1. 01 Introduction: Hey guys, Istmian. Thank you so much for
picking up this course. This course is all
designed to help you create in your
own unique way. We cover not just the ins and
the hearts of caligrating. Also to give you a peek into the business side of filmmaking. That's why we call it 0-0
It's a joint designed to make you a pro from the basis of caligrating to understand the business side of filmmaking.
2. 02 Davinci Resolve Overview: All right, this course is
not designed for beginners. However, I'm going to show you a couple of things in the vines also that you'll be able to
learn quick and follow along. The Vin is quite different
from other software like Premier Pro Alpha and Cut
here, we use the notes. If you all done out, you're going to create a
multiple nodes. If you move this one right
here and then you all shift S, you're going to
create it before. If you want to add something
onto that, it's up to you. And then we have a media
pull have a media pool, we have our footage
and all that. We're going to bring that
down. So this is our clip. If you want to see,
let's say you've done with this one and you
want to move to the next clip, you're just going to
click right here. And then you're going
to change the clip. Down here we have a color, well, let me just show
you something quick. If we have to bring our shadows and we're going to bring down light and then we're going to add some contrast into that. And then we're also going
to add some saturation. This is where we're
going to go if you want to preview
before and after, there's two ways that I'm
going to show, right? So if you click on
this magic button, you have the before and
after. Before and after. And there's another way, if
you control, there you go. If you want to reset the nodes, you're going to
click, click, reset. You want to remove
all the notes. You're just going
to click down here. And then you're going
to remove all the note. All right, here you have the
curves and, and situations. You have the color per, this is an amazing
feature, just crap. You're going to create
some cool colors. We're going to bring
that down. Then you have the qualifier.
This is the qualifier. Let's say you want to select the specific skin tone
and you're going to try to fix that up so you can only stay the
skin tone and all that. We're going to re, if
you click right chair, you're going to reset
the whole thing. Then you have the mask. If you go to create,
let's create a mask around here.
There you go. To preview that, you
need to click this part, right chair, the eye light here. You can actually move and see it goes. You can click
it to remove it. Also, you can also go here. And just to bring that out
then if you're on a track, let's say you have your
mask, the track it, whenever the footage move, it stays as this is the magic mass that just came out recently,
really amazing. You have your sharpness,
you have your blur, a lot of stuff happening
in the inches up. This is where you have
your color wheel, you have your primaries, you have your log
and all that, so on. So guys, we're going to
cover this as we begin to work with the
colbrating on this side. You have your Pred RGB, this is where you see
your red channels. You have red, you have the red channel,
green and the blue. So if, for instance, I come
out and increase my gain, you see what is happening in
bringing my green channel. This is what we're getting
just by playing with this, you can really create
some cool stuff. All right, we're
going to reset that. And then we're going
to go back to the P, to the editing page to
show you something. All right, now you
can see this is the footage that we
have in the color page. You have the media pool,
you have your timeline, you have your preview
and all that. It is the same as
Premier P or Final Cut.
3. 03 Analyse the footage for color grading: Analyzing the footage
for caligraphy. What you need to understand is, before you dive into creating anything you need to
ask your clients, what is it that they
are looking into? Is it a commercial video? Is it a chaff? Is it an intro? I'm going to give you a few tips on understanding
our colors work. Right now, I'm checking
all the images right now and if we have to take a
look at our color harmony, the complimentary,
this is a color wall. I'm sure you guys, pretty much, you're going to
learn a lot today. So if you just have a look at the color wall that we're
checking right now, you can really see what
is happening here, right? So if I have to just click
right on this color, you can see we have
it right here. This is the color that
you have. And then we have also as its face down, so from bright and it goes down, it goes down from
somewhere around here. So this is what you
guys need to know. If you're going to just
create amazing colors, this grading, it's
for a short film. If we click right here, you can see we have a little bit of lights coming from the back, is not sort of that too much. And also if we click down here, we can see that we have
this color right here. All this is a
complementary color. That's where you can see the
image is really popping up. Guys, having a good
understanding of how to use the color work can really help
you to save a lot of time. Don't just get into divinses off and you begin to grade anything
that you have in mind. I'm going to show
you another example. I'm going to show
you another example. So I'm going to just bring that down just by looking at it, you can tell this is
a commercial look. We're going to use
split complementary. We're going to try to just
analyze how this was a graded. Once you click on the
split complementary, you're going to have
to come on the custom, you're going to have just
look at the skin tone. Just by looking at that, you
can tell the skin tone was. Just pick somewhere here. This is the area where
we have a skin tone some way down just to bring it because we're
going to have it here. We also have the bed ground. You're going to just bring it. This is the begun. This is the closest wording
somewhere here. All right. Pink. Yeah, You're
also going to bring this. Yeah. And the we
don't need them is going to bring them on
one place. All right. Just by creating this, you can already say this split complementary car that was used to
create this look, going to bring it guys. You need to find out
for the information from your client or the crew
that you're working with, what is it that
they're looking into? This will set you ahead, not to waste time because
people don't want to work with someone because you feel like you
can do anything, you can grey, you jump out and you begin to do whatever you feel like
it's good for you. You need to find out what is good for the project
you're working on. We're going to do just
one last example. This one is a short film. This one is short film. Guys, I really need
you guys to pay attention to what I'm
going to share right now. We're going to find out why is it that they use like guys. All right. I'm going to bring
all this note down now. They're not really paying
attention to the skin, to you can see we
have a little bit of blue colors in the shadows. If I had to go
somewhere around here, if I have to go
somewhere around here, what is happening right now, it's from, from dark to bright. This is the line
that you can see. It's from dark to bright. There's a blue color in
all the grading guys. Just by knowing how to
use the color wall, don't just grade anyhow, find a way to be the best version of yourself
using the color wall, you're going to create
an amazing look from the shadows up. This is a light that we
have somewhere around here. It starts from here
and it goes down. And then this side, it's
also complementary. This side is where we have
a skin tone, for instance, if I have to zoom in there, we can see we have a little
bit of warm in there. You can already tell
this is the technique they use to galacrate
this video. All we're going to jump into the Ss and we're going
to create our face look.
4. 04 Nodes + Color Correction: All right, let's begin building
our color curation notes. So before we do that, we need
to convert our footage to X seven because this was shut
on the son in log three. Info that I'm going to
put is the one that I use for the input game. I'm going to put three
because this was shut on log three and the
output color space I'm going to use Reg 79. The reason no why we
choose X seven because most of our devices
use Rex seven I. So if you want to have a good accurate colors whenever people watch videos on Youtube or
four cell phones, computers. So you better use Rex
seven. I. All right. So now we have convert
our footage to seven, so we're going to call
it this color space. So this is our color
space transform. And then now we're
going to build our three for corrections. Before you begin coloring there, a couple of things
you need to do now. We're going to build our
three for calicorations. All right, Let me
just change the clip. If you want to change the clip, I'm just going to
bring all this down. So I want to use this one as
you know that we're trying, we're trying to create a
commercial looks, right? So I'm going to bring all
the information that I had on this clip right here and we're going
to bring this down. And we're going to
close our notes. Now we're going to
do our calc, right? We're going to
build a few notes. I'm going to call it C, this
is our CC and then this is our exposure and we
also had a contrast. All right, so by
checking out the parade, which give us the RGB, the red, the green, and
the blue, this channel. And this is the mixer of the color that we're
seeing right now. If you're bringing
down the blue channel, you see what is happening, right? So I'm going
to reset that. We're going to come
back to our system, which is for our calcoration. I'm going to click right.
