1. Introduction: Hi, my name is marching. In this course, I'm gonna show you how to shatter. Those are the topics which I will be covering in this video, are the density itself, as well as various most in it. Warm-ups. What to do with your hands? My practice system, which worked for me the best. So I want to share it with you. If you want to be part of the party. Boost your health and condition. Impress your friends, or maybe your good friend. Move to the music which you like. Then you've come to where I place. Shuffling is a really exciting journey and can make a lot of fun. Now let's get into the course. 2. Warm up: Hey, if you're about to skip this video, wait. Let me tell you why is the warm-up so important? Simply because shuffled and session can be pretty intensive. If you want to master anymore. You will need to practice it. And it will take some time before you get to addition level. I would like to advise you to take care of your muscles and joints, warming them up, making them elastic and ready, as well as healthy and happy. Also, it will help to decrease possible suddenness of your legs after waking up. This is likely especially at the beginning. After some longer practice sessions. Don't get yourself into injury. Find some quick water on protein for your lower body in the Internet. Construct your own farm it. And believe me, your body will. Thank you. 3. Practice system: In order to learn a move as quickly and as effectively as possible, I will advise you to break it down to smaller parts. Let us take a running man as an example. A running man consists of four steps. You'll bring your leg up as you support yourself, staying straight. The opposite leg. Then you'll bring your leg, which is up pole-ward. And the other leg goes backwards. Now we will return into your starting position. But in the opposite way, you'll lift your leg that is now behind, but at the same time, you'll need to bring your leg that is now at the front to staying straight to support the another leg. Assume I start to notice the same movement like steps 12, but with the opposite legs. In this video, I won't explain the Running Man, which I will do in the next video. In this video, I just want to show you that you can break it down and make it easier to you. What's the system? Well, if you simply take a step and repeat it, you will get comfortable enough to perform it without balanced struggles and building up muscle memory. Then you simply add another step to it. Combining step one and step two to create one more parameter. Now, you will keep on repeating step one and step two after each other and ask you're getting better with this motion. And create muscle memory. You adjust at step three and do the same. It's just like 111 a c, you will get the better. It will become 121212. Then you add another. Then it goes 123123 and finally 12341234. And it's already a complete Running Man. You just need to work on it to make it look as good as possible. And if you can perform 1234 in running man with a balance issues and feeling comfortable in it, you can start building up speed. So instead of 1234, it will become 1234. It's just simple as that. As you have built your muscle memory and you're able to execute this movement fast. You can start recording yourself so you can check your technique and check if the move looks exactly like you want it to. It's a great way to check your technique. Before you will eventually repeat it. A couple of thousands of times. You will build a lot of muscle memory. At this point, it will become way harder to change your partner. It's the best to start doing it right. After you learn a new move, you will be sure that you perform it with the correct technique, not struggling, trying to change it after it will become automatic because of constant repetition. 4. Running man: Let's start with the first movie. It's a running man. The heart of sharp students. If you didn't do it yet. I suggest watching my warm-up video first. Important in long-term to do the warm-up before starting longer practice sessions. Okay, now let's go back to the Running Man step. Here is what it looks like. Now. There are three points on the ground. We need to touch with our legs in order to make it look good. All running, man consists of four steps repeated quickly, over and over again. Step one, dominant leg up while standing straight on the other leg. Support yourself. Step two. Now bringing your dominant leg forward and the supporting click backwards. You can do a little jump while performing kids. To ensure that you're hitting all the three points on the ground. Step three, we just know behind goes up the leg, which is at the front, becomes a support. And finally step four. The lift that leg steps forward. For pink like Trump was Blackboard. Well done. That's a complete sequence. Off running. Thus repeated and start building up speed. Just like every other movie presented here. Eventually it will become automatic. You can also record yourself to check if there is a SQL gap between all the three points on the ground. You're hitting. 5. Running man variations: heel-tap, toe-tap: Hi. In this video, we'll take a look at two variations of running. One, which are healed up and total. Let's see what they look like. We'll start with you tab. Like its name says. In this variation, we tap willpower a hill instead of whole foods. Let's talk was on the front leg, which stops with the hill. It makes hold the effect. And don't worry about the leg that you send backwards. Thus tab in the way that you feel most comfortable with. Now is the time for total. All you need to do here is just to ensure that both of your legs tapping with your thoughts. That's all for this video. 