2. FREE YOURSELF FROM EMOTIONAL WEIG: Welcome, You guys are
welcome to step one. So in this video today
we're going to talk about clearing up your
emotional space. And the reason why I wanted to put this like
first and foremost, is because I found the number one energy
generator like the place where our
energy goes the most, is where we store old
energy, like old emotions. Emotions that, that does
not serve us anymore, that is still lingering around when we want
to move forward. So what this feels like is like feeling heavy emotions
that is weighing us down. It doesn't matter how hard we try to swim against the current. It doesn't matter how hard
we fight against the water. It feels like it's really
hard to stay afloat. So we're spending twice as much energy and we're
doing half as much. And the reason for that
is because there's still something that is
tight tying us down. And so what we want to do is to actually go
under the surface and find out and finally address what are some of the things that
are bothering us? What are some of the things
that I am actually fearing? What are some of my insecurities
around this thing or whatever it is that you have not addressed and you
have not looked into. I mean, it's different
for everyone. But the one most important thing is to actually allow
yourself to finally address this thing that
has been weighing you down instead of trying
to power through it. Because that's what's actually
like draining our energy, trying to ignore the
voice and trying to ignore the distraction
in the background. When in fact the distraction is becoming louder and
louder and louder. And it's taking most of your attention
away instead of just focusing on what it is
that you need to do when we're not aware and
we're not paying attention. That's usually when emotions start to accumulate and
it starts to pile up. And over time, it
becomes wait to experience them over and
over and over again. It feels like having an extra program running
in the background. So imagine you have to do for your computer sometimes when
your computer slows down, it's because you've got
too many tabs open. You have too many
programs running. If you're browsing and
speed is going slower. It's because you've
got too much history, you've got too much
Password Save, you've got, you've got
to clear the cache. You have to clear up
all these things in your computer or your
phone in order to free up the space for your
computer or your phone or your device to
function properly. Again, this is exactly
the same thing that we need to do for our
emotional space, right? To a free up this excess energy
that we're holding onto, that we can allow ourselves to unleash that energy
we've been holding onto into the work that actually matters into the places where we do want our attention to go. So in the next video, I'm going to give you
the first action step to implement this freeing up
of your energy right away, it's going to be so
liberating for you. And I'm sure you're going
to enjoy the exercise.
3. FREE UP EMOTIONAL WEIGHT: The first exercise you're
going to do is going to require a journal or a pen and paper and to a leash and unload all the emotions that
you're feeling onto paper. Now it's going to be really
easy to just think about it, like just to know in the
back of your mind, Oh, look what I've been
dealing with or what I've been thinking about or
what's been bothering me. But the act of putting
it down onto paper, it's really allow
yourself to unleash and unload that weight
off of your back. So give yourself
the opportunity to actually have that
physical experience, to write it down, to let it go, to unleash it, to experience it. One other thing that I
also want to mention about this exercise is that as soon
as you feel that emotion, don't try to rush yourself. So this is going to be
a practice for you to actually experience that emotion instead of trying to rush
yourself, time herself. I've got to feel
better by this time. Or I've got to hurry
up and feel good. I've got to feel good again. I've gotta, I've got to pick up my energy faster because
I've got things to do and just allow yourself
to have that experience. This is the practice. And once you actually allow
that feeling to come through, you're going to realize that, hey, I've experienced it, now, I can let it go. And so it doesn't matter
if you're feeling bad. If you're feeling bad, you're going to
cry and to couch. You want, you feel
sorry for yourself. You want to take the day off,
you want to go for a walk. You don't want to talk to anyone in the day, it doesn't matter. This is the practice to hold
that space for yourself too. Actually. Hold those boundaries to feel your emotions so that they
can actually come through. If it means that you write for three hours and like just write all
these emotions out. Or you rent and rent and rent, or you unleash all
its frustration. It doesn't matter
what it looks like. Do what feels right for you. So that these emotions can come through and you can
finally let go of them. So this is how we address any emotional weight that
it's been holding us down. And so that we can
free ourselves into feeling the lightness and the inspiration that
we want to feel.
