1. Welcome to the ChatGPT for Work course: Hey, guys. Welcome to the CGPTF work course
here on skill share. This is a complete
course about how you can use CGPT on your
daily activities. That means you will be revolutionizing your work
and the way you work, the projects, your team, your company, and you
will get your goals way way faster with
all these shortcuts, these strategies that you will
learn here in the course. Basically, by the
end of this course, my promise is that you
will be more productive. Most of our students see at
an increase of ten X ten times more productive just by applying really simple
tools that they learn here. This is a short course is straight to the
point. It's practical. So on each lesson on each video, you will be learning right there the strategies you need to optimize your work using GPT
and artificial intelligence. I hope to see you
in the next video.
2. What is ChatGPT + Creating your ChatGPT account: Okay, let's start
now defining what is CAG PT and how you can
create your account. If you already have an account, you can jump to the next video. But if you want to
hear a definition of CPT that you
never heard before, stay here with me because I think you would like this one. Everyone knows now
that CA GPT is a chat where you have conversations with artificial intelligence. You probably use it already. And if I go right now to
CAG PT and I type there, what is CAG GPT? This
is the answer we have. We have a long answer with all the details about the
technology and how to use it. But I want to give
you an easy answer that you will never forget. So imagine that you
are in a huge library. This library that you
see on the screen, imagine that this is
the library where all the books of
humanity are here. All the knowledge that we gather in all our existence is
here in this library, millions and millions
of books and articles and conclusions
on scientific research, and all that is here for you. But how long it will take you
to read all these books to to learn all this
information from this huge library with all
the knowledge of humanity. It will take you years
and years of reading. So imagine now that you have
an assistant that is CGP, that is super fast, super smart, and this assistant already read all these books and not
only read the books, the assistant learn
exactly the meaning of each lesson that is teach on this specific books,
on this knowledge. So this assistant right now has all the knowledge of
humanity and it's ready for you to ask the most
difficult questions or sometimes the easy questions
that you need help with. So it will help you in your
daily life in your daily job. So that's C GPT. And I always said that Ca GPT
is the genie of the lamp. So if you have a magic lamp and you have the genie
there and he is asking, Okay, what is your command? What do you want to accomplish? How can I help you here
with all my power, all my knowledge to help
you in anything you want. But with the genie, you
just have three chances, three desires that you
can ask the genie. With C GPT, you have unlimited.
So that's the good thing. And you may be thinking
Diego, wait a minute. Google also knows
all the knowledge. Google knows everything,
all the Internet articles, everything that we
learn, all the books, Google knows everything, right? So what's the difference
between Google and CA GPT? The big difference here, guys, is that CA GPT can
have a reason. So if you have information, you have different sources, all this information
that you acquire. If you have not the reason, not as a human, but as an
artificial intelligent machine, it can reason and give
you the best answer, give you the best
option for you, give you the best result. That's the big difference. It's like the genie that knows all this knowledge from this huge library with
millions of books, but also not only it read the books and
knows the knowledge, but it also can
reason and help you with all the details of this knowledge to
serve you better. So you will discover all this
power here in this course. That's my promise
for this course. You will know how to use GPT, how to use the recent factor of artificial intelligence
in your favor. So you will be ten, 20 times more productive
on your life, and you will stop
doing the tasks that you don't want to do or the tasks that you
don't like to do. Okay, now, how do we
create your account. If you have your account ready, jump to the next video
because here from now on, we'll just create
the account, okay? We go to chat do open.com, as you see here on scream. This is the current interface. This interface changes
sometimes weekly, sometimes daily,
so your interface will look different for sure. Not for sure, but most likely. And here we can click on login if you have an
account or sign up. So in this case, let's say I don't have an
account. I'll click on Signp. I enter my email address. I can also sign up with Google, Microsoft or Apple,
and after that, you will have access to CA GPT. So what you will have access to. This is what you
will see. This is the CGP interface
here on the left, we have all the
chats that we have, the prior chat prior
conversation we have. And here in the center, we
have the current conversation. So you see that I
asked here what is CPT and CPT answer
this question for me, so I can type here on this box
any questions that I have, and that's what we
will be doing together here on this course. See
you in the next video.
