AI in Photoshop, where creativity meets the power of artificial
intelligence. If you've ever wished Photoshop could help you design faster, edit smarter, or even
imagine new ideas for you, this is where it all happens. In this series, we'll explore all the amazing AI powered
tools inside Photoshop, like generative fill to create or replace
anything in seconds, the object selection tool for
instant subject detection, the remove tool that
cleans up distractions automatically harmonize for perfect lighting
and color matching, and even the brand new
generate Image panel, where you can create
an entire scene just by typing a few words. Photoshop 2025 Beta is smarter than ever powered
by Adobe firefly AI. These tools aren't just effects. They understand your scene, your subject, and
your creative intent. With AI, you can design faster, experiment more
freely, and focus on what really matters,
your imagination. This course is perfect for photographers, designers,
digital artists, and beginners who
want to use AI, not just as a shortcut, but as a creative partner. No matter your level, you'll finish with the confidence to create stunning professional
visuals powered by AI. Let's dive in and unlock the full power of AI
in Photoshop together. And let's begin creating magic.
2. AI Reflection Removal Tool: Want to remove reflections
from your images, Adobe Photoshop has introduced a powerful new AI feature called the reflection
removal tool. This tool works
incredibly well on images that have reflections
caused by glass, windows, or other
transparent surfaces. Let me show you how it works. Here, I have two sample images that contain unwanted
glass reflections. As you can see, the
reflections are very noticeable and distract
from the actual subject. Traditionally, removing these
reflections required a lot of manual retouching using tools like the clone stamp tool, healing brush, or
remove process could take several minutes or even longer depending
on the image. But now Photoshop can do most
of the work automatically. Let's start with
the first example. Simply go to edit and
select reflection removal. A new reflection
removal dialog box will appear with
several options. First, make sure create separate reflection
layer is checked. This allows Photoshop to place the extracted reflection
on a separate layer, giving you complete flexibility
to adjust its opacity, add a layer mask, or make additional edits later without
affecting your original. Next, you'll see the
quality options. Preview gives you
the fastest result, making it ideal for quickly
checking the effect. Standard provides a good balance between speed and image quality, and best delivers the
highest quality result, although it takes a
little longer to process. For professional work, I always
recommend choosing best. So let's select best
and click Okay. Photoshop will now
analyze the image using AI and automatically remove
the unwanted reflections. Once the process is complete, Photoshop creates two new layers the reflection removal layer and reflection layer containing
the extracted reflections. Now let's compare the
before and after results. As you can see,
Photoshop has done an amazing job of removing
the reflections while preserving the important
details of the original image all with just a few clicks and without any
manual retouching. Sometimes, after
removing reflections, you may notice that the
image appears slightly darker or that some shadows
become more visible. If that happens, you
can easily fix it. Go to Image Adjustments and
select Shadows Highlights. From here, simply increase the shadow slider until the darker areas
look more natural. You can also fine tune the
highlights if necessary. Small adjustment helps
restore the natural look of the image without requiring
any complicated editing. And now you can see
that we've achieved a clean and professional
looking result with very little effort. Now let's move on to
the second example. We'll follow exactly
the same process. Photoshop will
once again analyze the image and automatically
remove the reflections. Let's compare the before
and after results. As you can see, the reflections have been removed beautifully, and the final image looks much cleaner and
more professional. This new AI reflection
removal tool is one of the most useful features
introduced in Photoshop. It saves a tremendous
amount of time and produces impressive results
with just a few clicks.
