1. Claude AI Masterclass: Welcome to the Cloud AI master class where we will learn all kinds of automation that you can perform day to day in any of your work. So whether you are from sales, from HR, doing your own business, you are an accountant, it will be very useful for all of you guys. So Claude AI is right now the world's leading productivity and AI automation software in which you can create any automation literally within minutes. My name is Sad, and I'll be leading you throughout this course, and with over ten plus years of experience in developing the automations and creating workflows which saves time for student professionals and for the businesses, we make sure that all of our trainings are as practical as possible. That means we will learn the software in such a way that feels like we are working on each project practically rather than learning it theoretically. So we'll cover everything like Gmail and Google Drive automations. We'll also see how we can create any kind of Windows automation that can help you organize, arrange or basically do any day to day task that you normally do on your Windows or on your Google workspace. After that, we will also explore that if you are a professional and you use any of the products like Microsoft Excel or any accounting software, how we can automate the functions related to that. Like we will see many data cleaning techniques automatically applying the formulas or even doing your daily bookkeeping work automatically. After that, we'll move on to more interesting functions like Cloud code, cloud skills, cloud projects, and so much more. We'll also see how we can develop a complete website with Cloud code and explore how Cloud can help you plan, build, customize, audit, and deploy most modern websites. Finally, we will learn how Cloud can work as a general purpose robot as well, which can automate almost any type of task, whether you are uploading regular videos on YouTube, it can create all the thumbnts automatically, not only that, it can upload those videos and schedule it for you. Or if you are handling a business, it can go through all of your invoices with the physical copies and it can convert it into proper accounts or transfer that into Excel. Throughout this course, the focus will be on the practical hands on learning. Rather than simply explaining what Cloud can do, we'll use it to complete real task and build useful projects. Whether you are professional, business owner, student, any content creator, or simply you are interested in using AI more effectively, this course is equally suitable for everyone. Let's get started and explore the possibilities of what Cloud AI can do for you. 2. Installing Claude on Windows: All right. Let's begin and let's start creating the Cloud account. Like I said in the starting, we will not cover this course in a theoretical way. We will not explain the theory of Cloud. You can find that easily on Internet. Rather, we will practically work on the practical projects from Day one, and that includes the first thing that is creating the Cloud account. So we need to install this on the desktop. Let's see how we can do that. First of all, we will head over to Google. And we can simply search for Cloud here, right? Cloud, Cloud sign in, click on that. And you just need email verification, a simple method to create the Cloud account like you do on Chat GBT or for any other social media platforms. It's exactly in the same way. You have the Google account. That's perfect. You can continue with that Google account. So we click on that. Going to choose any one, and let's continue with that. So great. Now we have successfully signed in. It is also showing us option to try Opus five as well. We will explore this Opus functions as well. But let's begin with the screen. So we have this screen right here. Now, this is the main interface. We can start a new chat. We can search for some existing chats. We can search for projects, artifacts, customize. We're going to explore all of these functionalities. But what if we want to download the application for our desktop? For that, let's open up new Google Browser, and let's write here Cloud desktop app download, something like that. And you will get this download Cloud option. Make sure that it is from the official website of Cloud. Click on that and we are going to download this for Windows. Very easy process. It's immediately going to start the download, click on it, and it will start the installation. It's only of 253 MB, so let's wait for it to complete. Click, yes, and now it's installing the cloud on PC. Now, when we open that up and click on Get Started, we can again continue with the same email that we used before, continue with Google. And click on Open Cloud. I will link it with the account, and now you have this interface. Now we have home. We have new option where it starts a new chat, and you also should have a cow account, which is available for the pro version only. So if you are subscribed to this free version like I am subscribed to the free version, then you will get the new option where you can start a new chat, basically. You have projects, you have customize and all the options that you want to explore, you can explore it from here as well. Also, we can explore it down here as well. So this is pretty straightforward. This is how you can set up a clawed account on your PCTs try this by yourself, and I will see you in the next. 3. How to Connect Claude to Canva to Generate Editable Designs: Alright, so we have successfully created our account in Claude, and currently we are in the free plan, but free plan has also a lot of functions to offer. And what we are going to do right now is something very interesting. So instead of using in the free version just as a chatbot, what we'll do is we will directly connect it with Canva to create editable designs. So we have already used at GPT. We have already used Gemini to create images, banners, logos, any kind of invitations, and so on. But those images are in JPAC form. It is not editable. It is not reusable. You have to give the prompt again to create a new venue create a new event or so on. But what if you want to create different tablets automatically by connecting Claude with Canva, here's how you can connect both of them. What you need to do is just expand the sidebar and head over to customize. And from skills, we will switch to connectors. And under the search, we will write here Canva. There we have it. We will just click on Connect. And once we connect, we will click on Continue Connecting. It says finishing connecting Connector. Click on Continue. And it says that the Cloud would like to access your Canva account, and it will take all of these access. Click on Allow, and the authorization is successful. We'll open up Cloud again. And as you can see, now it is all connected. It says disconnect, that means it is connected. We'll open up New chat. And to test that if it works or not, we will click on the plus sign, and first of all, we'll check the connectors whether the Canva is available and toggled on or not. And after that, you can simply give the prompt and it will create the design in Canva. Alternatively, what you can also do is we can pick the designs from Canva as well. We go to the connectors and we scroll down and you can click on ad from Canva whatever design you have, alternatively, what you can also do is you can take some of the functions from Canva directly in here. You click on the plus sign, click on connectors, and if you scroll down a little bit, you can add this from Canva. Search designs, generate image, remove background. These are some of the commands that it can take directly from Canva. Alternatively, we can simply write in chat what we want. So we will ask it to create a prompt we can dictate it simply from here. Create a prompt for the charity football event and give all the placeholders and everything so that I can fill it manually, create the design from Canva. We send it drafting a Canva prompt with placeholders. Let's see what it can do. Okay, so it has created the complete placeholder with a request we can click on Always Allow. And now it is using Canva to generate the design. How cool is that? So it will have all the placeholders. So whenever we want to reuse that design, it will be completely reusable instead of a static image that you normally generate from Chat JBT or Gemini. And this can be done in free version. So just imagine what these applications can do nowadays. Now, as you can see, it has created a wonderful poster, and it has event name tagline, and all of this is mentioned as a placeholder. Now what is the use of it? Let's click on Edit in Kena and just show you the magic. So not even it has created a design. It is fully editable. For example, now I want to mention the tagline is football or open football match or whatever you like. The tagline is where we match for good purpose or where's the venue, time start, date, end date, and all the other things. We can totally edit that. And after that, we send it off. Let's see the full screen, and this is how it looks. So wonderful. The services, the guest name, all is added as a placeholder. We can also mention Claude to directly fit it in for us. But if we don't want or we want it to use this repeatedly. For any of our business, we can easily do that. So very useful function. Just try this by yourself, and I will see you in the next one. 4. Editable Designs in Canva: Alright, so we have created something very interesting with Canva, and it generated all the design from scratch. But what if you take the inspiration of any particular design, any professional design that you find in Pinterest and you want to recreate that, you can easily do that as well in the free version of Claude. So for example, open Pinterest, and I want to find the flier that is very attractive for the PPS services because I provide the PPF services in my business, and we explore any of the image or flyer that I like. For example, I like this one. You can see, it's very important. Shield it today, paint protection film, and so on. I find it very interesting. We click on the more actions, click on Download image, and let's go to the new chat. And we just want to make sure that our connector is still connected to Canva. And after that, what we will do is we will add the files or photos. Go to the downloads, upload the photo. And let's ask it to make it editable in Canva. Although we should change it a little bit ethically. But let's just see if we can make that editable or not. Just wanted to see that. It asks for the approval to excess Canva, I set it to always allow. A says working out how to upload the image into Canva. I will process a little bit and then show you the results. So let me just actually fast forward the process, and I'll show you when it creates something. All right. So after processing a little bit, it has created the ditable image for us. Let's just try that. But before that, just remember that if we check our original image, it's different from this one, so it automatically rereated that by taking the inspiration, which is also good. And sometimes it will ask you I couldn't get your poster, you upload that or something like that, but you just upload. But what you can do in that situation is you just give an additional command and ask it to do everything, and it will figure out automatically what needs to be done. Let's actually see the results. Click on it in KNvA, click on Open Link, and hopefully our complete flyer is fully editable. Yes, it is. And after that, we can change this name to I want to change it to Central. Here. We can expand that we can change the slogan, and we can adjust the picture. We can change the numbers, and we can change anything we want in this flyer. So it's very easy to take the inspiration and then recreate it. And the best part is it fully recreated it automatically. I just sent off the image, and it created a different version of it, which is also very nice. Again, an amazing function that you can do in Claude, and until now, we are in the free version only. So just imagine what pro version can do. Just try this by yourself, and I will see you in the next one. 5. Gmail Automation Using Claude For Bulk Sorting and Filtering Jobs: On to the next topic, we will see Gmail and Google Drive automation using Cloud, and that is a very interesting thing to see because we just have to connect it like we did in the Canva application. We will just connect it using connectors, and then it can basically operate our Gmail account. So whatever we want it to do, we want to draft the replies for all the people who needs replies. For example, we receive important emails and we have to reply all of them. It will draft all the replies for us. It can arrange the data for us. I can delete the emails, create folders. And similarly, it can do all of the similar stuff with Google Drive as well. So what we want to do is we need to connect it using connectors. We'll go to the customize section, and from here, we will head over to Connectors. And from here, you will see a list of long list of all the applications that you can connect it to. We'll choose Dmail here. And although you can connect it with any ID, but I recommend in order to smoothly work whatever account you have signed in Cloud, just use the same Gmail ID that you used as a connector. Let's continue again, and now it is connected. And like I said, if you are using Cloud and on, let's say, this particular ID, then when you make the connection on Gmail or basically any application, you use the same Gmail ID so that it can work smoothly. Although you can connect some other emails as well, but that will create some confusion. So click on that and you can see that it is fully connected. You want to customize the permissions for that, what we'll do is we will go to the bottom left hand corner where your profile name is or email is. You click on the settings and you head over to the connectors. Let me just show you again, click on the settings, and we'll move on to connectors. Okay. And here is the Connectors list. We click on that, and it shows you tools permissions right here. Choose when Claude is allowed to use the tools. I'll set it to always allow so that it don't ask to read or write again and again create draft email because it will ask you or a lot of approval if you don't set it to always allow. It is currently on Ns approval. So we don't want approval for every single thing. That's why we're using it to do it in bulk for bulk actions, right? So let's go to the new and let's open up our Gmil side by side as well. And what we'll do is we will just take the screenshot of this inbox, and I'll show you the quick technique of what we can do and paste it here so that it can properly read the scenarios. And you can dictate or otherwise write here. Different companies I received the email from. For example, Bitley Google, Zero, Instagram, and so on. Move all emails from my inbox and put these into separate folders so that I can organize that let's hit Enter. Let's see if it can do that or not, sorting inbox, emails, and so on. Let's actually see what it is doing. Now, I'm not sure you are able to see the activity or not because that's what we are going to explore in the Cloud proversion. It will literally use your computer using the cow function. Here, I'm sure it's doing something. Yes, it is doing something, untangling how grouping labels nest with special characters. And right now you can see the scenario. We have all of these mixed emails received, and we want to divide it companies wise separately either in labels or something else. And it is doing the job. You can see that it is creating the labels before Bittley was not here, and now it's here. Billing in receipts are kept separate, Canvas separate, food, panda, Google, okay, it is creating all of this stuff. So let's wait for it. And it said and it says, I have set the folders and move the Bitley emails. I stopped there because the rest would take hundreds of individual moves. Labels created are these, and these Bitly emails are now in the Bitley label and out of your inbox. So let's first of all, reload, basically. And if we check Bitly emails, we have received a lot of them. So that is fine. Perfect. And it's also gone from here. So why it stopped? Street, your inbox has about 876 conversation, and my Gmail connection can only move one email at a time. Doing all of them would be roughly 800 plus operations. Okay, it's guiding that Gmail own filters can move everything in bulk in a few clicks per company. In the search bar, you need to type this and enter this, and you can move the conversation there. So if it is taking time in certain activity, you just provided that activity, and it feels that if you do it manually, it will take you much lesser time. It recommends you with the complete procedure, and that is very, very nice. You will just copy and paste it here, and you can get all of these emails. After that, we click on three dots and we will label it as zero, and that is how it is done. Alright so we have tried that manually, but I don't like the idea. So instead, what we can do is we can ask that you do it. It's also suggesting that as well. Or I can keep going. So it asks, tell me which companies do you want to do next? I'll say all companies. So as you can see, it has worked on a couple of them, and some of them are not done yet, because in the free version, the limit reaches after some time, and also will not let you do unlimited task. For example, if you have 18,000 emails, it won't continue to run because it is consuming their computing power Clouds computing power at the back end. So they don't allow that, especially in the free version. But let's just see this current scenario and let's just refresh and see what happens. I it has placed some emails here. Billing and receipts are here. It said Google emails are kept separate. So yes, Google emails are all separated. Hosting infrastructure, that is great. Motions promotions is also separated. Very nice, kept separate and pretty good. It's all pretty good. So that is another beautiful use case of what Claude can do for GML automation, and that is not all. We are going to explore some more GML functions as well. But for now, just try this by yourself, and I will see you in the next one. 6. Drafting Gmail Replies: Forward, we have an amazing use case for Gmail automation, and that is drafting automatic replies. And since Claude is connected to Gmail using connectors, it can pick all the data and it can automatically find out all the emails that requires you replies. So if we check our email inbox, many of emails are just the promotional emails or update emails that doesn't actually require you replies. So for example, it is a welcome message from Claude and most of them are no reply emails, but we have an amazing use case here. Have all of these inquiries about my courses. So one thing we can do is we can ask Claude to simply reply to all the messages Rd requires replies, and it will reply it to all the students, but that will be a generic reply. If we open this up, which I'm not going to open right now because we are going to draft the replies in a beautiful way. Students have different queries about the time period, about the course contents, and the price of the course. So these are individual inquiries which Claude cannot decide. It requires information from our side, right? So what I will do is, instead of just manually using this chat box to send off the generic replies, what we'll do is we will use an other function that is projects, and projects are very, very helpful. So we go to the projects and we click on New Project. Now, the new project we will be working on is the G Mil replies to course inquiries, okay? What are you trying to achieve? Send personalized Gmail replies to Cold inquiries, and we will create a project. Now, in projects, we can do something amazing. First of all, we can instruct with the journal instructions and with all of the steps in what format do you want the reply? So for example, if the student name is mentioned, you reply by using his or her name. Okay? So that's a simple condition. You can mention all of the instructions only one time. You don't have to define it every single time in the chat, and you just save that instructions. Memory, whenever it processes through this project, it will create the memory, but that will be viewable after some time. Here's the most interesting part. You can enter the context. You can add PDFs, documents or other texts to reference in this project. How we will use it we have all the course curriculum ready for all of the details about the course. So if we upload and can use that as a context, it will definitely draft relevant replies. So for example, if someone has inquired, let's say, for Microsoft office master class, it's of 20 Rs and there are 237 lectures, and the price I didn't mention the price, but let's see how it figures it out. This is a complete course curriculum. If someone is asking for the course curriculum, it can send relevant details about it because we will upload all the course curriculum itself. And that you only have to do it one time. Let's open it up. And just imagine if you have like 40 to 50 courses like I do, it will be very helpful for me to upload it all in a single project. And how can I help you today? Just ask it to reply to all students for course inquiries. And let's see the magic of it. Hit Enter. And now we will go straight away to our inbox. Let's actually see the process because it will take some time to reply. Reviewing outstanding course inquiries, needing replies. So it's figuring out which email needs replies, identifying the names and signatures mentioned in the email and you can see all of the activity whatever it is working on. You can click on this Aero sign, and you will see all of the activity that it is doing at the back end in the process. Drafting the core specific replies. And as you can see that it has completed its job, I send replies to all four unanswered queries from today. Each thread it under the student's original name. So only this name was identified, I intentionally mentioned only one name. I'll show you the email as well. So these are the replies. But in your case, if you try, it might only draft the replies and not send it. That's because what you need to do is you go to file and connectors, you basically go to Connectors in any way possible. We can also go it from here. We go to customize and we click on the connectors, and once you choose the connector, you need to make sure that your tools permission is set to always allow for all of them. Otherwise, it will not be able to send off the email. It will just draft the emails. All right. So let's actually refresh that and look at this guys. If you notice that we have to do next to each single one of them, that means they are all replied. Let's check one. So I received this query from the student. Hello Sad, I'm interested in your Claude AI master class. Would you let me know more about it offers. Can you please send me complete curriculum and let me know, is it suitable for the beginners with no A experience? Can I follow using the free version, Which topics are covered? Are these practical? And the student name is James Frederick. And I clearly asked it to reply in a personalized fashion if the student name is mentioned. So look at this. Dear James, thank you for your interest. Here's the complete course curriculum followed by answers to your questions. Okay? That is great. First of all, it sent off the duration and all the lectures details. And it has also summarized it. It has not mentioned a long list of lectures. In four to six lecture number, you will see Windows automation, automatic data arrangement, data consolidation, and rearranging. In seven to eight, you will see this. In nine to 27, you will see Cloud in Excel data cleaning, KPI reports, and so on. So it has grouped it into different sections. Now your questions. Is this course suitable for beginners with no A experience? Yes, this course is made for everyone. From the very beginning, every lecture is practical and so on. Very good reply. Can I follow using the free version? Yes, you can start with the free version and all of this reply. Which topics are covered, these topics are covered. Are these practical projects, I will receive the updates. Yes. Let's move on to the next email. This reply was pretty awesome. Inquiry about the Google View course. Now, this question is a very straightforward simple question that the student made. Hello Sad. I recently learned about your Google View Master class, and I would love to start creating AI videos. Can you please send me course Outline simply to your student. Student, thank you for taking interest, and this is the course outline. Pretty nice. Let's move on to the next one. Here, it was a detailed inquiry, so a detailed reply is mentioned, and all of the students are automatically led with their relevant queries answer. In a personalized fashion. So this is the power of Claude. Now, imagine the possibilities in your personal scenario. Say you have a business or a job and you receive a lot of emails every single day, you can draft the replies by simply adding all of the information, all of the relevant information and instructions to the project and then send off the replies, and it will do it automatically for you. The best part is you also have the scheduling option. So every morning at 10:00 A.M. Let's say, or 9:00 A.M. It will send the replies to all the emails that requires your replies, but that is a schedule function that is available in Cloud Pro. So you can join my Cloud Pro course where I have taught a lot of functions like that. And by the way, you can check out the link to my course. I'll create special promo coupon for you guys, so you can join that in a discounted price. So you'll find that in the resources section of this video, so just check that out. And with the set, this is how you can use Gmail automation for, I can automatically draft the replies, as well. Now, the possibilities are unlimited. If we keep talking about Gmail automation, it can take a lot of time and a lot of hours will be spent just to explore what is possible in GML automation. But we want to learn every aspect of Cloud, right? So in the next video, we will see how we can do the Google Drive automation with Cloud. So just try this by yourself, and I will see you in the next one. 7. Email Info to Google Sheets: Right, guys, moving on to the next step, we will see Google Sheets automation. So we will explore Google Drive as well, but we'll explore it later on because I want to show you something very, very interesting. And that is in the previous video, we have seen how it can send off the personalized information to all the course inquiries, let's say, to all the students. So just imagine the possibilities in your business or in your job, okay? But not only that, you can attach Google Sheet in the background using the connectors, and then it will create a sheet for it as well. So all the relevant queries with all the numbers with all the names and their inquiries, what we have replied and when they have inquired about that course or whatever, you can trace all of that into Google Sheets. Let's see how we can do that. First of all, we'll go to customize and we'll go to connectors. And from here, we will write Google Sheets. Okay. So this is Google Sheets. We want to connect it. And again, make sure that whatever email I'm using right now, for example, I'm using this email, I'll use the same email to connect it to any Google Workspace. So Google Workspace is basically all the Google applications. You'll use the same email there, although we can use some other email to manage that, but that will be a confusing part in which it might make some mistakes. So I always use the same email attached to Cloud and attached to the Google Workspace. Google Sheets, I'll just click on this plus sign next to it to connect. And I'll open a browser, we'll click on Continue Connecting. And like I said, we will connect it to the same email. Click on Continue. And we will take this, click on Continue again and open in Cloud. Now you will see that as connected. It will open up this sheet basically, and it shows this connect. That obviously means that it is now connected. Now, in the tools permisson, like we have seen in the Gmail example as well, we will set it to always allow for all of them because otherwise it will keep asking for approval every single time in every single line. We don't want that. Always allow for all of this thing. So it can copy sheets, it can insert rows, I can update the formulas. I can create the spreadsheet content and so on. Everything can be done. Let's go back. And now let's actually go to our project. Can you compile all student queries receive in Google Sheet? Compile all necessary info you can. So this means that if a student has mentioned his number, email ID is obviously it can trace by watching the sender. But any other information, their name, and so on, if the student has provided it, it should be able to compile it as well. Let's hit Ender. So it's searching for the threads, and now it's searching for the tools available and finding a way to create a new spreadsheet. That means it is able to do that. By the way, whenever you want to see all the activity it is doing, let's say you went for a walk or went to grab a coffee and you want to see the activity, you click on this little aero sign next to it and you will see all of these activities here. So let's wait for it to complete, and it is now completed. And as you can see, it has compiled all six data inquiries into the workbook, but it is an Excel file, not the live Google file because we haven't connected yet it to Google Drive. That is our basically next topic where we will see how we can move to the connectors of Google Drive and how we can automate the Google Drive, as well. But this is quite amazing. Let's actually download this Google Sheet. Click on the Download and from here, let's save it. Let's actually view these inquiries, right? And this is quite amazing, guys. Whoever has mentioned his name, his name is identified, the time he made the inquiry, the date he made the inquiry on, what is the source of it? What is it email, the sender display name, course inquired about email subject, What did they ask? The price we quoted, reply sent on what time readings used. In fact, it is much detailed than is required. So this is quite amazing, and you also have the Gmail link to directly jump into that specific email. That is quite amazing. We click on that, and as you can see, we directly jumped into that specific email. So I don't think if we assign any person this kind of job, he will maintain this much results and with this much perfection. So you can imagine the power of Claude. And also the question and answers, it has created multiple sheets as well. So here's the summary, here's the cross referencing and answers and so on. So this is all about what we can do here. In the next video, we are going to explore. If we, let's say, want to open it directly in Google Sheets, how do we do that? But for now, just try this by yourself, and I will see you in the next one. 8. Connecting Google Drive: In this video, we are going to see how we can work on the Google Drive automation, and for that, we need to connect Google Drive into Cloud using the connector. So in this particular video, first of all, we will see how we can connect the Google Drive into Cloud, and in the next video, we will start to see the use cases of that. So first of all, let's continue with our previous example. What we did is we used Gmail automation to automatically draft the replies to all the students, okay? But we want it to save all of those queries and what we have replied to them and all the things to Google Sheet. But it has compiled all of that in Excel Sheet, and it says that Google Sheet is not live, so we want to make it live, and then we will try it again. The