1. Introduction: Hi there. Welcome to
this new course on Chat GPD PowerPoint Creation. Now, in this particular
introductory video, I want to talk about
two main things. And the first main thing would obviously be the
content of this course, and the second thing
would be a little bit about myself and my background. So let's dive
straight ahead into this video and take a look at these two things one by one. Now, the first things
first, if you're asking me, what will I learn in
this particular course, my short answer would be this. You'll be learning how to create visually stunning PowerPoint
presentations using chat GPT and that
too in minutes. So that is the crux of
this entire course. I'll be showing you how to
integrate chat GPT with Microsoft PowerPoint
presentation so that you can create visually stunning
PowerPoints in minutes. But if you want a long and
a comprehensive answer, let me walk you
through the table of condens. Okay, great. Now, the very first thing
that we are going to take a look at in this course is the limitations of chat
GBT so that you understand the lacking points of chat GPT in order to overcome
these limitations. So that's what we're going
to start our course with. We'll be taking a look
at the drawbacks, and I'll be showing
you techniques to overcome those drawbacks. And after that,
we'll be diving into a different video called the
basic prompting techniques, and over there,
you'll be learning three different methods
of prompting in chat GPT. And that's going to
be really helpful for the coming
videos after that. And the videos coming
after that would be solely focused on the
crux of the course, and that is to create Power
Points using chat GPT. And in order to create
Power Points using hat GPT, we have three different methods, namely the VBA method, the direct chat GPT method, and the build in
chat GPD method. So it is up to you to choose the method that is
convenient to you, but I would recommend
you to watch all the three methods and choose the method that is
very comfortable for you and that is
convenient for you. So that's all I have to speak about the content
of this course. Now let me move on and speak a little bit about
myself and my experience and as I've shown on the screen, I'm currently working at Google, and I was able to land a digital marketing
role at Google. And obviously, I am
feeling lucky about it. And apart from the
Google experience, I've also grown my
Instagram page to more than 31,000 plus followers, and I've also recently
started a YouTube channel, and I was able to grow it to
around 1,000 subscribers. So these are the
three experiences that I want to put out there, and apart from this,
I want to speak a bit about my
educational background. I have a master's
degree in statistics, and I've also cleared
the CFE level to X and you can see that I have
a very diverse background ranging from analytics to
finance to digital marketing. The thing that you
have to take away from all these things is this. While creating PowerPoints,
I used to spend hours on it. And what I did was I
started getting bored, and I tried to use JatGPT in order to create
stunning PowerPoints, and they actually worked, and I was able to
create them in minutes. So that's what we are going to take a look at in this course. We're going to tweak hat
GPT proms in such a way that we are going to get visually stunning
PowerPoint presentations. So what are you waiting for? I'll be seeing you
in the course.
2. What Are the Limitations of ChatGPT?: Hi there. Welcome to another
video of this course. Now, in this video, we're
going to take a look at limitations of hat GPT. Now, since ATGPT is a new innovation and a new
product in the market, it definitely is going to
have a lot of limitations. But in this video,
we are going to talk about three main
limitations of hat GPT. Now, as I've shown
on the screen, the first limitation of hat GPT is HAGPT doesn't give
real time information. So what do I mean by saying that HA JBT doesn't give
real time information? Well, now, as you can
see on the screen, I've asked the free model, which is the HATGBT 3.5, as well as the paid model, which is the hat GPT four model, that what is their
knowledge cutoff? And you can see that
hATGBT 3.5 has answered. My knowledge is
based on information available up to January 2022. And CHA GPT four
has replied that the cutoff date for my
training data is April 2023. So what this means is that CHA GPT is a machine
learning model, and it has been trained
with a huge chunk of data. But there is a specific
cutoff limit for that data, and you can see for the 3.5, it's January 2022, and for
the model Cha GPT four, it is April 2023. So the thing is this, if
you're asking the model 3.5 about anything that
happened after January 2022, it is not going to know, right? Because that is the cutoff
date for its training. And that is actually the
primary limitation of HAT GPT. There is no point in asking questions related to the things that happened after the
cutoff date of its knowledge. So I hope you understood
this concept, and as I've shown on the screen, this is for the HA GPT 3.5 moto. I've asked JATGPD what is the
current price of Bitcoin? And you can see that JAD
GPT says, I'm sorry, but I'm not able to provide the real time information
or browse the Internet, including accessing
current prices of cryptocurrencies
like Bitcoin. Cryptocurrency prices
can fluctuate rapidly, and it's best to check a
reliable financial news website or a cryptocurrency exchange. So this is the limitation
that I'm talking about. You cannot ask HAGPT anything
beyond its training date. Now you might be
wondering, how do I overcome this
limitation of HAT GPT? Well, I have a few
solutions for this, and the first solution is to buy the premium version of HAT GPT, which is the GPD four mode. And as you can see
on the screen, even though the cutoff date of HAT GPT four model
is April 2023, the premium version has a feature called
browsing the Internet. So what that would do
is that when you ask a particular question which
is related to real time, JA JBT is going to browse the web and it's going to
find the information online, and it's going to tell you. So that is what I've
shown on the screen. You can see that I've asked, what is the current
price of Bitcoin? And you can see on
the left image, Ja JBT is browsing the web
and on the right image, Ja JBT has browsed the web
and given me the data. The current price of
Bitcoin is so and so. So that is one way
in which you can solve the issue of
real time information. And the second way that I
would suggest to you is to use a different
AI tool called Bard, which is a tool of Google. Now, the specialty of this artificial intelligence
tool called Bard is that it is having
real time information. So it would simply
be a replacement for this limitation of chat GPT
of real time information. So if you want to use hat GPT, but you're facing the limitation of real time information, just switch to Bard and Bard would give you the
real time information. Now let's move on
and take a look at the second limitation
of chat GPT. Now, the second
limitation of hat GBT is called JatGBT hallucinations. So what are hat GBT
hallucinations? Basically, this is just
a big term to say that Chat GPT might give
you wrong answers. And there are actually four
different ways in which Chat GPT can give
you wrong answers. And as I've listed
on the screen, those are factual inaccuracies, logical inconsistencies,
nonsensical responses, and lastly, invended
information. So let us take a look
at them one by one very quickly and see
what these are now, as you can see on the screen,
I have two examples of factual inaccuracy
hallucinations of Cha GVT. And the first example
reads like this. Imagine that the user asked JAGPT who invented
the telephone? And sometimes and not always hATGPT can give you this answer. The telephone was invented
