1. Introduction: Question. Why are you still starting
from scratch with hat GPT every single time? You open it up, type
in your prompt. It gives you an okay answer, but then tomorrow
you're back retyping the exact same
setup because it's already forgotten everything
you told it yesterday. It's like having a creative
partner with Amnesia, right? Here's the thing. It's not
that Chat GPT isn't powerful. It's that we've been using it
like a one of conversation instead of what it can be
your own creative assistant. Where hat hippity projects
come in. Imagine this. You create a project once, you tell it your
goals, your style, your audience, and it remembers. Every time you come
back, it's ready to pick up exactly
where you left off. No more repeating yourself, no more losing good ideas, consistent on brand,
high quality content. This course, I'm going
to show you how to turn hATTPTPjects into your
personal creative assistant. We'll walk through how to
brainstorm unlimited ideas, how to plan your projects
so it works every time, how to create high
quality content without starting over and how to actually launch it so it keeps working for you
in the background. By the end, you'll have a
fully functioning assistant inside CATHPT that
saves you time, keeps your ideas organized, and helps you create without
a constant reset button. Hey, if you find
value in this one, check out my other
Skillshare courses on Chat CHIPT and AI Creativity. And if you ever get stuck or want feedback on
your class projects, send me a message
here on Skillshare. I'm always happy to help. All right, are you
ready? Let's dive in.
2. Class Project – “Your Turn to Build One”: Et's talk about
your class project. I want you to build your
own Chat TIPT project, your creative assistant as
we go through this course. This could be anything
you need help with. Maybe you're a content creator who wants a TikTok
hook generator, maybe you're running a business and you need a product
description writer, or maybe you're just
curious and want to try a blog post editor
in your own style. It doesn't have to be perfect. Think of this as a practice run. Choose one purpose for your
assistant, keep it simple. Give it a name and
a short description inside Chat TiptPject. Add a couple of your
favorite prompts, test it and get it to
create something for you. When you're happy, take
a quick screenshot of your project setup and one
example of its output. Post that in the project
gallery here on Skillshare. If you have any questions,
just send me a message, and I'll give you pointers. Now that you know what
you're building, let's start by getting familiar with ChachipTPjects and how they work as your creative assistant.
3. Lesson 1 | How to Use ChatGPT Projects as Your Creative Assistant: Okay, let's get hands on. First thing, what exactly
is a Chat Chipt project? You can think of it as
a personal workspace inside hat GPT that
remembers what you tell it. Most people use hat CiPT like a conversation with a stranger. You walk in, ask a question,
and get an answer. And tomorrow, they have
no idea who you are. A project is more like
having your own assistant, one who knows your
goals style, tone, and even your
favorite ways of it. It's a space where you can set instructions once and
never have to repeat them. I'm going to show
you how to set up a Cha CHiPT project
from scratch. It should now be seeing
my ChachiPT screen. It is hahPTPlus that
I'm using, by the way. This is the paid version, but if you are using the free version, you could take the
concepts and the ways of working we are using
with ChachiPTPject. Apply those perhaps in
a more manual setting. Instead of setting
up projects here, you could set up a folder. You could store any
prompts that you use, so you can just copy and
paste them in the future. Currently on a blank screen. I am going to open
up the sidebar. So I've clicked on New Project. I'm now going to call
it something like Tick, T Hook generator. You can call it whatever fits your goals and what
you do creatively. This is just for me for this example to showcase
how projects work. Just waiting for the
project to create now. Perfect. We now have
our new project screen here, TikTok Hook generator. The next thing you can
do is add a description. This is where you tell TahiPT the role that is played
example, you could say, you are my content
assistant who writes engaging conversational Tik Tok scripts for trending products. You always use a hook, relatable story or
clear call to action. I'm going to do
something similar here, so I'm going to go
add instructions. And just to give you a rough outline of what
you would put in here, you are a tik talk
Hook generator, you will use the problem
agitation solution framework to come up with engaging
scroll, stopping video hooks. You can make this as