3. Create Presentation for Work : At work or at school, sometimes we have to
create presentations, slides, to present ideas, to present a project on
your work or to present any ideas for business for school for any
reason you have. And I particularly
me personally, I have a difficult
time a hard time usually creating
all these graphics, all these perfect titles on PowerPoint or
on Google slides. So it's hard for me. But now with artificial
intelligence, I'll show you a simple app that you can use and
it's free to use. To create powerful
presentations by using AI. So basically, it works
similar to CG GPT, where you will just type the specific prompt
for your presentation, and in front of you, you'll see these slides starting to being created in
front of your face with all these wonderful data
images captivating so you can keep your outings
engaged while you are presenting this
content, these ideas. I'll show you how to
use that right now. So the app is called Gamma. This is right now is free, so if you come here, you can check the
pricing always. And if you have to subscribe, is also not very expensive. You can I mean, the benefit that
you will have and the hours and hours of time that you'll save just by using this is amazing. I do it myself. I use it every time when I need to present something
on my business. So here is how you do it. You come here to GMA dot. Gamma with double dot APP, and this is the current website. So here you see a sample
of how the system works. So you basically will type here a prompt and we'll
click the generate button. And once that happen, you'll see in front of you, as you see on the video here, the slides being created
automatically by using AI, and later we can
edit, we can modify. I'll show you how to do that. So let's go right
out to GMA dot app. This is the page that you'll see once once you create
your account. I click here on Create New AI. You see here at the
top, we have Create film blank port or create
with AI. So I click here. I come to create a presentation. You see here, generate
or transform text, if you want, I will
click on generate. We have three types of documents we can
create here right now. I will go to presentations.
That's what we want. And here, I can just
add the specific topic. The prompt that I want all
the structures that I want to send this AI to create
this presentation. So I can we have some examples here like coral reef ecology, the war of plants, strategy for for this company, a journey through
the rainforest. So you have all these
suggestions by the app already. But you can also,
the good thing is you can type here
in any language. So if you live in a
country or you need to do this presentation in
a different language other than English,
any language work. So you just type the specific
prom here and you'll see the results for
your specific business. So let's type something
here like create a presentation for about
how to use C GPT for work, for example, which is one
example on this course, right? So I click on Enter. You see creating a presentation. Here we have some outline
that we can edit. This is important,
guys, because these are the specific slides
that we will have. You can add more if you want, You can change the language
here to any language. I'm going with English
US for this example. So let me try again here.
It was in Portuguese. So now, it's in English
overview of CGPT for war, setting up CGPT on
your workplace, using CPT for
project management. Let's say that this is good. But if I want to
add more things, I can just enter
here and I can say using Cat GPT for sales, for example, so I
add one extra slide. I click on continue here. You see that it will
cost me 40 credits. Right now, I have 90 credits. These are the free
credits that the app give me once I
create this account. I already created six
or seven presentations with the free credits. So you have space, you have room to
play and to create some initial
presentations 100% free. So I click on continue here. You see, now I need to pick the dam which is the dem I
want to use for this one. I can just click
on any dem here, and later, of course, I
can change if I want. I'm going with this
one. Click continuum. And now you see the presentation being created on real time. Look at this guys
overview of CG GPT. These are the actual slides that are being created for you. Look at this. This is amazing. Wonderful. So now we have
all the nine slides. So you see a presentation
or let's do this. How to use. I can edit here, very simple, how to
use CGPT for work. You see the introduction here. We have some images. I can come here and do present. So you see how it will
present on a big screen. So this is how we
will look like. You see you noticed that
didn't add all my images, so I can come here and start
adding images if I want. So I can just come
here to this one. Let's see, backdrop. Let me add an image edit. So I can search the web. I can use any image that I want. So you see I click the image. I can search for
the image here like CGPT. Let's see if we have some. Yes, let's click
this. Okay. So now we have image on this one, overview of CGPT for work. Using CGPT for
project management, so I can come here
and add the image. Sometimes this system already
adds the image for you. So let's do project management. Search for that. Here we go. And I move to the
next one. This is how easy is to create
presentations using AI. Of course, you can go to
CT GPT and type a prom. It will return text to you with suggestions
for these slides. But this tool, I want to
share with you because this will do it for you right
there in front of you. If you want to download this, you just click on
share and you can export or you can share
with other people. I hope you like. I hope you try this, see you
in the next video.
