1. Introduction: Hello, everyone. A warm welcome to my Skillshare class. I am Tanya Mesh, an artist and a crafter. Before proceeding further, first, tell me, do you remember the days when we have shelves full of customized CDs with music compilations for every occasion, movies, and backups of our more important than live files. I ears, and you still haven't thrown your collection to trash. Now it's time to give those CDs new life. And since everyone loves good DIY projects. I have made this class in which we will paint our old CDs which we can use as valdco or coasters. In the upcoming videos, I'll share the material we will need for this class, and then we will move on to its procedure. After that, I'll share a fun class project with you so that you can practice more and more. Keep watching 2. Material Required: For this class, all you need is eight old CDs, acrylic colors, pencil, color palette, old newspaper or some rough clothes, water, paint brushes of different numbers or simply thin and broad brushes, and that's it. Now, we will move on to its procedure, and in the next video, we will prepare base of our CDs. So keep watching 3. Base Preparation: In this lesson, we will prepare base for our CD painting. I'm going to prepare eight basis. Take a CD and I'm going to use acrylic colors, but you can use any other color medium as well. Take white acrylic color and dip your brush into the color bottle. Take sufficient amount of paint in your brush and start applying it on your CD. Okay. Just paint it in one direction, either you paint it horizontally or vertically. What I want to convey is to not paint it in multiple direction for better finishing. It's totally okay if the background prinice still visible. We are going to apply two to three base codes for better finishing look. Our first base on the CD is done. Leave it for around five to 10 minutes to get it dry completely. Till then, let us paint second c. This time, I'm going to paint on this side, but it's totally up to you on what side you want to apply paint. Paint it as we did earlier, and that's it. It's done. By now, our first c has dried up completely. Let us apply second coat over it. Take some color in your brush and apply paint over your c. Here, you can notice I'm applying paint in the same direction as the first base code that is horizontally. I also suggest you to do same in this way, you'll be able to cover any background print easily. You can see that now it's completely hiding the background print. But still, if you are not satisfied with the final look, just apply one more base code and by then, you'll surely get that finishing. Start applying second coat over the CD as well and always take sufficient amount of color in your brush. Also, don't worry. I'm not painting that fast. I have just sped it up. You can take your time. I'm going to use these white base CDs to paint watermelon and botanical illustration. You can notice how shiny and perfect it is looking. It's done. Now, put it aside to get it dry completely. Meanwhile, clean your brush for this, just simply dip your brush into the water and clean it. Now take the third CD and for its base, I'm going to prepare light vilet color by mixing pink blue and white color. First, take some pink color in your color palette. Since I've kept my color bottles upside down, lots of color has already came into the bottle cap, which I'm going to use first Do not forget to cap your color bottles as soon as you take out color to avoid your colors getting dry. Now take small amount of blue color and mix it nicely. Now, to increase the quantity, I'm adding some more pink color, use another brush to take some pink color in order to avoid running your pink color. Put this brush aside and close your bottle. Let's mix it. Okay. So it's already a volt color, but to make it light volet, I'm adding some white color in it. You can also add some water or medium like I'm doing and mix it properly. You can see we have got the desired color. Now, let's apply the paint on this side of CD. Just apply the color either in horizontal or vertical direction. You can notice how beautiful is this color looking. Paint the complete CD in one direction only. Whether it is horizontal or vertical, it's up to you. First base coat is done. Now, leave it to get it dry, till then, we will apply first base coat on our fourth CD. I'm going to use another brush which we have used to take out some pink color, as we will apply pink color on this CD do not clean your former brush, as we will use that brush again for second. This way, you'll be able to avoid color wastage. Here, I'm painting it in horizontal direction, but you can go with vertical direction as well. Let me share a tap. If you want to give your base color much more shiny look, what you can do is first apply white base, and then when it gets dry completely, apply the main color. In this way, you can get it more bright and shiny look. It's up to you, which process you want to follow. I prefer this one much, so I'm doing in this way. So first coat on the CE is also done. Now, put it aside to get it dry completely, and by now, first coat of light while it has ride up, so let's supply second coat over it and don't forget to change your brush. Apply it nicely and properly. Here is another tip to avoid brush marks over the CD. Always take sufficient amount of color in your brush. Don't run dry brush with less color over it. Be careful while applying color, always apply color in the same direction as the previous coat. It's done