1. Canva AI Introduction: The weight is officially over and the magic has arrived to Kanva. In this course, we are going to discover and review all of these amazing features that Kanva just announced. So ladies and gentlemen, let's dive deep into the Kanva magic studio. Let's go here. Everyone sat here and I'm very excited today because, you know, once or twice in a year Canva make some big announcements. And this time it has released a bunch of AI tools that will create the real magic in your work. In this course, we are going to explore ten to 15 new features that Canva has launched. And the most popular ones are magic, animate, magic, grab, magic expand, and a couple of AI apps. Just note that some of these AI features will exclusively be available in the pro version. And some of them will be common for both the free version of Canva and the paid version. Without further ado, let's get started. 2. Magic Design For Text: All right, let's start with the first one that is called the magic design. As the name states, the magic design is simply that you will use a couple of words or a sentence to explain your design. As you can see here, use five plus words to describe your design, then it will create some designs for you. This option is available in the free version as well. Once you log in in your Canva, you will see this magical screen here, meet the magic studio before you use this search box for finding some particular templates. But now as you can see here, it says, use five plus words to describe your design. It will recommend you some designs as well. Let's write something here. For example, for example, I want a Facebook ad post to promote a new smart watch. Now let's press Enter and watch what happens. Actually create a Facebook post of smart watch. You can see all of these templates, but these are predefined templates that you can use. If you can't see the designs that are custom created, just move from templates to projects. I will click here and here you can see that it created some of the post for you. You can open one of them and we can see here that it not only created the post, inserted a picture, but it also inserted some content in it. It's a good point to kick start your design if you have no concept what to design as far as designs are concerned. I think that it's pretty simple right now. As this EI is still in development phase, it will definitely improve over time. Similarly, let's try something else. Let's hit Enter right now. This time I want an Instagram story to promote new pair of Snickers. As you can see, magic design is working on it. You might try different prompts here. In some of the pros, it might be good in designing, while in other it might not be that good. You need to explore by yourself what works best for you for the stories. I can see much better design than the Facebook ad post. Some of them contain some videos, some of them are simple post. Now let's say that if I want to change the media or the picture in this particular design, how can we do that? I have the option right here which says media. Let's try that. I'll select the media and choose a file from here. We have a couple of pictures. Let's select one. This is the Snickers. Let's say, as you can see here, that not only it adjusted the picture in the overall design, it also changes the color scheme that should match with the picture. It is pretty awesome, although the designs look quite simple. But whatever we discuss here, you will see in every feature of the canvas. It is mentioned in the note that this technology is new and improving. Please report these templates if they don't seem right, I'm sure that they will also receive multiple feedbacks on it. And based on that feedback, this technology will evolve and we'll be able to make some awesome designs in future if I choose any of these templates here, for example, like this. It's mentioned here that this is the creation of magic design and it's 100% fully customizable, editable, and downloadable. And you can share it, and we can see here as well that you can use one of six credits, although the magic design option is available for the free users in Canvas as well. But you will have very limited number of times where you can use this prompt of magic design. And then you have to move to the pro version. It's quite welcoming to see that a new template is crafted for you. Now what we can do with this template is, for example, if you're a professional designer, you might not find this design very attractive, to be honest. But what you can do is you can take some of the ideas from this template and move it to a particular template that is more attractive. And you can also shift some of the text from here to the new design. Again, this is a good point of to kickstart a design. Now what you can also do in the magic design is, for example, if I close it, you have different categories to choose from as well. You can specify to what category your particular Instagram story relates. You are, let's say, in education field, or you are marketing something, You're printing the products. It can adjust your design accordingly. Let's say, okay, we have the categories of business cards, flyers, logos. Here, let's say I want to print some business cards. Here are some business cards that created for the particular design. Again, obviously in all of the designs as you can see that it not perfectly adjusted picture in some of the design. In that way you have to customize it a little bit like this. But again, this is a good starting point for your design. After that, you can customize it with your own creativity. That's it. With the magic design, what you can do here is you can try giving different commands to see what works best in this magic design feature. Obviously, it will create some designs better than others. You have to try that, give different commands tested by yourself, and you can really get some great ideas for the magic design. Like I said, there are some limited cries in the free version, and that is ten cries or commands for lifetime. After that, you need another free account. Obviously, for the Pro version, if you have the Pro version or education version, you will have much more tries, like 100 tries per day, something like that. If you like this feature, you can move to the version. Also, most of the features which we will discuss in the magic studio will most likely to have an unlimited price or many tries in the pro version as compared to the free version. So keep that in mind with they said this is magic design for Post. Now let's move to the magic design for video. 