3. Generative Fill in Photoshop: This tutorial, I'll teach
you everything you need to know about Photoshop's
Generative Fill step by step. Before starting the lesson, make sure that Photoshop is updated and you are signed in. I'm using the Photoshop
2025 version. Generative Fill is connected to Adobe's online models and may use Generative credits
from your account. Generative Fill appears in the Contextual Task Bar
whenever you make a selection. If Generative Fill
doesn't appear, then go to Windows
Contextual Task Bar to enable or disable this tool. Personally, I prefer
to keep this tool disabled because sometimes
when I make a selection, it automatically pops up, which I find a bit distracting. First, let's disable this tool when I actually need them too. Then I go to edit, Generative Fill, and
use it from there. Now let me explain some
useful properties. By default, when you make
a selection on an image, the generative fill options will appear right
below the selection. If you want to fix the
position of this task bar, then click on the three dots, choose Pin bar, and then select
your preferred position. After that, whenever
you make a selection, the bar will appear in the fixed location instead of floating around
the selection. And you can reset
the position by clicking on Reset bar position. Now let's place some fruits on this table using
Generative Fill. First, make a selection on the table where you want
the fruits to appear. Then click on
Generative Fill and in the text box type
something like fruits. Photoshop will
automatically generate the objects and blend them seamlessly with
the background. In the properties
panel, Photoshop generates three
variations by default. You can choose the one
that looks best to you. Let's select them one by one. I think this is the best
option. Let's go with it. And when I hover over
a variation thumbnail, you'll see three icons. Delete icon, it
removes the variation. Generate similar icon. It creates more results similar to the
selected variation. And every time the result
will be different. And there are some
similar variation images. You can also select any one of the options if you
like the result. If you're not satisfied, simply generate more
variations as needed. Please note that every time
you generate new images, your generative AI
credits will be used. You can check your
remaining credits anytime in your Adobe account. And if you want to
enhance the details of the product or blend the
surrounding area more smoothly, you can do so by
clicking on this icon. Then it enhanced the
variation image result. Thumbnail size icon,
it allows you to increase or decrease the
preview size of the thumbnails. These tools give
you flexibility to refine your results and get
exactly the look you want. You can generate the
images here also. Let's generate some
more variation. First, let's generate
a cup of tea. Now, let's choose this one. Next, let's generate
a painting here. I think this result looks good, and that's the power of
generative fill in Photoshop. With just a selection
and a simple prompt, you can remove distractions, replace objects, or add
entirely new elements that match the
scene's perspective, lighting, and texture. Every result appears
on its own layer, keeping your workflow
non destructive, easy to refine with masks and
flexible to re edit later. It's a fast and creative
way to transform any image with professional
realistic results.
4. Product Editing with Generative Fill: Let me show you some
more tricks to use generative fill to
enhance product. In this image, you can see a
big dark patch on the sofa. If you want to
remove it quickly, simply make a selection
over the area. Then click on Generative
Fill and Generate. The patch is removed instantly. Now choose the best one. I think this looks good. And to make more natural
and blend this area. Now let's add some noise. And you get a clean,
natural looking result. See the before and after result. So Generative fill can speed up your workflow significantly
if you use it the right way. Let me show you another example. In this cup, there is a visible patch that
we want to remove. First, make a selection
over the patch. When I click on this icon, you'll notice several options. Transform Selection, lets you resize or reshape
your selection. You can try more options also. Inverse selection
flips the selection so that everything outside the
current area is selected. Create mask, makes a mask
from your selection. And Photoshop will
automatically fix the cup. Now choose the best one. I think this looks good. In this next image, let's fix another area. First, let's fix it
with generative feel. First, let's fix the
left side of the area. Now let's move on
to the right side. Now we need to fix this
light also to do this. Open curves, drag the curve
bar down to darken the spot, and then invert it
using Control plus I, select the brush tool, and adjust the brush settings
such as size and hardness. For best results, keep
the hardness set to zero. Now, decrease the opacity
slightly and make sure the foreground color
is set to white and gently paint over the
area you want to correct. Now, decrease the fill
slightly for best result. Let's see before
and after result. Now, let's fix the color first, create a new layer and then use the eyedropper tool eye
to pick a nearby color. Choose color blending mode and paint over the patch to
blend it seamlessly. The spot is now
completely fixed. You can apply the same method to correct other areas as well. Finally, let's compare
the before and after, and you can clearly
see the improvement. And with these techniques, you can easily clean
up your images and achieve professional results
in just a few steps.