benefit of Google Sheet is it will be a very quick process. When you use Connector, it will directly use it in the background. So it's much more convenient. So what we do is we'll go to the customize on the top left and we go to the connectors, and from here, we will search for Drive. Okay? Once we search for Drive, we will head over to Google Drive, and we click on ConnectoClod. Now, I always recommend to connect any kind of connector with the same Gmail that you are using for Cloud as well. Just always remember that. Although you can connect some other Google Drive as well, but that will create a lot of confusion. So it's always recommended that if you want to automate, let's say, SA 01@gmail.com, then the Cloud should also be connected to the same Gmail account. So click on Connect to Cloud. We'll click on Continue Connecting and we will select our account. And it says authorization blocked. Security alert, check the activity. Will say, it was me, and then we will try again. And now you hit Continue. Select All, which says what cloud for Google Drive can access. It can see and download all Google Drive files, see, edit, create, delete, or customize any kind of files. So we need to give that access. Click on Continue and click on OpennGlod. And now you will see that it will redirect to a separate screen. And here it shows connected. Now, like in all other tools, we go to your tools permission after that and we make sure that all of the excess is set to always allow. Otherwise, it will keep on asking for every single task and you have to manually approve that. We don't want that right now. If you for the security reasons you want that, it's your choice, but to show you the complete automation, we need this approval. After that, let's compile this. I'll go to the same area. And let's actually dictate this time. Okay, I have connected my Google Sheets. Just do all of this task again and update and create Google Sheet. Let's send it off. And now, as you can see, it's retyping all the things and it has almost compiled. Next, I'll rename the first tab and add the other three. It's still working on it, so let's wait. And now you can see that it is compiled on Google Sheets, as you can see here. We click on this link, click on Open Link. And look at this. Not only it will create it in Google Drive, it will maintain it totally in Google Sheets. It's almost the same sheet. But the benefit of this is from now on, whenever you want the data to be directly pricked from Gmail and record it into the inquiries, it will quickly do it because it will be connected to a Google workspace, which is an other product of Google. So Gmail is owned by Google. Google Sheets is owned by Google, so it clearly can transfer the data into other product very quickly. So just try this by yourself, and I will see you in the next one. 9. Organizing Google Drive Files: Alright, now let's explore an other amazing use case of Google Drive automation using Cloud. And that is, first of all, we have connected Google Drive with Cloud right. Now, once it is connected, you can arrange the files. You can even extract the data or important information from the files within that sheet, and you can use that as an information to convey it to emails or create a new draft. But let's first of all, see how it helps you to arrange all of that data. If you visit your Google Drive, it will look something like this. So if we check reasons, we have all of the files combined. We have many folders which we don't know why do we have that? And we have Word documents, then Excel files, then some of the PDF files and videos. So it's very difficult to sort out your Google Drive, especially when it is occupying a lot of space. So in my case, I have the pro subscription, so I have 5 terabytes of space. But if you're using the free version, you will only have 15 GB and that will fill in very quickly and you don't even know it. So we want to arrange all of the files into specific folder, like for Excel sheets or Google Docs, for videos, pictures, all of that should be automatically arranged. So let's actually try if Claude can do that for us or not. Simply go to the new chat and we will ask it arrange my Google Drive files into specific folder. Like separate folder for Excel or Google Ts and Word documents for pictures or videos for PDF. Create the folder name according to type. Take out data from all folders and re arrange them this way. Let's hit Ender. I think it will take it a lot of time to do that, and it's untangling and it's working. If anything important comes, I'll show you, but it's searching for the files, and it will start working right away. But just remember before doing it, if you have shared a couple of files or specific folders or sheets online, whether in any of your course, whether on your website or anything like that, then when it is relocated, the shared link might not work, or it might work, but you have to make sure of it first. Okay. So I'm doing this on the sample data. That is not my main email. So first of all, just test the functionality on a separate email ID. That's always recommended. Let's see if it can work and rearrange all of our Google Drive for us or not. All right, it is asking you for the confirmation. Again, what should I do with your existing folders, including ones that may be shared with students. So right now, actually, let's leave the shared course folders alone and reorganize the rest. This is best. This is what it already asked for, so it didn't disturb my links. Leaf shared folders organize the rest. We should files that don't fit like forms or these sides go. Let's say I want to create folder for each file type. Okay? Let's enter again. And it is done. As you can see, the drive is now sorted by file type and where things are now. It has organized all of that into separate folders, old folders, it has emptied other folders and put it in the relevant folders whichever was required. Let's actually see the actual results in Google Drive. And if we make it full screen, just look at this. We have all the data files, CSV files, installers, archives, shortcuts, Google Sites, Google Forms, PDF files. Let's go to the PD files. There's only one. Okay. Let's go back. And let's say Excel sheets. Here are all the Excel sheets, very organized data. Google AI studio, we have daily work finished. Okay, we have installers dot files. So all of my softwares are kept separate. We have some RAR files. I don't think we have many, and we have Google sites. Here are these. So this is pretty useful, pretty amazing. And that is another beautiful use case of Google Drive that you will not find anywhere else, and that all can be done in the free version. Just wry this by yourself, and I will see you in the next one. 10. Choosing a Claude Plan: This video, we are going to see how we can get the Cloud pro version on the Cloud application and how the payment process works, how we can shift from the free version to the paid version. It's a very simple process here, guys. What you can do is you can click on this bottom left hand corner where you see your name, along with free. Click on that and you see the message of Upgrade plan. You will see this menu. Click on that. And in the pro version, you should be able to get the cow Cloud code, Microsoft Office, and you can connect it to Chrome so that it can automate all of your task like navigation, click buttons and fill the forms in your browser. This will be very, very helpful if you purchase that. So I actually recommend don't fall into the trap of using it for free and trying different methods. To use it for free. If you genuinely want to work on any particular software or application, don't just try to get it for free. Just go with the legit ways I would recommend, and simply don't waste your time in exploring a lot of options. You click on ExploorrePlans, and the P is not too much. It's only $17 per month. And you can get the yearly package as well. Actually, it's monthly $20 per month. But since I want to use all the functionalities, let's go on with the P plan. I'll just mention my name, postal code. I'll hide this information for the confidential reasons and name on invoice. Make sure to use your name here. And let's mention the card number and the CVV code. And okay, I'll not save this information. Mention your number. And we have to agree here that you agreed to charge your card in amount above now or recurring monthly basis until you cancel in accordance with our terms. So you have to manually cancel that if you want to cancel this subscription. Okay. So the next auto renew will happen on 12 September. So just remember to cancel it before that, if you only want to use it just for one month because it's $20 per month, so just make sure to cancel it on the right time if you want. Let's click on Subscribe, actually, and it has taken some persona verification. Let's quickly verify that. Now, since this is a persona verification, we need to do it on our mobile phone, verify the identity. Okay, so you might have received the email just like so on your mobile phone, and we need to verify the identity. So I'll just verify the identity and it will open up persona.com. And it is asking for the government identification. So whatever ID card you have, the government ID card, you can use that. And now our identity is confirmed if we open that again. And afterwards, once the verification is done, we will click on the upgrade again. Monthly, click on Get Pro plan. You might need to enter it once or twice in my case, I have to enter it twice because of some reason. The profile was not verified. Click on subscribe. And now it welcomes you to Pro, as you can see, you can choose in which area you want to work for. Lick on next, you can connect it with multiple applications and so on. So that is how you can upgrade the cla package to a Pro package very easily. Just try this by yourself, and I will see you in the next one. 11. Finding Emails & Attachments: Video, we are going to go one step further and see in more detail what kind of other automations of Google Drive can be done with the help of Claude. So for that, we've already purchased Cloud Pro account, right? So let's check that. Click on the files and as you can see, Pro account is connected. Now, we will see a simple scenario. Just imagine that you have purchased the Cloud Pro account on the same ID or the same drive which you want to automate. Meaning that you have purchased or connected with the same Gmail that we will be using for automation. So if it is SAT Theme 15 29, not only we have purchased Cloud here, but we will automate it to the same GML of SAT Theme 15, 29 or same Google Drive. So we are considering this scenario. For that, we have to change our connectors. So we click on the three lines, and we click on the settings, go to connectors. And if you want to completely wipe out the previous settings, what we do is just not just open up that. You click on disconnect, and you also delete or remove it from here completely. Click on remove the connector, and let's do the same for Google Drive as well. First of all, we'll disconnect the connector and remove the connectors as well. Now what we'll do is we'll connect it to the same Gmail account because we want to test whether, let's say that we receive a lot of invoices every single day and we want it to be downloaded either in the computer or uploaded it directly to Google Drive. If we instruct Claude to do it, whether it's able to do that or not, let's see. So we'll click on Connect again. At this time, we will use the same ID, not the different one. But by the way, if you are thinking that we have purchased Cloud on a different ID, but you want to automate any other ID, I've also mentioned a complete solution along with all the problems that you will face. Just check out scroll all the way down to the bottom where you will see frequently asked questions section. And the first topic that we have covered is the same thing that if you are using some other ID and you've purchased Cloud and some other ID, how we can automate that thing. So let's hit Continue again. Open, and now it's connected to Gmail, as you can see, it's connected. All we need to do is just see the authorizations after that. You just go one step back, click on that, and you basically set all of them to always allow. Now let's do the same thing for the Google Drive as well. I'll just go to the settings, click on the connectors, and this time, we'll connect it to Google Drive, click on Connect. And again, we will connect it to the same ID. Click on Continue, and click on Continue again. Open the desktop app. It's already open, but it will just grant the access this way. Okay, so both of them are connected. Now let's go one step back. Again, click on Google Drive, and these are all the settings. Make sure to set all of them to always allow. Okay. So both of them are connected. Google Drive is connected and Gmail is connected. Make sure the status is set to tick for both of them. I'll just close out of here. And now let's try this. I'll open up my profile, make sure that Google profile is connected to the same Gmail account. So basically, we are considering that all of the things are connected with the same Gmail that we have attached with Claude. So here we have received the recent emails as test files. What's the recent email I received today with attachment. And you can also ask what email you are connected to. Okay, so it says that subject is test files, we receive this from this sender and snip it is PFA is connected to this email ID. Perfect. Can you get upload? Can you upload all of its attachments to Google ve? If yes, then do it. Don't ask for permissions. You can also dictate it simply here. But you will see something. You need an additional cloud extension to do these kind of tasks because it will perform the real time actions you will see for yourself in the browser, as well. But let's see if it is able to do it directly or not. Let's visit the Google Drive, as well. What's the most recent one? Okay, so it has the responsibility to tell you every single time if it is trustworthy or not, I'll just say, go ahead. Okay. Meanwhile, I'll just select a couple of images and delete that because we want to see it in today. You want to see today's activity in Google Drive separately, right? Now, it says that there is no tool available here that fetches this. So you can do it yourself or you can check the chrome connected settings for the complete integration. So let's quickly do that. It's very simple to do. Just first of all, make sure that you are connected to a profile. You have created a separate profile connected to the same account that you have used for Cloud Pro version as well. So let me just show you this Pro account is purchased on this email ID, so that means it's connected to this particular ID. And we are also using the Chrome profile. That is the same ID. So that is perfect. Now we will go to Google and search for Claude. Extension. Okay? So we click on that and simply add to Chrome. Click on Air extension and just keep in mind, it will only open if it is connected. The profile is connected to the right ID. Otherwise, it will reject that. Let's authorize to do the automations. Okay, so all done. I have done it. Now, do it. Done it. You can copy the second point and say that you have done it and it has found the tools, you will notice that it will connect the cloud here. Okay, so open confirmation screen every connected Chrome extension and let me select the right one. Okay, we will connect it to the browser one. Let's see if we are getting the activity. First of all, it will ask for the permission. Click on I Understand, and you can always allow on this site or allow this section this time. So I'll always allow this. And as you can see, the automation has started to run here. Now what we'll do is you can see all the activity by yourself. It will do it like your normal assistant would do it in real time. It's just like a bot doing all the work for you. Let's see all the steps. As you can see, it is adding to Google Drive. This arrow is for the cloud, and it's just providing you all the reports as well. Okay, download all these files to my computer as well. Let's see if it is able to do that or not. Okay, so that can be a part for later on, but like you see that it is able to read those emails and do the practical work here. It is connected to the bot. So that is how you do it. Just try this by yourself, and I will see you in the next one. 12. Organizing Files with Claude: This video, we are going to explore how Cloud AI can perform Windows automation. That's right. You can automate your Windows day to day operations as well. So for example, whatever task you are doing manually right now on Windows, you can automate it on Cloud. Whatever the system or any bot can understand, whatever your assistant can understand, basically Cloud can do that work as well. So let's explore this function. And for that example, normally, your downloads section is always messy, just like this. You have some of the Excel file, some images files, some softwares, video clips, PDF files and all, and I want to arrange that into different folders or by different categories. You can do it automatically. So let's say you have hundreds or thousands of files in any particular folder, you can easily instruct Cloud to create folders and then put all of your data in the arranged form. And that's only a small example of what Cloud can do. So let's test this and let's see if it is able to perform these kind of functions with Cloud. So first of all, we are enclawed and this time we will use the CW function. Just remember that to use the Crow function, you need the pro version subscription. So if you haven't bought it, you can get it for free. You can find different tools online. But I always recommend that if you plan to use it for your automation, don't just waste time to explore different free options. If you think that it can provide benefit to you, you can invest in your skills or any software that is very helpful for you in daily working. So let's get to work. And for that, this time we will automatically approve so that it doesn't ask every single time to approve the task, or we can also skip all approvals. So this says manual approve Cloud pauses, so you can approve each action. Automatically approve Clouds run on its own. And pauses to ask if anything looks unsafe. Skip all approvals. Claude never pauses even for unsafe actions. So since we already know about our downloads folder and we're not doing anything fancy here, let's skip this and let's skip it for all the tools as well. Click on to Continue. And after that, we will try the Google Drive and Gmail functions as well because before that it was asking us for so much approvals, right? So click on to continue. Not just it will work for the project or folders within Windows automation, it will also work for Gmail automation as well. So we have project or folder section here. You click on that and you can add a folder to Claude which you want to automate. So I want to rearrange or you can say restructure Download folder. So click on Project or folder, click on Add a folder, and let's actually select downloads and click on Select Folder. Allow Cloud to change files in downloads, always allow, okay? So we have done that. Now, I'll piece a simple command in the cow so I'll use this command. I'll just copy and paste that in the cloud, just like so, and you can get this prompt in the resources section of this video. It says, organize the files in the specified folder, which is downloads according to their file extensions. So for example, if it is Excel plays all in the Excel, it is a PDF, then create a PDF files folder and create a dedicated folder for each type of file and move all matching files in the appropriate folder. For instance, I'll also give an example. So Excels should be put in Excel files. Same approach for PDF Word documents, images, files, and so on. Keep everything neatly organized and categorized. Let's send this function, and let's actually see it in the background as well. Allow this cows session to access this folder. Okay, so I'll allow, but you can also set it to. Do not ask for this folder on this device. So let's set it to that, and I'll just allow it one time and you can see that working right here as well. We can check the process and it's finding the tools right now. So let's see. And it has found the right tools, and now it's creating and working on that. Let's see. Now, as you can see, it is working in real time, and it has opened some kind of commands as well. Okay, so it says that it has too much of size. So in these cases, Powershell support is needed. So if you have a lot of setups or bulky files, especially like this, you can do that in Power Shell. So it has created a script for that. I'll just right click on that and click on Run with Power Shell. Let's see if it is able to do that. And you can ask a couple of questions if the power shell doesn't run automatically just like this. So it says that this is a security issue, so you have to run the power shell manually. You click on administrator, run as administrator. So, guys, I'm showing you every single step because I want this training to be as practical as possible. Instead of just skipping all of these functions, I could have deleted all of these bulky files as well and then show you in a single click how it is able to arrange that. But then you will face problems. If you try your downloads, you will come across the same error. So that's why I'm showing you this part as well. Now we just need to paste this one line, hit Enter. And as you can see, it is now processing. It has moved to different folders. Let's see that. Now, you can see the magic of it. All the images are kept separate. Just like this, Excel files are separately arranged. We have installers, all the setups are kept separate. PDF files are separate. So this might take you a lot of time to do that work manually, especially in the download section where you have a lot of messy things, so you can see how it is able to organize all of these. This earlier folders is separate folders that I created earlier, but these are all the folders that Claude has automatically done for us. So even though if it is not able to run that bulky files, it still has given us a perfect execution policy to bypass all of this. You just open that powershell manually and then just copy and paste that command like I did. And you can ask Claude that it doesn't work, and it will immediately provide you a complete proper solution for that. So look at this. Perfect, perfect organization. So this is basically how we can work on the data arrangement or file arrangement automatically using the Windows automation in Claude. In the next step, I'll also going to show you how we can consolidate all of these files or folders into the original form which it was before. So many times you can face this problem that the data is in different folders. You received a report or you downloaded a report, but these reports are in different folders. You need to place it all in one place. How we can do that, we will see in the next video. But just try this by yourself. It's an amazing function, and I'll see you in the next one. 13. Automatic Data Consolidation: This video, we are going to see how we can consolidate all the files that is in different folders. So if you have downloaded are reports, let's say, and these are arranged day by day into different folders. Sometimes when you download the data from software, especially come across in this way that you have different Excel files, but there are a lot of folders compiled for that when you download the data and you want merge or consolidate all of them. That means you want to put out the data from each folder into a single folder. How we can do that, let's see. So previously, we have already seen that if you have messy downloads area, most of people have messy ones. They have Excel files, audio files, video files, all the setups all together is present in downloads. So we have already seen how we can rearrange that into different folders. But let's say that we have a scenario that we have all of these folders and we want to put all the data out into, let's say, a downloaded files folder. How we can do that, let's see. For that, we will copy and paste this prompt right here. You can write any prompt of your own or take the support of hat GBT. But just for your convenience, if you want to use it in future, I just mentioned that in the resources section as well. So you can just download this Word file in the resources section. It says gather all files stored across the subfolders within the specified location. So we have to specify the location first in Cloud and combine them into one central folder. Okay. So move every file from each subfolder into designated destination folder so that all files collected in a single place. Make sure no files are left behind in any subfolders. So this will include all the subfolders, even those which we have created earlier without cloud. That's fine. Let's go in that and for that, we will start a new chat. Let me just show you how we can do it on the brand new project. Let's actually cancel all of this as well. We must use cowork for that. Again, we need a pro subscription for that. You simply have an option to add the location. So we just click that. You will click on Ad folder. We'll select that download folder and just select that. Okay? So in the approvals, if you want clot to disturb you every single time, asking you for approvals again and again and again, you can set to manual approval or automatic approval if only you want it to guide you if it found something suspicious, it will only stop there. Skip all approvals means it will never ask you for approval. It will do all the task automatically. Since we already know that our download files are safe to execute. Right now I'm using Skip, but it's always recommended to use automatic if you're using the files that you don't already know about. Okay? So we will just copy and paste this command. Click on Execute. And you can see that function performing in real time. Now, since these are a lot of files and these are also very bulky files, it might show you that it should do it in Power Shell. But let's see. It has found the tools. Let's open it side by side. And as you can see, it's listing files in your computer and inspecting received directory listing output and running the commands. Dulos folder has 20 subfolders and these ones as well that not personal files, subfolders, category folders only. Okay, so it has given this option as well that you have some earlier folders as well, which is not category folders. So I want to compile all the category folders, not the other ones that we created ourselves, like people conversation, sample, videos, and all. So category folders only. Let's specify that. If two files in the subfolder is same, how should it handle rename automatically? It is recommended as well. Let's actually open up the activity. Hopefully, it will not ask more questions. Execute it. Now, as you can see that the same thing happens, it says that I placed consolidate downloads functionality in the Power Shell, since it has a lot of bulky files as well, you can just open the Powershell manually and just paste run this command. So that's very simple to do. Let's open actually Powershell. Go to the Start menu, open up Powershell, right l run as a command. Click, yes. If it was not those bulky files or set of files that contains hundreds of MBs or hundreds of TBs. I would do it automatically, but since here, we just need to mention this command, and as you can see, all files combined, you can check it that it is out from all the folders, it has also deleted those folders, and it has combined those for you. So that's how simple it is to recombine all of that data which is contained in hundreds of folders separately. Just comment down below or message me how much time it would take to manually do that work. Just imagine the power and the automation it can do for you. Just write this by yourself and I will see you in the next one. 14. Auto Renaming & Sorting Files: This video, we are going to see how we can rearrange and rename the files automatically with the help of Claude. So I have created this detailed command, and that's not actually a difficult prompt. It may seem like that it's a long prompt, but I just asked Chat GPT. To create it for me, I just gave the idea that I want different files to be named as Let's say if it is an Excel file, it should be named, first of all, as one dot two dot. Like if there are multiple Excel files, it should be one dot Excel file dash, then complete date, and then the time and then the format. Similarly, if it is a Pedople if there are multiple PD files, it should be mentioned as one dot Pdfleh the time and date stamp, and then two dot pD file, and then the date stamp. So it has given all of this as an example. Rearrange and rename the files by file type number, modified date and time. Identify the file type as this. If it is EcellS format, it's Excel file. If it is dot PDF, it's a PDF file, and so on and so forth. So it has created all the examples, and it has used this kind of date format. If you want the date, month and year, omit, it will do it as that. But let's keep it as it is. So this is the complete guide, for example, for all the PD files, it should be like this. For all the word files, it should be like this, image files should be like this, but the folders should be created according to the dates. As you can see, create dag based folders. So for example, if it is for a specific month and specific date, let's say on sixth of February, if there are multiple files, all should be kept there. For the duplicate time stems, it has mentioned that it should be mentioned as underscore one. So if it is on the same date, it's an Excel file on the same time, then it should mention under square one with it, if necessary. Preserve the original file extensions and so on. So this is how we can do it. Let's copy it and see the scenario where it can be useful. As you can see, in downloads, you might have this kind of scenario where you have a lot of files with different extensions with different dates and different types, but you want to rearrange and rename all the files that are randomly just named. Instead, you want a proper name for it, and it should be kept into different date and time folders. Okay? So let's see how we can create this. But before executing this command on the Cloud, I've made some changes in the prompt, and that is we want the folder creation, not according to the date, month or year, but only according to month and then year because if we want to create it by dates and month and year, it will create a lot of folders. So that's why we want to skip that. Also, we have rearranged the format of the files to be date first, then month, then year. Okay? And also, we have skipped the preview. So when executing the command, it will not show us a preview of the work to be done. It will just directly execute the command and do that task directly for us. So let's copy this. And as you can see, we have a lot of files altogether kept in a single folder, very difficult to separate. Now, let's start a new cow session. What I'll do is just I'll go to new from here. And I'll click on Add a folder. Click on downloads, and whatever is the folder, you can specify that. Or if it is directly in the downloads, you can just select that. So I'll select this specific folder. Make sure you are in this cowork and make sure that if you want to skip all the approvals, you click on that so that it doesn't ask you again and again for approvals. Let's paste this command. And execute. And right now, we can see the preview of the current files. We have a lot of messy files not arranged, not renamed, all placed on a single folder, which will be time consuming to separate it into specific dtwise folder and also especially renaming all the files. So our code is running in