1. Trailer: Welcome to Adobe After Effects, Back to School Class two, working with audio and placeholder. Audio Exercise: Okay, So this time we're going to make some exercise with the audio. Many times there is a situation that some music don't have any video clip. This is because it's a little expensive. So we can make animation like this. There are some lights are graphics that are changes in according to the beats from the music. And this is very popular Effects. It is very easy to create it N, in this part we are going to do this. So the first thing, I add the audio and some background, I also Fit to Comp this image and I will add the blur effect. This is because I don't want to focus our eye the image. So in the Gaussian blue, I will change the blurriness. And now we can add the effect. But first we need to add some solid with the color. So you can find the color here in the table and audio spectrum. So the first as a source, we need to switch to our music. Now we need to make some adjustment in our setting, some the start point. And at point, I would like to have this visualization only on the half of our composition. So there will be also frequency, hence, because I want to have one connected lines start frequency. So when does this visualization will start? Audio duration and maximum height. So how huge the size so will be audio duration for 15. Okay? And we will add also the polar FX. And we will change it to react to polar because I want to make this effect to be the circle. And now you can see that this will work and will change according to our music. Okay, the next one will be four color gradient to set some different color. At this time, I will set everything as it is as default. And the next one, we will add the mirror. The mirror will be of course, to make this symmetric for our Effects as a center point, I will choose the center of our composition, but sometimes it is worth to put the value manually. I will duplicate my solid and in the duplicate layer, I will make some adjustment in frequency bands and frequency and in thickness to 1.5. So right now you'll see that we have two different layers with two different visualization. And for my image, I will reduce opacity because I want to make it more darker, maybe 70%. And for our duplicate layer, I will add light. In the CC light, we change the intensity. You can see that now our lines are more lighter. And there will be also below. Okay? And as you can see now, this will also improve our effects. And this will be quite nice-looking. Okay, And right now I have, I might just suffered pieces of duplicating layers and I will change from analog to analog dots. And also the thickness for our visualization. I will also change the site because I want to have the site B, which is external. And I will change this site on each layer, will also change the color. Might be the thickness. Okay. What is more? I need to put all the top two layers to the bottom because I want to have them to be behind our first layer. Okay, and now you can see it's look really nice and maybe I will just adjust some color, maybe to them more blue. And now we can just add our texts. Okay, so first we are going to add new empty text layer. And we will add here, sample out there. And there will be also the mask. When you hit the Shift and Control on keyboard, you will get the perfect circle. In the text. In the buff option, we'll select our mask. We need to switch to reverse path and change the first merging. I will also adjust the text. And I will change the first merging again to put the text in the center. Okay? So the next option is to add the graphic for the city. And we have it. And also I will add some mask. And I want to make the mask or so in the circle shape. And right now you can see that the final graphic is almost ready. Everything stay as the image. Only the, our layers with the lines will change in accordance to our beat from the music. So this is everything about this exercise. 3. Transition: Okay, So in this part we're going to talk about the transition. I will show you how to create on transition and put it to the library and use it in the future for our other project. This will be very interesting and very useful, especially if you need to lots of different types of transition. So we have here and few different video clip. The first and the second is about the motorcycle, and we'll just use some transition it to make the jump between two different clips. So first we need to add adjustment layer and put it between both who video clip. From. This seconds, we will add some effects from distort and this will be transformed. And now we need to make our clip just to disappear from our scene. And you will see that the transformation we'll hide our clip next, we need to add the new effect from styles, CSI, report title. And we need to go to our second keyframe. And after that, we need to increase the expand right value until you will see all the clip and E for both keyframes. And now you will see that we have the transition that our clip just move. And the second two will appear after. The first one will be doubled and will be moved to the left side. So this is a very famous transition and it is mostly use to make some fast changes in our clips. Now I'm going to the Effects and Presets. And you have the icon on the right side. So After click on it, we are in the After Effects user presets localization where we can save our After Effects, the transformation. After save it, we are going to the Effects and Presets. And you can see that on the below, we have our new Effects edit just to our library. Right now from the adjustment here, I will remove for the Effects and I will move the slider to the time where I want to apply their Effects. I will drag and drop it to our adjustment layer. Right now you can see that this effect has been automatically added our adjustments later. So this is very useful options to save any effects directly to our library. And now we're going to make a the second example of some transition. But this time this transition cool will be also possible to use in After Effects or Premiere Pro because we will work here with the Alpha. Okay, So we have our two next clip. There is the road and After Todd directories the rider on the motorcycle. So I will just add some salt. It's with default size. And