3. Magic Design For Videos: Now, if you like magic design, you will love the magic design for videos as well. Actually, we are going line by line. You can see here if you scroll down it says, try out new features. First one was magic design. It will also guide you to the idea as well. You can just check that out. Anyways, let's move to the magic design for videos. Let's click here. And it says, transform your content into a short, sharable videos with built in music. That's pretty cool. In seconds with magic design for video, what are the prerequisites? Just upload the images, videos or both. And you can select your Cips and enter short description of what this video is all about. And magic design for video will generate the rest, even perfectly sync a track to it. All right, that's cool, let's try the magic video. So what I believe is magic design will work perfectly for your personal events like for the birthday of your child or your anniversary or something like that. But let's try it for making a promotion. We have a couple of pictures of a co working space, so let's select some of the pictures here and I've written here video to promote co working space. But you can try different prompts what works best for you. And you can take support of Chat GPT here as well. Let's generate. And you can see here that it created a nice looking video. So this is nice, but obviously it is an object based pictures. And what I believe is it will be good to try it with your own personal pictures like your son's birthday or your anniversary. It will definitely create much better videos than that. Because at the end of the day, I developed mainly to help every individual in Canva. Maybe they have focused much more on the personal things than the professional ones, but still it created a very impactful message. It did a great job in matching the beat with the picture and putting the text in every single picture as well afterwards. If you want to customize anything here, you want to change the effect. Right now it's on typewriter effect and the color scheme of the text is this. If you want to change any of these, it's very easy to customize in Canva because you just changed the text color of one element. And it will ask you to change it for all. Let's do it. And you can see that the text has been changed for all of the posts. So again, if you use some of the pictures of your own, like a trip or something, just try and upload all of these pictures and you will be amazed on how interesting the video comes out. And also, you want to adjust the text position. You can easily do that for every thing, see here. Wherever you want to adjust, you can do it like this. And also you want to include a background, you can easily do that. I want to go to Effects. Let's select something like this. So we are not going in further details of the customization. But you got the idea that I just uploaded the pictures and asked to create a co working space. Now this one was a complex one for Canva. It will be much easier for Canva to create birthday anniversary and something like that, but still did a pretty good job. It created a complete eight pages long video project which involves multiple transitions. Also it adjusted all the text, inserted the music, and sync all of them together. It's pretty amazing. I guess again, this is a pro feature and the free users will have the ten shots of trying different designs, while the pro users will have a much more cries per day available. That's it with the magic video design. Let's move to our next topic, which is magic design for presentations. 4. Magic Presentations in Canva: To test this magic design for presentation option, we need to be in presentation mode and we can simply try out the newest features. You can hit Magic Design for presentations directly. You can try the magic design, otherwise you will not see this option. In future, you can simply go to the presentation from here and click on any blank presentation, basically. And you will still see this search box here on the top. Let's write a prompt here. Since it is a presentation, I want a couple of more pages for this presentation. I've written that I want a marketing plan for a new steak restaurant. Let's see what it does. Hit enter again. All of these results, which are shown immediately are the stock templates which you can use in this section. It's working on the magic design for presentations. It also mentioned here presentation for social wellness app, you can write anything like this. Instant presentation, get perfectly prefilled slides striight. Now you can see here that it created some presentation. The first presentation is of seven pages. The second one is also here. This is all created by magic design. I think this one looks good. So you can use this, you can apply all the pages. This is our presentation. Pretty awesome, right? Sizzling steak marketing plan for a new steak restaurant. This is awesome. Let's see some other ones as well. This is pretty awesome guys, to be honest. It just need a little bit of adjustment. You need to remove some watermarks, obviously, if you're using some stock images, and you don't even need to do this, if you're using a pro version and it inserted the text, created an amazing design