the background. Et's just open it side by side to get a proper idea of what is going on here. And as you can see, now it has created a separate folder named organized. It is still working on it. But let me just show you an example. If we go to May 2026, it has renamed all the files because all of these are images, so it has named it in the same way. One audio file, one Excel file, and then the date extension, and then the time extension as well. So this is pretty good. It is looking much better than the earlier one executable file image file, as you can see. The pattern is quite nice, and this is how you can do it simply by giving us very simple command to Cloud so just try this interesting prompt. I'll mention this in the resources section of this video. Attach that so you can just copy and paste that command over Cloud. So just try this by yourself, and I will see you in the next one. 15. Google Docs to PDF Automation: In this video, we are going to see that if we want to reform it, restructure, automate the Google document, to a PDF, along with the professional formatting and filing, here's what you can do. Now, you might be surprised that Google Doc is already loaded in Google Drive, right? Now, you might be thinking that Google Doc is automatically pre loaded in Google Drive. So do we need to download that or what to automate that? No, you don't need to do that. Why? Because we already have the connectors attached to that Google Drive. So Google Drive along with all the documents in there is automatically linked to Cloud. But first of all, we have to check if our current ID is linked or not. So let's go to Claude. You can directly ask in the chat as well, like I ask. Otherwise, you can manually check it. You can click on the three lines at the top right. You click on the Pro account, click on settings and you check the connectors from here. If it is connected, you're good to go. And make sure you set all of them to always allow, so it doesn't ask you for the approvals again and again. So once that is done, let's open up a new chat. And this time, we actually don't need cow. We can simply chat in here. Now to automate any kind of document, for example, this is the raw document that I want to convert it into a wonderful formatting, along with the conversion to PDF and then loading it to Google Drive. All of that should be automatically done. So what we'll do is just right click on that, click on Share and just remember that you need a sharable link for that. So let me just copy this link. You can directly copy it from here or you can click on Share click on anyone with this link should be able to edit that so that way, Claude should be able to work on it. Now what we will do is we will just simply mention this reference that take this Google Doc and what should be done this whole command. And don't worry about the command that how you will write this professional command, you can directly ask Chad DPT to create a prom for you. Just explain that what you want. So for example, I have mentioned that I want the Google Doc to be converted into a PDF document, along with the professional formatting and filing. Please access and review the Google document provided below. I'll just paste the link here. Complete the following task. First, it will review the entire document. It will go through the content, preserve original meaning and information, and it will correct the formatting inconsistency spacing issues and all of those structural problems and also professionally format the document. It will apply a layout at just the font sizes and all of them throughout the pages, clear any document structure, a appropriate main headings or subheadings whenever required. And finally, it will convert it to PDF, and the file name should be in the year month, and date formatting. Finally, it will save this in the final reports in Google Drive folder. So this is all the guideline. Let's copy it completely. And then, first of all, let's piece it here and where the Google Doc link is required, we'll just simply copy this link and we will paste it right here. Now, let's hit Enter and let's see what Claude can do. And as we can see that it has perfectly read the right document, we need to remove the duplicate, keep the clean story only, okay? So we have to provide some additional guideline. The document is a short story, not a business report. Which layout style do you want? Story style or something else. I want a story style, but you can select it if you have a business document, let's say, and by the way, guys, you will get this complete prompt with the resources section of this video, so you can just download and try this by yourself. And everything is done. The report name is this. It will be found under the folder name final reports. But since that was a story, that's a different thing. And actually, it has prepared everything. It has prepared a summary and a clean text review. So I guess it hasn't done it yet. No, it doesn't let's provide the final go ahead. And now, as you can see, it's generating the doc file, converting the docs to PDF and doing all of that essential task. And look at this guys. Even though I have commanded that it's a report, and you have to put it in the reports folder, still, it is able to identify that it is kind of a story like document. So it has created a story kind of format, which is simple. As you can see that this document looks incomplete, is not properly formatted. It has extra charts and so on. And what it has done is not only has reformatted that, it has created a folder named final reports. If we click on My Drive, we have final reports, and it has renamed the report as well. Also, it has converted into PDF and look at the design guys. Now it looks like a proper story. So all of this task can be done immediately simply by giving a simple command to Cloud. As you can see, it has created a wonderful story line structure. So if you have a report, it will format it that way. But just to show you a sample, whatever document I had, I just pasted it just like so in Cloud. So just try this by yourself, and I will see you in the next. 16. Auto-Creating Invoices: This video, we are going to see an other beautiful use case of Claude, and it is that it can create the invoices automatically for you. So let's say you have a business and you daily operate on just Excel file. You just mentioned the invoice number, the date, customer, customer address, postal code, and the items you were selling. You're just simply keeping a simple record on Excel. And at the end of the day, you need to create all of these invoices for you. And let's say that you don't have a fancy business or you're not using any accounting software, you just need to simply create it directly from Excel. What other information do we have? We only have for our business, this is our visiting card that I kept in the folder, all the invoices sheet I've kept in the folder, and my company logo. I've kept all of that in a simple folder. Let's see if Claude can automatically create beautiful invoices just by giving simple instructions that we have a couple of details. We have not a text file, visiting card containing the company details, an Excel file containing the invoice data, and we have a company logo. Your task is as follows. Read the Excel file, understand all the invoice related fields, read the company details, and then design a professional standard invoice that includes all of these things. Before generating all invoices, create only one sample invoice using the first record before the Excel file. Show me the sample preview. Do not generate all invoices yet. Wait for my confirmation, and then I'll just say proceed and then generate all the invoices and do this in this way. Additional instructions that the invoice name or file name should be kept with the invoice reference and the customer name, which is itself a time taking task if you have to rename hundreds of invoices. So invoice number and then the customer name should be mentioned with that as well. And do not overwrite the existing files. Let's try this pasting this command directly in clade and see if it works for us. By the way, you will get this in the resources section as well along with all the files that I'll be using for this project. So let's open up Cloud. Let's actually click on New. And this time, since we are working on a particular folder that is available on our computer, we need co work for that. So if you have a pro subscription, that is great. Click on the project or folder, and we click on add a folder. From there, we will go to the downloads and select that particular folder, which has all of these. So this is card decoration business. Click on Select Folder, and we will skip for all approvals so that it doesn't disturb us again and again. And here we will simply pastor command. I'll just copy that and paste it here and let's wait for it to process. Again, it might take some time, so just relax while it creates our first sample and then ask for our approval to go ahead. And as we can see a beautiful professional invoice is created right here, we can download it just to see a proper sample of it. Let's view it and look at this guys. A very professional invoice. It has properly mentioned our company logo, which is beautiful. Our company details. Perfectly pleased, the invoice and the services along with the VAT and terms and conditions and all. So beautiful invoice. If you want to change the format, you can give additional reference, but I don't think it is much needed. It has also followed our company logo style. Make the logo a little bigger. And don't show sample again. Just create all invoices. Proceed. And now, as you can see, it has edited the template, and now it's running command. Let's see if it asks you for any kind of approval again because I have just asked him to make the logo a little bigger and now just proceed. All 25 is generated. Now let's zip them for delivery and commit each user's under invoices folder. Just wait for some time. And as you can see, all of the invoices are created. Perfect. It has also increased the size of it a little bit. Let's actually view those folders or files. So this is perfect. And as you can see, under my card decoration business folder, we have invoices, and look at this, guys. It has created all the invoices for us, and this is wonderful. Perfectly made invoices, very professional, and it only takes a few seconds to create that for you. So this is the power of the cow feature in Claude. Just try this by yourself, try this magic, and I will see you in the next one. 17. Using Claude in Excel: Alright, guys, so far so good, we have already learned a couple of interesting functions in Cloud. We have seen how we can automate different things, whether we want to configure and automate our Gmail, Google Drive, or even the Windows function like the file arrangement and so on. Moving on to the next topic, and that is using Cloud in Microsoft Excel. It's a very interesting feature. You can easily add that in your Microsoft Excel, and then it can work wonders for you. Like, you can see here this sheet is messy. It has lots of extra spaces in between, and it has formatting regularity issues. As you can see, the date is not in the ideal sequence as it should be, and also some of the details are missing, like somewhere the city is mentioned as Los Angeles while in the other field, the field is missing. Also, we have some spacing issues. We have some extra spaces and so on. So there are multiple issues. There is formatting issue as well that it is not properly formatted. So we will automatically do that without touching a single function in Excel. We can do this automatically, all of that in Cloud. But first, we will explore how we can get the Cloud added in Microsoft Excel, and then we will move to the next. So this one is an introductory lecture for using Cloud with in El, make sure that you are using the right version or updated version of Excel, like Office 365 or any latest one, where you see this home and ARNs function in here so that we can add different arrans directly from here. So just make sure that your software is up to date and ls you in the next one. 18. Cleaning Data in Excel: In this video, we are going to see how we can add Cloud in Microsoft Excel. So if you want to add the Cloud functionality or Cloud add in, what you need to make sure is you go to the home tab and you must have add ins. Again, like in the last lecture, I've told you that you must have Office 365 or any latest version which supports the adding of different add ins. You will find it here in the home tab. So we click on this AddIns, click on this and just search for Claude here. Write Cloud. And you will get either Claude for Microsoft 365 or Claude if you're using the other version, like Microsoft Office simple. You need Cloud by Enthropic for Excel. So right now, I don't want to install Claude for 365. Let's try this one. Click on Add and it will show up like this. Pretty simple, right? And after that, you might need to login. Click on Login. And it will connect this using the connectors with Claude Pro. Again, you need to make sure that you are using the Claude Pro version. Otherwise, the connectors will not allow you to connect with Excel, click on it. You will click on authorize your sign in. How to work with Claude. You can select cells, ask questions, build financial models, cleanup data and debug. Click on next. What is your role? You can select any specific role. Let's say I am in Finance or you can skip this part as well if you don't have a specific role. Again, you can browse the connectors to see how they are connected. We'll click on next, next, and I understand maybe later. And now we have this main screen, get started with these skills and so on. So here we will write our first command in Claude. So let's analyze what issues do we have in the data. We have already mentioned that in the previous videos, but as you can see, there is inconsistency in the data. Someone somewhere you have space in the starting some names are, let's say, starting from the small letters, and let's say, these are the issues. Let me just deliberately make some of the mistakes. And also we have some extra spaces in between that we need to clear up. There are some formatting issues, the city names, sometimes it's not complete, and sometimes they have different spellings of it. Also, the zip code is inconsistent with extra spaces. The spellings might not be correct and the did sequence is not okay. Let's say we have some blank columns as well, let me just insert some. By the way, you will get this sheet with the resources section of this video. So you just check that out into the description. Now, what we will do is, first of all, we will not even write any prompt. We will try this one, which is clean data Excels. You just click on it once and it will write a complete prom for us. That says standardized formats, fix inconsistencies and remove all the duplicates organized into a structured table. So not only it will fix all the issues, it will create an organized, formatted table for us. We just have to click on this Enter or arrow sign, click on that, and Claude starts to work in the background. And it will analyze your data, and it might ask you a couple of questions. It says two things I need from you before writing. There are six blank cells inside, otherwise, complete rows. How should I handle them? Drop the incomplete rose, leave blank, no highlight, leave blank, highlight yellow. So we want to drop incomplete rows, let's say. So click on drop Incomplete Rows. Where should the clean table go in the new sheet or override this original sheet. So if we override this original sheet, we won't be able to access this set of data. So instead, let's actually create a new source untouched. Click on this so that we can compare, as well, what it has cleaned. And finally ask you Claude wants to create lookup sheets with mapping tables. You can deny Allow once or allow always. So let's allow it once. Let's see what happens. And if you want the clot to automatically make decisons on its own without asking you every single time, you can click on this accept all edits from here and look at this guys. How clean this data is, it has completed all the missing information, corrected all the spellings for you, placed it in the proper sequence. The deed is all corrected, and it has also mentioned the source row reference. You want to clean that up or clear that up, it's your choice. But as you can look at the top, it has also put some formulas on it. So this is amazing. It has created all of those formulas in order to bring that into this form. So this is the unclean one. As you can see, the zip code has a lot of issues, and this is the clean data. Again, let's look at the second one. We have the unclean data with extra rows, missing details. Some of them are in the small letters, some of them are capital letters, so all issues are fixed, extra rows all cleaned, extra columns all cleaned and all the missing information, it's cleaned as well as you can see here. Also, we have a lot of tied issues, amount issues all cleared, and it brought it into the simple sequence. We also do have a Lu sheet. If you want to see what is the state name and what is the code for it, we can easily look up with that. So this is amazing, guys. Look how quickly it has done all this. And now let's see that we want to completely get rid of this sheet. If we directly delete that this way, it might cause error on the other sheet because their data was dependent on this set. Instead, what we can do is if we want to, let's say, remove the other sheet, what we need to do is, first of all, cut out all the dependent formulas. We cannot cut it directly from here. What we want to do is we just want to keep the values, but remove the formulas that's entered under them. So as you can see, in every single cell in every single row, we have any specific formulas, and these are quite complex ones. So what we want to do is just straight away, select the whole sheet with the folded page from here. Copy that and press alternate E S and V. What do we press? We press, hold the alternate or press the alternate, then press Alt plus E plus S plus V. We will press it one by one, E a. Okay. Let's try it again. We select copy that first because that is the shortcut for pas special. Alternate E a. So we want to paste that as values only. You can also copy it from here and click click on B special. You can right click anywhere, basically. B special and select the values as well. But since you want to be pro in Excel write, always prefer to use the short keys instead. We'll pase it as values click Okay, and now you will notice that you will get rid of all the formulas right away. There are some flags reports as well. It's your choice if you want to sort it manually. Let's say that we have some of the missing fields that we just ignored. Claude is unable to find what should be the product here because this is completely your choice. This is not what Claude can automatically decide what to sell, obviously. So it has been flagged. You can correct it manually or you can even sort it. You can just uncheck all the missing fields. Select all the flags, and then you can just manually enter a couple of details here. So this is very, very effective. After that, you can just right click and delete this data. So that is how it works. You will find this practice sheet with the resources section of this video. You can also create it on your own. Using hat BID, you can ask a couple of discrepancies or issues in the data, and it will create that data for you. Nowadays, it's not very difficult to create any kind of data. So just try this by yourself and I will see you in the next one. 19. Removing Green Error Flags: This video, we are going to see how we can remove these green errors in any of the data in Excel columns or Excel sheets. We've already cleaned the data with Claude, but still we are getting this triangular green error. Let's see how we can resolve that. First of all, just select the first cell and hold the control shift end down. This will bring it all the way to the bottom provided there is no space in the data in between. And after that, you can just go in any of the warning sign. You can either convert it to number. You can ignore this error or you can store the number as text. So right now, as you can see, this number is stored actually as a text. So if you format it into number, it might remove or might not remove the error. So instead, what we can do is let's say we go to the top and then we click on Converters number. That can solve your problem or you can click on ignore this error and that might solve your problem as well. Alternatively, if you are getting a lot of errors like this, you can disable some of the error checking rules. You can just click on this drop down, click on error checking options, if this is any of the specific error like the formulas or inconsistent formulas or formatting kind of issues, you can just manually uncheck those like this, and then you can automatically get rid of the errors or the green triangular signs in all of the sheet together. So this is how it works. Just try this by yourself, and I will see you in the next one. 20. Building KPI Reports: This video, we are going to see how we can automatically generate some of the amazing KPI reports automatically without using any single formula with the use of Claude. So in this case, in this scenario, we have a data that is already arranged. We don't need much data cleaning in it, as you can see. The data is quite professional. We have order IDs, order date, the customer's name which we have sold to in different cities, regions, the product category or product name we are selling who was the sales representative, how much sales he has made? What is the UIS pride? What is the total sales and so on. So the payment methods are also mentioned here. But as you can see, there is a lot of data, and we want the KPI reports, the key performance indicators to be automatically created so that we can get a better idea of the report. But even if you don't know any of the single formula, Claude can automatically do it for you. So before when we open Claude, we use the default prompt. That is these ones. We can also use DCF models or coms analysis. But let's try to mention something of our own. So I have actually compiled this prompt. We will say that analyze this dataset and provide key performance indicators, any kind of trends, insights, and suggested charts and key points to improve or focus on this data. Generate your report in the new sheet and do not overlap the reports. So we have manually written all of this prompt. By the way, you will get this in the resources section as well, also with the data. So just download this from the resources section or description. So anyways, let's paste this in data. You can also add any of your important things. In future, we will also see how we can create amazing, beautiful dashboards automatically we cloud as well. But let's continue with this. And to make it simpler, we will accept all edits. So it will not ask you again and again for approvals. And let's choose the latest version that is Opus five or Fab five, whatever you can try, you can use that and let's hit Enter. And just look at this guys. It is amazing. It has created the headline KPIs, net revenue. It has created gross revenue, and it has created the performance by region, performance by product, sales representative performance, payment method mix, how many payments we received from credit card, how much we have received from debit card, cash, paypal, so on and the product performance. You can see on your own that what is the main revenue contributing product, and what is the least contributing product, weekly trends, and daily sales trend as well. It has also mentioned the key inside, revenue is high concentrated in electronics and clothing is the traffic driver, not a profitable driver, and you can see all of these things, and it is still working on it. But the main problem was that my default currency is I guess in the Windows or in any of this formatting, my default currency is set to rupees. So that's why it has compiled all of that in Rupees. But let's actually check whether the figures are right or wrong. So let's say the vest revenue. I want to manually check that. 16,354. So what we can do is we will just put a vest filter on it and check the revenue field. So this is the revenue field. If we just select it by column, we can easily see the sum here, 16,354. So that is great. You can allow once. It says Claude wants to restore wits and restructure recommendations table. It says deny dangerously always allow. Basically, why it is always allow because there is a risk of potential data loss as well. So don't allow it every time. You can just manually review it and allow it once, and then it will create the data for you. And let's try to add something. All figures are in dollars, not rupees. It's also compiling some of the amazing charts, as you can see. So pretty awesome, guys. It is creating all of these key insights and kind of a dashboard for you. Let's actually let it compile first, and then we will add something to it. Okay, so I think it has already compiled all of the data. And now, like I said, that it was reading it in rupees, and when it finalized, it automatically converted everything into dollars. So this is amazing, guys. You can read the key trends is identified. It has created a separate manual written report as well. Focus area recommended actions. So priority is high discount control CAP discount at 5% without approval requires sign of above 10%. So if anyone wants to get 10% discount, it requires a sign by doctor Sam Parker pricing discipline as the standard. Recover thousand 15 $1,500 per month. This is a leakage straight to the profit and reverse the weekly decline. And all of this clothing portfolio, keep it to the minimum, and data quality issues to fix. It is also recommending how the data should be compiled, suggested charts, and all the key chart analysis as well. So actually, you don't need to do anything now. Claude can automatically create all of these amazing reports for you in just a few seconds. It has also compiled the product along with the revenue you're receiving and then revenue every single month. And then all the KPI performance and the KPI reports as well just by using this random sales data. How amazing is that? Just remember that whenever you see any discrepancy for the time being, just let it process completely. Don't just add any of the prompt, and that will eventually correct automatically. If not, you can add your reply to save or refine the process. So anyways, what I will do is I will attach this finish report along with the sales data and the prompt with the resources section of this video so that you can try it by yourself as well. So that's how it works. Just try this by yourself, and I will see you in the next one. 21. Advanced Prompts & Forecasting: In this video, we are going to try some of the advanced prompt and also we will generate forecasting with Cloud. So we have a couple of prompts that you can get with the resources section of this video. First of all, we have this AI Business recommendations prompt. So although we have created all the sales performance and KPI report with the use of Cloud, but still, if you want to add something to the report, you can easily do that. Open up Cloud here. We can simply write this. So based on all of this KPI performance and sales report, we want Claude to explain us the effective strategies, how we can grow the sales in the future. So it will recommend you the strategies that you can take, including the customer understanding, digital marketing, any kind of product improvement we want or any kind of market trend analysis. Provide practical and actionable insights in a professional tone. Okay, and also create a report for it. Let's say, and also create a report for it. Let's try. Let's copy this as it is. We'll piece it here in clade simply and hit Enter. And just wait for it to proceed. And finally, it has created a complete growth strategy, as you can see, sales growth strategy, practical actionable steps, net revenue is this. The starting line, every initiative below is size against this number. Okay, orders is this, order volume is stable, week to week, demand is not the problem. Average order is variable and all of this amazing growth strategy. The growth math which levers actually pay. Okay? So this is all of the assumptions and how the lever works. You can read all of these details, customer understanding Pillar one, digital marketing Pillar two, product improvement and portfolio Pillar three, and effort is low impact is high, and you can do all of these few steps in order to increase your sale. Here's the KPI scorecard. How to use this report sequence matters. You can read all of this and pretty amazing. It's just for the sake of your understanding on how it can provide any specific report you want. So it really depends on the prompt you give to Claude, and it can provide you with these kind of actionable reports. Pretty awesome. Now let's move on to our next prompt. Let's say that we want a waterfall chart in the month wise sales, and we want it in the current report. So for example, here's my KPI report. As you can see, we have generated the KPI report along with the charts earlier, but I want to include the waterfall chart somewhere down here as well. What we'll do is we'll just go do Cloud and simply ask it to do it for us. So for example, we just simply open that up, paste it here, opus five, accept all edits, and let's process. It will take some time to process, so just wait for it to complete. And it is asking a couple of questions. It says, only January 2025 exists in seals data. What should the waterfall bridge? Weekly bridge within January weekly build to month total month wise placeholder. So whatever is your preference, you can choose that. You can choose the report in which you want it. I don't want it in the growth strategy tab. I'll just want it in the current report, so I'll choose KPI report. And as we can see, it has entered and created this chart for us, although we need to replace this at some other point, and it has created this waterfall chart. So if you want to reformat that into something else, you can do that, as well. But as you can see, pretty straightforward, it has created the relevant data for this kind of charts, and then it created a chart. Moving on to the next thing and that is identifying any kind of future sales trend. So based on the current seals, will it be able to create a forecast for us for the next six months? Let's find out. Let's paste this command here, and also you will get this complete document with the resources section of this video. So don't worry about that. Now, as you can see, it has created successfully the six months sales forecast for us February to July. Although if we see our data, it's almost till January. Let's analyze that here as well. That is for January 2025, okay? So actually, it's 2026, but we were using the report for 2025, so let's continue with it. No problem. Okay, so here is the six months, the next six months forecast. This is the trend for January. This is the real figures, and this is what it has predicted. So how it has predicted what the forecast says it's all of this, how it was created, based on the assumptions, it's all mentioned here. You can read all of these things as well, and confidence in limitations and all of this stuff. So the more accurate prompt you provide, the more accurate results you get. But there is a reason and there is logic behind every kind of report making. And that is an amazing thing what Claude is able to do. So obviously, if you have more sales stata apart from only one month and one year, it will provide you much more details and also very close forecasting levels that you will manually create as well. So this is amazing, guys. Just try all of these advanced prompts and forecasting techniques with Cloud. It's best to use it in your real data because that will provide you much more meaningful information, and you can compare it for yourself as well. Let's say that you have created a forecast on a specific data, you can try what Cloud can do in comparison and just compare it side by side and you will be able to know how much Cloud can do automatically, what it will take you days to complete. So just try this by yourself, and I will see you in the next one. 22. Interactive Excel Dashboards: This video, we are going to see how we can compile amazing dashboard visualizations in Excel directly by using Cloud, so you don't have to do anything. You just need to paste the right command. So let's see how we can do that. And for your reference, what we have done is we have created a new set of data with different products, names and categories and all of these different things, and we want to compile the data for two years. So now we have 2026 data along with all the months and 2025 data as well. Let's see how it compiles up all of this data, and also I've increased the quantity of the data, as you can see. Now we have around 300 plus rows. Let's see if it is able to handle all this and if it is able to create a meaningful report for this extensive set of data or not. So let's go to the Word document, and first of all, I have mentioned this. I mentioned the role how Claude needs to act, act as a professional data analyst. So once we define the rule, it will start working and thinking like that role. So that is very important. First step, and we have also defined its task. Your task is to create a fully functional, modern and interactive dashboard in a new sheet. Requirements, we want to print a complete professional UI dashboard, include all the KPI cards, add visualizations, add filters and slicers and all of that stuff. This is just for a starting point. You can define whatever you want. You can even rewrite the prompt simply by using Gemini or hat JBT. You can provide a sample of any attractive dashboard, you see, and you just paste it in Gemini and it should be able to create a complete prompt on it to create a similar looking dashboard. So let's actually continue with this and go to Claude and we will paste this prompt here. Okay. So make sure everything looks fine. And also, we want it to automatically process everything. So let's mention except all Eits we are using Opus five or whatever is the latest one, you can use that and let's proceed. As you can see, we only have a couple of two sheet tabs. But like we said, that we want the interactive dashboard to be placed on a new Excel sheet, not a new file, a new Excel sheet. That means a new sheet will be created just like this. So let's proceed. And let's see what happens. And now it has fully compiled the dashboard calculation. It has first created the reports for it. And after that, are you ready to look at the dashboard? I'm very excited. Let's see what it has created and look at this guys. It is an amazing dashboard. You can obviously make it black if you want to just by selecting this. Or let's actually ask Claude to do it. Make a black dashboard. But whenever you give a new task to Claude, you just have to wait for some time. So I'll just fast forward to the process. And let's look at it again and look at the guys. It has completely transformed it, and it has created this filters and slicers as well. So for example, if I want the report for Genr, it has compiled it like that, but if I want to change it to something else, it is not working. Okay? So let's ask Claude do that filters and drop downs are not properly functional. And now look at this, it has automatically corrected it for you. That is how perfectly it works. So for example, now let's select the range from January to March, and it has compiled the report for that specific time or that specific period in real time. Let's actually compile it for January to June or August, and this is how it is compiled. 