by Thomas Edison in 18 76. Well, that is a
wrong answer, right? Actually, Alexander Graham
Bell invented the telephone. So ha GVT can give you factually inaccurate
answers like this. And let me quickly go through the second example and the second example reads like this. The user gives the prompt who wrote to kill
a mocking bird? And ChaGBD responded, Ernst Hemingway wrote
to kill a mocking bird. Well, the actual person who
wrote that book is Arpur Lee. So these are two examples of actual inaccuracies that
hadGPD can give you. Now let's take a look at the second type of
hallucinations, and those are the
logical inconsistencies. And as previously, I have
two examples for you, and the first example
reads like this. The user asks, Is an elephant
bigger than a mouse? Well, now Cha GPT might give
you an answer like this. Yes, an elephant is
bigger than a mouse. But after some time, Cha GPT
might say it the other way. It might state that a mouse
is larger than an elephant, and you have two different
statements by Cha GPT, which are contradicting
each other. And that is one example of
logical inconsistencies, and let's move on to
the second example. The user asks, what is the
boiling point of water, and JAGPT might say, the boiling point of water is 100 degrees Celsius
at sea level. But after some time, haGiPT might forget that
and it might say, the boiling point of water
is 120 degrees Celsius. So these are two examples of logical inconsistency
hallucinations by Cha GPT. Now let's move on to the
next type of hallucinations, and these are called
nonsensical responses. And as usual, I
have two examples, and the first example
reads like this. How do I change a car tire? Ja Gibt is giving a completely
nonsensical response, and it reads like this. To change a car tire, you must first plant a tree and wait for it to grow fully. And the second example
reads like this. The user asks, How
do I bake a bread? And you can see that ha Gibt has responded again a
nonsensical answer. To bake bread first teach
a fish how to swim, then wait for a full moon. So you can see that these are completely unrelated
nonsensical answers, and ajibit might give you
these kinds of answers. Now moving on, lastly, you have the invented information
type of hallucination. And let's take a look at the
examples to understand this. And as you can see on the
screen, the user tells, tell me about the battle of
Albania, and Jagivit answers. The battle of Albania was
a major conflict in 18 42, where the forces of King
Charles defeated the Rebels. So you can see that in brackets, I've written in history, there has never been a battle like that or a king like that. So Jagivit is inventing a new information and giving
you that information. Moving on to the second example, tell me about the famous
painter Bob Rossini, and you can see that Chad GPT has responded Bob Rossini was a renowned 17th century
Italian painter known for his
landscape masterpiece. So you can see that in
brackets I've written, there is no historically
recognized painter by this name. So these are invended
information by Cha GPT, and Cha JiPT might give you these kinds of
information occasionally. So these four things fall under the Cha JiPit
hallucinations limitation. So what can you actually do
to overcome this type of limitations where Chad GPT hallucinates? There are
two options for you. The first option fact check everything that
Chat GPT gives you. Go to Google, try to find out articles which supports
what CHAR GPD says, and do research like
that in order to confirm the veracity of the information
that Chat GBD gives you. And secondly, you have to
note that hat GBT four model is highly accurate compared
to the Chat GBD 3.5 model. So the second option
would be to upgrade your CHAT GPT plan to
the hat GPT four model. So these are the two
options that you have in order to overcome
this limitation of hat GPD now let's move on to the final
limitation of hat GPT, and the final limitation of hat GPT is of privacy concerns. So the thing about this
information is that you shouldn't give sensitive
information to hat GPT. So, for example, imagine that
you're creating a resume. Try to not give out
your name to hat GPT, try to not give out
your phone number, your email address, or your address or those kinds
of things to hat GPD. Also, try to not give out more sensitive information
such as bank account, credit card, and all
those kinds of things. And if you're working in a firm, try to not give out
sensitive information of that commitee into hat GPT. So basically, try
to not give out sensitive information
to hat GPT. So these are the three primary
limitations of hat GPT. I hope you like this
video, and by that, let me wrap up this video, and I'll be seeing you
in the next video.
3. Basic Prompting Techniques: Hi there. Welcome to another
video of this course. Now, in the world of chat GPT, there are tons and tons
of prompting techniques or ways in which you can
interact with chat GPT. And at a basic level, all those prompting techniques
or all those interaction techniques can be classified into three different
types of prompts. And that's what we
are going to take a look at in this video. We're going to take
a look at something called the basic
prompt techniques. Now, under the basic
prom techniques, you have three different types
of prompting techniques, and those are the
zero shot proms, the one short proms and
the few short proms. So let's learn what
these types of proms are in a step
by step manner. Now, as you can
see on the screen, we'll be taking a look
at zero short proms. So what are zero shot proms? These are basically just
straightforward tasks or questions that you're
giving Chat GPD to answer. So this is the basic of the most basic command prompt that we'll be taking a look at. And anyone who just
signed up into Chat GPT, just to figure out
what hat GPT is, you'll be using
this type of proms called zero short
proms unknowingly. So let's understand what zero short proms are
with a few examples. And now, as you can
see on the screen, these are few examples
of zero short proms. Basically, what you're doing over here is that you're just asking Cha GPT a
question, and that's it. If that's all you're doing, it's called a zero short prompt. And you can see that the first
example reads like this. What is the capital
of Australia? And moving on to
the second example, the second example
reads like this. What is the boiling
point of water? And finally, you have
the example of colors, list three primary colors. So what I did is that
I went to hat GPT, and you can see that I've typed out these
proms into chat GPT, and JAGBT just gave
me these responses. So this is the basic definition
of a zero short prompt. You're just typing some question or some task, and that's it. Now, if you still
didn't understand what a zero short prompt is, we'll move into the next type
of proms and in the end, we'll compare all the type
of proms and it would definitely make you understand
what zero short proms are. And by that note, let's move on to the next type
of command prompt. And the next type of basic
command prompt that we're going to take a look at
is called one shot proms. So what are these
one shot proms? Basically, these are the proms that would allow you to provide one example to guide
hat GPT's response. So over here, the basic
definition is that you're giving Chat GPT an example in order
to guide its response. And to make this point
much more clearer to you, let me give you a few examples. And as you can see
on the screen, the first example reads like this in the style of a tweet, announce a new scientific
discovery about Mars. Researchers have found
evidence of water on Mars. So over here, you're
giving Chat GPT a command prompt and you're
asking Chat GPT or you're guiding chat GPT
in order to give the response in the
style of a tweet. So you are actually guiding Chat GPT in order to respond