4. Creating Smart To-Do Lists with ChatGPT: You probably used to do list every day on your
daily activities. When you are at work, at school, you make a list of the things, the tasks that you need
to accomplish that day. Sometimes you have a mission. You have a goal for the day, and you start
thinking backwards, Okay, to get to that
goal, what are the tasks? What are the steps
that I need to take to get to this outcome? Now I will present to you
the Smart to do list. And I will show you how
you can use T GPT and artificial
intelligence to create this smart to do list in
the best way possible, the most optimized way possible, to make sure you have the
best list and to make sure you are investing your
time doing the right task. At the end of the day, you will get your goal, and
that's what we want. So my goal here is to
show you this system. So you start using from now on. Every time you are at work
and your boss can and say, Hey, we need to do this project, you need to accomplish this,
please prepare this report, or please do this task. You can create a smart to do list for any of
these situations. Let me show you how. So here, before we start, what
is a smart to do list? I ask GPT here. And he's saying that typically refers to a to do
list that goes beyond a simple a simple checklist of tasks instead incorporates
the techniques and technology to make sure
to manage all these in a more efficient
and effective way for the specific needs
for your goals, okay? So I have a ready to use prompt that you can
use a super simple, nothing fancy here,
and it is this. I'm asking C GPT. Create a Smart to do list for, and you can add the specific task that you have and you can add
the specific goal. Remember, the more
details you provide here, the better, the more optimize
your to do list will be. So let's say that I want to
create an online course. So I come here and I say, create Smart do list for
creating an online course. Let's see what we have.
Instead of just giving you a task list that is
simple and not optimized. It will give us here. I hope let's watch the
screen. Here we go. Complete specific to do list with check marks
as you see here. Okay, Smart to list for
creating an online course. Number one, course planning
and design, we have here, defined the objectives
of the course, identify the target audience, outline course models and
lessons, allocate time. Number two, content creation, now that we have
the content plan, we can go to content creation. Number three, video production. With all the steps here. I can copy this to
award document, and I can do the checklist
here with specific tasks that are optimized for this specific
outcome that I'm asking. Another example, let's
try a different one here. So I can come here and say, create a smart to do list
for buying tickets to Paris. So this is a simple task. It's like a personal goal
that I have to go to Paris. But I'm not sure I never
flew to Europe, let's say. I'm not sure if I can just
go there and buy a ticket, or if there are some things
that I need to think about in a smart
way to make sure I get the best and
the best price and the best time to travel
to Paris, for example. So you see here, Here we have, he saying, Smart do list for
buying tickets to Paris. Number one, research
and preparation, define the travel days. List out the preference, direct flights, prefer airlines, departure times, set a
budget for the ticket, check the passport validity. So all these things that
I need to make sure that I have this in place before I
just go and buy the ticket. This is actually a real story. Once I was traveling to Spain to do the
Camino de Santiago, which is a plgrimage of 32 days walking around
Spain for 32 days, 800 kilometers, it was one of the best
adventures of my life. And I purchased the ticket
because I was so excited with the trip and the walking. I have everything ready. And when the time came one
week before, flying, actually, I checked my passport and
my passport was expired, so I wasn't able to fly. I was all excited with
everything ready, and I had to cancel all my trip. So if I had T GPT, and I had this specific, the one that you see on screen, this specific smart to do list, I will have checked the passport validity before I purchased the ticket, okay? Think about this and I want
you to use this simple task, not just for one
specific project. Every time you have a project, every time you have something you need to accomplish
and you are not 100% sure of the
steps you need to take, or if you are sort of the steps, but you want to optimize, come here, use this simple problem that you
see on the screen. Here we go. Create a smart to do list four
and you add the task, you add your goal, and you
will have this great results.
5. Prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance: Let's imagine that you have a really complex text that
you need to accomplish, and you are using the strategy
of creating a smart to do with TGPT following the steps that we explore in
the last lesson. Now, in this lesson,
I'll show you how you can optimize your
list even more by optimizing all these
specific tasks that you have right now in order
of priority and urgency. So let's explore this one. Here we have a smart
to do list for organizing a large
scale conference. This is a really complex task. It is some task that
requires experience, and it is the first time
you are doing this, this will help you to accomplish not just this task but
any complex tasks. So here we have initial planning and strategy,
budgeting and finance, venue, and logistics
speakers and content, marketing,
registration, sponsors. We have complex step by step tasks that we need to accomplish to get to
that specific goal. So I will use this prom now
and you can use this for complex or for simple tasks like buying a ticket to Paris, for example, the example
we use in the last lesson. We will say to C GPT, Based on the prior smart to
do list that we just created, prioritize the task based
on urgency and importance. Of course, you can prioritize this using other
characteristics, but I think urgency
and importance are the most optimized for
this specific example. So you see here, you will start recreating, All this list, you see using the Honer box, also know as urgent
important matrix. This is a model that
artificial intelligence know and is using to
optimize this for you. Let's prioritize the
tasks for smart to do list on organizing a
large scale conference. So you see here now, is actually reorganizing
all the tasks for your smart to do list in a priority order based
on urgency and importance. So these are the things
you need to do first. You see here, urgent
and important tasks you will do
immediately is saying, define the purpose and
goal of the conference. Number two, determine
the target audience and experience of the attendees. Number three, decide
the dem or topic. Yes, and you go forward
with these steps. Second topic here,
important but not urgent. Tax that you will
schedule to do later. So it's organizing for
you everything here. You don't need to
think about it, is doing all for you, and this will work for
any task that you have. You see here, number three, urgent but not important, tax that you can delegate. Like, for example, secure the venue by signing a contract, gather all the necessary
content, presentations, videos, and handouts, engage with
media for press coverage. These are things that you are urgent but not important,
so you can delegate. On the last category here, neither urgent or important
tasks that you may consider dropping or
reviewing for later. Like, for example, set up a dedicated bank account
for payment of the event. Like, let's send thank you notes to speakers,
sponsors, and volunteers. This is good to have, but
it's not urgent or important. Unlike the vent success, earnings for the future
reference is also good, but it's not like
priority, right? So with this system, guys, you are not just
creating your priority. You smart to do list, which is outstanding itself, but you are also prioritizing
this in categories. So you can use this
not only on your work, not only on your education, but you can use on
your daily life. On your daily life,
this will help you to succeed and to get your goals faster and
be more productive.
6. Getting AI recommendations for task optimization : And now to close this cycle of smart to do list in
the best way possible. I'll show you one more
prom super simple to optimize your task using AI. So we already have
the Smart to do list. We have all the tasks in order of priority of urgency
and importance. Really good. That think helped me a lot usually
on my projects. And now we will ask just check, maybe there are no suggestions, but we will just
check if AIGPT has any suggestions on how
to optimize even more. This task to make
sure we are more productive and we get
to the result faster. So this is the prong we use. Based on the prior Smart
to do list, we are saying, please suggest recommendations
for task optimization to make sure we increase
productivity and accomplish the task
faster and easier. So let's see what we
have with this prong. Here we go is thinking about it. I hope we have good
suggestions here by Cha GPT. Absolutely.
Optimization is the key of handling the task
more efficiently. Here is a list of recommend the optimization for the task or smart to do list for organizing
a large scale conference, which is the example
we are using here. So it is giving us nine, ten let's see, 11 points here. Number one, define
the purpose and goals of the conference,
optimization. So this is the task that
he is pointing out. This is one task that we have, and the optimization
that he's suggesting is conduct a brainstorming
session with stakeholders, this encourage
collective intelligence and speed up the
decision making. This is fantastic guys. Why? Because if I have this
specific task, saying, Hey, define the purpose and
goal of the conference, I can check with my boss,
I can check with my team. But he's saying here
instead of doing that, or you can do that, but also, do a brainstorm section with the directors
of the company, the company, with
the stakeholders, the people that are
the decision makers. So they can all get together, do the brainstorm and define
the best purpose and goal. This will make
this will help you as responsible for the task to have this to accomplish
this faster. Second task, let's
check the second one. Determine the target audience
and expected attendance. So the optimization
CPT is suggesting for this specific task is
Use prior events data, or if you don't
have a prior event, competitors event insights
to project attendance. Automate service to gather more specific data from
potential attendees. So these things will help
you to optimize the tasks. You see is suggesting here
actually 25 optimizations. We have a lot of tasks, but we have 25 things 25
ways now to do it faster, better, to be more
productive and accomplish this project
faster than ever before. I'm sure that if you
use this strategy and the other two that I shared with you in the prior videos, you will take Any tasks that you have from
the large scale of conference that
we're organizing here to just buying
a ticket to Paris, which is a simple thing
to the next level. It will be fun for you. It will be optimized. You will be more
comfortable executing this task because you know
exactly what is important. You know why you know
how to optimize it. You will be a genius
now on your team, on your work. See you
in the next video.