for this solid, I will just prepare precompose. Okay? So right now we are in the precompose and I will create three different mask on the top there will be the bigger one. On the bottom one, there will be two smaller. Now i'm, I'm gonna set slider to 4 s and I will make some path animation for those mask. On the top, the mask will go straight up and the bottom will go to the left, end to the right side. So we are going to second, second. This is the first animation and the first mosque. Then animation also will go to the right side. Okay, So this is how our animation will look like. And we will add the ECE for all of them. And in the graph speed, I will also change the transition to be more smoother. Okay? It's something like this. And for the first mosque, okay, so now the transition will look really Is smooth. Okay? This is what we have in the precompose for this black solid. And now I will just move this black solid to the right side. And you can see that now we have the animation. This is because I also said the truck might or my second clip for the alpha. Now you can see that the movie will appear only when the mask also we will start and of course, I will add time-reverse for my keyframe because I want to move my mask again faraway. Okay, so now it is time to save for our transition is a black site. So right now we are in our pre-compose. And if you turn off the background, you will see that our mask has a black color or fortnightly this will not work and we need to convert them into transparency. To do this, we need to make a few more steps. First, select and mask one and click on inverted right now, or our mask has been also inverted. This is because they are connected and they at option. So we need to change it to subtract and remove our background. Now, you will see that our mosque became transparency. So this is what we exactly need for our render. So we're going, For example, 2 s and we trim, hold the animation. And we're going to add to Render Queue in the settings as a quality, we need to set the best resolution who live as it is. The output mode we need to select QuickTime and in Format options, we have some settings that we set as a default. And here we need to as a travel set, RGB plus Alpha. This Alpha is for transparency. We need to set, okay, it's to make the render. Right now. We need to import our new movie that we just render before to our projects. Okay, so I'll just do this. Okay, and we have it as a transformation. Then we will need to add this transformation to our projects and we need to make some preview. And if we together transparency grid, you will see that we have right now transparency mask automatically added to our movie. So right now I'm go to our projects and I will move it in the same position as my move with the motorcycle. I will remove the truck. Right now we vowed the track meet. You will see that After Effects automatically know that everything that is transparency in our movie has the alpha channel. And it can be used to mix our other clip. So as you can see, this transformation is we've alpha channel and we can save it, for example, to our library and to use it for other project, for other software. For example, like Adobe Premier Pro, because this will also work for the software. And every time we have any transparency, our Adobe will treat it as alpha channel and make it transparency 4. City promotion practise: Okay, So in this part, we are going to make some city presentation templates. As you can see, there is a lot of shapes, some transitions, a lot of working with for the text, with the mask. So this exercise will be very good to make some practice to understand how to work with the basic shapes in After Effect. Okay, So we are start with the minus shapes. So this will be a rectangle and of course, with the size rotation. And to will make some animation for the opacity. Okay? 100.0. Okay, We'll move the slider to 115 and we need to add the second shape layer. And this would be the line. And align with some pyramids. We can always to run on the proportionality grid. It will be easier for us, the trim path for our line. So we'll start with the zero per cent. And we will turn on the motion blur for our shape layers. And this is how it's look like. So we have the mine shape. So now we will add another rotation, 180. And you can see It's look like our line will rotate and we will cover everything. Okay, So we finally have a shape layer and we need to add one more. So the rotation with 100. And as you can see, now, it's look like the clock. And we're going right now to some time and we need to add keyframes. And of course, time-reverse will just also move some of the keyframes because we want to make that our clock will work in the opposite side. Okay, So this is how our mind animation will work and keyframe time reverse. So this is finally. And on the second side. So that is always good to rename each of your layers, each of your elements, because in the future it will be more easier to find out worries each of the layer and what this layer exactly do. Okay, So this is how our final animation look like. And now we need to add some mask. So to add a mask, we will add the new layer and we set the name, alright mask, we'll just move it down and we'll create the ellipse. The ellipse will be on the whole composition and we will set it to the middle one. And anchor point also will be set to the center. Okay? And we need to add some effects. So the ethics would be radial wipe will apply it. And I will just select all the layers and move the slider here. And we have and transition with the percentage who said to 500 per cent for the red, for the right mask. And we will create the mask and for the left mask, we'll just put the transition into also 50 per cent, but this will be on the opposite side. And this is how our animation will look like right now. So now we will add our monthly per with the city and we'll put it on the top of layers and we'll add Fit to Comp. Okay, So this is how our clip will look like and we will need to add some shape layer with the fill as a radial gradient. This will give us some Nice-looking effect aligned to the center, anchor point also to the center. And we need to adjust some grad infill options like opacity because we want to make more transparency. The endpoint, the endpoint