That's how you know Hungarian interests video. We're going to talk about the alphabet or abbots in Hungarian. But we're going to do it on a bit different way because we're going to learn one word for each letter. So we're going to learn the alphabet and some basic but useful vocabulary at the same time. Let's start together. So guys, this is our alphabet, or abbots. In Hungarian. They've got 44 letters in our alphabet. But don't worry, It's not that bad because 14 out of them are just developers. And we differentiate the short and long vowels. We don't check all the letters today out. The reason therefore is that we don't use all the letters in our language. So we can't find any example for those letters, but we use them just in very special cases, like at foreign names or at foreign cities. But we're going to talk about those letters, right in the next video, where we're going to learn the right Hungarian pronunciation. Now, let's start with the Hungarian alphabet. The first letter in our alphabet is all like oto, which is car. The second one is like ij, which is bad. Then we're going to have B or boosts, which is bus. Obviously. And for now, I'm quite sure that you're sounding like a native Hungarian from Budapest. In the next video, we're going to check out the high and deep was in our language, which are going to be crucial in order to use the language correctly. And then we're going to practice the vocabulary we learned already. Thank you so much for your great work and see you in the next video. See I stock. 4. 4. Vowels-Magánhangzók: Hello, It looks like a stock. And David, you're Hungarian teacher. And come on guys. Let's thank you. No Hungarian. In today's video, we're going to check out all the waffles in our language and we're going to learn how to categorize them. We're going to pick up some examples from the first video about the alphabet or obesity in Hungarian. Because I want you to have a clear understanding how this thing basically works. And then let's see how. Alright guys. So the first question is, what are D was in the Hungarian language? Such a question right? Right at the beginning. Crazy. So the wobbles are the letters like a, E. For example. If it's not short or long, It's quite anyway, it doesn't make any difference, right? The next question is, how can we categorize them? Well, we can create two groups for now. Because among those levels, we're going to have deep and high ones. If you are such a goldfish like me, and you're not able to memorize five or ten letters in a group, then let me grab the opportunity to give you hop in cans. Because we already learned the word. We can collect all the deep wobbles width. And this word is going to be all or car. Because if you look at this word, you're going to see all in the first position. The second letter is. And at the end, you're going to see all. And they are all the deep of hours. If the vowel is short or long, it doesn't make any difference, right? What about the next group? It's gonna be the high was. And we can grab a word to collect all of them. And this word is going to be Danny's do or tennis rocket. If you look at this word, you're going to realize that we have a lot of levels and it, they've got E. And once again, if the vowel is short or long, It's quite anyway, it doesn't make any difference, right? So they are going to be the high levels in the Hungarian language. But let's find some examples for the deep vowels. I really hope you still remember what was the thing we've learned. For the second letter? It was, I think a bad, right? And bad. It's gonna be odd in Hungarian. And it's in the deep group because the only one we have is r. And that's why ij is going to be in the deep group. The next example we're going to have is Shahla. But why is Charlotte are going to be in the deep group? Because we have free will was right? Or are and all at the end. And as I told you, if the wobble is short or long, It's quite anyway, it doesn't make any difference. And this is why shout-out though. It's gonna be in the deep group. Let's find another example. And this is going to be your cohort. Look at those guys. Look at those vowels. We're going to have 00 and we have both of them in auto, right? And this is why you quote, it's gonna be in the deep group or may chalkboard, because chop word means group. Alright, I really hope it's understandable. But now let's check the mouthwash, chop worth or the high group out. Here we're going to have three examples again. And the first one is going to be, you've egg. But why is vague in the high group? Because look at the wobbles again, there's at the front. And the second one was gonna be and we had both of them in tennis. You do, right? Let's grab the second example, which is going to be bert, which means five. The only wobble here, It's gonna be looking at the world. Well, at the end of ten is sued. There is some similarity. I think this is why it's going to be in the mall gosh, chalkboard or high group. The third example is G. The only will we have is e. We had E at the tonicity. So this is why cheap is going to be in the, my gosh, chalkboard or high group. Alright, but now if we had may chop worth or deep group and my gosh, chalkboard or high group. Then we're going to have a third group, which is going to be a mixed group. And we're going to collect all the words into this group. They have the wobbles from the deep and from the high group. Let's check it out. The first example is going to be elephant. But why is Elephant in the Vignesh chalkboard or a mixed group? Because they've got at the front, then we're going to have a second air. But what's happened there? There's a further level. And we had at the May chalkboard, this is going to mix up everything. Because if you have hours from the deep group and you've got weathers from the high one as well. Then this one is going to be the mixed one. The next one is going to be Zebra. Here we're going to have air from the more gosh chalkboard. And we're going to have all from D may support. And that's why it's going to be a mixed one. And then the last example, it's gonna be giraffe. And as you can see, I've got two vowels again. They've got E and we've got R. And E is in the My gosh, Support or high group. And R, which is in the May chalkboard or deep group. And this is why giraffe, it's going to be in the chalkboard or mixed group. Alright guys. I really hope it wasn't that hard. Thank you so much for your great work. And don't forget to write your opinion about my course right into the comments. See you in the next video. See you are stuck. 5. 