7%, 36 persons, let's check it's if it is working for other charts as well or not. So you can look at this complete interactive chart. You can see it by city, by categories, and so on. So without using a single line of code or without mentioning any details without specifying anything, it is able to compile this amazing, fully functional dashboard just by using Claude. So that is how amazing Claude is. You have to try this, as you can see, even if you want the report for a specific sales representative, let's say how Marcus is performing. It's performing like this, Sara and Tyler. All of the performances and seals by categories, you can observe it here. So just try that simple prompt improvise if you improvise there if you want to, or if you have an inspiration of a dashboard, you can just take the screenshot of it, ask ema Chat JBT to update that prompt for you, and then it will be able to include all of those credentials or all of those details as well, which you wanted in your dashboard. So just try this by yourself, and I will see you in the next one. 23. Appending Data in Excel: This video, we are going to see an amazing magic in Excel using Claude, and that is appending all the data. Now what is append if you have multiple files, and each single one of them contains some data in the same format, although, but there are multiple files, as you can see, from January to December, we have all of the files kept separate. And what we want is not only place all of them into a single file, but we will place it on a single sheet one after the other. So when the January ends, from here, the February should start instead of inserting a new worksheet, it should all arrange in the perfect sequence. So if you try to do it manually and you have hundreds of files, obviously, it is going to take you forever to do that. So let's find out how Claude can help us in appending all of this data. So let's open up Claude. I have this open right here, and just remember that you need a pro subscription for that to use the co work plan. So I'm able to use, as you can see, a cow plan, but you will only get this when you have a pro version. Anyways, let's continue. Click on Project or folder. And from here, we can click on Add a folder. From here, we have to select our data, that is this one right here and click on Always Allow. It says, Allow Cloud to change files. Cloud can edit, delete, and share these files with connected tools. Always allow, okay? So my folder is connected. Now I'll write a simple prompt, and that is append all the data of selected folder. And combine all of this, or you can just get that and create a new Excel file by appending all of the Excel files. You can write anything like that. Now, it will provide you a new Excel file. Let's process it on Allow to access this folder, and now it starts working in the background. It says, found 12 monthly sales files. Let me teach them and check Excels before building the combined file. So as you can see on the right hand side, we have progress context and outputs in all of these activities which is performed. So you just have to wait for some time, and it will do all the functions automatically. And now, Claude AI has finished processing. You can upload it directly to Google Drive as well, or I guess it is already uploaded to Google Drive. No, it's not. It will upload it as soon as we click on it, as you can see. But okay, let's download this. So if we download that, like on Show in folder, it's already kept there, actually, in that specific folder. So we have this USC data 2026 combined. Let's open it. Hopefully, it will do it perfectly fine. Okay, this is Genr. All of the Genrs continuing and look at this guys. It is amazing. Right after the completion of the January, we have February, and we have all the data compiled for that as well. So that is called appending. Let's go down and look at this. The March has started perfectly. Let's actually verify this. If we check our February, it's ending on Medicine Garcia. So Medicine Garcia, perfect. And the march sheet is starting from Christian Carter. Christian Carter. Perfect. So you can manually verify the results of AI as well. So up till December, all of the data is combined without you doing a single work. So that is the power of Claude AI. So this is how you can perform other function using Claude, and that is appending the data. Just try this by yourself, and I will see you in the next one. 24. Automating Excel Formulas: Right. Moving on to the next topic, we have automatic formula creation with AI or with Claude in Microsoft Excel. So in this video, we are going to see how we can create the formula automatically using a simple prompt that we write in Claude, and it is automatically able to find out how do we do that search. For example, we have an extensive set of data where we have a couple of invoices. We have date, customer name. They're selling in different cities, the products, how much quantity they are selling, unit price, total amount, and month of sales, and so on. We have this data of around 1,200 rows. And we want to create some search table, or you can say the lookup table. Now we already know that the Ver formula can work here that if you want to search according to some invoice ID or customer ID or whatever, you want to find all of this data, it can find for us using the VloerFmula then we have to fix using the absolute and relative references. But let's say that you are a beginner and you still want to do all of this task, but you don't know any of that formula. Don't worry. Claude can do it automatically for you. Here's how. So we have already installed Claude, right? So we click on Claude. And we will we here, take the data from all SLS 2026 sheet and find the relevant missing field by applying accurate formula. Let's say that if we give any random command, you don't need any special prompts as well. So let's actually process this and let's see if it is able to complete the right formula for us or not. So what we want is this fields or this column to work as a main driving thing. And as we mentioned the invoice ID, it should automatically pop up all the results from this sheet and put it right here. So whatever formula it wants to use, it can use it. So as you can see, it immediately processed the complete formulas. It's still working on it. So let's just wait for it to complete. So instead of V lookup, it has chosen to apply the X up formula because it felt that it will work better in this situation, especially when we are taking the data from other sheets. Let's actually verify that. So for example, January 70 or let's say May 42. So May 42, let's manually check that. As you can see, it's even taking me time to manually search for any data. So it's May 42. Okay, we're in 42. It's Eric Stewart, Cleveland, Perfect. 142.79. Just randomly check some of the results here and there, and you can see for yourself how the formula creation can be done using AI with Claude. So you want to do complex task in Excel, but you don't know the exact formulas, you're not that proficient or even if you are beginner, and you still want to use and create some awesome things in Excel. You can now use Claude to do all of that task for you. Let's actually verify that if it is able to process the data in real time as well or not. Let's take an example of invoice number 63 for June. Let's paste it here, and as soon as I paste anything, it is able to search all of the details in the sheet. So floors Nathan floors, this is day and 1,381.08 1,381.08. Perfect. So this is how the formula creation works for Excel using Claude. Just try this by yourself, and I will see you in the next one. 25. Bulk Personalized Emails: Guys, so far it is getting more and more interesting. Let's see an amazing magic trick in Claude that you can use to create and then send the vouchers or any kind of receipts or invoices automatically directly from Excel into Claude. So let's say that this is the sample voucher that we want to create. We don't have that already. We only have the data on Excel. So here's the student details, the bank copy, school copy, and parent copy. So all of these details are here. And we want to create similar vouchers automatically, and the clot should automatically attach them in the respective emails, write the email body, and then email them automatically for the payment reminders. Let's see if it is able to do all of this task or not. So we have this sample data with us, and just for checking, I have written my own email address. One is different than the other one than the first one than the second one than the first one. So we have mentioned all of our emails. Now, what we want Claude to do is this simple task. So for example, we will just upload our sample. This is the sample voucher. Format, create the vouchers on this pattern for all the students and email them for payment reminder by attaching the voucher and write the email body. Create personalized emails and send them to their respective email addresses mentioned. So I have just randomly created whatever comes to my mind. Let's see if it is able to do that or not. So it's a difficult task. And by the way, I'll attach this prompt with the description or resources section of this video as well, and also you will get this data along with the voucher sample with the resources section of this video as well. So as you can see, it's starting to read this workbook, it might take some time, so just sit back and relax while it completes and prepares the vouchers. And after that, we will see the final result. If it asks you for any kind of additional details, I'll let you know. And as you can see, it has created the personalized payment reminder for emails as well. Here's the subject, the voucher blog, and this is the email body. Dear parents, Sarah Jenkins. This is friendly demanded that the tuition fee for this enrolled student is now due. Voucher number is this amount paper is this, how to pay your voucher is attached with the email pres, present the bank copy at the counter and retain the parent copy for your records. So this is what Excel can do. Now let's try to work on Claude. Let's open up cow. I'll just click on New, and let's actually attach a file. If you want to detach your existing file link, you can just click on it once and it will be removed. And after that, just make sure that your cowork is selected. I'll just go to the voucher dataset sheet. And it says no mail app is connected, so it cannot generate that emails. So what we'll do is I'll just ask it, create personalized emails and send them their respective email address mentioned, attach PDF voucher for each fill the email body and title. All info is available in the attached sheet. Let's see if it is able to work on it. Okay, now it says, I've built all ten personalized vouchers, PDFs and emails are ready. Okay, that's good. Five students will go to this. Five students emails will go to this. Perfect. Are you ready? Connected to the Gmail account, ready to send? Yes, send it all. Alright, so it is completed. The task is completed, and as you can see, all ten personalized voucher emails have been successfully sent. This is the summary. Very good. And you have this little note of it that you can read. Anyways, I'm very excited, so I will just go directly to my Gmail account, and I must have received some important emails. Yes, I did. And as you can see, these are the personalized emails. Dear parent guardian of Liam. This is a friendly reminder that your tuition fee for this student enrolled in cybersecurity Operations is now due. This is the payment voucher number, amount, issue date, due date, and all of these things. How to pay? This is the payment method. The late fee is this. Mom regards account of Maplewood Preparatory School. And look at this. The voucher is attached as well. It has already automatically created this voucher. So if you download this, it is very, very nice. Similarly, the other email, the voucher is attached, so pretty awesome. Let's actually check our other email address, and you might have received some more reminders or vouchers as well. So this is what you have received. So in this case, since I was using the Claude directly for that, so I didn't attach that sample again. But what you can simply do is you can just upload that sample as well and just ask it to prepare it with that sample and attach these kind of copies in the email. But apart from that, everything is working perfectly. It has attached the attachment of the PDF file. It has created the personalized emails, email the people automatically all done in a single click. You don't have to do anything basically. And the best part is you only had this basic details. Simply, that's it. This is the simplest record that you can keep in Excel. If you have email address mentioned with it, it can do all the task for you. It can prepare the vouchers for you, anything you want. So that is how you can develop an automatic emailing system using Claude in Excel. Descry this by yourself, and I will see you in the next one. 26. Consolidating Workbooks: This video, we are going to see how we can combine all of that separate Excel workbooks into one single workbook or one single file. But we have done that earlier as well, right? But that time we appended the data. That means, let's say that we have one file of Genry When the enry completes, it will place the data right below that for February but all in the single sheet. Now, what if I want to combine all of these workbooks into a single workbook, but on a multiple sheet tabs. Here's how you can easily do it with Claude. First of all, we will go to the Start menu and right here, Claude, open that up. And from here, we can use the cow feature. Again, you need the P subscription to use the cow feature, but it offers a lot of benefits, so it's worth investing in. So click on Add a folder, and then we will choose the folder. So, for example, here is my folder. I'll just choose that, click on Select Folder, and now I can say combine all Excel workbooks into single Excel file. But each workbook data must be on a separate Sheet tab. Let's hit Enter. Don't ask again for this folder excess. Click on Allow, and now it will start working. You just have to wait and get your results. And look at this. It says done. I combine all 12 monthly workbooks into a single file. Let's see the results, actually. Click on Show. And let's open this up and look at this guys. It is so amazing. It has combined all of the separate workbooks into different sheets on a single file. Amazing. So this is an other use case of what you can do in Claude. Just try this by yourself, and I will see you in the next. 27. Auto Table of Contents: Video, we are going to explore another beautiful use case of Cloud, and that is creating an index for all of the sheets so that you can easily navigate through all of the sheets. So let's say that I want a main sheet which has the hyperlinks or the proper index to switch to any sheet I want. And then we have the main sheet button as well somewhere here so that wherever we are, we can always switch to the index menu easily. So instead of creating the sheet, formatting it, adjusting the hyperlinks, creating the buttons, we can do it all in cloud. First of all, I'll just open up Cloud, create a well formatted index sheet to navigate to each sheet in this workbook with buttons. But in every individual sheet, a hyperlink well formatted button should exist to move back to index sheet. So whatever came to my mind, I just ask Claude to do it for me. Let's select accept all edits so that it doesn't ask you for the permissions again and again and let's process and just wait for it to complete. Now, it might ask you for some permission. We can click on ALO once. And look at this. This is the main index sheet which can switch easily to other sheets easily. So for example, I want to switch directly to October 2026 sales. All I have to do is just click on that and you get here. And we also have a navigation back to Index. Pretty awesome, right? So this is how you can simply create an index using a professional format directly with Claude. Just try this by yourself and I will see you in the next. 28. Product Summary Sheets: Video, we are going to see another beautiful use case of using Claude in Excel. And that is we have this sheet that we have used in the previous assignments as well. As you can see, we have around 1,200 of rows, and we have month wise data for different years, okay? So we have different customers. We have different cities. We have different products, their unit prices and the total amount of sales. Let's say we want to create a product summary sheet, whether it's total sales, whether it's something else, we will simply command Cloud to make a summary sheet for us, and let's see what happens. All we have to do is just click on Cloud and create a product summary sheet, and that's it. Now, you don't have to do anything. It says, I look at the sales data first. It's running two scripts, reading the data. And then you will see in real time that it will start working directly on your sheet. Now you can see that it has created a product summary sheet for you. Let's look at it. And, Wow. Look at this guys. Not only it has compiled all the products along with the units sold, the revenue collected, the every unit price for each product, the order value, it has compiled the revenue contributing percentage for that as well. So how much a particular product is contributing in overall revenue, that's a very important parameter in order to get an idea of how the product is performing. And also, we have a total revenue as well. So the complete product summary sheet is available for you. You don't have to use even a pivot table. It can do it all by itself. And what formula is it using? It is using the Sum A formula. It has fixed all the required fields and ranges as well. Pretty awesome, right? You can also do or create any kind of dashboard or charts if you want to. You just simply command it and it will prepare for you. That is an other amazing use case of how you can create a product seal summary sheet automatically with Claude. Just try this by yourself, and I will see you in the next. 29. Automatic Bank Reconciliation: This video, we are going to see how we can automate the bank reconciliation process using Claude in Excel, you heard me right, bank reconciliation automatically. Let's say that we have this scenario. We have a case book or any bankbook ledger that is exported from your software. We have compiled it here. We have imported the bank statement into Excel format. Now, we have an extensive set of transactions that will take you a lot of time to reconcile all of these transactions. These are around 500 transactions. So let's see the before scenario what you manually do. First of all, we will check one transaction from our books, for example, this one, and we check it in our bank statement. It's Staples Commercial, first of October, 12,223.89. So we have this transaction right here as well that is matching against it. So it appears in the bank statement as well. We'll highlight that both. Let's move on to the next transaction. And that is, let's say, 2190 Sterling services. So we will find sterling services like so and we will match it here. Then we have this 115-151-1515. 11 515 appears here. It's against FedEx Freight and FedEx freight. Check number is 611, check number 611, both appears here. So this is the manual scenario that you normally do. Let's see what Cloud can do for us in order to automate all of this process. But in this scenario, we have two sheets. We don't have one. We have two sheets. One is cashbook and one is bank statement. We'll open Cloud, and we want to automate the bank reconciliation process in both of the sheets. So what we'll do is we will select the first sheet, and we will hold the Shift key and select the second one as well. As you can see, both of them are now highlighted. All we have to do is do bank reconciliation. Hit Enter, and let's see what happens. It says, I'll read both sheets to understand the data structure. Make sure that it is reading both sheets. Like I did, we selected a couple of sheets, and then you should be able to give the command to work on both sheets at the same time. So imagine the power of Claude. It can do all the task automatically and how much it is beneficial for the accountants who do this kind of manual work every single day. And I can even ask it to highlight it automatically whatever is matched on both of the sheets. You can refine your command here automatically, but I think that it will identify the clear pattern of how accountants work on different sheets, and it is able to do all of that automatically in Claude. Now look at this. We have a new sheet. That is bank reconciliation. So fingers cross, let's open it up and look at this. It has identified all the differences, what it has matched, what it has not matched, and it has completed the bank reconciliation statement. But I don't want it this way. I want it to highlight transactions in both sheets. What is matched? What is unmatched, write a note. And also mentioned if our transaction is matched against multiple transactions on sheet. So I want something like this. Let's forward this request and let's see what happens. If it asks you for any pending edits, you can click on Entry to Allow it once and look at this. It is now working and applying the reconciliation. And look at this guys. It has created a bank reconsideration earlier, and we have successfully matched many of the transactions in the cash book against the bankbook. So these all transactions are not matched. It has put a note with it cleared in batch, many to one. Receipt is one of four cashbook items in the bank combined into a single bulk deposit. So let's take Bank and look at this. It has also mentioned my Mash reference. It is completely matched, completely matched. Bank charges not in cashbook. It has highlighted that unrecorded receipt. It has recorded that unrecorded direct debit has recorded that, and 12 many is also matched. And also, you can notice this thing. 17,163 bulk deposit, cashbook batch items. One too many, this single bank credit clears three separate customer deposit items in the cash book. So as you can see, we have this bash deposit that is done in three parts. But the badge deposit reference is the same. So this totals up 17,163, but it appears in the bank as a single transaction, 17,163 on both sides. So it is able to identify that kind of transactions as well. This should be matched in this way in bulk. So look at this, guys. These are almost 500 of the transactions that you can do with much more accuracy, then how would you manually do it? And it's almost going to take you like two or three days to reconcile all of these transactions. So you can avoid this kind of manual work as well. Now, what I advise you to do is if you've already performed some bank reconciliation earlier and you have that report with you that you have manually done in your organization, just try to do it automatically with Claude and just cross reference this. You can match your report with Claude report to see the accuracy of the bank reconciliation that Claude performs automatically. Pretty awesome feature, especially very, very useful for accountants. Just try this by yourself, and I will see you in the next. 30. Payroll Automation: This video, we are going to see and work on the payroll automation using Claude in Microsoft Excel. And we are going to see multiple examples here, whether it is creating a formula for the net salary on a simple sheet or whether it's calculating the bonuses or overtimes based on specific rules. So we will see that if we have a check in checkout attendance sheet just like this, you can automatically create a fully functional attendance register automatically within check in checkout time, it will combine the summary of the attendance register, and it will combine the summary of the working days in the present days as well. All automatically using Claude. So first of all, let's see the basic example. We have 50 employees approximately. We have different departments, basic salary, bonus and deductions. Now, although the calculation is pretty simple if you want to calculate the net salary, but still, let's say that we have different criteria or whatever we have multiple fields, we can automatically calculate the salary using Claude. So first of all, let's try with the basics. So let's open up Claude and let's simply ask to calculate net salary. And we will just mention the basic input or prompt so that we can see whether it is able to pick up the right calculation or not. Obviously, it will because it is a very simple calculation. So as you can see, it has inserted the new column, and it is calculating the salary, applying the formulas. I'm not doing anything. It is automatically working totally on itself. So you can see, like I said, it is a very basic formula. So basic salary plus bonus minus deductions, it is able to compile all of the net salary right here. And you can also add to that report, for example, I want to create the department wise approximately salary totals so that I can get the department wise calculation. Let's it enter, and you can see that I just dictate it like this. And let's see if it is able to complete that or not. So right now, it has automatically created different categories regarding accounts department, sales and all, and now it compiled how many employees are in each department, their basic salary bonuses and deductions and the net salary in that specific department. Now, what to do if you want to let's say cross check the results of Claude. So what you can do is just apply a filter here. We'll just select this all we will apply a filter, and we will, let's say, filter it by accounts, and we want to check the total here. So we highlight all of these net salaries, and it's approximately of 43,460. Let's clear it now. The accounts department total salary should be 43,460, but it didn't include the accounts department. No, it did. I just needed to scroll up. So 43,460 and 43,460 down here as well. So that is how you can verify each of the calculation manually as well. Just apply the simple filters and you should be able to get the result. Along with the accuracy. So as you can see, department wise seal summary report is also prepared. Now, if we need to see or which formula it has used to calculate all of this summary, it might be sum if. Like I said, it is sum if, so it automatically fixed the relevant requirements, whatever is movable, you might know the combination of absolute and relative references, so it has done this automatically because in the very next row, we need the salary for Admin, right? So this part, I five. In this part, five should move to six. So that's why it didn't put $1 sign here. But when this formula is dragged towards right, I or the look a value, whatever we want to find the sum of, should not change to J, because we want in every column to find the basic salary bonus and deductions for accounts. I should not move when we drag it towards right. So it has automatically fixed I column. Let me just show you again. It is automatically fixed I column, but the row is free. So how amazing is that it is able to calculate it in a perfect way. So even if you drag towards right and drag it downwards, nothing changes. It's not that if you manually work on it, it will disrupt the formula calculated by Claude. It is creating the perfect formula for you. Now, it's your choice if you want to specially mention that put this kind of summary sheet onto a next sheet. It will create a separate sheet for you. But like I said, in this case, I wanted this summary to appear here right in front of the payroll register, you can say. So this is the result for the payroll register which is obviously a simple one. Let's see some more example. By the way, you will get this file with the resources section of this video. So just download that and follow along. Okay, we have this kind of attendance report that you might normally