and adjusted all the pictures, it is simply amazing. And right now I'm in my free version. And again, if you want to change the media here, you can choose single or multiple files. I have a stake picture right here. Let's see what it does now. As you can see that once I change one picture, it generated some random photos that can match that other picture. So this is good. So not only the photos are relevant but it created amazing titles as well. Sizzling sensations are marketing plan for a new steak restaurant. So if you read all of these, it not only makes sense but it's also quite smart the recommendation of these text. So this one is super useful and it will allow you to work faster on your presentations. You obviously need to swap some photos and maybe the design itself as well. But again, it's a good starting point to create some awesome presentations. Again, this is very simple. Just give it a prompt and start a design. And again, this is a Pro feature. You will get some limited tries in the free version, the ten of them altogether. But for the pro users, you have much more prompts per day available. Until now, we have discussed three awesome features. That is, one is magic design. One, we have discussed magic design for videos, and the other one is magic design for presentations. Now we're going to move to more amazing features. In the next video, we are going to discuss magic switch and the magic editor and some more amazing features. 5. Magic Switch Options: Now let's learn about transforming your content into different sizes or different types. That option is called the magic switch. Magic switch is basically an update of magic resize. We already had this option, but in this magic switch they have introduced some of the new features and that is magic translate. Translate your design into any other language. Let's try this on this heading, magic switch, click on Translate, and let's translate this one to Arabic. I think we can only translate a complete page. Okay, I switch my account from the free version to the Pro version. Before I was using the free one magic design. Let's go to Translate. And let's translate this first page in Arabic. Let's click here. Let's translate, and let's open the presentation. This is amazing. Just imagine that. You can just select simply all of the pages and you can translate it to any other language. Also, you can transform into different documents, turn your designs into a summary, a blog post, or a song lyrics. They have basically inserted some new options before. We only used to see this Re size option. And that Re size is not in the free category, but the other category down here where you can convert this presentation to an Instagram story or 1080 by 1920 and you can adjust it to a custom size as well for some social media videos, websites, et cetera. But these two are the new features, basically. Not only that, these new two features are introduced. You will see here that before it was not divided into categories and now it's divided into good categories. If I go to the social media, you have different buttons here. This makes it very easy to customize it to your thing. For example, I found a page which is under the presentation, but I found it useful for the Utube thumbnail. So you can adjust that. And let's copy and resize. I don't want to resize this design, I want to make a copy of it. Open. Youtube thumbnail. Let's see. So this is nice. You will not see much difference, but it is customized according to 720 P. That is the format of Youtube thumbnails. And the second major feature is transform into a document. So you can turn your design into a summary, or blog post, or a song lyrics. Let's try this. This is a presentation and I need to select a text format. So either it's a summary, all text, blog post, e mail, let's say. I want to e mail them. So I want to translate this document into an e mail style. Let's see how it does it transform into a document. And it's also showing some interesting quotes here. The best way to predict your future is to create it. Abraham Lincoln. So it says copied and transform untitled document. Let's open the document and we can see that all of the presentation are now converted in an e mail subject and the e mail body. This is quite amazing. If you read it, you will analyze that. It a pretty good job in transforming the document. Let's see what the song lyrics does. Let's open it. This is pretty awesome. It converted this complete presentation into a song. And you can see the rhyming here. Competitors all around Brand 123, but we held our ground. This is very nice. Obviously, for all of these features, you need to tweak a little bit here and there. You need to customize some of the text here according to your requirements. But otherwise, as far as AI technology is concerned, it did a pretty good job. This feature is only available for the users. You need to switch to the user to try this feature. And this one is available for both mobile and laptop. This is done, this is all about the magic switch in Kenva. 