper. But even so, we will always focus on the texture. This is very important. Now I'm going to use the tissue paper just mentioned the base that we made with the pen, or the difference is huge. When we do that, we lose a good part of the texture. But as I already said before, some remain and it helps a lot in the finish. Now we're going to use the B pencil and we get to highlight the textures of the eyelid. I'm going to make the internal details of the eye with the h. And so in finish it with the blood's tab so that there's a smoother shade. This part of the eye, we don't use the pen swell up, but we use the blood's tab. Most of the time. The debt that is taking on the table, the blood is tab, be enough to meet Mark to be making the shade of gray in the eyes. This part of the eye, it's not completely white and we have to create a sphere of fact in the eye. Okay guys, we've finished. These, are these high in the last class? Bye. 47. Drawing a Complete Face - Shading Part 11: In this class, we're going to keep following the development process of this act. I make the last details of the eye by placing the lower lashes here, a much smaller amount than we made at the top. I'm going to highlight again some parts of the texture. I'm going to use the brush here to soft tender points we make with the eraser. That's it folks. Now, let's go to another point of the face. This part would gala, Joey beard. It is not that much. Big B or I will get a highlight here and make a base. With the pen tool. We will make a good part of the base. I am not going to draw the entire year yet because I prefer to draw in some other parts of the face before the beard. But it's just how I prefer to do it. You can do as you prefer. I'm going to highlight the nostrils are laid Omar. As I already said, normally, usually the nostril should be well highlighted. It is one of the main points for you Mark in a drawing because it is one of the points that will make the trauma recognizable. I'm fallen. Save format that I see in your reference. You textures. Heating the nose, we must halide the details of shadow and light. Cast denounced is basically consists of light and shadow. 48. Drawing a Complete Face - Shading Part 12: Here, I basically made all the shading details knows is a simple one. Doesn't have many details within textures, no wrinkles. So we're going to merge it with the tissue paper. Step are the brush. Using the age. Ethnicity is the initial base. We will then use the B pencil and then darken in our NMR, adding some more details. And then we'll have the final result as soon as we finished the details when the main Japan as well. So now we are just making the mark with a pencil. Hello. Now focus on this part here. Then we made the shader with the H bond. So now I'm going to use, now you teach about Who's the pants off here. It will be faster actually, however, the two. So you can never learn about how to use each one of them. But in this side here, I'm going to try to make it with the B pencil. And that's good because you already know how to make, in drawing with layers. Make this stroke with the slightly darker tone. Here, for example, is Canon two is going to get a little darker tell. You should create a little more texture and it's slightly darker texture. On this part. I'm making these tropes according to the direction and CEO reference. Darker details on the side of the nose, highlighting the most saturated parts. This part is a little bit lighter. I'm going to create a lady likely textures. And then we're going to use the tissue paper. Now folks, we get to, we're going to, we're going to create some more details in the texture with the eraser pen. Okay, that's it. See you in our next video. I'll ask him. 49. Drawing a Complete Face - Shading Part 13: Let's create some details are shying away the eraser path. I'm going to ****, I had all the brightness that I'm able to observe in the reference. Keeping the same direction of the writing as points of the restaurants. With a Ponto, I will highlight this part of the nostrils. In addition to the nostrils, I'm going to make a shadow under the nose. It is a very strong in very dark shadow. All Mike market with a mechanical pencil and then I will soften it with the blood is tab. I'm also going to highlight some other parts here. It is very important that you use the blood is tab to make these details here on the nose so that you can give volunteer in a very natural way to the nose here in the marrow, preserve it in writing this for we'll keep it. Just not so intense. In this part, the shadow detail is already good. Now let's use the eraser pen. Indirection of this Parker's varies according to the part of the face. This is important to create the volume in fact in the face. Very lightly, I will use the tissue paper just to remove a little bit off the hardness of depends. With the Pinto. I'm again not awake for some point of the texture. And next to the shine, I'm gonna make a little bit darker. This will give the dip in brightness, will give the volume to the texture. Now I'm going to use the brush on the parts that we march it. It is better to use the brush than the paper. I'm going to use the B pencil to make the eye shadow. This prevents you from my mark in two layers of padding. So make your layer with the HB pencil and then one layer with the B pencil just asked you make bays with the H pencil. You're going to make the same thing with the B pencil. In this part, I want a lighter tone, so I'm going to make a little bit more strokes. Now I'm getting at, is merge it with a tissue paper. And you can see that we get the same shape, that is only other parts of the face. I'm going to use the pen. So again, we're enforcing the details of this texture. Know parts of the face will use the pen set to your force the texture. I'm going to highlight these particles with the eraser pen. And it is the same thing that we did on the other side of the face. I told you not to be afraid too dark can be trawling. One of the reasons is that if you don't have a nice shade, they glow, will not be as visible. And you won't be able to notice that there's a glow there. So it is important that the drawing has a cool shaped that we can find the brightness points. Well, Let's use again the tissue paper so we won't lose design. And then another reinforcement with the beat pattern. I'm going to use the brush again with the soft tending of this part, which is a more tests rate in darker part of the normal with finished to draw in this part of the face. We will continue drawing in our next video lesson. 