1. Classs Introduction: You're looking at is a
simple Canva website that has a couple of pages for the wedding
of Aaron and Juliana. And right here on the
homepage of this website, you can see an
interactive widget, what seems to be a widget. But this is actually an AI agent that will allow me to
do all sorts of things. So for example, right now, I am RSVPing for this
wedding right here. Would you be attending the
wedding? Yes, I will accept. And you see the agent is
conducting a series of task, having a conversation with me, and guiding me through
different so you see here, I am simply registering RSVP for that
wedding celebration, and everything is
happening right there. All right. So what is
this? Well, this is the brand new
Jotform AI Chatbot. It's a Canva app that
you can connect to any Canva document,
not just websites. And I'm going to show you step
by step how you can create your very own AI chatbot with Jotform completely
for free. Let's go.
2. Meet Jotform AI: What is up, everyone,
Ronny here. Welcome back. Today we talk about AI
agent with Jotform. Jotform is an awesome
app in Canva. A lot of what it can do is free, and I'm going to focus
on showing you that. And hopefully you will see the tremendous value you could get from this AI
chatbot generator. Further ado, let's get started. You will see that connecting
your AI chatbot or your AI agent to Canva is just one of
the things you can do. You can connect it
to your Saleforce. You can connect it
to your WordPress. You can have independent
app on your phone. It can do a bunch of things. WhatsApp Messenger,
Instagram, Shopify. It's almost infinite the
different things you can do. You can tap into their
template library. If you don't want to
build your own agent, they have 7,000 plus AI agent templates ready for
you to use. They are right but for now, let's
come back to Canva, because I want to
show you the steps of building your own AI chatbot.
3. Create your AI agent in Canva: Alright, so the agent
I have decided to create is going to
be an AI agent who can help a user
understand the new or the latest features that have
been rolled out in Canva. And I want this to be closely tied to the latest
episode of What's new in Canva that I have created and published on the
channel a few weeks ago. So this episode
covers what, to me, are the most relevant
features that Canva released. Okay, so what you see
here in front of you is simply the deck that I use
to create my tutorial, okay? So it covers 13
different features that I showcased
in this episode. So 13 features that were rolled out in Canva for the
month of February. So last month. Okay? So the
list of the features is here. We have the 13 features. So my goal is to create a
chatbot that we know about these features and can answer questions about them.
Okay? So let's go. The way you start this, you will want to
go to your apps. Jotform AI Chatbot
is an app, okay? And here, search for Jotform. Okay, Form. There should be two
different apps for Jotform. Let me show you. You have
the regular Jotform, which is great app to
create forms in Canva. This is not the one I'm
going to be using today. I'm going to use
Jotform AI Chatbot, this purple one right here. So if you click on it, this
is what you should see. You will be prompted
to create a chatbot, or if you already
have an account or if you have already
created a chatbot, you can simply login. So me, I'm just going to
click Create an AI chatbot. It's preparing my chatbot right here or something
is happening, adding knowledge
to your chatbot. So what's happening at this point is that
Jotform is scanning my document to give the chatbot a first
source of knowledge. Okay, so your AI chatbot
is almost ready. I believe this is what's
happening here. So there you go. I have this right here. This pop up right here. It says, Hi, I'm Lina. You AI Design assistant need help with design task
or presentation tools. How may I assist you today? I see two different buttons. It says Double
click to Interact. On the side, you will see kind of the settings
of your chatbot or a way to actually come
and customize this because obviously we don't
want a chatbot called Lina. We want something
more personalized. But this is the way you
create your chatbot. So let's change
the name and let's name this one Run, for example, the title Run is going to be your goo to Canva Guru.