and you can see how beautiful it is looking. Also, you can notice that there is no need to apply another coat over it. Now, let us apply a second coat on the pink one. You can notice I'm applying base coat every time in payer. There are lots of reasons behind this, like you can apply paint on the other CD while the first one is getting dry to save your time. We can do this with many ces as well. But since we are making color by mixing others, so to avoid drying of that color, we are alternating with two CDs only. Also, you don't have to clean your brushes again and again and no need to get lots of broader brush, only two are sufficient. So these are the only reasons why I'm doing so. Yes, our fourth CD is also ready. Place it aside and leave it to dry completely. Now, what we are going to do is paint this CD with light yellow color. And since I don't have light yellow color. Again, I'm going to prepare it by mixing the colors. First of all, take some white color in the color palette, and then add small amount of yellow color in it using another clean brush. I'm adding two to three drops of medium as well to get the desired consistency. You can change it according to the consistency of your colors. My white color is a little bit drying. That's why I have added it. Now, let's mix it and see consistency is perfect. But I want more light yellow, so I'm adding some more white color. Mix it well, yes, it's the desired color. Now, let us supply color on the CD. You can also directly use yellow color if you want, and you can choose any other color as well. By now, you might have noticed that during the whole process, I have placed an old newspaper on my work table. This is just for protecting the work table from any stains. You can also place some old clothes instead of newspaper. First base coat is ready. Live it for five to 10 minutes to get it dry until then we will prepare a color for another CD. I'm going to paint the next CD with light blue color. For this, take some white color here, and then use a clean brush to take small amount of blue color again at some medium of water according to the consistency of colors and mix it properly. Here, I prefer to use medium over water as these are acrylic colors, and we are applying it on our c, and water affects its binding and shining property. Now, take a CD and apply this color on this side of CD. By the time we will paint this one, our yellow CD will get dried up completely. First base coat is done. Put it aside and take the yellow one. You can notice that the color has dried up very well. Take your brush, dip in the color, and apply a second coat over it. You can notice I've always applied paint in one horizontal direction, that is from left to right. What I want to convey is, don't go first left to right, then right to left. Always paint in one direction. Whether it is top to bottom or bottom to top left to right or right to left. In this way, you get the fine and finishing look. Just apply the second coat over this CD like we did earlier and I have sped up the process, but you just take your time while painting these CDs and enjoy the process. Okay. This time, while applying second coat, I'm also taking some dark blue color in my brush to give some shade to our CD like this. You can also take the white color like this as well. Base coat of this CD is also ready. Now, I'll leave this CD to get it dry completely. Similarly, I have painted two more CDs. Here is the seventh CD, which I have painted with black color, and you can notice how shiny and nice it is looking. See, there is a darker the color, more the finishing you will get. Okay. After this, I have painted our last CD with this steel color, which I have made by mixing the light green, blue and white color. You can choose any other color. It's totally up to you, or if you want to create this same color, then mix those three colors to get this one. Now, let us take a look of all the CDs. Here are two white CDs, light let CD, pink one, the light yellow and light blue CD, which we made by mixing the colors. After this, here are the last two CDs, steel one and black CD. Now, in the next lesson, we are going to add designs over all the CDs. Keep watching 4. Watermelon CD: Now we will start painting on this white CD, and we are going to draw watermelon on this. First of all, take up pencil and make sure its tip is not pointed. It should be blunt to avoid de scriping of our base color. Now, let us start drawing a circle over this CD, leaving about 0.5 centimeter space from the outer side like this. You don't need to be very accurate. Just to draw the circle, leaving probable space. I'm drawing this outline just for some basic idea, but if you want, you can directly use acrylic paint. Do it as for your convenience. Okay. So first circular outline is done. Now let us draw one more circular outline below the previous one at a distance of approximately 0.5 centimeter. You can change the measurement according to yourself as there is nothing fixed that you have to exactly leave this amount of space, so do it according to yourself. Don't worry if at any point, some base color gets scrapped out as we are going to fill these spaces with color. But still be very careful while drawing as the scrapping of much color can affect the final look of our CD. This basic outlining part is done. Now, we are going to fill color and for this, first, take a very thin brush of about zero number or the thinnest brush you have. First of all, I'm going to fill red color in the innermost