5. Replace Objects Using Generative Fill: This tutorial, I'll
show you how to replace any object in Photoshop
using generative fill. This is one of the most powerful AI features in Photoshop. It lets us swap out
objects seamlessly while automatically matching perspective, lighting,
and texture. Let's dive in. In this image,
we will replace the car. We need to select the
object we want to replace. I'll grab the Object
Selection tool from the toolbar and then
select subject. And let's replace it with
alien ship Ingenerative fill. Write alien ship. Then generate. Now, let's take a look at
the variation results. I think this one looks the
best. So let's select it. Now go to Adjustment
Layer icon and select the color lookup and
choose moonlight effect. Now enhance some lights. First, let's select the lights and open the exposure and change the value
for perfect result. And see the before
and after result. Let me show you
one more example. In this image, we will
replace this rock with snow mountain and first select the area and generate
the snow mountain. Now, let's take a look at
the variation results. A I think this one looks the
best. So let's select it. Now, let's enhance
the image colors. Go to color lookup, and then select the
crisp winter look preset and now looks okay. But we need to fix
the color these area. So, create a new layer and set its blending
mode to color. Select the brush and choose the color and paint over
the problematic area. Now, image looks okay. Let me show you before
and after result. And that's how you replace
objects in Photoshop using generative fill with
just a selection and a descriptive prompt, you can transform your
photos in minutes.
6. Select Subject and Remove Background in Photoshop: When Photoshop finds
the object in an image, then these two options appears. Select subject and
remove background. First, let's talk
about select subject. This tool automatically
detects and selects the main subject
in your image with just one click and
make Selection. On the other hand, remove background works in
the opposite way. It removes the entire background and keeps only the subject. Now, background
has been removed. And let's place another
image below this image. First, let's correct
the woman's position. I think we should
also adjust her pose. Now, go to Edit then
Puppet Warp tool. Add a few anchor points. And adjust them to
improve the pose. A When you feel the pose looks right, press enter to
apply the changes. Let me show you
before and after. Now we have corrected the pose. Then let's match the women
color with background. Go to Image Adjustment,
then match color. Then select source and layer, then neutralize it and adjust the values to achieve
a perfect color match. And see the before and after. Please note, for every
image you'll need to adjust all the values to
achieve the best result. It really depends on how much you want the
colors to match. Now let's create the
shadow below the shoes. First, create a new layer. Then select the brush
tool and make oval shape. Adjust the size and
keep hardness zero. And use it. And use it. Use here and here. Now we have changed
the background, and that's how you
remove a background in Photoshop using the
Contextual Task Bar.
7. Harmonize Tool — Match Lighting & Color with AI: This tutorial, I'll
show you how to use the Harmonize feature in
Photoshop's Contextual Task Bar. Harmonize is an AI powered tool that automatically
matches the color, lighting, and tone of a subject
layer to its background, making composites look
natural and realistic. When Photoshop detects an
object, this tool appears. For example, when I
select the girl's layer, you can see the harmonized tool. Please note this tool
only available in Photoshop 2025 Beta version, you can download
this Beta version on Creative Cloud
in Beta section. The Beta version
includes new tools and enhancements in AI
generative workflows, compositing and resolution
improvements that are still under development
and being refined. Because it is a Beta, some features may
be experimental, have limitations, bugs, lower resolution
performance tradeoffs, or even be flagged differently
regarding commercial use. And when I click
on this Harmonize, then it automatically
matched the girl the color, lighting, tone and shadows. It also provides
three variations, and you can simply choose
the one you like best. And that's how you use Harmonize in Photoshop's
Contextual Task Bar. With just one click, Photoshop analyzes your subject
and background, then adjusts tones, lighting, and colors so everything feels
like one cohesive photo. It's fast, non
destructive and an essential step in creating
realistic composite.