6. Running man cross and to the side: Hi, If you can perform a decent running man. Apart from the variations I showed in the previous video, you could also add some modifications to get a completely different movement. One of them, He's a running man cross, which I will explain now. Atypical running man is performed in a straight line. But in a running man gross, you alternate directions while doing it. To create a cross on the ground. The direction changes executed from staying on your support England. The next morning, you say Ronnie's meant to this height. All you have to do, you just run to the site and change. You can add some fun like for example, pushing with your hands of a invisible wall. Running man can be also used as a spin in itself. Try it all out and have fun with it. Thanks for your attention. See you in the next video. 7. Running man step back and direction change: Hello there. In this part of the tutorial, I will show you how to perform a running man step back, as well as direction change, 180 degrees, turn. That looks good. Let's start with a step back. It looks like this. In order to perform a running man step back, we want to start doing a running man. And the moment we are about to step forward with our leg, we put it on the reverse, going backwards and forward. The other leg. We repeat our previous motion after dumping onto the supporting leg. Usually, the biggest struggle here is overcoming the muscle memory that you build with ironic men. This exact move is also a first step for a reverse Running Man, which we will cover in the course for advanced. Now let us take a look under direction change. It's just a 180 degrees there that we could perform. If you want to change the directions quick with some good-looking effect to create a smooth transition without stopping the running. Man. Do this, we need to kick back with our leg and then pull it towards our stomach while trying to turn our body 180 degrees. And the same time, both the kick and pulling movement would have created a force that will help us tell our button. That's all for this material. I hope you enjoyed the video and wish you a nice day. Bye. 8. Running man front to back kick + scissors: Hi guys. In this part of the tutorial, I would like to present those similar modes. Ironic man, front-to-back kick and the Running Man, Caesar's. Those are the last two movements that the base on the Running Man in the beginner series of the tutorial. First, we'll start with front-to-back kicker. Here is a quick presentation. While doing a running man. We are kicking back with our leg. And then as you return to the starting position, immediately kick to the front. I prefer to lean forward or backward while doing this, to adjust the balance and make it easier. Now, you kind of bounce from the front, thus returning. Lastly, you perform a second kick, bouncing up again. Getting back to the running man, you can easily perform markets if you want. And the PTO feel like you're swinging during the motion rather than kicking. Don't worry. The forest created during this movement, which makes your swing, will also make it more smooth and natural. So it will look better. Let's get to the next one. Running months. Jesus. Like I said before, it's a very similar movement. But instead of doing a one front kick, you do a series of small peaks. Look like the Caesars, hence its name. So after you've started to keep to the back, you'll bring the same led to the front. You do this on the straight leg without lifting it. Snakes, you perform a couple of small kicks, alternating the legs by jumping between them, like presented in the video. After that, to finish their movement. You, the Bacchic, returning Running Man, exactly like in the previous movement. As always, thanks for your attention, Peace out. 9. Heel twist: Welcome. In this tutorial, we learn how to heal twists. First things first, let's take a look at demo. We start with relaxing our legs. Don't straighten your legs during this movement because you will look steeply like a piece of wood with our legs slightly bent with wisdom by jumping on your front foot, on the toes of your back foot. Positioning ourselves corner wise to our starting position. From here, we just changed the corners, turning our body to the other side. For example, right? Right. After that you can finish performing the movement. Or for example, make a transition to a running man, like you've seen in the presentation at the beginning of this tutorial. That's all for this video. Have a nice day, Bye. 10. Charleston step: Hey, in previous videos, I have shown you ironic men, as well as some variations and moves to enrich this pattern. Now is the time to get to know another movement pattern. A foundation of many other modes called carelessness. With a standard running man, we move in a straight line. However, with Charles Stone step, we move our legs mostly site to the side. I remember when I was learning this MOOC. I have seen them many tutorials where people were just turning their legs without really jumping. And I thought that's, it's a right way to do it. So I learned it eventually. But ultimately, when I split it up towards very difficult and look terrible, they needed some time for the program. My muscle memory. So don't make my mistake and pop also with your supporting leg while doing Charleston. So here is how to do it. Stand on your toes and twist your hips in the way that your toes are pointing inwards and outwards with