1. Welcome to the Class: Do you want to learn
how to use the latest and most powerful AI tools to create content faster? Generate stronger
ideas and build a complete content system
that actually scales. Well, then you're
in the right place. So my name is Lambros and
during the past five years, I've built multiple digital
content and e learning businesses by turning digital video assets into real revenue, taught tens of thousands
of students worldwide, and generating millions of views through content
by understanding how to approach content creation strategically and not randomly. Now, by the end of the
scorse you'll know exactly how to utilize to their
fullest potential, nine of the most powerful
AI tools that exist right now to help you in your
content creation journey. These tools will
completely remove friction out of every single
stage of content creation. From idea generation to
research, scripting, visualizing, adding voices, and producing the
videos themselves. I'll show you how to
use these nine tools to streamline the whole process to be able to create
content faster, better, and more consistently
than ever before. More specifically, in
this course right here, you will learn how a modern
AI content workflow works and how to apply it step by step across every stage
of content creation. Learn how to generate
better video ideas using tools like
Judge B and Sortfeed, how to research topics faster and more effectively
with Sandcastles, how to write stronger
proven scripts while utilizing
tools like Claude, and how to turn these scripts
into visuals that hook, engage and retain your viewers. You'll also learn
how to use AI for voice and avatar workflows, while utilizing tools
like Hagen the 11 labs, which will completely
blow your mind. And the best part is that
this course isn't designed to introduce you to these
tools individually. This class is tailored to help
you understand how all of these tools fit together
into one unified system. So instead of jumping between
random tools and ideas, you'll know exactly
how to approach content creation from
start finish with AI. So I'm super happy
to have you here. I'm going to seeing you in
the first lesson of the cos.
2. The Modern AI Content Workflow: I would like to welcome you
to the second lesson of this course in which we're
going to be analyzing the modern AI content
creation workflow. Now, here's the thing. Yes, AI has completely changed the way that
we approach content, and understanding and leveraging all of these AI tools that we're going to be discussing
about in this class right here will get
you head of the curve, right, and we'll just
completely remove the friction of your
content production journey. That being said,
content creation and content production has five pillars that have
remained the same throughout the history of
content creation, right? That's research and ideation, scripting of the videos, producing the videos,
meaning shooting the videos, editing the videos, and
then uploading the videos. These five pillars have completely remained
the same throughout the history of content creation
and content production and will remain the same,
right, in the future. So in this right here, we're understanding
these five pillars. And once you have a
circular understanding of these five pillars, then we're going to
be analyzing all of the different tools that
will assist by, again, completely removing any sort of friction throughout this content production journey of yours. I'm super, super excited
to have you here. Let's talk about the modern
AI content workflow. Now, the great
content shift that is happening in 2026
and will keep on happening in the next years
happened due to the fact that AI has really
infiltrated this space. And the fact is that, again, we're no longer
living in the era of manual grind culture, right, where hours of
effort equal with quality. Nowadays, you do not need to spend tens of hours
on content pieces. What you need to pretty
much do is a mindset shift, right from a content producer
to a content strategist. So the landscape
has shifted from individual creators struggling
with tools to architects, right, building content
creation systems, right? And this is my goal with
this course to turn you into a content architect rather
than a content creator, right? So today, we moved beyond
the using AI thing, right, and start mastering the modern AI content workflow. This will be your blueprint for achieving elite
level output without the traditional burnout that
comes with inputting all of these hours and hours of
producing content, right? Now, here's a ghost
in the machine. Traditional content
creator creation, right, was a series of
disconnected manual silos that just completely
drained your energy. And why did these series of, again, disconnected manual
silos drain your energy? Because there was so much
friction between all of these different tasks that you needed to fulfill in
order to produce content. You need to know how
to use a camera. You need to know how
to light up a scene. You needed to have a setup, SD cards, you need to
know how to edit videos. And this was hard, right? You needed to be a professional in order to survive
in this field. Right? But in 2026, the best creators have
stopped acting like laborers, if you will, and started
acting as directors, right? Content strategist. And this is way
easier to sustain. So AI is not here to replace
your voice as a creator, but it is here to
remove the friction between your idea
and the final frame. So the goal is super simple. We want total creative freedom. Through systemic acceleration. This is what we're aiming for, and this is where all of these different tools
that we're going to be analyzing in this class right
here come into play, right? Again, systems over silos. So most creators fail
because they treat AI as a collection
of random gadgets, and this is where if you will, you just stop using AI because you have all of
these different AI tools. You do not know where
to apply them if you treat them as
random gadgets. But if you start treating AI as small gearpieces of
your content system, then you know exactly which
gearpiece needs to change, which gearpiece works perfectly. If you just zoom out and
view this whole thing as a system rather than
a collection of gadget, if this makes sense, right? So real power comes when
you stop testing tools and start building a unified
production pipeline, which is again, exactly
what we're going to be analyzing in this
class right here. So tools will change by
again next month, right? But a solid workflow
is a permanent asset. And in order for you to
sustain this solid workflow, you need to have a circular understanding of
the whole pipeline. And this is why you're being educated in this
course right here. Because again, you don't know
how a whole system works, then how do you know if, again, a small year piece of the
system needs to be changed, right? And this makes all sense. So if you master the process, you become platform
agnostic and future right? So which are these five pillars of content creation
and production? And I gave you a small snippet
in the introduction of this lesson right here to
dominate the modern landscape, we break every project into
five specific buckets. And in every single
one of these buckets, there is an AI tool that
can really help you out. And again, these AI
tools will be updated, and I'm going to be
here to elaborate on the next AI tools, right? But it's super
important for you to understand these five buckets. So we start with
ideas, ideation, and there are multiple
different AI tools that can help us in the process ideas and coming up with proper
content ideas. Then research, right,
seeing our competitors, how are our competitor videos performing our competitors
going viral, right? Then we move into
scripting, right? How do we script
a video properly? And again, we have the best AI tool in every
single one of these, again, pillars that we're
going to be analyzing. So scripting hooks, right, the value of the video, how do you transition from
one video to another? How do you maintain people watch your video a
powerful script. Then we execute through
recording, right? So again, in recording, there are so many different
AI tools that can help you with content recording
and content production. And finally, we polish
through editing. So those are the five pillars
of content production. It's ideation, research, scripting,
recording, and editing. And Again, in this
class right here, I'm going to be elaborating on the best tool for ideation, the best tool for research, the best tool for scripting, recording, and for editing. So each state feeds the next, creating a loop of high quality, high velocity content,
which is the goal, again, that we want high
quality, high velocity content. Thus, you become the
content architect, right? You don't need to be a
professional ideation expert, and then a professional
research expert, and then a professional
scripting expert and a recording expert and an
editing expert, right? If this makes sense. You just need to
be an architect. Right? So stage one, the art of intelligent ideation. And in this part of the lesson, we're just going to go through the basic tools
that we're going to be using just super
superficially. So you just have an idea of how we're
gonna be using this. So we no longer guess
what people want, right? I ideation. You don't
need to be guessing. You don't need to start producing content
to see what sticks. We use data to find out
what people are missing. And AI helps us analyze
competitor gaps and identify audience pinpoints that are currently ignored, right? For example, in this case, we're going to be using
sort feed, right? So by using sort feed, which is super easy to use, super basic and completely
for free AI software, we can pinpoint outlier
content, right? So videos of our
competitors that have just been performing
way better than the average videos
on their channel, right, videos that have
broken the algorithm, right? And these videos, we can
actually adopt, right, and start actually producing
similar videos for our ne. So we aren't just
looking for more ideas. We're looking for
the right ideas based on proven patterns, and we're going to
be doing this with the power of short feet, which is just one of the tools that we're
going to be analyzing, and I'm super excited
to show you this tool. Then we move into
deep research, right? And we're going to
be researching funny enough with OpenEI and GBT. But if this is not a AGBT guide or a JGBD class right here, we're going to be
using HGBDO three, right, with deep
research enabled. And I'm going to get back to this in just a second, right? So the days of spending
6 hours again, in a browser tab are
completely over. And I'm not neglecting
again manual research because sometimes researching
manual can help you again, strengthen your again, thinking muscles,
which is super good. But now we can deploy
JagiBD with all three in deep research to act as a high
level research assistant, which is a super easy
workflow and something that 99% of content graders
aren't doing us again, 99 of content graders
aren't 99% of contrators aren't using
AI the proper way, and I'm going to
show you how to do this in this class right here, they're not using GBT
the proper way because we all have JGBT we
all engage with JGBT. But there are so many other
ways and other layers, right, that you can interact
with this model, right? So again, this system scans hundreds of sources in seconds, right, to find the unique
angle that others miss, right? Of course, Open EI and JGBT they're super broad and super general and
everyone uses them, but there is so much
value that you can gain as content
creators from GBT. So you emerge with a
more informed opinion And a stronger content
hook than anyone else in your niche just by researching
properly with GPT 03, and again, deep
research enabled. So then we move into actually building the
narrative skeleton, the script of our videos. Again, research is useless
without structure. So we use AI to turn again raw data into
compelling scripts. And for this case, we're going
to be using sand castles, which is just another
awesome AI software that helps us with
evidence based, again, data create the perfect
script for our videos. So sand castles help us nail high retention flow required
for modern short form video. And, of course,
we're going to be taking these scripts and also creating long form video
scripts. And guess what? You don't even need again, read out the scripts
and have a camera. By the end of this
class, you will understand how to produce
content without even, again, needing a
camera yourself. It's really mind blowing, right? So cloud projects is also an awesome AI software
that allows us to refine our brand voice and maintain consistency across
long form series. It's a bit different than GBT. It's again, an AI
language model, right? But what it gives us is
the fact that we can maintain a brand consistency
throughout our content. If you can recall,
Jaz BD doesn't always remember exactly what you have been talking about unless
you create a new project. So we're going to be
using Cloud to build the bones of our story while, again, your human
judgment provides the heart and the
soul of your content. So we're going to be combining sand castles and Cloud to again, create the narrative
skeleton of our content. And then we move to stage four, which is just recording
without boundaries. And stage four completely blows my mind every time
that I think about it. And I think that it will also
completely blow your mind. With Hagen and 11 labs, we can completely bypass
the recording process, the traditional, let's
say recording process that you would have to
undergo back in the day. For example, right now, I am recording a video in
the traditional way. I have a camera. I have a
microphone, I have lights. But with these two AI
applications, Hagen and Elevenabs, you will be able to produce videos without needing
to have a camera. So again, in our modern times, recording no longer
requires you to sit in front of a
camera for 8 hours. We're going to be using
Hagen for the creation of photorealistic
avatars at 11 labs for flawless voice cloning. And again, Hagen has an
11 labs API inside of it, which means that you can use
11 labs inside of Hagen. That being said, 11 Labs has just a better user interface when it comes to voice cloning. So this allows you to scale
your presence and produce content in multiple languages,
too, simultaneously. Now, do not be afraid of all of these new names if
you're a beginner, content creator, do not
be afraid of, you know, Hagen, 11 Labs
Claude, DDO three. What is talking about this class is designed for beginners. So don't worry. We're going to be
going through all of these tools together, right? The key point here is that
they're not going to be any bottlenecks regarding
content production because back in the day, the biggest bottle neck,
the biggest problem of content creation was
shooting the video, right? This was the most
time consuming thing. And now this is completely bypassed by these awesome tools. Now, finally, we're going
to move to stage five, which is the new era
of visual sourcing, and editing is no longer about searching through endless
stock footage libraries, where the source music, where the source sound effects, where the source
viral videos, right, to send to your editors or the source if you are
an editor, right? We now use JG BD to analyze our finished scripts
and generate the list. Perfect al references that can be sent to your editors or can be leveraged from your end. So we generate custom
sound effects also on demand with Elem labs to match the exact
mood of the scene. And again, this post
production phase has shifted from finding assets
to creating them. And this is where we're
going to be mostly leveraging AI in the
post production space. We're going to be
leveraging AI to source assets like music, sound effects, Bro, right? Color scales and all of these things that would take us so much time back in the day. And I can guarantee after again, editing so many
hours of content, that the biggest pain in the *** is sourcing
all of these assets. And now this is completely
streamlined with AI. Finally, we're going to have
a generative visual stack. So for world class
visuals, meaning images, we look to mid journey, right, for static imagery that looks
like high end photoshoot. And then we use Crea and
Google Val three with flow to generate cinematic videos sequences from thin air, right, so we're going
to show you how to create images and then how to animate these images to create videos out of thin air, right? Let's say that you
want to create an explainer video and
explain a concept. Plain a story. And you
don't want to have an AI Avatar elaborating
on this video, right? You just want to source RL. Well, you don't need to
source viral anymore. You can generate an image and
then animate an image with Google Vo three and generate
the image with Mid journey. So these are just more AA tools that we're going to
be analyzing, right? These tools allow you
allow you to visualize complex concepts that you just wouldn't be able to visualize back in
the day because, you know, the list,
the library of RL and stock footage
is limited, right? But now anything you can imagine, you can
visualize, right? This could be impossible or too expensive to film
back in the day. So your visual limit is
now your imagination, not your production budget. And this is, like,
absolutely mind blowing. Both Mid journey and
Google V three are two amazing applications
that I'm super excited to introduce
to you if you don't know them already. So again, the shift
and what you need to understand from this son right here is that from a C creator, you're now being a
strategic director. This is the key to
longevity in this space. So as the technical
barriers fall, your value as a human creator
actually increases, right? Your job is no longer
to do the work, but to provide the taste, right, the empathy and the vision, those things that will never
be replaced by the machine. So AI manages the heavy
lifting of execution, and you manage the creative
intent and the final vibe, if you will, of your
video or your brand. And this is just so
much more relaxing because you just get to keep
the core content creation, which is genuine
human vision, right, and ideation and just
get to outsource all of the friction and the
repetitive robotic work you wouldn't want to
do in the first place. So this is the
transition from being a content maker to
becoming a content module. So now that you have the 30,000 foot view
of the workflow, it is time to zoom into
the most critical phase. And this is the
beginning, right? A high speed engine
is completely useless if you're steering
it in the wrong direction. And this is why in
the next lesson, we're diving into
stage one and two. This means AI for
ideas and research. I'm super, super excited that you made it up
until this point, and we've covered
all the theoretical parts of this course. Again, this class is
super actionable, and we're going to be diving
into these AI tools, ASAP. So I'm going to see you in the next lesson of this course.