circle. For this, take red acrylic color. Take small amount of color at the tip of your brush and start outlining it very slowly and very carefully. I'm doing this outlining part first because I don't want to cross this circular line and mix with the color that I have already planned to fill there. If you are new to acrylic painting, then all you have to do be focused and calm, do it at your pace and enjoy the process. This outlining part is done. Now take a broader brush to fill the inner part and fasten the process. Take sufficient amount of color in your brush and fill color in one direction, either you fill horizontally or vertically. Be very careful while filling color, do not cross the outline. And don't worry. I'm not filling color that fast. I have just sped up the process. First coat of red color is done. We will add one more coat, but before that, let it get dry completely till then let us fill light green color in the outermost circular ring. Take this light green color and again, switch to the thin brush and start filling color. Color and circular manner in one direction only. Just rotate your CD and fill color in small sections. Keep doing this till you fill the color completely. Now, since we have filled color in almost all the parts for rotating, place your brush back side in the central hollow space and rotate the SD. That's it. The first coat of green color is done. Also by now, first coat of red color has dried up. Let us apply second coat Take red color in your broader brush and apply the second coat Do not run very dry brush. Always take sufficient amount of color in your brush to get the fine and finishing look. Second coat of red color is also done. Now, leave it to get it dry till then, let us apply a second coat of light green color to get the finishing look. Again, take the thin brush and apply the green color very calmly and carefully. It's done. The second coat of red color has also dried up. And since we are painting a watermelon, how can we forget about seeds? Yes, now we are going to paint seeds here. For this, take a thin rush and black acrylic color to paint seeds. Remember, first check whether the red color has dried up completely or not. Only then start drawing seeds over it. Otherwise, it might get messy. For seeds, all you have to do is draw a drop like shape and fill it completely. Draw seats randomly at any place, there is no fixed position for it. See, Art is not just for fun or decoration. It also teaches us patience or calmness. You need to be very calm and do it at your pace. Draw as many as seats you want to draw. It's done. Our watermelon CD is ready. Now, I'll meet you in the next video with new design. Till then keep watching 5. Out SpongeBob's Window: Now on this CD, we are going to draw sponge ops window outside view. So for this, first of all, again, let us draw a circular outline, leaving approximately 1.5 centimeter space from the outer circle. Here, I'm drawing a probable circle, but if you want to draw very accurately, then just marks six to seven points at the distance of 1.5 centimeter from the outer circle and then start drawing it. Remember, don't use pointed pencil as it can scrap your base color. So it is done. We are going to fill black color in this part, but before that, let us draw the windows outside design in the inner circular space. For this, here, I'm drawing five petals flour. Just draw a star shaped flour and just draw randomly wherever you want inside the center circle. There is no such fixed position. And if you want, you can also draw some any other type of sea flour. Also, you can add shells or some weeds. It's totally up to you how you want it. So drawing part is done. Now we will paint it and for this, first of all, I'm going to paint the inner part. So take yellow acrylic color and thin brush. Take small amount of color and brush and start outlining the flowers. Here, I'm just outlining the flowers and will not completely fill it. After outlining, draw a small circle inside it like this. Now, outline one more but half flower with the same color. And it's done. Now take dark blue color and start outlining another complete flower like we did the yellow one. After outlining, draw a small circle inside it like this. Here, you can notice that I haven't filled color in this small circle as well. But if you want to fill color, then feel free to do so. After outlining this half flower with the same color, I'm going to use the steel color which we have prepared earlier for our base coat to paint another outline of the flower. In this way, we will use this color and avoid color wastage. After this, I'm using orange acrylic color to outline the last two flowers. Be very careful and do it slowly. You can use any other colors too. It's totally up to you what colors you want to use. And it's done. Now, I'm going to add one more coat of yellow outline as it is not shining or visible that much, do it very carefully. Add one more coat of outline over this flower too, if you want, you can add third coat as well. But before applying another coat, always wait to get the previous coat dry completely. The inner part is ready. You can notice how beautiful and attractive it is looking. Now, add black color in this outer circular ring, use thin brush and first outline this circular line to avoid running your design. Be very, very careful and calm while doing this, do not take stress, just relax and do it at your pace. What I want to say is just enjoy the process. Okay. So the outlining part is done. Now, take