Once you go to this link that is perplexity AI, it will redirect you to this interface where you can sign in directly into the perplexity, or you can search it directly here. Just like hat GPT, I give you a free access for some time, use it for a while or for some Qs, about 325 queries for simple queries and for advanced queries. If you want to use deep research, you simply have to log in first. But before that, you can simply ask it anything you want. It's up to you, whatever you want to ask it, I will give you an answer within second. Login into perplexity is really simple. Just like Google account, you can create an account here or you can directly use a Google account to log in here. And this is a white interface, and if you want to change the interface to the black, you simply have to log in here first. Right now, I'm using perplexity Pro account. So it doesn't matter if you are using perplexity P or perplexity. It doesn't matter right now because there are limited resources you can use to test the perplexity. You doesn't have to buy the perplexity subscription right away. You can test this tool and after that, if you like this tool, you can take a step further. Just like hat GPT, you are using hat GPT or Chat GPT plus, which is subscription based module. Here is also perplexity has both the options. Once you go to your account and in your account setting, go to your preferences. Once you go to preferences and click here appearance, you can select light, system or dark. It depends on you and you can use the language, whichever language you are comfortable in, you can change the language also preferred language, it is automatically detected in here automatic preferred language. So auto enable complete suggestion while typing a query, you can enable this and homepage Wizard, which is homepage. Wizard is just like this homepage. Once you click it and click here and customize sidebar, you can customize your sidebar here also. This is just a basic so that you can familiar with the perplexity interface a little bit. After that, we will cover a lot more in perplexity. 3. Why Perplexity is different from ChatGPT and Google Gemini: If you're content creator, you have probably used CJR GPT and Google to research your content. But here's the problem. CJR GPT doesn't know what happened after its training cut off, and Google gives you a list of links you have to click through and read yourself. Now it's time to set up your content creation Powerhouse. In the next 10 minutes, you will create your first space optimize for content research, configure custom AI instruction, upload essential files, and set up collaboration workflows. By the end of this lesson you will have a personalized AI research assistant that knows your brand voice, understand your audience, and has all your key documents at its fingertips. Let's dive in. In this lecture, we are going to understand how perplexity space work. First, let's understand what makes spaces different from regular perplexity searches. Think of regular perplexity as a public library, great for general research, but spaces are having your own private research office with all your files, team members and custom instruction. Here's what space give you that regular search is done. First, upload up to 55 25 MB each. That perplexity can search through set custom instruction that apply to every search in that space, invite up to ten collaborators to work together, choose a specific AI model for your space, keep everything organized by project or topic. This is the spaces interface. And once you click, this is the regular perplexity interface. As you can see in perplexity, here is a search term you can type your query in this specific search term area and it will show you the result. As we have already discarded about the three search tabs, that is regular search deep research and lab mode. All these three are available here and you can enable and disable a specific search term. Example, if you want only about the web information, you can search the Incnet directly, and if you want to search academic papers, you can enable this. Within the social media discussion and opinions, you can enable this and if you want the financial advice, you can enable this. You can disable and enable any two, any one, any three, and it's totally depend on you, understand what you want to learn and which resource will give you a better result. It's depending on you. About the research, as you can see, I switch to research tab and you can set source for search and you can simply again, enable and disable the specific search area where you want to research about the regular search, it is fast, and you can choose the model depending on you. As you can see, there are models available here, DepingGoc 03, Pmax, depending on you, you can use it. Now head over to spaces that is here. On your left sidebar and create spaces. Or you can click Welcome. Once you click on Welcome, you will see this window. All these are templates that you can use directly, Browse the template, click it, and it will automatically redirect to a specific template. Or you can create a new one here. Once you click create space will be created. This is the same step. Once you click it, this window will pop up instantly. Now, name blog content hub. Be specific, so you will remember its purpose later. Let's make it 2025. Now, add a description. Block content up 2025. I have named the space. Now I'm adding a description here. Why? Because recently Open AI has launched GPT five. It's depend on you, whichever you like, you can use that. So right now I'm using Cloud Sont four point oh, Anthropix Advance model or OpenAI latest model. We are using Cloud Sont four point oh. If you are not sure which model you want to use, you simply have to click best. It will automatically select best model for each query. You don't have to worry about a model. I'm using another Emosi directly into my space. So let's typewrit and click Now, our EMOs has been added here also. Now your space has been created. As you can see, here is our Ispace which is already been saved, you don't have to click any save button once you reload it. You can see it there. It's always there. Now it's time to setting up our custom instruction. Custom instruction, tell perplexity exactly how to behave in your Espace. Think of them as training your personal AI assistant. Now, click Add instruction and here what I recommend for content creator. Now, once you click Add Instruction, click on dit, once you click at it, once you click at it, you have to paste it. This is a template you can use directly. You are a content research assistant for I'm simply naming it Current rato, which is my name. Always now press Enter. Always write in conversational language. So I simply ask hat GPT give me in Word file, create demo brand name, current dato and create demo of the given requirements. The hat GPT will give us demo brand details. So here is the Word file that Chat GPT has given. Let's download it, let's download it. Here is our brand guidelines, content details, compared SEO keywords. These are the keywords. So let's upload this in attach file. Perplexity, let's find in the local files, search for the file, let's open it. Now we have uploaded our guideline details here. All these are dummy, so you don't have to worry about that. You simply have to create your own. That's all, which are according to your brands. Now you can upload up to 50 files, each up to 25 MB, supportive format, PDF, Word Docs, spreadsheets, text file, images, and even audio video files. It's depend on you. Perplexity can now transcribe audio and video files automatically upload your podcast episode, webinar recordings or voice memo and perplexity will make them searchable. Now if you want to add website link and external sources, you can do so. Beyond Pis, you can also add website links as sources, something unique to perplexity that hat GPT and Clot can't do. Click the Links add and tab. You can add your company website. You can add your logo, your company blog URL, or if you know your competitors, you can add or share the link. With the perplexity, industry news sites, trust, your social media profiles, key resources website in your niche, you can share all of them with perplexity. You simply have to share all the links here. Perplexity will now search these sites along with a broader web, giving you more comprehensive and relevant results. This is incredibly powerful because your space now has context about your brand and your competitive landscape. Now let's talk about collaboration and privacy settings. Now you can invite contributors. It's depend on you, whoever you want to invite. It is just like a Google Drive access. Once you give the link anyone with the link, the access, anyone can join. There is no difference. It's like sharing a file. If you want the link to be open, anyone can join. If you want the link to be opened by only invited members, you can do so. You would simply have to add their email ID, send them mail and they can join directly. Now let's test your space with some real content creation queries.