3. AI Idea Generation That Never Runs Dry: So, I'd like to welcome you to the third lesson of the course, in which we're going
to be tackling the first huge pillar
of content creation. And, of course, AI
tool is going to help us with this first pillar, which is researching
and ideation. In this lesson right here, we're going to be discussing
about researching how to find proper topics on
your niche and ideation, how to come up with more
and more content ideas. Now, bear in mind that,
yes, in this lesson, we're going to be using a very, very common AI tool,
and that's JGBT. But do not click away because
we're not going to be using JGBT the way that you have
probably been using GBT. Right? Yes, HGVT is
a very broad tool, and everyone uses HGVT, but 90% of creators use JGBD completely wrong, right,
in the wrong way. The correct way to use GBT is to engage with it with
multiple prompts. And in the researching part of this content creation pillar, it is super important
for you to have the thinking mode HAGVT enabled. So I'm going to give you all of the prompts that I
have been using, and I'm actually
going to elaborate on two ways to research
and ideate with GBT. I have been doing this
for so many years, and this is how I just never
run out of content ideas. So I'm super excited
to have you here. Let me actually introduce you to this new methodology of researching and coming
up with content ideas. Again, I have been
using this for so long, and it's a complete game changer once you understand this. So this is the first prompt that we're going to
be using with GPT. And as you can see, on the
left side of my screen, I have my prompt,
which, of course, you will also gain
with the scores and you can actually gain access to the prompt from the resources tab of
this class right here. And on the right
side of the screen, I have GPT enabled. Now, the first thing
that I want you to do is that for this part for
this first prompt, I want you to go here,
click on GPT Auto right? And either click on thinking, which thinks longer for
better answers or click on legacy models and enable
GBD 5.2 thinking, right? So let's just click
on thinking for now, which will give us, let's say, the best thinking
model right now. And currently, as I'm
filming the scores, this is 5.4 thinking. And why do we choose
5.4 thinking? We do this because now GPD will actually give more thought
behind all of the answers, and we'll actually
go ahead and again, analyze better data
to give us, right? Now, this is the prompt that I use for just basic research. And before I elaborate on the bigger prompting
we're going to be using, which is, again, a
complete game changer, if you're a content creator, this is the first
prompt that I want you to use and edit and
again, input to GPT. So the prompt goes like
this. I'm a creator that makes videos about, right? And now it is time for you to elaborate on the videos
that you're creating. Now, for the demonstrative purposes of this
class right here, I'm going to take
one of my channel, which aims on helping
content creators monetize their knowledge and their passions through
creating courses. So I'm a creator that
makes videos about, let's say, course, creation. I help, right?
Beginner, let's say, creators monetize
their knowledge and their passions through
understanding how to create, launch and scale a course
without needing, right, needing to have an
audience, right, or any money to
invest in ads, right? This is my niche and of course, in this part of the video, you will be inputting
more information about your niche.
Here is my channel. So now you are
inputting your channel. And in my case, this
right here is my channel, so I'm going to
copy this, right? I'm going to be
pasting it right here. So this is the link
for my channel. I'm looking for a list of
new video ideas to cover. Typically, the best
ideas are targeting the biggest unmet needs or pain points that
my audience has. And this is just, again,
the fastest way to generate ideas as
fastly as possible. This is the fast and the
easy way to do this. My target audience is. So now you need to input information about
your target audience. So let's say beginner, content creators that
are looking Oops, that are looking for
more ways to monetize, right, their content
and don't be afraid of, like, making any grammar or
spelling mistakes, right? Monetize their content, people interested in launching
courses, right? People who want to
make, let's say, money from their
passions, right? And let's just keep
it simple for now. You can see on my channel
which of the videos have outperformed relative
to others, right? Can you do a full deep dive
on my channels, right? And others in the
category and give me ten new ideas for
videos I should make? For each one, right, can
you break down the idea, the title and description for why you think this
idea do well for me? And now the absolute
most important thing to add in this prompt and pretty much in every single prompt
that you use with GBT. And if you're going to gain
one thing out of the scores, this might as well be it. Is this final
sentence right here. Feel free to ask me follow up questions before you
run the full process. This is super important because the output that we're
gaining from AI and GPT really depends on the information that
we're giving to this AI. So GPT with thinking enabled, we'll be able to
analyze this prompt. And if it thinks that it
requires more information from your side by adding this
final sentence right here, feel free to ask many follow up questions before you
run the full process. Really just make sure
that we're going to be gaining the best
output from it. So I'm going to copy this, and I'm going to paste
it right here, paste it. So again, my target audience is beginner content creators are looking for more ways to
modernize their content, people interested in
launching courses, people who want to make
money from their passions. You can see on my channel, which videos have outperformed others. Can you do a full deep
dive on my channels, give me ten new ideas for
videos I should each one, can you break down the idea,
the tile description for why you think this idea
would do well for me? Feel free to ask me and
follow up questions before you run the full process. And I'm pasting this to GPT. And now, you can see that
as I gave this prompt, GPD starts to think. It doesn't just give
me right an answer. It deep dives on the channel. It analyzes YouTube
for competitors and the biggest outlier videos that they have made
and I have made. And now we're just
going to wait a bit until this prompt is created, and you can see all of
the different websites that it's scanning, right? Again, we are using GVD but we're using GBT
on thinking mode, which is a complete
game changer, right? This is not the average GPT that have been trained
to use, right? And again, this is the fast
and easy way to do this. In literally some minutes, you will have a ready, let's say, content
list to be created. But in just a second,
I will also be elaborating on the
correct way to do this. It's a bit more time consuming, but it's completely bulletproof. And again, this is the
framework that I have been using for so
many years to map out my content and make
sure that every single content
piece that I create really adheres to my
target avatar and serves my target avatar
and my target audience. So let's just wait a bit for
hB 5.4 to do the thinking. And as you can see,
again, it takes time. And this is the answer. I did a first pass deep dive on your channel and
just graders, right? The clearest pattern is
that your channel seems to outperform when
the topic sits in the intersection of
beginner friendly course creation and
concrete money outcome and platform specificity. On your channel,
videos framed around beginner course creation and how I did it performed better. Right, in search snippets, the more generic
production topics, right? Look at all of this
analysis that it gave us. Looking at nearby channels, the strongest recurring themes
are also very consistent. Sell with no audience, beginners step by step, course creation, course ideas, platform tutorials and faster creation
with AI tools. Those show up across, again, the persons and this
person and this person. The big signal here
is that the market still responds to practical, how do I start and get paid without a big following content, much more than abstract
creator advice content. Now, again, this is a super valuable
answer that we're gaining with GBD 5.4 with
thinking enable, right? So again, the opportunity for
you is not to go broader. Is to go more specific
on the exact pains your audience already cares
about choosing a course idea, validating it,
launching without ads, picking the right platform. So here are ten best
next video ideas that I'd made for
your channel, right? And again, right now,
we just have, again, ten video ideas that you
can create like this. And we know that these
ideas are validated due to the fact that we have
inputted our target avatar, our channel, and we asked for these ideas to be created after this whole brainstorming
process with GPT. So for example, the beginner
bonetization gap map, how beginner creators
can make their first $1,000 from knowledge
in 2026, right? Why this would go well for you. And again, I'm not going to get into too much
detail here because this doesn't relate to your case. This is
just my channel. But you can see how fastly and how easily GPD came up with, again, ideas which
are validated. So we researched ideas
and we validated these ideas based on the
research that GBD performed. And again, if you want
a stress free way Research and valid ideas. And just like that,
in some seconds or some minutes have
your next ten ideas, let's say, brainstormed
and research. GBD is just awesome
for that, right? And again, it also suggests the three strongest
ideas for you to create, which is these three right here. So if I were to
create new videos, these were these would be the first three videos
for me to create, which is absolutely awesome. So just like that,
you now know the fast and the easy way to pretty much, let's say, research with GBT. Now, let's take things
to the next level. And let's break down this process right here of what we achieved
with this prompt, right, on a deeper level. At the end of the day, what
I have been doing for years and what I have been teaching in my courses for multiple years, and what has been serving me awesomely is this
framework right here. And at the end of the day,
this is what DVD did, but went faster, right? But it's this
framework right here, the Archie avatar problem map to content engine framework. And this framework right
here, as you can see, is divided into
five stages, right? And let's just quickly go through these five
stages, and by the way, you will have access to this document right here for you to interact
with it and use it. And, of course, at the
end of this document, I have a full prompt list
for you to also use. So what does the Target
avatar problem map to content engine
framework teach? It teaches you firstly
need to understand your target avatar
and you need to describe your target
avatar to GPT, so it knows exactly who
you're targeting or even brainstorm your target
avator with the help of GPT. Then you need to map out
the ten core problems of your target avatar
and even more problems, let's say ten, 20, 30 problems
that your target Ader has. And then you turn these problems into
video idea solutions. So this way, you create videos that solve your target
Avatar's ten core problems. And this way you attract
your target avatar in your channel in the most
smooth and efficient way. So the first stage of this
framework is to define your target avatar and
you can either do this by yourself or you can do
this with help of AI, which I'm going to show you
how to do in just a second. So the goal here is,
again, precision, right? No demographics for
their own sake. You want to model the decision making brain of your viewer. So you need to define the current situation
of your viewer, their desired outcomes, their frustrations
and their boll necks, their false beliefs
that they might have any knowledge gaps
that they might also have emotional drivers that drive your target avatar to take action and
environmental context. And again, do not worry about defining your
target avatar. You can either do this manually
by having a, you know, piece of paper and just writing
down all of these things, or you can use AI to do this. So the output here is a psychologically realistic
viewer archetype. This is the foundation of this research
and engine of ours. This becomes your
content compass, and every video must
feel like it was made specifically for
this target avatar. So once you have described your target avatar
and I'm going to show I'm going to show
you how to do this. In just a second. The next step is to extract their
core problems. And this is how you perform
proper research and proper ideation by understanding the core problems of your target outer. Because, guess what? If you're viewing
this course right here and if you're
interested because you are interested in understanding AI tools to grow your content, you probably are an entertainment
based content creator. You're not creating Mr.