4. RECONNECT WITH YOUR BODY: Hello and welcome
to step number two. So today we are addressing
the physical body because the physical body is how we actually allow the
energy to come through. The physical body has very strong potential
to generate energy. So we're going to
talk about how do we generate this energy and how do we bring our bodies
back into momentum? Now, when we are tired, a lot of times I find
that this happens for me is that I actually forget to
drink water when I'm tired. I forgot to rest. When I'm tired, I
procrastinate, going to bed. And when we're tired, what tends to happen is that
we tune out of our bodies. So we actually forget to pay attention to
what our body needs. So one thing that I want
to bring your attention to is bring back your focus
back into your body, especially when you're tired. So the question that we
need to ask ourselves is, how am I feeling right
now and what does my body need to feel
re-energized again? Now when we feel low or
lethargic or stagnant, a lot of times is going
to feel like our body is dragging itself through
the day, right? Because we don't
have the inertia, we don't have the momentum. So I wanted to ask you, when was the last time
you oxygenated your body? When was the last
time you exercised or when was the last time you
went out to get some air? Intentionally breathe the air, not just like
destructive breathing, but it's intentional breathing, intentional
oxygenating your body, thinking about your body and
how it consumes the air. When was the last time you felt good about your exercise, right? So if you're someone who
exercises regularly, you already have like
a very active routine. When was the last time
you tried something new? Right? Or like really ask yourself
the exercises that I do or the exercises that
the routines that I have, do they make me feel good? Do I need a new exercise? Does it give my body the
feeling that I want to feel? This is something that you can ask yourself to re-evaluate. If the exercises are
working for me or whether or not if I'm taking
myself out enough, if my body is feeling tired because it's actually
it has not been moving. I've just been resting
on the couch or I've just been stuck at home. And as a result of that, I feel low lethargic
for that reason. I also want to talk about
stagnation for a bit because stagnation itself
not only feels bad, it makes us feel more tired, but the knowledge and the
awareness that we are feeling stagnant is also what
perpetuates more frustration. It's like the feeling of like I just I hate feeling this way. I don't know. I feel so tired. I don't know why I feel
so tired all the time. Right. So it's this frustration or the struggle that comes after the frustrate,
the stag, stagnation. It's like the multiplied
feeling when you know that you don't
like that you feel stagnant to combat this, I usually give myself
some stimulation. Now, it's going to be
really hard to self start. So I'm going to rely on something else to
get me up and going. So in the next video,
we're going to, I'm going to walk
you through some of the things that I
do and some of the, I'm gonna give you some ideas to get your body up
and moving so that you can feel
re-energized again and you can feel the vitality
come back to you.
5. JUMPSTART YOUR BODY: In this exercise to help you jumpstart your
energy in your body, we're going to write down three things that you know is personally going
to work for you. Now, it doesn't matter what
you do for as long as you know that it's going to work for your body that is
personalized for you. It could be going out
to take a quick walk. It could be going out for a light jog even
for five minutes. It doesn't matter how
little time it involves. It's like, if you know
that it works for you, allow yourself to write it
down and follow through. It could be taking
a cold shower, it could be taking drinking
a glass of ice water, or it could be playing with your pets or playing
with your kids, going out to get some sun. Or for me personally, I love putting on like
super loud music as though I'm home alone and putting on like a mini dance
party for five-minutes. Like it's just that
like, you know, it's just that the three to five minutes of like just
energizing my body, it's going to put me
back in the mood of like feeling that energy
charging through my body. So whatever those three
things are for you, write it down and allow
yourself to fall through. And I hope you enjoyed
this exercise.