in a particular way. So that is the idea
of one shot prompts, you're guiding Chat GPT to respond in a particular
manner that you want. Now moving on to
the second example, the second example reads like
in a bullet point format, list the benefits of
regular exercise. Regular exercise is
beneficial for health. So over here too, you
are giving Chat GPT a guidance of wanting the response in a
bullet point format. And that's the reason
why this would fall under one shot prompts. Now moving on to
the final example, the final example
reads like this. Write a metaphor about time. Time is like a river
that flows endlessly. Now, in this spinal
example, too, you are guiding Cha GPT to give the response in a particular
manner that you want, which is in the
form of a metaphor. And that's what one shot
proms are all about. So if you're taking
the zero shot proms and the one shot proms
and comparing them, in the zero shot proms, you did not guide the AI. You just directly asked
a particular question or you just ask JAGPT to
do a particular task. But in the one shot proms, you're giving an example
and you're guiding hat GPT to give the response
in a particular manner. And now, as you can
see on the screen, I've typed these
examples into hat GPT, and these are the responses
that Chat GPT gave me. I hope you enjoyed
these responses, and I hope you will be going
into hat GPT and trying out these examples yourselves and see what Chat GPT gives you. Now, by that, let's move
on to the last type of command prompt that we'll be taking a look at in this video, and the last type
of command prompt are called the few short proms. So over here, you're actually
going a bit further into the advanced level of Chat
GPT prompt engineering. And as you can see
on the screen, in this type of command prompt, you're giving more and
more examples to chat GPT, and that would guide hat GPT into giving a response
in the way you want. Now, I'm pretty sure
that this concept of few shot proms are
not clear to you, so I'll be showing you
how to use these kinds of few shot prompts in
an effective manner. This is a kind of
advanced level prompting, and by the end of this video, you'll be learning about this interesting type of prompts. Now, as you can
see on the screen, you can use the few
short proms in order to customize your emails
in order to write a book. So I'll be showing
you one example of email customization, and it would definitely
make the idea of few short proms
clearer to you. So let us take a
look at the example. Imagine that I'm a
working professional and I have to write a
lot of emails daily. What I can do is that I can
give Chad GPT my way of writing emails and ask had GPT to learn my
style of writing. And in the end, you can ask
JA GPT to write an email just with one prompt in
your style of writing. So consider these two
emails and imagine that these two emails are the ones
that I frequently write. And if you want, you can
use more than two emails, maybe three or five emails. And what we are going
to do is that firstly, we are going to type out this command prompt into hat GPT. Let me read out the
command prompt to you, and it reads like
this. Hi chat GPT. I will copy and paste the
emails that I usually write. Learn my style of
writing and use my style to write
emails when prompted. So the IDA is basically symbol. You're asking Chat GPT
to learn your style, and whenever you prompted
to write an email, use that style to
write an email. And now, as you can
see on the screen, I've typed out this
prompt into hat GPT, and this is a response
that hat GPT gave me. Sure, I can help with that. Please go ahead and share the
emails you typically write. Once I review them,
I'll be able to mimic your style for future
email writing tasks. And by that, ha GPT is ready to take the
inputs of your email, and you can see that
I've copied and pasted the two emails that I
previously showed you, and you can see
that after copying and pasting those two
emails that I showed you, Cha GBT gave this response. Thank you for sharing
these examples. Based on these emails,
your writing style is formal, polite. And well structured.
You tend to start with a courteous greeting expressing hope for the
recipient's well being. Your requests or follow
ups are clear and direct, often referencing previous
communications for context. You also tend to emphasize your enthusiasm and readiness to provide additional
information or engage in further discussion. Lastly, you conclude with a note of gratitude
and a polite sign of I'll use this style when writing emails
for you in the future. If you have any specific
nuances or preferences in your writing style
that you would like me to incorporate,
please let me know. So if you want Chat
GPT to specifically take a particular
characteristic of your email, you can again write it down. And after doing
all these things, imagine that you want
to write an email. All you have to do
is just come to this chat and type
into Chat GPT. Ha GPT, I want an email
for so and so purposes, say for a client
who wants to know about your investment
performance and so on. So what JAGBT is going to do is that with just
that command prompt, JAD GPT is going to generate
an entire email for you. And that would definitely
take a heavy burden off you to write an email
again and again, right? So that was one of the tricks
of few shot prompting. Now, this is not
the only way you can use few shot
promptings, okay? As I mentioned, this
is just one example of email now you can use it
to write a book or do something in a particular
manner just by giving Chat GPT a lot of examples and asking Chat GPT to
learn that method. So that's a trick of
few shot prompting. And now to summarize, we took a look at zero
shot prompting, where we just directly ask hat GPT without giving
any guidance or examples. And in the one shot
prompting case, we gave hat GPT one
particular example to guide haGBT's response. And finally, in the
few short prompting, we gave more than one example, say, a couple of your emails, and you're asking ChaGBT to learn from all
those examples that you're giving it and to do a
particular task in the end. Now, since we have covered all the three different types of basic prompting techniques, I want to tell you that the few short prompts are much more better than the zero short
proms and the one short prom. And future prompts are
basically giving hat GPT more examples on how you
want the response to be. So as you give out
more examples, it's going to give you
more accurate information as compared to not
giving any examples, which is the case in the
zero shot prompt and giving only one example in
the case of one shot prompt. So try to give out more
and more examples to chat GPT in order to get
more accurate results. And that's all that
I have to tell you about the basic
prompting techniques. Let's conclude this
video right over here, and I'll be seeing you
in the next video.
4. Project DescriptIon : Hi there. Welcome to this
new video of this course. Now, as the title of
this video suggests, this is a project description
video, and in this video, I'll be showing you
what we'll be learning in this particular
section of the course. So let's dive right into this video and see what
we are going to learn. Now, to give you a
basic idea on what we'll be learning in this
particular section is this, you'll be learning how to create stunning PowerPoint
presentations in minutes. And that too by using hat GPT, and we're going to
integrate hat GPT with the Microsoft
PowerPoint application. So that's what I'm going to teach you in this
particular section, and I hope you are
really excited to learn how to create PowerPoint
presentations using hat GPD. Now, I'm pretty sure that
you might be thinking, is it possible to create PowerPoint presentations
using hat GBT? And even if that is possible, wouldn't that PowerPoint
presentation be mediocre at best?