8. Remove Tool in Photoshop: This tutorial, I'll show you
how to use the removed tool. The removed tool is
an AI Power tool that lets you paint or select
over unwanted objects, and Photoshop intelligently
removes them, blending the
background seamlessly. I'll show you two methods to
remove objects in Photoshop. Method first, remove tool. When we select an object
using the Selection tool, or paint over it with the
Selection brush tool. The removed tool appears in
the Contextual Task Bar. In the Photoshop beta version, this tool has been greatly
improved and works very well. When I click on it, Photoshop automatically
removes the object. The best part is
that it doesn't use your AI credits.
Let's try it again. And as you can see,
it works perfectly. Method, second, Generative Fill. Now let me show you
the second method. First, make a selection
around the object. Then click on Generative Fill. In the textbox, type remove
and generate the result. This time, Photoshop
uses AI credits, but it provides
three variations, and you can choose the
one that looks best. So it really depends on
you which method you prefer to use for removing
objects in Photoshop. Let me show you
one more example. First, we'll use the remove tool and check the result. Then we'll use Generative Fill
to remove the same object. If you're not satisfied
with one method, you can always switch to the other, both work effectively. That's how you use the
remove tool from Photoshop. Just select the tool,
paint over distractions, and Photoshop
automatically removes them with AI precision. It's fast, intuitive, and perfect for cleaning
up photos in seconds.
9. Generative Expand in Photoshop: Learn about a very
powerful feature in Photoshop called
Generative Expand. This tool allows you to expand your canvas beyond the original
boundaries of an image, and Photoshop will
intelligently generate new content that blends
seamlessly with your photo. Now we want to increase the background area and we'll use Generative Expand to do it. Go to the toolbar and
select the Crop tool. Now click on Generative
Expand and Generate it. Now Photoshop will analyze your image and
automatically generate new content to fill the expanded area and see the result and
choose the perfect one. Let me show you
one more example. In this image, let's
expand the area. And as you can see,
it works perfectly. Please note, every
time you generate, the results will be
slightly different, so don't hesitate to try multiple variations
until you get the one that works
best for your project. And that's how you use Generative
Expand in Photoshop to extend your images and create more professional
flexible design.
10. Adjust Color Using the Contextual Task Bar in Photoshop: This tutorial, I'll
show you how to use the adjust color option in Photoshop's Contextual Task Bar. This is a fast way
to tweak brightness, contrast and color without
digging through menus. It's especially useful
for quick corrections when you're working with
Generative fill or selections. When you open an image in Photoshop and click on
the adjustment color, Photoshop analyzes the image and shows you the available
colors that you can adjust. For example, if we want to
adjust the car light color, simply select the red color
and change its values. In the same way, you can also change the
overall car color. I For more accurate results, you can use the
eyedropper tool to pick the exact color
you want to match. That's how you adjust
color quickly in Photoshop using the
Contextual Task Bar. It's a simple but powerful
tool for fast corrections, especially useful right after generative fill
when the new object might need a little
color matching. Practice with
different sliders and combine with masks for
professional results.
11. Find Distractions in Photoshop: This tutorial, I'll
show you how to use the Find Distractions option inside Photoshop's remove tool. Photoshop can now intelligently detect distractions like wires, cables or even
unwanted people in the background and remove
them automatically. Example one, removing
wires and cables. In this photo, I have
distracting power lines. With wires and cables checked, Photoshop detects
them instantly. I simply click on
wires and cables. And the lines are
removed without me having to brush over
them one by one. Example two, removing people. In the second example,
I want to remove some unwanted people in the background. I
click on people. And Photoshop automatically
selects them. You can see it highlights all the people in the background. Now, suppose you don't want
to remove certain people, use the subtract option and
paint over them to deselect. And if you want to
expand the selection, use add to increase the area. Once you're happy with the
selection, press Enter. Photoshop instantly removes the people
from the background, leaving the scene clean
and distraction free, and that's the fine distractions feature in Photoshop's
remove tool. If by chance, you're not
satisfied with the result, then in the mode section, you can change the option, Set Generative AI
two on off or auto. With dedicated options for
wires and cables and people, Photoshop can clean up
your images automatically, leaving you with polished
distraction free photos in just a few clicks.