Beasti type of videos, right or Log and
pool type of videos. You're probably more interested
in educational content, which, by the way,
congratulations. This is the most potent
type of content that you can create and the
most valuable type of content that you can create. But people who are interested
in educational content, people who are
interested in being educated through content are usually people that have a specific problem
in their mind, and this is why they
want to be educated. And these people
are super easy to target because we know
exactly their problems. So now, it is time and stage due to actually extract
their core problem. So now you can interrogate this avatar that you can
have created, right? What stops this person from
moving forward, right? Your map problem problems, you need to map
problems across layers. So first, we have
practical problems that our target avatar
is facing, right? Those are concrete
execution issues. For example, I don't know how to structure a video or I don't
know how to create a course. Or if you're in
the tennis field, which I really like to
give out as an example, I don't know how to perform a correct forehand or
a correct backhand, or I don't know how to serve. And this applies to all
of the niches out there. So these are the
practical problems that your target avatar has. And then your target avatar
also has strategic problems. And again, these are
all different content angles that we can take
with our content, right? So decision paralysis
or direction problems. I don't know what content
actually grows a channel. Again, in the example of you trying to grow a channel
around content creation. Then we also have
psychological problems, right, as confidence problems, fear problems, or overwhelm problems. All of these are, again,
different angles of problems and different angles
that you can get into with your
content and solve. So I feel like
everything is saturated in the niche of
content creation. We got knowledge problems,
right, missing frameworks. I don't understand how retention works or environmental problems, right, time, tools,
money problems. So each problem becomes a
content pillar by itself. And you can elaborate and
create more videos around the environmental problems
that target avatar has, right? Or the knowledge problems
that your target avatar has, or the psychological problems
that your target Ader has. And keep in mind that
we did that, right? We did this with this
prompt right here in just seconds with
VD five point oh, we're just breaking down the whole process
because now if you understand the framework and the ideology behind this again, ideation process, it's
just going to be so much more valuable
for you, right? So the third stage is to turn this problem into a
question conversion, right? So every problem hides dozens of implicit
viewer questions. For example, I don't know
what to film, right? This turns into what should
beginners film first? Or how do you find
endless video ideas? Or how do creators never
run out of topics, right? You turn the problem
into a question, and questions are super
important because YouTube is the second largest
search engine out there. The first one is Google. Obviously, people
are googling things. But nowadays,
people are actually searching on YouTube
for answers, right? And you're aligning
directly with view intent. So now that you
turned these problems of your target Outer
into questions, and I hope this video is
not too overwhelming. I think that it makes
total sense, right? These questions are
now new video angle. So each question expands into multiple formats,
tutorials, breakdowns, case studies, right,
mistake analysis, framework explanations, comparisons, step by
step systems, right? For example, this question, how do I find new content
ideas, again, if your niche is
helping people helping beginner content
creators becomes the five step system I used to never run out of
contra, and boom, just like that, you have
the perfect video which is brainstormed around your
target actor's core problem, or why most creators get stuck brainstorming or my
weekly ideation workflow. And every single problem now has generated ten to 20 viable long form videos
for you to create. And again, in some seconds, I'm going to show
you all the list of the prompts that you can use to actually achieve this result. So now, in stage five of this framework that I'm
elaborating on this video, and keep in mind that again, this is extremely important. I have been using this
for so many years, and it just works perfectly
across all niches, right? In stage five, we just
infinitely expand across all of the different directions
that we have chosen to elaborate on based on the problems of
our target avatar. So as the avatar evolves, right, any new skill level
unlocks new problems, new platform changes,
unlock new angles, and view feedback unlock new
content branches, right? So the system feeds
itself, right? And this is why this
framework works because most creators just brainstorm
completely randomly, but this framework ensures that you understand
your target outer. You understand the core
problems of your target outer, and you know how to
successfully convert these problems, again,
into questions, these questions into angles, and these angles into a huge library of content
that you can produce. And this is how you properly
research and ideate with AI. And, of course, we
haven't added AI. To this system right here. But let's actually add AI
to the system right here. So again, the first step is the target Avador
builder prompt, and you're going to be
using this prompt right here to build your
target avatar. And let's just go
through this prompt. Now, I'm not going to be
putting this prompt into GBT because you can do this
by yourself and you can actually apply this
to your niche. But let's actually go
through this prompt. I'm creating long form content
for a specific audience, and I want you to help me build highly detailed target avatar. My niche and topic is, and now you add your niche on your topic right here, right? Describe a realistic
viewer persona, including their current
skill and experience level, their goals, and their
desired outcomes, their frustrations and
their bottlenecks, false beliefs or misconceptions, emotional drivers,
and knowledge gaps, environmental constraints, and what success
looks like to them. And this is the
correct and proper way to actually brainstorm
your target avatar, and you're not
only brainstorming your target avatar for
you to understand it. In this way, GPT also gains a complete understanding of who you will be targeting
and who you will be serving. So this also acts as information
to be inputted to GPT, right, and write this as if you're profiling
a real person. So you input this
prompt to GPT and now You will have a target avatar outlined with AI,
which is awesome. So in step two, you extract
their core problems and to extract the core problems of the target avatar that we
have just created with AI, you use this prompt turn the avatar into a
structured problem map. Using the target avatar
you just created, identify their core problems and organize them
into categories. So we have practical
execution problems, strategic direction problems, psychological and
emotional problems, knowledge gaps, and
environmental constraints. So for each category, list five to ten specific problems
this person experiences. Be concrete and realistic. So in this way, we extracted the core problems of
our target avatar. So now GPT, because
all of these prompts, you're going to be inputting
in the same exact chat box, right, of GPT. Now it knows your
target avatar and it knows it's the
exact core problems that your target
avator is facing. So now in step three, you need to turn these problems
into viewer questions, and you use this
prompt right here, convert problems into
intent driven questions. Take the problem you just
list, you just generated. For each problem, generate
viewer style questions, someone would naturally
ask when searching YouTube and write them as
beginner friendly phrasing, natural curiosity driven wording and realistic search intent. Generate at least three
questions per problem. Now you have these
questions generated, and I'm hoping I'm not
flying through this. Again, draft right here, this document, but I think
it's pretty straightforward. You just need to
copy these prompts, paste them to GBT, and just apply them
to your niche. So in stage four, right, you turn questions into
video concept expansions. You turn each question into
multiple video angles. This is the prompt that
you're going to be using. Using the viewer
questions you generated, expand each into long
form video ideas. For each question,
create a tutorial angle, a framework system
explanation angle, a mistakes to avoid angle, and a breakdown
case study angle. So write them as clickable
long form video titles. So what have we done here? We have turned a
simple target avatar into literal clickable long form video titles that will just not stop being generated
because this system feeds itself as your target avatar progresses from one problem to the solution of this problem. The solution to
this problem gives birth to more problems. Let's say level two problems that arise after
this first problem. The first core problem of your target avatar
has been solved. And now using this system, you can actually brainstorm
video ideas to solve the level two questions
that have arise from the problems of
your target avatar. So this, ladies and gentlemen, is how you research and
how you ideate with GPT. I showed you two ways the
super fast and easy way with just the first prompt that we analyzed in this
station right here, the more sophisticated
systematic approach to again, turn your target avatar problems into unlimited video ideas. This was the first tool that we are going to be
using in this, again, AI long term content creation system of elaborating
in the course right here. So in the next lesson
of the course, we're firing up another
awesome and very potent and very strong AI
tool that you can use, which is VIU, which just
adds another layer of research and ideation to make a completely bulletproof
content schedule. So I'm going to see you in the
next lesson of the scores.