see from all the attendance devices. This kind of report is exported normally. We have check in, checkout, and all of the punch time out. Now, if you want to calculate the salary based on that, you have to define the rules. Let's say that if an employee is late by half an hour, how much is the deduction or if there is any relaxation? So you need to define all of that rules and mention that in Claude. You can also make a note of it directly here so that every time it follows that rule to calculate the salary or calculate all kind of deductions, you can say. Now, what I did is, I just opened Claude, and I just mentioned this. Create attendance sheet for all employees. Their check in time is 9:00 A.M. And the end time is at least 5:00 A.M. To 6:00 P.M. Because some people leave early, some people leave late, but at least it should be 5:00 P.M. To consider as a full day. You can mention that as well, but at least check out time should be 5:00 P.M. To consider it as full day work. Whatever comes to your mind, you can define the rules based on that, calculate half day present, et cetera, based on that, create a professional format, and make it. You can obviously refine this by discussing or brainstorming with chat GBT or Gemini, so that it can define these prompts for you. And whatever Excel sheet or rules you have, you can attach all of that in Claude as well, and it will automatically decide and base the calculation on those rules or those sheets. You can do that, as well. Okay, let's hit Enter let's see how it creates all of that. This one was already created by Claude, so I just deleted that as well. And it's rebuilding both sheets with the revised rule and all of that. So actually, we will click on Dangerously Always Allow because it will keep on asking. Since it is working on multiple sheets, it might keep on asking for allow and allow for different reasons. So I have allowed it for all. And let's look at this attendance sheet that it has made. We click on that. First of all, let's notice this one, ID date key and time value. It has calculated the time value using if error and time value function. And let's look at the attendance sheet. Standard check in time is this, grace period is 15 minutes. Period checkout for full day is this, normal radius checkout is this, full day minimum worked Rs should be eight, half day minimum worked s should be four. And let's close out of here. It has calculated the attendance for each employee for each date based on your check in and checkout time. So if you notice here, the check in, checkout time and break in time looks like this. But here, it has clearly defined the check in and checkout time, and it has used multiple formulas here, as you can see. So it has calculated the Rs, the worked Rs, break Rs, late in minutes, early leave, so it will be considered as a half day. Similarly, if no punching is done, absent, full day, but 1 minute late, so that you can allow. You can mention the status rules like this, and it will calculate accordingly. So he is 16 minutes late, 16 minutes late, 20 minutes late, full day, full day. And most of them are full day. And Mahamad Ibrahim is absent for many days, so it has marked accordingly. And as you can see, it has completed very detailed attendance sheet, and it has defined and segregated it properly rather than this random sheet that we have extracted from the biometric machine. Let's click on the summary and you can see the magic here. You can see all the employees' names, employee ID, working days, full days, half days, whatever, absent days, incomplete days, and the total R worked in a particular month average Rs worked and attendance percentage. So what you can do is if you have a salary sheet or you have the attendance which you have made a salary manually, just use all of those rules here, enter that here, tell that to Cloud, and then ask it to prepare the attendance sheet and the summary sheet for you. And whatever you have prepared, just compare it by that. And if everything works great, you can easily calculate the monthly salary or payroll using Cloud. So that is how you can automate the payroll in Claude, after that, you can simply command that to create the payslips and email them on their specific email address as well. We have seen that kind of scenarios earlier in the course where we have seen how the students fee reminders are sent to them. Similar method will be used here. So just try this by yourself, and I will see you in the next one. 31. Managing Expense Sheets: Let's see how good Cloud is in expense management. So we have already seen that if we have similar kind of sheet with different amounts of expenses, it can make the category wise summary of expenses very easily. But let's say that we want to create an expense report identifying the highest expenses category and making charts about it. So let's see quickly if we can let's quickly see how that thing work in Cloud. So we will simply write generate let's create the spelling. Generate the monthly expense report and identify the highest expenses category. Let's see if it is able to create something out of it. Now, if it asks you for an additional verification or ask you Claude wants to fix totals, row edges, let's continue with dangerously Is Allow because we don't want to allow it every single time. And now look at this monthly report. And look at this guys. It has created a month wise and the category wise expense tracker that if we have a certain month and we have expenses, how this must be divided into different categories like marketing advertisement, how much we are spending on meals and entertainment, office supplies, professional services, and so on and so forth. And if the highest expense is professional services, it has also highlighted that it's around 38% of the total expenses. And look at this, it has also created the spark lines for very useful report, very professional one as well. Key finding this highest expense category is this amount is this. And you can see all of these amazing formulas are all automatically applied. So whether it's index, average, max, or any kind of if conditions, all of that is applied professionally. We have the category here as well. We have a chart as well. So this is another use case of how the expense sheet management with category, along with identification of the highest category is done in clawed. Just try this by yourself, and I will see you in the next one. 32. Inventory Management: Right, guys, moving on to the next topic is the inventory management using Cloud. And the good thing about Cloud is, even though if we provide this kind of sheet, which is already prepared, but we have different stock levels. So, for example, for each item, we have this unit price and stock available with us. And the reorder level is already mentioned here that whenever it falls onto this level or below this level, we need to reorder that. So this is basically inventory management system. But here we want the Claude to automatically guide us which stocks need to be reordered which is seriously below the reorder level, which is above the reorder level and so on and so forth. It will take you some time to create those kind of formulas. You might have already identified that if you already know Excel, comment or message me which formula did you identify? So let's continue. And let's see if Claude can identify that formula and make it for us. So we'll go to Claude and here, if you want to create let's say low stock alert, we will write here something like from the inventory sheet, identify the items. The stock is below reorder level. So I want to identify all the items in the invent sheet which is below the reorder level. Let's test this. And by the way, you will get the list of all of these prompts in the description of this video or in the resources section of this video. So as you can see, it has started working on the reorder status. Wherever it falls below the reorder level, we have nine, and the reorder level is 14. So we need to reorder that. This one is okay. This one is okay, and all of the above Let's click on dangerously allow it to make further changes. And as you can see, it has also applied the conditional formatting, which is great and look at this. Pretty awesome, right? And also, let's say that you need to create a summary sheet or summary report, we can say, O total items. Let me just quickly write it first. We just created a simple prompt, create a summary report of the total items and low stock items from the inventory sheet. Do you know that Claude can also help you getting more clients or getting ultimately more business by following up your clients at the right time? And that is exactly what we are seeing here. We have different clients, and we are managing a sheet where we have contacted them, whether cold call, whether through email, and they have mentioned that we are free by this date. So the next follow up date you have mentioned like this, but nothing more than that. After that, you have to either manually check or you just forget. So if you want to create a pipeline tracker or follow up tracker like this date until the last follow up priority, which says whether the call is due today or whether a contact is due today. In the next seven days, you have closed that already overdue upcoming or these kind of status. And also the action needed is mentioned. The days since last contact is also mentioned. So this might be very very helpful for you, and the best part is you don't need any of these formulas. So let's do it once again simply by using a simple prompt that you have found in the previous resources section as well. So this is it. I'll just copy this, simply go to Claude and piece it right here. I'll just see from the client follow up sheet, identify clients who need follow up in the next seven days. Okay? Mentioning these fields, days until follow up, priority action needed, and days since the last contact. Let's put it into action and let's see how it automatically create those kind of sheets. But just to mention, I don't want it here. I want it actually in the client sheet. So let's paste it here, and let's read for the response. And look at this. It has created a summary for us. You can read through all of this, but look at this one. The next follow up date was mentioned. So the follow up status since the next follow up date was 22 of August, and we are already on 27th of August. That means we have crossed the follow up date and we are late by five days. So it's overdue, critical, very important overdue by five days contact immediately follow up. Again, the second one was due to be contacted on 17th of August. It's overdue, and we need to contact him immediately. And by the way, I have asked you in the starting, which formula do you think will be used here to calculate and compare the dates, and then identifying whether it's overdue, due, close, due today, and so on. It will be an if formula. As you can see, it's a very detailed formula that is automatically done by Claude. So here, if it's used, this one is E five minus today, so it has compared the next follow up date from today to easily identify how many days have passed. Days since the last contact today minus the last contact day. And similarly, priority and action needed is also derived or extracted with the if formula. So very important if formulas. And if you have already contacted that the status is already mentioned here that we have closed this conversation, so no action needed. If it is due today, we need to contact him now, this one is new within the next seven days because the last day is only one day have passed, so we don't need to contact him. So next seven days is the criteria of all the time period which is 1-7 days. So you can see that it is a very, very effective way of managing all of this in a single sheet, especially if you don't know any of the formulas. This will be very, very useful for you and literally a game ginger for to get more business, contact the customers at the right time and disclose your sales. So this is an other beautiful example of how the clot can be used in Excel, using a client follow up or pipeline tracker. Just try this by yourself and I will see you in the next one. 33. Inventory Management: Part 1: Right, guys, moving on to the next topic is the inventory management using Cloud. And the good thing about cloud is, even though if we provide this kind of sheet, which is already prepared, but we have different stock levels. Client Follow-Up Tracker: Do you know that Claude can also help you getting more clients or getting ultimately more business by following up your clients at the right time? And that is exactly what we are seeing here. We have different clients, and we are managing a sheet where we have contacted them, whether cold call, whether through email, and they have mentioned that we are free by this date. Budget Variance Reports: Ing on to the next topic, we have the budget variance reports. So if you have a sheet like this, where we have different departments, different expenses, and we have some of the budget for expenses, and these are some of the actual expenses. So not only we have to identify the variance, whether it's under budget or over budget, but also we want to create a detailed professional report. And let's say that you are a complete begun to this and you have to submit in your organization. No problem. You can just use our prompts and paste it in Claude and you should be able to create it. So here is the prompt. I'll just copy both of them, and let's try to paste it in Claude. See what happens. So this is one prompt, and this is the other one. I'll just not remove any kind of quotation marks or so on because I want to do the work as quickly as possible. Again, since it is making a lot of changes, we will allow always to work on anything it wants. And let's look at it. Okay, so first of all, it has created the variance. It has also identified and created the conditional formatting, where it's over budget, under budget, the status is all given using the I formulas and the conditional formatting as well, the variance is all mentioned, and what is meant by it, you can see the department summary of budget versus actual here it is. Rank of overspend is also mentioned. So we have six departments over budget, gross overspend, gross underspend, and largest overspend is on information and technology. So this gives you a better idea of how your budgets should be managed in future. Very useful tool and very useful use case as well, especially for accountants or finance experts. It can do it all by itself. Just write this by yourself, and I will see you in the next. 37. Claude Code in VS Code Setup: This video, we are going to see how we can set up the Cloud code so that we can start working on our premium website. But before even starting, let me tell you one very important thing. If you open up Cloud, you can see that we have chat here. Now, chat is for all the day to day functions, like you want to ask questions, get some replies, you want to create some basic thumbnails, basic pictures or get any kind of Excel data or you want some small task for it to perform. Can reply to that in the real time in chat. However, if you switch to cow, it will start working on automations. It can manage your Gmail, I can manage your drive. It can do the data arrangement by directly connecting with your Windows, folders and softwares, basically. So that is what cow is about. However, if you want to code on the website, we need cloud code for that. Now, might have seen in your application, the code option here, or you might also have seen code option here as well. But we will use some different method on how we will use Cloud code. We are basically going to use VS code for that so that we can easily identify what is going on, and it makes the website creation process very, very smooth. So it's your choice wherever you want to use Cloud code, there are multiple applications which you can connect it to, but I will be preferring VS code for that. So it is indeed a product by Cloud, but as you can see, it excels at coding. So you can search for Cloud code directly on Google Search, right Cloud code here, and you will get this Cloud code by enthropic option right below the basic Cloud sign in. You click on that and then you have the option to download it for Windows. So once you download that, then it should work in the Cloud. Basically, this is kind of an extension. Let's see first whether we are able to switch on to the Cloud code directly in the Cloud application or not. Now, once Cloud code is installed, you will notice that it will open up your same application that you have downloaded for Cloud. So what we need to do is we need to switch to code. If you are, by the way, unable to click on that, you just need to click on the Expand sidebar, and then you should access the code just like so and you can paste your code here. You can create it all here. Like I said, instead of working on Cloud code directly in the Cloud application, I prefer to work on Visual Studio code. That is VS code. So to open that up, it's a very simple process. Let me just actually switch to Light mode. So we will open Google and we will write here Visual Studio code, and you will get the option right away. From here, you will click on Visual Studio Code. This is an open source AI code editor, so you don't need any specific subscription for that. You can simply download it for Windows. Now, what is the reason to prefer this one? As you can see, it is much more structured. You should be able to see all of your files and all of your sessions as well on a single area. So the interface, as you can see, is much more convenient and it will be easy for you to understand, especially if you know coding. It will be very helpful for you. So I'm using Windows. You will get the same option for MAC here, download it for Mac. But let's continue with Download for Windows, and you can see it is starting to download it right away. Once the download is complete, we will simply install it like we normally do for any other software. Okay, so now our download is complete. You can see on the top the download is complete. We will just click on this and click on Run. Click on I accept the agreement, click on Next. And it will basically install it in the programs, like all the program files and the areas there. So I'll keep all of that default. Nothing needs to be changed. If you want to use it frequently, you can create desktop shortcut icon as well. So I'll just create that. Click on Install. I'll just continue with all the basic or recommended configurations. There's nothing I have changed there. Now let's launch and finish the setup process and launch the application. So this is the main interface. You will get this welcome message. You can click on Continue with Google and sign in with the same ID that you are using for Cloud as well. Just prefer to use that. Otherwise, you can use something else as well. Let's create the account. You basically need a Github account for that. Click on Continue. Again, let's sign in, and you have this dashboard. Also, we'll click on Continue with Github now now, once it is done and you are signed in, you have to click on extensions that you will find at the top left hand corner. This little navigation area right here. You can see extensions here. Click on that. And here we will just write Cloud. Now, you will get the Cloud extensions. You can either download or install the chat or Cloud code. In this case, I want Cloud code. So you'll click on Install next to it. Click on Trust publisher and Install and you can see it's installing. When it is installed, you will see the Cloud icon at the top right here, as you can see in the welcome window. Whenever it is installed, you will get started with cloud code interface, and on the top, you have this cloud code open option. You click on that. That is how you can set up the Cloud code in the visual studio editor. Just try this by yourself, and I will see you in the next one. 38. Making Websites Look Unique: This video, we are going to see a very important tip. That will be a game changer for you, and that is creating an AI website which doesn't look like AI. So if you notice, the patterns of AI is pretty much the same. Whether you are designing thumbnails, whether you are designing post, whether you are designing websites, it almost follows the same kind of color scheme. Or same fonts or same styles that if many people are using soon, it will be easily detected by every human that it is AI website. So we are going to change that although we are going to fully create it from Claude, but it will not look like the AI website or AI created website with Claude. And for that, I have found a really good github tool kit that you will get with the resources section of this video. So what you can do is just copy and paste that, and it's going to provide you all the tools you need to develop your front end, back end and all of the stuff. And as you can see, if you're already expert in that, you might already know which tools to use, but I'll guide you what I will be using in this example. Now, if you scroll all the way down to the bottom, you will see this section, which is quick reference. Here, you will get all the tools, skills or design you need to use or the tools that you need to use in your website designing. Obviously, we will not be using all of that. We will be using only ones we like. So the first one is front end design. It is skill and design by Enthropic which is a parent company of Claude. So this is mentioned as official, as you can say. So we can use that command, or otherwise, you can try different ones as well. I'll just show you one method of how we can use these tools and you can use the other ones based on your preferences once you get to know how we can design the websites in Cloud code. So to access this front end design, basically, this is just for the quick reference. You won't be able to access it from here. This is according to the arrangement of this page. So if you scroll all the way up, you will see this design skills kill the AI slop. You click on that and you will see this design skills and the front end design official by enthropic and you can see all the details about it. We just click on this source button. And that will lend us to this Claude Code, this complete plug in of the front end design to create it for you. Now, what is the benefit of this? It says front end design official the one you install first Enthropicown skills that tells Claude to pick an actual aesthetic direction before writing instead of defaulting to inter purple gradient rounded cards, like you normally see in the EA websites. It will be different from that instead of using the AI generated pages which is same layout for all, it will use some different things. So what is different in that? Claude makes a direction before coding. So what your website is about, it will take the font and the color scheme according to that, which is very, very nice. Requires real typography pairing, not just whatever sens reef. So this is the common font used by AI, so it is commenting on that blocks generic component patterns and cookie cutter layouts and so on. Now to install, what we'll do is we'll just select all of this reference, copy this and simply head back to this icon, which is the VS, paste it here in the cloud code, and we can especially ask to install this kill so that it can work in every project. Let's see. Let's send it. And as you can see, it's running the commands, it's running the power shell to install it for you. It says, I'll install that plugin for you, installing the power shell, let me locate it and turning in all of the things. Now it says that Git isn't installed, and the plugin system requires to fetch marketabili install Git via Wingt. Click. That is recommended. Submit the answer, and it will continue to install. Click. And it will install this separately on your Windows. And once that is installed, you might or might not see it. When you put a forward slash, you scroll all the way down to this section. It is alphabetically arranged. So after the thinking models and all of these things, after the customized slash commands are here. So under the slash commands, if you scroll down a little bit, you will see this front end design should show here, but if yours is not showing here or if it is showing some error, just simply log out or close this application. That again and it will restart everything after that. It will show up. So basically, it just needs a refresh. So we just write here forward slash and here it is. Now, another one that I will personally use as well, if you scroll down a little bit, you will see this UIUXPromx. And as you can see, many people have like that. It has a lots of likes. The author is next level Builder and you can install that plug in as well, following the same system. So if we click on this source, you can see that the stars or likes is almost 122 K. So which is huge, you can use that as well. So what is about you can read about all of this. It's an AI skill that provides design intelligence for building professional UIUX websites across the multiple platforms. So that is great. So let's actually copy this and let's see and proceed with the installation, which is very simple. We just copied that. Go to the Visual Studio, make sure you are in the Cloud code, and then just pressed it, and that's it. You just hit Enter, and it will do the job for you. Now, once it is installed, it says, I installed a Mainstream platforms. Reload the VS Code window for the skill to load in. So let's reload and after that, you will find the skill here. So these skills basically kill the AI slop. Just install these plugins and skills, and I will see you in the next one. 39. Planning a Site in Plan Mode: Know that you can plan ahead the website with the plan mode that you have in Cloud code or Visual Studio. And that is a very, very useful feature so that you can define the overall look and feel of the website. You can define the aesthetic look or what kind of design basically you want, what kind of direction it should work on. You can define all of that in the plan mode, and let's see how we can activate that and what planning do we need to provide it? So I have this prompt right here that I will attach with the description or resources section of this video. So we will just copy that. This is basically the website that we are creating. This is mountain retreat. So the goal is to build a website for a Summit Ridge, a high AirBnB villa situated in the mountains of the Pacific Northwest. The website primary objective is to highlight the property's unique architectural and natural surroundings, driving visitors to secure a reservation through Airbnb listing. The website should feel quasi, exclusive, adventurous and visually striking. Every design should support the single objective of motivating users to click on the booking link and reserve their dates. So this is a complete, detailed overview of what the website should look like and what is all about. This is basically the plan. Now, we will go to the Visual studio and from here in the auto down here in the chat, you will see this auto option. We will switch to plan, and now the plan mode is activated, we'll simply paste it right and you can also define what you are looking for in the website. Just considered that you don't need to advise the cloud code how it should make the website. You should just present your idea of the website of how you actually want to see it rather than technical points on how it should start creating it because it already knows its job. You just have to define what's in your mind of definition for an ideal website. So let's execute that and let's send it. Now, here it is asking you a couple of questions of how should this website be built? This machine has no node, NBM or B on patch. So whether it should build it for the static STML or Astro or one self contained SDML or other. So you have to submit the answer here. Now, if you knew, you can choose it accordingly, but if not, you can choose other, and you can just write choose the one that best fits. So we let Claude Code decide it. Now, it says Avila site lives on its photography, and there's no summtrg photos. How should imagery be handled? So we have no photos. If you have one, you can provide with the original photos. Obviously. When you are dealing with the real life scenario, you have to provide the actual photos of your villa or your property so that it can place that in the website. But right now we are just going with the example. So no photos, it will choose itself. Let's move on to the structure. What pad structure serves the booking goal best? Single page scroll, this is recommended as well or multi pad site or other. So if you want to prefer multi pad site, it can also create that as well. Let's continue. And booking link, you can choose the AirBnB listing here. I have the real listing URL. So I'll just click on O. And I'll just simply paste the AirBnB link. That's it, submit the answers, and now it starts to work on it. And after that, you will have the option to accept this plan, select the text in the preview to add to comments and auto accept yes and manually approve edits, no key planning or something like that. If you see that something is missing here, you can select no key planning. But otherwise, on the right hand side, you can see the complete plan here. It has decided the context, the single page villa site, all the directions, what tools it will be using and all of these things. The structure is mentioned, the files, implementation, notes, quality floor verification, all is mentioned here. We can also include in the instructions that include some amazing suitable photos for the website, and it will work on that as well. And now we will click on Accept the plan. It has made all of the adjustments that you asked it for. And let's Auto accept that. Allow this Bash command, we will click. So you can allow this, but just look at what it is doing. It is downloading and asking you to verify the 15 photos. It's the pictures all around the place inside the living area, inside the flower place, and so on. Some of the cinematic shots or pictures is taken here. So we can click. We can also mention the inspiration you can attach or upload it from your computer as well. The inspiration simply means the color scheme you want for your design or any kind of inspiration if you want to get from any particular website, you can mention the website link as well so that it starts creating based on that pattern. Now, for example, if I write here Air BnB landing page, we are going to get some of the options from ripple and Magnific. So although we are not going to copy any of this, but you can get the inspiration from here. So, for example, if you want a website similar to this one, you have a tourist website. You have this kind of website, so you can use that. So for example, I like this one. I'll just open that up, so I can copy this image and I can paste that image as well. Take the color palette inspiration. You can advise that as well. Similarly, you can get some more options. We can search for, let's say, if we go back, we can select Hotel, and you can again, get some nice recommendations that you can use as inspirations as well. So for example, this is just a picture, but just in case you want to use it, you can just download that and upload that in to clot code as well. Now I'll download a couple of more images, and you can upload all of them here. You can even take the screenshot and paste it directly here. And I can simply advise something like, This is the vibe I'm going for for this website. Please analyze and understand my design taste and use that to update the plan. We don't want the copy of this website as is. We just want to use the inspiration or take the inspiration. Okay. As for the images, I'll be providing those examples hero or the property images, et cetera. But instead, we will use you can choose according to the website. Because this