1. Introduction: When it comes to using artificial intelligence for marketing purposes, specifically creative marketing, the first thing that comes to mind is online marketing. However, there's an underutilized application of artificial intelligence, specifically Chat GPT. When it comes to offline marketing, we're talking about flyers, posters, product designs, mockups, displays. These are considered to be old school classic marketing tools that you need to be familiar with, such that when you're combining online and offline marketing, you become a powerhouse in terms of marketing. In this current class, we're going to be utilizing artificial intelligence, specifically Chat GPT, to create offline marketing material, whether fliers, posters, mockups, showcasing your products, and the list goes on. Stuch that by the end of the class, you have a full on broad vision in terms of how you could utilize artificial intelligence for various marketing applications. 2. Your Project: Your project for the class revolves around applying the key lessons taught to create your own unique flyers and posters for your project, for your business, for your creative journey. After which you're going to be sharing the results with the rest of the community for feedback. 3. Setting Up ChatGPT and The Brand: Welcome back. When it comes to marketing, it's not just simply a matter of online marketing. You have offline marketing, which could be as powerful as typical online marketing initiatives. Now, in this current lesson, I'm going to show you how to create flyers and posters using generative AI in a very streamlined fashion. The first thing that we need to do is simply navigate to the interface with chat GPT. Feel free to select your own model. The latest model as of date is 5.2 and e, I'm going to be using a legacy model, which is the 40, simply for demonstration purposes because this model has been trained quite a lot compared to recent models which are susceptible to bugs or errors and the list goes on. But it's up to you to pick the model that you would like to go for. That being said, the critical step that we need to do is simply to prime Chat GPT in the best way possible. I'm going to mention act as a professional graphics designer in which you will help me create the posters and flyers for my business. And this is where you add your own unique business, your own unique campaign, and requirements, which is for hypothetical purposes, and demonstration purpose, I'm going to be sharing with you a hypothetical business, which is simply, let's say, a shoe store, right? It could be any business that you're dealing with. The whole purpose is for you to understand how this is mappable to any marketing and business initiative that you're dealing with, which is a luxury men's shoe store brand, which is named flyware, for example, a hypothetical brand, hypothetical business. But most importantly, at the stage, this is the area where you fuse your brand identity, your brand's voice, and your requirements. I'm going to share with you a hypothetical, as well. A color palette to tailor the output to incorporate some brand's voice. Take a look at this. To tailor the designs perfectly, could you confirm or share the following the branding elements? That's very powerful. This confirms that HAGPT understood what it needs to do. And once you get such a request, for example, the branding elements, the logo, color palette, typography, product highlights, the usage, copy and messaging. Once HAGPT has all of these details, it has the ability to move forward. And this by default confirms that you have set things up properly. At this stage, feel free to collect whatever information you have about your campaign, your marketing campaign, your branding initiatives, which are going to be used to create and craft a unique output. For example, you could add your logo, simply drag it and drop it. You could add a color pad, for example, topography, whatever piece of information that you could add as part of your brand, this is the time where you are going to be fusing it. So I'm going to keep it quite simple. I'm going to mention I have the color palette that you can use for the process and make sure that the posters and flyers look premium. So I'm going to add the color palette for the brand, for the hypothetical brand, which could be a different palette, different details, different logo, for example, that you could add. I did not add a logo over here. JATGPT might create one. However, since we're dealing with a very basic business, for example, shoewear, we are going to utilize the color palettes to craft different designs for the shoes, different posters and flyers, and that it's up to us to modify them and alter them, which is coming up next. 4. Creating Professional Posters: Welcome back. So we have successfully set up Chat GPT, incorporating brand, our requirement for marketing purposes, more specifically the creation of posters and flyers. At this stage, we're going to inject the brand identity, the brand voice, any piece of information that you could add to tailor the uniqueness of the output. Now, let's take a look at this. Let's start with the poster and flier. Number one, brand awareness poster, luxury tone. This is the concept. This is very powerful. You got the details of the concept. In addition to creating the actual poster, how would it look? I'll now generate the first poster image portrait format suitable for print or Instagram story using your palette and tone, proceeding with the image right now. This is very powerful because understood the role. I need to print actual fliers or posters, and I need to create the poster. And by the way, you could inject the dimensions as you see fit. But from the get go, this is a success because we have already incorporated the brand's voice, the palettes, the theme of the brand, and we have gotten the setup for the poster, which looks quite professional, but we need to confirm it through the visual. Take a look at this. Here we go. This is exactly what a luxurious men's footwear or shoewear brand will look like. We got the hypothetical logo, which has been created to reflect the brand name, flywear. You could create this, by the way, or you can modify it. You have actual images of shoes that reflect the color palette, where luxury meets legacy, discovered the art of men's footwear. We got the website, and you could have the location. And by the way, this is ready to go. You can just simply download and print it and display it as an actual poster on your own business or within your own company or as part of your marketing campaign. Now, I'm going to show you how to create the fliers. 