Well, don't worry. I have a couple of
examples to demonstrate the quality of the
PowerPoint presentations that we are going
to take a look. And these presentations are actually really
visually stunning. So let's take a look
at them one by one. Now, the first PowerPoint
that I want to show you is a basic PowerPoint
on wildlife, and let's take a look at it. So now you can see
the headline wildlife and its importance. And after this, you
have the second slide, and the second slide is on
biodiversity in wildlife. And now moving on
to the third slide, you have habitats of wildlife. And after that, you have a slide called Endangered species. And moving on from this, we have a slide called
conservation efforts. And after conservation efforts, we have a slide on human
impact on wildlife. Moving on, finally, we have a slide on how to
protect wildlife. This is a very
simple PowerPoint, but it is visually
stunning, right? I'm pretty sure that you might
be thinking there is not much detail in this
PowerPoint that we just saw. Well, don't worry, I'll
be showing you how to tweak your command prompts
that you give into Chat GPT so that you get more detailed PowerPoint
presentations on a particular
topic that you want. Now moving on, let me show
you one more example of a PowerPoint and let that
example be on stock market. Let's take a look
at that PowerPoint presentation and here it goes. Now, the headline
reads stock market for beginners and introduction to investing in the stock market. The second slide is on
what is the stock market. And after that, you have
the third slide which describes how to
invest in stocks. And after that, you have a
slide on risks and rewards. And finally, you have a slide on basic strategies
for beginners. So this was the
second example of the PowerPoint on stock market. Now, I really hope you got an idea on what type
of PowerPoints you can actually create using Chat GPT and that too within minutes. And I hope that you are excited
to learn how to do this. Now, one thing that
I want to say before moving further is that
in order to create stunning and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations using
Chat GPT and PowerPoint, you actually need
a function called the Designer function in
Microsoft PowerPoint, and this designer function
is only available to the subscribers
of Microsoft 365. So if you don't
have Microsoft 365, I'm really sorry you
won't be able to create these kinds of stunning
PowerPoint presentation in minutes using Chat GPT. So from here on, I'm
assuming that you have a Microsoft
365 subscription, and only then you'll
be able to use the methods that we are going
to discuss in this course. Okay, great. Now let's move on to the crux
of this course. And in this particular course, I'll be giving you
three different methods in which you can use at GPT in order to create visually stunning
PowerPoint presentations. And now the first method
is called the VBA method, and I would say that I would
recommend using this method, even though it is
a bit longer as compared to the
other two methods that I'm going to show you. And let me walk you through the PowerPoint creation
process using the VPA method. In the VPA method, we'll
start from Chat GPT, and we'll be working on CHAT GBT in order to generate VBA codes. And after generating those
VBA codes as per our needs, what we're going to
do is we are going to directly jump into the Microsoft
PowerPoint application, and over there, we are going
to enable the VBA option. And after that, we'll be
working a bit on PowerPoint in order to run the codes that
we generated using Chat GPT. And after running those codes, you will actually
get a framework of your PowerPoint presentation. And after that, in the end, you have to actually
make your PowerPoint a bit visually appealing and visually so that's
what we'll be taking a look at in the last
video of Create the Magic. So this is the PowerPoint
creation process that we'll be taking a look
at using the VBA method. And apart from these,
we'll be taking a look at two
alternate methods too. And as I've shown on the screen, the first alternate method is called the direct
Chat GPT method. So a lot of the works
will be done on hat GPT instead of PowerPoint. And only in the end,
we'll be working a bit on PowerPoint using the
direct Chat GPT method. And in the second
alternate method called the direct
PowerPoint method, we won't be using
Chat GPT explicitly, but we'll be working on the Microsoft
PowerPoint application which already has an
integrated Chat GBT feature, so we'll be exploring
that integrated feature of Chat GPT in the direct
PowerPoint method. So these are the three
different methods in which you can create visually stunning Power
Point presentations using Chat GPT in a
couple of minutes. And I'm pretty sure you're excited to learn how to do this. So I'm not going to drag it out. Let's end this project description video
and dive right into the next video and
start our journey on creating Power
Points using Chat GPT. I'll see you in the next video.
5. Prompting For VBA Codes in ChatGPT: Hi there. Welcome back to
another video of this course. Now, as I mentioned in
the previous video, for the PowerPoint creation
process using the VBA method, these are the steps that
I've shown on the screen. And in this particular video, we'll be taking a look
at the very first step, and that is to generate the
VBA codes using hat GPD. So it's over here where we'll be actually working on hat GPT, and we'll be creating
our proms in such a way that we get our VBA
quotes perfectly. Now, before diving into
the chat GPT part, I'm pretty sure you might
be thinking, what is VBA? Well, let me show you
the definition of what a VBA is in the PowerPoint. And as I've shown on the screen, VBA or the visual basic
for application in PowerPoint is a
programming language that allows you to
automate tasks, create custom functions, and enhance presentations
by writing macro. It extends PowerPoint's
capabilities by enabling users to
manipulate slides, shapes, animations
and other elements. And now I'm pretty
sure that you didn't understand a single
word that I read. And the reason for
that partly is because VBA is advanced PowerPoint
presentation function. And for this course,
you actually need to know only one
thing about VBA. And that thing is
VBA is basically a programming language just like you are coding in Python, as well as CplusPlus. It is also a
programming language that you can use in PowerPoint, MSXL and all those
kinds of places. So that's just what
you have to take away. VBA is basically coding. Well, now you might be
thinking you don't know how to code or you don't have any
kind of coding experience. Well, don't worry.