is just an example website that we are building, so we don't have the images yet. We'll just send it like this and it'll add it to the plan and overall prompt. It says that it's trying to pick some of the images from pixels.com, allow fetching the URL. We want to allow that. After a couple of permissions and verifications, it has completed the website. The initial website opened itself, but let me just get the link for me to open the website again. Send the website link. And now I guess it has prepared the link for me, and it says, Do you want code to open the external website? Click on Open. Let's see. Okay, great. This is my website. Look at this guys. So this is still in the early phases, but you can see the animation is there and its inside, outdoor house. Everything is working perfectly. So if we go up, we have the background image, we have the blur effect and all the title is there. And the best part is, if you try to create the websites in Cloud, you can even upload your specific document where you want to place the content, and whatever is your content, you can paste that as well. So when you have the website ready, it will have all the product images along with all the text inside and your team Your location and so on, everything will be full on ready. So you can see built of glass, cedar and weather, and it's amazing. Animations are there. It has made the images. It has automatically picked up the sample images. So that is great. From all angles, you can see that. This is the front view, and the numbers floor area is 3,200 square feet, bedrooms are four, bathrooms are 3.5 completed, deck and heating. See dates and rates. You click on that and you will switch directly to Air BnB. So that is amazing. Also, we get the outdoor view as well. The lake is a 20 minute walk down, and this is the lake from all angles. Look at this. And it is also showing us what view can you get directly from your rooftop, I guess, or balcony. So these are all the views that you will enjoy living here or your vacations. Here's the outside view from your room, and here's the inside of the room, beautiful rooms. And as you can see that the chemistry is all maintained throughout this. So it's kind of a heart shaped from outside. And when you look at the indoor, it has completely mashed the indoor with the outdoor as well. Although we ask it to create the images itself, which is not obviously realistic when you are dealing with the real site, you will provide all the images, all the suitable images that needs to be placed. And look at this. This is animated, as well. So you can add more animations. You can ask it to create it for you. And it says, What are other features that you will get here? You will get underflow heat in every room startling, if you want it. Dogs, welcome, no extra charge. Okay. Then the whole ridge turns cold, pick your dates, and these are animated, as well. So nothing too overly done, and it looks great, elegant. And it is also a very fast website as well. That is the main important part of any website that it should be fast. Book on AirBnB, and again, it opens up Airbnb. Um I said, I only provided the Air BNB link. If I had provided a specific link, then it will directly open up that. And it's a one page website. As you can see, all the buttons are scrolling to different parts of the website. So just try this by yourself. Try giving up some commands and create a website of your own. Just try this by yourself, and I will see you in the next one. 40. Adding Motion to the Website: You have already prepared the website with Claude Code, but it looks static just like this, you can add animation an amazing effect of hero and all the other animations in the website to make it a visually appealing website. Or to make it very attractive website. So what we can do is you can just visit 21st dot Dev and search for the components in heroes. I'll just mention this link with the resources section of this video so that you can easily find this hero. You don't have to search for it. It works something like this. If you visit, let me just open that again. So when you scroll down, as you can see, the text separates and it will expand just like this. So this looks very amazing. How this o works is also mentioned down here. I'll just leave the link of this in the resource section of this video. And at the same time, we'll copy this link and paste it in Claude. So as you can see, it's a big prompt here. So before that, in the starting, we want to tell it's something like some additional instructions, you can say. And I'll just ask I want to use this component on the Hero page. And I want to use the overall surrounding beauty as cover. And when scroll down effects works. It should reveal our property inside room wipe, something like this. And let's send it and wait for it to complete. Obviously, it will take some time. So just sit back and relax, sip a coffee, and it will create it all for you automatically. Alright, time to look at the live link. Let's open it, and it looks something like this. First of all, we have our property name that is Summit Ridge, and as soon as we try to scroll down, it will automatically zoom it to full screen, which looks quite nice, and then the website starts. However, the property image is not very nice. It didn't pick up the right image. So if it picked up the right image, you will see that did create a lot of difference. So let's actually open up pixels.com and manually search for Villa, let's say. And let's say this is the Villa. I'll just save that and use that as a reference. Use this as hero and Hero thumbnail should not reveal until we start scrolling down. Again, it will take some time to adjust. So let's sit back and relax while it does its jobs for us. And now let's look at the result. Hopefully, it has adjusted the Villa picture. Let's see. Okay, the first mistake was automatically adjusted. That was the thumbnail was showing at the starting, which should not be the case. And as we start scrolling down, then the thumbnail should appear and look at this. It looks so amazing. As soon as we scroll down, the Villa appears or the property image appears. Beautiful, and now the website has started. So this looks very, very elegant. And look at this. Very nice website. And also, if you want to make the website transparent and gradient, we can do this with a simple command. So I've just asked make the whole website background image as gradient glass green and choose a green color or any other color that matches the website. Hopefully, it will choose something of its own. Let's see. And the result is ready. Let's look at this. Let me just scroll down. Okay, reveals the property, then we scroll down. And as we can see, it has turned it a little bit of gradient effect, I guess, because before it was, okay, didn't change it much, I guess. We can switch it to dark mode or try something else. But this time, I guess that it didn't work quite well. But that's fine. Our overall website looks amazing. Now, one thing that I wanted to adjust for a long time in this website is the title text. I don't like the font, and also I want to change the name of it as well to something amazing. Because it looks like a summit like an exhibition or something. So I have asked Chad GPT to provide me with some amazing names. You can choose whatever you want. But let's say that we want to use dreamscape. Use the text font attached as hero text and change the name the name suggested. Website from Summit Ridge to dreamscape. And obviously, it will take some time to process all of this. So let's sit back and relax while it tends our results. And this looked like a simple change, but it's not it's a detailed change because we wanted to change the name of the website everywhere where the text is used as Summit rich. So let's see the results. And this looks much better. And look at this. It has changed the name here as well. Looks very nice. Let's start scrolling down, and we just want to see if the website name is changed everywhere or not. So as you can see, it has changed it everywhere. So this is quite amazing. Now, if you want to animate the text as well, we can do that as well. Let's do this. I just add an animation to the main name of the hero text. It should be floating continuous animation. Let's see whether it applies something good or not. And now, it says, dreamscape now drift continuously. Let's look at it. And guys just look at this beautiful effect. It keeps on floating slowly. Looks so amazing and elegant. You don't need to even find the animations. Just imagine the power of Claude Code that you don't need to find the animations, you just tell what you want, and as soon as you tell it, it will apply it directly on the website. So this is basically how you can add any kind of animation to your website or any kind of motion graphics to your website. Just try this by yourself, and I will see you in the next one. 41. Batch AI Image Generation: This video, we are going to see how we can do the batch image processing with the help of Claude using the Codex, which is an external application that you will install in VS Code. So in the previous videos, you have already seen that we have changed the hero image, right? And this time now it looks different than the earlier supporting images. Let me just scroll down. So this property is a little different, and these views are different. So it doesn't match the website and overall look and feel of the website doesn't look that good because we have changed the hero image. What we can do is we can adjust all of the images directly on the website just by using this image. So it will create all the supporting views automatically and then apply it to your website. It's a very simple process. What we need to do is just head over to the Visual Studio. What we do is we will go to the extensions and click on that and in the search we will write Codex, search for it. Now, this is an open AI coding agent. So let's install that. Make sure you are using this open.com Codex version. So click on Install. And once it is installed, you can use that side by side just by changing this tab right here. So from a Claude Code, we'll switch to Codex, and it will ask you a couple of options. First of all, you need to sign in with your ID, and then you will click on Next Next Next and you will land on this screen. Now, what we'll do is we will provide one reference image. We'll just open up files, click on downloads, and here's our reference image. Let's ask actually with Codex. Can you extract how many images are there in my website? Identify those images and replace them by creating many images of this property so that we can get all the features of this property. If you can do that, just place them directly on the website. And now I just ask to send me the website link. It has created the website. I'll just open the website from here and you can browse it using this link or we can just copy this link that's shown right here at the top and paese that into the browser. Now, this is my website. The animation, the scrolling animation is intact, which looks quite good. And this is the overall view first. As you can see, it looks very nice. And once we scroll down, it reveals the proper property as well. So this is quite matching. This looks quite amazing. First is the skyline, and when we scroll, it shows the actual property just like that. Let me just review that smoothly. So just like that. And this quite matches a lot. It is showing us different angles of the property, although these images look similar, so I want to change that, but the animation is quite good, and this animation looks quite nice. And these are different angles of the views, as you can see. Again, these images are kind of similar, I guess, so we wanted some more images. But just to get an idea, obviously, we have to work on this. But just to get an idea, you can change multiple images automatically and place them directly on the website based on the simple prompt with Codex. So let me just ask with a simple prompt to change all of this. And I've given the sample as well, generate on your own the inside room view, lounge view, washrooms, pool side, lush green, lawn, barbecue area, and different areas like that based on the image provided. Make sure every image matches property and it's different instead of all images shown as same, and let's just process it again. Okay, right now, I was trying to work on it, but in the open AI, I have not subscribed to the credits. So that's why it is showing the credit balance exhausted. But you got the idea. You basically can automatically create multiple images using the codex and then replace them simply by giving this command. So we are able to replace that just like this. As you can see, all the images are now replaced. And you can also choose the images of your own. You can download it from pixels. And then place it on the website. And by the way, you can try this in Gemini. I've just asked This is the hero image. I want 20 different pictures matching the property shows all the features like living room, drawing room, washroom, jacuzzis, pool side, barbecue area, lush green lawn, washrooms and so on. So it has created a grid kind of image that shows all of them together. So I just asked, Can you create separate full size images and create a downloadable zip folder, although it didn't create the downloadable folder, but still I got all the images together just like this. So we can separately download that one by one. So, guys, what I have done, I have downloaded multiple copies of the images in the full size. So these are quite nice, but I wanted to test one thing. Gemini has also created a grid of images showing all the perspectives and all the other features of the property. So we wanted to test that if it is able to put all of these separately on the website or not. So what I have done is I just uploaded this image and asked it in the Claude Code, not in the Codex. Can you use this create create its individual image and replace all around the website so that it matches the hero image? It has processed it. Obviously, it will take some time, okay. And after that, it has done it. So as you can see, it's done, but I have just asked additionally to place it on the website and provide me with the updated link, okay? So this is the updated link of the website. I'll just open that up. And look at this. Although this cover image is not of very high quality, but it is working. It has placed this image, and not only that, it has placed different images like that as well, which looks quite nice. In this size of the picture, it doesn't look very low quality. So in some of the images, it looks greeny kind of images, but in the others, it looks quite nice. So this is how you can generate multiple images using Codex or using Gemini to create a proper grid, and then just ask Claude Code to place all of them all around the website. And one more thing, guys, if you ask Claude please update all the photos on the website and make it high definition, it will check and it will process it a little bit and we'll get you the updated link. And this time, if you click on that, look at this. It has completely transformed and make this a high definition image. And as you scroll down or swipe, it will reveal the property, which is a very nice image, a very beautiful image. As you can see, it's matching. This is the view from the lawn to outside in skyline in all the stuff. And from here, this is the lounge view. Exactly the same. It looks so amazing. And look at these images. It is all converted to high definition. So you can do that as well using a simple grad image with multiple images and then ask it to update it on the single command as well. You can do that as well. You just asked to convert it to D directly when you are uploading the grid image. So that will do both of the tasks together. So that's how you do it. That's how you generate the batch images and please or replace that all around the website. Just try this by yourself, and I will see you in the next one. 42. Sticky Scroll Image Gallery: Moving on to the next section, if you want the sticky scroll effects for your gallery, and you want all the pictures to be clickable and to be viewed in the full screen, here's what you need to do. First of all, we will just take the sample of the area where we want all of the images to be shown as a gallery. So let me just choose that section. Paste it here. And after that, what we'll do is we will go to 21st dot Dev, and I found a really nice sticky scroll effect for the gallery, which looks quite amazing, as you can see. If we scroll down, it looks like this. So we obviously need more images that it will generate. So I'll just ask it to generate a similar images as well. I'll just paste this prompt here and it is a detailed prompt, as you can see. So at the end, I just mentioned this prompt right here. I just pasted this prompt, and I just asked to replace this section with this kind of sticky scroll efect Obviously, it needs more images. So match existing ones and create some new images that is different from the previous one on your own. Make all the images on the website clickable so that they can be viewed on full screen as a gallery. It is going to take some time to process all of this and we'll show you the updated website link. So it has processed a little bit, and here is your live website ready. Let's look at this, and hopefully it has created all the images and please that beautiful effect, as well. So our website is improving one by one and look at this section, guys. Look at this. It has created all the other images as well, and it's beautifully scrawling just like this. I like that. So just imagine the power of Claude that you only find some of the effects online, you just paste it and ask it to create some other images on your own, as well, and just place that on your website. So that's it. So this is how you can create this beautiful galleries scrawling effect, and also we have commanded one more thing that all of the images before, it was not viewable as a gallery, but now they are, and these looks beautiful. Let's actually access these images as well. As you can see, all of them are viewable now. So instead of finding what tools should we use to make all of these viewable, you can just simply ask Claude Code to do it for you. So just imagine how easy website designing is nowadays with Claude, and you are in a very early stage. So if you manage to create beautiful websites from Claude, you can sell those websites to lots of businesses. So just try this by yourself, and I will see you in the next one. 43. Making the Site Responsive: Want to make your website responsive, that is, it should be properly visible whether on the tablet, iPhone, iPad, mobile phones, and all the other devices. So we have just completed our website, and it looks quite nice on the laptop or PC, but we just want to make sure that whether or not it looks okay or it works perfectly fine on the mobile phone or not, because many of the times nowadays people access your website. Phone. So we want to see how it looks on the phone. We just right click anywhere on the center or anywhere in the corner, right click on any space. And we will click on Inspect. And from here, you can test this on a mobile. So let's say that I want to toggle this to the mobile version. This is the tablet version, I guess, and this is the mobile version. So as you can see, even the scrolling effect is working perfectly in the mobile version as well. So let's scroll down, and we have all of the pictures properly showcasing, and the website is looking very good on the mobile version as well. And if you want to test its responsiveness on any particular phone like iPhone or Android or any special version of iPhone, like iPhone SE, XR, 12 16 Bromax, as you can see, all of them are displayed here. So how it looks on any particular phone, you can test that as well. So this is for iPad, iPad. On an iPad, it looks like this. So it's perfectly working for all of the phones. So that is good. And you can see for yourself that it has made sure in every dimension, it has made sure that this animation of Hero works perfectly. If we scroll down a little bit, you will see that this appears and this keeps on appearing as we scroll down. So this is perfect. But as we can see that if we scroll down a little bit, this responsive gallery that we used earlier was not working or is not working here. So if you want to optimize that, you can just simply take the screenshot of the area where you are having the problem, and we simply switch to VS Code, paste it right here, and ask Claude to simply correct it. So I just ask that I use sticky scroll effect for the gallery. But it's not working on the phone version. Make it totally responsive website and the same effect should work in iPad and Android or iPhone versions as well. Let's see if it is able to solve that or not. And this is done. Let's open it. Actually, it's showing the window automatically. Let's open it and go to inspect. And let's check now. Okay? This is working perfectly. If we scroll down, we are on this area. And as we can see, the scrolling effect now works. Obviously, we have some little space here because it doesn't fit in perfectly in the mobile version because of the space, but the scrolling effect is quite working well here. So this is how you can ask a simple command to make the website responsive. And if any of the area is not perfectly working, what you can do is just take the screenshot of that area and ask Claude to correct it, and it will do its job. It will correct it automatically, and that is how it works. Just try this by yourself, and I will see you in the next one. 44. Website Self-Audit & Scoring: To completion of your website using Cloud code, you can also ask it to self audit or self evaluate the website that Cloud has created. It will evaluate itself. We have just created a prompt that you will get with the resources section of this video. It's a very detailed prompt. So I ask Cloud code to act as independent senior website auditor reviewing the project before the production launch. So your job is to inspect the website. Identify the problems, risk, inconsistencies in areas or the shortfall, do not automatically fix anything. It will basically recommend us all of the things that we need to do, and it will scde the website as well. So audit principles are these visual hierarchy. You need to check the section ordering, spacing, white space, content density, and so on. Check the typography, whether it fits in and blends properly if all of the sizes are correct. And color scheme is correct, motion and interaction is correct. So it will check it overall for all of these parameters, and then it will score itself and tell what Claude believes this website is worth or how many score it gives to its own created website. So let's actually copy and paste this prompt. It will take some time, so just sit back and relax while it performs the audit automatically. And as you can see, this is the complete results. It has checked the website on different parameters. It has filed some test and passed some tests automatically, and soon after launch what needs to be done, optional polish, final checklist and final conclusion as well. And it has scored the website, as you can see, under different parameters. And it didn't actually give me the full scorecard. So I asked Claude to give it to me. I just ask here give me the full scorecard, and here is the scorecard. So visual hierarchy and layout, it has given six out of ten typography, seven out of ten, color and imagery, six, seven and seven and so on. So out of the total hundred, we have scored 58.90. So you might think that 58.90 is too bad, right? But it's not that bad because when it comes to automatic auditing, it checks every single thing that is normally we ignore as humans. So this is very, very strict auditing. So anywhere if it is above 50, it's still good, but if it is above 60 or let's say 70 even, it is very good. So what you can simply do is fix all the issues you found. Just give a simple command, and it will do its job, and you can ask to give the scorecard again and read the website. And after that, if you get the score of 70, 75 or even 80 above, try to refine that. And if you get towards results, you are good to go. You can publish your website. But even with this score, it's still on a good side. You can publish that. If you find that it has everything it needs for your business, so you can still publish that. So just try this by yourself, try this command, ordit your website, and I will see you in the next one. 45. Before Buying Domain & Hosting: Now in the next video, you will see a method to buy hosting and domain using Hostinger if you want to publish your website publicly. So if it is your official website and you want to deploy this on a specific domain, you can use that Hostinger method. But otherwise, if you want to just practice that, right after the completion of those videos, you will see a free method as well. And that is getting the free domain and hosting for your practice on infinity free. As you can see, this website, I hosted it to infinity free but in the next video, I'll also show you how we can buy the hosting and domain on Hostinger as well if you want to work professionally. But if you just want to practice, you have the other plans as well. So right after the completion of those lectures, you will see this free video as well. So I just wanted to tell you that before you even buy, if you just want to practice, you can watch the other videos after that. 46. Domain & Hosting Checklist: Now in the next video, you will see a method to buy hosting and domain using Hostinger if you want to publish your website publicly. Let's continue to the next video. 47. Registering Domain & Hosting: Now, once our website is ready, we need to upload it to a particular domain to make it public so that your friends, your family, and all the people out there publicly can access your website or general public can access your website. And for that, the most important thing is buying a domain. Because right now this website is hosted locally, just on your computer. These are a couple of files that is in your computer, stored in your computer. So we need to publish that externally on a web address. So for that, we want a domain, and I'm getting a new domain. I'll show you the complete procedure so that you can do the same. And you just use Hostinger that is the most trusted domain providers you can get. And they also have cheap plans. You can explore that. You can use Namecheap, go daddy as well, whatever you like. But I want to get a domain here. So you just sign up with your account with your Google account and you will land on this dashboard. Just remember guys that I am going to do a domain search now, but in your case, you need domain plus hosting as well. I already had the hosting, so I just purchase a new domain. But in your case, since you're using it for the first time, you need the hosting and the domain as well. So we click on the website instead of domains, and you can choose the plan here, whether single premium business, whatever you want, depending on your needs. But as you can see here, you will get the website automatically with it, and you will get the hosting with it, along with the coding credits and one mailbox, as well. So you choose the plan and you subscribe it from here, but the procedure is pretty much the same what I'm going to show you right now. From here, you will click on the domain search under the domains, and we just write our website name, for example, www.upskillseducation.com. For example, I just write here Accountek. So this name is already taken, and as you can see, we are getting much expensive options here, but we have a couple of more options as well. So if we choose dot online instead of.com, we can get it for 299, which is good. It's 299 rupees almost $1. So continue to cart and just make sure that you get the same price here as well. If not, what you can do is you can scroll down a little bit until you see the best price possible. So just for the sake of example, we will take any website. Let's say skills education dot online. I'll just take that, click on Add to Cart. Click on continue to card. Let's delete this one, and I want to get this one. At the maximum discount, as you can see, I'm getting 97% of the discount. So I just want to subscribe for one year. Just make sure that the totals are correct before you check out and enter your credentials. Whatever you have subscribed to, make sure it is appearing the same here. Don't continue. And after taxes, it will be 354. Perfect. They can continue. You can use any card details. For confidential reasons, I'll just hide that, and let's click on submit the payment. Wait for it to proceed. You just approve it on your mobile. And as soon as it is approved, you can just add your details at your country city and all other things and you can register that. So let's quickly do that. Again, I'll hide all of these details. Click on Register. And now you can start using your new domain. Congratulations. Click on Continue, Skip for now, and you land on this main screen. After that, you can just create or migrate your website. So just do that register domain, and I will see you in the next one. 48. Connecting Hosting to Claude: Video, we are going to see how we can connect the hosting domain to the cloud code to publish your website on your domain and hosting. It's a very simple process. So let's get started. Now, the first step is you have to choose your domain, which in this case, I've already chosen and shown you as well, how you can choose your own domain. After that, what you need to do is just head over to the left hand corner. You will have this navigation pane. And from here, we will go to this API section. Click on that. And from here, we can see the Claude Code option. We click on that. After that, we will just select these two MCP tools, which is this website and the domain and DNS. Just uncheck rest of them and you scroll down. And after that, if you scroll down a little bit, you will see this JCN configuration file that you need to just copy just copy all of this coding. And now we will just paste it in Cloud code and ask this in the starting to add this config to this file, we will say, and which file, we will scroll up a little bit, and this is the configuration file path. We will copy that and paste it here, and we send it and while it performs all of these things, what we will do is we will scroll down a little bit, and we have the option of generate an API token. We click on that. So we can name it whatever we want, but let me just name it as Cloud code. Let's set it to never expires. Click on Generate. And from here, we will just copy this token. And once you copy that, you will come in Cloud. And ask it to update the token and it will do it for you. Now you can also piece the configuration first in the new session. You just start the new session from the top right hand corner in the clot code and just mention add the above mentioned configuration to this file, and we have actually copied the configuration file path from here. So we'll just mention here, add the above mentioned configuration to this file. So let's send it. It will process it. Now while it's doing that, we will just scroll down and we generate a new token from here. And let's say we will name it as Claude website, Live, something like that. And expiration, we will set it to never expire, click on Generate and just remember to copy it somewhere because you won't be able to copy it afterwards. So let's copy this. And we can write here, update the token and share the token right here. Click send. Now, if for some reason your hostinger is not connected to VS Code, what you can do is you can try this as well. You can install the VS Code. You click on this, Choose Windows and click on Install the VS Code. Open the Visual Studio, and it will show you the hostinger Connector tool. So click on Install, click on Trust publisher and Install, and then hopefully it should be able to connect that. And one more thing, guys, while trying to connect the Cloud code with Hostinger, you might see different times this message that you need the node JS for that. So in the next video, I'll show you how to install the node JS on your laptop or on your PC, and then we will continue with the installation setup and connecting the hostinger to Claude Code. So that everything works smoothly, and we are able to continue and publish our website finally on Hostinger. So just try this by yourself. Try this configuration. If you get the same message of installing the node JS as well, head over to the next video, and I'll see you there. 