About This Class
Have you felt awkward dancing in public? Have you felt uncomfortable dancing at a party/club? Then you are in the right place!
Check out this video showing you three different moves that you can use ANYTIME, to not look awkward while still enjoying yourself.
Hands-on Class Project
If you don't want to just go out into the world right away and use these dance moves, I can provide feedback for you! Here are steps you can follow after you have watched my video.
1. Find some music.
Play your favourite jams, or even a song that is super popular at the moment (Bonus: make a playlist).
2. Find the rhythm.
"Bob" your head to the song of choice and find the rhythm of the song.
3. Apply the moves.
Try out a move of choice from the video (OR ALL THREE!) You can choose your favourite one or a move you want to get better at. Keep the rhythm and dance to it.
4. Be CONFIDENT
Nothing more awkward than a person who knows the moves but is not confident doing them. Don't worry! Relax and let the music move you.
5. Optional: Film yourself dancing and send it to me!
I understand you are scared, but I am not judging! I used to be in the exact same position as you. Send me a clip of yourself so I can provide feedback to help you feel more confident!