6. Magic Media: Now let's move to the next function, and that is AI media generators. The best update in Canva is it has converted all the text to image functions to the AI generator tool. And you can find this on the apps area here. You can see try magic media here. Or you can scroll it from here. If you don't see it on the top, you can scroll it here and you will find an icon like this. Let's click on it. And I want to use it in a new design, it says, turn your creative ideas into images and videos. That's pretty cool. Create compelling images and videos for simple descriptions. Or even turn generated images into videos forages 13 and above. Let's try this. I'll click on Use a New Design. Let's write something like this. A rover exploring Mars. Let's write a civic on Mars. Let's write anything, And hit Enter, and click on this. Let's write here again, and let's see what it creates. Oh, that's pretty nice. It created civic on Mars. It looks quite cool. That is pretty awesome. Let's see if it can create some thumbnails for our Youtube. Let's say I want to write, let's hit Enter. I want to find how to enable dark mode on Chrome browser. It generated some images like this. So this one looks nice, but that is not perfect. So we can ask to generate again. Yeah, these ones are nice. It's not perfectly adjusted, but still it looks good. But for other images where you will give the system a particular idea about the picture, it can create pretty awesome pictures. And same thing goes for the videos. So it says not available right now. Sorry, I, video generating is not available for your country or account type. So you can check that out for your particular account. Maybe this option is available. So you can try that out in the same way. So we can do anything like fancy restaurant with dim lights. So this is the image that it generated with the text. So this looks quite nice. We can see all of these ideas and it still needs a little bit of adjustment. Let me show you what kind of adjustments are still required. If you notice that the lamps are a little bit out, but you got the overall concept that it's still improving. It's not as good as the mid journey, but still it generated pretty nice pictures. So you can definitely definitely try it out. So this is magic media, text to image. We haven't seen videos so far. Whenever I got an update about the video generating AI tool, I'll update this on this course. But until now, this option seems pretty good. For the pro users, you will have 500 credits per month, but for the free users it's like 50 credits that you can use for the lifetime. 7. Magic Morph: This next feature falls under the category of editing your content with ease. All of these features are related to either the photos editing or the videos editing. This first feature that I want to discuss here is, let's close this. And that is magic morph, it says turn elements into something extraordinary. Okay, let's try this. I want to use this on a new design. Let's click here, and let's click on Math Comic Strip. Here is the magic morph screen. It's say, select an element in your design to use the magic morph efficiently. You can insert some of the elements on this main page and then you can use that element. But right now we don't have any elements. I can go with the example elements here, like this one. Or let's actually go to the elements and use some of the elements here. Let's search in the elements for graphics. And I wrote here glasses. And let's say I want to use this one. I'll go to the magic morph again. Click here, and let's select the element. Now I will define my element, stylish, Rabin style glasses. Let's write this, and let's see what it does for us. I've just selected a simple element and I want to turn it into something extraordinary. It didn't do well in this description. Let's try something else. Let's say a cap. Let's use the simple cap here. And let's go to apps Magic morph. And this is my element selected now, and I'll write black and gray fury cap. Let's try this for this element, it looks much better than the glasses. We have different caps here. Let's try to insert one of them. And you can see that the element was pretty simple and a cartoonic cap. But it has generated a pretty nice cap with the gray and black theme. And this looks nice. We have different other options as well. This one is another hat, this is nice. Only the borders need to be adjusted again, Canva has introduced all of these functions, but it will improve over time. As on every function, it says this technology is new and improving. Please check and report these results. If they don't seem right, you can make some recommendations here as well. There are some imperfections with the function, but over time you will see much more improvements in that. Let's write it with a car. I want to convert this element to a sports car, black and red. Change it to a shiny black and red sports car. Let's see, it didn't do pretty well here. Let's write or describe something brief here. Let's write again. Now hopefully I'll get some better results. It tried to do something but it's not perfect because maybe the graphic or our image is too simple to be converted with magic morph. We need to have a little bit of similarity when describing or enhancing the photo. This function not only work with the images, it also works with the text. Let's try some text here. Let's say I want to go with something like this one. Let's use this. Let's get rid of one text. I'll only key one. Now sometimes you need to add some texture to your text, some special texture that you cannot find directly. What you can use is the magic morph here. I'll just select my element. This is my element and this is selected. I'll just describe how I want this to be converted. Let's say I want a wooden texture in this text. Let's create. I think my element was not selected. I'm in the wrong area. I'll go to magic morph. This is the selected one. I want a wooden texture for it. It tried to do something, but let's see. It tried to convert it into the wooden texture, but I don't know why it given some white effect with the wooden texture as you can see in the background that the wooden texture is perfect. But maybe we need a couple of tries for it or the text has some effect here. That's why let's try a simple text instead. Now let's try, As you can see, that for the simple text, it did a pretty good job. It's almost perfect. If we insert one of them, you can see that it did the job pretty nicely and it inserted a wooden texture to our simple text. This is great. You can experiment different prompts here and select different elements. You will find some of the elements work perfectly in the magic morph than others. So you need to try that out as this text says here. Try out all of these prompts and you will get some amazing results. With this said, let's move to our next function. 