a broader brush and fill the space with the black color to fasten the process. Be careful while handling CD as our inner design hasn't dried up yet completely. Just hold your CD from the inner holo circular space. The coloring part is done and the outside view from sponge Bob's window is now ready. You can see how beautiful it is looking. Now, I'll meet you in the next lesson with another design till then keep watching 6. Dripping Ice cream Design: It's summer here. In this lesson, we are going to paint melting ice cream over this CD. Since the base coat of this CD is pink color. For painting melting ice cream, I'm going to use light pink color. Let us first repair light pink color by mixing white and red acrylic color. First, take out white color in your color palette and then add small amount of red color in it. You can take color amount according to yourself, but always remember whenever you prepare color, first take light color and then add dark color in that according to the need. Mix it properly, and if you feel that there is need to add some water or medium, then feel free to do so. The desired color is ready. Now let us start painting. For this, take a thin brush and take small amount of color at the tip of your brush and start painting it like cream is melting and dripping like I'm doing. If you start feeling that your brush is not so pointed now due to colors, then what you can do is either clean your brush with the help of tissue paper or you can paint the above part I'm doing to remove the axis color. Now brush is fine and pointed. Again, start painting this type of shape till the right end of the CD to illustrate the ice cream is melting and dripping down from every side. This outlining part is done. Now we will add the same color in the other part and for which you can also use broader brush It's totally up to you. But before that, let us fill these dripping drops first with the thin brush and be very careful while filling them. Okay. This part is also done. Now let's take a broader brush and fill color in the outer part. Here, I'm adding first coat like this, and then leave it for around five to 10 minutes to get it dry completely. Okay, now since it's have dried up completely, let us add one more coat of the same color to give it a fine and shiny look don't run dry brush over it as it can leave brush marks. Okay, so it's done. Now, here I'm drawing some small drops to illustrate that ice cream has now started dripping down into small drops. For this, use thin brush only. Draw it slowly and very carefully, and there is no need to hurry. And it's done. You can see how beautiful it is looking. Now, take your black brush pen and start outlining these drops like I'm doing. You can also outline these drops with the help of black acrylic color directly. But I suggest this one much and he's outlining of drops is done. Now, start outlining this dripping part and be very careful while outlining it as the outline of drops has not dried completely yet. And you can notice while outlining the stripping part, I have rotated my CDs into different direction. You can also do it as per your convenience. This part is also done. Now, let's add some more details and for this, draw some wavy lines here using the same brush pen like this. These lines illustrate that cream is melting from the top as well, and it's dripping in layers and it is done. Our melting ice cream dripping design CD is ready. Now, I'll meet you in the next lesson with some floral design on yellow CD. Stay tuned. 7. Floral CD: Now we are going to add design over this yellow CD for designing. What I'm going to do is use this pencil with blunt lead to draw some basic outline. But it's totally optional. You can directly start painting with acrylic colors as well. First of all, I'm drawing some tree branches here at the right side of the CD like this. Mark the outlines with light hand only. Do not apply much force or pressure as it can lead to scrapping of our base color of our CD. Draw some more branches, some here and here. Just draw them randomly at the right side of the CD only. There is no right and wrong when it comes to drawing branches. Basic outline for right side is ready. Now let us move onto the left side, and here, draw some not so straight lines, like you can draw some curve lines and some slightly curve lines, it's totally up to you. Just draw them free handed and of unequivalens. Also draw some lines that overlaps the other. We are going to use these lines to illustrate stem of our plant. Guys, the basic outlining part is done. Now we are going to add colors to these outlines. For this, take green color, and since I've placed my color bottles upside down, so before opening it, tap on its cap so that extra color goes back into the color bottle. Now, take a thin brush and take small amount of color at its step. Start outlining the left side basic outline design using this color. Be very careful while doing this. Do not hurry up. You need to be very calm and focused, and that's the beauty of art. It helps you in concentrating as well. You can notice here while painting these systems, I have left some space. It is because I'll paint flowers there in that space and illustrate that the other stem is coming from its backside. Also, you can use any other color like light green, dark green in place of this sap green color and feel free to do so. Stem part is done. We will add leaves also, but before that, let us first paint flowers and for this, take red acrylic color. Take thin