4. Steal Winning Ideas with VidiQ: So in the previous
session of this course, we analyzed how to research
and ideate content ideas based on your target OR and
their ten core problems. We used two very
powerful approaches. The first one was, let's say, the fastest and the easiest way. And the second approach
was a bit more sophisticated
because we analyzed the whole framework on, again, how to brainstorm your target avatar and their con problems, and how to turn these
ten core problems into video idea solutions that we will creating in our channel. And this concludes,
again, the ideation part. Now, regarding research,
in this lesson right here, we're going to be using
another super cool tool, which is called VidiQ to gain real data from
your competitors, your keywords, and in
general, outlier videos. So videos that just perform way better than others to have a better understanding of which content the market
absorbs the best, so you can actually apply it to your field and to your niche. VidiQ is just one of these tools that you
just want to have. It's completely free it
doesn't cost anything to just basically
interact with it, right? So it's just one of
these tools that you just want to have plugged in, if you're creating
YouTube long form videos or short form videos on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube shorts. So let me show you how VQ works and how you can interact with VIQ because it's just again, one of these tools that you need to have if you're
producing content. So this right here is VIQThs
is the homepage of VQ, as you can see, it's a growth
engine for modern creators. And by the way, I am not
affiliated with VQ whatsoever. I have been using it for multiple years in
my YouTube channel, and it's, again, a tool that you plug in
your Google account. So it analyzes your
YouTube channel, exactly what we did with VD 5.0, right,
with the thinking. But this just gains real data from YouTube and other competitors
on real time. So there are so many things
that you can do with VDIQ. The first one is, again, to optimize your
videos visibility. It just, of course, helps
you with using subscribers, but it goes way
beyond that, right? So it helps you with
publishing, content. Again, repurposing. It
helps you with thumbnails, keywords, titles, descriptions,
and all that stuff. I'm not going to
bore you with all of the basic key features again, the landing page of VidiQ, let me show you actually
what it looks like inside. So when you're inside of VidiQ. So this is, again, it's
completely free to sign up, so it doesn't require
you to pay for anything. And this is the homepage
inside of VidiQ. And as you can see,
it has a chat box, so you can click on New hat. And this is, let's say, HTVT but with your channel always running in the back end. So this is a chat box. Designed to answer all of the questions that you may
have around your channel. So, for example,
based on my channel, what video ideas do
you have for me, or how do I get more views
or can you audit my channel, or can you give feedback
on my latest video? Of course, this is a basic way to interact
with AI while also, again, this AI having your channel always
running in the back. So if you want specific
questions around your channel, you can use the chat
inside of VidiQ. Now, what I actually
want to show you this doesn't right here
because again there are so many things to
analyze around VidiQ. I think that the parts
that you're going to find the most value is in
the keyword stab, the optimize stab, and
the ID outlier stab. So let's click on keywords, and you can see that this
is an awesome way to perform basic keyword research. Because, again, we have
covered the ideation part. You know which videos
you want to create. But let's say the
small details on the keywords that
you're going to be using on the videos
are super important, and that's why we're using
VDIQ to understand keywords. So let's search, for example, on course creation, which is just one of the keywords that
I would be interested in. I click on enter, and it gives you a novel score, let's say, of how searched
course creation is. So this is a search volume, as you can see, it's
medium right now, so it also gives you a score, and it also gives you a
score on competition. So in my case, the
word course creation has a medium search volume, right, and also a
medium competition. It also suggests you some
related keywords you can add. For example, how to monetize your skill or sell
online courses. So just like that, for example, with this basic research, what I understood is that sell online courses is a more
keyword than course creation. Because course creation
has a 57 overall score, but sell online courses, if I click on it, has a 63. Overall score, which
a higher search volume and a lower competition. So as you can see,
if I move downwards, I see more and more
matching keywords which would be more potent, for example, how to
sell courses online. It's 68 overall score, right? Or how to sell online courses
with just how to, right? So for example,
right now, I have sell online courses
as a keyword. And what I understood with
VIQ is that if I added how, right, as a keyword, I get a way higher
search volume. So let's click on how
to sell online courses. Check this out. Right?
Way higher search volume, way lower competition. And that's why it has
a 68 overall score, which is absolutely awesome. So where can you gain
value here, right? As you can imagine, let's say, online course creation,
which was the first, again, keyword that I searched
for and how to sell online courses
are very similar, right, are on the same niche. But now just by
changing the title or the angle of my video on
how to sell online courses, you can see that I have
a way higher chance, right, to again,
gain more reviews. This is how you optimize
the value of VIQ right, for keyword research, at least. And you have more and more
keywords that you can explore. And, of course, if you have
the paid version of VIQ, you can interact more with this. But keep in mind that just
with the free version, you can see the value that
we took out of this, right? We started searching
for keywords, and we understood that
this keyword is way more potent than the other
keyword that I used, which is absolutely awesome. This is the keyword, again, a section of VidiQ and I actually use the keyword section in every single video that I create because this is
just how you manage to optimize your video to
gain to make the most out of, again, the search
volume out there. Again, 38,000 search volume, but online course
creation, again. Look at this. 9,000. So I tripled the search volume. I tripled the search
volume just like that with just changing a few words. Now, the other
feature of VidiQ that I want you to
understand that I want to analyze in this
lesson right here, is the outlier feature, right? So in the outlier feature, this highlights videos that just perform way better compared to the average videos
of the channel. So, for example, when you see
this small mark right here, which is more than
100 times, right, this means that this video has performed 100 times better, right, than the average
video of this channel. And you can see just from
that the so called outliers. And you can do this
in shorts, right? So these are all of the
different shorts that are outliers. Right, just like this. And you can also check
out thumbnails that are just performing
better, right? You can see the thumbnels
performing better by 2.5%. The somnels performing
better by 9.5%. So based on the outliers, again, which thumbnails perform better, which videos perform better, you can actually go
ahead and steal, if you will, the
general approach of the thumils or the general
approach of the videos. And this is also something
super valuable you can do. Of course, we also have
breakout channels. So channels in my field and in my niche that just tend
to perform better. Right now, it's not loading, but, okay, here it is, right? So channels that are just
performing better than others. So by adding VIQ in
your army of AI tools, now we have concluded ideation and the research pillar
of our content engine. So when it comes to keywords
and analyzing which keyword has the biggest search volume and the lowest competition,
which, of course, will dictate the
success of your videos, and in the long run, the
success of your channel, VDIQ is the AI tool
that I like to use, and I have been using
for multiple years now. In the next lesson
of the course, we're going to just tap
in and I'm going to reveal to you another
AI tool that is super awesome and super cool to use when it comes
to video ideation. So yes, we use GBT, and we analyze the whole
framework of creating your target outter and
then brainstorming the Tencor problems
and creating ideation, video solutions to
these Tence problems. But there's actually
another small AI tool that you can just sprinkle in your ideation process that will make everything
just way smoother. And that's Sortfeed. So in the next lesson
of the course, we are analyzing Sortfeed. So thanks so much
for being here. I'm going to see you in the
next lesson of the course.
5. Cross Niche Ideation with Sortfeed: So I would like
to welcome you in this lesson in which we're
going to be concluding the research and ideation
segment of the course by analyzing one of the most
potent AI tools to do so. Now, keep in mind that in the previous lessons
of the course, we analyzed everything
around ideation with AI and this
awesome prompt list that we leveraged and, of course, research with VDIQ. The final piece of the puzzle
here is to actually perform real time ideation based on our competitors.
So here's the thing. If you chose a niche and you chose a market and you chose and you created your target out
to solve its problems, right, in your market, chances are, but there are also other people in your niche and in your market that exact same thing and
serve your target avatar too. Now, my theory around content, and it's a theory that
has been proven to be correct over and
over and over again after all of these years
that I've been doing this is that you do not need to
reinvent the wheel, right? What you can do is
that you can do the so called parallel
niche ideation. This means that you find
content ideas that have been proven to go viral in
parallel niches to yours. And then you pretty much copy the style content
delivery to your niche. So let me show you exactly what I'm talking about and
how you can apply this awesome strategic
approach to help you with research and ideation with this awesome AI tool that
we're going to be using. Now, the tool that
we're going to be using is called short feed. And what short feed does is that it's pretty much a
chrome extension, right? So it's an extension to your
browser that you added. And then once you go to the profile of a creator
that you want to analyze, you can sort again, their feed, that's why it's
called short feed based on, let's
say, for example, the number of likes and
the number of comments, right, or the number of views that their
posts are getting. So just like that, with
this short extension here, you know exactly, and you can analyze different
Instagram profiles, different TikTok profiles, and different YouTube profiles. Based on the most liked
and most viewed posts. So what can you do then? Then you can download
the list, right? So you can export and download
a list of the accounts, for example, most like posts, right, or most viewed posts. And this list, then
you can actually input to your AI of choice. This could be Haji B. This
could be Google Gemini and analyze to gain data on what
you would like to create. So again, you sort and export, you sort the profiles of, again, the person
that you want to, let's say, copy some
of their ideas, you download and
transcribe these ideas, and then you can, of course, go ahead and analyze
them by yourself. So let me show you
exactly how this works on a one on one,
like, live demonstration. So you go on sort feed right, and you click on Add to Chrome. So you add this
extension to Chrome. So now our extension
is added on Chrome. So what is the next step here? The next step is for
us to either go on Instagram or Tik Tok
and actually choose the person that we
want to analyze, right, and help us with
ideation and researching. So let's say, for
example, that I'm teaching something around
online business, right, and my niche is around
online business and content through grow
your online business. Alex R Mose is one of the
most known, let's say, influencers in my field, and you see that it has
so many posts here. But all of these posts have a completely different amount of engagement and completely
different amount of likes. For example, this
has 20,000 likes and 100. Comments, right? This post has 10,000 likes
and 192 comments, right? So there's a huge let's say difference between
how many likes and how many comments Alexormsi
content is getting, right? So how do we know which
ideas work perfectly? Because you can see that
Alex or Mozi, for example, has cross tested so many
different types of content. For example, this
is around memes. This content is a live
stream, for example, right, is let's say clip from a
live session that he had, and you can see he has his face on the top of the clip and this other person's
face that he's talking with in the bottom
of the clip, right? This is a world record
type of content, right? Or this is a let's
say Twitter thread, right, the next thread that's just we uploaded on Instagram. So how do we know
which content just performs better in the
case of Alex Or Mose, which pretty much reflects
what do the viewers actually enjoy the
more and where do the viewers engage
the most, right? So we click on here and we add short feed as an extension. So now that we have short
feed, let me show you again. So we look on here so we
click on our extensions, and we add shortfeed. And with shortfeed,
you can short right the filters which
are posts in the latest, let's say, 25 posts or we can do more posts if you
have the pro version. But let's just do
25 posts for now. Right? And you can sort
either through likes, views, comments or
which is the oldest. So we're going to
do likes, right? And just like this, now Shortfit is analyzing Alex Or
Mozi's Instagram profile, and it's going to
sort all of the posts based on the likes.
So check this out. And the latest 25
posts of Alex Or Mozi, these are the most liked posts, and we can go ahead
and check them out. They have been ranked
based on likes, which is, like, super, super helpful, right? So check this
out, for example. Let's see the most liked post of Alex R Mozi during
the past 28 25 days. So it's this one right
here, and I open it, right? And you can see that it
is story based, right? It is a story based post. So this tells us something
about his audience. Now, we have data, right. What shortft gives us
is pretty much data. And what we can do is
that we can actually click on Export, right, Export. And let's say it's
going to be exporting a CSV file, right? And just like that, we
have exported a CSV file. So what is the next step here? The next step after
we have exported this CSV file is
to open write AI. And more specifically,
in my case, I always like to use GPD 5.4, which is thinking it
is a thinking model, and this is the one
that I actually introduced to you guys in the
beginning of this course. And I'm going to be
dragging and dropping this CSV file inside of GPT. Now, I'm going to actually
be using KicClos browser. I'm going to actually be using a super simple and
super basic prompt, just to direct GBT to analyze these posts and the data that we gathered and give
me a clear outcome. So let me show you exactly
how I would prompt this. I would say, I want you to analyze the list that
I just attached, and of the 25 most viewed posts of Alex Ormosi I want
you to break down which type of content
appeals the most to Alex Ormosi's target avatar based on the data that
I have in this file. On top of that, based on
the data that you gather, I want you to recommend me similar adhering content types that I could produce in
my niche and in my field, which is teaching
content creation to beginners to grow
their business, right? And of course, you can change
your niche in your field in the end of this
prompt, right? So let's actually
shoot this to GPT and let's see what GBT will
come up with, right? So this is how the CSV file looks like, by the way, right? It looks like this.
