1. Welcome: Welcome to the DIY but bomb making course. Often molded into small sphere that fits in the palm of your hand. Although you can find them and fun shapes to about bomb will instantly begin to face and disintegrate once it hits the water. And dishing up pleasant aroma and filling your path with the pop of color. Fortunately, you don't have to spend your hard-earned money on this delightful indulgence if you choose to make your own, but bombs at home. The process is pretty simple and can be relaxing and creative activity as you can customize them that the sense and colors you like best with these basic recipes. Creating bath bombs should be pretty easy and you'll be sad thing in a colorful centered, but in no time, Teddy, to take yourself to the next level. Let's get started. 2. What are Bath Bombs?: But bombs are these nifty looking things that you can toss in your bot. Besides being easy to make and very budget friendly. One of the great things about bath bombs is that despite the popularity of homemade gifts, there probably won't be another member of your family making them to give out as presence. But bonds are also very versatile, which means you can make them to fit anyone's personal needs, taste, and style. 3. Basic Ingredients: Bye everybody on recipe varies from one another. Few common in basic ingredients that are necessary to successfully create platforms. Baking soda and citric acid. However, even the basic ingredients of bath bombs may vary depending on the recipe you use. For instance, some people have a hard time finding citric acid. So there are a few That's a peaceful, but bonds that don't require the use of citric acid. Keep in mind, however, that it is a citric acid along with the baking soda that creates those wonderful bubbles when the platform is added to what the alternative recipes which will be discussed later will work just usually not as well as platforms that contains citric acid. What is citric acid and where to find it? Most of the ingredients for both bonds are relatively easy to obtain, except for citric acid. Citric acid is a natural product and it's what gives lemons there sour taste. In fact, citric acid is used in these products and processes. It is often used as a preservative and also for cleaning in water softening. Citric acid is sometimes called sour salt. So you may have to sometimes use that terminology when searching for the item. 4. Getting it just right: One of the most important aspects of successfully creating bud forms as achieving the right consistency. This is actually the trickiest part of the entire process. Once you have it down creating bottoms will be a brief WhatsApp problematic is that every little think and have an effect on the mixture. If the type of fragrance reacts differently to the backbone mixture. And even though whether you can negatively impact the but-for making process, yes, the humidity level can actually affect the bath bombs and make it difficult to achieve consistency. The consistency for bud forms is like damp sand that you can pack together with your heads. If the mixture is to read, it would feel like Play-Doh which sticks to your fingers. And if the mixture is too dry, if you'd be crumbled hard or badly. If the bud from the stove that you can try adding a bit more of the prepare dry mixture, do it. However, you should ensure that keeps the appropriate issue of baking soda and citric acid having too much or too little of either. Real effect on how much is the bud forms produce if the mixture is to try simply add a bit more of the liquidity dates. 5. Molding: Why it may sound simple enough, adding the mixture to the mold can be tricky. This is due to the fact that the mixture, it has to be tightly packed into the mold to properly mourned about bonds, you should spoon a little bit of the mixture into the mold and then packet tightly with your fingers or the back of your spoon. Add a bit more mixture and back again. Continue in this manner until you have filled the entire mode with the mixture. 6. Heart Bath Bomb: Alright, let's make our heart-shaped but bombs using citric acid, baking soda. Going far as our dry ingredients. Mix them all together and keep it a sake for a bit. Make sure there are no lumps. Liquid ingredients now. Melted coconut oil. Think di few drops of lavender essential oil. Mix them together and people to say, the liquid ingredient to the dry ingredients start mixing. At this point, you can even start using your hand. You want that damp sand link texture. I'm adding some of which his earlier. Sit down with your fingers and then you repeat the same thing again. Now, let him drive for some time. 7. Eucalyptus Bath Bomb: Let's make our, you can look this but bombs are drying, didn't. We'll add some baking soda. Citric acid on flood. Cornstarch. Mix it all together that there are no lumps, and then keep it a cipher with our liquid ingredients. Some sweet almond. This essential few drops of blue and green coloring. Before adding it to the dry ingredients. Can start using your hands at any point. Looking at that damp sand like texture so you can add which he isn't as per your requirement. For some mixture into the mode, press it down with your fingers. Then you add two mixture again. Keep repeating that process. Once done, mixture of dry for a couple of hours before, it is better to let them dry overnight. 9. Get Creative: Adding Extras : The fun thing with bud forms is what also makes them so you need, you can alter each bud form to fit into a specific team or cater to a specific person. You can add anything your heart desires into the platform. Later, dried flower petals, anything that can go into the tub, can go into the butter. If you're going to add extra things into the platform that are not mentioned in any of the recipes. You may be curious as to when you should add them. If you are adding little dried flowers, seeds, nuts, and other dry items, you should add them to the dry ingredients before adding the liquid ingredients. Another way is to line the bottom of the Lord with the extra items. For example, place lavender buds that it was hips or glitter on the bottom of the more pressing the button mixture into the model. This way keep the added items on the top of the bud Farm Insurance dispersed throughout it. 10. Tips & Considerations + Gifting: Unless obese for bud forms typically call for either water or by email, works perfectly fine for making a button pumps, which he isn't, doesn't form up as much as when mixing the dry and liquid ingredients together. Because of this, which he's in is usually preferred over water. However, not everyone keeps witch hazel on hand. For most crafters, the decision between witch hazel and water is purely based on preference. If you're adding essential oils are colliding. Add them to the liquid ingredients before adding the liquid ingredients to a good dry ingredients. If you want to buy films in different colors, simply divide the mixtures equally. I have found that if you lightly miss the bath bombs that were chases, it forms an exterior grass that helps to keep the bud forms from cracking and falling apart. The process that has worked for me is to lightly missed with witch hazel after removing the platforms from the mold and lead dry overnight. The next one name down the platforms over, missed the bottoms with the achieves in and lead drive for another day. But bombs also make the perfect gift for anyone. No matter what their age or hobbies. Everyone needs a relaxing, but at some point to suit, diode and soon messages or to relax a bit after a stressful day and while but gums themselves are the truth gives. You don't just want to toss them into a plastic bag and handling most of easily. You need to add some presentation to the gift like this. 11. Final Notes: The age old saying, If at first you don't succeed, try again, is something you should keep in mind why making but bumps? When I first began making them, it was a lot of trial and error with a few batches that were complete failures. I am so glad that I kept at it because after about the third batch, I had the entire process down pat. I could probably even make five forms in my sleep. No matter what recipe you try to remember to make the bug bombs your own. Put your unique touch Intuit. You are in complete control over what does and what does not go into the bud box. And above all else, have fun. If you're doing it right, the bad form making process should be an enjoyable task that you can look forward to completely. I hope you'll give these recipes or try or drive on the recipe is provided in the resources section. I am really looking forward to your projects. Thank you for watching.