50. Drawing a Complete Face - Shading Part 14: Let's draw the beard. In this video lesson, you can make this part using the mechanical pencil 05 with a far bigger fight. However, as it is a smaller beard. So as not to get ugly details, we're going to make a base with the H band. So we're going to make the mark on the part of the mustache too. This mustache, it's not completely fill of hair. Which of these can appears between these trends? Let's draw a wire by wire. Just like when we make, when we made to the eyebrow. Whenever you again, I'll draw any type of hair. Remember to always do it hair by hair. I'm shading the mouth. We won't have much texture to create in this mouse. This makes our job easier. Sorry. Textures. I make him with the H pattern and making all the details of the shadow markings, preserving some parts with Shine. Always with this pencil we've finished, fell in it. We can use another darker pencil to reinforce the texture with the pen. So I will highlight some more textures, mainly in this part in the division of the labs, which is a very dark part. I'd really highlight this part. I also create the detail of the shadow on both the upper and lower lips. Now, with the B pencil, I'm going to reinforce the texture in the shading. Here you can see the difference between when I use the B pencil, know and I don't use a very big difference. The result is much better. The shadow of the lower lip is slightly different from the archetype. The top is a little more irregular. The bottom is a little smoother. You have to be careful to create that around and it's packed in not in this trade place shape. We just have to make a half curved line to create these fear fact. Here at the base of the mouth, There's a shadow which creates a depth of fact. This is almost always a darker part. Now, you need to see how I'm doing it and tried to repeat it on your drawing board. 51. Drawing a Complete Face - Shading Part 15: Now we're going to use the brush, the brightness points or make, using the eraser pen. The sailors to one. I'm getting some militia laid them out here in the middle. We see that it is turns out in relation to the rest of the drawing. But when we make the shading around, this mouth will be very natural. Alright? So do not worry, is this normal? We're now going to make this part and then we'll start to draw the final beer detail. This part is basically the same thing that we did in the previous exercise. We will draw hair, my hair, always following the reference. We tried to make it as similar as possible to the reference. We know that it will not always look the same, but we will always try to do it as close as possible. To make the details or the dark and threads. We're going to use the brush. Your friends had some white beer points. So we have to highlight these wire, wire as well. And then recreate the shine details with the eraser pen in the beard we worked for at some point. And that's how we're gonna make it. Make some hair off your beard, okay? And this is very important. Is Gibbs her design, a very natural home, doin it. I'm going to extend my mouth **** Itamar. Guess I think that my reference, it is a little bigger. See that I make some random strokes. This is because the beer is made of several dots. They are usually really random strokes with different directions after using the mechanical pen. So I'm going to use the brush. And when we use the brush, wet H parts become a little more gray, which creates the skin effect. That's it folks. In the next class, we continue in this drawing. 52. Drawing a Complete Face - Shading Part 16: I'm going to start using the HB pencil. I will start by making the base. I'm not going to mark the hair on this beer now. I'm not going to focus on the wires. Get the goal here is to make it gray base. And then after this, use the mechanical pencil or five. I'm going to use the HB pencil in order to make a base. So I'm not going to focus on the wires. The goal here is to make the base of the skin to draw the beers tracks. It imparts with no beer. You shouldn't mark detection to tell a little better. If you can see some dots and strokes of white hair. This is because the in Boston to for paper was to use it. I use a mechanical pencil to make the details of the Beer. And I'm the most attached to. 53. Drawing a Complete Face - Shading Part 17: Here with the pen. So I'm gonna highlight the texture on this Can that has no beard. Now we use the eraser pen again to write for some points from Bryan is on the skin, the white hair or the beer too. Touch him. The details is something very, very common while making irrelevant control. Because it will always, almost always need to make some adjustments. The touch parts that we had, Alright, touch it up. Is this completely normal? We're going to use the pencil again and we get to make more beard details here. Remember that in this part, you must make the wires Alito further apart. This is a very Liberius, Liberius staff. It is really time-consuming part by the result will be very good. It is important to be careful winter in it. As I said a few times, you really need to be patient because it is a drawing that is not difficult to make. It is a very cool style of making. However, it is very time consuming. It requires a lot of patients. When you are making in trawling and get tired, Get some rest, go to something else, play again, watch the TV. Anything else? And then return. Hair by hair and the beard, a marriage. Now I'm going to use the brush to remove some of the hardness of the mechanical pencil strokes. And we can get a little more homogeneous part. I feel more random dots on the beard. This is important to make the try more natural. Now with the Pinto, I'm gonna wait fors the skin texture. That's it folks. Here we finished this part of the drawing. So let's go to our next video lesson. 