12. Actions Panel in Photoshop (Suggested & Featured Essentials): Photoshop Beta, the action
system got a big upgrade. Now you have a fresh
UI with live previews, search by name or description, and smart suggestions
that adapt to your image. You can even choose to apply an action specifically
to the subject or background and actions now record as a
single history step. So undoing is clean.
And don't worry. The classic Actions
view is still available if you prefer
the old workflow. Now we have an image open. To access the Actions Panel, go to the window Actions or
simply press Alt plus F nine. This will open the
Actions Panel. There are two types
of actions available. The first one is
suggested actions. Photoshops AI automatically
analyzes your open image. Is lighting, subject, and
overall type and then suggests a few actions that might enhance and second
featured essentials. These are curated built in action presets from Adobe,
basically high quality, commonly used workflows
like sharpen details, brighten shadows, add soft
glow or autocolor balance. They're not AI suggested. They're just always available
under featured essentials, giving you a starting toolkit of professional one click looks. Photoshop automatically
analyzes the image and displays up to five
suggested actions. Here I see options like
Generate custom background. Strongly boost the vibrations and increase the
clarity, et cetera. If I hover over one, I get a live preview
on my canvas. This shows what the effect would look like
before applying it. First, create a duplicate layer by pressing Control plus J. Now, let's apply an
action to this layer. And let's take a look at the before and after results. Let me show you
one more example. Apply the action again. And if needed, you can fine
tune the result by adjusting the filters or reducing the opacity for a
more natural look. And that's how the suggested
and featured essentials work in Photoshop Beta's
New Actions Panel. Suggested Actions use Adobe's AI to recommend quick enhancements tailored to your image while featured essentials provide
a library of curated, professional one click
edits you can Trust. Together, they make
photo editing faster, smarter and more
intuitive than ever.
13. Generate Image in Photoshop: This lesson, I'll
show you how to use the Generate Image feature in Photoshop's Contextual Task Bar, one of the newest and most
powerful AI tools that lets you create stunning visuals directly inside Photoshop. When nothing is
selected on the Canvas, you'll see three options in
the Contextual Task Bar. First, add from the device. When I click Add from Device, Photoshop opens my
local File Explorer. I can now browse my folders, select any image
from my computer. And click Open. The image
drops directly into my current project as a new layer automatically
scaled to fit the canvas. Second, add free stock images. When I click it from the
Contextual Task Bar, Photoshop opens the Adobe
Stock free collection right inside the workspace. Here, you can either
choose any image from the available options
or search for one, for example, type animal
in the search bar. Then simply click on
the image you like, and it will be added instantly. And finally, Generate Image. This tool allows you to create a brand new image from text prompts directly
inside Photoshop, powered by Adobe
Fireflies Generative AI. First, let's talk about the predefined prompt
inspiration images. When I click on any
of these images, Photoshop shows you
the prompt text that was used to generate
that particular image. Now, let's try generating
this image again. I Photoshop will create
three variations, but you'll notice they look
slightly different from the original predefined
prompt inspiration image, and that's completely normal. Each time you generate Photoshop's AI interprets
the prompt in a unique way, giving you new creative results. From these variations, you can select the one
you like best. Next, create a new layer. Let's try it one more time and generate a
completely new image. From these variations, you can select the one
you like best. Now let's explore a
few more options. To begin. This time, let's select a new image and look at the content
type options. Here, you can choose the style of the image
you want to generate. For example, art or photo. Art gives a more
creative painted look while photo produces a
realistic, detailed result. Let's choose art as
the content type. Now, let's talk about effects
below the prompt box. You'll find several effect
styles that help define the overall look and feel
of your generated image. These are organized into
different categories. Such as movements, themes,
techniques, and effects. Inside each category,
you'll find a collection of predefined effect
styles that can completely change the
visual tone of your image. Let's select Bowdline as an example and
generate the image. Photoshop creates
three variations in the art and bold line style, and each one looks