Next, you have your layout. So this little chatbot, let me move this textbooks out of the way so we
can focus on this. And let me add a
little background here so we can actually
see what's going on. Yes. Next, we have the layout. So we have different
kinds of appearances, I would say for your chat
but could be bubble, which is the one
you are seeing now, could be card minimal or chat. So I'm just going to show
you a few ones from here. Let's go for card. So
you see the difference. You see card would look like so. Let's go for minimal. Minimal is just going to be that little bubble that
comes here in the corner, and when you click
it, it opens like soap in a window
similar to this one. And then the last one
is chat. Show you chat. So chat is actually
what the minimal, the bubble becomes when
you click on that bubble. Okay? My preferred
one is bubble. So let's go back to the first one to bubble, this
one right here. So this is in a nutshell. You can also
customize the colors. We are going to do
this in a second. But if you want the
full axis and really, this is where the beauty of
this app really lies is in the advanced settings
because we obviously need to start
training this agent, give it the information, the
knowledge, and all of that. And this is going to be done via this button right here,
the advanced settings. Once you click here, you will be redirected to the Jotform
website. So there you go. This is what it looks like on the other side on the
Jotform platform. Let me zoom in a little bit
so you see what's here, I have three tabs right here, build, train, and publish. Here on the side, you have all the different channels on which you can
publish your agent. So once it's built, you can use it obviously in
Canva, on a Canva website, in a Canva presentation, on any sort of Canva document, actually, doesn't need to be
a website or a presentation. I could be anything that is published with a
public view link, for example, but you can also create a
standalone application. You can insert that
in your Salesforce, Instagram, Gmail,
WhatsApp, whatever. Let's focus on the chatbot
because this is what I want to integrate
to my VAT document. Just know that you have
many more options.
4. Customize your agent: Alright, now that we have
the backbone of our agent, this little guy right here, let's start customizing it. So you should see this little paint roll button
right here, okay? I'm going to click here. This will allow me to start
customizing my chatbot, customizing its appearance,
but also adding my photo, changing the colors,
all of that. And the first thing I'm
going to do is to replace this photo of this lady
right here for my photo. So you can use
anything you want. You can search through all
the photos right here if you want a generic
photo or stock image. But me, I like to
have my own photos. I like to respect
my own branding. You can generate your own
avatar with a prompt. It's probably using a model like one of the latest models. Me, I have created one not so long ago. Let
me show it to you. Oh, this one right here,
it's a little blurry, but at small size,
it's going to be fine. I wanted it to have a big, nice Canva logo in the
background because you'll see my chatbot will be kind of
like a Canva assistant. Alright. So this
is where we are. I can remove the background. Mine doesn't have a
background, so I'm good, but just know that
you can remove the background from
your image right here. So you really don't need
a pro account to do this. You can do this with
a Canva free account and have the background removed. Okay, this sounds good. I'm
going to save this photo. And this update the
photo in my AI chatbot. So you see it's actually
updating right here, and boom, now it looks nice and clean
with my personalized avatar. Alright, so this is done. Next, I'm going to click on the second tab right
here, the style button. And this will allow me to go deeper level of
customization to my chatbot. Use a different color. So here, we can actually create a gradient
if we wanted to. You see a starting
and an ending color. So you could definitely do that. We have color schemes
that are preset for us. So these are nice, and you
can play around with them. You can choose one of these
if you want. There you go. Or you can go full customization and really add your own colors, which is what I'm going to do. So coming back to my Canva here, because I need my brand colors. I don't know them, but I know I have them in my
brand kit, right? So here, this color palette, I'm going to do to simply
create a little square, and I'm going to change
that for my pink so I can grab my pink color. Okay, my X code. There you go. Now I can come back here
and change my color. Let's show you what a
gradient looks like. Okay? So I'm going
to paste my color. You see? The gradient
actually looks quite sweet. So I might just keep
that as is agent title. Okay, so my agent title
is this and this. Okay, I have the color white. Stay with white agent
name Ronny agent Roll. You go to Canva Guru chat style. So your chat style is
this window right here, the chat background color. So you can change that
too as well if you want. I'm going to leave it as such. You have three types of fonts Inter circular times New Roman. I'm good with Inter,
the chat theme color. Not quite sure what this is, but it might be what's the
line around it right here. Let's give this my pink as well. Oh, no, this actually
not quite like that. It's the entire fonts
and text right here. Let's keep it, like so
the button, though, I am going to change
this button for my pink. Perfect. Now it looks
on brand icon color. That's the little
icon right here. I'm happy with this, so I think I can move
on to the next step.