6. CHECK IN WITH YOUR ENVIRONMENT: Welcome back to
step number three. In this video, we are going to discuss checking in
with your environment. And I personally think that this is really
important because I know that we draw energy
from our surroundings. We draw energy from
our environment, from people around us,
from things around us, from objects around us, from the space that we
intentionally create around us. So what that means
is if our space is unintentionally
created and our space is not carefully curated. We're not thinking
about like how we want to feel and we just
take energy from there. It's no wonder that we feel so drained and tired or uninspired. And this is the time
that we get to do some energetic cleanup for our surroundings and our space. If you happen to be working at home or in an office
and your space is cluttered and the light is
depressing and it's messy and it's lightly bothering you or the sound is bothering you. It's no surprise that it's hard for creativity
to come through. But let's say you've got
everything in place and you, your room smells good and you feel uplifted and
you feel like you're in this place where you feel like this is a place
where I can create, I feel good in my surroundings. Of course, you're going to feel like physically different. It's a whole other story. So one other thing that
I want to talk about is if you've been working in one particular
place for too long, it's going to be easy to feel fatigue or you could
feel bored of the place. This is why I have at
least two working spaces. Sometimes I like to work at the dining table and
then sometimes I go to the studio to work
or sometimes I go outside and work at a cafe. Doesn't matter if it's
a restaurant or a cafe, as long as they have Internet. But like I am make it very intentional to switch
up my physical space. And the reason for
that is because when I change my surroundings, I force my mind to re-adapt. I'm refocus on what
is in front of me. And so it doesn't, it doesn't allow my energy
and my attention to drift. You don't have the extra
space to work at home. You could always go
to work at a cafe and a co-working space
at a friend's house, like just anywhere, but
the same old environment. So that you can stimulate
your mind to become active, aware, and awake again. In the next video, I'm going to give you some
reflection exercises to help you re-energize your surroundings
so that you can feel the way you want to feel.
7. TUNE UP YOUR ENVIRONEMNT: Welcome back. Now, in this video,
I'm going to give you four reflective questions
to ask yourself, to tune up your
environment and to make it the way that
you want to feel. Question number one. Now I want you to
look around you look around your surroundings. How does your current
environment make you feel? What are you seeing? What are you hearing, what are you smelling? And just take it
in for a moment. Then ask herself, does
it bring you joy? Does it bring you pleasure? Does it bring you peace? Does it inspire you? And does it help energize you? So this is your first question. Question number two that I want you to answer
for yourself is, what energy do you
want to feel, right? Do you want to feel energized? You want to feel excited? Do you want to feel focused? Do you want them to feel calm? Do want to feel relaxed. So write down these
feelings that you desire to feel from your environment for everyone's going
to be different. So you don't have to use
examples that I gave you above. But ask yourself, how
do I want to feel? And then write it down. Question number three. What can I do in my current environment so that I can feel the way
that I want to feel. Are there changes
that I can make? Is they're gonna
put up on the wall. Do I need to change
the light bulbs so I can get rid of the
fluorescent light. Do I need to write and the light in my surroundings
doesn't look too dim. Does Myspace need a
decluttering or am I surrounded with too much old stuff that reminds me of the past, right? Are there things that
I'm not throwing away? My hoarding things? So ask yourself, what can I do to my current environment so that I can feel the way
that I want to feel. And number four is where can I go in order to feel
the way that I want to feel? I want you to think of some
places where you can go. Whether if it's just outside, whether if it's at a cafe, whether if it's someone's place, whether it's just even like working at the
kitchen, for example, or changing up your
desk desk space or reorganizing your desk space. I'm going somewhere different. Just get creative. This is the opportunity
where we can get creative and think of the places that we
know that we can go to work or re-inspired
ourselves to read, to plan, to visualize, and to be in a different
environment so that we can draw energy from
that new environment. So I hope you enjoy. These are for reflective
questions and come up with your own personalized
answers that you know what you can do to
your environment and also, in what new places can you
draw a new energy from?