brush, dip it into the color bottle and take small amount of color in it. Now, for making flowers, just mark your paint brush like this three to four times close to each stroke. Draw such flour at the top end of each stem, and if you want to draw any other kind of flour, feel free to do so. It's totally up to you how you want it and how you want to decorate it. You can also change the flower color if you want to do so. You can go with pink purple, blue, and so on. There are so many colors, and that's it. We will add shading to these flowers. But first, let them get dry completely. Till then, let us draw some leaves here, I'm painting some pointed leaves, but you can also paint round or marginated leaves. It's your choice. Paint leaves randomly around these systems as there is no fixed position. Also paint some small and some big leaves. And that's it. The least part is done. By now, our flowers has dried up, so let us add white color shading to these flowers. For this, clean your thin brush and take very less amount of white color in it. Mark small and light strokes of brush over the flowers like I am doing. And our left side design is ready. Now let us move on to the right side design. For this, take brown color, thin brush and start painting over the basic outline of tree branch, which we drew earlier. You need to be very, very careful and focused while painting this. I have just sped up the process, but you just take your time and do it slowly at your own pace. If you need to watch any step again, just pause the video and rewine it. There is no hurry. Painting of branches done. Now we will paint flowers around it. A, take orange color, dip your brush in it, and start marking round brush strokes like I am doing. These are illustrating flowers. Here, I'm painting in alternate manner, but if you want, you can paint it randomly or encouple it as well. It's your design and feel free to modify it. It's totally up to you. Also, you can choose any other color like pink purple, blue, red, white, any color. The orange part is done. Now let us some dots of red color at the bottom side of each orange flower to make it look more detailed and beautiful. And that's it. Our floral design CD is ready. You can see how we have turned an old CD into a beautiful artpace. Now, in the next video, I'll meet you with another floral design. Till then stay tuned 8. Black & White: Okay, now we will paint design on this black CD. First of all, take your pencil and start drawing branches from left to right. For branches, draw slightly curvy lines. Draw these branches free handed and just wherever you want as there is no fixed position. Draw some branches up and some downward, and that's it. Our branches are ready. Basic outlining part is done. Now we will start painting. For this, take out some white acrylic color in your color palette and add two to three drops of medium or water in your color palette. Add medium or water according to the consistency of your color, and it shouldn't be very thin. Mix it properly, and if your color is new, then there is no need to add any medium or water in it. That's it. Mixing is done. Now take a clean rush and take small amount of color in your brush. Now, start painting over the basic outlines. Just be very careful, there is no need to hurry. Do it slowly at your own pace. Try to paint in such a way that the ends of the branches gets pointed. Do it neatly and draw as many as branches you want. Draw some curry branches, and that's it. Branches are ready. Now we will paint flowers around these branches, but before that, do not forget to remove xs color from your brush. Here, I'm painting flowers with white color only, but if you want, you can change the color as well. You can use yellow light pink orange. Basically choose light color to get complimentary look. Okay. To me, this black and white combination is looking so beautiful. But yes, you can go with other colors too. It's totally up to you how you want it. Just modify it according to your preference. You can notice here, I'm drawing five round petals flower. Draw some small and big flowers like I'm drawing. Also, if you know some other floral design, then feel free to use that. It's totally up to you. Be very careful while painting these flowers as branches has not dried up yet completely. For this, just keep rotating your CD as I'm doing to avoid running the design. Draw flowers at almost all the branches tips except two to three tips. And that's it. Flowers are done. By now, our branches has also dried up, so if you want, you can apply another coat on branches like I am doing to give it more fine and finishing look. Be very, very careful while applying second and it's done. Now take very small amount of red color in your color palette and mix it with the white color to get pink color and mark small dots of this pink color and center of each flower like I am doing. You can go with any other color too, like you can also use yellow color or maybe orange color. It's totally optional. Now, clean your brush and paint two flowers below the branches to show that some of the flowers are falling from the tree. And that's why I have asked you to leave two to three branches tips. Now, a pink dots in their center to, and that's it. A another floral design on black CD is ready. Now, I'll meet you in the next video with sunflower design. Till then keep watching 9. White Sunflower: In this lesson, we will paint on this tale CD and I'm going to paint white sunflower over it. Here, you can also prepare some