1. Introduction: Hi there. My name is diaphanous, and today I'm going to show you how to print your own custom images onto any kind of that you get home. You probably actually have all the supplies that we need today. Home already, which is great. These are some examples about candles I made. I personally like to draw the images myself, but you can also print photos of candles if you want. He's make a great gift on Decorate your house really well, so let's get to it. 2. Supplies: Okay, so you will need a candle, a printer, tissue paper, set of tape, scissors, a sheet of bacon, paper and a hair dryer. Make sure you use tissue paper used for gift wrapping and not tissues. Otherwise, you might damage your printer. Let's get started. 3. Printing Your Design: firstly will need to print design. Now. The tissue paper is a little too clumsy to go into the printed by itself, so we'll need to stick it to a piece of normal printing paper. First, try to get the tissue paper as flat as possible as wrinkles. My cause. Gaps in the printing. Once you've done that, you'll need to measure the candles height, which in my case is six centimeters. If you're planning on printing a design that will wrap around the candle, you can always wrap some paper around the candle and then lay it flat to measure how longer design can be. I like to draw my own designs for the candles, so I create the canvas the same as candles, height and width. But if you're printing anything typed or a photo you can always just estimate in the fronting TV thing, you just popular paper into the printer and want you happy with your size. Just hit print 4. Transferring the Design: Now that your design is nicely printed, we're going to cut it out. The white part of the tissue paper won't be visible later. So you're cutting. Doesn't need to be neat. However, the tracing paper shouldn't go over the edges of the camp. Place your design where you wanted on your candle and then wrap a sheet of bacon paper around the candle, now going to melt the design into the candle using the hair dryer. - You know the tissue paper is gone when the ink starts to darken and you can no longer see the white parts of the tissue paper. Then carefully remove the baking paper and your candle is ready. - If you don't use the baking paper, they're not. All of your design gets embedded into the candle, and there are small spots like these over 5. Project Time: for the class project. Pick any image life and printed onto a candle. It doesn't have to be complicated and could even just be your name. So have fun with it. Then when you're ready, post your creations to the Project gallery below. 6. Thank You: Hi there. Thanks for joining me. I hope you learned a cool new skill. They'll bring some more creativity in your life or at least your candles. If you enjoyed this course, then please share somebody else that you think would enjoy too. How can I say?