long short as you like. A quick workaround
and he that I like to do is go back into Chat GPT in a new chart and ask the tool to draft up
the best possible, most detailed description that I can then copy and paste back into project so
that every time I open up a new chart
within that project, it remembers exactly what
I need it to do for me. So I'm going to
save this for now. You can always come back and
update this information. You can delete it. You can
change. Same with the project. You can delete the
project, create a new one. There's lots of different
opportunities there. So I'm just going to save it. You can also add files
within project as well. If you've got any images,
documents, code files, and more the TikTok hook
generator project or whatever project you
create can access the content when you
chat inside the project. So you can see now
how it remembers the information and instructions
that you place project. In this instance, I'm not
going to add any files, but you can always add files to your projects if you'd
like to test it out. Want to show you a quick
example of a project that I've been
using for a while. This is a project
that I call Joe. It's for YouTube transcripts. And basically, what
I do with Joe is I manually grab a
YouTube transcript. From my videos, and
I let it create different pieces
of creative work based on that transcript. For example, I have these
instructions to show you very long set of
instructions that I've been building over
a number of weeks. It started small, but then
I would go back and say, Okay, can you also do this? Can you also do that? And I added that to existing
instructions. You can always move
these instructions. Again, I could have
deleted, restarted. It depends on how you are working with your
CHATPT project. But the start of this, you've got the
project name, you've got the role in persona. You've got the
standard workflow, the raw YouTube transcript, copied from YouTube studio,
the current video title. All of that is information that CHATPT itself came up with. I didn't dream that up. I went
to the tool and said, Hey, can you create some ways of working for this
new project for me, and it came up with that,
in terms of what it does exactly and what tools it uses or what tools you're
going to be using, you have to make
that clear as well. There's a ton of information put on here just to give you
an idea of what you can do. As you can see, there's a ton of conversations I've
had for it here. And every time I start this by pasting a new video
transcript and Joe take that transcript
and immediately create a blog article 0R
clean up the transcript. The real magic here is
how persistent this is. Once you've got your
project set up, you can close it,
come back next week. Remember your style, your rules, and even the examples
you've given it. It's like hiring someone, training them once, and then letting them get
on with the job. The talk hook writer
that I've generated, I could say write
me three hooks for a video about a phone
case that never breaks. Boom, I will have
that ready to go. Tomorrow, I can jump
back in and say, I'll make those hooks
funnier in under 7 seconds. Okay, let's go ahead
and test this out. Write me a hook for a scary, short video for kids. Just waiting for it to
come up. Now, this is a very basic instruction
in this project, so I'm not expecting a lot, but it's just to
give you an idea. You can see there,
it's remembered the problem agitation
solution style Hook, which is more of a
business hook framework as opposed to a storytelling
story. Here's the problem. Have you ever heard
a story about a toy that moves and
no one's looking? They say, If you leave it
in the dark for too long, it changes, and last night,
I forgot to turn my light. Do you want to see what
I caught on camera? The more complex
the instructions, the more complex the
result as you've seen from the example with
my project that I created. In the next lesson,
we'll use this project to brainstorm
unlimited ideas fast. Ready? Let's move on
to the next lesson.
4. Lesson 2 | How to Brainstorm Unlimited Ideas With ChatGPT: Now our project is set up. Let's put it to work. One of my favorite things about having Chat GPT project is how quickly it can
turn a blank page into a list of ideas, staring at an empty screen,
waiting for inspiration. That's kind of my personal
nightmare. Here's the trick. Give hathPT your seed
idea and ask for variety. For example, inside my
TikTok Hook writer project, I might type generate ten
TikTok hook ideas for a trending fitness
make them playful in under 7 seconds and keep
them in plain English. Now, in seconds, I
will have ten options, each one different enough
that I can pick my favorite, mesh them together
into something new. You kind of see what's happening.