We can just bring it out and begin to see
what is happening. So we're going to go to parade. Right? And I'm going to
choose On. All right. Just by having a
look at the parade, you can see that
the blue channel, it's going a little bit up. So we just need to make sure
that everything is even. We're going to come
on the gain guys, I want to show you
something real quick. When you see lift, it's
shadows When you see Gama's tone and
when you see gain, it's yet to see. It's yes. If you want
to see all this, you need to click
on the on the log. Well, this is a perfect example of whatever that
you're working on. This, maybe sometimes you might not be able to
understand what is the lift, what is the game,
what is the gain. Just by coming on the log wheel, you have a good understanding of what you're dealing with. The offset is actually
the part of all of this, so the offset can do much more. All right, so we're
going to go on a CC note which is
for our calibration. So we're going to bring
the blue challenges down a little bit and we're also checking out the shadows sometimes they don't have
to be really accurate, it just depends on how
you want to look to be. So we're going to bring
blue channel down because I don't want
to have that blue. It's not really good. So this is before and after. Before and after. We're also going to bring the green
down a little bit. Also going to bring the
red channel as well. We're going to also just play a little bit of the
blue channel as well. Right? I feel like
we're good to go. So now we have a C, which is our caligoration're. Going to bring this down,
store chicken, a parade. And then we're going
to do our exposure just by looking at the parade. So you need to keep in mind that whenever you're
doing calibrating, this has to be your
guy for now, right? This is the shadows and this
is the highlight, right? So we're going to
come on the exposure, we're going to bring down, we're going to increase
it a little bit up. And then we're going to
come on the shadows, which is a lift. We're going to bring it down
just somewhere around here. And then you're just
going to bring it down. Bring it up a bit. All right, we got to go, then we're
going to go on a contrast. Right guys, there's a lot
of way you can do a lot, but there quite a few ways you can do contrast in the inches. Either way you can do the cave, just bring the cave and
you bring out your curve. But since we have exposure and everything set up so we don't need to use the scare for now, we're just going to come right. We're going to add a bit
of contrast in there. We're going to
come on the pivot, trying to bring
that a little bit. All right, let's see.
Before and after, maybe we can come on the yelight to just bring down
the a little bit. All right? Because we have a
lot of white stuff in here. Stuffing, this is good.
5. 05 Nodes + Color Grading P02: Now we have all the information
that we needed to have so that we can begin to
do our color grading. Now we're going to
create a few notes, and this one I'm
going to call it. Before we do that, we're
going to hold an art, plus we're going to
create a layer notes. I'm going to call the skin tone, we call it the skin tone. Since you have your C, which is your calcorations, you have your saturation,
you have your contrast, and everything is wall set. If you come on the
color preset and then you go for red and then
you click on the hyhlights. Just double check, qualify. You can see that we
have a good skin tone which it's very precise. Now we can just
play the settings and see what we can fix. We don't want to have
anything black in there. Just going to bring it down. Go to the black. Yeah, I clean
up the blacks. All right. I want to clean up the
folds a little bit. All right. We to go There's one thing that I want
to show you guys. Let's say you don't
want to see any of these thing that you
want to cut off from, you qualify and all that. What you need to do, you need to come on your mask, right? Let's say if you create
a mask somewhere around here create a mask. This is what's going to happen.
What you're going to need to do is you're going
to have to come on this button right here. You click Inverse. You're
going to click Invert. And this is what
you're going to get. It's gone now. I just want to show you guys, maybe later on you might use it. We're going to remove that. All right, let's try
to fix our skin tone. Because what we're saying now,
just by looking up, right, you can see there's a lot
of red colors in there. We're going to come
on a skin tone, we're going to select
the highlight. We're going to have to
check the veroscope. Let's just go on the veroscopen. We're going to bring
it out so that we can really see
what we're doing. We're going to also
had some options. We're going to turn on the indicators and also
just increase the size. The reason why we're not
seeing the indicator giving us precise information is
because everything is selected. We're going to have
to create a mask. We're going to create a mask, just a gentle mask around here. Then this is what we're
getting from here. We can come on the upset. And then we're going
to bring it down, trying to make sure that it
lines up with the indicator. And we're going
to bring it down. Let's just preview
that. Go back, let's see, before,
after, before and after. Just assuming there
before and after. All right, so maybe we can
try to just bring it down. There we go. Let's see
again. Before and after. Before and after. All right.
6. 06 Commercial Look: All right, now let's begin
to create a commercial look. So we're going to
create a few notes and this one we're
going to call it Look. So this is what
we're going to do. We're going to do a funny look. And I want to just maybe add,
going to go with curves. Because we're going
to use curves to create the look
that we want to do. Either way you can use the game, you're just going
to crank it up and then just tweak here and there. And then you're going
to have the Sambergre. But I feel like the
SKF really gives you the best results if
you want to use it. We're going to go
back to the parade and we're going to come
on the blue channel. We're going to increase
just a little bit. Either way we're going
to have to bring it just down somewhere around here. I need you guys really pay attention to what is happening. Although I'm increasing the
size in the blue channel, you can see that our
white stays white. Nothing is changing. We
can also just fix this at, at the end of the notes
that were going to create. If you bring it up,
you're going to have more bluish in there. Just check the parade. What is happening now
is mixtures of colors. What I've shown you guys, well, the color theory
using the color wall. So this is what is happening. You're doing a mixtures
of colors, right? You're doing a
mixtures of color. You're missing up green, red, and also blue. If you want to
create a warm look, you have to do, if you bring it down, this
is what you're getting. You can also use
for cinematic look which is really nice
and maybe you can just crank your shadows in the blue and this is
what you're getting, right? So we're
going to reset that. We're going to create
our look right. Just going to bring
somewhere around here down a little bit. Then maybe we can increase just to have a little bit of shadows. Just zooming in seconds can see if I bring out my shadows,
see what is happening. All right. So maybe
we're going to leave it somewhere around? Yeah, me zoom back. All right. So this is a
good to commercial look before and after it's really warm and everything is
just clean out, all right? Yeah, Good. Then we're going
to create another note. We're going to call
this adjustment. The other thing that you
need to just play around, for instance, before we
create our adjustment. One thing that I want
to share is one of the secret of calibrating
happens in the shadows. You need to know that. We're going to
create another note. We're going to call
the shadows, right? We're going to come
on the log, right? Then we're going to
play off our shadows. We're going to
play off the blue. We want to also play
of the Create channel. Want you guys to see what
is happening right there. Trying to increase a
little bit of that. If you come on the range, you bring the range up and down, up and down, this
is what you get. We're going to reset that. She's going to have a
little bit of that. All right, so let's
see. Before and after. Before and after.