5 A An The - A Az Egy: Hello, succeed. And David, you're Hungarian teacher. Come on guys, the triangular Hungarian. In today's class, we're going to check out all the articles we have in the Hungarian language. With that said, let's get the intro short and dive right into it. So guys, as you can see, we're going to have two groups of articles. In the first group, we're going to have the definite articles. And in the second group, we're going to have the indefinite articles. Let's start with a definite ones. As a definite article, we can use R or us. But what is the difference between them? The only difference is that we're going to use all at the consonants or mash, all Hong, Zork. They are like b, C, G, D, F, for example, or write. But where are we going to use the other definite article? Let me tell you. We're going to use just and only at the words starting with a wobble, which is going to be Morgan Hong's or so we have to concentrate to the first letter, right? But let me give you some example to make it clear. The first one is going to be Charlotte, or this is going to be marshall Hong x4 or consonant. And that's why, if you would like to say the salad, we're going to say Charlotte. But let me give another example. And this is going to be outdoor. Look at the first letter or letter, right? So it's gonna be a vowel. Very good. And this is why, if you would like to say the car, we're going to say, oh, it's very important to know because it's a crucial part of our everyday language. If you would use them wrongly, it's like an car instead of a car in English. This is why I would like to explain everything about this unique language because I want you to have a clear understanding and they want you to use it on a correct way. But what if once you're standing somewhere in Budapest and you would suddenly forget everything, what is crazy Hungarian guy just told you about the articles. Then let me give you having can't personalize it and use an indefinite article, which is going to be edge. And it basically means or. And it just works beautifully. Let's grab the example from a few minutes ago where we were talking about car or auto. We'll look at the first letter. And this wasn't our letter, right? So it was a Morgan Hong's or aura vowel. And this is why we used. Now we would like to personalize it because we're just confused with all of the consonants, vowels, all that stuff. Then we can personalize it and we can use an indefinite article, which is going to be edge. Now, we don't need to look at the first letter anymore, right? Let me give you a few examples and I'm quite sure that after five seconds, you're going to understand how it works because it's just so simple and easy to use. We would like to say a car in Hungarian. So we're going to say edge. Although as I just mentioned, we don't have to look to the first letter anymore. Or a newspaper edge we shag, or a horse edge has, or an elephant, elephant or a vase edge. Vasa. As you can see, edge works always with all the vowels and consonants just beautifully, right? So as you can see, the articles are a crucial part of the everyday language, but they are very simple and easy to use. And I really hope the whole thing, what I tried to explain was understandable and you're gonna be able to use it even in Budapest. All right guys, In this video we checked out all the articles with all the possible cases they can have. But now click to the next video where we're going to check out all of the greetings we can have in the Hungarian language. Thank you so much for your great work and we're going to see us thrive in the next video. See Us stock. 6. 6. Greeting(s)-Köszöntés(ek): And also axial stock and David, you're Hungarian teacher. Come on guys. Let's Hungarian. In today's video, we're going to check out all of the greetings we have in the Hungarian language. With that said, let's cut the intro short and dive right into it. The first question is, what kind of greetings can we have in Hungarian? That's gonna be very easy because we can create two groups of greetings, diversed kind of greeting or carson, the SH in Hungarian are gonna be the formal ones. We use them when we would like to be very, very polite and very, very formal to a stranger or a person who's a doctor or a lawyer, or even our boss. The first greeting we're going to use in a normal day is right in the morning. Then you can say, you get a van, OK, which means good morning. And we're going to use this greeting from the sunrise until ten a M. The next one is gonna be, you know, put Kiva and OK, which means good afternoon. And we're going to use this greeting from 11 AM until the sun goes down. But if you are between 1011 AM, then you're gonna be able to use both of. The next one is gonna be your ash state, Kievan OK, which means good evening. And we're going to use this greeting from sunset until the sun is starting to rise. The next greeting is gonna be Chu column, which basically means cases to you. And we're going to use this kind of greeting when we're going to meet to an older lady, or we can say, can see it, show column. And this one, we're going to say in the same situation, but discrediting is going to mean keys to your hand. But now, what about the second group of gratings? They are going to be the informal ones and we're going to use them. When you're going to meet to our friend, dude, bro, whatever you say. The first one is going to be your guilt, which basically means good morning. And as you can see, the only difference is that the word key van oak is not there because it basically means to wish something to someone, right? And we don't really say something like that to a friend or two dude, bro, You know what I mean? The next one is going to be your notebook. It's going to be good afternoon, right? Then the last one, it's going to be your Ash state, which basically means goodnight. The next one is going to be the most common one in Hungary, which is CR, or it's plural, CEO stock. And I think you already know where have you heard that right? And it basically means high in English, but there is another one, and it's gonna be hello or it's plural. Hello stock, which means hello in English. What does the prize guys, it's just unbelievable. But if we had made the sound one, then once it's gonna be time to say goodbye, Let's check all the leaving out. Greeting was Guston, Daesh, and leaving. It's going to be Bu tools. At first. Let's check out the formal ones. The most common one is this sewn shut off. And it basically means goodbye or it's shorter version, which is going to be v slot. And it basically means by leaving, you can say CO or CO stock or even hello, hello stock. You can use both of them even at creating and at the leaving as well. You just can't be wrong with them. But if it's night and you just would like to say, good night to your friend or even girlfriends, bro, dude, follow whatever you want. You know what I mean? Then you can say u a, which basically means goodnight, not less, not more. Oh, you're still here than as a true view of mine. You're gonna get a bonus from me. And your bonus for today is going to be doing an epoch or holidays. Well, in the bonus part, we're going to check out how to wish you a pleasant holiday to someone. While most of us are so lucky, we have a birthday and it's gonna be bulldog sue, letter