will be five. Okay? And maybe will also rename our layers and we will create the stroke right now. Okay? And lips puff will increase the size. Okay, so this is how it's finally look like, like a circle with some grotty and insights. We will also rename this shape layer. Very important is to rename it, to correct the text, to understand what exactly layer will do. I will duplicate both layers and I will add on under name. Okay, and this is ellipse path. And I will increase the size for the opacity, and I will increase for the counter the same. So right now we have both circle one smaller second is bigger. And when the gradient adjustment for the end point, because we want to make the white area more insight. The gradient editor. So right now we need to tweak lead to our opacity, okay? And we change the position. So this is how it's look like. Maybe I will also change the opacity. And right now we will add the new shape layer for the circle that would be placed around. Okay, so we will set the position for her. The circle with the rotation to 900 degree, will rename the layer to some name. Okay? I will duplicate the circle and I will also change. Then I. And the circle will be in the lower, contrary to be connected ellipse path. So we need to change the value for it. Okay? So right now, we need to change the opacity 0-100. Okay? So this will make that our small silica will appear in a few seconds. And the same with the second one, 0-100. Maybe I'll remind you where you put the time. And this will be 0.100. And with the trim path, set it to zero. Okay? And I will just go to manually to the time and rotation. I will change it also. Two. Okay? And we still need to modify the trim path, okay? It will be 100%. Okay, So we have the smallest circle. Finally done. And as you can see the animation, they would just rotate, will just move that layer little down. Okay, We have a warm circle and the second one. So might be, will also make some adjustment in the opacity for the huge the circle. Okay? And now you will see that the small circle during the rotation will draw the contour for the bigger one. So this will be quite interesting effects Okay, So as you can see, and maybe opacity and trim path for the huge the counter. To do the same that the smaller silk who will draw the counter for this huge circle during the rotation. Okay, So you can see that this one is for dummy to one. And we have the same animation for this bigger one. Okay, maybe we'll just move the motion. It would be a little longer. So when we change, the lamp will also need to change the keyframe for trim path to make the correct synchronization between the contour and the circles that are in insights. And we add, of course, the motion blur for the whole animation. You can see that this will look like this right now and this is quite nice. Okay? So we have almost done the first animation, and this will be one of the main that we will see it during whole presentation. Okay, so now it's time to create the title inside our circle. So we will add text layer. We'll just add some text insights. I will just duplicate it and we have three different line texts. So I will set it the correct position and I will change the color to the white. Okay, I will also increase the size. Might be it will be 114 and we'll change the font to the Broadway. Or busker will color the size because city text, this one which is in the middle, will be the biggest one of we have added the text and right now we will make some animation for this text. So I'm going to the 9 s and we will set the scale for 75%. Okay, So we will select all the texts and Anchor Point tool set to the middle because it will be easier to rescale it. So now the scale will be 70 per cent. And when the circle are place in the middle, I would like to change to the 185 and at the end to the 100s. So it means that my text will still be re-scaled during the circle, are in movement. But also, I would like to add some opacity. This is because I want to make the text invisible when the circle are on the middle one, and they will just appear 100 at the end. So you can see that the text is right now re-scale and with some opacity. So we have finally done the fonts. And now we will create the finally assemble, assemble composition where we both inside all the elements. So we have the assemble and we will put insights or the clips. So the first is with the city, will transform it with the Fit to Comp, will go to the end and we just copy our animation. Okay, So this is how it's flags with the truck might I will just duplicate also the video clip. And what is more, we need to speed up this animation, little ones. So I will select again the layers with the shapes. I will go to the keyframe and then we'll move it to the left side. So now the animation will be more faster as you can see. So we will have more time to focus on the clip, not only on the intro animation. This is how it's look like. In the next lesson, we will continue with other elements 5. City promotion rendering: Okay, So we are in the second part of the city promotion practise and we will make some adjustment from the first part. So I will just remove the duplicated clip from the first one. I will create pre-compose and I will add all the text and the circle just insights. You will notice that sometimes there will be another position. This is because we have the composition in another different resolutions. So I would just change it to normal one and I will select Transform Fit to Comp. And when I paste right now or the text with the animation, it will be in the correct. So let's see how it's look like. Okay, as a first, I need to also duplicate my layer with visualization. Okay, So this is how it's look like. Now, you can see that the mind composition is with high resolution. So it means that we need to also transform and feet to come the first one and this duplicate also. Okay, so you can see in that right now, this is our visual visualization. Okay? I will also change some keyframes. I will move them here for the text. So right now you can see that first we have the animation, and after that, our text will appear during our smallest circle. And when we just go to some times, for example, just here, we need to change all our layers into pre-compose and we set the name, the Scene one. So now this is our