Maybe we can try just to go out here
as we're getting. Bring it down the side
is what we're getting. So we're going to go back to
the look that we had, right? Trying to add some
blue colors in there. Trying to add more bluish color in there. This is the result. Before and after. Before and after all. We're going
to bring it down. Let's All right, and then we're going to
bring the size down just a little bit because we don't want to have
too much of it. Just a little bit. We're going
to bring this just aside. All right. We're going
to create another note. We're going to call
this focus, right? So we're going to
create another one. All out, plus we have
these two notes. We're going to call this
No focus. All right. We just rename that. There are two ways
you can do that. It's either way
you're going to use the mask and then you're going to
just going to mask all the range that you want. And then you're
going to just boost it up so you get more clear. The one I feel like it's really accurate is we're going
to use a death map. We're going to just
drag that up there. And then we're going to change to fast because if
we go for better, it's going to take a
lot of time to render. And then we're going to
do leave the previously, it's going to take a
little bit of time and then we're going
to see the result. All right, there we have it now. We have a deaf map and we have
all our subjects in white. And we also have the
background which is black. We're going to try
just to add more. I just mean, today I'm
going to bring the film. Just bring it down. Just
trying to fix all that red. We're going to link
the two together. I'm going to link this. Before we do that, we're
going to have to go to inst, we're going to invert
everything because we want whatever effect we're going to apply on is going to just play all the ones
in the background. We're going to preview that. We're going to come right here. We're going to bring this down as if we had to go back
on the color wheel. We're going to bring
down exposure, the back just a little bit. Or you can add more,
right, to heat. All right, so now
let's preview that. This is before and after. Before and after we have
created our commercial. Look if there's anything that you want to
bring, for instance, you want to bring down
the rate if it's too much just by doing
the adjustments, you're going to
come right here on the temperature and
you're going to maybe bringing it down a little bit Don just to try to
fix everything. Let just B's called maybe
minus -60 Let's see, before, after, before and after. All right, this is good. We're going to create
our last note which is our sharpness and foam grain. We're going to apply our foam grain somewhere around here. Just form gray. And we're
going to zoom in there. We're going to increase
the size a little bit as the strength actually
we have to change. We're going to have to use
the 35 millimeters, right? We're going to bring
the strengths up. Also, size little bit. Also play the textures. Let's see, before and after
just to create that look, to actually help a lot of stuff. So we're going to go
to our sharpness, going to bring the
size to 0.799, I think we're good
as you can see, there's a little bit
of noise in here. So we're going to go
back on the face note. We're going to go down shift, we're going to create
it before notes, and we're going to
call this noise. So we're going to go down
on the motion effect. We're going to go to frame five. We're going to just bring down and remove all the noises
we see in the frame. We're going to bring it
down just a little bit, so let's see, Before and after. Before and after. All
right, There you go guys. This is our commercial look.
7. 07 Film Look: I guess. So now
we're going to begin to create a film Look, since I've shown you guys out to do calculation, calibrating, how to do exposure, contrast, you saturation
and all that. These are the same technique
that we're going to use. So without wasting any time, since you've learned
from the other part, we don't want to
take that all over again to show you guys
what you're going to do. So one of the best
we can do is I'm going to just grab this stole. I'm going to use it later on. So I'm going to
use it right here. Right? So what I'm going to do, I'm going to go, I'm going
to reset all my notes. Let's say for instance,
you want to bring all your notes from
your other side. So you're going to click on the clip and then we're going to grab this commercial
look that we created. We're going to just go
to display a note graph. And you're going
to come over here and then you're
going to paste it. This is the result
that you have, right? You can tell this
is already looking like a commercial. Look, right? If you bring down the exposure, just bring it down.
Just bring it down. Something like yeah, and
maybe you just trying to bring the eyelet in.
The tone and all that. You can tell this is clean. Now what we're trying
to do is we're trying to create
a cinematic look. We're trying to
create a film look. I'm going to reset
all these notes. We're going to just
bring them down. I'm going to grab the
note that we have. I'm going to just
bring it down here. All one thing that is happening now is that why the
reason why we check parade, we see that things are
just too bluish and all that because we have a CC, which is our calculation, but we need to apply that. All right, so if I
click over there, you can see I fixed
my white balance. So this is what I'm going for. I want this warm look in
the face, in the skin tone. And then we have our exposure
to bring down the exposure. The reason why I decided to just bring down my exposure
because I wanted to my eyelid to show up and don't worry about the face.
We're going to fix this. Later on I decided just to
bring down my eyelightI'm, just going to take it back. Said to bring down
my exposure way down so that we can have
this look right here. Because my main focus, we wanted you guys
to just see what is happening in the eyelet
and the shadows and all that. And now we have our sky, right? So this is our sky. I wanted to have more details in the sky. The reason why decided just
to come on the qualifier. If we click on the eyelet, you're going to see that I
just selected the eyelet. This is how you're going
to do this, right? We're going to reset
all the notes. We don't want this,
we don't want that. We want, we only want Iluminan
just going to crank it. Crank it all the way up. Going to further up a little
bit, we have the results. This is what I did here. We have a contrast, some techniques that
I showed you guys. And then we have a U and
situation On this one, what I did was actually selected
some of the parts that I wanted to have my
UN situation on. Then I just bring down
the green a little bit. Then we got to go and
then we have a skin tone. This is a skin tone. All right, now we're going to
create our look.
8. 08 Film Look P02: Now we're going to
create a form look. So what we're going
to do is you can see that I have this node here. This node is for our focus. I'm going to call this focus. We're going to go on the mask. I'm going to grab a mask
just somewhere here. So this is what you will
see, most people do. But I want to show an
emergency that will give you more quality
and more contrast. So for instance, if you bring down your
exposure and all that, this is what you're going to
engage is looking good and then you have a lot of
hyhlights in there. But I don't, I use this but I find myself that I
don't use that much. So what you're going to do is
we're going to reset that. You're going to come on
the contrast, right? So you're going to crank up your contrast and you're
going to come on the pivot, you're going to bring it up pot. Look at what we're getting. You can see that
we're not getting a lot of highlights in here. Let me show you guys,
maybe you're not seeing what I'm
saying. All right. Shall bring this
up, switch it off. I want you guys to just pay attention to the eyelet
at the back there. If I crank my gain, you see that we're having a lot of eyelight in the shadows. We're having a lot of
eyelight in there. This is one of the tech, a lot of people don't want
to show you guys, they always want to show
you how to just design all that you can
see in the shadows. We have a lot of eel of course, you're going to have to fit
better up a little bit, but most of your image
is going to get exposed. If we bring this down
and we use the contrast, you can see that we only
are getting the result in the skin tone a little bit in the shadows. So I'm
going to delete this. So now we have our focus
and our image is clean. Now let's create our look. Or I guess we're going
to go on the curves. Obviously, I really
love to use the curve, but you can use the offsets also going to give you
the same results. You can bring this one
here going up and down. It's just the way
that things work. So we're going to go on
the blue channel, right? I'm going to bring it way
down just a little bit. We're going to bring it up because we don't
want to have too, too much of the green
color just overall. We're going to bring
it just a little bit up and a little bit of bluish in the shadows. All right. Go on this note. What we're going to do
is we're going to try just to bring down like
everything just down. We're going to bring it way
down somewhere around here. Maybe bring a little bit of
exposure, bring it a bit up. Then we're going to
go on a contrast. Going to increase the pivot
contrast. All there we go. Here we're going to
play the shadows. Like I told you guys, a lot
happens in the shadows. We're going to add
a bit of that. I see bluish in there. Oh, look at that. Just
before, before and after. This is the eyelid, right? So we're going to zoom
in that I want to have the eyelid a
little bit warm. I just want to change the
cut a little bit of orange. We're going to bring
the eyelid up. If you play with the range, you see what is
happening in the back. We only play with the eyelid.