You don't need any kind of coding
experience because we are going to use hat GPT in order to generate
those codes. So that's what we are going to take a look at in this video. And after taking those
codes from hat GPT, we'll be running it in
the visual basic for applications in
PowerPoint. Okay, great. Now there are actually
three different ways in which I can think of that you can generate
VBA codes using hat GPT. And the first method is
called unguided prompt. And let me show you
the command prompt that I'm going to give hat GPT. And as I've shown on the
screen, the prompt reads, Hi, I want to create a
presentation on wildlife. Give me the VBA codes for it. The PowerPoint should
contain seven slides. So this is all that I'm
going to put into Chat GPT, and what Cha GBT is going to do is that it's
going to give me the VBA codes for a PowerPoint
presentation on wildlife, and it will contain
seven slides. And if you want
more slides, say, ten slides or 20 slides, you can adjust your
prompt accordingly and ask Cha GBT to
give you more slides. So let me take this
comment prompt and copy and paste in
Chat GPT and run and you can see that I've
asked JET GBT to give me VBA codes on a
PowerPoint on Wildlife, and it should contain
seven slides, and you can see that hat GBT has directly given me the VBA codes. So this is a very
basic prompt to generate VBA codes
using hat GBT. And let me also show
you the other two types of prompts that you can use Ask JATGPT to give you the
VBA codes for PowerPoint. Now, the second prompt that
we're going to take a look at in this video
is called guided P and let's take a
look at that prompt. And as I've shown on the screen, this is the prompt and let
me read it out for you. Hi. I want to create a PowerPoint presentation
on Wildlife. The PowerPoint should
contain seven slides. Here are the contents
for each slide. Slide one is just a
title slide on Wildlife. Slide two is a slide on
biodiversity in wildlife. The third slide is on
habitats of wildlife. The fourth slide is on
endangered species. The fifth slide is on
conservation efforts. In each slide, I only want a short description which are organized in two to
three bullet points. Give me the VBA
codes for this PPT. So over here, you can see that I am actually guiding hat GPT with the contents that I want on each slide of my
PowerPoint presentation. And that is the reason why I call this guided
prompt because you are guiding hat GPT with the information that
you want on each slide. Now when we are comparing
the guided prompt with the unguided prompt
that we just saw, you can see that in the
unguided prompt part, you are not giving any
information to JA GPT. You are just asking HA GPT
to give you the codes, and HAGPT is the
one who's going to think of what should
be on each slide. So over here, you
have more control on what you want on each slide. And as I've shown on the screen, I copied and pasted
the prompt on hat GPT, and you can see that hat
GPT would obviously give you the VBA codes
as I've prompted. So these are the first
two ways in which you can generate VBA codes
using Chat GPT, either by guiding hat GPT on
what you want on each slide, or you can just
directly ask hat GPT. Without any guidance, give
me the PowerPoint VBA codes. Now, there is also one more
way in which you can actually ask JA GPT to give
you the VBA codes. And I would call this method
the conversational prompt. So let's take a
look at the prompt. And as I've shown on the screen, in the beginning,
you're asking hat GPT. Hi, I want to create a
presentation on wildlife. Can you give me an outline for the presentation
on the topic? So over here, you're
just asking HAD GPT to give you
ideas for slides. And after that, you
don't end over there. You keep on following up, and you keep on conversing with HATGPT and only at the end, you ask JADGPT to give
you the VBA quotes. So let me show you how this
conversational prompt works. And as I've shown on the screen, I've asked JATGPTh I want a
presentation on Wildlife, give me an outline on the
presentation of topics. So you can see that CHA GPT
has given me the title name. What should be on Slide one? What should be on slide two, What should be on slide
three, and so on. So Chat GPT is having
the information, and Chat GPT is giving you
the outline as it desires. And after CHAT GPT
gave me this outline, what I'm going to do is
I'm going to keep on continuing the conversation
with CHAT GPT. So what I did was I selected the first slide and
I replied to it, and I asked Chat GPT, Can you expand and give me the things to write
on the first slide? So you can see Chat GPT again, gave me an expanded view on what to write or what to
give on the first slide. And after that, you can see that I've continued the conversation, and I've asked Chat GPT do the
same for the second slide. Now, after doing the same
for the second slide, I've also asked JAGPT to do
the same for the third slide. So I'm only going to do for
the first three slides. I do not want to waste
the time by showing you the same thing again
for the fourth slide, the fifth slide, and so on. But the bottom line is
this ask individually for each slide and Chat GPT is going to give you
all the information. And after that, you can see, at the end, I'm asking Chat GPT. Now, give me the VBA codes for these three slides with all the details that
you have listed. So you can see that
Chat GPT is going to analyze all the information
that it gave me, and it's going to
create a VBA code for the Power Point presentation based on those information
and for those three slides. So that's what the
conversational prompt is, and you'll be using the
conversational slide when you don't have the information or
the content for each slide, and you're asking Chat GPT to
generate the content by its and in the end, you are
asking for the VBA codes. Now, there's actually
a bit drawback on conversational prompt, and I did mention about
the limitations of Chat GPT in one of
the previous videos, and the limitation was
called hallucinations. And you can see that I've
written a specific example. What happened was
I asked Chat GPT to give me ideas
for YouTube videos, and you can see that
when I brainstormed, CHAT GPT gave me an idea on a satellite that Rome
sent to the space. After getting the idea,
I actually prompted had GPT to give me the script
for the shorts video. And after getting the script, what I did was I
created the video and I was about to post
that particular video. And after all this
video creation process, I simply went into Google and checked about the Telstar One. And you can see that in reality, Telstar one is actually a communication
satellite that was launched by NASA in 1962. The Vatican actually
send a rocket in 2023, but it wasn't named Telstar
One or something like that. But the thing that I'm
trying to tell is this, whenever Chat GPT gives
you an information, make sure that you
verify it and you cross check and confirm that it is
an authentic information, and only then proceed to create the PowerPoint presentation or any other thing that you're
doing using hat GPT. So that's all about
the first step of generating VBA codes
using hat GPT. And we did take a look at
three different methods, the guided prompt,
the unguided prompt, and finally, the conversational I hope you got an idea
on generating VBA codes. Let's conclude this
video over here. We'll be moving further into the PowerPoint creation process, and we'll be taking
a look at enabling VBA in PowerPoint
in the next video. So I'll be seeing
you over there.