7. Drafting Reports, Article and Documents: You can use also ChatPT
at work to create any documents to create
reports to write articles. Let's say your boss come
to you and say, Hey, D write out a complete outline, a complete article for the monthly sales
report of our company. And I have never I never
performed that task before. So I'm not sure
what are the steps, what is the structure. How can I mean, what are my options to
go and ask colleagues or ask Ch GPT and
have the answer, the best absolute answer
in a few seconds. And that's what we will do here. So I'll show you
here in this video. Stay here with me because
this is powerful. We will learn how you
can create reports. What is the right way to do it? Because it's not just
coming here and say, Hey, write a report about that. We will do a two step process. The first step we will create
an outline for reports, for documents for articles
that you want to write. That can be used for work, and that can be
used for education or for your personal
life if you want? If you have a personal blog, a website, or something like
that, you can do the same. First step, create the outline. The CGPT system will help you to create the most
optimized outline. Once we have the outline ready, we will go to the second step, which is asking CGPT now to write the content for based on that outline
that we created. Let me show you here.
That's the right way to do it because you can
just come here and say, Hey, write the article, I will do it, but it won't be as optimized as my strategy that
I'm sharing with you here. So this is the first prompt. You can customize
this. Super simple. A few words. Outline, you
add the topic report. Let's say we want a report. If you want an article, outline an article
about the subject, or write a report about
this specific topic. So we will remove the
topic here and we will write a monthly sales report. So that's my boss came to me
and asked for the monthly, there is a mistake here, a misspelling, but that's
okay. Let's move forward. So monthly sales
report. Look at this. It's outlining everything
I need, introduction, purpose of the report, time,
cover, executive summary. Total sales revenue we have here inside that we have the
total sales of the month, comparison between this
month and previous months, which is important to add. Year to day sales versus
projected target. This is wonderful. I
wouldn't think about that and it is here in the
report on the outline. Number four, products and service breakdown sales by region if this applies
to your company. So you see that is all ready for you here in the
best way possible. I mean, if you present
this to your boss, it will be very impressed with your performance because
it's super complete is detailed in all
the specific things that you need to have in a
sales report, for example. I can also come here and
say that I want an article. Let's say I don't
want the report. I want the article
or any documents. I can say, first, we are
in the first step here, the outline outline an article about and you at the topic here. Let me choose a different
topic like wild flowers. So let's say we want an
article about wild flowers. We are not saying,
write the article. We are asking just for the
outline first. So here we go. Here is an article wildflowers, and the title is Wildflowers,
Nature's exquisite palette. Oh, my God. This is wonderful. Number one, introduction,
definition of wild flowers, the important on the ecosystem, history, history, and origin, characteristic of
the wild flowers, geographical locations, all these important points
that we need to have in our article
about wild flowers. So now that we have, let's
say we like this outline. We are happy with this.