I'm going to bring it. Just bring it side. All right. This is
good. Let's just p that before, before and after. Then we're going to
add on our foam grain. We have our foam grain.
And the last note, we're going to do
some alienation. I'm just going to
go on the effects. Going to grab this,
we're going to change the color space to sunny. This is the one
that I filmed with. Then this is the
result that we have. You guys have already provided
you guys the footage. This footage can really
help you just to begin to collate standard footage and to begin just to
create good stuff. Let's see before after
we're just going to bring the size going down, strength, I think
this is good for me. Zoom out and there we go. Now we're just going
to do a breakdown of all the stuff that
we have created, right? So we're going to
all done control D, We're going to select
all our nodes, going to go control D. We are going to start with
the color space from, so we're going to
check that out. And this is what we have. And then we have our exposure. We have a contrast.
We have a contrast. And then we have a C, which is calicorationn sky, just to bring down
the sky a little bit. We have a saturation. We add more details in there. And then we had some
skin tone after that. I had to have my focus
just to make sure that everything it's
showing on quick. Good. And the nose is the one
that we're going to play at the back we have a look down here and
this is just to bring, to have more details in the
shadows and the eye lights. Then we have the
shadows as well, just to give us a
cinematic look. If you sit down there,
things are really cool. Good. Then we have
our eye lights, we have a foam grain, Then we have a lesson just
to create a fam, look at the aliations.
This is looking good. This is.
9. 08 Power Grade and Luts: So how do you save by grade? Or maybe if you want to
create online that you can use later on what
you're going to do now, you're going to
have to just come on the gallery and
then you're going to, you're going to
add, if you add in, which means that this can
only appear down here. If you go to another project
is not going to show up. But if you want your notes
to look like like mine, I can go almost in every project
and I'll be able to see, while my power grade is, what you're going to do
is you're going to come, right, you're going to
add some power grade. Everything that you're
going to add down here is going to show up
in all your projects. So let's say you want to
create your light, right? You want to create
your light that maybe you want to begin to solve them online or you want to use them for your other project
like in Premier Pro. So what you're going to do is you're going to have to bring down like all the stuff that you won't be needed
like the color space. You don't need it,
you won't need it. Also, you won't need the C
which is for color corion. These are the words
that you're going to use to create your light. You're going to
click right here on the clip and then you're
going to go generate, I think, 665 point, which is really good for almost every stuff that is out there. So you're going to click Create. Then you're going to maybe just get another format,
another folder. We're going to call
this cinematic. Cinematic. New
light. There you go. Then I don't know, you're
going to call this, let's say for instance, you're going to call
this some look, 65. Boom. There you go. All right, so if you click on the light
and then you scroll down, it depends on how
were you saved it. There you go. This is
where you have it. I'm going to just bring everything down and
I'm going to create, this is going to be
my CC and this is going to be space transform. I'm just going to
create calpers, just going to bring
it down real quick. I'm going to use the same
setting that we had, 379, then 2.2 Gamma. This is our light.
Going to bring it here. Bring your light, boom. This is, you're
going to do your CC, you're going to bring
this down for now. You're going to do
your C right here. You're going to bring the cringe little bit so you can
have a warm image. You have your boom,
there you go. So what you're going
to need to do now, just going to maybe create
what I showed you guys, a focus is going to be
somewhere around here. You're going to create
a focus contrast and a pivot that you go and you have the same look right
in the vents all. So what you're going to need
to do maybe just to fix your exposure so you're going
to create another node. This is the best way you're
going to create a light. I hope this will really
help you guys and enjoy.
10. 01 Business as Problem Solving: Thank you so much for
picking up this course. If truly you have picking up this course and you're
watching me right now, I want to tell you
that you're really serious about upscaling
your business. You are tired of getting this class once a
week and all that. So what I'm want
to show you guys is to get consistence class. So you want to get
booked monthly, you want to get booked daily. So this is what I'm
going to show you. I'm so proud of you
guys that you have show up for the videos
for this course. So this is a big
opportunity to just to begin to learn how you could do the business side
of phone making. So the reason why I created
this course is that I was using my S three
camera shooting, doing videos and all that. And I wanted to buy
a candidate can give good quality because I wanted to impress my
clients and I also wanted to have clients that
can pay good money. So I ended up buying
a Sony camera, which is a really good camera, the one that I'm
using right now. And after buying the camera, no client came and I was really broken and that I spent a lot of money buying this camera. So no one was there
after going through all that journey of looking for players,
having good cameras. But no one have called me e mails at all
that didn't help it. So what happened is I
begin to do research. I begin to learn our
e mail marketing. I begin to learn about
automations and all that. And today I want to share with you guys, are you
going to do that? I don't want you
to have equipment in your house that
you're not going to use. I don't want you to go
out and buy equipment. And after that,
no one calls you. It's really frustrating
that I'm telling you you're going to end up
selling your equipment. So this course is to help you. Are you going to use
whatever you have right now, whether your phone, whether
your camera to get clients? So we're going to dive it, I'm going to show
you how to do that. All right, so let's
break down the mindset that you need to have
as a videographer. So understand business
as a problem solver. So this is what you need to have at the back of your mind. Consider business to be the
art of problem solving. In the constant, in the
context of videography, your success is dependent on
your ability to identify and address specific difficulties that your clients encountered. So you need to know
that whenever you go out there, you
go to your clients. It's not about solving, it's not about coming, can you get your
bags and all that. It's about solving a problem. So you need to end the
mindset that all right, if I'm going to win
this kind over, what is that I'm going
to bring on the table? I'm solving a problem, so how do you solve the problem? So all the step that
I'm showing you guys is what you're going
to use when you're going to have your meeting
with your clients. You can meet in a restaurant, you're going to do live meeting. So this is the step that you need to know that
you're going to use. You booked your
client and you know that you have solved
that deal and you're going to get whatever
that she want. All right? So this is what
you need to have. So this is why you're going
to win your client over. Every discovery
meeting showed you a meeting with your client
to discuss their goals, objectives, the vision
for the video project. So this is point that
you're going to get with your client once you see they don't talk about the
quality of the Mel child. Don't talk about four K,
don't talk about eight K. Talk about their
goals in the meeting. Try ask them questions. What is that you want to
achieve through this video? What is that you want to
accomplish in your business? This already plan will see that this one is different
from artific geographer. Ask open ended questions to encourage them to
share the ideas, preferences, and any
challenge they may be facing. So by the moment you are in the meeting with
your clients live, meeting in a
restaurant, ask them, what is the challenges
they are facing? This is a simple
question. What is the childant achieving
your business? What are the challenges
they might be telling you? That we're trying
to create a video that we can show online so people can be able to
show our products. And there's always the
thing that they're struggling with because all
they have is a business. But you have the ability
to create a visual that can be applied on social media. And people can watch and
understand what the plans want. Understand the target audience, inquire about the target
audience for the video. Understanding the target
audience helps you to toler the content to meet their
expectations and need. So once you understand the target audience
of why they want, not all the businesses
at the same, you might have a plan that is having in a restaurant. So
what are you going to do? Who? A target audience? You might have the plan
that is selling cars. So you need to know what kind
of cars are the selling. Can anyone afford this car? Or this is only for people that are very wealthy.