So you can see that you have the name
of the profile, the different posts,
which by the way, GPT can analyze all of
these different posts, the date that each
post has been created, the number of likes,
the number of comments, and the caption of each post. So let's now see what
GPT will come up with. And, of course, it needs
some time to analyze all of these 25 different posts. So let me actually make
this a bit bigger, right? And let's see what GPT
will come up with. Again, it is the thinking model, so it takes a bit more time to inspect and analyze
all of the posts. But since we have a link
inside of the CSV file, this means that GPD will
actually view every single one of the videos
and will give us, like, concrete, genuine data. And this is the biggest
difference between GPT 5.4, which is the thinking and
the conventional GBD model, which is the a standard GVD that comes when you launch Chachi Bit in the
first place, right? So you can see exactly what it's doing in every single time. This will guide how we
organize the processor date, inspecting captions for
content classification. So you can see that
it has analyzed the content it's viewing, like, actively each and every single one of the posts, right? I can make decisions more inspecting captions and
associated metadata, right? I should manually classify
the content categories. Then I could calculate
engagement metrics, right. Let's define these categories
and metrics clearly. So it's doing this. And again, it takes some time. So let's get back here once this process
has been concluded. So it says, I went through the CSV the 25 most viewed
Alex Or Mozi posts. And there's a very
clear pattern. His audience responds most to content that compresses business
complexity into simple, high status, usable
ideas, right? And again, if you analyze
another creator that is in your niche and his content
serves your target outer, too, this means
that you will know the secret recipe that your
target outor is looking for, again, to be engaged. So what works best is
not educational content. It's educational content wrapped in one of the few high
performance containers. So what the data suggests Alex R Mozi audience
likes the most One, personality authority and
proof driven story, right? And after inspecting
the most viewed video of his, this is actually true. This is the strongest
pattern by Raw Rich, right? Posts like my story, his long term credibility
story, right? R posts profile star
authority pieces, right? And why this works, right? Two, lead magnet,
comment to get it posts. Why? And this usually
works because if you're offering something
and you're asking for people to
comment to get this, you know, something, commenting actually increases engagement. So this makes sense that these would be some
of the most engaged. Posts of Alex Or Mose. Again, post like Comment 100, so I can send you X or
comment lead, right? These massively outperform on conversation volume because they give the audience
something concrete, a roadmap, a course, internal memo,
personalized help. So what tell me again,
this audience is highly responsive to practical assets. Again, three, simple
business frameworks. So I'm not going to
bore you with, like, going through this list, but this is the type of content
that works with Alex or Mose. The prompt that we gave to
GBD actually asks, right, for this data to be actually implemented
in my niche, too. So what this means
for your niche? If my niche is teaching beginner creators
content creation so they can grow their
business, right? You equivalent of Or Most is winning content is
not business scaling. It is content clarity,
beginner creator confidence, simple monetization
frameworks, proof that content can become
a business, right? So your audience is not looking
for abstract creativity. They're looking for
how do I turn content into growth, clients,
traffic, trust? And again, this is
related to my niche, so I don't want you
to focus that much. On the answer that JBD gave me, I want you to focus on the whole framework that we went through in this
lesson right here. So let's do a small summarize. Okay. So let's do a small summary of what happened in this
lesson right here and how we actually
leveraged sword feed for our research
and our ideation. The first step is that we took an Instagram account or a
Teto account of a creator, a big and successful creator that serves our audience, too. So we have overlapping audience. In my case, this could be, for example, Alex Hormose. So what we did then is that
we downloaded Short feed, and we added Shortfeed
as an extension to analyze the 25
most successful, let's say, posts
of Alex Hormose. So we know that our audience, due to the fact that we
have overlapping audiences, has been engaged and
has been intrigued by this type of content
delivery and content type. So what we did then is that
we downloaded the file that analyzes these
25 different posts, and we inputted the
downloaded file, right, the exported, let's say, CSV file of the 25 most
successful posts of this person, and we imported
this into GPD 5.4, which is the thinking
version of GPT. And then we asked GBD to add reasoning behind this file
and all of this data. So we inputed data GPD and
we asked for reasoning. On top of that, we ask
GBD to apply, right, this reasoning and the
outcome of the reasoning to our niche and actually
suggest to us what is the best content
type that we could produce to also magnetize
this target audience, too, if that makes sense,
due to the fact that we have overlapping target audiences
with Alex Or Mozi. So this was the
power of short feed, and I think that this
was the Cherry and do the cake regarding
research and ideation. And it's now time to move to
the second pillar of using AI tools for our content
creation process, which is scripting. So I'm going to see you, again, the second segment of this
course in the next lesson.
6. Craft Viral Angles with Sandcastles: Now it's time to talk
about scripting. Now, back in the day, scripting was just the
biggest pain in the ***. You needed to sit in front
of a blank document and just watch your curson
and try to think which, you know, hook and which
value position and which closing of the video would just retain your audience
throughout the video. And you're super lucky because
this is how I have been producing videos
for the majority of my time as a content creator. I can guarantee you
that by utilizing this tool that we're
going to be discussing about in this lesson right here, scripting will be the easiest
and most flawless action to be executed in your whole
content creation workflow. In the modern creator economy, how script is evidence based and just works
every single time. So let me actually
introduce you to the process of scripting
as a modern creator. So again, as we discussed in the previous
son of the scores, you do not need to reinvent the wheel as
a content creator. There are so many
other creators in your niche or in
parallel niches. That have been producing multiple different
types of content with multiple different formats and multiple different
hooks, right, that have been used to engage
people so we can gain data from these creators
exactly as we did with sort feed,
for example, right? And just recreate the
same exact types of content and the same exact
types of hooks for our videos. Now, in this Asanoid here, we're going to be
using an AI software called Sand Castles. And what SAM Castles
pretty much does is that it analyzes adjusting
creators to our needs, right? So other people that
have been creating content similar to ours, right, serving the exact
same target avatar, it outlines the outlier videos and what an outlier
video pretty much is is a video that
just outperformed the normal videos
of their channels, so we know which videos
just perform better. And then breaks down the exact script of
these videos, right? And it provides us with that
script, so we can, again, break this script down and
reuse it to our content. Trust me, by the end of this lesson right here
and the next lesson, you will be so
comfortable scripting so many different
content pieces, and scripting will just not
be a pain in the *** anymore. So let me show you exactly what sand castles is
and what it does. This right here is the
homepage of sandcastles. And we're not going
to view this video. I'm just going to go through
the basic features of sand castles and why
it is so powerful. So first of all, again, it has a build in search, so you can discover successful
channels in your knees. So channels of other
people that have been super successful
in your knees. So you can just know exactly your
competition and break down their best
performing videos. Then again, you easily
find winning videos from your favorite channels or
from the channels that you have bookmarked in your niche
that you want to recreate, and you can see that you
can choose the platform, for example, is it
going to be Instagram? Is it going to be TikTok? Is it going to be
YouTube shorts? The amount of views that
each video that you want to filter needs to have and
the percentage of outliers. So how many times
did this, you know, video outperform the other
videos of this channel, right? Anywhere from ten
times to 200 times. After that, you can
generate dozens of hooks based on these
outlier videos. So let's say that this
video, for example, you have filtered out, had
a specific type of hook. You can generate these
hooks also on your videos. So again, you
customize your feed by searching channels that
are similar to your niche. Then you find the outlier
videos from these channels. Finally, you understand why they went viral
by breaking down. And, of course, you're not going to be doing this manually like Sand Castles will
be doing this for you. It's going to be
breaking down all of the videos and the reason
why this video went viral and it's going to decode
these videos to give you the exact script that
you can recreate in your short form content or
your long form content. I cannot stress enough
how potent this is and how useful this tool
is if you are a creator. And keep in mind that this tool right here isn't
only for short form videos. You can, of course,
decode a script for a short term video in
short form videos, we just have a higher volume of videos to compare
and get data from. And then you can also use it
in your long form videos. So let's actually go inside
of sandcastles together, and let me show you how
I would approach this. So we're inside of Sand castles, and this is the prompt that
I described previously. I just reformed it a bit. And now we can choose the
platform and the account size that we want to filter out
regarding to this Niche here. So let's say that I'm
focusing on YouTube, and the account size are
small creators, right? From 50,000 250,000 followers. So I click on search, and now we wait a bit for San castles to perform research. And these right here are
actually the top creators producing currently YouTube
sorts around this niche. And of course, you can change the platform and you can change all of these different metrics. So you can use Instagram TikTok to YouTube, do
Instagram, for example, and choose medium creators, right, medium and small
creators. And we search. And now, the results will
be completely different. So all of these are the different creators
in our niche, right? And you can click, for example, on each creator and go ahead
and view their content. So you can see that this
creator is actually validated and it's
overlapping with my niche. So you can see that
you can profit from your passion in
the creator economy. This is exactly
what I search for, and all of these creators are actually exactly what the
creators in my niche, right? We have overlapping audiences
with these creators, right? Think Media, for
example, helping you win on YouTube and
grow with content. So now we can take this list of creators and we can actually shortlist some of the channels. So let's go ahead,
for example, again, and select YouTube and go to medium sized creators.
Click on search. And now we have all of these different medium
sized creators that we can actually go
ahead and shortlist. So how do you
shortlist a creator and what's the value of
shortlisting a creator? Because right now
we have, again, this huge library of
different channels. But let's say, for
example, that I to steal from a specific amount any specific type
of creator, right? You click on this
button right here, and you click on
add to watch list. So now this crater is
added to your watch list. And you can continue searching for different types of creators. Let's do Large, for example, only craters. Click on Search. And now you have a different, let's say, library of
creators, Think Media TV. So I'm also adding Think Media. Let's see who else can we add. Neil Batel' also adding
this one, right? It's financial education.
We're also adding this one, right, the future. We're
also adding this one. And let's say, for example,
for demonstrative purposes, but you also add Alex or Mosi. So this right here
is my watchlist, and I can go ahead and add
anywhere from 50 channels from six from 02 or one to 50
channels to this watch list. So what we do now is that
we click on Save right? And my watch list
is saved on videos. So what happened now is that pretty much Sand Castles took this list of channels that we
chose on our niche, right? And in the videos tab, you can see that it analyzes all of the different
videos of the channel. So which metrics do we see? Right, in these
videos right here. We see, for example,
that this video has outperformed the other
videos by one time. So this is really similar
to what short fk does, but it actually performs the same action integrated
inside of sandcastles. You can see how many
views this video had, how many click rate this
video had, links, right? And the performance of this video and how much
of an outlier it was. For example, this video
was a 1.9% outlier. So it outperformed
the other videos of this channel by 1.9%. This was a 2.9% outlier. But see, a bigger
outlier, right? 1.1, four times an
outlier, right? So what can we do now? What we do is that we
add videos to the volt. We add videos that
we want to our volt. But again, we have a huge
list of different videos, right, of these different
channels that we filtered out. So we need to filter
these videos out more. So now you get to
choose channels. For example, let's say that
I want from Alex or Mozi, and then you get to pick the outlier score
of Alex or Mose. So let's say, for example, that the outlier score
is anywhere from, let's say 52100 X, the outlier. So now you only see
videos that have been outlined compared
to the other videos of the channel 5-100%. You can do 30-100%. And these are going
to be the super crazy viral videos, right? You can see 2.2 million views
and it 32 times outlier. So this is how you filter out the most viral videos
in this niche, right? And in these channels.