unique and creative. Now, let's try generating
the image again. But this time, we'll
select a different effect. You can also choose
multiple effects at once depending on your creative needs and the type of result
you want to get. You'll see that the new result changes according to the
selected effect style, giving your artwork a
fresh new look every time. Next, now, I'll show you how to use the style
options in Generate Image, one of the most creative
features in Photoshop 2025 Beta. With just a few clicks, you can control the look, mood, and artistic direction of
your AI generated images, choosing anything from
photo realistic scenes to fantasy illustrations
or digital paintings. You can also choose a style
from the style section. Or even upload your
own reference image to match its visual tone. Once generated,
Photoshop creates images based on your selected style
or the one you uploaded. Ultimately, it all depends on
your needs and creativity. You can experiment with
different effects, styles, and prompts to create
endless artistic variations. Now, I'll show you how to use the composition feature in Photoshop's Generate
Image panel. Composition controls where
your subject appears, how the elements are arranged, and how the camera
angle frames the scene. It's like giving Photoshop
a sense of perspective, helping you design
the perfect shot. Once you've selected
the composition, click Generate Image
to see the result. Let's try generating
the image once again, but this time, we'll
choose a new composition. Or you can upload a
composition image also. If you're not satisfied
with the outcome, you can easily
change the style and composition right here by
clicking on this icon. Here, you can easily select a new style or upload your
own reference style image. Similarly, you can choose a new composition or upload one to match
your creative idea. You can also modify
the content type and effects to experiment
with different looks. And and now we've got a brand new image generated according
to our new settings. In the Properties panel, you can see all the images that Photoshop generated from
that single text prompt. You can choose the image
that you like best. It all depends on
your composition and creative requirements. Now, let me tell you one more important thing
inside the prompt text box. You can edit your text anytime. First, let's select this image. Now let's edit the text prompt. For example, change
gray to green. Cat to deer. And
mountain to forest. Let's select content type
photo and in effects. Choose the Synth wave. After making changes,
click Generate again, and Photoshop will create new results based on
your updated prompt. And that's how the content
type effects style, composition and text
prompt options work together in Photoshop's
Generate Image panel. Your text prompt describes
the idea while content type decides what you're
creating like a photo, artwork or graphic. Effects add creative touches
such as lighting or texture. Style defines the artistic look, and composition controls
framing and camera perspective. When combined, these settings give you full creative control, helping you generate
stunning professional quality AI images exactly
the way you imagine them.
14. Create Images Using Text Prompts in Photoshop: This lesson, I'll show
you how to create a brand new image in Photoshop
using only a text prompt. I'll use this text prompt, a serene mountain lake
at sunrise, mist rising, photo realistic, warm,
golden hour light, wide angle 24 millimeter, calm mood, no people, no text. Now, choose the content
type, set it to photo. If you want to go
into more detail, you can also adjust the effect, style, and composition settings. It completely depends on your preference and the
result you want to achieve. But for this example, I'll use only the content type photo. Now, let's generate the image. Photoshop generates
three image options. As you can see, the
result looks great, and it matches the details
we described in the prompt. Next, I'll show you how
you can enhance your image by adjusting the effect
and style in options. First, create a new layer, then click on this icon
and select Generate Image. For this example, I'll use
the following text prompt, minimalist product shot of a matt black wireless
speaker on a white pedestal, studio lighting,
shallow depth of field, clean commercial
style, no logos. Now let's generate it. Photoshop creates
three variations, and you can select the
one you like best. Next, let's enhance the image further using effects and style. Click on this icon, go to style and choose the
one that fits your design. Then go to Effects and
add the desired effect. Now, click Generate and
Photoshop will create new images that combine both the selected
style and effects. As you can see, we've got fresh creative variations with
enhanced details and tone. Let's improve it even more. This time, choose
a few new effects. Then select a different style. And generate again.