This is complete. If we want, we can, of
course, make changes here. Let's imagine that we are happy. So the next step will be to come to CGPT and use
this prompt here. You are the best copy
editor in the word. We are setting up the stage here because we want
high quality copy. Write a complete article. If it's a report, you can change this
by the word report. Using the outline
we just created. If you have not created the Olin here or if
you made changes, if you copied this
outline to ward, and you edit, you discuss with your team,
you have a new version. You can just copy the outline
here on the prompt section. But we don't need to do
that because we just created the outline
and we didn't modify. So I will delete
this. So here we go. Create a complete article using the outline
that we just have. So what will happen now? T GPT will use the outline that is already super optimized
that we created, and you see here in front of
you is writing text copy, optimize it for each
one of these sections. So this is great. What
you can do here is you can use this to publish
on your website. Of course, you can
copy this and edit, add your touch to
make it your content, not just copy and paste. And with that, you
have articles for work for your website or for
any goals that you have. And you can say, wait,
wait a second here. If we go back to the article, the outline, you
see that in origin, let's say, characteristic
of wild flowers, you see that there
are two points, and I want more
information about that. If we go here to the article, you see a number three
characteristics of wild flower, we have just three lines. I want that to be a longer. Section of my article. So you can just
come here and you can customize this in
any way that you want. I will copy the title here, and I will come to the
end and I will say, please write 500 word. I can do x number of words, 500 words paragraph four Section three
characteristics of wild flowers. Let's see what we have now. So hopefully, now, we will have a longer
and more complex, more dense a paragraph for the characteristics
of white flowers. You see now before we
have just three lines, now we will have
500 word paragraph. If you want longer,
you can add 1,000 words or the length
that you would like. So you see that GPT is now
going deeper inside each one. I mean, each one inside this specific topic
and it's creating a complete a dense article
about just this section. So you can do that
if you are not happy with short sentences
like you see here, you can go and do the
same process that we just did for each one of
these sections, okay? So here we go. I
hope you use this, and I'll see you
in the next video.
8. Summarize any Email, Article or Documents: Imagine that I just
got an e mail, a very important e
mail from my boss, the VP of marketing
of the company, asking for improvement
of the team, improvement, specific areas, improvement in specific
tasks that we are doing. And look at this. This is a really long e
mail that he sent. So this is a simple e mail
that I generated that you see, look at how long this
is for me to read. And it's not organized. It's all in paragraph. I mean, I just need to start reading this and take notes to understand how we can improve to understand all the suggestions that
he is giving me. But we can use T GPT, and I'll show you how to summarize to struck
the key points, the actionable steps of any
e mails that you receive, if it's a long e mail
or even a short email, also any articles that
you need to read. Let's say you come here and your boss said,
Hey, you know what? You need to read
this article about the power of play for kids, and you need to strike the key points and
present that to the team. I mean, Look how long
is this article. This is huge guys, so you can use CAG
GPT to help you with that to accomplish
that in an easier way. So how are we doing this? First, let's do for
the email of the bus. We come here, and we will
just copy this e mail. So we'll copy the e mail, and we go to CPT and I
have a prompt for you. The prompt is saying
this, summarize summarize this article
e mail or document, Strike the key points, make a list of
actionable insights, and also add any other insights that you think are important. So we are opening We are leaving the door
open for CGPT to reason and see if there are other insights that is important for me to
know about this e mail, about this document
or this article. And all we have to do is just paste the document
here, in this case, we paste the e mail
and going up again, and I will just
leave e mail here. I will edit this
prom a little bit, so you need to edit
to make it ears. So you see, summarize
this email, strike the key points at the
other insight is important. And here you can
paste the article. So I will delete also
this and run the prom. Let's see what we have now. Okay, is thinking about it. Let's see, is
reading the e mail. Now, I hope that instead of
me reading all these emails, we will have a summary, and
that's what we have here. He's saying, Look at this. Look how organized this is guys. We have a summary for the
e mail in here, right? Exactly what this boss
is talking about, what this person
is talking about. We have a section here for the actionable.
Let me go up here. For the actionable steps. So we have actually
on this e mail, ten actionable steps like
content consistency, personalization,
integrated marketing, user experience on the
interface community building. So all these actionable steps
that are on the e mail, and we have actionable insights also here for this e mail. So by reading this, I can
of course read the email. And now I have a complete
and more clear understanding of what's going on
in this e mail. Also works for loan
documents that you have to read for your work or for your studies or for
any reason that you want. I hope you use
this and remember, every time that you are
reading something and you need to extract some
information for that text. You can use this prom to help you do that in a
more effective way and just in a few
seconds instead of spending hours and hours
trying to understand the text. Try this. This will
help you to be more productive and to produce
to get your goals faster.