t, shh, not bought at it basically means happy birthday. And on your birthday, you get a name from your parents, right? So you're going to have a name day as well, which is going to be bulldog. I think you already know how to say name in Hungarian, right? It's nave and your name is going to be nave and NOP. So if you would like to wish a happy named day to someone, then just say bulldog nave and not bought at a basically means happened. And the next one, if you would like to wish Merry Christmas to someone, then we're going to say bulldog Korat showing. This basically means Merry Christmas. And as you can see in Hungarian, the Christmas is happy and not marry. The next one is going to be week later, and it's gonna be the new year's eve. And in Hungarian, happy new year, it's gonna be bulldog. We have at any basic means, Happy New Year. And then a few months later, Easter holiday is going to arrive. And then we're going to say Carola mesh, who should wait or which basically means pleasant Easter. But in English, it's going to be happy Easter. Next one on my list is gonna be on yak cannot PR, or Mother's Day. And in Hungarian we're going to say bulldog on yak, not be at. The next one is going to be happy Women's Day. But in Hungary, we're going to say bulldog, new, not bought any basically means happy Women's Day. Alright guys. We checked out all the Greetings Today in the Hungarian language. Next time we're going to check out our substantive verb and we're going to conjugate a verb for the first time, guys. I'm just so excited. But for today, thank you so much for your great work. And we're going to see us right in the next video. See or stock. 7. 7. I am-Én vagyok: I also see a stoke and David, you're Hungarian teacher. And in today's video, we're going to check out the subjective pronouns and the substantive verb. Let's check them out. David, What the **** are those subjective pronounced and what is that? Substantive work? Let me give you a helping hand and explain everything. So this substantive verb is going to be basically the to be in English. And the subjective pronounce gonna be like, I am, you are, he, she, it is, and so on. But our substantive work in Hungarian is going to be len knee, which is going to be one in the third person. Let's start with the subjective pronounce. The first one is going to be in, which is in English. Then we're going to have there, which is you. Now we're going to have or earn if you would like to be very respectful or very polite to someone. But we're not going to have those. He she it, because in the Hungarian language, we don't differentiate them. We just going to have or burn. Then we're going to have me which is we think comes D, which is you end the last person, which is day or earn arc. If you would like to be very polite and very respectful to a group of people. But believe me, it's going to be super easy to use in the everyday life. But now, let's check out the conjugation. Conjugation. Conjugation, crazy things are happening here. Anyway, guys, here's the conjugation. So Lenny, which is going to be the verb to be in English. Now we're going to conjugate this verb in the first-person. It's going to be in void yoke, which means I am. Then we're going to have their volume, which is, you are. The next one is gonna be the third person, the most interesting one, or earn one. So basically he, she, or it is. And we're going to use earn. If you would like to be very respectful or very polite to someone, right? Then we're going to have meat volume. So we are then the next one is going to be D voyage doc. You are. And then the last one, 2k, Bernanke, von noch, Von knock. They are. But if you would like to be very respectful and very polite to a group of people, then you're going to say an oak One knock. All right guys, as you can see, these were the subject is pronounced and the substantive verb. And I really hope it's not gonna be that hard to memorize, but believe me, it's going to be super easy to use in the everyday life. Because just for you, for sticking until the very end, here, you're going to have your well-deserved bonus where I'm going to show the bamboo dot cos ash, or introduction. In Hungarian. We already learned how to greet someone, right? Let's have an informal greeting like CO stock. And let me show you who I am. Ceo stock in David. Volume work, which basically means, Hi, I'm David. But let me show you another way. The greeting is gonna be the same CEO stock, but the other part is gonna be all November David, which basically means Hi, my name is David because November means my name, which is going to come from nave, which means just name as we already learned, right? But my question to you is gonna be me or never had. So what's your name? Right? But if I'm honest to you, there's gonna be another way to ask basically the same question, right? Which is going to use also very often in Hungary. And the correct pronunciation of this question is going to be hard. You heave knock. If I would like to give you an exact translation in English, I think you would just jump out of the window because it's going to be, how are you called in English? But basically it means the same. What's your name, right? Please write your answer right into the comments because I'm just very curious who's watching this? Alright guys. In today's video, we checked out subjective pronounce and the substantive verb. But in the next video, we're going to learn the numbers in Hungarian. We're going to count a lot. No, I'm just kidding. But anyway, thank you so much for your great work. And we're going to see us right in the next video. See Us stock. 8. 8. Number(s)-Szám(ok): Hello, associates dog and David, you're Hungarian teacher. And in today's video, we're going to check all the numbers in Hungarian. Alright guys, the numbers are gonna be super easy. And I'm quite sure that after this lesson you are going to be confident enough to buy something even on the market of Budapest. But now let's check out those numbers. All right guys, we're going to start with 00 is gonna be new law. By the way, if the number is smaller than 0, then we're going to say not minus but Minos. And if the number is bigger than 0, then we're going to say not plus, but blues, right? Very, very confusing. To be honest. I think this was the most confusing moment of the whole lesson. I hope at least. Alright, then, then comes edge, which is one. Then we're going to have get to or under some other circumstances kit, which is going to be to. The next one is gonna be hard, which is free. The next one is need, which is four. And then we're going to have which is five. The next one is hot, which is six. The next one is going to be Haight, which is seven. Then we're going to have new worlds, which is eight. Then KMS, key lens, which is nine. And then we're going to have these, which is ten. But now comes these n h, which is 11. And it basically means that there is one on ten. And I really