5. Train your agent: Alright, we have a
nice looking chatbot. Now it's time to
give it substance, right, because right now it doesn't know
anything about me. Maybe it scanned my document, but it's not much. So the number one thing
you should probably do at this point because you
have skin in the game now. You have created your agent, and you don't want
to lose everything. So what I would recommend you do from here is that
you sign up, right? You create an account
on Jotform so that this chatbot will actually
be saved in your account. So this is exactly
what I'm going to do. I'm going to just sign up
with my Gmail account. Google account,
and there you go. You see, I am now signed
up with my Google account. So the reason I
recommend that you do that is because you're
building something, you're investing time into this. You don't want it to
disappear into thin air. So by logging in, you are actually also
locking your chatbot. Let me show you. There you go. Mine is right here. Okay? Run, you go to Canva Guru, by click here and I
can edit my chatbot, again, coming back to
exactly where I left it. And you might have noticed
a Diana chatbot, as well. I have done my homework
and tested it. But hey, it is now time
to train your chatbot. So we are going to move from this built button right here to the second button in the
middle that is train. And this is where you
will realize just how powerful and how
generous Jotform is by giving us access to
all of this for free, because right now, I
haven't paid for anything, and I'm not going
to at this stage. You will see what are the
different pricing options, but all of this that I'm
showing you is completely free. So keep watching because
you'll be amazed by just how much we can
do with this platform. So once you click on Train, you will land here, okay? So this is your knowledge base, and this is where you are going to start
feeding the agent, feeding the platform,
some information about what you want your chatbot
to be knowledgeable about. Me, as I told you, I want my chatbot
to be helping users understand the latest
Canva features that I actually showcase
in my tutorial, the latest what's new
in Canva episode. Let me show you how I do this. You see here knowledge, and you see here, all the
different sources of knowledge. I'm going to select YouTube. So YouTube Ad Knowledge is going to ask me enter a YouTube URL. So what I'm going to do is
to simply go to YouTube, find a video I want to
use as my reference, and this one right here. Let me click Okay, so this is the latest video I
published so far. It's been published
six days ago. It's called 13 Canva
Updates Worth Knowing. What's new in Canva Episode
49? I'm going to share this. I'm going to copy this URL and come back to the
platform right here. I'm going to paste that URL. And immediately Jotform
is going to recognize it. So there you save this and Jotform is going to start
analyzing my video, probably fetching the
transcript of the video and crawling through
this video to kind of, like, get the gist
of what it is about and understand everything
that I see in the video. So this part where the agent is analyzing the video content
might take a minute or two, this is how you can
add a YouTube video as a source of knowledge
for your chatbot. What I like about this as well is that you can
add more sources. And if you pay attention
to what's written here, you can provide a
YouTube video URL. You can add an entire
channel or a playlist. Okay? So it's not
just a single video. You could add an entire
YouTube channel there. And I've tried that, and
I'm going to show you. Let me show you what would
happen if I actually add a channel URL instead
of just a video, okay? So here, there. This is the channels URL. Okay? So you can crow that channel and you'll
see what will happen. When you crow your channel, what's going to happen is
that it's going to show you all the videos you
have on your channel. It goes to 500. We have more than
that, so I'm not sure. It takes the 500 latest videos, which is already massive
amount of content, right? You can select up to
ten pages at a time. Okay, so ten videos at a time. If you select and click on Save, the chatbot is going to start analyzing all
of these videos, fetching the transcript,
doing basically everything it's been doing
for this one single video. You see this one right
here. This one is ready, basically because you
see stop processing. So now, this video has been added to my source of knowledge. So if I come back to
my knowledge base, I can see that in the
different sources right here, I have YouTube and one
video has been added there. If I click here, I can see
Canva February 2026, update. It's right here. If
I want to edit this, I can probably edit the
title let's do that. Let's give it the exact
title of my video. Click here because I want this
to be completely accurate, right? So I'm going
to change that. Boom. Now, I've
edited that content. Was can I see here? Can I actually see Yeah, the summary. So there you go. So this is what the processing of that YouTube video has done. It has recreated the transcript with some timestamp indications right here and all
the different names of my 13 new features. This is good. I'm
going to save this. I want to show you that you
can do more stuff here. For example, I have
this deck right here. Let me get rid of
that, get rid of that. I have this deck
right here, 21 pages. And each slide inside my presentation, let
me collapse this. Each slide has a little bit of information about
the new feature, so I could use this as information as well
for the chatbot. So one way you could do this is simply to download
this as a PDF. Download this entire document
as a PDF and then come back right here and add this as an extra
knowledge source. You see, my PDF is ready. I'm going to add this as a file because you can pretty much
add all sorts of things. Like you can add
files, links via URL. You can answer questions
yourself right here in the chat or like
I've done a YouTube video. And that's just what
you can do from here. You can do more stuff from here. Okay, so file, I'm going to upload my PDF that
I just downloaded, which is this bad boy
right here, open this. And how should your
agent use this file? So this PDF contains brief
explanation of each of the 13 new Canva features for
the month of February 2026. Okay, so this PDF contains
brief explanation. Use it to sum up the
features when user ask for details about
the February feature so I'm just giving the model, whatever is powering this app. So information, some guidelines
about this information. Okay? So there you
go. It's been updated and uploaded right
here in my file. I have one file,
one YouTube video. You see, this is
pretty awesome, right? Let's give it a spin. It should now have
some knowledge. So I think it's time for a
first test of our AI chatbot.