your limbs are positioned this way. Leaked one of your legs to the side and bring it forward while you're turning your hips to the opposite side. In this way, that when you cross the legs, your toes are pointing towards each other again. Then you simply do the same with the other leg. The repeat all the steps. How many times you want to create a dance from it. Here are some additional tips you should be aware of while performing a chart of the stones that people want. Your legs should be relaxed and slightly bent. It all the time. People. While you're crossing your legs, your toes should be in a relatively straight line. Tip number three per ambitious. If you've already mastered the child has some step. It looks better. If you could learn not to look down on your feet and lean a bit to the site while performing the movement. Okay guys. That's all I wanted you to know about shadows. Instead. I hope you enjoyed the video and see you in the next piece. 11. Choreographies: Hey, this style, we'll talk about choreographies. We developed a choreography when we take some music and adjust dance to eat. My opinion, if you've mastered at least five different moves, you can start building a choreography. Of course. You will also need to learn how to fit smoothly between those moves. Then already to do is just wait for your paper. It's woman and the girl while the pollen and the Renaissance man in the gun in my hand, the new course on the canteen at a disadvantage of Los Angeles to look at clean it up until the product Kathy kinda don't cover Medicaid, winter Sharman, it was written that a cockatoo like the perfect combo thinking big takeaways for me and Kelly Glick, I was watching. I can't be starting slip bands on my snap. I hope that you liked my exemplary choreography. You guys. Thanks for watching. Peace out. 12. Straddle heel hop: Welcome to the another cutting trips tutorial. In this particular one will find out how to perform a child with hip hop. It looks like this. Starting position, you'll jump crossing your legs, exactly like in Charleston step. Let me remind how we toss. Legs should be relaxed and slightly bent. We jump on our toes in the way that they are pointing inwards. The hills are pointing outwards. Then we jump with our legs outwards while you're twisting our hips, so the toes still pointing inwards and Hughes outdoors. The third step, we just hope on our Hughes and twist the hips while pointing outwards with our lifted thoughts. From here we just get back to the second position. And from there to the first. Congratulations. Now you know how to straddle here. I hope you've found this material informative to do next. 13. Side hopping: Hello guys. In this video, we take a look at side hoping you should aim to help your body relax during this moment. Let us see what it looks like. In order to start a site hoping we have to lift one of our legs and then step out to the side, tapping with our heel and slightly jumping out at the same time to the opposite side of our top direction. So if we tap to the right, we jump out to the left. Please jump. It's responsible for a cool effect, which really makes site hoping glute good. After our step out and jump or performed, we move our body weight. On the tapping click and Lyft are supporting click. We set ourselves up a repeating same move for the other side. We thought with the lift that leg and dumped out slightly to the opposite side. Thereafter, we do exactly the same like before. Sending our body weights to the tapping click. Making get our support and lifting the second leg. Got relations. We are done from there. Like always, you can either continue or finish. Make a transition to another mode. Thanks for watching this video, guys. Wish you a nice day. Bye. 14. Heel toe zigzac: Hi. In this video, you will learn how to perform a hilltop zigzag. Now let me present it for you. Here we go. We'll leave taus of one leg, the other leg, depending on which direction we want to go. Here, we start to travel with our legs to the side of the foot, lift that heel in order to travel to the site, went to spin on the part of the leg. We're standing on. The moment where our toes are pointing towards each other. Ideally creating an angle of 90 degrees between our pizza. But if you want to be able to create a 90 degree angle, don't worry, most of the people won't have enough mobility to do this anyway. Just focus on doing the best angle you can and you are good to go. After performing a spin, we have changed the side of each of the feet. Then we spin again. Then we switch site of the foot again. Spin, switch and spin. And that's how you perform these Pokemon. If we want to change direction quick, after performing sbin, we don't switch the site of our food, but immediately spin buck again instead. That's all for this video. Hope you found it helpful for you. See you again. 