hope it makes sense for you. The next one is going to be these n du, or in other circumstances, these n k, which is gonna be 12. The next one is these n hat, which is 14. Then we're going to have these Zen neo4j, which is 14. And then comes these en route, which is 15. Then we're going to have these n hot, which is 16. Then comes the Zen heat, which is 17. Then comes the Zen New Paltz, which is 18. Then we're going to have these N key lens, which is 19. And then we're going to have GS, which is 20. And after 20, the game is going to be still the same. So the first one we're going to have is who sewn edge, which is 21, surprising the right. And it basically means there is one on 20. The next one is going to be who sauna do or who saw on kit, which is 22. Then we're going to have who saw in Harlem, which is 23. Then we're going to have Busan need, which is 24. And the next one is going to be who saw on which is 25. But now, what do you think? Which one's gonna be the next one? I believe you already figured out the rule. So the next one is gonna be who saw on hot 26? Let me give you the next one. What do you think? Which one is gonna be? This one? This one's gonna be who saw on Haight, which is 27. But what about the next one? I think it should be. Who saw on mu, which is 28. And then the last one in the twenties, who saw on key lengths, which is going to be 29. And then we're going to have horror means, which is 30. What do you think? Which one's gonna be the next number? It's going to be horror means Edge, which is 31. The next one is going to be, I think you already know. Horror means cat do, which is 32. Alright, I strongly believe you figured out the rule. But now let me show you the next level. After 30 comes. Negative n, which is 40. And by the way, between 4030 and between 3050 or 5060, the rule is gonna be the same until 100. So back to the topic after 4040, which is negative n, right? Then we're going to have to van, which is 50, then comes hot oven, which is 60. Then we're going to have had the van, which is 70. Then comes new worlds, one, which is 80, then KMS, key lengths of n, which is 90. And look at the guys were already at 100, which is going to be sars, then the rule is gonna be the same again, right? Let me show you the first three numbers after one hundred one hundred one is going to be sars. A tank comes, sars, get to, which is gonna be a 102. And then we're going to have sars harm, which is going to be 103. You just need to follow the same rule all over again because it's really that easy. The next one is going to be get to SAS or Kate sars, which is going to be 200. And let me show you the first three numbers after 200, right? The first one is going to be cat to SAS, which is 201. Thing comes to SAS can do, which is 202. Then we're going to have to SAS hard arm, which is 203. Then we're going to have hard on sars, which is 310, comes need SAS, which is 400. Then we're going to have good size, which is 500. Then comes hot sauce, which is 600. Then comes heat size, which is 700. Then we're going to have new worlds, sars, which is 800. Then we're going to have key lens size, which is 900. And then we then have as ADH, which is thousand. But now, you may ask yourself, no way after thousand, it should be, it should be more complicated. No way, that's the rule, is still the same. So after 1 thousand, which is, as we already know as add, the next number is gonna be as h, which is a files into one. Then we're going to have as a cat too, which is files. And two, then we're going to have as a hot room, which is false and free. And after S comes to as air or Kate as ADH, which is going to be two files. And then we're going to have hot arm, which is free false, and then comes need acid, which is 4 thousand and so on until 10 thousand, which is going to be these as and after these as. We're going to have sars, which is 100 thousand. And after sars, as we're going to have edge Mill IO, which is going to be 1 million. And I think this is gonna be the highest amount of money we're going to hear in the everyday life in Hungary. Alright guys. In this video, we checked out the numbers. In the next video we're gonna learn about countries, nations, and languages. I would like to say a big thank you for your great work. And we're going to see us right in the next video. See you are stuck. 9. 9. Numbers Practice-Gyakorlás: Alright guys, but now let's practice those numbers a little bit. Let me show you how we're going to put all those numbers together. We're going to have six examples. And I'm quite sure that after the sixth example, you already could tell me every number in Hungarian. But first of all, let me show you the rule of the numbers. The first example is gonna be horror means key lands. Now we're having two positions. And our number was 49. So just like in English, the biggest amount is going to be 30. Or horror means. And as we can see, there's horror means in the first position. And there's nine below on the second position. But if you would like to put them together, we're going to let go the 0 from 30. And we're gonna put nine into its position. And this is how are we going to build. Horror means key lens, which is 39. Our next number is going to be to SAS, the van hot. Let me ask you, what was the first amount of number you hear it? I think it was cat to SAS or 200. Now, this is the reason why two is standing at the front. Because this comes from the biggest amount right after 200 or get to sars. I said the van hot, which is gonna be, uh, think you already know 56, Very good, very good. And if you would like to build them together, then we're going to let the two zeros go. And, and they're comes to five from 15 and into the first position. Six is going to come into play right? Now, at the next one, we're going to have four positions already. It's crazy. We're going to add like crazy man, unbelievable. But the number is gonna be as air. Get to SAS hot oven heat. Now, what was the first amount you hear it? I think it was S, which is thousand exactly. The second amount was to sars, which is 200. Very good, Very good. Then we had hot von, which is 60, and then heat at the end. And we already know how to put the numbers together. And this is why as we get to SAS hot oven heat, it's going to look like this. There is 1414 thousand in the first position. There is 200 at the second position. Then we're going to have six for 60 in the third position. And we have 747 surprisingly at the fourth position, right? Alright, I really hope it's understandable. But if it's not, then please put your hands up. Alright, it looks good. I can't see any hands. Very good guys. The next one is going to be negative n heat as new worlds size, hat Van Halen. Now we're going to have five positions, right? What was the first amount you here? I think it was negative n heat as or 47 thousand. And this is why we're going to have 47 at the front. Then we have new worlds size, which is 800. And