54. Drawing a Complete Face - Shading Part 18: Hello everyone. We will continue with this drawing and I'm going to use now the H pencil again, making a great base so we can create the details of the beers trends. I'm not going to focus too much on making the wires now. I'm going to make the wire mark, but you don't need to focus too much on doing that. So here we're going to mark the base, making this K marks without worrying too much about drawing a beard here. And after that, we're gonna use the mechanical pencil O5, always with the fabric or fight. I'm going to smudge here with the tissue paper. Before we finished drying this beer. I'm going to mark these Harris trains and behind the neck, just below the ear. There are sounds, trends of Heron and we need to make them too. We'll also make them wire by wire. This is a very small areas, so it is easy to make. Now I'm going to use the mechanical pencil to make all the traces of this beer. You already know the whole process. So now we'll just see how I'm doing. If there's a neat I'll talk again. Okay. Although markings we made on the beard with a mechanical pen, so I'm going to use now the brush is so that we can achieve a more homogeneous tone and also lose some of the hardness of the pencil line. Here, I'm going to increase it a little more because it is a little smaller from what I'm seeing in the reference. I'm just adding another layer of threads here. Same process. Here. At the top. We put more random hair, more distance from each other, just to give Martin mentioned this telomeres trends. Here with the eraser Pam, I will mark the points or brightness, separate some other points as well, highlighting some lighter point and also the skin texture. 55. Drawing a Complete Face - Shading Part 19: And here we finish drawing the beard. Let's go to another part of the drawing. The part of the ear we haven't yet shaded. I'll be finishing it. I'll use the B pencil and I'm going to make the entire base of the shading Markin. The most important points. We must be careful while I may mark can be online because they are shaded lines. And we're doing the shadow fills trained to make the details of the texture in gradient. Observing the reference, the details of light and shadow, and see how it is being done here and then the last zone. And then you do the same thing. Can you in trouble embarked? I'm going to make all the **** end of this year, which the base all done with a pencil. I'm going to use the blood is tub to smudge and the details of the pencil will also form a light texture. Although the blood is tub turns the area very homogeneous and we lose a lot of texture. That's okay. We highlight these further with the resin pan and with the B pencil. In the white dogs. I hardly used the blood. If you think isn't coup with just the blending stump. You can also use the tissue paper. And again a much, a much more homogeneous line. And then we use the pen so again to highlight the darker points. Now we think your'e, their pen. I will mark the points of brightness. I'm gonna rain far as all the parts that has warmed brightness in Detroit one will be make Kennedy Tax chairs. These are random points, but we must always, always observe the reference. With that, I use the brush and Smith are these shapes, both the rightness and the darker parts we mean to give the effect of deep. The drawing is almost finished. It just a, just a just a, just a few more colleagues when the blood is tub if necessary. Now I'm going to make the details of the Harris trans behind the neck. It is a small part. So it, doing it very quickly. Taking care of the thick ends. We use the brush here to Smith. And let me also finish it. That part of the hair reinforce a female points in the ear. And that's it, guys. In the next lesson, we'll continue with this. You're right. Bye. 56. Drawing a Complete Face - Shading Part 19: We are almost in the final part of this drawing. To make the chart design, I will use the HB pencil to make this part lighter. Fabrics has a certain variation and texture. This texture varies according to the fabric. This is a simple fabric and does not have much texture. So we're going to make the trauma-related smoother. It will focus more on the details of light and shadow. Okay, let's go. I'm going to mark the points that I wanted to lead with dark hair that I wanted to give more deep. And I'm already marking the lighter parts, which I wanted a little more shy. We can see a variation here. There's another shirt underneath it. This part is going to be black, so I'm going to use the 4-bit pen. So to fill this part, there was left blank. Again as mooc this part with the tissue paper, with the budding tab, I will try to mark these folds of the fabric. I laid them all. Just like we use the eraser pen to shine the skin. Again, I use, in this part, we use the brush to make this texture a little lighter. This part here is darker, so I'm going to use the 4-bit pencil. And I'm gonna sell all this darker part. And the width the brush is missed, the stroke and also fake snake or fine to tell better. In to soften it up a little bit more, I'm going to use it the blood instead. I use it only on the edge to smoothly transition from one town to the other. Within blessings tab, we can get a more natural effect. I'm going to use the pen. So in this part, I'm going to make all these kinda tell where's the same pencil. I'm not going to use the HB pencil on this part of the skin, which is even though you know, darken and it has a little more shade, there won't be much texture at this point in the trial when we need to highlight the points of light and shadow. I'm going to use the tissue paper as it is, a very black part. I'm going to use the 4-bit pen. So just like how using it on the darker part of the clothes in nightclubs, however, is not entirely straight, has a more textured surface. I'm going to use the pen. So again, to mark the details of this, can this part below the neck has a lot of texture. Show. We get them more into the details of this texture. Well, we get a mark here. Every detail of the texture. 