It's not just spitting out generic lines because
it already knows my tone, my style, and my audience from the project description
we set earlier. You do need to make sure that
your project description is as clear and as
detailed as possible. That's the difference
between working inside a project and using
a fresh chat. You're not stuck with
just one format. You can ask for short hooks, full content concepts,
headlines, story angles. The list is practically endless. So here's another quick example. Say you're running a food blog,
I could ask my assistant, give me five
Instagram real ideas for a quick pasta recipe. Include one that's
funny and one that's inspiring and one that's
trending right now. And, boom, you've
got content for the week before you've
even finished your coffee. Okay, let's jump
into my hat ChiPT, screen quickly, and
give this a spin. Yeah, I'm back into my
TikTok hook project screen. I'm going to ask it to generate ten different hooks for my TikTok acrylic
painting channel. Query is now running and
creating those hooks. There's a bunch of different hooks that you
can play around with, and they're not always
going to be perfect. But the key here is the
speed at which you execute, fail fast, and move
on to the next thing. As opposed to spending hours coming up with
these yourself, if that's your
preference, you could. But if you're someone
that likes to save time, you've got
an option there. Within about 10 minutes, you could come up with 100 hooks until you find the one you want. The clearer the instructions, the better the result. They don't have to be complex. They don't have to be
difficult to understand. They don't have to be something that doesn't even
make sense to you. They need to be just
clear and detail. And over time, what I've found is adding
just little bits, maybe like one little addition or amendment to day as you
work with your project. Within about a
week or two weeks, you'll find that you have
a nice long description of your project, similar to what you
do with an employee. If you've got a new
employee within a business, you're training them every day. They're reading
theory, they're doing e learning and doing
all these other bits, but you're also helping them
with the practical stuff. Every day, you're teaching them something new ways of working, fast tracking processes,
similar to that. If you take the same
approach with hachPTPjects, this is where you
hit the sweet spot. Next lesson, we'll take
all this raw idea, gold, and actually plan your
hat ChiPT project so it works every
single time you use it. Think of it as giving
your assistant the ultimate chee cheat
before they start the job.
5. Lesson 3 | How to Plan a ChatGPT Project That Works Every Time: Okay, we've now got
some ideas flowing. Let's make sure our
Chat ChiPT project is set up so it always gives us the kind of output that we want.
Because here's the thing. A creative assistant is only as good as the
brief you give it. When I'm planning a project,
I focus on three things. Goal. What is the assistant
actually here to do? Audience, who are we
talking to voice and style, how should the content let's talk about the goal
portion to start with. Goal is your Northstar. For my TikTok hook writer, the goal is to help me write short scroll stopping TikTok
hooks for trending products. It's specific, measurable
and leaves no confusion. Let's also talk about
the audience bit. So if I know my target viewer is a busy 18 to 25-year-old
scrolling on their lunch break, I'll tell ChachiPt that.
It makes a difference. The tone will shift, the
examples will be relevant, and the assistant won't waste
time on things audience. Care about. Finally,
voice and style. This is where you
inject personality. Do you want content
that's casual and chatty or polished
and professional? For my TikTok assistant, I might say use
conversational language, make it feel like
advice from a friend, and keep it under 8 seconds. And here's a pro tip. Store your favorite prompts
inside the project. That way, you're not
typing them from memory each time.
Here's a quick example. Give me five hook ideas for a product that
makes people laugh. This product description
into a TikTok script, write a hook that uses
curiosity and suspense. Now, anytime you log in, those prompts are right
there ready to fire. Okay? Let's go
ahead and jump into my hatchipt screen and give this Let's go ahead
and test this out. So I'm going to copy
this and paste it within my project instructions. Up instructions and add, give me five hook ideas. Whatever product name I insert, turn this product description
into a TikTok script, write a hook that uses
curiosity and suspense. Follow these instructions
exactly every single time respond to me
in a SA at tone. Okay, so I've saved
the instruction, so I'm going to go
ahead now and test this out and see what
it comes up with. I'm just going to
put some hook for a video about a new cue beaner. Let's see what it comes up with. Alright, here are five sarcastic
lag bat Tikto hooks for your shiny new
vacuum cleaner using the problem agitation
solution method. So it's remember that from that initial instruction
that we put on a POV, you thought your carpet was
clean until this vacuum exposed your entire life's
worth of bad decisions. Wanted a vacuum so strong, it could suck up
your will to live. Well, this is one
that actually can. It is giving me some
sarcastic responses. You can customize this to whatever you want
to try and test out. You could even try
some funny ideas and see what comes up for you. In the next lesson,
we're going to take all this planning
and actually create high quality content with it without starting
from scratch. Are you with me so
far? Good. Let's jump straight into the next lesson.
6. Lesson 4 | How to Create High-Quality Content Using ChatGPT Projects: Okay, so we've set
up our project. We've got ideas, and
we've got a clear plan. Now comes the fun part. We actually creating
content with it. And here's the thing. The first draft hat
chip t gives you, it's not going to be
the final version. It's your starting point. This is where most
people go wrong, and they take that first answer, copy it, and call it done. The real magic happens
when you give feedback and Think of it like working
with a junior assistant. They give you something good, but you send it back with
notes to make it great. Here's an example. In my
TikTok hook writer project, I'm going to ask
write me three hooks for a phone case
that never breaks. Let's say it gives
me this phone case could survive the apocalypse. Drop your phone
again. I dare you. Indestructible. You
could be the judge. These are good, but I want
them to be snappier and funny. So I'll say make these
hooks 20% shorter, add a little humor
and make them feel like they came from
a TikTok creator. Now I get survive the
apocalypse, drop seriously. Indestructible. Boom.