6. How To Enable VBA?: Hi, there. Welcome back to
another video of this course. Now, so far in this
PowerPoint creation process, we saw how to use hat
GPT in order to generate VBA codes that we'll be using in order to create the PowerPoint presentation that we desire. And as of now, in this process
of PowerPoint creation, the chat GPT part is over. And now let's move on
to the PowerPoint part. And in this particular video, I'll be showing
you how to enable VBA or the visual basic
application in PowerPoint. Now, one thing that you have
to note over here is that the VBA function comes
under the developer tab. So in Microsoft
PowerPoint presentation, what we are basically going
to do in this video is to enable that developer tab if it isn't already
enabled for you. So let's take a look
at how to enable that developer tab on your
PowerPoint presentation. Now as I've shown on the screen, when you open your
PowerPoint presentation, this is how a blank slide or blank presentation
looks like. Now, what you have to do
is that you have to go to the top left hand corner and you have to click
on the File tab. Now, over here at the
bottom left hand corner, you'll be having an
option called options. So you can see that
there are two things at the bottom, left hand corner. One is account and options. So you have to click on Options and when you click on Options, a dialogue box
appears like this. And in this dialogue box, you can see a lot of options
like general proofing, save language, accessibility, advanced custom
ribbons, and so on. So what you have to do over
here is that you have to go to the customized
ribbon option. So when you click on that
customized Ribbon option, this is what appears
on the screen. Now in the customized Ruben, all you have to do is you
have to go to the marked area with the circle and you
have that developer option. You have to check that box
and you have to click Okay. Only then that
developer box will appear on your
PowerPoint presentation. So let me check it and
let me click Okay. And as you can see on the
screen, once you check it, and when you click Okay,
this developer option appears at the top of your
PowerPoint presentation. So this is something that you actually need in order to run the codes that we previously
created using Chat GPT. And for now, that's
all you need to know on how to enable
the developer tab. And this developer tab
actually contains the VBA or the visual basic
application where we'll be copying and pasting our
codes in order to run them. So for now, let's
take a short break and we'll be continuing
in the next video.
7. Working on PowerPoint: Hi there. Welcome back to
another video of this course. Now, in the previous video, we learned how to enable
the developers tab, and it is in this
developer's tab that we have a function called the VBA or the Visual Basic application. And it is by using only this
VBA function that we can run the codes that we generated in the very beginning of this
course using Chat GPD. And that's what we'll be doing
in this particular video. We'll be working on the
PowerPoint presentation part by trying to run the codes that we generated in the
very beginning. So let's dive into this video
and see how this is done. Now, the very first
step is pretty obvious. You have to go to Chat GPT, and you have to
copy the VBA codes that we generated in the
beginning of this course. Now, after copying
these VBA codes on the presentation that I
created regarding wildlife, I'm going to open a new fresh PowerPoint
presentation slide, and you can see that
it is pretty empty. And now what we're
going to do is that we are going to click on that developer tab that we
enabled in the previous video. So after clicking on
that developer tab, you have an option right at the beginning called
visual basic. So what you have to do
is that you have to click on that Visual Basic. So when I click that
Visual Basic icon, what I've shown on
the screen appears. So this is what we want that VB or the Visual Basic
application to open. Now, before continuing further, I want to give you a
shortcut instead of going to the Developer tab and
clicking on Visual Basic. You can simply click
Alt plus Fleve and the Visual Basic
window would pop up, and this is the shortcut
that I want to give you. So after opening the VBA box, either by clicking
on Alt Fleven or going to the developers tab and clicking the Visual Basic, what you have to do is
that you have to go to the Insert tab that I've
shown on the screen, and you have to click
on Module icon. And after clicking
on Module icon, what I've shown on
the screen appears. So what we're going
to do is that we are basically going to copy the codes that we generated in the beginning of
this course over and let me do that for you. And by clicking on copy paste, you can see that I've copied and pasted the entire codes
that we have generated. Now, after copying and
pasting these codes, the next step is to
run these codes. And as I've shown on the screen, by clicking on that icon
that I've pointed to, you'll be able to
run these codes. And after clicking
on the run icon, the codes run, and you can see that something
like this pops up. And it reads presentation
created successfully. So this basically means that our codes were run successfully, and they have created
a presentation based on those codes for us. So now let me go and click Okay over here, and after that, I'll be closing
those VBA icon and going directly to the
PowerPoint presentation part. And you can see that
by running the codes, this is what we have done. You can see the presentation
wildlife and its importance, and introduction to wildlife
and its role in ecosystems. And you can see in
the right panel, you have created around
seven slides because we asked JA GPT to give quotes
only for seven slides. This is basically what you get after running those VBA codes, but this doesn't look like a PowerPoint presentation
in its entirety, right? So what we have to do is that
we have to add a couple of designs and touch it up and make this presentation
more beautiful. And that's what we'll
be taking a look at. In the next video, we'll be taking a look at how to create the magic and make the entire
PowerPoint presentation. For now, let's take
a short break, and I'll be seeing you
in the next video.
8. Create the Magic : Hi there. Welcome back to
another video of this course. Now, let's start this video from where we left off in
the previous video. And as I've shown on the screen, this is where we left off
in the previous video. We used hat GPT to
give us VBA codes, and we took those VBA codes and ran it in the
PowerPoint presentation. And this is the plain framework that we got after
running the codes. So after getting this framework of PowerPoint presentation, what do I do next? So that's what we'll be taking
a look at in this video. We'll be creating that
magic and we'll be completing our PowerPoint
presentation on wildlife. Now, in order to
create that magic, we have an option called the Designer tab in
PowerPoint presentation. So there are two different
ways in which you can access this designer
tab in the PowerPoint, and I've shown both the
ways on the screen. The first way is to
go to the Home tab, and at the far right end, you can see a designer option. And if you don't find
that designer icon in the home tab, don't worry. Try to go to the Design tab, and at the far right end, you'll be able to see
that designer icon. So these are the
two different ways in which you can access the designer tab
either by going to the Home tab or by going
to the Design tab. Now, one thing that I
want to stress on again, which I previously
mentioned was this, and that is the designer
tab is only available to the people who are subscribed
to the Microsoft 365. And if you're not subscribed to the Microsoft 365,
I'm really sorry, then you cannot use the
designer tab and you cannot create PowerPoint
presentations using VBA codes. And by keeping this point in
your mind and by assuming that you have the designer
tab, let's move further. And as I've shown on the screen, I'll be clicking on
that designer icon. And after clicking on
that designer icon, based on the text on my particular slide that we have created by
running the VBA codes, the AI of Power Point
is going to give you tons and tons of
design suggestions. So that is what the
designer tab is based on what you've written
on a particular slide, the AI is going to give you
suggestions of designs. So let me go ahead and take
a design that I liked. And as I've shown on the screen, I've chosen a particular
design that I liked. And one thing that you have
to note over here is that this particular design is
only for the first slide. So that is how the
designer tab works. It only works for
individual slides. So now what you have to do
is that you have to go to the second slide and you have to click on that
designer tab again, and it's going to suggest
to you some designs, and you have to choose
the design that you like. So that's all you have
to do. You have to go individually to each and every slide and choose the designer tab and choose
the designs that you like. As I've shown on the
screen, I went to each of the seven slides that we have created using the VBA codes, and I chose some
designs that I liked, and that's all that
you have to do. Your PowerPoint presentation
is actually complete. Now one obvious thing
that I want to note is that if you don't like what
is written on the screen, you can actually edit it. So as I've shown on the screen, imagine that I didn't like
the subtitle that says An Introduction to wildlife and its role in the ecosystem. I want a bit more description
and information over there. So what I'm going to do is
that I'm going to edit it, and I'm going to write down
what I want over there. And as I've shown on the
screen, I've edited it, and you can see
it reads wildlife refers to all living
organisms, including animals, birds, insects, and plants that exist naturally in forests, oceans, grasslands,
and other habitats, and the sentence goes on. But the bottom line is this, if you don't like the design or if you don't like the image, or if you don't
like the wordings, you can actually go
over here and you can edit it according
to what you want. So that's all about creating PowerPoint presentations
using Chat GPT. You started from the VBA codes, you copied and pasted it, you ran the VBA codes, you added the design, and your PowerPoint
presentation is complete. Now let's take a look at the PowerPoint presentation that we created based on wildlife. So I hope you like
the presentation that we created
regarding wildlife. Now let me show you two more PowerPoint
presentations that I created using this
method of VBA codes, and it can give you an
idea on what kind of PowerPoints that you can
create using this method. So let me show you those
PowerPoint presentations, and the first PowerPoint
presentation is based on stress. So let me show you
the PowerPoint that I created on stress,
and here it goes. I hope you like that
PowerPoint on stress. Let me show you one more PowerPoint
presentation on swimming, and after that, we'll be
concluding this video. So let's take a look
at that PowerPoint on the sport swimming
and here it goes. I So this is a very simplistic
PowerPoint presentation that we created using VBA codes. I hope you really liked it. And by that, let's
conclude this video, and I'll be seeing you
in the next video.