This is for rich people. So you need to have that mindset to understand the
target audience. And lastly, what you need to know so that
you don't mess up. You need to review
the previous work. You need just to
ask them, can I, Is there any possibility where I can see what you've
done in the past? Who was your videographer? Who was your photographer?
Who did you work with? Can I see what I've
done for you so that I can I can better myself to give you something that
you would not regret having all these questions that I've shared with you guys. It's really going
to help you do. You're going to have
the same document that I'm reading you guys. You're going to have it
in the course so that you can just go ahead and
just double check it. And I hope this is really
going to help you.
11. 02 Setting Yourself Apart: Once you understand the
business side and how to work, I'm sure you guys have
gone through the notes. Once you understand the
business side of filmmaking, what you need to know is what's going to
happen is just to obscure yourself up and begin
to client consistently. You need to set
yourself apart and the three keys that I'm going to give you at the
end of this list, and if you follow
these three arrange, you're going to end the
result at you want. This is not magic, but this is what worked for
everyone out there. So how are you going
to set yourself apart? Set yourself out by going beyond the standard
Videograpi job. Your worth come from your
ability to solve problems which makes you an invaluable
assets to your customers. So the moment you set
yourself apart and you go beyond videographer job
that everyone knows, whenever they call
you a videographer, what they have in mind is you
are a guy for the camera. So all you do is you want to film, you're
going to do all that. One of the reasons why when
you charge, you tell them, so this is how much I'm gonna charge for this and that shock, only for this two second,
two minute video. You're gonna charge for
all this amount because they all understand
your process. But if you had a meeting
with them telling them how you're going to do and the reason why you're
charging that mind, you don't have to tell
them about the price. But if you work with the
business sale mindset, you tell them this is to bring a solution to your business. This is a way to help you grow, to bring more revenue
to your company. Any prizes that you give them, they will know that
you not on a film, but you're solving a problem that they're dealing
with in their company. Alright, this is
what you need to know that's going
to help you to set yourself apart from other people that are just sharing videos. Well, so what you need is you need to develop a unique star. Have a unique star.
Specialize in a niche. Guys, listen, I'm running a
business, a video business, and I'm also running
a photo business which shoot weddings
photos and videos. So the website that
you bought is course, it's a product for videography. What we do videos for clients. You will never see anything
of weddings on this website. Never all the weddings that
I've shot in the past, even now, I have them
on the other website. You'll never find them on our website where you
actually buying this course. So you need to know who is your target audience,
like what we talk about. So you need just to break things and have that
portfolio in mind. Like whenever I'm
going to show this, when it's clans of photos, you know which link you're
going to send them. So if you have all
things messed up, I've seen guys on the Instagram, they have all the stuff
they have weddings. These the videos
they have birthday. The photos, No one
will trust you. For instance, if you come to
my house and you tell me, man, I'm going to
help to fix the roof, I'm going to have to
fix this and that. And I'm also a dographer man. I'm not going to take into
that. I don't trust you. But if you come to my house
and you tell me this is what I do and you stick
to it, we trust you. And in my mind already, I know that you're
a professional, so you need to
specify yourself in a niche that gonna break
whatever that you want. They updated with the
industry standard. So you need to
keep that in mind. Build a strong portfolio. So this is the best way you
can do a strong portfolio. You don't have to
wait for clients. You have friends around your
house, you have family. Create a story. Go online, look for reference
images, do something, work on a very interesting portfolio
that you're going to have. No one will know
that. It's for free. You can even do Nike commercial. You can do editors,
You can do all that. And once you have
that portfolio, you can send them
to your clients. Like this is what I've
done in the past. They're never going to ask you, were you call by Nike, you will never find
that in your life. So once you show that
now they can fit you, that if they've got to have
done a commercial for Nike, you can do it for us. So don't wait for any
client go out there, shoot anything.
You have friends. If you want to shoot
a car commercial as a neighbor, can
you show your car? Can you do some videos? If they don't agree,
go out there, you find someone who's willing to let you shoot the video. This is our work. And the other thing
that I'm just going to, you can read because you
want to have all this. All right? So you're
going to have to build a strong portfolio,
effective communication. So you need, you're
going to have that minus when
you're talking to your client. Don't panic. Tell them straight
up, this is how much it's going to
cost, is the budget. Having that mindset, having
that effective communication, it's really a strong one
and cleans all one day. You don't have to be like, do it customer save
excellence, guys, listen. You need to keep your integrity. If you tell the clients
that we're going to send you the final video
around this title, and if you did not send the
video, come up with a plea. Tell the client this is the
situation that we're facing. Don't let the client call you
like what is happening now? We're expecting to have this now and they never got a call, you never said anything. So no one trust
someone like that. If you say you're going to
deliver something in mind, do so. Do your best. And once you do that, I guarantee you they're
going to refer you to more people like
this guy is that serious and you need
to keep learning. Never stop learning, keep learning, Keep
improving yourself. There's a lot of
videos in Youtube. If my course is not enough as just go on
Youtube, learn more. And if there's
anything else that you want to know that I
can do for you guys, just leave a message and I'm
really willing to do that. And then that one we're going
to do is networking guys, you are as powerful. I can also, I can also that you are as wealth as the people
that you have around you. So networking is powerful. You can reach out to
people via Instagrab, or you can reach out
people via your community. You can go to shops. Just try to network yourself. Tell people what you do.
Don't be so introvert, man. This is business. You need
to push yourself out there. Go tell people
this is what I do. And give you a business
card. Tell them, show them. If you have your phone on
Instagram, your website, show them what you do
and keep the number. I reach out to people
that I met on the street. Like men, this is
what I do, like. Okay. And the next I'll
send them a message. Ohmed. Do you have
anyone in your family that is looking to
film any video? That they have a
business. So they want to upscre their revenue
and I believe video can help them drive anyone
like not the other day, I'm going to reach it
until one day like man, we're having this
kind of problem. Can you help us videos or we're having a birthday,
can you come and shoot? You need to keep
that consistency. So the last one is
create personal project. Like I said, you don't
have to words for client, Create personal project
that can help you, that can help you
to reach a goal. All right, let's go on them. The keys that you
need to keep in mind, you need to create uniquely. You can copy and you cannot
create what you don't see. So you can see something but
just trying to change it, Just starting to put
something that is within you which is half the mind is
like I want to create this, I want to do this, this
is coming from my mind. There's images playing your mind, just trying
to bring that out. I know it's gonna
be really hard, but the moment it comes out, you get used to the flow
you're gonna do amazingly. Alright. And then you
need to be productive. Don't just post today on your
social media and then you go for ten days or
a month or a year. Man, it doesn't work like that. And lastly, consistency,
you need to be consistent. So if you're not consistent
in your business, in your graph, no matter
how good you are, no matter how uniquely you are, nothing is going to work
because someone out there is also pushing to
be better themselves. So if you chilling because
you believe that you can do anything in everything, you're going to
mess up yourself. So keep that in mind. And I hope this app will become the best version
that you always want to be.