Just like that, you've got Sharper, punchier, way more on brand hooks. This works for anything blog
posts, emails, ad copy. The process is the same.
Ask for a first draft, give specific feedback,
repeat until you're happy. So inside a project, ChachiPiT remembers your past tweaks. So over time, the
first draft gets closer and closer to perfect. Now in the next lesson,
I'll show you how to actually launch your
ChachiPT creative assistant and keep improving it
so it works harder for you every single week.
You're with me so far? Let's move on to
the next lesson.
7. Lesson 5 | How to Launch and Grow Your ChatGPT Creative Assistant: Okay, so your Chat
Tipt project is built, tested, and creating
solid content. To launch it really
just means putting it to work in your day to day life. Launching doesn't have to
be some big dramatic event. It's about making
your assistant part of your creative
process starting today. Here's what I recommend. Use it for a real project immediately. Track what's working,
keep refining. One of my favorite
ways to grow a project is by repurposing content. Let's say my TikTok hook writer just gave me a killer hook, I can instantly tell
Chachipit turn this hook into a YouTube title or rewrite this for Instagram in
a more inspirational. Suddenly, the same
idea is fueling multiple platforms
because my assistant already knows my tone, and the repurposing is seamless. Don't be afraid to
evolve your assistant. Maybe it starts as a
TikTok hook generator, but over time, it becomes
a full content strategist. The beauty of Chat GPT project
is that it grows with you. The more you use it, the smarter
and more efficient Okay, so I'm just going to show
you guys how to expand my initial instruction into
something more detail, something that can be a
bit more enriched for my project to pull and draw from every time
I give it a prompt. So I'm just going to copy this
initial instruction here. I've now opened a new chat, and I'm just going
to paste it here. And I'm going to
say, please create a tailed project instruction for a hat PT project that
will create took for me based on this initial
set of instructions. Create a set of instructions
for it to come up. Now it's going to come
up with a fully fledged, more detailed version of this. And you can apply this
to literally anything. You can apply to data analysis, if you're a solutions architect,
you can apply to that. If you're a developer,
you can apply to that. The applications are endless. This is just one example of how you can go
about using it. And just like that, I've got highly detailed project
instruction that I can copy here. I'm now going to go
ahead and paste it into my new project instruction
for my TikTok hook generator. I'm going to go
ahead and go into instructions and
delete everything that's here because
I'm not going to need past that long instruction. Obviously, I'm not going to read it now, but
you can proof it, make sure that it brings
out what you'd like and change any areas you
feel don't need. For example, even
on YouTube videos, if you come across
a YouTube video that you'd like to use the
same scripting framework, and you've got a project that helps you create
YouTube scripts, you can just copy that
transcript, clean it up, put it on here and
say, next time you write a YouTube script form, please draw from
that last script and see what inspiration
you can get from that. The applications are
literally endless. So I'm just going
to save this now, it's going to remember
the information from that project instruction, and it's going to go ahead
and give us a result. So you've got the setup,
you've got the skills, and now the launch plan. Next, we're going to wrap
up and make sure that you know exactly how to
put this into action. The second you finish watching.
8. Conclusion & Next Steps: And that's it. You now know
how to brainstorm, plan, create and launch your very
own Chat ChIPT project as a creative assistant. We started with the problem, which was constantly repeating
yourself to Chat TPT. We fixed that by setting up a project that
remembers your goals, your style, and your audience. We walked through
brainstorming unlimited ideas, planning it, so it works
every single time, creating high quality
content with feedback loops, and finally, launching
and growing it. So it works harder
for every single week. Now, it's over to you. Open Chat GPT, create
your first project, and start using it today. And remember, even a
simple setup can save you hours and make your
content more consistent. Even if you don't
have Chat GPT plus, take the same way
of thinking and apply it more manually.
You can save prompt have a list of prompts
that you always use. Go back, copy those,
so you don't have to start from scratch
every single time. If you enjoy this
class, check out my other Skillshare courses for more tips on hatchiPT AI

your creative assistant. I can't wait to see
what you create. And remember, momentum,
not perfection.
