About This Class
Welcome to my first class about baking french baguettes. My name is Leszek and today I will show you how easy is to bake a beautiful and delicious baguette. This homemade bread recipe works each time even if you are a complete beginner.Â

Hands-on Class Project
Bake your own baguette and upload the picture :)
You will be surprised how easy is to bake your own baguette at home, however, you need to follow the instruction on the class videos. please find ingredients and steps below.
Ingredients:
500g strong bread flour
40g soft butter
7g dry yeast,
about 400 ml water (room temperature)
1 tbsp salt.
1. mix 200g of flour, about 200 ml of water and 7g of yeast then leave for about 12 hours
2. add the rest of the ingredients, mix well, cover with a kitchen towel, and leave until double the size
3. shape the baguettes and put them on a baguette tray.
4. preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius (428 F). put a small container of water on the bottom of the oven.
5. cover with a kitchen towel and leave for about 30 minutes
6. take a sharp knife and make cuts along with the baguettes.
7. bake for about 25 minutes (should have nice golden-brown lolour)