12. 03 Defining Your Target Audience: Areas how to target
your dream client. What you need to
know is precision in audience election is what would help you to get your
target audience. You need to be very precise on the kind of content
you can create. Like I said in the beginning, you don't have to
create anything. Create the kind of content that will bring the kind
of client you need. Create the kind of content that will bring the kind of
client that you want. Define your target
audience carefully. Understanding exact
population you serve to allow you to effectively adapt
your service and solution. Like I said, all this is from about the solution
that you're bringing in. So if you only aboard Solman, if you only about calibrating, you're gonna mess up, you're going to end up
selling your camera. So this is how you're going to do to define your
target audience. Be very precise. Have in mind and stick to
it. Don't go away. Stick to it. Begin to
create, Begin to create. Begin to generate content. And I'm telling you, you
want to have what you need, keep consistency
and be productive. All this is just going to come into the flow and you're going to have
whatever that you want. So guys, you need to define your target audience and I
hope it works really well.
13. 04 Company Profile: All right, so once
you have all this, what you need to do now, You need to create
a company profile. I'm telling you if
you want big clients, people that can trace
you with big budget, you need to have a
company profile. You need to tell
them who you are, what you, when you
begin your career. What are the process that
you've met, you experience. This is what you're going
to sell you out there. So guys, I've seen a
lot of guys that have approached me into the one thing for me and I've asked them, can you show me your
company profile? Let me just get to know you. Let me go through your document and see what is that you
can bring into my company. How can you assist me? How can you you'll be show
that they don't. So I'm already telling
you guys if you want to pay budget as a
company profile, let all that you want
to plan to know list, you can put your name,
let's say you are the CEO. I don't really
think that matter, but you just have to
details that can help you drab the attention of the client that you're
approaching. All right? Creating a captivating
company profile that let who you are the value and
particular effort you take to ensure your
formating success. So this is all about
creating a company profile. So before we get to
the last portion, which is all about
email automation, where you're going to
have to send e mails and all that I want to show is the kind of platform
that I used to do e mail. I want to show you to show you
a bit of how to also used, how you're going to
create the website and also are you going to
14. 05 Maintaining Relevance in Filmmaking: Are maintaining relevance
in format and videography. So this is what's going
to keep you steady, This is what's going to help
you maintain your craft. All right? So what you need to know is maintaining relevance by approaching each project with
a specific goal in mind. Align your work with your
client's goal to create impactful content on
a consistent basis. So whenever you're
creating a project, you need to have this in mind. You need to have a problem solving mindset when you're
working as a videographer. So whenever you're
creating a line, problem solving a mindset with whatever the plan
that they are facing. And then you're going
to create a solution. You're going to
present them and which will help them grow
more revenues. And if the company grows guys, they never let you down. You're going to be the main guy that they'll be using forever. So you don't have to
look for many clients. You can let's say 20
clients who trust. We have brought a solution
in the companies, so whenever they need of
anything, you are the guy. So going around looking
for clients is good. But if you can have this class, we trust that this is
not just a videographer. This is a problem solving, you will. All right. Watching each and not present is the power of preparation. Guys, if you not prepare you going to do a
lot of mistakes. I'm telling you any project
that you have in mind, you need to prepare yourself. You need to have this mindset. If you, you're gonna go Er class or you're
gonna shoot video. There's a lot of
reference out there, there's a lot of thing
that you're gonna go Pinterest or Youtube. You can just do research, try to find out what
you're going to create. Preparation, have all your note, you can write them your note and tell your team, this is
what we're going to do. Don't just come in then begin to trying to figure
out what can we do. You don't even know what to do. What I do my clients, if I know I'm going
to show for instance an interview, a company profile. I can even ask them,
Can you send me a picture of the
place so that I can have good idea of what I'm
going to assume the kind of flight window at
the open is attack. So once you have all those
pictures and the references, you sit them and you begin
to prepare yourself. So the moment you show set, you are sure that you're
going to do an amazing job. So the power of preparation
never goes wrong. You have to keep that
mandates and you need to envision the end result. So always have a clear pictures of the ultimate goals
you want to obtain. This facie informs
your judgment and guarantee that your work is inside with your
class expectation. So once you envision
the end products, you're going to do
something that is going to link up with your
client expectation. It's not just you go in
there and begin to create, trying to impres them, listen, I've seen a lot of videographers that
wanted to work with me and all that they had in mind
is wanted to impress me. That they can do gamble shot, they can do inger work,
they can do this. And other hand, I never call them again
because that is not why I needed someone that can help me to sink with the
idea that I have in mind. You know, the mentality that will clear out if
you do networking, other professional guys
just put whatever you know aside to be like a baby
who knows nothing. Listen, if they tell you this, people love such
people like you obey. It's not like they're
walking over your faces. No, you obey them.
They're helping you. You're trying to get cones, You're trying to network. So you follow their steps. If they tell you do this,
write this down, you do it. And the moment you
do that, this guy is the one we can trust him. Now, with no project,
I've never seen any company where
they're telling you to work with that in a trial. They're pushing the chart
to see if you are able to maintain and to tick guys
have that in, right.
15. 06 Email Marketing Fundamentals (Automation): All right. Yes.