9. Translations- Translate any documents, emails with ChatGPT: GPT is the most advanced translation software
we have right now, and it can translate from any language to any
other language, and you can use this
at work every day. I use it while I'm reading websites on languages
that I don't stem. I use it for clients
that are in in different countries
that don't speak English or the
language that I speak. And I also use it to translate marketing
campaigns for my company. I have students all over
the world in 213 countries. Sometimes we send
specific e mails in the local language
of the student, and I use that I do the all these translations
by using T GPT. I'll show you right now how
easy it is and you can use it for any reason that you need
at work or while studying. Let me show you here.
Here we have an article, about wild flowers, so I
can just copy this article. Let's say I want to translate
these to other languages. Let me copy just
this initial part. I go to CG PT and I
simply type this. Translate this two and
you add the language, the language that you
want to translate. Let's say we want to translate
these to Portuguese. I would say Portuguese, Brazil, because I want specific
type of Portuguese. I paste the content
and you'll see C GPT will start creating
this translation. On my personal experience, guys, on my experience, this is even better than
using Google Translate. Why? Google Translate
also does a great job, but C GPT not only translate literally what
you have on screen, but it also optimized
the text for you. And also, when you translate
it as you see here, I can ask GPT to
make it shorter, to make it simpler to
understand to make it localized for that
specific country for the specific city, for a specific person that will be reading this information. So you see here at the top, we have the prom translate
this to and at the language. This is the text that we just paste and hit at the bottom, we have the translated version
in Portuguese, Brazil. I can say now, now, translate this to French. I miss an n here, but it will understand is
artificial intelligence. I missed an n in French, but you see that it
understood my prompt. So we see the content
now in French. I can say it translate to
any language that I want. Okay? I want to show you to
plan this seat on your mind. So you now know that every time in any situation
that you are when you are in front of some situation where you need
to share your knowledge, share your documents,
share your ideas, in different languages,
you know how to do it, or if you need to
absorb content. Get content, learn from
different languages, you also know how to do it. Remember, now I want
you to think on how you can use this at work, so you can expand what
you do to more languages, more countries, and more people.
10. Blog Writing in minutes with ChatGPT: Let's say you need
to write a block. You are in charge of fitting and creating content for the
block of the company, the website of the company. You need to create articles, maybe for the linking
of your company. Or maybe you just want
to create for yourself. You have your personal brand, you have your travel block, and you want to write
these articles, and you do that already. I'll show you how you can do in an optimized way using GPT, and in minutes, you will have
the absolute best results. And this process will be
similar to the process we did while we were writing articles
for work in prior lessons. So let's see the problems here. Here we have two problems here. Two steps on this process, guys. The first step, instead of
just coming here and say, Hey, write a blog post about this the subject
that work sometimes, we will do this in two steps. And the reason for that is that we will have better content. It will be more optimized. It will be richer on content, and we are going deeper
on specific subjects, and that's what we
want for your block. So the first step will
be to create an outline. By creating an outline, C GPT will list in the most
optimized way possible, all the topics for the specific sections and content for your
block post topic. And the second step
will be actually to go there and create the real content for each one of the topics of your
outline. Let me show you. Here we have outline a block
article about wet stress, stress, no. Let's see happiness. At work. I mean, it's not the most
optimized style, but let's see what
GPT comes with. So I expect that we will have you see happiness at
work, the ultimate guide. We have introductions, the signs behind
happiness at work. We have all this information, benefits of a happy workplace. Number four factors influencing a happy work, practical tips. So this is fantastic. We have all the scientific and the explanation,
the introduction, the science behind the benefits, all these theoical explanation, and later, we have practical tips for increasing
happiness at work. This is fantastic guys. The role of a leadership
also is important. So you see that this is
really deep on content. I love this one. So
we have the outline. We can change, we can
modify it if we want. But now, We are going back here and we will
use the second prong. We are in the second part now. You are the best copy
editor in the world. Write a complete blog article using the outline
we just created, or if you have a different in, you can just paste the n here. This case, we just
create the outline. I will say go, and
let's see we will have the content for each one of these
sections of the outline. But there is one more step,
so stay here with me. This is not finished yet. We can optimize a