And, of course, you can go ahead
and click on all of the different channels that you've chosen on your library, and now you see all
the different outliers in all of these different
channels, right? So then you can
filter out views. Let's say, for
example, that I want anywhere from 1 million views. Right? I want only videos that have more than 1 million views. And you can see it
right now, again, the variables that we added
is an out layer score at least of 30 and at
least 1 million views. And this is exactly what we're seeing in this list, right, 40% outlier 2 million views, 81% outlier 3.9 million views. And finally, the engagement. So you can click on the engagement rate and how many people actually
engaged with the videos. All of these are
different metrics that you need to take
into consideration when creating and drafting the script of your video, right? Because the script
of your video, depending on who
you're targeting, might want to focus
more on engagement. So if you want to focus
more on engagement, we would tweak the
engagement rate. Or if you want to
optimize for views, you would just filter out
videos with more views. So what have we done here? We have filter out our niche Right? We have chosen
different channels that we find that are super
overlapping with our channels, right, in our niche. We have added these videos
to our video section, right? And in the video section, we are actually adding more parameters based on what we want
to analyze and what we want to optimize
for our scripts. So once we found videos
that we actually like, and we think that we
can use these scripts, and of course, you can
check out the videos by just clicking on this link. We open you a new
link with the video. What you do is that you save
these videos to the vault. So let's say, for example, that, let's say, highly viewed video. You want to save this
video to the vault that has 4.3 million views, and it's an outlier by 87%. You save this to
the vault, right? And this is our vault now. You can click on Volt to see the different videos that you
have in the vault, right? And the videos that we have
in the vault will be further analyzed by us and
by sandcastles. Let's find some
other hiller videos. Right? And maybe not from Alex or Mose. So, this
one, for example, right? Oh, it's also Alex or Mose. Okay, the future, it's
a video of Bill Gates. So let's save this one
also to the vault. You can see it
saved to the vault. Let's continue
searching for videos. One from Think Media
TV, 1.4 million views. Let's save this
to the vault too. So we have now three
videos saved to the vault, right? So we click on the volt. And now this is where all
of our different videos will be further analyzed
and further, again, broken down for us to understand each and
every single one of the foundational
pillar of each video to actually capitalize
on it on our script. For example, this video has already been analyzed
inside of our vault, and we can click to
see the analysis. So let's click on
it. And this is a full breakdown of
this video right here. We have a breakdown, again, of the transcript of the video, so the whole video
has been transcribed. We have, again, a breakdown of the captions that have
been added to the video, an ID analysis, a hook analysis, the storytelling format, and the visual layout of the video. How crazy is this? Look at how much data we have, right on this video. So let's actually go ahead
and view this video. Costs me $1, and
I sell it for $3. My gross profit is $2. Now, there's employees,
there's rent, there's electricity,
whatever, but you just say, like, the gross
profit is two bucks. That's the price of what it got sold for. This is
the price of the thing. The gross profit is
this. The net profit is after you account for everything else,
what's left over. See, it's super straightforward. This was a transcript
of the video. This is the caption that Alexo
Mozi added to his videos, so you can, of course, also gain data based on
analyzing this caption. And let's actually
go to idea analysis. So, this again, is a full
breakdown of this video. You can see the topic,
for example, he chose. It's gross versus net profit. The idea seed. This
video explains gross versus net profit using
a simple beverage analogy, the unique angle of
this video. Right? Use a physical prop to ground an abstract financial concept in immediate relatable
reality, right? The common belief that
this video challenges. Profit is a simple single number representing the money
you make on a sale. So so many different things. Now, let's analyze the hook of this video, for
example, right? This is a tutorial
type of video. And the formula is, if my item cost me X
and I sell it for Y, my metric is z. And the spoken hook
that Alex used is if my can of coke cost me
$1 and I sell it for $3, my gross profits $2. And of course, it
also provides you of a bigger breakdown of this hook. Now, let's click on the
storytelling format, right? It's, again, a
tutorial based video. It describes you the story
telling format of the video, and it analyzes the storytelling
format of the video. So what we can do
now if we enjoy and if we like the hook
of this video, we can actually click
on Save Hook Template, right, or short list this idea. But let's actually go ahead and analyze other videos that
we have in our vault. Let's check out this
video, for example, right? Let's see the video first. The best time to start a
YouTube channel is right now. Don't wait for a new camera. Don't wait until you
can edit fancy videos. Don't wait until
you feel confident. Don't wait for perfectionism. Don't wait until you have time. Just start because and you can see it just
loops back again, super straightforward,
just 44 words. Now, we're not going
to be analyzing all of the different aspects of sandcastles because we did this in the previous
video of Alex Or Mozi. What I want to do is that I
actually like this hook idea. And you can see this is an authority type
of content, right? The best time to start, right, high value action is
immediate time frame. Like, the best time to start a YouTube channel is
right now, right? So you click on
Save Hook template. And just like that, your
hook template is saved. And you can see, when you
create your next script, we'll automatically write a
hook using this template. Save more hooked templates from your fault and use that too. So I like this hook template. I shortlisted this. It's as simple as that. Let's just check, for example, other videos. Check
this video right now. It's actually being analyzed. So now that it's analyzed, let's check out the hook
of this video, for example, right? Let's
view the video again. When you buy a stick of gum at the supermarket,
it's right up front. It's $0.45, whatever
it is. No big deal. When you buy a house,
it's a whole process. You can't just go
out and buy a house. You got to be a broker. You got to put in a bid.
You have to accept a bid, and then you get a bank, and
you so this was dripped. It's a bit of a longer video. So let's go in the
hook analysis, and you can see that this is
a comparison type of video. So when you buy
common low cost item, it's low friction experience. No big deal, right? So I like this
hook, for example. Let's click on Save
Hook template. And now our hook
template is saved. So if we go to ideas now, we can actually go to the vault and pick of different ideas, pick different ideas
that we actually like. Just as we shortlisted
our hooks, we can shortlist
different ideas. So, for example, I like
this content idea. Right, let's go
back to our vault, which is the main safe
place of our content. I liked Alex Or Mozi idea. Let's short list
this idea or we have different types of projects
that we want to apply. We click on Add to project. So now in our Ideas section, we have one and we have two. So let's click on view
your idea, for example, if I want to recreate
this video in my niche. So what the Ida section does is that it pretty much
further analyzes the ideation behind
each one of the videos that we have short
listed in our vault. And everything comes down
into actually creating a script and generating a script based on the videos
that we again, short listed in our vault. This is how we actually generate scripts with sand
castles and with AI. And in the next lesson
of the scores in the second installment of
the sand castles breakdown, I'm going to show you
exactly how to take all of the content that you have
short listed in your vault, inside of Sand castles and
actually create scripts for your videos inside your
niche based on the ideas, the hooks, and the layout of videos that you
have shortlisted. This is an extremely powerful
AI that you can use, and it's completely
mind blowing to even go through the
soft rate here. So let's actually generate the script in the next
lesson of the scores.
7. Drafting Evidence Based Scripts That Convert: The second installment of the
breakdown of Sandcastles, which is the AI
software that we're using to actually
generate scripts that perform well
based on all of the data that we have from
other channels on our niche. So let's actually
enter Sandcastles. And let's go through all of the process that we underwent
up until this point. So what did we actually do? First of all, we
described our content, and we found out
different channels that we added to our watch list. These are channels
that from all of the channels that
applied to our niche, we want to actually have
shortlisted, right? So we can break down
their best videos and decode their,
again, best videos. So this was our shortlist,
our watch list. And in our watch list
in the video section, we had all of these
different parameters to tweak the outlayer
score, the views, the engagement, and the time that these videos
were posted. Right? So in our feed, right, based on all of
these different parameters, we have all of these
different videos that have been shortlisted. You see that in my case, the parameters that I
added was an outlier score anywhere 30-100 and more
than 1 million views. So these are all of the
different videos that we have. Now, if we want to break
down further a video, we added these
videos to our vault. So our vault, currently, has these three
videos, for example, and inside our vault, we get to further deconstruct each and every
single one of these videos. We had the transcript, we had the analysis of
the idea of this video, the analysis of a
hook of this video, and the storytelling
format of this video. Now, if we like a video more, we can add and save
the hook of this video or start generating a
script based on this video. So let's actually now start
working on the script. And let's say that I want
to generate a script that is super similar to this
video from Think Media. What do we do now? We click on Create Script,
right? So let's click on this. And now in the script section of the Create tab
of Sandcastles, we have this video
right here, right. Let's add additional
context or customization, you want to make
the original idea. I want to, let's say, apply the idea of this video to my niche
and to my channel, right? And now we click on
Continue, right? So if we click Continue
and we wait a bit, research is starting
to be conducted. And now this video is analyzed, the script of this
video is analyzed, and now we have a breakdown of the ideation
behind the script, which we can just, let's say, analyze pretty quickly here. So the executive summary, the YouTube landscape in 26 is all about authenticity
and strategic content, making it a prime time
for new creators to start ization opportunities are more
accessible than ever, even for smaller channels, but the focus is
shifting genuine engagement rather
than just views. How to engage viewers,
some more ideas. Highlight that while the idea of starting a YouTube
channel can be daunting, the platform actually rewards genuine effort and unique
voices more than ever before. Emphasize that perfectionism is the enemy of progress
and showcase how even established creators started with imperfect content, some summarizing facts and some contrast moments
that you can use. So let's now continue on
our hook section, right? So you have all of
these different hooks that you can use, and some of the hooks
are actually suggested. And let's see, for example,
this hook right here we can use from the previous
video that we chose, which is the best
time to start YouTube is right now, period. So we click on this one, and we're going to
be using this hook, and all of the other
hooks are again, inspired by other channels that we have shortlisted, right? Because these are hooks
that we have shortlisted. This was, for example, one from Alex or Mozi that we
have shortlisted. And we click on Continue. And now the script is starting
to be generated, right? And the let's say title of this project
is start YouTube now because we are
generating a script based on the success
of this channel. So right now we have this script right here
for a short form video. That evidence based based on the breakdown of the other
videos that we again, did and shortlisted
in our vault, we know that this
script would work. The best time to start
YouTube is right now, period. Not when you have
better equipment, not when you know how
to edit properly, not when you feel confident
with the camera, right? Your phone camera is
already better, right, than what the first million
dollar YouTubers used. You think you need
fancy editing skills, but top crime channels
right now are literally just people talking
with jump cuts. So this is a script
or 224 words. And let's say, for example, that in the script, I want to also have
an angle of being able to monetize your
passions through content. So I want you to add
an angle in the script of the opportunity to
monetize your passions. Right, through content, right? Now we're just changing the
script and repopulating the script based on
our small parameters, based on the small
parameter that we added. It's as simple as that. So now we wait a bit for the
new script to be generated. So now we have our
script generated. What are some other
changes that we can apply? The first one is that we can change the length of our script. For example, currently,
our video is about 120 seconds long and
our approximately 480 words. I can decrease that to see how many seconds I want
my end video to be. So let's see that
I want a video at the end that's 60 seconds long. That's 240 words. Let's click on change length. And now you can see
the small cursor here. Working. The length
of the script is now 231 words, for example. So it's perfect
for a 62nd video. Let's say that now I
want to turn this video right into a long form
content video script. What I can do is that I can go right here and
click on Download. So another thing that I
can do now is that I can actually drag and drop this new script into GBT and turn it into
a long form video. So now that we have our script exported from Sandcastles and imported into GBT with the 5.4 thinking enabled,
I could be like, I want you to analyze
this script and turn it into a long form video
script for me, right? Just like that. Now, of course, when using AI for your content, you want to have a baseline
AI that you always trust, right, and you always
can come back to. And for me, this is GBD
5.4 with thinking enable. Again, it's super
important to have thinking enabled for this to work. So what we actually
did is that we broken down like some videos
in Sandcastles and we utilized Sandcastles
to decode scripts and different videos that we
want to use for our content. Then we generate a draft
script in Sandcastles. And now we have imported
this same script in JAB JBD 5.4 and turned it from a short form content script to a long form content script. And this is the final script that you would use
to your video. Now, this might look like a
normal script that you can actually utilize and
brainstorm with JBT just 5.4. But this is not true because
we utilized Sandcastles to again break down all of these different outlier
videos in our niche. And again, keep in
mind that if you engage more with Sandcastles
and you add more videos to your vault and you give
more data to Sandcastles to decode different hooks and different
engagement metrics, your scripts will
be more powerful. So now what we have created is a long form video
script on YouTube that's evidence based
created based on strategies that have been proven to engage people
from your niche. And this is
absolutely wonderful. So this right here concludes
our video around scripting, and now it's time to move to the next big pillar of our content creation
journey with AI tools. I really hope that
you're enjoying this course up until this point. If you do so, feel free to
leave a positive review, and I'm going to see
you in the next lesson.