57. Drawing a Complete Face - Shading Part 20: I'm making the base with the depends home. This is a slightly dark area. This par below the chin. We should make it a little dark Kim. And as we go down, we will form a gradient light in it. Remember that I make candy strokes following the direction of the texture that I see my reference. Now, we almost finish it, the detail of the next king base. It is a very touched for diarrhea apartment this pays and then adding more details to text her. Again, a halide and textures as much as we can using the 4-bit pen. So I'm gonna make the neck less details. Now with the tissue paper, I'm going to smudge the whole area here, but I'm not going to pen too much pressure on the paper. I use it in a very slyly way because I don't want to lose all the texture that we mark it here at the beginning. And yet we will lose a part of it. This is a part of the process, but we still need to manage it, even if we lose some of the texture. We manage it to keep it good parts of the texture result was very good. Now I'm going to use the tube tool because this part of the texture has a very dark shadow. I'll mark it all with the pencil. Maybe even with the formula pencil. If the tube is not enough, will need to use the pen tool to be pencil will not enough to match the reference. I'm going to use the phobia, a little lighter here, under the chin. And on this side of the trail of the face. Remember not to leave a straight line, making a few more dollars to make the beer details more natural. Why can make and the wires. Some texture details. We're going to use the pen tool. You'll want to create a gradient. I'm still using the forbid patents here. I'm making this whole part a little bit darker. We need to create the right tone. While the winds, the design will be very pale and will match the reference. I'm going to use the brush. Now. Be careful you don't lose the details of this texture. The tissue paper here. In the next class, we will probably finish this robin completely, right. 58. Drawing a Complete Face - CONCLUSION: Let's make the final details. We are ready in the last class. That will be nothing new here. I'll continue to make the rest of the neck texture in basically it will be the same as we did in the previous class. The difference that I'm using the B pencil. But let's make the texture a little smoother, keeping this same pattern. So I'm going to fill this whole par with the texture, preserving the reference. Well, it is very test for it. But this texture is not as dark and empower did under the chin. However, it remains a little dark and we will make the rate in effect, will also focus on the neck divisions. Will highlight the parts that we want to add value in with shadow in parts that we want to make the depth. In fact, although it makes some texture points, they're kind of random. I always look at the reference and I always try to make it as similar as possible to new reference. Use the tissue paper here the very smoothly, because I don't want to lose probably all the texture that we made, although we lose part of in this part of the process. But the intention is to soften and this texture and highlighted further ahead if necessary. Here, it is important. Now we try different kinds of arrays and pens to choose which one to use. For example, I'm using the eraser pen that is a little thicker, but I think it is making a very large line, a very large stroke. I'll continue using it here. But in the other parts, I'll use define it. You're right, it's a pan. When the Cheyenne has already been market, I'll be reinforcing the shine texture with this finest arrays and pan. In this part, I don't use the tissue paper. I'll use a brush in this part of the drawing is finished it here I'm going to make, in a very similar way to what we mean with the pentose. Use it to it, but it is always good to remember. Always clean the eraser tip. It is important that it is always clean or it will not be able to raise the graph file well and will not mark the shine wealth. Usually this part of it has a line made with a pencil on the side, either on top or on the bottom. It depends on the light, but it is important that you leave a small Lane made with pencil beside the point on Brian is, of course, this will always depend on the reference. But most of the time the brightness is nice to a point that is a little darker. Here. We're almost finished and this Rowan, and I will like to thank you for being with me until now, congratulate you for not giving up. It is not simple to make. Well, this could draw, and some people think it really is hard work. It requires patience. It requires a lot of dedication to achieve a good result. So I would like to congratulate year, say q so much, but my heart to make this curse. So I can help you to better understand and learn how to draw Wireless Controllers. It is not in advanced course. It is for beginners or four people at the most intermediate level. But I hope you feel ready to make your first jobs as a designer. I hope I was helpful. Here is the final result of the hallway. I didn't make any gray background here. I always clean the ij with a rubber in your roller. Be very careful when holding the roller. Don't let it slide in array some part of the problem. Now just, just Jaime and trawling. Very good. And here's the final result of our drawing. It was a pleasure to be with you during this course. See you. Bye guys.