basic outline like we did in earlier ones. So for painting, first take out white acrylic color in your color palette. As I told you earlier, that my color has got thick for required consistency, I'm adding few drops of medium. Medium is easily available in the market, but if you are not able to find it, then you can use water in place of it too. However, we know that water affects its shining and binding property, but two to three drops will not cause much effect. Use what is easily available to you and mix it properly so that you get the required consistency. Now, take small amount of color at the tip of your thin brush and start painting. First of all, paint outline of all the petals. Make a shape like this and make sure that the top part of petal is pointed to resemble the sunflowers petal. Be very careful while doing this as we are using paint and slide mistake can mess with your design. If anything get wrong, do not panic, cover up that with some design, and that's the beauty of art. Only artists know behind the design story. It doesn't mean that I'm encouraging you to do mistakes. Be very, very careful while painting. And that's it, the outlining part is done. Now let us start filling color in these petals. Here you can notice that I have drawn 12 petals, but feel free to modify the number of petals according to yourself. Fill the color carefully. The keywords are calm and focus. Be relax and enjoy the process. Do it at your own pace according to your convenience. There is no hurry, if at some point you want to see any step again, then just pause the video and rewine it. First coat is done. Now let it get dry completely till then, let us paint other small petals in between these petals. First of all, draw outlines of these small petals too and make sure the tip of these small petals is pointed. Outlining part of the petal is done. Now let us fill color in these petals. Fill color in vertical direction. This will give elongated look to petals of our flower. And that's it. The coloring part in this petal is also done. You can see it's looking so beautiful, isn't it? By now? Our bigger petals have dried up. Let us apply a second coat in these petals to give it more finishing and shiny look. You can notice it yourself too that after applying second coat, how attractive and beautiful these petals are looking. But still, after applying second coat and you feel that there is need to apply one more coat then feel free to do so. But before that, let it get dry completely. Okay. So it is done. Now let us a second code to these small petals. As by now, they have already dried up fill color in vertical direction only and be very careful while filling color in these small petals. Okay, I have just sped up the process, but you just paint at your own pace. And that's it. It is done. Now we will a shading in these petals, but first, let them get dry completely. Till then, let us where color in the center and for this, take black color in your color pelt first outline in order to avoid mixing of white and black color. Be very careful while doing so. When you feel there is not so much color left in your brush, then it start shading with that in your petals. Years like this. Okay. And that's it. Now take small amount of color in your brush and fill it at the bottom of small leaves like I am doing. Do not take much color in your brush as it might can mess with your design. After this, add some shading in petals like this, and it is done. Now we will add some yellow colored dots in the central black reason. For this, I'm using back side of my thin brush. Just dip the back side of your brush and mark the yellow dots in this reason. White sunflower CD is ready. You can see how attractive and shiny it is looking. Now, I will meet you in the next lesson with light let flower design. Stay tuned. 10. Light Violet Flower: Now, on this white CD, we are going to paint wins with volt pl. For this, we will need yellow, sap green, blue, pink and white acrylic color. We will use these blue pink and white acrylic colors to make light volet color. But before that, let us mark some dots of yellow color. And for this, I'm using back side of my broader brush. Just to dip the backside of your brush into the yellow color and mark around seven to eight dots randomly, leaving appropriate space to paint petals. Take sufficient amount of color every time you can do this with the brush itself. It's up to you, how you want to do it. Also, you can choose any other color like you can go with orange or black, and you can even do this with multicolor. It's up to you, how you want to do this. Mark one dot here and here as well. It is done. Now keep it aside for five to 10 minutes to get it dry completely until then let us prepare light let color. For this, take some pink color in your color palette. Then add small amount of blue color and mix it properly. So here, you can notice right now it is let color. But since I want light vollet color, so for this, what we can do is add small amount of white color in it. So now, let us mix it. You can also add two to three drops of medium or water depending upon the consistency of your color and mix it properly. You can notice how beautiful color we have got by mixing those three colors till now, we were using thin brush for painting flower, but this time we will use broader brush. Let us start painting petals around these yellow dots. For this, take color in your brush like this and mark brush strokes around the yellow dot like I am doing. Just rotate the CD as