8. Magic Grab: All right, the next function is an amazing function and that is magic grab, it almost looks like a magic here. Let's select this. And what you can do with this, let's see here. You can transform image effortlessly as we have seen before. But what we can do here is we can pick an element from a picture. Let's say you have a picture of a beautiful background and you have a tree in front of that picture. If you want to move that particular tree from the picture, you can easily do that looks quite interesting. It will be more amazing to see this function. Let's try this magic graph function. It has given us some picture here and it says click magic grab on the left tool bar. I'll click on Edit photo first, and then I'll click on the magic grab select and resize the frog and place the frog on the lily pad. Let's try this. Let's click here guys. This function is only available for the pro users. You can check it on the free version as well. Maybe it's available, but otherwise you need to get the pro version. I'll attach the affiliate link of the 45 days free trial. You can check that out as well. Now let's move this frog from the picture and place it here. Isn't that amazing? Before we used to hire an expert for such things, but now all the power is in your hands. Now that was an example picture. You can do this on any of the picture basically. So let's start with the scratch here. Let's say if I click on Create a custom size, let's say and was 1920 by 1080. And let's create a design, so this one is blank design, right? Let's upload a picture now. And here I have some example pictures. Let's upload the car and a beautiful background. Now let's insert the car and let's increase the size. Now if I want to grab this car and park it anywhere else or just flip it around from the picture, you can easily do that with the magic grab now that we have inserted it on a blank template. What I'll do to access the magic grab, now I'll click on Edit Photo, and let's select magic Grab. It will identify the object automatically, So as you can see, after some processing, it identifies the main object here. And now you can move the object anywhere else. This is pretty amazing. Let's see if I want to park the car anywhere else like this, like this. I can do that. I can pick the element and use it in some other scene or let's say an advertisement or a post. I can increase or decrease the size of the car. Or let's say if I want to flip this around, I want to park the car not to the left side but on to the right side. Let's flip it horizontally. And here you are again. It all depends on your creativity. You can do some awesome stuff. This option, let's keep it to the side. Let's try this one on another photo. Let's say if I upload this photo from this one, if I want to get rid of this kid here, let's try it. Let's select this and let's move it. Now as you can see, it disturbs the image a little bit, but it still did a pretty good job. This is a bridge background, a little distortion in that is noticeable. But if you try it on some other objects, it will be pretty nice even. You can reduce the size of the skit. Do some things here. Similarly, let's try it on a simple image. Let's click on Edit, Photo, Magic Grab. Let's see what it grabs. It actually considered all of this image as the stuff. As you can see that it removed the background and the rest of image remains. Because there are too many objects to focus on, it decided to pick all of them. You can give it different rise and you will find out what magic best works on, let's say out of the scenery. I want to remove this person. I'll just click Edit Photo. Click on Magic grab. It will identify this one as the main object. Let's see, now I can remove this person here. For this one, it did a pretty impressive job. As you can see here, the background is intact, it's not distorted. If you zoom it a lot, you will see a little blur here. But it did a pretty good job and remove the person from the picture. This function will really help you to enhance your photos, especially if you want to remove some extra objects from the picture. So you can try these functions not only on the stop photos but on your photos as well. By the way, I'll attach all of these photos with the link of this video or with the practice files of the course. You can check that out and do some experiments with it. For this image, I can even increase the size of the person. This looks pretty nice. What you can do with this feature is be more creative. If you want to, let's say insert a text. And what you want to do is you want to bring an effect of the text in the background after placing the text like this. Since you can move the objects individually, you can place it here and then go to the photo in the layer of the text. I can send it backward, show layers. I want to move this one up and you can see that how creative it looks. Let's change it to the blacker. This option will open a lot of doors for your creativity. You can do something like this. This is just a simple example of what you can do with this. This one was the magic graph function, and this is available, sadly for the pro version only you can check your free account for that, but I guess it only available in the pro version. With this said, let's move to our next function, and that is graph text. 9. Magic Text: Now the graph text function is much similar to the magic graph function. But the magic graph function identifies the main object, then it separates it from the whole image. And then you can move it around, or move it anyways, or even delete it. The graph text does exactly the same, but it will identify the picture as an object from the main picture. Let's say I've taken this photo and now I realize that it promotes a brand. And I cannot place it on the social media, or I need to hide it or