5. Creating Professional Flyers: Welcome back. So I've created the posters. Now we are ready to create the fliers and not just that. We're going to create a series and variations of flyers with a couple of clicks. I'm going to mention now we are ready to create the fliers. This is very important. I want you to create a series of fliers one at a time to reflect different Buyers journey. For example, someone is learning about your business as part of brand awareness, someone who's looking forward to buying shoes. They're going to decide whether or not to buy shoes. So all of these flyers are going to address the unique requirements for every single customer, hence having a personalized marketing initiative. Click Enter right now. You have created a very powerful prompt, which will help you create endless offline marketing material. For example, buys Journey flyer series for fly Word, the awareness, consideration purchase, post purchase, referral and advocacy. Perfect. First flyer, the awareness stage, people who did not hear about your business. This is the actual backbone for the flyer. How would it look like? So I truly hope they understand how important and powerful this is. Now you're able to create even offline marketing material as part of your creative marketing initiative to address the different stages for your biased journey. Are they learning about your business? Are they considering your business? Are they purchasing from your business? Do they have a post purchase history with your business? Are they referring your business? Every single one of them typically would take you weeks or months of full tailored content to deal with. We're able to do so now with a couple of clicks. Take a look at this. Now we are at the awareness stage for the people or the audience or the customers who have never heard about the business in the first place. We are generating the flyers for them to learn about the business. Now, take a look at this very powerful comparison in which the setup has guided the process to get to those results in which we are taking a look at a template where we are seeing one next to the other, every single stage, how we would modify the actual flyer. That way we could confirm. If we are good to go, then we are able to generate the fliers one at a time. Take a look at this. Click on this. This is for the awareness stage. This is for the consideration stage. People who are looking forward to buy. This is for the decision making stage. You're giving them an offer and a code, as well. This is very powerful. You're able to address different buyers' journey, different segments within your market, at different timings for a personalized experience within a couple of clicks. Now we are ready. We are ready to create each flyer by itself, ready for download. Proceed. Here we go. So now Chat GPT, after getting the confirmation that I'm happy with this flyer and this flyer and this flyer, we are going to create every single one of them by itself, and by the way, you're able to create more options, more variations in addition to the ones which have been already created. So this gives you an endless pool of accountant that you could use. It gives you an endless pool of online and offline creative marketing material. And by the way, as you go through the process, always keep an eye on the output from Chat GPT because it makes mistakes. As we're going to be seeing right now, it would generate the fliers one after the other, even though the prompt explicitly mentioned to proceed with every single one of them by itself. That's the importance of you being in charge of the design process. So what would you do at this current stage? You would take the feedback from Chat GPT, and then you are going to mention I want each flyer by itself, and not combined in one visual. So you are forcing the output at this stage. This is a very powerful prompt engineering tactic. Whenever you tend to find that the generator of AI model is not giving you the exact output as is, you force it through a constraint or you force it through a very clear command. I want each flyer by itself and not combined in one visual in which you are highlighting the mistake it has made previously. This will help the AI model learn what you needed to do. And if you have noticed again, still the output is combining the fliers back to back. Now, this is not something quite major in terms of the output from the AI model. However, I'm going to show you a different mechanism for you to tailor the output or modify the output because at the end of the day, you are using a tool, and this tool is susceptible to mistakes. Might generate output, which is not accurate and you as an ethical, as a professional user of artificial intelligence, you are responsible for the output that you are using. So if you take a look at the previous prompt, I watch each flier by itself and not combined in one visual, which is quite clear yet take a look at the apo from Chat GPT at this current case, it's still including every single one of them back to back within the stage. So I'm going to alter the prompt right now. I'm going to mention proceed with creating each flyer by itself such that each visual is one flier. This is a prompt engineering tactic in which you are going through basic structuring of the prompt. Each visual one flier without detailing because sometimes as the AI model goes through the details, you might end up with what we call as a hallucination where it gets quite too creative, that it gives you wrong results. So we are trying to take it back to a more basic stage. Proceed with creating each flyer by itself such that each visual is one flyer. We are going to create each one by itself, then proceed to the other. This is very direct, very straightforward. It simply skims the AI model from any potential wording that's influencing the output. And this happens by the way when you are dealing with any AI model. There's something called hallucination that it might give you results which do not reflect what you are asking you from, and it's up to you as a responsible user to understand how to deal with the outcome. And that's exactly what I'm teaching you right now because many professionals they simply take the result as is and they take it for granted. And this is not a responsible use of AI. We're using AI professionally. Hence, we need to be quite professional and responsible in terms of using artificial intelligence. As you can see over here, we have guided the AI model back on track. Here we go. Now, if you take a look at the first flier, it has been created by itself. It has picked one of them. The first one over here where luxury meets legacy. And created the first flyer. Now we are ready to proceed with the next one, proceed with the next one. Now the AI model is back on track and has aligned with my own vision, with my own creative workflow. This is a very, very important step because sometimes you tend to find professionals. Once they get to a point, they're getting the same output over and over again. They assume that's it. There's nothing more to be done on the contrary. Always examine the prompt structure and the techniques and the strategies which I'm teaching you right now. They help you create endless variations and modify and tweak the output to have a very, very solid match with your own creative vision. Now, ChaGPT has created the first flier based on the journey of the customers. Now it's creating every single flier by itself. Here we go. So we have one flier over here and one flier over here. They have been placed adjacently rather than being placed within the same template. Now, this is very powerful, and it shows next level utilization of prompt engineering best practices. Now I have the ability to download this flyer and take it for print, download this flyer, take it for print, download this flier, take it for print. And over here, it has given me two options, by the way. Instead of combining them together, no, it has given me two options for the same flier, for me to pick from. Now, let's say which one I prefer, I'm going to go for this one. Then it's going to incorporate this one as part of the design. I'm going to mention image number two is better. So we got the first flier, the second flier. Now simply type in proceed and you can keep on generating the fliers that you could use for offline marketing. 6. Wrapping Up: So what do you think? If this class helped you level up your knowledge by at least 1% in terms of how to integrate AI as part of your creative journey, then it's a job well done. And I look forward to receiving your feedback on the current class and make sure that you follow my profile for the latest releases and updates, and I'll see you in the next class.