8. Create Videos with HeyGen (No Camera): Up until this point
of the course, we have pretty much covered every single content
pillar that you can tackle with AI tools and the best tools to use for each
of these content pillars, except from actually shooting
and producing the videos. So we talked about ideation.
We talked about research. We talked about
cross kis research and how to take videos
that have been super successful in other channels in your ich and steal some
of their elements, some of their hooks,
some of their ideas, and then how to turn
them into scripts. Then we talked about how to turn short form content scripts and make them long form content
scripts that you can use. But now it's time for the
million dollar question. How do we actually
produce the videos? How do we shoot the videos? And of course, this is
an AI tools course, so I'm not going to show you the conventional way
to shoot a video, right, with a camera and a microphone and lights
and a background. I'm going to show you how
to produce videos with artificial intelligence
completely without ever needing a camera
just with your computer. Now, there are two ways to
approach AI video generation. First one is by actually having a subject in front of
the camera, right? So having a subject
on your videos. Now, when it comes to having
subjects on your videos, we're going to be using
an awesome software called Hagen, right? So in this lesson right here, I'm going to show you
how to actually produce AI videos and how to
convert scripts that have been generated from
other AI tools into actual genuine long
form content AI, completely AI produced videos. Now, when it comes before
I show you the software, before we go through Hagen and
how cool this software is, I'm going to make a
small remark here. Now, AI video production
with a subject, just like me, for example, I'm
the subject of this video, you can see I'm in the
middle of the screen. Right, can be divided
into two categories. The first one is
cloning yourself, so using yourself as a subject. So this means analyzing your biometric data and giving Hagen all the
information needed to be able to clone yourself
and your voice or using someone
else as a subject, so using other
avatars as subjects. So this lesson erate here
focuses on utilizing the power of AI avatars
to instruct your videos, right, and to create
your videos to produce these awesome videos. I know this sounds crazy,
but it's actually true. Let me show you exactly
how to do this with Hagen. So this right here is, of course, the platform
that I'm referring to. It's called Hagen, and I have multiple courses in
my profile in which I go through Hagen
and how to produce AI videos and AIOuters
in huge detail. But for now, we're
just going to do a analysis of the software and
what you can do with this. So the first one
is that Hagen has an integrated let me
just one more time. So the first thing is that Hagen has an integrated video agent. So as you can see here, you
can literally type a prompt, and Hagen will produce a
video of someone else, using another avatar to do so. For example, here,
the prompt was create a compliance
video using our docs, create an engaging video
using our CEO's avatar. So they have imported,
for example, their docs here, and this is the CO avatar that
they have produced. And now the video is
produced just like that. You can also create, again, hyperrealistic avatars by
scanning your face or you can borrow someone else's avatar to instruct your video, right? Of course, you can
also translate videos to other languages, which is, like,
absolutely mind blowing. I'm going to show you some
examples in just a second. And you have an
integrated AI studio inside of Hagen to edit
all of the videos. So it's not that you
need to download every single AI video
that you create and then import it to Final Cut Pro or any other video editing
software of choice. So you can pretty much do everything regarding
content creation apart from ideation and
competitor analysis writing and scripting
inside of Hagen. Hagen is our, let's
say, AI camera. Right? So these are some of
the more features that Hagen has text
to video features, so you write down a prompt, and it creates a
video photo to video, you can animate any
photo that you have. You can create product ads, UDC ads, AI models. And I go through all
of these, again, AI content creation principles on other courses that I have. But again, the most value that you're going to
gain from this course is understanding how to use
Hagen is knowing that Hagen is the best solution
to produce AI videos. Now, let me show you what
I'm actually talking about. This is what Hagen looks
like. From the inside. And in the homepage,
as you can see, without even selecting
the video agent or the avatar or the
translate features, you can see what most
people are using Hagen four and what actually Hagen
four is recommended, right? So you can see you can place
your Avatar, for example, in any scene, any shot for
any production instantly. So once you scan
your biometric data, and once you have
created your avatar, you can actually place
it in any scene. You can have it on a desk.
You can have it outside. You can have it on a
corporate environment, on a healthcare
environment, right? It really depends on the type of video that you want
to be producing. Right? You can generate
videos from prompts again, or make an avatar video from a script by adding a script
and having your Avatar, again, instruct this
exact script, right? And of course, you can
also translate a video. So let's go to the
Avatar section. Let me show you exactly
what I'm talking about. So this right here is
the Avatar section. So once I click on Avatar, this menu drops down, right, which gives us just
more details to work. As you can see, it's
super straightforward. You paste the script of your
video right here, right? You choose a voice. So you have so many different
voices you can use. This, for example, my voice, the voice that I have cloned. And now, again,
Hagen knows exactly how my voice sounds and
you can recreate this. But I also have other
voices that I have created. So what you do, once you
have the script added, you need a voice and the avatar. So now you also
choose the avatar. If you go here, you can choose different
types of avatars. For example, right?
This is my avatar. These are other avatars
of other people, other people that I
have used, right, as simple as that, and
you paste your script and you generate your
video just like that. But let's just go one
step further here. In the avatar section, you will be able to genuinely,
again, clone yourself. And these are cloned
versions of myself, right? In all of these
scenarios, right, and you can see some
of these clones look more like me and some of these
clones look less than me. And it's super, like, weird, but it's actually true. For example, this
is a clone of mine, and listen to this
clone talking. Hey, Lambros Lazoplos, your
digital twin is ready. Try creating videos with it. Also, click the feedback button to share what you
think. Hope you enjoy. Okay, so you saw that it's
able to produce, again, voice and generate scripts automatically and
instruct the scripts, create content on the scripts. Now, keep in mind that more information you
add to Hagen and the more videos you give to this software of yourself from
multiple different angles, the avatar that Hagen
will create will be, again, more similar to yourself. This was created just by me inputting a ten second
video of mine, right? Let's see this one, for example. Hey, abros Lasopolis or
your digital twin is ready. Try creating videos with it. Also, click the
feedback button to share what you think.
Hope you enjoy. It kind of looks like
me, right? It's crazy. And I can add more
looks, and I can have him on different settings. So this, for example, again, an example of my avatar,
right, that I've created. But let's see actually other avatars that
you can utilize. The good public
avatars right here, you can see all of
these different options that you can have from different people that
have cloned themselves or are completely AI generated, right, which you can borrow. And what you can actually
borrow is their background, their voice, right,
how they look. You can have them on
different settings. So you can use, like, multiple other different
avatars from other people, which is absolutely
insane to generate, like, videos with Hagen. Gala, for example, is a super famous
avatar that has been going super viral in
short form content. Right? So all of these are different avatars
that you can use. So let's now go and
you can see that there are different
categories of avatars. You can go to professional
Avatars, lifestyle Avatars, UGC avatars which look like content creators,
right? Look at this. They all look like entreators
and you can use each and every single one
of these avatars. You can give them
a script, and they will start like, talking, right? Let's choose one to give
you a small example. Let's choose let's choose
this guy, right, Bennett. You can see this is Bennett. And if you click on it, right? This how he looks. Welcome to the new era of video
creation with Hagen. Simply type your
script to get started. And if I click on Using Video, it will redirect me into
Hagen Studio, which is, let's say, the main menu that we're going to be using
to create our videos. So again, what we did
is that we selected our avatar and we actually
just double clicked on it, and now we are on studio. So what happens on studio? First of all, this is where
you type your script. So let's type, for example, Hey, welcome to this say course. I am very happy for
you to be here. Don't forget to leave a
let's say, positive, oops, positive review as this helps me a lot with producing more
courses, right? Cheers. This is a very basic
script that I created. And as you can
imagine, in your case, you would take the
script that we created from sand castles
and from Shortft and just paste it right here
if you want to create a completely AI
generated video that, of course, adheres
to your niche. And on top of that, once
we added our script, you can see that you can
change the delivery style. So you can, for
example, describe the motion and style that you This avatar to instruct, or you can auto
enhance by adding tags to control
motion and basing, or you can record yourself, and this AI will match your exact delivery in
the selected voice. So actually go ahead and record
our voice. So let's see. Once we click this, we'll
be able to start recording. Let's see. Hey, welcome
to this course. I'm very happy for
you to be here. Don't forget to leave
a positive review, as this helps me a
lot with producing more content, cheers, right? So now this AI knows exactly the type of
delivery that we want, and we have mirrored our
voice, which is awesome. On top of that, we can
just add more scenes. And what the scene
is is pretty much the background of this avatar. You can see that we have
scene one and scene two. And I can go ahead and actually tweak my scenes from here. So there are so many different
things that we can do. We can change our avatar. We can go on Benedt. We can change, let's
say the scene, again, of Bennett from here,
we can change the voice. We can change the motion engine. We can change the background by customizing it or
completely removing it. Just like this, for
example, our background will be completely removed. Again, I'm telling you
this is just insane stuff. But again, you can
play around with this software and the AI
creation studio inside of Hagen. It is super straightforward
and super simple. And what you want
to do is that once you're ready and you
have your script ready, and you're happy
with your avatar and the scene of this avatar, just click on Generate. You get to name this video. For example, let's name this. Uh, welcome to the course video, right, add it to my videos. I frames per second, 25, it's normal
resolution ten ADP, but we can also do like
720 P to just save some AI premium credits that's actually de
ten ADP at school. And now we submit. So just like that, our video
is now being rendered, and once it's 100% ready, we will be able to
view it from here. Let's just some of
the other videos that I've created as this
video has been rendered. So in the other AI content creation master
class course, right, that I have been creating
and instructing here, you can see this is one of
the video that we created. Check this out. So AI content, as we knew
it last year or even a few months ago is
completely outd. How crazy is this? So, we took this avatar and we placed
her in this setting, and now we added the script,
and this is what we have. It's like it looks
genuinely like a girl, like, that's also a UDC style, so it looks like a
content greater, right? Literally saying what I have on the script. Check
this out again. So, A content, as we knew
it last year or even a few months ago is
completely outd. How crazy is this? And this is just one of the
examples. For example, right? I have another video of
mine. Check this out. This is a smartphone
videography intro. For a course, let's say. Welcome to our smartphone
videography course. Are you ready to unlock
the full potential of your smartphone camera? In this course, we'll explore
essential techniques, tips, and tricks to help
you capture stunning video. That's insane. And it
really looks like me. I've never said this, right? This is completely AI generated, and it has clowed myself, and now I can produce as much
content as I want, right? And I can guarantee that the course that
you're viewing right now is not AI generated, right? It is like my course, and I've solve this in a conventional way with
a camera and stuff. But let me give you another
example of how cool this is. So, for example, back in the
day, about eight months ago, I transcribed some
of my courses, and I actually translated
them into Spanish. So this is another thing
you can do with Hagen. You can take a video
of yours that's actually already produced
and already rendered, and you can translate it into a completely different language. Let's see this, for example. Check this out. A Contenido
de formato CortoaEmundo, timido Internet So Lambese Mundo transformado de Contenido Corte Los medios Mas fatant Do Dura. How who is that? And
I don't know Spanish. Like, I've never spoken Spanish. I've never had a
single, let's say, Spanish class in my
life, but it's crazy. It's insane. Look at this.