9. Alternative Method I - Direct ChatGPT : Hi, there. Welcome back to
another video of this course. Now in the previous videos, we saw how to create a PowerPoint
presentation right from the scratch using VBA codes that we generate using chat GBT. Now, we are done with that
technique of VBA codes. In this current video
and in the next video, we'll be taking a look at two different alternate
methods in which you can create
PowerPoint presentations without the VBA codes. And these two methods are
going to be easier as compared to the VBA method
that we looked so far. And one thing that I
would suggest to you that always try to
use the VBA technique because you get really stunning
PowerPoint presentations when you use the VBA technique, and that's always going
to be my recommended way to create a PowerPoint
presentation using chat GBT. But just so that you
know that there are two easier methods to create PowerPoint presentations
using chat GBT, I'll be giving you
these two videos. So let's dive right into
this video and take a look at the first alternate
method in which you can create PowerPoint
presentations using chat GBT in a similar manner.
So the first things first. What I'm going to do is
that I'm going to hat GPT, and I'm going to give it this prompt where I'm
asking Chat GPT to give me the PowerPoint presentation directly instead of
giving me the VBA codes. So let me read out the
prompt for you quickly, and the prompt reads like this. Hi, I want to create a PowerPoint presentation
on Wildlife. The PowerPoint should
contain seven slides. Here are the contents
for each slide. Slide one is just a
title slide on wildlife. Slide two is a slide on
biodiversity in Wildlife. The third slide is on
habitats of wildlife. The fourth slide is on
endangered species. The fifth slide is on
conservation efforts. In each slide, I only
want a short description, which are organized in two
to three bullet points. So this is my prompt,
and if you're asking me, how is this prompt
different from the previous prompt that I
used in the previous videos? Well, over here, I'm not asking Chat GPT to give
me the VBA codes. Instead, I'm asking
Chat GPT to give me the PowerPoint
presentation directly. So I'm sure that you're a bit
confused, but don't worry, let me copy and paste
this in Chat GPT, and you'll be able
to see the results. And as you can see
on the screen, when I copied and pasted this particular
prom on Chat GPT, it gave me a response,
and it says, I have created the
PowerPoint presentation on Wildlife as per
your requirements. You can download it
using the link below. So what's going to happen
is that when I click on that link that
Chat GPD gave me, I'll be able to download a PowerPoint
presentation directly. So that's actually a pretty
huge shortcut as compared to the VBA method where you
have to ask the VBA codes. You have to enable the VBA, you have to copy
and paste the VBA, you have to run the VBA and all those kinds
of things, right. So over here, you are directly getting the PowerPoint
presentation or the framework of the PowerPoint presentation
that you want, and Chat GBT is
giving us directly, and we'll be downloading it. And as you can see
on the screen, when I downloaded that file that Chat GPT gave me,
this is what I got. And over here, what I would say that I find a bit annoying is that whenever you download a PowerPoint directly
from Chat GPT, the dimensions of
each PowerPoint is in the shape of a square. But usually when I make my
own PowerPoint presentations, I like it in the
rectangle format. And if you're someone
like me who doesn't like the square format and you
want the rectangle format, there's an option to change it. So what we're going to
do is we are going to go to the Design tab at the top, and after clicking
on the Design tab in the far right end, you have an option
called slide size. So what you have to do is
you have to change it from the standard four to three ratio to the wide screen
16 to nine ratio. Only then you'll be getting that white rectangle format that you usually use to create
PowerPoint presentation. So this is just something that you have to do if you don't like the format in which Tat
GPT gives you the slides. Now, after we have
converted our slides into the ratio of 16 to nine
wide screen ratio, we are going back
to the old step, and that old step is to go to the designer tab at the
top right hand corner. And after clicking on
that designer tab, as I've shown in the
previous videos, you have to select your
design for each slide, and then you'll be completing your PowerPoint presentation. So now let me show you the
PowerPoint presentation that I created using this
alternative method. And that was the Power Point presentation that
I created using this alternate method
of downloading the PowerPoint directly
from Chat GPT. So I hope you really like
this alternative easy method. Now, let's conclude this video, and I'll be seeing you in the next video with
another method. I'll be seeing you over there.