6. Test your AI agent: Alright, let's test
our agent, alright? For this, I'm going to use this LinkedIn carousel
I have created, okay? Let me show you
we have 19 pages. This is something I
have created just to showcase the new
features on LinkedIn. Okay? So if you publish this, let's create a public
view link for this. Create the public
view link, copy. Perfect. I want to test this. So let's go ahead and open
the public view link. So this is what it
currently looks like, okay? So just a simple carousel
with all the features, and their different categories. Let me come back
to the Canva and add our Run Canva Guru
AI chatbot to this. So we can enhance the
experience of anyone who will be using this public view link to view the
carousel. All right. So back to Jotform, okay Jot form AI chatbot, remember that's the
name of the app. So if I login, I connect
my Jotform to the account, I have signed up with
onroTForm so, right? So here, you need to log in
with the same credentials. I'm going to speed that
up, and there you go. Once you're logged in, you
should see your chatbot. Here I have two,
but let's focus on the one I just have
created right now. So this one right here. Okay, so you can decide
on which page you actually want the chatbot
to start being visible. Let's put the chatbot on
the second page right here. So here, this
sounds about right. And now let's get into full
mode and test this chatbot. Hi, I'm Ron, your AI Canva Guru. Ready to master bulk
select or trash restore. How may I assist you today? So maybe I can use
one of these buttons, explore design and
editing features, discover AI powered
presentation tools. I'm just going to ask
a question to see if the chatbot understands
the context I gave it. Okay, the knowledge. How many features did Canva publish in February 2026?
Let's see if it knows. I published 13 new
features in February 2026, including improvement in sheets like grouping rows
and hiding columns, UIUX enhancement, AI
Power design tools, bulk select and
restore in trash. Canva and HGPT guided
presentation generation. You can see the
detailed features, list and explanation
in the video at, and it gives me a
timestamp to my video. That's pretty cool.
I mean, it works. Let's ask for the Canva
and HGPT integration. Tell me more about the
Canva and HGPT integration. Let's you can just
dig into the content. The Canva HGPT
integration allows you to generate guided
presentation with customizable options
such as tone, casual professional
length, design style and applying your brand kit
directly within Canva. You can now open the
generated presentation in Canva, make adjustment, and then finalize
the design with a single click streamlining
the creation process. And it gives me a link inside the video on YouTube with
the exact time stamp. This is pretty sweet,
I have to admit. You can see the
feature in action and learn more about
linking Canva with HGPT for on brand design
in the video Alright, so I was pleasantly surprised to see that it gave
me the timestamp. The timestamp was
pretty accurate. I landed on that exact
segment of the video. So this was a big win for me. But what else can
this AI chatbot do?