little bit more. Okay? Let's wait
for the content. We have introduction. You see the science
behind happiness, which are all these sections, benefits of a happy place. Let's see here, benefits
of a happy place, factor. So you see that is right
in the article with details about all these topics. I will stop generating now because I want
to move faster here. I see here, for example, practical tips to increase
happiness at work. That's one of the most
important section here on my blog post. I want that section to be
bigger, to have more content. We have happiness
can be nurtured, here actionable steps
for a workplace joy. I mean, we have
five steps is cut but I want more content
on these steps. So I can come back here. This is for further
optimization. Of course, you can just copy and paste this and use as it is, but we can optimize always. I can say, please
write 500 words, Section four section and
I paste the section here. Let me copy this section, practical tips, copy and paste. So you can ask for a 500 words. You can add for more examples of practical tips for
increased happiness at work. You can ask for
anything that you want. I'm just doing something to
show you how to optimize. So you see now we have a bigger more complete content about the practical tips to
increase happiness at work. And if I want to go even deeper, I really like the section
of happiness at work, I can just stop this here. I can copy again the section, and I can say now, I want a complete outline
only for that section, which is tips for increasing
happiness at work. So I will say outline. Block post, four or about about practical tips to increase
happiness at work. So now we had before
the main outline. Now we will have a whole outline just about one of the
sections of your block post. And again, you can go
here and say, Hey, now write the content for each section of
this new outline. So you are growing your
content exponentially, and we are doing all this
just in a few minutes. Try this and I'll see
you in the next video.
11. Simplifying complex concepts with ChatGPT: We can also use TGPT to make complex subjects,
complex articles, technical documents that are
complicated to understand, you can simplify in an unbelievable way using
TGPT and I'll show you how. And also, if you have
specific text copy that you created for one audience
and you want to make the copy the document
for a different audience. You can change that with CGPT. Let's say you have
a document that you created for your colleagues, for your team and your boss come and say, Hey,
you know what? Let's use this document for the CEO meeting that we have next week for the
stakeholders meetings, the stakeholders presentation
that we will have. So you will need to restructure, make it more formal or
make it more simple. I'll show you how to
do that with C GPT. Let's explore one example. I'll show you two examples here. The first one is, this
is a scientific article, is a nature neuroscience. This is a neuroscience review, a journal that is one of the best that we have for
scientific discoveries. And he's saying
the detrix spines, which is something on the brain, structured dynamics,
and regulations and not a neuroscience, so I don't understand
these complex things. But this is an article
with the key points, we have here the astra saying
the Detrix spine are tiny, P trusans that receive city synaptic input
is complicated. You know, you got it, right? So we can copy this. And we can ask CA GPT to explain this for a
specific audience. For example, I can
come here and say, I can summarize this
scientific article and make it easier. To understand for any one
that is not a scientist. Let's see. Scientists. Okay. And I will paste here the content of this document
that I just copied. So let's see what we
have. I want a summary. I asked for a summary, and I asked for explanations that are not for regular people
that are not scientists. So what are the spines? The tri spines, let's see, are tiny exception or bumps. So here you see it
is saying bumps, which is something
that I understand. On the main branches
of the nerve cells. They are vital
because they receive most of tory signals
for the brain. Imagine, and here is an example for people that are
not scientists. Imagine them as tiny antennas
picking up signal signals. So now I got it. So what are the drips spines are little antennas
picking up signals. I got it now, you know, it's easier to understand. And we can move
forward with this. So I can say to go even further. Now, explain this article for five year old,
to understand. So what I'm doing now. I'm saying, Hey, you know what? I want you to make this
explanation so easy and so quick and obvious to
understand that a five year old, if I read this to
a five year old, the five year old can understand
what I'm talking about, instead of using
scientific terms. So we see here what is he doing? He's doing the Dietrich spines
story of little explorer. So Cp is not only
adapting the text, but is also creating a story that any five year
old can listen to it and learn about this
complex subject, right? So remember that
you can use this for any of these reasons. You can engage with CGPT
for technical terms. If you are at work and something comes up that
you don't know what it is. You can just go to CGPT and ask, Okay, what are the
three letters? What means this? What is how
can I solve this problem, specific complex problem
that I'm having at work? Think about that and let's
move forward with the course.
12. Final Project: Hey, guys, welcome to the final project here