first Scene and we'll try to assembly everything together. So After finishing Scene one, now it's time to create the scene. So first we hide the Scene one, I will just remove also the clip we have right now, only that graphic and Effects. And I add the second clip with the truck might. We will set it here at the beginning. And two, we will precompose it. Okay. So now we are go back to the Scene one, and I will just copy all the text. And we are in that clip to, I will add it this text. The same first, we need to change composition settings to normal. Okay? Now, Transform Fit to Comp and we will add the text. And we have the text and the graphic inside the comp one. The second clip. So first we need to adjust our graphing at the keyframes. We will also change it takes two other one because we want to have different words in the second clip. Okay? Sometimes if in your language, there are some specific character, some phones ProPublica, we do not display them. Correct. Okay, And let me see. This is the second sin. And now we are in the assembly. You can see that we have, we need to duplicate the composition and we have the final assembly. Okay? So here is the situation when our graphic we're start will also adjust the keyframe. When the graphic from the previous clip, we will finish. Okay? And as you can see, we have this transition between two clips. Unfortunately, we need to adjust also our circles because right now there is problem that the line just appear Okay, So when the line appear, after it will disappear, our smallest circle will start to rotate. So this is how it will look like. Okay? And we are in the scene second right now, so we have seen first and the second one, and we need to repeat all the same steps for the clip for and clip free. So as we can see finally, we are in the final assembly with four different Scene. After the Scene four, we will add some opacity transition, so will have only the title. We need to add some background because right now it will be black. So we will change it to white solid. And the white solid will start After four Scene four, we will finish. And I need to just copy the title in the default position. I will just move it here. At the end of the opacity from Scene four. And I will change the letter to the white color from Y to the block end as you can see when Scene four, and there will be only Title. So I will add the second factors. And of course, I need to change from the Special, our actor, and there will be easy to transition. That second Title will just came out from the upper the position. And we're going to the beginning and we'll just it to the app. And of course, new shape layer will use it as a mosque with the Alpha. And as you can see now we have some finished Title. So this is our standard one. And when the scene for and there will be on the title and the second one will appear. We can of course, increase the speed for the second one because normally it is too slow, so we need to move the keyframes at the left sides. Okay? This is how our final Title will look like. And and right now, we need to add also the music for the background. So I have some music preview for our background. But as you can see, this music is little too long. So we need to make it a little shorter. To do this, we need to first the waveform and the sequence C at the end. There is transition we're, and our music became more and more quiet. So I know that in this place I can cut it because there will be quiet. It will be easy enough to make some transition between the end and some middle part. So I need to move this end of the clip to the place where my video clip is finished. And I will also need to turn the waveform from my middle sounds and to connect both of them. Because it is obvious that there will be some discontinuity here in the speakers. So we need to make some transition to easier connect both sides. So there is one step that we can do is, is to make it later a quiet in some part. So I will just remove, reduce the sounds and I will do the same in the second. So for example, the minus audio levels and the keyframe for increased the audio levels, the default value. So now you'll notice that we have the transition between the middle part of the audio with the end part. So this is very often used and it will help you to reduce the length of your audio. Of course, I will also change the length of the whole clip with the trim. We're ready. So right now you can start to reason and what holiday clip. After you do this, you will notice that with our graphic, there is some parts that nothing happened. So this is the goat way. Go time to add some more effects to make this graphics look better. And for example, if we are in this situation where the graphics is too long, we can add some line. So I will add the line here, the right side, we've the shape, and I will also change the anchor point. You must remember to put the anchor point to the middle. And I will just duplicate the shape few times and on right now I'll change the rotation. So the first one will be 45. Them, there will be 90 until we feel hold the circle with our lives. Okay? So as you can see, right now we have the straight lines around our circle. And now I would like to make some transition that this line will appear one-by-one. To do this, I need to use the radial wipe Effects. And with the transition, I will, at the effects that line will appear. Okay, so animation and we'll change the value of percent. Okay? So now you can see that also the line will appear after we will see the title inside our graphics. So you can see that light will appear one by one. So this is also quite interesting and very useful. And this will make that your graphic will be veteran bedroom. Okay, I just add this shape layer four, hold the scene and you can now finally watch the presentation 6. Placeholder for Architectures Intro: So in this part we are going to talk how to create Placeholder. Placeholder are the projects that are mostly used to create some templates that can be later Rios in a different type of Video Presentation. So this type of temples are very useful because very fast you can change the text and make it compatible with your present presentation. In this example, we're going to make the placeholder. Rather for Architectures Presentation. You can also use it for any