do something else with it. What I can do is I can just pick the text from here, from this image and then just get rid of this or write something else, whatever, even my brand name. Let's try this. I'll select the photo. And by the way, you will get all of these photos with the link of this video. You can check that out or with the practice files of the course. Let's click on Edit and click on Grab Text. It will take its time to process and then you will see the magic. Now, this text is separately identified. Yes, you can see that. Now I can move it, I can delete it or I can change it to another text. Let's say I want to change it to something like this. The grey color was good. You can do anything with it. Now I can remove this text. This option is perfect for these scenes where you accidentally got a brand name in the background and you just want to get rid of that, the blur doesn't look very nice. Instead, you can remove the text from the background. Isn't this amazing? This thing can only be done by professionals before, but now the magic is literally in your hands. You can use this effectively. Let's try it on something else. Again, since this is an AI tool, it will work on some objects better than others. For this picture, it worked quite well. But let's say for this picture it might not work perfectly. Let's try this. I want to remove this text or change this text. I'll just go to Edit and click on Grab Text. Now let's try to remove this. This is nice. Some of the text is still remaining. I can go to Edit. Let's try this again. Actually, the other text came back as well. As you can see here that for some of the texts it works perfectly. But some other texts which has a difficult background to attach to or some other problems with the background, it's very mixed or something like that. In those photos it might not work efficiently. But again, since with all of the features, it says that this functionality keeps on improving in future, maybe next year you will see these functions or AI tools, working much more efficiently. This function is quite amazing and it can do wonderful jobs for you. And with the said, let's move to our next function, and that is magic expand. 10. Magic Expand: This next function of magic expand is also amazing. Let's see if I have this photo. I want to expand this. It's a portrait image and I want to convert it in landscape. Now, it doesn't have the scene outside of this picture. What I will does, I'll just expand the picture and it will automatically identify the current picture and create a scene beyond the frame. It will match the frame accordingly and create a scene out of the photo so that I can convert it to a landscape. Let's try this. You will understand better. I'll just make this one a full screen, let's say to this point and something like this. Okay, Now I want to expand this. But as you can see here, that I won't be able to expand it. It zooms this picture only I cannot convert it into a landscape. What I'll do is I'll go to Edit Photo, and I'll click on Magic Expand. Now what magic expand does is you can bring the photo outside the frame, and I want to expand it to a whole page. Let's click on magic Expand Now, I hope it doesn't mess up the image. Let's see it reconstructed this photo and a pretty nice job, but it places so many cars. With this image, I can see some different options here. I have different options to choose from. This one looks quite well constructed. It automatically detects all the background, all the neighborhood or other scenes it completed. The tree looks quite amazing. You can regenerate the results to improve that. Maybe it can generate better than this. Or next time what we will do is we will just not fully expand it to this size, just keep it to the original siles in the full image. And then we will try to expand it. So it gave some other recommendations. This is good. This is almost perfect. This is nice guys. You need to definitely try this. It works like a magic. Now let's try this. Keep the photo to the original scene, and then try to expand it. Let's click on Added Photo, and I'll expand it to the whole page. For this one, it didn't create quite well. This is some weird car here part and this is kind of an undamaged or earthquacked home tree is also messed up. So this one is also not good. That idea didn't work. You can just expand it, at least to the full screen, even if you have a portrait image. And then try to expand this with magic expand and try to experiment with different pictures. You will identify what works best in this function. Also, you will get some new ideas or the best tricks to use the magic expand. But beyond that, this function, I believe, is pretty amazing. It generates what is not in the background or the image itself. It reconstruct all the image based on the little picture that it got before moving forward. My closing remarks on the magic expand is obviously whenever a new functionality or AI tool is introduced, it needs a little bit of improvement and some more data so that it can better identify what humans want to do with it and how the image should work and identify different images. Maybe it will train itself and do better job in future. But right now, it is a good function, but it needs some adjustment to generate some perfect pictures. All right, let's move to our next topic. Our next function is magic edit. 11. Magic Edit: Now the next function that we are going to explore is magic addit. As you can see that in the try out newest features, it doesn't mention magic edit. And that's because magic edit is not just recently introduced in all of the AI tools. It has been in the market for a while, but we will still explore it. What I'll do is I'll create a design, let's say, a Youtube thumbnail, so it will insert a blank canvas here. Let's upload something. Now, in the practice files I have different pictures to use for the magic added. Let's use this