49. Installing Node.js: This video, we are going to see how we can install the node JS on our laptop or standalone PC. So it's a very simple process. What you have to do is just open up your favorite browser, any browser, whichever you want to use, I'm using Google Rome. So in the Google search, you will just write here node JS, and here is the official link. You click on that and you get this get node JS button. We click on that and it should be a Windows installer, right? Make sure that you select 64 bit or whatever is your Windows configuration, and it is for the Windows. So perfect. Click on Windows Installer. I will download it, and then you simply click on that. Click on Run. Next, I accept next. It's a pretty straightforward installation next, next, and install all the necessary tools as well. Click on next and install. Click on and just wait for it to complete the installation. And click on Finish. And it will automatically load, press any key to continue. And this is how you install the node JS on your standalone laptop or on your PC. Describe this by yourself and I will see you in the next one. 50. Full Hosting Connection Setup: Now let's continue the configuration process where we were connecting the hosinger to Cloud code. And once you have installed that, you have asked that again to configure and connect all of these MCB servers. And if you process it like that, for example, we check the MCB servers and it is showing all field. What you can also do is you can just mention the picture of that and you ask it to resolve that automatically, and it has done its job. It only says that you restart your VS code and they will come up green. That step is unavoidable. No problem. We can check that. We'll just close out of here, open up the Visual studio, and we click on this forward slash icon and Right MCP servers. And look at this. They all turn green. You might see connecting for a long time. You just close out of here, try it one more time, write MCP. Now, I'm telling you all the solutions, all the practical solutions that no one else will tell you. They just fast forward the steps and show you the final result. I am showing you the complete process of it. So if you see connecting, you just close out of here again, and you just reload MCP servers like that, and you have all of them connected now. So that is the full process of how you can connect the host tinger to Cloud code. Just try this by yourself, and I will see you in the next one. 51. Deploying Your Website: All right, guys, now let's move to the final piece of the puzzle, and that is deploying the website on to the domain. So we have already created the website, but it is not still live on the domain. So what we do is in the Cloud code or VS Code, we'll click on Claude Code, and we will start a new session if it is not already started. And we click on this chat session. Click on the forward slash, right forward slash and we MCP servers, make sure all of them are connected. And after that, we just have to paste a simple command to deploy the website. We just copy that, paste it here, and by the way, I mentioned this command as well, this prompt as well with the resources section of this video, so you can check that. But it is a very simple command. Deploy my website securely to the hosting plan I bought on Hostinger and connect it to whatever domain you have. So in my case, I have claimed this domain, so I will mention that. You can replace it with your own. Enter, and it will start working on it. And when it is finally done, what we do is we will open our link and just check. And there you go, guys. Now it is completely live and can be viewable publicly. As you can see, everything is perfectly working like we defined. And this is your complete website ready within minutes. That is a complete method to create a beautiful website using Claude in just a few clicks using simple method. So this is how you build it. And if you follow the same principles, you should be able to build any beautiful website by following the same method. So I hope that you find this video helpful. And during the process, you have built your own as well. Just try this by yourself, and I will see you in the next one. 52. Free Domain & Hosting Options: Okay, so all of us already know how we can buy the domain, how we can get the hosting, and how we can deploy the website on it. And we have done all of that using Claude Code, but there we have to buy the hosting or subscription, right? So we have to buy domain and hosting. But what if you just want to practice and you want to deploy the website just to show the samples to the clients, so we can easily do that as well. And this is a very important lecture because I'm going to show you how we can get it completely for free, and it's totally led. The website itself offers that. So this is infinity free. You might have heard it a lot. So infinity free is the website that is dedicated for the free website hosting. As you can see, infinity is free for ever. There is no limit. You'll get the domain, you'll get the hosting all for free. So what you want to do is just google Infinity free, and we can create a free account. We'll click on Create a free account, and after that, you can simply sign up with Google. I'm going to sign up hit Continue, and you will land on this main screen, okay? So you can create your first hosting or domain. But once we create a hosting, it will allow you to create the domain as well. So we'll just scroll down a little bit, and after that, we hit Create Account. You might see some ads, close out of here, and here it is infinity free, $0 for ever five GB of disk pace. That means you will get the hosting, bandwidth, you will get the hosted domains, but you will not get the email account, C panel, and so on. But under $2.5 per month, you will get one hosted domain in all of these stuffs, as well. So they have pretty good rates. But we just want to practice so you'll use that create now because that serves our purpose. After that, you can choose any domain name. For example, we will use our example name that is dreamscape. And we have all of these extensions after that, side dot J, ct dot ws, free page, page DD, and we have all of these stuffs. So we can use that dreamscape gt dot TC, it's good or dot ws. Let's use that. Check availability, and let's copy the name. It is recommending the account password because it has some requirements, I always recommend you to go with that password, save it somewhere. And I approve the email consent. Click on create account. And you can see that your account has been created, and it's setting up your hosting account. So it just takes a few moment just sit back and relax. And it says your hosting is ready. Click on go to your account. And after that, you will get onto this page where you can view your website. Obviously, when we view it, it will only show you the welcome screen, right? So we need to mount that website that we have created in Glod code. You also have the website builder. You can use predefined templates and so on. But as we have everything, we can just simply mount that. But for that, we'll go to files first and click on FTP details, okay, because we need that. And after that, we'll just copy that. In fact, what we can do is you can just start a new session. It will record the previous history as well, so don't worry about that. And what we'll do is we'll paste our website and actually replace the domain name with the latest one that is this, and we send it. So it will automatically ask to place that FTP credentials in some folder. We'll follow that. And after that, it might ask you something. It says here, given this was log to Infinity free and the hosting account is empty, which way do you want to go? Infinity free at dreamscape. Yes, rewrite to dreamscape because we want to shift from HostingerPreviously, we were using Hostinger, so it is detecting that as well. So let's continue. We want to rewrite everything on dreamscape. Click on submit answers, and let's see what happens. And now we can see that everything is almost done, but it says everything that can be done without credentials is done. Here's where things stand. So it says that it needs the FTP details. So you just say, I grabbed it, where to place it or enter credentials. So it will tell you the link where you can paste it. So it says that it created a template for you to fill in. You can just copy that link and paste it here and it will open it directly or otherwise, if it is not created, what you can do is just go to that specific link, that area. You paste it in the URL, and you can find it here. But it's very simple. It has created a template for you. If in your case, it doesn't create a template, you can just copy and paste that. Create a template. You just take the screenshot of this video and you paste it in your Claude Code and ask to provide you a template where you can simply replace that. It says, replace me. So now it's very simple to do. We'll just copy that, paste it here. It's already with IF, so I remove that as well. And the password. We'll just paste the password as well. Obviously, I'll hide that for the confidential reasons. We'll save that, and that is done. Deploy my website now. And after working on it and after receiving all of these commands, it has made our website life. Let's look at this and look at this guys. Free of course, you can host to your website on a domain, and it's pretty nice. Looks very nice, perfectly uploaded. So if you don't want to purchase the hostingerPlan, for the domain and hosting just to practice, you can use this website to create a free domain and hosting. So just try this by yourself, and I will see you in the next one. 53. Web Development Wrap-Up: That's brings us to the end of this section where we have learned how we can do the web development on Claude Code and develop a complete website. From the next session, we will learn how the Cloud project works. So I'll see you in the next one. 54. Intro to Claude Projects: Moving on to the next topic, we have Claude Projects, and like the name suggests, Cloud project is basically to organize all the chats for a specific project. So what we normally do is if we expand it, you just go to the chat session. You click on the new chat, you chat with Claude, and then you move on. But what happens is when you try to search the chats, it's all random chats mixed up or jumbled up here. So you will find it very difficult to organize these, right? So here, Claude Projects help a lot, where you can move the specific chats into the projects or also you can start a new project. So we click on this chat session right here. Whether it's chat or co work, we have this projects feature right here. So we are going to see everything we need to learn about the CD project from the basics, how you can set up the project. And we will also explore some of the advanced functions like how the Cloud project can handle the multi project task. So this is a little bit of introduction of what Claude Projects is. Let's move on to the next topic and explore more in detail. 55. Setting Up a Claude Project: The main purpose of using the Claw project instead of using a simple chat is, let's say that you are working on a specific business. So you entered your business name. You mentioned that a couple of times in the chat. You mentioned your name, business address, and so much more information. As soon as you click on the new chat, it doesn't know who you are, what your business is, so you have to mention it all over again. So basically, it doesn't remember anything from your last conversation. So although it remembers a little bit but not properly, and that is very frustrating that you have mentioned a lot of details about your business, and then in the new chat session, you have to mention all of them or a couple of them separately. So here's the solution. You can use Cloud projects. So to create a new project, we will click on the top right hand corner where we will see new project. Click on that. Basically, here we have to explain or just write a name of what project one we are working on. So let's say that we want to work on business development. And then it will ask you what you're trying to achieve. So although you can give any name you want, but to understand it better, I advise you to describe your clear project goals. You can always edit them later. So for example, customer feedbacks, product launches, sales analysis, profitability. We are going to talk about all of this stuff here. And here you can also upload a folder that you will be working on. So it says Claude can work in this folder when you use the project from this computer. So that is very, very helpful. Not only it will work on a specific room where you have different chats organized in the project, but also whenever you want to, let's say, export anything, create a PDF or upload an image, export an image. Create reports. So you can use that specific folder to organize all of the projects. So actually, let's use that. Click on use a folder. And I'll name it as Claude Projects. We are going to select the folder and it says Allow Cloud to change files in the Cloud project. That is Cloud can edit, delete or share these files with the connected tools. So I'll set you always allow, and then you can see the path is all set here. We are going to click on Create Project. Now, as you can see, we can enter our set of instructions and then the context, and then the folder and scheduling task and all of that. So basically, what this does is this will help to interact better with Claude using the set of instructions and contexts that we have given to Claude. So that chat session looks like a normal chat session, but all of these instructions really help, and we are going to explore it in detail. Okay, so let's actually explore the navigation or interface of the Claude project. First of all, here we have the main title of our project and what this is all about, the description of it. And then if you have pinned or unpinned the project by default, it will be pinned. The benefit of this is whenever you want to work on that specific project, you just have to go in this navigation bar, and you will hit the Business Development Project, and you can organize all of your chats here. So this will always be a special area where you can work on your projects. And also, if you want to see the list of all projects you have, you click on this little arrow sign next to it, and then you will land on this screen. So on this screen, we have instructions at the top right hand corner, and basically the instructions is a little memory of that specific project. Whatever we add here, it can use that as a reference. Also, if you have a long document like let's say SOPs of the company, you can upload that all here and it can read through it and use it in every chat you want. So whatever is your reference, whatever you want to talk about, it will take the instructions and the context. And then work on your business or whatever you project accordingly. So let's say that it is an Excel sheet of the profitability in the last year and this year, or it is a SOPs of the company, I can take all of these references here. Let's actually try that. For example, in my instructions, I will say that my name is Saad. My business is Accountic My client name is GameStom Studios, and we will save instructions. Okay? So what's my client name? Let's chat with it. It says your client is Gamestom Studios and what's my name? So it can use all of this as a memory, as you can see. So if we go back to the projects, we can work on this. And as you can see, the moment you add your instructions, it will change all of this here. The moment you add your instructions and start chatting with it, it says, add relevant context for your projects. The context, it has already added some of the contexts with the instructions guide, the tone style, and so on. So you can read through it, you can close it. But let's say that we want to add some more context or instructions, how do we get to that section? From here, in the navigation section, if you click on that, you will see that your project has a couple of chat sessions all mentioned as topics within that project. So from here, you can access all of your chats and also you can go to the business development section again. And now you will have the same option to enter more instructions or a complete context. So this is a little bit of introduction of how you can set up a Cloud project and navigate through different areas. Just try this by yourself, set up your project, enter a few instructions, and then I'll see you in the next one. 56. Using Files in Projects: When we talk about the context section in the Cloud project, here's how it works. As you clearly see here, you can add PDF documents and other texts to reference in this project. So this means that if we use an Excel sheet with a couple of years and month wise sales report, let's say, and we upload a couple of our business documents, our clients business document, it can use all of those references here, and then we can chat about that. We don't have to mention it every single time. It can use the instructions and context automatically. Let's actually try that. So we have this Excel sheet for a monthly sales report that is done to that specific client. We have mentioned the name that our client is Gamestom Studios. So we can also edit the business development for GameStom studios as well if you're working on a specific client in the project. And also, you can check the recent chats directly here as well. So we click on that and you should be able to see the recent chats. So all of them will be shown here. Okay, so this is my El sheet, where we have year wise reports into different sheet tabs, and then we have month wise sales units as well. Okay? So we'll close that, add it to the context, click on Add upploadFle from the device. But we also had the add text content, and you can upload it directly from the Google Drive as well. So by default, it will always refer to that Claude project that we have created. But what we'll do is we will use these files. I've attached both of them. Let me just show you the second one as well, which is the PDF file for the company SOPs. So this is the file of the company SOPs. The name is Accounting training and solutions. It's a corporate blueprint. This mentions our mission statement, core services, what are the requirements to implement? First of all, initial consultation needs assessment, implementation workflow, all of them are mentioned. Okay? So let's use that in the chat. We just want to check that. So let's simply ask it how much units we sold in March in last three years? So as you can see that we have mentioned a simple chat. Let's see the result. So you can see that not only has given the unit sold data, also it has compared it in charts as well. So you can just imagine the power. You can just upload a lot of documents, a lot of reports and PDF files, and it can use that in the reference of the chat. So this is very, very powerful. Let's actually check and verify that. So in 2024, let's go to the 2024 sheet, and in March, we have sold 2847 units. Perfect. In 2025, let's go to 2025 sheet, March 3 604 units. Perfect. And let's go to the final one. We have 2026, 2978 units sold. It has created the totals as well. So whatever you have in a lot of Excel files in a lot of Excel sheets and also in different PDF documents, it can compile all of that and use it as a reference in your simple chat in Cloud. Also, let's ask what services we offer. So it says, based on corporate blueprint, we offer software implementation, automation training, data analytics solutions, and so on. So it can read all of the Excel files, all of the VF files, and use that as a reference in a single chat. Moreover, you have the cow feature available as well. So if you want to automate some of the task based on these documents, let's say that we have a sample certificate. We have added that as a context, and then we have a lot of student details where students just fill in the form to get their certificate, and we will simply say that issue the certificate to that specific person, and it will issue it automatically. Using the cow. So just imagine the power of what you can do in the cloud projects. So that is a little bit of introduction of how the context function works using the files and folders. Just try this by yourself, and I will see you in the next one. 57. Projects in Action: Emails: All right, let's move on to the next step, and we want to see the Claude project in action. And for the demonstration of this purpose, I have created this sheet with a sample data that you will get with the resources section of this video as well. And let's say that we are manually filling in the data or the student just fills in the form whenever they want certificate. So we receive all of this data along with the student name to be printed on the certificate, the course name and their email. For the sample, since I want to test whether I receive all the emails as well or not. So I've mentioned my own emails, right? You can enter your own. Just replace it with that. And also we have a sample certificate, accounting training and solutions, certificate of completion, student name should appear here, and the course name should appear here and the date of issuance and so on. The serial number is all mentioned on the top as well. So what we do is let's go back to the projects, click on New Project, and let's make it certificate issuance, okay? And describe your goal to issue personalized certificates, and we want to use a folder. Let's name it as Claude certificates, we have created one folder, click on Always Allow, and this is in the D Drive. So let's create a project. Now, in the instructions, we can mention any instructions. Click on Save Instructions. I've just mentioned a simple instruction, create individual certificate and email them whenever I ask you to do it. Now, in the context, we will upload both the data and the certificate sample. And let's actually change the instructions as well, based on context provided. Your task is to create a personalized So I've created a simple instruction based on the context provided. Your task is to create personalized email with your name and congratulations message, prepare a PDF certificate based on the pattern attached and attach that certificate to the email and send that to the person I mentioned. Click on same Instructions. And now let's test this issue certificate. Now, it's essential to have an email account connected with Claude so that it can email it using connectors. And it says Claude wants to create a draft email. We'll set it to always allow. Okay, so I have tested this in chat, but as you can see, it is taking us up very long time. So I believe that it is not effective. So instead, what we'll do is we'll ask it to create all certificates and place them in folder. Let's see if it can understand this simple instructions or not. But as we can see, it is trying to email that as well, so we need to remove the instructions. Create all certificates from data. Now, here are the results. So if we go to co work, we can just ask to download all certificates. In folder attached. Click on Allow, and it will take the excess of the certificate downloads. And now you can see all of these certificates are saved in the certificates folder with the format provided. And also we have received the email as well, although we have stopped that in between, but you can see the personalized email. Dear James Smith, congratulations on successfully completing the advanced training program with Aoun tech training and solutions. Your dedication, consistent efforts throughout the course, have been genuinely impressive, and it is our pleasure to formally recognize your achievement. Please find your official certificate. Here's the certificate serial number, course, date of issuance, and who issued that. We hope the skills you have gained serve you well, and we are delighted to welcome you back for future programs. Once again, congratulations. Warm regards, accounting training and solutions. Very nice email body, and also you get the attachment. Now, let's verify that. So the first certificate for James Smith Okay, and serial number is all placed properly here. All good. Advanced Excel training program, date of issuance is fine, and the signature, although you need to just a little bit of signature, but that is how you can receive the emails as well. So basically, we have seen both methods. If you want to download all the certificates and then send them individually through Whatsapp or email, you can do that as well. Or you can try sending the email, although it might take you some time, you can even ask Claude that your method is taking so much of time. So just improve that, and it will automatically tell you some of the solutions it can reduce the time and how it can be more efficient. But this is how you can automate your emails or certificate generation process automatically or invoice process automatically with Claude. Just try this by yourself and I will see you in the next one. 58. Automated Payment Reminders: All of these things that we learned in projects. What is the practical use of it, and we are going to now see some of the demonstrations of it, okay? So in this video, we are going to see how we can generate a payment reminder system that sends the email automatically to all the people who have pending payments. And we are going to use Claude Projects for that. So not only will email to the individual people. Now, I mentioned my email address so that I can verify whether we are receiving the personalized emails or not. Not only will send the emails, it will also continue to send it using the scheduled task. So for example, you want to send them the daily reminders until the payment is made, so you can do that with Claude Projects. So let's start a new project. We click on the plus sign, and let's set and create a payment reminder. And what goal you're trying to achieve automatically email clients whose pending status is still pending. Okay? So you can use any particular folder which Claude can work on. But let's create a project, let's see. You can add the instructions. But in the context, we'll upload that file, okay? And in the schedule, what you do is daily payment reminders. You can do that. You can put any instructions for Claude. I mentioned here, send a reminder email as scheduled with personalized message and polite reminder for payment for all those whose payment straight is pending or unpaid. Okay? So you can use any model here, but I'll just choose default model whatever is set. Frequency should be let's set it too early, okay? But you can set it to daily weekdays, weekly, and so on. So if we set it to let's say weekdays, you can select what time you can send it on or in weekly, you can set the day and the time as well. So that is very nice. Anyways, this today is Wednesday. So I'll set it to Wednesday. And let's set it to 1035, 10:35 A.M. And we will skip all approvals so that it doesn't ask you to forward that, I will forward it automatically. Require this computer. It says only run while the computer is awake. We don't want to enable that. So let's save it. Okay? So I've provided the sheet. I've provided the context, and scheduled the instructions. Let's mention some instructions as well. And I've asked Emia to create two templates for me. So this is a pattern with the name placeholder status and pending amount placeholders. You can actually mention that follow this pattern. Or template. If you have company's SOPs and you want to reply it in a certain way, you can save those instructions as well. And to email, just make sure that the connectors are shown here. So if you have connectors, as you can see, I have the Gmail, Google Drive, and Chrome all connected. So you have to make sure that your Gmail at least is connected. You can add a connector. You can browse my other videos to see that. We have already covered that topic. So anyways, let's wait and see that if we don't mention anything in the chat, whether it is able to send the reminder or not. And just look at this, guys. When the time came, it automatically processed the scheduled task. If you click on it, it shows you the status that it ran the scheduled task. A 11 sent successfully. This is scheduled unattended run that completed normally with no errors. So per the routines guide, I won't send a post notification. Nothing needs user attention right now. So it doesn't ask you anything. I automatically completed the task. Let's see if we have received the emails or not. And there you go. All the overdue payments notification are received with the desired format. So let's see the pattern. It is following that pattern, and it has sent the complete detailed payment reminders for all those who are pending payments. Let's verify that. Lucas. Okay, so Lucas has unpaid balance. It has sent the payment reminder. Let me just check it one by one. Okay, so there you go. I have manually verified those status, and you can see that I have highlighted all of them. That means all of these emails are perfectly received with the personalized name, personalized amounts, and so on. And not only that, it will automatically send these payment reminders every Wednesday, every day or every hour, if you would like to send it that way. So that is how you can schedule the task on the Cloud project. This is an other best use case of it. Just try this by yourself and I will see you in the next one. 59. Video Thumbnails & Titles: This video, we are going to see an other beautiful use case of the cloud projects, and we want to see whether we can create a project, mention the task that it needs to create thumbnails. The SEO optimized title description, tags, and all the things automatically as soon as I mentioned just the title of the video. So let's make it a YouTube project. And let's select a folder as well, which it can work on. I'll just select YouTube. Always allow on Create Project, and there it is. Okay? So we will mention the instructions here for thumbnails. And just remember that you can mention a lot of instructions, no limit for that. It can follow it very smartly here. So for thumbnails, I follow all of these instructions, so I don't have to mention or refer to that every single time. But that was a specialized guidance, so I'll just make it generalized instruction. Claude Project. And let's copy that, and we'll paste it here, okay? Now, for optimized content. Or let's say YouTube content. So for the content like SE optimized titles and all of this, we were using hat GBT. So let's paste that as well here. And note, I'll just mention titles, and you will create all this automatically. Relevant thumbnails should be saved in the folder provided, okay? So let's actually check that as well. Let's save the instructions. And for the context, what it do normally, it changes the pace every single time. So in Gemini and chat TBR as well, you need a reference image. And as you can see, I had different face expressions. So every single time, so we want the cloud to follow the same pattern, okay? So what we'll do is we will download these reference images, and let's try to add all of that here. Open. And in the instructions as well, let's mention that. And we have mentioned two headings. This