10. Alternate II - Direct PPT : There, welcome back to
another video of this course. Now, in this video, we're
going to take a look at the second alternate
method in which we can use hat GPT in order to create stunning
PowerPoint presentations. Now, one thing that you have to note over years that you don't actually have to use
hat GPT separately. The Microsoft PowerPoint
presentation application does have a function
called Chat GPT, and when you click that option, you'll be asked to
give a command prompt. So you can prompt that
hat GPT function in PowerPoint presentation to give you particular slides
that you want. And that's what we'll be taking
a look at in this video. So let's dive right ahead
and see how this is done. Now the first obvious
step over here is to open the
Microsoft application, and you can see I've opened
a blank slide on my screen. Now after opening the
blank slide under the home tab at the
top right hand corner, you have an option called
Chat GPT Power Point. So what I'm going to do is I'm going to go
over there and I'm going to click on that
Chat GBT PowerPoint AI. So when I click over
there, it actually asked me to sign into my
Microsoft account. So only if you sign in, you'll be able to
avail this option of Chat GPT PowerPoint directly. Now, after signing in, you'll be having four
different options to create a PowerPoint
presentation using hat GBT. And what I would say is that all these four different
options are almost similar. In the first step of
Create from a topic, you have to give
hat GPT a prompt regarding a particular topic that you want the PowerPoint on. Now, if you're moving
on to the third option of Create from YouTube, it basically asks you to take a link from YouTube and copy
and paste it over here. And what the AI is going to
do after you copy and paste a YouTube video link is that it's going to process
that YouTube video, and it's going to gather all the information
and it's going to create a PowerPoint
presentation based on that information. So that is what the create
from YouTube option is, you just have to copy
and paste a link. And finally, you have an
option of Create From file. So when you use the option
of Create From file, you're basically uploading a PDF or other type of Word files. And what the AI is
going to do is that it's going to analyze the
data that's been given. So it's going to analyze the PDF file or the Word file that you give and based on the text
in that particular file, it is going to create
the PowerPoint presentation that you want. So these are the
different options under the Chat GBT for
PowerPoint function. And in order to show
you how these work, I'll be only focusing
on Create from topic and the last option
of Create From file. The rest two options
are plain and simple. You can actually walk yourself through it by
just clicking on it, and you'll be able to
understand how it works. So let's take a look
at the first and the last option and see
how these two work. The first option is
create from topic. So when I kick on that
option of Create from topic, this is what appears
on the screen. Now, over here at the top, you have an option of
adding a topic or a prompt, so you can give out
a prompt over here asking for slide shows based
on a particular topic. And Chat GPT is
going to process it, and it's going to give
you that slide show based on the topic you give. Let me walk you through
other couple of options which are
self explanatory. And the second
option on the screen is a presentation language. So you can see that the
presentation language that I choose is English. You can also set the
number of slides. So I've set the number
of slides to seven, and you can also choose advanced options such as
the type of contents. Do you want the conant to be detailed or do you want
the content to be short? And in the end, in your
PowerPoint presentation, where do you want
the image from? So there are thousands of
stock image sides out there, and I'll be choosing Unsplash. So all the images that
I'm going to get for my particular slide
show is going to come from the site
called Unsplash. Now what I'm going to do
is I'm just going to write a prompt and I won't be
using the advanced options. So you can see that this is the prompt that I gave
it and the prompt reads a PowerPoint with seven slides on the
sport football. So that's the topic I want
my presentation to be on, and that is on the
sport football. Now, what I'm going to do is I'm going to click on Continue. And after clicking on Continue, you can see that Chad
GPT processes the topic, and it's going to give you
a headline or the title, and it's going to give you other contents or the other table of condoms that your presentation or your slideshow will contain. Now, what I'm going to
do now is I'm going to go ahead and
click on Continue. Now, after clicking on Continue, you have an option
called pick a template. So over here, actually, you have a limited
number of templates. So this is something
that I would say is a drawback of this
method using Chat GPT, which is already
installed in PowerPoint. So ignoring this limitation of limited number of
PowerPoint templates, what I'm going to
do is I'm going to choose a PowerPoint
template that I like, so I'll be using the
second template. And after choosing
the second template, your PowerPoint is done, and let me show you what I get after choosing my template. And as I've shown on the screen, this is what I get after choosing the template
that I want. So you can see that
this is the headline, football, the global sport. And you can see
on the left side, I have around seven slides for this particular
presentation. Now, one thing that I did notice is that only for
the first slide, I think that the image is
not related to football. It is related to workout and
all those kinds of things, but it is not actually closely related to
football, right? So what I want is I
actually want the image of a football or a football
stadium on the very first. And I want to change
this particular image that I've shown on the screen. So that's what I'm
going to show you now. If you don't like a
particular image, I'll be showing you
how to change it. So the obvious first
step is that you go and click on that
particular image. And after clicking on
that particular image, give it a right
click on your mouse. And after giving a right
click on your mouse, you'll be having a lot of options that I've
shown on the screen, and the option
that I'm searching for is called Change picture. So go over there and
click on Change Picture. So, when you click
on Change picture, you have a couple of
other options, too, and you have options like from this device, from stock images, from online sources, from icons, from clipboard, and so on. So what I'm going
to do is I want the option of F stock images. So I'm going to click
on From Stock Images. And as I've shown on the screen, a dial up box called
Stock Images Pops up, and you can see a variety
of stock images over here. And what I'm actually going
to do is I'm going to go and search the term Footb as
I've shown on the screen, when I search football, a couple of images related
to football has popped up, and I'm actually going to
select a picture that I like. And after selecting the picture, as I've shown on the screen, you can see that
the image has been replaced with a new
image of a football. So that is how you change an
image and replace it with a stock image if you don't
like that particular image. Now, since we have created the PowerPoint
presentation on football, let us take a look at
it, and here it goes. So it was a pretty decent
PowerPoint presentation slide on football, right? Okay, great. Now let's move on and take
a look at the last option of Create from a file
and see how that works. So what I'm going to do is
that I have a file called Deal Desk Analyst
Job Description. So it is a job description for a particular role in
a particular company. So usually what HRs
want would be they have a job description in
the form of a PDF file, but they want to create a
PowerPoint presentation and show it to
potential job seekers. So in that particular
imaginary situation, what I'm going to
do is I'm going to upload my PDF job
description file. And you have other
options such as presentation language and
maximum number of slides, and I've given the maximum

is an advanced option also, and it's the same

going to click on Continue. And after clicking on Continue, the AI actually processes my PDF file and you

is I'm going to click on the first template that
you see on the screen. And after clicking on
the first template, it's going to start processing, and it's going to start creating the slides automatically. And as I've shown
you on the screen, this is the PowerPoint

be trying it out. Just try and experiment

be helpful for you. And by that, let's
conclude this video on the second alternate method of creating PowerPoint
using Chat GPT.