rose one and let's use this picture. Now when I go to edit photo, I can see this magic erase option or magic edit option. So if I go to apps and write magic here, magic edit, okay. Right now I am on my different account. Let's try with this new one. And this is the picture where I want to customize something. So I'll select this picture. I'll click on Edit Photo, and here I can see the magic edit. You can also see this option in the free version as well As you can see that for all the other, it has this little crown here which indicates that this option is only available for the pro version, This all magic studio options, but this one is available for the free version as well. Let's try this. I'll click here and see brush over the area, do you want to edit? And then describe what you want to edit. I want to change this rose to a sunflower. Let's select this rose. Let's highlight this. And let's continue and click and right draw a sunflower. Make sure the spellings are okay and you need an inspiration. Look like marble. Add a party hat, change color to red. Okay. We don't want to customize according to these recommendations. And why I'm trying this on an object and not on a person, because it clearly says here that editing faces, hands or legs isn't intended for the magic edit. So you will see some weird kind of stuff happening when you try to edit a person. Let's click on Generate again. It will generate a couple of results here, and this one doesn't look perfect, but change the rose to a sunflower, but it still has this red color in the background. Let's cancel this. Let's click again and highlight a bigger area this time. Let's write only sunflower Here I was thinking about. We can write replace with sunflower, replace rose with sunflower. You can try different prompts to see what works best for you. And you can see here that this one looks better than the last one. You might need to highlight a bigger area for that. All right, let's delete this one, and let's try on something else. Let's say I want to customize. We have this picture and let's say on this table, I want to get rid of the flowers and draw a pizza here, pizza with a pan. So let's try this. I'll click on Magic Edit, Select this whole area. Let's continue. And right here, pizza on the pan. Let's generate. Let's see what happens. And we have a pizza on the pan. It's not perfect, but we have it right here. We can only try to write pizza. Let's write only pizza here. And this one looks better. As you can see, you can generate some new results if you're not happy with that. Again, we have some weird pizza coming here, but you can try different prompts to see what works best for you. And again, I will highlight this message that this technology is new and improving. Please check and report these images if they don't seem right. So you can try to report this image as well and let Canva know how to improve that images and what problem you're facing now. Similarly, I want to try this on a human. Maybe you've seen on Youtube different functions of magic edit, where they change the here, style, or color of the here. Let's try that one. I'll go to magic it. Let's zoom it a little bit so we can do it perfectly. And select magic added. Okay, we cannot use the zoom. Instead, we will reduce the brush size. Let's continue. I'll write short, short brown here, and let's generate this. Looks nice, although it didn't change the hairstyle to very short, but still it did an amazing job. Here we can click on Done, and you can see this new hairstyle. This is cool press control Z, Undo this on the older hairstyle, and this is the new one. I like this look, this is a very interesting tool, you can try and experiment with all of this thing. Let's try something new again, and let's change this beard to a long beard. And I want it to be this long, something like this. And let's right here. Long white beard. And let's generate, this is a little weird. This one looks a little better, but still it needs improvement. Generate new results. Maybe I've not marked the area correctly, this one looks better. Let's generate one of them, which looks nice. Done. So this is good if we press control Z to compare with the last image. Okay, Right now we cannot compare. But this looks nice and it almost perfectly adjusted the areas. Just I think the problem with my selection, if I selected that more accurately, it would have given us some better result. The magic edit is a cool feature to play around. As you can see, The cool thing about this feature is, like I said, that this feature is available for the free version of Canva users as well. Try to experiment with these and with the set. Let's move to our next feature. 12. Magic Animate: All right, the next feature that we're going to explore here is magic animate. Now this one works perfectly for the presentation. If you want to quickly give it a cool animations. And you just want to do a single click and animate all of your presentations, business presentations, or personal presentations. So you can use this animate. Let's check this. Actually, let's click on Magic Animate and it will show us how it works. This is showing an example of school presentation of the solar system. And it says, instantly apply perfectly suited animations and transitions to your school work. As you can see here, let's try this, Try magic, animate, Select the recommended style from the left tool bar the entire presentation, and go to the next page To see for yourself simple steps. I'll select my presentation, and then click on Animate and click on Magic Animate. And here we have some recommended style which will be applied to all of the other presentations as well. Let's go with this digital one. Your design has been animated. Let's check for the next one. In the next one. Yes, this is digital as well. Let's actually play it like this. Now we can see that all of the presentation has the applied animation done