is for thumbnails for other thumbnails instructions and the thumbnail prom formula, example output and all of these things, and every single step, we want to do it in a single task two folders attached. Now, this one doesn't require scheduling because we'll mention the title manually. So let's actually test that. Let's pick up a title, how to upload video on Google Drive and share a link. We'll paste it here and let's see what it is able to do. Now what I see is that when we tried to create the thumbnail out of it, basically Cloud project or Cloud generally doesn't generate the thumbnails or cannot create the thumbnails. So it has created the titles immediately based on just the title. Okay, so I have tried it in the starting. It didn't work. But now, as you can see, it starts generating the images. So before, it was just providing the titles and the thumbnail prompt itself. So what I did is I head over back to the YouTube project or in the project section, you just click on the project, and there we have entered or re entered the instructions. You might have seen in the starting that it was too long. So I have just refined that. I'll also link what I have refined with the description of this video, so you can check that out. And also I want to refine this other task as well that is generating the optimized titles and description and tags as well. So I've written this prompt that you will also get with the resources section of this video. I'll just pase that here, save instructions. And now let's simply mention the title of the video. Let's see if it is able to give us all of the things along with the thumbnails as well or not. Just keep in mind that during the first attempt or in any attempt, it might show you this message. I can't generate the thumbnail images here. This chat has no image generation tool and I cannot create it. But if you ask it again and give the previous reference that you created earlier as well, it will generate it for you. But for the other things, it has gendered SU optimized YouTube titles, YouTube description, and the essential keywords as well. Like I said, that the moment you ask it again, it will generate and run the commands successfully. And our title was basically how to disable Save login on TikTok. So as you can see, it's quite relevant, and it has different expressions, and it is almost showing the same seings area where we see that in normal TikTok. So whatever you like, you can download that. So in one single prompt, now we are able to generate the thumbnails, the title, the description, and so much more. Just try this by yourself, and I will see you in the next. 60. Claude Projects Recap: These are some of the amazing functionalities and use cases of the Cloud project. You can save the instructions, save the context, apply to a folder, schedule your different task, and it will do the job automatically, you don't have to repeat yourself. For automation of scheduling or reminders, we've seen the payment reminder example. You can read the certificates develop business and manage all of the sheets together using the contexts and instructions. So very, very powerful functionality, especially if you're using or working on different areas and businesses. So you can manage each of the project separately, which will remember the complete context of what we are discussing instead of managing that into random chats. So this is all about projects. Just try this by yourself and I will see you in the next one. 61. Working with Claude Artifacts: Let's start working on the artifacts, and artifacts is an other very useful tool in the cloud, whether you're using it in browser or in application. So we are going to see the practical demonstration of what it does and how it works. So to access that, we will click on the top left hand corner, click on the artifacts. And if you don't see it, you see projects or chats like that, you just have to scroll up until you see the projects and artifacts and so on. So click on artifacts. And basically, whatever you create, whether it's an application, whether it's a website, it will all show here. So you don't have to find it again and again. You can just use the artifacts to look at that. So in the previous videos, we have seen how we can design a full website with Cloud code, and we have used the Visual code studio where we installed the Cloud code application. But still, when we check artifacts, we have this right here. We just open that up and it's a fully working website. You can view right here. So let's actually click on New artifacts, and let's see some more examples of it on new artifact. If you want to create something directly, you can create it. Okay, but this one start working directly on something. I don't want that. So instead, what we'll do is we'll start from scratch and actually dead this on new artifact from here. And even if you click on New artifact after deleting it, it might show you some of the task that I want to make an artifact or webpage, and so on. You just stop it from the bottom in the chat. But otherwise, when you click on the new artifact, you will see what do you want to build? You want to build apps, websites, documents and tablet, productivity tools, and so on. From there, you will see a couple of thumbnails that you can choose what you want, and then you will land on the chat again. So what we will do instead because it didn't ask us what to do, I'll just write manually. I want to build a productivity tool. Let's hit Enter. It will think, and it will prepare some questions for you. So it is asking you, do you want the task or to do manager or focus time habit tracker or what? So if you want something else, you can choose something else here and you can mention something like time management. Help me manage my time better for work, exercise, and family. You can write anything like that. Moreover, include focus sessions. Where you will just get out of all the distractions, it is a focus timer, where you just focus on your study or work or family time and so on. So it will include the focus timer in the application as well. And let's also say also share motivational codes on daily basis. Now, we have defined everything if you want to better format it, you can convert it into bullet points, build time management app or tool. And you will just hold the shift key and enter. It asks you, should the tool remember your data visits? Yes. I think it has proceed further. A particular visual style or theme you'd like. So let's go with it. It says, Do you want clean and minimal, bold and colorful, dark focused workspace or surprise me. So I'll choose surprise me. So based on a simple question, it has started working on the application or the tool. So it has created this tool for us. It named it as Kandins. It's a daily time management page built around a musical metaphor, three movements and so on. Okay. But this was pretty basic. So I asked it to make it modern looking. And you can also give some reference website for it. So I've given some reference website. You can mention your own whatever you like. And based on that, it has created this tool for us. So you can schedule that time. It will remind you about that. You can sit and schedule the exercise time, and so on, you can add that task here. Let me just add the time as well, and it will be added like this. Okay. So it will track it here. The family time is there. And if you want to start the focus session for 25 minutes, let's say, and this is for work. I'll just choose work. If you choose break, you can choose that exercise, family time. Let's actually start the work time, and it is off 25 minutes, let's say. So as you can see, the timer is now working perfectly, and it will also track the last seven days as well. So pretty amazing app. You can also open it in web and it will open up like this. Just click on the three dots and click on Open in web and it will open it for you. Now, when we open this, you will see that this is an artifact code link. So what you can do is you can just copy that and paste it into Cloud code or Visual Studio code, just like so, start a new session. Let me just zoom it. And this is Cloud code, basically, which we will be using in website or VS code. So you already know about that. You can just paste that link, and whatever is your website, whether it's infinity free website link or domain that you just created for your practice or whether it's a hosting or domain or hosting you can just ask to deploy it, and it will do the job for you. It will ask you a couple of credentials information, I guess, and then it will upload that and publish it to your website. So that is how the artifacts works. In Claude, try this by yourself, and I will see you in the next one. 62. Designing with Claude: Let's talk about Cloud design, and this is another recently introduced feature, as you can still see that it is in the Beta version. It is a beautiful function or feature. Which you can just write up your ideas and create it into visuals or convert it into visuals like a poster, a logo, any banner image design, any mobile app designs, slides, and so on. As you can see, we have a lot of templates as well. You can read animations, create zomes and all of these beautiful functions that we are going to see right now. So with this, you don't need to exit out of Cloud in order to get visual aid. You don't need to go to Canva or other softwares to do the visuals. You can do it all in cloud. So let's see how you can access and come to this section. First of all, I'll just close out of here. And this is the welcome screen. This is the main screen, right? So on the top left hand corner, we have all of these functions. And if you scroll right at the bottom, you will see design. You just open this up and you will see the design right here just above where you see your profile name. So click on the design and it will open up in a new window, just like this. You need to enlarge that and there we have it. So if you look at it, it is pretty much like all the other platforms like Canva, emina or even chat DBT, because nowadays, all of those applications or platforms have attached a chat box with it. So you just have to write and there you will get the design right away. But like I said, there is a difference between all the other platforms and clot design because here you can build a mobile app design. You can build slides, documents, wireframe animations and prototypes, research, papers, three D objects. And all of these things. You can also make fliers, UI mockups, and so on. And also, you have the option to attach the reference files or reference folders. You can connect it with Github and so on. You can also upload or link it to a skill or attach it to a connector. Then we have different design options, whether you want classical, modern nocturne organic, and so on. And also, we can link it to clod code. So for example, you were working on a website. You have coded it, and now you want the visuals for that. So what you can do is you can just link it to that code on a Github or attachment, and then you can get the designs for it. Also, you have the option to choose the relevant model, whatever you find helpful. So this is the basic navigation of the clot design. So let's actually create something to get a better idea. For example, I'll just keep it as blank, okay, because I want to develop a website, but the prototype feature is not available right now here. So what I'll do is I'll choose blank, and I'll just ask it to make a landing page for my Google VEO course and make it attractive. Cursor. Left should be there. And by the way, guys, I also have a Google video course that you can join. I'll link it in the resource section of this video or the description. So just check that out. So anyways, let's move forward. I'll just send the chat. I'll not add a design, a reference code or change the model. Just keep the basics. So click on Create, and let's see what it comes up with. So it will start asking questions about what your course is about. So it says, pick a design system for the visual direction. So for example, I like this one. I'll use that who is this course for Bigner to EI video content creators, marketers and so on. I'll just choose Bgners to AI video. Which sections should the page have? So hero plus CTA what you learn. So I'll just choose all of these for now. So for example, I want to create a detailed landing page, but you can choose what you like. Pricing of details, for example, I'm offering this in $30. Regular price is, let's say, $90. Anything specific about the course to include, I'll just not choose that cursor glow style. Soft light hello, spotlight revealed particle sparkle neon trail. So for example, I'll choose that Copy tone, bold and hype Enroll Now is my main call to action, send the answers. And just look at this. Here is our beautiful design of the complete website. It has created this for us. You can increase or decrease this glowing effect, as you can see that when I'm hoping over moving my mouse, it is showing this beautiful effect. And also the spotlight on the cards itself, you can enable or disable this glow, and all of these settings are here at the top. So this effect, I've included that. So for example, what I done is I tried to fill the suitable areas with the images and also give the deck card effect. So for example, when we over over, it's going to show different cards like that. And I just had an idea. I propose it to clot design and look at this how perfectly it has used that and enroll now before it was $90. Now it is only $30. You can set the enrollment process as well. But this is a complete website. Sample work. You can attach the student pictures or we will just browse some random pictures as well. So for example, let me just choose some random pictures, and this is how it looks. The deck card effect is there and beautiful beautiful website. So the instructor, I'll just upload my picture here. So, for example, this one, this looks very nice. And this is how you can publish a complete website just by giving some commands to Cloud design. And if you compare it with other tools in Cloud like Cloud code, or cloud go work or other tools. I think this one is working much, much better and giving us nice results. And also, if you want to turn all the text into animations, turn all text in animations. But don't make the page bulky. Let's see what it creates. It has processed it if you want to reload just to take the effect here. You can, by the way, also share the link. You can just copy the link from here, click on the Share button, copy the link. After that, you can just test it on any browser as well. You can check it. It will open up like this, as you can see the effects are there, a little fading effect if you notice because I asked not to make the page bulky. So that's why and after that, you can use that link and publish it to any domain or hosting you want. And once you have completed your website, you have all the editing and commenting options as well. For example, if your team has created, you have this comment option, you can add different comments for it. So for example, we will say, for this adding, make it large, something like that, add a comment here, and it will be directly added here. So it will not be in the final link, as you can see, it is not in the final link, but for your editor, it is pretty useful. You can also send it to Claude, you can click to command, drag to draw. You can also draw, what is this? What is this? Any random commands like this, Tuber. Let's say, I'll just add like this. So you can use it for the auditing of the website and this should not be there on the website. You can highlight all of this. After that, let's explore the edit options. You also have a lot of edit options as well. For example, I want to edit this or add a text to it. So what we do is we'll just go to simple and pick a text box and it will insert a text box for you. We go to simple and textbox, and let's page it here. A fun guide. Let me just write that. So you can add that to the website in real time, just like this. Also, you can insert some shapes if you like, and we also have a lot of other things. So for example, if you want to delete something, you can go to the pro version and there you find whatever you have added, and now you can discard it. As you can see, if I go back to edit, I no longer have it. And also if you want to increase or customize the size, you can do it from here, here, all the customization options. And you can also make it a click through Link, interact with the specific page. You can just add the link like this. But let's actually discard. Go back to edit, and we can also write a code. Tweak it a little bit. You can change the glue size, spotlights and motion animations, all the tweaks that you can make here or the effects. And after that, you can view it in the full window. It appears like this. You just press Escape and you again have this option, click on the full screen, and the website looks like this. Pretty nice Escape. And then we have a new window as well. So you open it in the new window and it will directly open it in the browser. And also you can share, like I said, with only you or your workspace, you can copy and paste the links. You can publish it as an artifact. We have already seen what artifact is. And if you, let's say, want to provide a sample to your coworkers or any client of yours, you can share it as PDF PowerPoint and so on. But in normal cases, you can upload this website to your personal domain, and then when the client pays for it, let's say you just deploy it on their domain. We also have more formats. You can send it to Cloud code and send it to Canva, as well to make it editable. And we have PNG and video formats as well. So pretty nice, pretty useful. Okay, so our beautiful website is now ready. If you want to go back to the design projects, what we'll do is just go to the top left hand corner and click on this little icon of a paint art logo. You click on that, and it will switch it back to the main design section. And also, if you scroll down a little bit, whatever projects you were working on, it will be shown right here. So let's actually do the wireframing. The wire framing it's a very useful feature, especially if you want to add it to your website. It's different questions to customize the responses. For example, if you want to join the course, what you are interested in, what is your background and all of these questions, and it will customize the results. So you can try different features, but let's just try this for now. I'll just write here wire framed screens for the student learning journey, let's see. And I'll just mention the basics, just to see what it creates. Let's wait for it to create. And you'll see all of these created live here. But before that, it will ask a couple of questions just like this. So for example, I'll just Time, availability, and daily learning. Responsive Web. Who uses these screens, students, parents, education level mixed. Which screens should the journey cover, goal setting, path overview, protest dashboard, achieve milestones, and so on. Many layouts for one screen, it says, what should the wireframe explore? You can choose it accordingly. What's the hardest design problems here? I'll just not mention any code base as well. You can again, choose a design. For example, I'll choose that, use broadsheet, and let's send the answers. Wait for it to process. You can see it's working, so we'll wait. And as you can see, it's working on everything, it has created a lot of things, actually, and you can see it is adding more, and now it's final. Now when it's final only then you can use that. But here the buttons are not clickable. So any feedback you can give it here, and let's again wait for the output. And now you can see that it is working and you can basically highlight whatever you want. You click on Start. You choose your milestones and so on. It still needs some corrections, but that is how you can create that. And also, for example, I'll choose slides. A gym and daily workout. So I made a slide about gym and daily workout, motivation for daily classes at Fitness Reborn. I'll choose slides for that. Members in daily classes, trainers and coaches, gym owners. What should I do Motivate members to keep showing up or sell membership, class packs, train coaches, kick off the challenge or program. So for example, our target is to sell memberships. How long is talk 10 minutes? Any content you want, I'll just not mention that or you can mention whatever will be the routine or strength training other exercises and all the things. Tone of the copy, hard charging, warm and encouraging, I'll choose that. And let's actually choose any template. I'll use. Actually, let's choose this one this time. Click on this. No photos type only. You can use that, or it will create placeholders, or you can supply the photos yourself. Click on Send answer, and it will create a slide for you. So basically, it will be a presentation where it contains multiple files. And now you can see that it has created a full on presentation with all of these things. You can just view it in the full screen, and this is a complete presentation. If you want to add animations, you can add animations to it. And it has also included some of the speaker notes here. Now, I've asked to add some animations to all of these slides. And meanwhile, let's see how we can present that. We can present it in full window, full screen, new window, and we can also share and export that into Google slides, PowerPoint. And in the PowerPoint as well, we have multiple formats. You can download it as a PDF or you can send it to Cloud code, Canva and create a video and so on. Yea. And as we can see, it has added the animations, the beautiful animations, it makes much more sense. It is not very static looking now. So you can turn it to full screen and let's view it. So this is the first slide. This is the second, third, fourth, fifth, so appearing properly. I like that. It's looking elegant, and this is nice. Looks like a proper presentation now. So that is how you can create any kind of design, basically, whether it's a website, whether it's a mobile app design, slides or any fliers and so on. Now, I want you to research on all of these individual functions because all of them will work in the same way. And this is Cloud design in the Beta version. It's only going to get better from here, and by the time you're watching this video, it might be much, much better with much more features involved here. So just wry this by yourself, and I will see you in the next one. 63. Using Claude Skills to Do the Job Faster: Let's move to the next amazing function, and that is exploring the clod skills. That means you can add the custom abilities to Cloud Cloud desktop and Cloud code. And this is actually perfect for all of these tasks which are repetitive in nature, like checking up your emails or drafting replies or organizing your files in your computer. All the repetitive data entry task just like that. So you can train your model on it. You can ask a defined set of instructions. So every time that kind of work comes, it automatically processes through that skill. You can build your own skills or you can import from the predefined templates that people have made. I'm going to show you both of the methods. So let's get now, first of all, you need to land on this screen, and for that, you need to sign up into Cloud. And after that, you just need to make sure that you are using the Pro account. We have already been using the Cloud Pro account for that, and these has very, very good functionalities. We have explored many of them. So let's move further and to activate or customize the settings of Cloud design, we go to the top left hand corner and once you see the menu, you will click on your name where your subscription is shown. We click on that and we'll head over to the settings. Now, from here, we will choose capabilities. And as soon as you click on the capabilities, you will scroll down and you will see a bunch of functions. But here we have skills right at the bottom. So it says skills have moved to customize. So instead, let's move to customize, or you can customize it from here as well. You can either move the customize from there or you can just click on this chat and click on Customize from here. So these are skills. This is the separate tab where we have a lot of skills that you can use in Cloud. Here you can click on C A and you will see the list of it. You can search for a particular skill on the top right as well. So for example, if I write skills, have the skill creator. First of all, we need to activate that. If it is deactivated like that, you just need to toggle that on. And also, what we'll do is we will turn on some other functionalities like the Canvas design. We search again for it. I'll just write Canvas here, click on Canvas Design, click on AD and it will be added right away. So that's it. And now let's move on to the main screen, and we can start using first of all, I'll use some of the prompt for the pre made skills, and then we will explore further how we can customize or make our own skills in detail. So first of all, let's move on to chat, and I'll pace this skill. Basically, I want to create a good looking presentation deck for my car, PPS services workshop. Here's the outline of the slide names. Can you make the tech? The Title one is this, and this is all about it. Title two, Title three, and Title four, and all of these things. So if you try that skill, let's see what happens. Although it is recommending to use clot design for these kind of things. But that is just for the sake of example. And by the way, you will get this prompt with the description of this video. So check that out. So let's send the message. So it might process is automatically or it might ask you some of the commands. So let's move forward, and if it asks you something, I'll show that or otherwise, we will move to the conclusion on how this presentation turned out to be. Now, as you can see on your right, it's a decent presentation, although not very fancy, but the purpose of showing you is that you just mentioned what you need, and it will automatically create and identify all of that for you. Now, let's try customizing it with a little tweak of prompt that I'll mention here. So if you want to customize it and make it according to our brand presentation or brand colors, we can paste something like this, which you will also get with the resources section of this video, it says, make a new theme for the slides that has colored backgrounds and geometric patterns to give a modern and professional look, my brand primary colors are these. So whatever is your primary colors, you can either mention it separately like this or you can just upload the image, and it will identify those color schemes, those brand colors for you. And before actually processing it, we'll go to the three lines and click on the customize, and actually, we want to activate the theme factory. So we will write theme factory here and click on add. Now, this is a skill that is predefined. You just now mentioned something in chat, and it will automatically follow all of the stuff. So let's go back. And if you're lost in all of these chats, we have scheduled projects, YouTube projects, and so on. But you'll scroll down all the way down to chats and task, and there you will find that. So we will paste that and we will send that. And as soon as we do that, you will automatically notice that it will activate theme factory for you. So let's actually paste and process that, and you will see that all of these will be picked up from the skill that we have activated, and it will customize it accordingly. So although it has generated this result that I've generated earlier as well, so you will see this kind of result, actually. And you can see that based on our requirements, it has added some shapes. It has added some more colors. This is matching with the brand names and so on. So that is how we have created a presentation just by using skill. And what was actually great about using these skills is, you might have noticed that I just mentioned the command that I want, the task that I want. I didn't mention any set of instructions how the PowerPoint presentations should be created, and all the other instructions about creating the PowerPoint presentation, it just directly picked up from the customized section and from the skills that we have activated. So that is one use case of using the clod skills. Now let's move on to the next example of skills. And actually, now we are going to create a skill. And in that, we will give it a specific set of instructions. Let's say that we want to create an Excel sheet, and we want our Excel sheet to be always on a specific format, a specific textile, or always with a specific number of sheet tabs. We can create all of this just by defining it into the skill. And whenever Claude tried to create that Excel sheet, it will always follow the same pattern. How you can create that. First of all, we will click on the top left hand corner on the three lines, and we will go to customize. Here it is. And let's go to the skill and click on add the skill. And from here, we will click on Create a skill. In here, we will write Excel skill. Notice that whenever we put a space, it doesn't recognize the space, so instead, it will put a dash. Now what we can do to develop the Excel skill, we can write that I want the formatting in a certain way. And also, I need this number of data. Let's write the points. For example, first point is any data should be at least of 50 rows. See if the clod creates the data automatically formated in blue color professionally, where ever required text size should be, let's say, 15 for headings and 12 for other cells or rows, and also let's define that there should be one row gap between each data. So just to test that, we have created some set of instructions. Let's click on creator skill, and let's actually ask in chat to create sample sales data in Excel for school stationary. Let's say. Hit Enter, and we haven't mentioned how much data we want, what format we want. It should follow the skill requirement. As you can see, it is following this skill. You will see it here. It says, if you click on that, whatever it is falling, reading the user's Excel skill requirements. So we have made this Excel skill, and it will follow that 50 sales record, it will automatically create based on that pattern. So just wait for it to complete and then I'll show you the results. And let's look at this awesome results. As you can see, it is following the sillskll dot md file, which we have just created, and it is actually following the complete pattern. Let's just download that because this one is showing in the preview, so we click on Download. So this can work on all of the task, whatever you do on Gemini hat JBD, so you can cancel those subscriptions and just shift all of your work to Claude. Because as you can see, it is falling a complete pattern. It is giving one space, and it has adjusted it into a perfect format so that it looks nice. And also, it is automatically created the set of rows, which is 50, and it has formatted it in blue wherever required, so it doesn't give data in poor formatting. And also let's notice the hearings. The hearing size is 15. We mentioned that in skill. Let's actually check that, and we'll click on yours, and here it is. Click on contents, and here is the set of instructions. So the heading size is 15. Perfect, and all the row sizes or cell textile and size is 12. So this is actually best example of how the custom made skill that you create for yourself works in Claude. So that is how we can use the skills. We have already seen in the web designing part as well that you can import the skills as well from Google. We have seen that demonstration earlier, but here we have activated a couple of skills, and we have created a basic skill of our own. 64. Course Conclusion: That brings us to the end of the course.