per your convenience. Here you can notice I'm making five petal flowers, but you can modify the number of petals according to yourself. Draw different size of flowers, some small flowers and some bigger flowers. It's up to you how you want to decorate it. Can see how beautiful and attractive is this color looking on white base. Be very careful while painting these flowers and keep rotating your CD as the paint is wet. Similarly, you can also use round brush in place of this one, as it's totally up to you, what design you want to give your flowers or petals. That's it. Our flowers are ready. Now let us add some details to these flowers. For this, take yellow color in your brush and do shading with the help of it in each petal like this. Take very less amount of color in your brush and do the shading with very light hand. It is done. Now take green color and start drawing thin branches in the space between the flowers. Draw some hair and here as well. Make sure one end is pointed of these branches. Now let us start drawing leaves around these branches. Here, I'm drawing round leaves in couplet, but you can also draw other types of leaves like pointed one or marginated leaves. It's up to you. You can also draw leaves in alternate manner, and you can use light green color in place of this sap green as well. And that's it. Leave part is done. Now we will paint small flowers around these wins for this, take small amount of white color in your color palette and add very less amount of red color as we do not need much color. So our desired color is ready. Now, let's start marking small dots and couplet in between the pair of leaves. Draw a flower at the tip of the ne as well. Do it very patiently and carefully. Mark such dots around every vine as these small dots illustrate tiny flowers. And that's it. This part is done. Now let us add some more details to our let flowers. For this, do shading of this color and petal of each flower. After this, draw some small flowers near the center to fill the empty space with the same color. This illustrate that some of the flower from the wine has off. After this, add some tiny dots here and there, like I am doing. And that's it. Our CD is ready with light let flour wine design. Now, I'll meet you in the next video with our last CD design. Stay tuned. Okay. 11. Night Scene: Okay. Now let's paint this last CD. For this, take black acrylic color in your color palette and take sufficient amount of color. After this, add two to three drops of medium or water in it depending upon the consistency of your color and mix it nicely. Make sure you do not add much medium or water. Otherwise, it will get very thin. Now take color in thin brush and start painting branches at the top side. Draw thin slightly curvy lines in random directions. Be very, very careful while drawing these lines. And draw the lines in such a way that illustrates that some of the branches are overlapping the others. That's it. This part is done. Now, let us draw leaves around these branches, and for this, you can draw around leaves like this or pointed ones. It's totally up to you. Here, I'm changing these round leaves into pointed ones, as I have painted them just to show you. It's up to you. You can go with any leaf design. Just feel free to modify them. Here, I'm painting leaves with black color only to illustrate night scene, and due to dark, all the leaves and branches are looking black. Do it slowly and nicely. I have sped it up, you can just do it at your own pace. You can even pose it as and when required. Paint leaves around all the branches. You can paint as many as leaves you want. Just enjoy the process, and that's it. The top part is ready. Now let us draw a straight line at the left of the holo space. You can rotate your CD as per your convenience like me. Be very careful while drawing this, and if you feel that you can't draw a straight line directly, then what you can do, just draw a basic outline with pencil and then paint over that outline. After this, draw a small horizontal line at the top end of this vertical line. Draw two slant lines one at each end from the horizontal line in outward direction, and from the end points of these two lines, draw two more slant lines, but this time in inward direction in such a way that both the lines meet at the top end. And that's it. The basic outline of lamp is ready. Now, do some shading at the top end and after that, add some design on the pole of the lamb stent. Now, let it get dry. Till then, let us draw some bushes here near the pole of the lamb. For bushes. What you can do is take very less amount of color in your brush, dap your brush on the rough paper and then start marking brush strokes in the shape of bush as I am doing. And it is done. By now, lamp has also dried up. Let us take yellow color and fill in the lamp to illustrate that bulb is glowing. Fill the color very carefully, and after this, mark some yellow color brush strokes over the bushes to illustrate light is falling on them or some flowers. Now, take some white acrylic color and fill it in the center of the yellow area. Add some white brush strokes over the bushes as well. So this is done. Wait for a while to get that yellow and white color dried up and then draw a black vertical line over this yellow part to illustrate that bulb is inside the lamp. That's said Our last CD with night seen design is now ready. Now I'm wrapping it up. I hope you have enjoyed this class and do not forget to review my class. I'm waiting for your feedback.