this is why we're going eight. At the third position. Then comes hat of n, which is going to be 70. And this is why we are going to have seven at the fourth position. And then we heared key lands or nine. And this is why we're going to have nine at the fifth position. Alright, let's move to the next one. Now the number is going to be harder on SAS key lens when the heart or get to SAS negative then what was the biggest amount? I think it was harder on SAS key length of n room as. And this is why we can have SAS key lengths of n hat or 393 at the first three positions. And then we're going to have free for the remaining ones. And the remained free positions are standing for a thousand, right? But I really hope everybody had at least basic math lessons in school because I haven't had. Alright, back to the topic. The last three positions. We're going to have to SAS, which is 200. Then we're going to have negative n, which is 40. And then we're going to have good, which is five. And now at the last one, we're going to have a number with seven figures in it. It's just crazy. And our number is going to be Edge me, Leo. Get to SAS. Horror means need as sars, hot oven, heat. Please don't close the page and don't jump out of the window. So the biggest amount was edge Emilio, which is 1 million. Then we had get to SAS horror means need as air, which is going to be 234 thousand. Then comes SAS, which is going to be 500. Then we had hot Yvonne, which is 60. And then we had seven, put everything together. And then we're going to have the nicest number in the Hungarian language. If it's about the pronounciation, at least. Let me say it once again because it was just so nice, right? I think you're dying to hear once again, am I right? So this is going to be edge middle. You get to SAS. Horror means need as SAS hot von hate, or 1,234,568. So guys, as I promised, this was the last example, and that's a true viewer of mine. Here you're going to have your well-deserved bonus. Hi, Eva. Eva voyage, which is going to be how old are you? Let me answer to this question. In Busan. Kate Avinash, void York in Tucson, keyed hash value. Ok. And as you can here, I don't say who sauna get to, but I'm going to say who saw one kid? Because if it's about your age, then you're always going to say k instead of two, right? But let me ask something from you. There. Hi Avinash voyage. Which means how old are you? Right into the comments, please? All right guys. In this video we checked out all the numbers in Hungarian and we learned how to pair them together. Thank you for your great work. And we're going to see us right in the next video. See us talk. 10. 10. I. Countries nations languages: Hello, So axial stock and David, you're Hungarian teacher. And in today's video, we're going to check out the countries. They are nations and their language is gone, guys, let's dive into it. Alright guys, we're going to create three groups for now. In the first group, we're going to build words together. And this is how we're going to create the names of those countries. First of all, we need to learn a rule. In the first group, we're going to create the name of the country from its nation. And we're going to add the word country. Let me show you an example. Let's pick Hungary. It's going to be module or sag module. As you can see, is the nation of the country plus the word country, which is gonna be what, a sag, right? So guys, in the first group, we're going to create three columns. In the first column, we're going to write, or a sag, which is contrary to the second column. We're going to write the nation, which is nims that the shake in Hungarian. And into the third column, we're going to add the language, which is gonna be Yadav. All right guys. Let's start with the Czech Republic. The Czech Republic is going to be check what a sag in Hungarian, donation of chair or a sag is going to be chair. And the language is going to be also check. Alright. Cuvette becasue. The next one is going to be front or sag, which is gonna be friends. Names at this shake, the nation is going to be front. And the lava or language is going to be also frontier. Cuvette gets zoo or sag. The next country. Good ago or sag, which is going to be Greece. Name is at the shake, or nation is good drug. And the language is going to be also good. Ok, or cuvette cancer or sag. The next country, Horvath or sag, which is going to be Croatia, names that the shake nation is going to be whatever hat. And the language or in yellow is going to be also Horvath. The next country is going to be lend yellow or sag, which is going to be Poland. Name is Eddie shake. It's nation is going to be also land yell and the language. Or, yeah, Lava is going to be also lend yell. In Hungarian. Most of the countries in Europe are gonna be at like this. The nation and the word or sag, which is country, as you already know. And I think that somewhere between 7080 per cent of the countries in Europe are gonna be at like this. There are some exceptions of course, but we're going to talk about them later on. Our next country it's going to be lead or sag, which is Latvia. Names of these shake, let ye love is also lead. Then comes our favorite country, which is going to be module or a sag or hungry NAM is that the shake module or Yadav is going to be also modular. Then we're going to have name methyl or sag, which is going to be Germany. Nam, is that the shake name it? Yeah. Love is also name it. Thank CMS, cuvette, becasue or sag is all ours or sag, which is gonna be Italy. Names of these shake all of us. All of us. Thank gums, oral or sag, which is going to be Russia. Nematodes that the shake, the nation is autos and the language is going to be also autos. Then comes upon your wallet or a sag, which is going to be Spain. Names at this shake. Spaniel. Nav is going to be also spawn your wall. Then we're going to have Chavez or sag, which is going to be Sweden, names that the shake nationality is Chavez. And the language or narrative is going to be also surveyed. Then we're going to have to truck or a sag, which is gonna be Turkey. Names, that is, shake. The truck. Narrative is going to be, was so good luck. Alright guys, that's about the first group. 