7. Adjust your agent behavior: If I come back to the
Jotform platform, not in Canva, but on
Jotform directly, you come back to your chatbot. If you don't remember
where it is, click on the Jotform
logo and you should see the different chatbots
you have created. Now you see because
we tested it, we have one conversation right here tells me the number
of conversations. I have one conversation. You can click on that
conversation thing and you will be redirected to
the exact conversation. Okay? So there you go. I had the conversation. This is where it gave me the
timestamp and the video. That's if you want
to revisit some of the conversations to adjust
some of the knowledge, to see where there are
limitations to your chat, but it's not going to be
perfect from the first attempt. You will need to kind of tweak that knowledge, add
some knowledge. But one thing that
is great for this is that if you have some
questions that are unanswered, let me give you a
real life situation. So from here, you can
also kind of test your agent by clicking on
Edit agent. Click here. I'm going to switch
to the preview mode. Okay? This preview mode,
you can turn it on. There you go. And now you are
in full testing mode, okay? So click on the bubble,
and there you go. So you have different ways of interacting with
your chatbot, as well. You have a voice mode, ok let's try the voice mode. G to call my agent. Hello. This is Ron,
your Canva Gulu. How can I help you with
your Canva designs or presentations today? Okay, so they picked an Indian woman to be
Ron your Canva guru, but I believe you can
customize that as well. Hey, Ron, can you tell me about the latest
Canva features? Here are some of
the newest Canva features as of February 2026, bulk select, delete and restoring trash for
easier item management, editing elements within
groups without grouping, exporting design
insights to sheets, video generation and languages other than English
using Canva AI, translating page notes
with magic translate, automatic page breaks for
smooth you see that here, the chatbot actually gave
me the correct information. I'm going to go back to
the chat. So there you go. Because I want to
show you how you can use a shortcoming in the knowledge of your
butt to go back and train it related to this specific
lack of knowledge. Okay? So for example, let's ask, do you know about
features rolled out in January 2026, okay? It shouldn't know because the knowledge I gave
it is about February. January 2026, Canva introduced features like grouping
sheets, row, hiding sheets. Okay, so this is not correct. These are the features that
were rolled out in February. You see, it's giving
me the February. Okay, so I'm going to say it. I believe these
were from February. No January. Let's
see what it says. Searching. So it should be coming back to me
saying, I'm right. These features I
mentioned earlier, such as grouping rolled down
in February, not January. This is confirmed by the detail. Okay, so you can
see the video here, full explanation.
Okay, I get it. So can you tell me about the
January features or not. Okay, I can ask
it. Should say no. There is no specific information available about Canva features
rolled out in January. The detail is about February. So I found a shortcoming
in this knowledge. Now, I'm going to turn
off this demo right here, get out of the preview mode back here and go back to Tran. There you go. You see this
little dot right here? It's actually understood that there is one
unanswered question. Now, this is critical. If you want your butt to become more and
more intelligent, you will need to
kind of keep track. Well, first, you
need to build an MVP of your butt and put it out
there for people to test it. But once it's out in the wild, you kind of want to revisit the Control
Center right here. That's why you need to sign up to Jotform, to the platform, with your Google or
with any other kind of account because you need to come back and
you need to tweak. Otherwise, your butt is going to remain pretty dumb. No offense. But that's the reality. You need to train
that intelligence. So you see unanswered questions, so I can see it. So can you tell me
about, okay, the answer? What should the
answer be to that? Well, I could provide a link to another YouTube video
about the January updates. Or I could train the model
on not just one video, but the entire
What's Hot playlist. My only limitation going
to be the number of tokens or the number
of characters I can squeeze in my
knowledge base. And you will see when we
talk about pricing that there are a few
limitations in terms of just how much knowledge you can provide the chatbot in
terms of its knowledge. It's the sources that
you will be using. Cool. There's one more thing I want to show you that
is pretty sweet and still something you can
do for free is that you can customize your
butt behaviors, by clicking on that
action button. So you could give
some if blah, blah, blah, then kind of
scenarios or workflows. So for example, when and then you can scroll
the little list here. When the conversation
starts, do this. Like, you can fill up a form, show a button, say exactly this. Okay, we can say exactly
this. Hey there. Canva What can I do for you? Okay, we say exactly that. Add a little emoji here. I wish we could format these messages right
here. We can't. Like, I cannot add a line
or anything like that, but hey, that's
just good enough. Okay, I'm going to
save that. You see? I have customized the behavior. You can add more actions. You can really go
deeper into this, but I'm not going to
do so for the sake of this tutorial right
here. Okay, publish. Now, I'm good. This is the last button I
haven't showed you yet. You can publish that button on a plethora of
different platforms. Okay? If you want to add it
to your Squarespace website, for example, our website
is the square space. It's going to give you the exact steps to follow right here. So there is a bunch here. That's why I believe this is a very powerful tool because it's just so flexible. Not
going to get into that. Let's have a look
at the pricing and just how much you
can do with each of the different plans
so that you know exactly what you can expect when you're
using it for free, or if you need more capacity, when would be a good time to upgrade and how much
it will cost you?