8. ENERGETIC FORECAST: Welcome, welcome back to video for today we're going to talk about energetic
forecasting. So this is what
visualizing is for me. When I visualize, I put
my energy out there. So wanted to talk about how do you put your energy
out there and cast your energetic net so
that your vision can give you the feedback of how you want to
feel on the inside. Why this is important
is that it's not just the practice of visualizing
that does the magic. It's actually the
experience in itself. So if you stop treating
it as a practice that I just have to do or that
I have to get it right. But actually start
treating it as a personal experience as though you're like going on a Disney ride and you're
seeing everything, you're seeing all the detail. You're seeing like the
things on the walls. You're seeing. The
animations jump out at you. It's like it's that
whole experience that creates an,
evokes an emotion. That is the
experience you get to have when you're casting
your energy forward. This is what actually
does the magic. It's not the amount of details. It's not the clarity
of the details. It's not how accurate
it has to be, but it's a matter of when you allow yourself to
be in that place, you feel the way that
you want to feel and it pulls you out of your
current energetic state. So it doesn't matter if you're
feeling tired right now, or you're feeling like well, or you're feeling low in energy or you're
feeling uninspired. It, it doesn't matter, like allow yourself to be in that energetic state and you could just snap into it. That's how quick it can happen. When you see it in your mind, then your body will start corresponding to how
you want to feel. So this is perhaps one of the quickest way to switch up
your energy in an instant, like literally happens like so fast and the snap of
a finger if you feel it, it changes your
energy right away. This is all about projecting
your energy forward. This is about
forward-facing energy. We've already talked about clearing up your
energetic clutter. So now we have the freespace to cast our energy
forward, to visualize, to look forward,
to plan, to see, to anticipate what is
actually coming next, right? So then we can actually
get excited about what's, what's on the next page, what's on the next chapter, but we wanna do is cast
the energetic net. And the details do
not matter as much. So you don't have to worry
or stress about my gosh, like I don't know if I'm I don't know if I'm
getting it right. I don't know if I
got all the details. I've heard that
when you visualize, you have to get the details
right. You don't have to. And the moment you start getting stress is when you
lose the magic. So might as well
just like actually enjoy the experience if
you don't have a right, you could just like come back again and just feel it
again. It doesn't matter. But the most important
thing is that you feel it. You feel, you feel that
heightened feeling. You feel that elation. You feel, Oh my gosh, I'm going to be here. It's going to be so amazing. I'm gonna get this done
and it's gonna be so fun. It's gonna be like I'm
going to meet these people. I'm going to have
this conversation and I'm going to feel great. I'm going to feel so accomplished or whatever
it is that you want to feel powerful enough
to re-inspired you. You don't need an
accountability buddy. Joe need someone to
tell you what to do. You don't need someone
to hold you accountable. When you connect with your
vision and your inspiration, it literally like everything just comes back online for you. The reason why this
is so powerful and the reason why I keep doing this over and over
again for myself is because when you feel, when you hold this feeling
in your body, right? So when you see, when
you see the vision, your body corresponds
to that vision, right? So then you start feeling the excitement that your body starts becoming familiar
to that feeling. So rather than being
more familiar with being stuck or
uninspired or slow, or an energized or
frustrated or discourage, you become more familiar
with the other feeling, which is excitement and
elation and inspiration. And emotionally, you can
only be at one place. You cannot be stuck and
elated at the same time. Like emotionally, you cannot be at both
places at the same time. You cannot be uninspired and inspired at the same time
if you see what it mean. So in order for you to be more familiar with
one feeling than the other, in order to energize yourself, it's important for
your body to be more familiar with feeling
that you want to feel, which is the feeling
that your vision is going to bring you
at this point. Like you just want
to re-familiarize yourself to the feeling
of your desires, the feeling of your purpose, the feeling of doing
what you love. And then, except that feeling in your body so that your
body recognizes it, recognizes that it's there. And the more you can go
back into it by reputation, repetition with
time, with practice, you are going to get
it in the next video. I'm going to give you
some action steps that you can cast
your energy forward. And I know you're going
to love the exercise.