11. II. Countries nations languages: But now let's move to the next one. Into the second group, we're going to collect all the countries with ER, E or ending. Most of them are going to be smaller countries, such as Brazil. Alright, let's check them out. Our first country is going to be all the Bonnier, which is Albania in English. Names at the shake, all the ban. Yeah, Love is going to be also all a ban. The next one is going to be on the layer, which is going to be England. Names, that is shake on goal. And Nala is going to be also on goal. Then comes the smallest country on the list, Brasilia, which is gonna be Brazil. Names, that is shake nationality, Brazil. But the language is going to be Portuguese. The next one is going to be Bulgaria, which is Bulgaria. Names at the shake boiler God with o instead of. And yellow is gonna be also BullGuard. The next one is going to be Daphnia, which is Denmark. Names at this shag, Dan. Yadav is gonna be also than the next one on the list is going to be hold on DEA, which is the Netherlands. Names that they shake. We learned. Yeah, love is gonna be also who are learned. The next one on the list is gonna be cuvette kudzu or a sag. Next country, Indonesia, which is going to be Indonesia in English, names that they shake nationality in donations. Yeah, love language is gonna be also in Bernays. Then we're going to have Mongolia, which is gonna be Mongolia. Names that they shake nationality. Mongolian language is going to be also Mongolia. Go back, becasue or sag, next country. Nor vague year, which is gonna be Norway. Names that they shake. Nationality. Nor vague. Yeah, Love is gonna be also note of egg. The next one, Board to Galileo, which is going to be Portugal. Names at the shake or to girl, yell of board to grab. Then comes Romania, which is gonna be Romania. Names that they shake is going to be a Roman. Yeah, Love is gonna be also Raman. Then comes Slovakia, which is going to be Slovakia. Names that they shake nationality. Slovak narrative language is going to be also Slovak. Then comes the last one on the list, which is going to be Slovenia, which is gonna be Slovenia. Names that is shag Slovenian. Nala is gonna be also slow vein. Alright guys, that's about the second group. And let's move to our last group, right. 12. III. Countries nations languages: Alright guys, into this group, we're going to collect all the countries with a kind of international names. Like names we just took over from the English or even from the German language. Let's check them out. The first country is going to be C Porsche, which is Cyprus. Names at the shake. Nationality. In Hungarian is gonna be C E, C pushy. And this little e at the end has very important function in the language. Because if you put that little E onto the end of this word, for example, so tip brush is the country, but see brushy is gonna be the nation. It basically means for us, Hungarians that, that this nation or the people from its nation comes from this country. So that little e is going to be like comes from an English. So it's basically going to mean the heritage of someone or even something. For example, if you're talking about a mobile, which is going to be mobile telephone in Hungarian. And if my mobile was made in China, then we can say that the phone is coming from China. In Hungarian, we're going to say P90 mobile telephone. And this little e at the end of kina is going to have the meaning that the mobile telephone we are talking about is from China. And I think that's a very handy thing to know. But now let's go back to the task. Was the country. So Cyprus was C brush in Hungarian, nims at the shake, or nation was super OCI. But the language is gonna be to Iraq and good drug. So Turkish and Greek or cuvette Kazoo, what a sag. The next country. It's gonna be eddy dome, which is Egypt. Names at the shake edge epitome or Egyptian. But the language is going to be Aurangzeb or Arabic. Cuvette, becasue or sag, India, which is gonna be India. Name is at the shake in the E in DOE, right? Yeah, love. And the language is Hindi ish, own goal. So basically Hindi and English. Because Israel, which is going to be Israel, names that the shake Israeli, nav here, bad English or ARB, Hebrew and Arabic. Cuvette kudzu, the next one, corner door, which is Canada, names that these shake Coronado. Yeah, Love. On goal, front, CIA, English and French. Giveth get x2 or sag key now, or China, names that the shake key, Nike, yellow is gonna be also key, not a cuvette gets zoo or a sag and took over its name from the German language. It's gonna be Chevette, which is Switzerland. Name's Eddie shake is going to be Shiite shrines. But the language on yellow, It's gonna be name at frontier or loss rate or oh man. So German, french, Italian, and rate Roman, which is all very rarely language, somewhere among the highest mountains of Switzerland. Or cuvette kudzu or sag. Boucher de USA or void America. America names at the shake or medically. But the language is gonna be on goal, which is English. The next one is going to be all PS3 r, which is Austria. Names at the shake or Strack. But the language on Yadav name at the language is going to be German. Alright guys. So that's about a third group. And as a true hanging around Gary and view over here you have your well-deserved bonus. Horn non sorrow Mazola, which basically means where are you from. But in an exact translation, it would sound like from where is your origin? Basically, Because SAR massage means origin and H4 none. It means from where? My answer to this question would sound like in module four. Module or a sag role, Saddam was OK in my yard. Void York mod your order saga role, saddam Ozark, which basically means I am Hungarian. I'm from Hungary. You can see that in the second part of the sentence, there is a role after modular or sag, which is hungry. That's a special ending. And I'm planning to make a video where I'm going to talk about those endings. But now you already know that I am a Hungarian, surprisingly, and I'm from hungry. What a huge surprise guy's unbelievable. But now I would like to have a question to all of you. And my question is going to be Honan saddle Mazola. Where are you from? Please write your answer right into the comments because I'm very curious who are watching this? Alright guys. We checked out a lot of countries, nations and their languages. And we picked up ****, a lot of vocabulary today as well. Thank you so much for your great work. Let me see right in the next video, See you are stuck. 13. 11. Time-Idő: Hello stocks, you're stuck, and David, you're Hungarian teacher. And in this video, we're going to talk about and other things, but mostly about the clock in Hungarian. But before we would start to learn, let me ask you a question. Hi, Vaughn. If you don't understand the question, no worries. It basically means what's the time in English? With that said, let's get the integral short and dive right into it. So guys, in today's class, we're going to check out the topic clock. But firstly, let's pick up some basic vocabulary about this topic. Our first word is going to be aura, which means Not just clock, but it also means our watch. But also class. So mod your aura is gonna be the Hungarian glass, for example. So we had order, which also means our, the next amount is going to be bads, which means minute. And the next amount is going to be marshaled births, which means the second Exactly. Then it's very handy to know that in Hungarian we're gonna have kind of like a hybrid system because we're going to have the 24 hours system, but we're also going to use something very similar to the AMP system. And the story is going to be very simply and very easy