15. Criss cross: Welcome. This part of the shaft will dance tutorial is dedicated to a movie called crisscross. It's a very simple move. That looks pretty nice. Let's take a look at it. I am not going to over complicated. It's just crossing your legs than putting them away from each other in a straight line? We cross our legs, cooking one of them in the front and one behind. Led growth spurt column. Exactly like entire lesson. So our nice needs to be slightly bent. And when crossed, our kids points inwards. Thereafter, the next step, he's jumping through our feet to the side away from each other. Now we cross them again, but this time we swapped the legs. This means that the leg that was behind during previous cross is now in the prompt and vice versa. Then you jump with each leg to the side again. Then the cross, then jump to the sides. Gross, and so on. Really simple. But there is one more thing you can add to make it look even better. Instead of jumping, staying in one place, try to lean to the side every time you cross the legs, alternating between left and right. Every time you performed across, while crossing the legs and leaning, you will have tendency to jump slightly to the side you're leaning too. Small jumps will make a move look even better by creating additional afford the sliding motion between the sides. That's all. Thank you for your time this out. 16. T-Step and T-Kick: Hello there. In this video, we will get to know two similar moves, this step and take kick. Let's begin with this step. While doing this step, we can tap with the hue or with the toes. Now we will take a look at them both. I prefer variation will be here, but you can alternate between both. We begin lifting one of our legs and twisting, supporting one in the way that the foot is pointed forward. Now we talk with our listed leg, turning heel of the supporting leg inwards. That's the move. We can repeat it as many times as you want. Going further to our second technique is a variation where we do all the same like in T step. But instead of touching the ground, we tap only in the air, making it look more like a kick. That were another two steps which we can add to our collection. Hope it was helpful, and wish you a nice day. See you. 17. Side twist: Hi, This episode is a quick guide on how to do a slight twist. If you're looking for an easy move, that looks cool. That's another one. Let's see it in the presentation. That's what we need to do. From standing heel transposition. We jump in with our feet, putting them together and staying straight. Next we jump with our legs outside. Please stand both of them to the equal site sold on our feet are pointing in the same direction. You are leading, should land on the hill. The second one on the toes. From this point, we jump in, putting our feet together again, preparing ourselves to jump out exactly like before while jumping out, twist our legs again. But now our feet are pointing in the opposite direction. Then we turned in again with our legs straight. And that's a complete from this point, you can either continue, seem to be jumping out and twisting your legs, stop the movement, or you can perform some kind of transition as well. That's all. Thank you for your attention and see you in the next one. Please. 18. Swing spin: Hi, this time I would like to introduce your excluding spin. The only spin I ever used. Why is that? Well, it simple with looking and easy to perform. Here it goes. If we want to perform, it would have to have our leg lifted from here with our leg backwards and spin at the same time. The swing will help us to spin. During this bean, after reaching 180 degrees, we can quickly swing backwards with our leg. Again. Continuous meaning and performing equals 360 degrees. And that's it. We can spin and spin again without interrupting. The spin can be great as a transition as well as an addition. But you can drill into any choreography, making it richer in most and thus more attracted. You've made it to the end of this video. Have fun with the new view. 19. Adding Hands: Hey, in this short video, I would like to show you how much of a difference adding comments to your dense mix and encourage you to use them. Let's your site hoping as an example. First we'll take a look at the moon without adding cans movement. Now, let's add some various hand movements, three dots better. You can perform freestyle or integrated somehow with your legs. Also, it could be a useful tool to help your boss just find your style and try to program it into your dance. Keep practicing and have fun with it. See you again. 20. Moving on the floor: Hello guys. In this short video, I want to bring moving on the floor to your attention. Let's begin with an example of a short dance while staying at one place. Now let us see how it will look if we start moving on the floor. Wave or there isn't it? Moving quietly? Dancing is very important. It makes your dense, more mobile and more attractive. Go express yourself fully and use for space that surrounds you. That's all. I hope this short comparison has convinced you to move more when you perform items. 21. Summary: Hello friends. I would like to thank you all for choosing exactly this course from all the other courses on the Internet and staying with me to the end. I'm not. Summarizing, remember, first, have no shame expressing yourself to your favorite music. Second, do not give up any session. Be systematic. Don't forget to record yourself. So you can check your technique and verify if all the todo looks exactly like you want it to. Last is your attitude. You should always remember that density is a journey and it will take some time before you will see satisfying effects. So stay positive. Taking it for an adventure, which can be fascinating reward in itself. Not only an end goal, practice. Give you the chance to listen to your favorite music. To be more active. Healthcare and learning some cool stuff. Don't forget that every master was once a beginner. So don't let frustration get over you and have fun. I hope guys that you liked the course. And if yes, it is possible that in some time and another course for advanced with annual list of moves will kick in. And with this positive accent, you've made it to the end. You know what to do. Do not hesitate, dense, wild, and express yourself.