And here we go. Photoshop has produced
brand new images with richer colors,
depth and lighting. The results look amazing. Remember, the quality
of the result depends on how detailed
your text prompt is. The more specific and
descriptive you are, the closer the generated
image will match your vision. If your description
is short or vague, Photoshop might generate
something slightly different, but that's part of
the creative process. So always try to give clear and detailed
instructions for the best and most
accurate results. Now, let me show
you one more method to generate images in Photoshop. First, select the entire Canvas by pressing control plus A. Then click on Generative fill
and Enter your text prompt. For this example, I'll
use the following prompt. Minimalist product shot of a matte white ceramic mug
on a marble pedestal, soft studio lighting, shallow depth of field,
clean commercial look. When you click on this icon, you'll see several
model options, including Adobe model
and partner models. Let's start by trying Gemini nano Banana and
generate the image. It gives us a good result, but please note that it provides only one
image variation. Next, let's try flux Context
Pro and generate again. This one also produces
a great result, but like the previous model, it offers only one variation. Now, let's switch to
Adobe Firefly three. When we generate
with this model, Photoshop creates three
image variations, giving us more options
to choose from. Each model produces a
slightly different look, lighting, and style. So it completely depends
on your preference, which image you like best, and which model gives you the results that fit
your creative vision. The generate image feature in Photoshop is a powerful
creative tool that lets you turn your
text prompts into stunning visuals
directly on your canvas. You can control every aspect of your generated image from
content type, effect, style, and composition
to even selecting different AI models
like Adobe Firefly, flux context, pro or
Gemini nano Banana. Each model produces
slightly different results, so it really depends on your creative needs and the kind of look
you're going for. Remember, the more detailed and descriptive your
text prompt is, the closer Photoshop
will match your vision. You can also refine your images further by experimenting
with effects, styles, and model choices until you achieve
the perfect output. In short, generate
image gives you the creative freedom to
design anything from realistic product shots to artistic illustrations
all within Photoshop with
just a few clicks. So keep exploring, keep experimenting and see how far your imagination
can take you.
15. Object Selection Tool in Photoshop: This tutorial, I'll
show you how to use the Object Selection Tool
in Photoshop 2025 Beta, one of the smartest tools
for selecting people, objects, and subjects
in just one click. In this version, Adobe has upgraded the tool with
improved AI detection, better edge refinement,
and faster processing, making selections more
accurate than ever. When I open an image in Photoshop and select the
Object Selection Tool, Photoshop automatically detects
the objects in the image. As I hover over the photo, Photoshop highlights
the potential objects with a pink overlay, showing me exactly
what it can select. Now, when I click
on Select People, it analyzes the image and displays thumbnails of
all detected people. As I hover over a thumbnail, it highlights that
person in the image. When I click on her thumbnail, Photoshop shows several
detailed options such as hair, eyebrows, lips, mouth,
teeth, and facial skin. If I choose facial
skin and click Apply, Photoshop automatically selects only the skin area with
incredible precision. Let's deselect this selection. Now, when I hover
over the image again, Photoshop intelligently
highlights whichever part I move the cursor over. And when I click, it instantly selects
that specific area. So with the help of this tool, you can quickly and accurately select different human
parts like the face, hair, or even clothing, all with just a few clicks. Let me show you
one more example. In this image, there
are three women. When I click on Select People, Photoshop displays three
thumbnails, one for each person. As I hover over a thumbnail, it highlights the corresponding
person in the image. When I click on a thumbnail, it again shows all the selectable body parts
for that individual. This makes it incredibly
easy to select specific parts of different
people in just seconds, saving time and giving you
full control over your edits. And that's how you use the Object Selection Tool
in Photoshop 2025 Beta.