until mid day, which is going to be 12 o'clock. Exactly. We also call these Zan, get to order to Dale, which is going to mean midday in English. So until they are alive was such a delighted, such an easy one. But after midday, we're going to see very interesting things on our way. Because we're gonna have two options to choose from. The first one, we're going to follow like the AMP M system. We're going to have edge or Kate or harm order and so on. So very similar to the American method, right? But as I mentioned, that we're also going to use 24 hour system. The other way is gonna look like this. So after 12 o'clock, the next hour is going to be these n harm order. Then we're going to have these n need order. Cuvette get x2, these n. So 1234, and so on in the afternoon, right? But to understand the difference between the two systems, basically, if you would like to follow the American way, then you should always add 12, the amount of hours you are having. So so at 01:00 PM, just add 12 to one. It's going to be 13. So it's gonna be the Zan, harm or in the other system. Sounds like a little bit of a math lesson about, I think it's gonna be alright. Alright, but how are we going to able to tell what the exact time is? Now, let me give you a happening can't hear. We're going to create two groups. Be aware, because we're going to have a huge difference here between English and Hungarian. Because in Hungarian, we're going to compare the time to the very next hour. Until in English, we're going to compare it to the, our V past. That's gonna be a huge difference. And let me show you why in the group. Number one, it's gonna be very easy and very simple really. Because we're going to follow this method. First, we are going to tell the hours, then we're going to tell the exact amount of minutes. For example, boot order hot baths 503 or like hot or the Zen New Paltz baths 6018. And in this group, we're going to have the full other or Aggies order because egg is means full. Like hot aura, which is six o'clock, heat or seven o'clock and so on. So the full hours. But here you have to pay attention. Because we're going to have one word at each options surely. And this is gonna be the word order. Because I told you the time-like this hot or are designing new worlds births. So I said the order and the minute as well, right? But I have to mention that most of the times in Hungary, we are not going to say the hour and the minute. We're not going to say heat or harm births. We also can say it's going to be correct. But most of the times we're just going to say hit order harm or we're not going to say the word or at all. Hate Harlem. Or like at key lengths or the Zan hot baths. 9016. May you're going to hear just Killian's order, design hot or even keel and descend hot. So like 916. But here, as we are learning, I'm always going to tell you the hours and the minutes as well. And by the time you're going to hear it on the streets of Budapest, for example. You're gonna be confident enough to say it's like a Hungarian or UVB, understand the exact time even without saying the hours and the minutes. Exactly. But now, let's move to the second group. Where are we going to call it the words like? And now I'm quite sure that you're going to figure out what the whole thing is about. So we're going to have the words like Ned yet, which is quarter, fail, half, Harlem, Ned yet, free quarters. Yes, exactly. In the second group, we're going to have two examples where the hour is not exactly a full hour. But why it is important to say like Ned yet edge or fail. Get to why it is so different. Because at this group, we're not going to say the hours with the minutes, for example. Fail. Get to order, does not exist. No one's going to say it like this because it just doesn't exist in the language. Or even Ned yet. Hot order doesn't exist either. Alright, but now let's have a few examples and make clear all the things. So we can slice an hour into quarters, right? So let's have a circle and slice it into four quarters. And we're going to start from the Zen get to order, which is going to be dale in Hungarian. Very good, Very good. So we're going to start from 12 o'clock. The Zen get to order and pay attention how I'm saying the time. If and when I'm going to say the word order and the where I want, pay attention. So now it's day that these N hurt bad, it's done. But after 15 minutes, we're going to say Ned yet the edge. Because as we already know in Hungarian, we're going to compare to the very next hour. But for the native English ones, it's going to be quarter past 12. But after another 15 minutes that these N births than we're going to say feeler edge in Hungarian, which is going to mean half past 12. So again, in Hungarian, we're going to compare the coming hour and not to the hour. We paused, right? That's a very important difference. And probably you're going to think about it before you would say the exact time in Hungarian that these baths or tan. But after another 15 minutes, we're going to say, I think you already know hot room, Ned yet edge, which is going to sound like quarter to one. And then another 15 minutes later, we're going to say the Zen room or so one o'clock. Or we also could say edge. Old are exactly, exactly. So we're not going to have something like feel edge order or nadh yet edge order in Hungarian. Please pay attention which way you choose, right? Alright, but now we're going to have six more examples to make everything clear. And I'm quite sure after this lesson, you are going to be confident enough to tell the exact time for all the Hungarians at anytime. So the first example is going to be the Zan, hot aura Baths, which is gonna be four or five. Very good, very good. Basically, I want you to get a little bit familiar with both systems. And this is why we having examples like that. The next one is going to be failure heat, which is going to be half past six. Very good, very good. Because as I told you in Hungarian, we're going to compare it to the very next hour until in English, we're going to count it from the hour, the past. The next one is going to be whose aura? These Zan bads. Or I could also tell you, NetJets, key lands. Because now we can use both ways, right? And this is gonna be very good, quarter past eight. Very good quarter past eight. Perfect. Perfect. The next one we're going to have it or who's baths, which is which is gonna be 5020. Very good. Or to any past five. Very nice. The next one we're going to have is how Roman Ed yet hot. Or I could also say earth or negative n paths. So what's going to be this one in English? Quarter to six. Very good, very nice. And then the last one is going to be these. Then get to order. These Zan, need baths. So it's gonna be 1214. Very nice. And now we can say Ned yet edge or quarter past 12 because it's just 14. Just to be a little bit evil. Alright guys. We checked out this huge topic and I really hope it was understandable. But before I would say see us talk. Let me ask my question again. Harney or Von, what's the time? Because I'm very curious if the class was understandable. And in the next video, we're going to check out the family. Thank you so much for your great work. And you're going to see us right in the next video. See I stock. 