9. CAST YOUR VISION FORWARD: In this video, I'm going
to show you how I cast my vision forward and
how you can do it too. Now, this exercise is very, very powerful and I
promise you it's super effective if you do it with enough repetition
within a focus, with enough dedication,
and also with a belief that this is
going to help you. So I want you to close your eyes and see
what you want to see, like fast for your
fast-forward yourself to your desired reality and, or your desired emotion. And feel what you want to feel, see what you want to feel, what you want to see, and
just feel good internally. Okay. You don't have to work
at all the details, but just focus on how you get to feel when you're
in that vision, doing it, whatever it is that you
want to be doing and living the reality that
you want to be living. Are you happy in that vision? Right? Are you happy or joyful? Are you feeling motivated? Are you feeling inspired? Like whatever it is
that you feel in that vision or
whatever feeling that you associate with that vision, allow yourself to
feel all of it like the pure emotion that
you want to feel. Allow yourself to
experience it in your body. How does it feel for you? Now feel all of it. Feel that experience
in your body, and then carry that
feeling into your day. Allow, allow that feeling to be expressed in however
way it wants to be expressed. So if you're feeling
like motivated in your vision or your feeling
successful in that vision. Allow that feeling of success, or that feeling of motivation, or that feeling of
accomplishment. I'm expressing
whatever way it wants to be expressed
throughout the day and carry that
feeling into the day. And I promise you instantly you're going to
feel that shift in your body. Like you're so ready
to jump into action. You're so ready to
like just spring up on your feet and just
get to work right away. So I don't usually
count, but I think I do. What about like three
to five times a day? Because I don't make
it a practice for me. It's not it's not a practice. It's not something that I put on my calendar that I
just have to do. It's an experience
that I allow myself to have because I really
enjoy the experience. So I think this
is one thing that really sets the practice apart is that it's not just something that
you have to do, but it's an experience
that it gives you such a good feeling
that you'll want to go back into it over
and over and over again so that you actually
get to feel that way. If I go in there because
I want to feel good, not because I have to do it. So it's not just a
means to an end. I go in there because because
I do it for the experience, not just to complete
the practice. If you're not feeling the high, if you're not feeling excited, if you're not feeling motivated, no motivated yet, don't worry. There's no pressure to get
it right in the first go. Like no pressure at
all. It's dropped. The pressure dropped
the importance that you have to get it right. This is about coming back to
your vision and reconnect, reconnecting yourself
back as something that is meaningful and
that is important for you. And what is meaningful for
all of us is very different. So in time, you're going
to find what excites you personally and
what's going to really like make
you click right? So if there is nothing that
excites you right now, focus on the feeling of, Oh my gosh, I found something. Maybe that is a feeling
that excites you. It's the feeling of, Oh, I have found something
that excites me, or I have found something
that inspires me. If there's nothing else, there's nothing else
that inspires you. And you can focus
on that feeling. Even just the thought
of your visual alone. Like remember this, the
thought of the vision alone is enough to power you
throughout your day, isn't enough to
bring you back up from whatever ditch that
you feel like you're in, whatever you feel
like you're in, It's enough to bring your
energy back up and uplift you. That is the exercise for today. I hope that you
thoroughly enjoy it and always feel free to
come back to this exercise. If you just want to
feel that picked me up, you want to feel that you
want to lift yourself up and feel amazing
in your body.
10. FINAL THOUGHTS: Alright, you guys. This is the final video, and congratulations for
having made that far. Now, I've made this course
super short and sweet so that you can go straight in
and implement right away. One thing that I want
to mention is that your energy will only happen with your active
engagement and input. It only becomes something that happens when you make it happen, when you allow to happen. So that is all for today. If you like this course
and your fan of it, and you know that this has
helped you change your energy, change your life,
change the way you feel about yourself
and about your day. Please let me know
in the comments in the class discussions and
how it has helped you. And let me let me know also if you have any questions
at all so that we can be a part of this
discussion and we can actively engage ourselves
in it in this change. Also, if you like
this kind of content, I have plenty other courses that are very similar
around self-awareness, around energy,
around meditation, Around self-expression that I think you are also
going to love. So feel free to follow me and go check out my other