Thank you so much. I'm sorry. You have made
it till the very end. So now I'm going to show you the most important part
because I've shown you, are you going to
market yourself? Are you need to go out there
not just as a videographer, but you need to go there
as a problem solver. So you're looking for
companies to bring a solution so that they
can grow their revenues. Whatever situation that
they might facing, you are there to help them. So why do you have the mindset? You have the winning mindset. You're just not there to film. You are there to
solve a problem. Then we're going to begin
with the email marketing. So the e mail marketing, what I'm going to show you as to create a website to have
your professional E mail. You cannot approach
any client out there. Regal.com Sometimes it can work. But if you want to look
more professional, if you want to set
yourself apart in n professional thing like
an e mail for instance. If you approach a client
Gim.com it can work, but sometimes it
doesn't really work. But if you approach them
for instance, info, you put your company.com
that is a bonus. They trust you. They know
that you are paying for this. So you know you're
going to scheme that. And one of the platforms
that we're going to use to do email automation is Apollo. I know there's a lot
of them out there, but I found myself
using this one. And what I like about this this platform is that you don't have to have the
subscription to use it. With the free version, you have 250 E mail that you
can send daily. So if you do that, I'm telling you within a day we're going to get feedback and the people that are willing to have
your services. If you're beginning right now, I want to do your
e mail marketing. You can approach them as
can I do something to you. If you like, whatever I'm doing, then you're going to
pay me and all of this. So there's a lot of strategy
that you're going to do and I think it's going to work for
you. So now let's begin. Are you first going to
have to create a website? I know there's a
lot of websites out there that is costing
a lot of money. But I'm going to show
you one of the best that I find myself using even now. It's quick, it's cheap, and it's very easy to use. We're going to use zero. So I'm just going to try to bring up this other e mail that I don't find myself using. I just use this for
other random things. So we're going to go to zero, then I'll type in zero. Then it is our website builder, so we're going to click right in there to sign in
using either way, create from scratch or put it in your e
mail, your password. But the reason why I'm
using this is that I've already linked up my other e mail
with this platform. So once you click in there with zero and then you're going to sign into Austin
because now there are one. And then you're just going
to choose the same e mail that you have used
sending at the beginning. I just want to share,
guys, I use it. So this is the website, the e mail I used guys. Just see how cheap this
can be only for website. This is the website
that should have bought the calls from,
from Google chip. This is just for a website, you're going to pay $3 right? This is just a small if you want to go it to
do any commercial. But if you want to
have commercial, you got to sell stuff online. You're going to have
to pay, I think it's 11 $50 that you're going
to pay. It's really cheap. What you need is you need a
e mail if you create e mail. So see how cheap this e mail is. You're getting a
professional email. So you're going to have a ten
business email, $2 monthly. A professional e mail.
You don't have to pay a lot of money like
Google, Orxpace, all that. And then you enterprise is also, They just give you
a little big space where you're going to
store other things. And then you have another one that work with Google Workspace. So once you have this one
is the one that you can link to other things like
Apollo and all that. But I'm going to show
you if you choose, this one is the one that is
going to help you to link with Apollo having the website. What you'll be
spending monthly is roughly something
about let's say $18 what you're going to be spending and
you're going to have a professional e mail and
professional website. Amos is a domain. This is how cheap these guys
are selling that domain. Five dollar.com and $10 you have a.net So a domains
for a whole year. You don't have to
buy another one. You only pay yearly, so
you're going to have that. You're gonna have your domain. And then you're going
to set up your website. And your website,
you're paying like $11 Or if you want to go for a cheaper ones for $5 how much cheaper this
thing can be, Judge? Okay. So once you
have your e mail, you have your website. And then I'm just going
to go on my website, just want to show guys how
quick this thing can be. I'm going to go to tell zero because you have to have the domain in the e mail order before you begin to create. So these are my website
I have right here. Like I've spoken to you guys in the beginning I did not put all. My content in the same website. This is for my wedding and my academy where you guys
are buying this course. Right now, for instance, you create create
new website, right? I'm going to create another one. I'm just going to click
Create New website. Now you have a lot of options. I don't know what
you guys want to do. Maybe some of you guys are
watching a restaurant. You have restaurant,
we have videography. You can don't have
a lot of template. Quite good template,
okay, to search for. We go to search for videos.
This is what you have. I'm not liking this one.
So you can maybe skip, go until you see the
Web that you like. But I want to click
on E Commerce. So this one is where
already you have a platform where you're going
to begin to sell anything. Then for instance, I'm going
to try to preview this one. Let's see what it is all about. All right, so this
is where you can see and also a camera to
life photography. This website are very quick. I'm telling you you want to
waste a lot of time here and there and that thing
doesn't happen yet. I really love these guys. I've seen my video, Give me a little bit of fees because I'm doing a
promotion for that. If you help with that,
you're going to click on Start Building and you're
going to build yours. But you remember when you're
building your website, guys, this is what you
need to put in mind. You know, creating a website
just to put your visual out. People are going to
appreciate your way. You're creating a
website because you want people to understand what
services are you selling. On the first page, what
you're going to do is I'm going to open
up my website so you guys can see
in Finish Pilots Academy on the first page. Once you open, do all
bring your vision to live. I'll ah, the power
visual storytelling with our video, our
production expert. Already you can tell when
someone open up a website, they have an idea of
what are we all about. On the second page, we
have video content, unleash the power of
visual storytelling. If you click in here, they're going to take you
to our media production. You're going to see our style, whatever we're creating and all that that we have
done in the past. You're going to go back
and if you go down, this is why you bought the
Cos and also some referrals. People that I really appreciate
the work we have done and they've sent me a note of how helping they are
about our services. This is what she you're
going to draw down a line. Just sit down, put things down, whatever things that you
are seeing your website. If you were lacking inspiration, what you're going to do is you're going to go on Pinterest. Then you're just going
to type in the video, videography, website,
videography, website inspiration. There you go. You have a lot of inspiration why You can draw inspiration to create
something that can really amaze your
client, Like this one. Professional videos
and all that. Just have a look at. Listen, You cannot create
anything that you've ever seen. Only create what you see. You check out this one and
you begin to create your own. Alright, now I've given
you guys an idea. Are you going to create
a cheap website? Cheap domain, but this website
are very professional. I'm sure you've used mine. You cannot believe that I've
used with zero. All right. So want to go back
to a note now. I'm going to show you how you're going to use Google Space. Like the e mail that
I'm going to show you guys is going to
expire very soon because I was using info at Tommail.com which was a
very personal web domain. Now I'm into a full business, that's why I'm going
to use Infinity. Pilot Academy.com is the one
that I'm going to set up. I'm going to show you this one is going to expire
version hop is going to open. All
right, there we go. So this is how you're going to set up your workspace guys. So once you have your domain, and then you want to
link your domain to your Google workspace so that you can link it to other things. I'm going to show you right now, we're going to just click
the Google Google Workspace. You cannot believe how much
a Google ad space cost compared to what you
get it from zero. It's really out of this space. So musical, Do forgets
because I don't remember persuade you said I will not progress
my last payment because I not pay for this. This is not a problem. When
we're going to do now, we're going to go to Apollo. Want to show you how you're
going to send your E mail. So we're going to click Apollo. This is how you're going
to sign up for this. But the reason why
I've shown you guys how are you going
to do your e mail, your professional email,
Because you cannot log in Gmail.com that
it doesn't work. So what you're going
to do is you need to link in with a
professional email. So once you have your e mail, so this is going to be the best place for you guys just to call me and begin to
do e mail marketing. So this is all about automation. So what you're going to do
now is you want to call Apollo and I have all the e mail that I've
been sending recently. This is the one that I've
sent to most of my clients. So, you want to create
an e mail, right? So, you're going
to come Richard, you're going to
go to a sequence. And according to your e mail, I just want to, so
as I say update. So this is a free version. So on the free version
what you're getting is you're getting tons
of a lot of stuff. Almost like the one that
you're going to pay. But the only limitation
that you have is you're going to send about 250 E mails. This is a free game,
beginning with this one. Once you Sally,
you're good enough, then you're going to have to get the basis that can help you
to send unlimited e mail. Right? So since I'm
not using this e mail, I'm going to stop using this. I'm going to use my other one. So I'm just going
to use this to show you guys how you're going to do, right? So you're going to come. So what happened with
this is whenever you send an e mail to a client
and their own reply, it's going to keep sending them e mails until the
reply to your e mail. So you're just going to send thousands of e mails and then
you're going to show you, send a lot of e mails to your client like today, tomorrow, because you're getting
250 e mails each day. So you're going to send thousands
emails to your clients. You send them, and
then you relax, you go to do the job for you. So what happened is I'm
just going to click this. So we have e mail automation. So this is the e mail that
I've sent to my clients. I say, hey, I hope
this finds you well, Tommy, Information Academy,
I'm reaching out to you. Teaching exciting opportunities. And I've sent them the video once I read this and they don't
reply to anything. This is what happened.