14. 12 Family-Család: Hello, still see us look, and David, you're Hungarian teacher. And in today's video, we're going to check out the family in Hungarian. Let's check it out. Alright guys. Here you're going to see a very big triangle. Into this triangle, we're going to put an average family from the oldest generation is going to be on the top, by the way, to the youngest generation, which is going to be at the bottom of the triangle. And the name of the triangle is gonna be our chore LAD, which is the family, as I mentioned before, at the top of the triangle, is going to be the oldest generation. So the grandparents, which are gonna be all Nadia, see Luke in Hungarian. Into this group. We can put our grandmother, who's gonna be nod your mama in Hungarian. And we can put our grandfather, who's going to be night papa. At the next level, we're going to have the parents varnish or see Luke. And we can put into this group our mother. Now we're going to have several options. Because we can say either Shauna, which is basically very, very respectful. We also can say on your or we also can say on new car, which is basically a very lovely and cute form of this word. But on the other side, we're going to have our father. And here we also can have several options. We also can say either sharp war, which is just like at the mother, is very respectful. We also can say APA or a poker, which is going to be also very cute and very lovely. Then at the next level, we're going to have the children were Jewish or get ICAC. Now we're going to have two options. If the parents are going to have a girl than she is going to be lying in Hungarian. Or if the parents are going to have a boy, then he's gonna be few in Hungarian. And at the bottom of the triangle, we're going to have two brothers or even sisters. And here we're going to have new V, which is going to be older sister. And we're also going to have batch, which is going to be older brother. But on the other side, we're also going to have not just or their brothers and sisters, but we also can have younger brothers and sisters. And if we have a younger sister, then she's gonna be Hoog. Or if we have a younger brother, then he is going to be in Hungarian. Alright guys. And now I'm going to show you how to say my mother, my father, my son, my daughter, etc. So the case when something or even someone is mine, like my car, for example. But don't worry, we're going to check out the whole rule with all the possible cases in helping material with several examples. And we're also going to have a very nice columns down below. But let me tell you that the rule basically says, if something or even someone is mine, then we're going to put an M Martin letter to the end of the world. But in the reality, it's kinda look a bit different. Because in reality, in most of the cases, we're going to have an extra letter. Before that Martin letter. We can have Omega m, them, for example. So an extra or air or even sue letter, which is not gonna have any grammatical function. It's just going to help us to pronounce the word easier, right? It was very important to make it clear. But you know what? Let me give you an example. Let's have our Stahl, which is stable, right? If you would like to say that this is my table, then we're going to say or stall, or the rule says, we just have to put only an M Letter to the end of the word. But there's an extra row there. As I told you. This letter is not going to have any grammatical function. It's just going to help us to pronounce the word easier. But you know what? To understand how important that extra vowel is. Please try to pronounce the word US dollar, or without that extra letter. So this is how we're going to create from Stockholm or solemn sounds a little bit like a tongue twister, I think. See, this is why those extra levels before the M Letter are gonna be so important. Other cases, like at the plural case, for example, we're also going to follow the same method. So I just want you to get a little bit familiar with these things. Alright guys, but now back to the topic and let me show you how to say my father, my mother, my daughter, my son, and so on. Right? So grandma was naughty mama. But if you would like to say my grandma, then we're going to say no, your mom mom, grandfather was notch papa. But if you would like to say it, my grandfather, Daniel going to say NIJ bom, bom. Alright, but now let's check out the parents. Here. We had several options, but it's going to look like the same at all the options. So we have the options like either on your on your on your car. If you would like to say my mother, then you're going to have or the free options again with just a small change. Because from either Sean, you're, it's going to be either shown yam from on your, it's going to be on Yam and from anuclear, it's gonna be on new cam. But what about the father? The case is gonna be exactly the same. So from either sharper, It's going to be either sharp arm from APA. It's gonna be op-amp from Apopka. It's gonna be APU cam. But then what about the children? So girl was lying. If you would like to say, not just Girl or daughter, because in Hungarian it's going to be the same. Then you're going to say norm, which means my daughter. And feel was boy. But it also means sun because in Hungarian we just don't differentiate them. Alright? So if you would like to say that my son, It's going to be film. And then what about the brothers and sisters? Let's check them out. At an older sister. He was new there. But if you would like to say that my older sister, then you're going to say new V m nu via RAM. At an older brother. We said batch. But if you would like to say that my older brother, then you're going to say bad jam. The next one was other younger sister. She was Huike in Hungarian. Now, if you would like to say that my younger sister, then you're going to say who? Who GMB. Right. And the younger brother was urge. And if you would like to say that, my younger brother, you're going to say a CIM. And with that, we checked out a smaller family. Great job guys. All right guys. We'll check though. The family in Hungarian. Hi guys. This is our last video in the first session. I really hope that the topics you found here were helpful and usable and also understandable. You're going to find extra helping materials in order to make learning Hungarian easier and more efficient. But once again, thank you so much for your great work during the whole first session. And let me see you right in the second session, we're going to learn more grammar, more vocabulary, and where I'm going to talk you almost always in Hungarian. Fear stock.