8. What’s Free and When to Upgrade: Alright, so this is
the pricing table for Jotform AI agents, and I want to give you
some information so you understand what
you can do for free, what will require an upgrade, and how much it would cost you. So for completely free, which is what I've been doing, you can build up to five agents. Okay? So five agents means, for example, like,
this is one agent, the Diana demo specialist, and this is another agent, the Ron Canva Guru. Okay. So you can build
up to five agents. You can 100 monthly
conversations. Again, conversations. If you come back to
your panel here, two conversations already
with the Ron Canva chatbot, and I've had three conversations
with Diana chatbot. So when I say I, you are not supposed to be the
person having conversation, but users are supposed to
have these conversations. So depending on just how
big is your audience, the free plan will give you
100 monthly conversations. That is across all
of your agents. If you have five agents, that's 20 conversation
per agent. 10,000 monthly sessions. These differ from
the conversation. This is the number
of time your agent shows up when you refresh the
page, et cetera, et cetera. 50 minutes of
monthly voice call. I have made a quick demo of the voice call with
you, so you have, if you decide to use
that 50 minutes, 250 monthly SMS, 10 million character for
your knowledge base. This one, I want to explain to you take a little bit of
time to actually go there. If I come back to
my knowledge base for my KanvaGuru right. Example, this YouTube
video that I edit, this one is a total of
roughly 80,000 characters. Okay? So 80,000 character
for 25 half an hour video. If you divide these 10 million by 80,000, that's roughly 125. Meaning if I wanted
I could train my chatbot on 125 videos
from my YouTube channel. Let's say I want to create a very comprehensive Canva
chatbot based on my content, I could train it with
the free plan on 125 videos of the channel. We have over 1,000 videos, so maybe I need to bump that. So the bronze plan right here
with 20 million characters would give me roughly
250 YouTube videos. The silver plan would
give me over 600 videos. So if I wanted to train the chatbot all my
YouTube videos, I will need to go with
the gold plan right here. But that's an extreme
case like ourselves. Imagine the power of
a chatbot trained on all the videos we've ever produced about Canva.
That's pretty sweet. Maybe that's a perk I could give to members in a paid
Canva community, for example, to
ask and chat with that chatbot that knows
everything that's in our videos. Could be pretty powerful. Now, wrapping up, I think this is an incredible tool
and as you've seen, you can absolutely,
and you should start for free and
give it a good spin. Start using it. Put the chatbot
out there and see if you run into any of
these limitations from the pricing tables. If you do, and if
you see the value, by all means, upgrade
to a stronger, more robust plan, be it because you need
more characters in your training or
maybe because you need more monthly
sessions. Who knows? But start experimenting with the tool. It's super powerful.
9. Best Use Cases: Personally, I can see immediately a bunch of
different use cases. I could use this
for my business. The first one would be a
chatbot that will help students decide which of our
courses they should buy. When they login to
teamrnd.com slash CSE, they see all our courses, the agent will pop up and it could interact
with the viewers, help them find the right course for could have a similar butt on the Ronny Colab sales page to just help answer questions
about the Rondi Colab, our membership for people who want to become content
entrepreneurs. Instead of having an
FAQ on the page or on top of having an
FAQ on the page, I could have a chatbot
answering people's questions, visitors questions and trying to convince them that it's
the right fit for them. Or maybe not, maybe
not the right fit and redirect them somewhere else
with the action button. Would create an agent
for specific course. So once a student has
enrolled in the course, I could train the agent on
all of the course material, give that as a perk as a bonus to the students
of this course. And I could easily think about a dozen more use cases that would be
appropriate for me.