I phone video introduction, again, in Spanish,
another Spanish video. The case is Samoa. How crazy is this? And again, I did
this with Hagen. So now our video is rendered, and let's actually go
ahead and view our video, click on the new
video, and let's see it. How's the script going? Hey, welcomed the scores. I'm very happy for
you to be here. Don't forget to leave
a buzzer review. As this helps me a lot with producing more content. Cheers. Super straightforward, and it just got the job done
perfectly. Let's time. Hey, wel the scores. I'm very happy for
you to be here. Don't forget to leave
a buzzer review. As this helps me a
lot using more C. And guess what else you
can do? You can go and translate it to other
languages, right? And you can also revise
it in AI Studio. So if you're not happy with this and you want to
change the background, you want to change
what this video saying what the
Savator is saying, You can, of course, also
do this in the AI Studio. And I know that the
AI Studio feature looks like super simple
and super basic, but it would be a huge
pain in the *** to every time download the video and import them in your
editing software, and it's just so much
easier and so much more streamlined to do
everything inside of Hagen. And there are also multiple
other different things that you can do with Hagen. For example, in the
photo to video effect. I added a thumbnail of mine of the 2026 YouTube master
class, as you can see it. And I asked, right? I asked Hagen to
turn this thumbnail, which is just a basic
thumbnail into a video. So now let's see the video
that he created. One. Welcome to the 2026
YouTube Master Class. If you're ready to
grow your channel, you're in the right place. In this session, we're diving deep into advanced
Channel strategy. And again, this was with
just a single prompt, right? And I know the voice
sounds kind of goofy. For some reason, it
was high pitched. But still, for example, I gave a photo of me, and I asked to create this, let's say, sort ad for a
abubo and look at this. This is the best Labubo
you can buy right now. It's green and smooth and also smells reason. And it
really looks like me. It's so funny. And you can do this all from the video agent, right, and the different
apps that Hagen has. So, for example, in
the video agent, you can see that you can
choose your avatar and you can choose your style and you can
describe your video idea, and it will actually go ahead
and produce this video. So Hagen is pretty much like the single software
destination if you want to have an avatar
on your AI videos. And again, this was
the first approach on turning your script into an actual video that
you can leverage and you can cross upload into
multiple different platforms, right, having an avatar
instruct your script. But this is just one
category of AI content. The other huge
category of AI content are AI videos that
actually do have scripts, but they don't have subjects. In order to create the
second type of content, what you need is actually audio, so to turn your script
into an audio and visuals. And these visuals
are usually al. So let's say, for example, in the sake of this
demonstration that for the second type of AI
content that does not require an avatar to instruct the content or to
be in front of the camera, you want to describe a phenomenon or you want to
describe a historical event. Describing a historical event as content doesn't need
an avatar to do so. You can have voiceover playing in front of different videos. And this is exactly what they're analyzing in the
next lesson of the scores. So in the next lesson,
we're actually launching another AI tool
that is better than Hagen for producing these
second types of videos, which is called 11 Labs. So I'm super happy to be here. I hope that your mind
is completely blown, just like my mind was completely blown when I launched
Hagen for the first time, and I'm going to see you in the next lesson
of the scores.
9. Voice & B-Roll Mastery with Ellevenlabs: So now we're done with Hagen and analyzing how to produce
AI videos with an avatar, right, as the main
subject of the video. It's time to move
to the second type of AI videos that
we can produce from the scripts that we have
generated with all of these awesome AI tools
before in this course, right, which involves AI videos that do not have an avatar. Now, keep in mind
that we can also definitely produce
AI videos without an avatar in the text to video segment again,
inside of Hagen. That being said, due the fact that videos that do
not have an AI avatar heavily rely on speech and
how actual content sounds, it is better and more optimal to use this new tool
that I'm going to be, again, elaborating on in
this class right here in this lesson right here,
which is ElevenLabs. Now, ElevenLabs is currently the best text to speech AI tool that
you can use out there. On top of that,
ElevenLabs has also awesome BRL creation,
again, capabilities. So in this Asit here, I'm going to show you
how to take a script and actually use the text to
speech features inside of ElevenLabs to
convert this script into voice and also create and produce AI videos that add to the visual
elements of this script, all of this inside
of ElevenLabs. So this right here
is ElevenLabs. And again, it is marketed as
a text to speech solution. Let me give you some
small example here. Let me tell you what my grandpa told me when I was just six. You see? It has so
many different types of voice that you can use. I must not fear. Fear
is the mind killer. Fear is the little death. It really sounds like a
genuine human being, L. Hey, are you looking for a
fresh and engaging voice for your podcast
or social media? Then I'm the voice for you. And it has, again,
more than 10,000 different voices
that you can use. You can also generate
sound effects and music. Check this out. You can describe a music track, and it will actually produce it, for example, a rich
or historal track, deeply cinematic,
symphoric strings, bass, brass and wood winds and
epic fantasy, triumphant. Wow, I don't know
even the words, Crescendo finale.
Let's see this. Yeah, I guess this is
what it would sound like. Speech to text, too, right? It can transcribe
speech to text. And, of course, voice cloning, you can also clone your
voice inside of ElevenLabs. So how does ElevenLabs actually look like
from the inside? It looks like this.
And I know it might sound a bit too overwhelming. I have actually produced
multiple videos with ElevenLabs, and these are some of, again, the features
of ElevenLabs. We got instant speech, audiobook, image and video. It can also produce
videos from images. We have 11 agents which are A agents that can work
in the background. And music production
and dubbed audio. So how would we approach
this if we would want to produce a video without
anotar inside of ElevenLabs? Again, we have all of these different options
here, the text to speech, sound effects, image and
video, voice isolator, voice changer, right,
music, speech to text. And you can actually, let's say, pinpoint each and every
single one of them and utilize every single
one of these. Again, effects, right,
and different options. But for the sake of this demonstration and for
the sake of our video, we're going to be
going to Studio. So once you click on Studio, you get to either upload
one of your videos or create a new blank project. So let's actually
go ahead and click on Create New Blank Project, and it's going to be a
video project, right? Now, keep in mind that
the exact same thing we could actually go ahead
and do inside of Hagen. This really looks like the
Hagen AI Video studio. So what do we have
here? As you can see, these are all of the
different elements that pretty much compose
one of your videos. It's the visual
element of the video, the audio element of the
video, which is speech. And on top of the audio element, we can add sound effects. We can add music. And to also enhance the
visual elements, which can also add text. So you can see that ElevenLabs is your all in one
destination when it comes to producing a videos if you
already have the script and you don't want an
Aiamter on your videos. So let's start with the video. The first thing is that you
can actually go through your video library of previous videos that you have produced, and you can actually
source them. For example, I have this video of a Beating Heart,
and if I click on it, you can see that you
can preview the video and add this video
to your timeline. So once I click on
Add to the timeline, you can see that this
asset is now imported and it's right here in our timeline. So if I click on play, right? And just give it a
minute to render. This video will just be on our timeline, just
as it is right now. Just needs a little
bit of time to render. On top of that, you can source, like every single clip that
you have already produced. You can also use it again. So, for example,
let's say that you have sourced some viral
and you have created some viral it can actually be applied into multiple
videos of yours. You don't need to
spend AI credits to produce this video
again and again and again. You can source it for multiple different videos that
you have created, and you can also once
you click on the video, you can edit multiple
features of this video. But now the coolest thing, I think of ElevenLabs is that inside of the AI video studio, let me actually delete this. Inside of the AI Video studio in the source clip section,
which is right here, you can actually go
ahead and create a new video with AI
inside of the studio. So let's say, for
example, that I want a cinematic sunset video of the sea right in Rs, right? And you choose the AI that you want to actually
process this video. Let's do, for
example, cling 3.0. It's pretty expensive. It
should be really cool. And by clicking on Generate, you generate your video and
it gets rendered right here. So you can add it
in your timeline. For example, like this
video, you can just add it in your timeline, and out this asset is
imported in the timeline. Now, on top of the
video, you can actually generate speech. And
how do we do this? Well, pretty much, you
paste your script here, and let's say, for example, Hey, welcome to Beautiful grease. Everything here looks
and tastes, right? Awesome, and the sunsets are, let's say, wonderful. Right. You click on Generate.
And now this is generated as audio.
Come to beautiful Greece. Everything here looks
and tastes awesome, and the sunsets are wonderful. Right? How awesome is that? You can, of course,
change the engine, right, that drives your speech. For example, you can
use Adam, right? It's dominant and firm. Alice, clear engaging
educator, Bella, professional, bright and warm, and you have so many different voices
that you can choose, right? And of course, you
can have different AI tools, for example, removing background audio
from your voice or using voice changer if you have
imported one of your voices. So so many different
features that you can use with 11 labs. Not to mention the
fact that you can add sound effects, music, and text. Now, one final thing
before we move out of ElevenLabs is
the fact that you don't have to edit
every single video of yours in the video
studio of ElevenLabs. Let's say that you just want to change your voice
or you just want a text to speed option in order for you to
download, let's say, the MP three file of a
speech and import it into your video editing software
of choice because this is also a capability that
you can do with ElevenLabs. Then you go to the pinned
again, assets of ElevenLabs. Then you choose the
sound effect or the text to speech or the
image and video, right? You can see for the image
and video, for example, you can search either for images or videos that have
been created by others, or you can actually
go ahead and create your AI video or your AI
image by switching here. And then you can download
these videos and import them in your video editing
software of choice. The exact same thing you can do, for example, with the text
to speech option, right? You base your again, script here and once
it is produced, right? So once you can
actually generate a speech from this text, you can actually download
it and import it in your video editing
software of choice. The same exact
applies with music. You can literally
create music from ElevenLabs and
isolate your voice, for example, and
enhance your voice. What you need to remember
regarding ElevenLabs, and its biggest advantage
over Hagen is the fact that just ElevenLabs is better
at generating speech. And if your video doesn't
have an avatar, right? So you don't have an
avatar elaborating on the points of your script, then actually quality
of the speech and the quality of audio
plays a super huge role. It's very important
to have good audio. And this is why when we don't have an outar in the
middle of our AI video, then we choose 11 labs
to generate our audio. And of course, you can also
use ElevenLabs to generate the video elements of,
again, your content. So now we have also covered the content creation pillar of this AI tools master class. I'm going to see you in the
final lesson of the square.