with just a single click. You have all the animation done instantly and you can choose any style here, for example, this one. Let's check for this. This is good. You can play around with this option. One thing, if you notice that it's recommending this particular styles for this particular presentation. Let's see if we change this school presentation to a business presentation. Let's insert a template. Actually, let's go to home and click on Presentations from here. And I'll select a blank presentation to see what option does it give. Now let's say that I want a digital marketing agency promotion. Apply all ten pages. This is my current presentation now and now let's use magic animate feature. I'll go to Animate and click on Magic Animate. So I can see the Corporate option here, the Chill option here, which wasn't there on the other presentation. It tries and recommends animation options according to the your presentation type. Again, maybe in a little bit more time it will generate some more awesome magic animate functions. Let's try to apply one of them. Let's see corporate and apply to all ten pages and we are done. Let's see, this one looks perfect. This is a small feature that you need to try it out for your presentations that is magic animate. With this said, let's move on to the next function. 13. Magic Write: The next feature that we are going to explore in this AI features is called Magic. Right, by the way, after the launch of Chat Put, you might have experienced that all of the apps and the softwares have quickly launched and introduced their AI functions as well in their software or in their apps. Same thing is for Canva. Let's go to the magic studio and maybe we find this function of magic right now. Why I need to change account more often is because I have an educational subscription to my Canva account, which is considered as a Pro version. Not exactly the Pro version, but this is an educational version. So let me switch to another account which is the free version. Let's see here if I can see the new features I have the magic design. Magic design for videos, presentation eg, edit magic switch. We have already seen all of these magic grab and here is magic ride with brand voice guys. This option is available to try out for the free users as well. This is my free account. So let's explore this now. Let's see what we can do with this. Now what we can do with this is this, write anything with magic, right? So you can cut down on drafting and writing time and skip straight to the editing and refining. Generate text with a simple writing prompt just like chargebty. Or rewrite existing texts. Let's try this for all of these new features introduced, it will guide you about that feature. It says here that select the text box on the right, click the magic right select the box here, Click on magic, right click Rewrite. It says you can click on Continue Writing Some Rise Texts, More fun, more formal. You can change it in anything. You can also fix the spellings in just a click. Let's try rewrite what it recommends. Write your first draft fast with magic, right? Let's see what it does. As you can see that it has changed the wording of this. You can basically write anything here, there's no restriction to it. Let's insert a new page. Let's insert a body of the text. After we have inserted a body text, let's select this and click on Magic. Right? Let's continue writing it. Describe this thing. So let's say that if I want to write something here, I'll change this text. I want to write a promotional message for a Chinese restaurant. So I'll just change the body text to this one. And then click on Magic, right? And I want to summarize the text or continue writing or rewrite or have more fun, more formal. Let's try more formal. This is how it converted my little text into a promotional message. If I want to summarize this text, it did something like this. You need to explore what type of text it is best generating. Obviously, you need a couple of tries, but this looks quite promising, and if we want to rewrite, it will change the wording and we'll rewrite for us. So, what you can do is you can try your prompts on Chad GPT, and then compare it with Canva, and then you will be able to find out how we can explore more, or improve more on the magic right feature of Canva. That's it, with the magic right, and we are coming to the end. And the next feature is not exactly a feature. This is about telling you about more apps that you can find in Canva. 14. Canva AI Apps and Conclusion: This last video is about the Canva I apps. And these are very useful not just to create automatic texts, but you can do a lot of stuff with that. I'm not going to explain one by one what each function is all about, but just to let you know that these new features are not limited to these couple of functions that we have just discussed. You can access much more than that and can really explore the real power of Canva. To access the apps, you can just go to this corner and click on the apps right here. I'll click here. As you can see that you can create some avatars that represent your speech, genderate, realistic image and art using AI. So these are all the third party apps that have aligned with Canva to provide all of this awesome AI workflow magic morph. We have already discussed that magic media. We have already discussed that a lot of others, see, many of them are here, speed paint. Also, we can increase our productivity by linking to our Google Drive or photos to directly fetch in the data in the Canva. And also if you want to search only the AI related tools, you can write I here, hit Enter. So these are all of the functions that you can explore or you can search more about it online. And you will see all of these AI features that can produce some incredible results. So these are, again, as I explained, that these are third party apps, so it purely depends on where you are.