I'm going to go back. They want to receive
another one, Just a follow up email. Follow up e mail says that he just had time to
check back on you. I just taking some shot of this. Hey, I just had time
to get back on you. You are available
for a brief chat to explore how our program
can benefit you. How do you create this? Before we get into
sending e mails, I'm going to show
you again all that. We're going to create a new
sequence or you're going to say we're going to
do from scratch, let's just from scratch, let's say maybe what I
call this, marketing, marketing in generation in
the videos to create a, once you open your new sequence, is what you're going to get. So you have all these AI
driven regions so they can help you these things all
the work on a pay version. So what you're going to do,
you're going to add steps and you're going to go to
the e mail automation. You're going to
click right there. For instance, let's say you
send an e mail and you say immediate after the content
is added to the sequence. Which means is whenever
you have your e mail in your e mails and then you're going to send them to
your clients immediately. But you can also just put
30 minutes if there's something that you
saw that you made a mistake in the e mail
that you can fix quick. I think this is the
best. So you're going to click continue. There you go. This is my
signature that I have. This is where we have
a e mail, right? One of the best way you can
do is if you want to reach out to many customers out there, you're going to go here, right? Click PT. I know you guys are using this, so don't be surprised. So you're going to click
right there, for instance. You're a beginner, for instance, beginner that you want to
reach out to more clients that can pay you a bit of
fees out of that. Also, I know professionals are watching this
view right now. The best way that you can do is you come, I'm going to use this. Sorry guys. I'm going
to go to I don't want to link up my e
mails to some stuff, you know, there's a lot of
things happening out there. All right, here
you are in charge. What you're going to
do is you're just going to type a message, write e mail email to reach more plant, our videography services. Once you have this email, then you're going to click, we generate an e mail for you. Then you can probably
change anything later on. Try just to fix a
little bit of things that depends on your
vision, your goal. I'm going to stop it from here. There we go. We have an e mail, I hope finds you well out. Driven in your
endeavors at companies. And so we understand
the power of visual visual storytelling into day dynamic business landscape, a liberal Uber,
you have all this. And then we're just going to
copy this real quick, right? So we're going to copy this and we're going to go to
our e mail marketing. So I'm going to
bring it down here. All business planned,
guys, understand, whenever you're
sending an e mail, there needs to be a way
that to approach people. You can just say,
hey, how are you? This is why this
is very important. So what you're going to do, you're going to come right here. So you're going to add
in dynamic durable. So you're going to
click right face name, last name, Any E mails that
you're going to add on. Instead of it being like, hey, how are you going to have
the name of the person so the person understand that you're talking directly to them. Okay, I'm going to show
you how that works. So you have the first
name of the person and then you're going to
have down here you're going to put some other things like toy car regard
and all that. Then you're going
to add your e mail. Can have the pictures in there. And that's how it works. One, share this e mail, how do you do a follow up? So we're going to save this. So you're going to
add another step. To click here. Maybe one day just to follow up after
the previous step. You're going to click, okay. This one you're
going to say, hey, just to follow up
about the e mail. This is just saying something quick and then you're
going to save that. We don't need all
that is a problem. All the reason why we're having this up there because we
don't have any subject here. What we're going to
do is, I want to say a virtual brand, a
content subscription. Remove pressure of
content creation. I'm going to save, I'm going to also copy. I'm going to click safe. I'm going to come right here. So this one click. No, no, no brain, the
faculty description. Remove. This was removed, the pressure, I click safe. So once you have
these two E mails, what is happening is
your main E mails, how you're approaching your
client saying that this is the services we're
giving out, this is so. And then once if they
don't reply to that, they want to get a follow up
email saying that did you, did you had a chance to check
out our previous e mail. We'd love to have a
meeting with you and guys, remember all the details
that you're going to put in this e mail is what I've shown
you guys in the beginning. It's all about problem solving. So how do you send e
mails to your client? So you're going to come
and write you an e mail. So this is how you're
going to do it, right? You're going to come on e mail, you're going to go search
better about that. So you have all the lists
that you're going to go on. So you have all these lists that you're going to be using. So this is the number of
people that you can enach. Alright? So you're going
to go to companies. Here in companies, you can choose any company
that you want to reach. Let's say for
instance, you want to reach Amazon people, right? This is the people
that you're reaching. And then you're going
to choose country wise, you're going to go
United States, Africa. You guys are watching span and you're going to go to
the number of employees. This is a big company, 123. But if you go like
you don't want to use any of the company,
just want to leave. So they can have random people. You can come in and then
you're going to choose, let's say you're going
to choose one to ten, these are the company
you got to choose. You can reach out this
one to ten employees. That's the kind of people
that have the e mail. You want to have verified
e mail because you don't want to send your e mails and no one is checking them out. So e mail verification, we're just going
to go back here, then you can use the title of people that
you're going to reach, like manager on teachers. This we're going
to choose cells. Were trying to get more cells, people then if you feel
like you're good to go, there's a lot that you can go and will not finish all that. Once you hypos, what you're going to do is you're
going to click right. And they can only allow you
to choose to take 20 people, 25 people, but you
can choose 25 people. And each you're going to click right chair and you're
going to go applied. Once you have this, then you're going to click right here. And then you're going to
choose the sequence that you have to go add to
existing sequence. And you go to choose. This is the one that we have. Not. A new one is not activated, but you can always activate. Once you click there
and then you go saved. Once you save the email that you have sent
to your client. Yeah, just go back
to a sequence here. We need to activate it. Yeah, it's activated already. Once you email, you're going
to find all your emails, e mail that you have sent,
the ones that replied. This is how it works. So guys, with e mail automation, you're going to reach
thousands of people. You got to reach customers, you're going to have
relationship with people. This is what I
wanted to show you guys and there's a lot
that I can show you. Just hope this small thing
that I've shown you guys, it's really going to help you grow and it's going to help
you reach more people. Just take a little bit of time, go and have a look at how
you're going to do Google, Google, the Google Express work. Because mine has
already expired, but it's not really a problem, you can be able to do that. It's really simple. Thank you guys so much for
buying this course. This is a blessing. You can
reach out to more people. Send them these videos. We send them the website link so they can also have
a change look at this. And because I know
a lot of guys are. Yesterday we had a talk
with one of my friend. He told me that a lot of
photographers are giving up on the way because
they don't have clients. So guys, I wanted to
make this video to show you that you can get
clients wherever you are. So this is a big bonus for you guys to reach
to more clients. And I hope you have
an amazing journey. More clients, however
it works for you, reach out to me
and thank you for buying this course.
Have an amazing day.