different type or different categories. So we will start with some local company with some transition. There will be the scene. We present some Effects. We can see that all the graphics who really prefer in this example, this transition animation for the text. So you can see this is very nice looking and professional presentation and that can be used in your company. So one thing that you could seal this example will be included in this part Video. Our work we need to start with create the correct heirarchy of our folders because it is good to know where to find all necessary objects that can be lighter replaced by other graphics or where to find texts that will be also modified. So the first we will create the folder edit comp. Here we will put all the composition that will be modified in the future. So we'll start off course with the audio because audio is necessary to put it on the background. And there will be also other elements, for example, like images and videos. So we put here or the composition that included all the assets like graphics, there will be also logo and of course, the text and all this folder we will put inside edit comp. The next four will be further that is necessary for our project to work. And this will be work comp, and this won't be editable. So it means that we will create it once and this will be required for working. But there will be no any future updates. The further will be Assets. We upload here all the unnecessary graphics, videos, images, and many, many other different will be of course, the solids folder that will be created automatically by After Effects. Now we're ready to create our first competition, and this will be the final, the final. It's assuming that this is our final assembly. So all our other composition, we will put inside our final one. The resolution will be standard with full HD. I don't use any 2k Pi or for K because this will require also very high-quality graphics, video and so on. So right now we will stay with the standard one. Okay, So this is our final end, the final composition we will put exactly under our Assets folder. And now we can start to create the other composition. I will use the plugin to speed up my work because I would like to show you as small as I can in this video tutorial. So I will not go in any different type of sub menu. So with the new composition, and this composition will be called the intro. And Intro would be, put it inside our work because this is one of the object that will be use in our work combat. This won't be editable in the future. And now we can add another composition, intro, image placeholder. So this mean that in this composition, we will make any Different modification in the future, and we need to place it in our edit com. So this means that if we would like to make any changes in the future, then we need to go to Edit comp, image, video and Intro image placeholder. What is more Intro image placeholder, we will put inside our Intro. So this means that Intro will always stay the same. But if you will like to modify our movie for Intro, we need to go to into Intro image placeholder. As my background. I will put this video. We've the city view and I will move it to our assets because this is some kind of additional graphics. Now I'm going to Intro image placeholder, and I will put your video because you can see our video is literally too short, so I will duplicate it and I will make it longer in a very simple way. And this is not important how you connect. And there will be some jump between the beginning. This is because it will be in the background, so nobody will notice that there is some connection between two data, two layers. Also trim the whole length of this. Intro needs placeholder. And right now we will add some effects. There will be new adjustment layer. And I will apply a transform and I will rename it to the scale because I would like to make this movie in scale for whole time. So we're going to the end and we will set the scale 200. And at the beginning the scale will be 100s. So now you can see that there is still some kind of risky during playing this animation. Right now we will add the black solid. I will change the color for this black solid to the blue one. And I will add the tint effect. So I will apply to our salt. And for the mapper black to the blue one and map white to some kind of orange. So you can copy this number for your product. And of course, we need to decrease the opacity to A15. And this you can see now, we can see in our city from our background. Okay, so now we can add the new text layer. So it will be a new composition and we'll call it Intro text. So this means that this text will be inside our Intro layer and we have the Intro text. So right now we are going to our Intro text and to will add some Ipsum generator, okay? And I will paste it. I will also make some alignment. So I will put this text inside our layer. Okay? And we are ready. So the next thing that we can add is the animation for our text. So we are going to make opacity. And the beginning Keith will be zero percentage. Okay? And after few seconds, we will change it to 100. And now you can see that thanks to our range selector. And this will make that our text will appear in some period of time. Mike should be make sure that in advance you have the percentage based on hierarchy and amount is for 100. So this will give you ability to display, hold the text. Next, we'll create some shape layer with the line. For our line, this will be easy animation. I will extend it manually. Anchor point to the middle. What's more? We'll add some transformation. So the line will appear together, the text. So we're going to transform scale at the beginning could be a zero percentage. And for example, in 1 s 29th will be 100 And of course, motion blur. You can see that the line will appear together with our text. So as you can see, this will look quite nice and really interesting. I can also add easy E for my line to make the animation more smooth. And now we're go to our Intro layer. And again copy their tint efforts. And I will paste it for our intro text. But this time we will change some color. Map black to the red one and map white to yellow. Okay, maybe little changed. Okay. So now you can see that our line is Cl or the Texas wide. So this will look really, really nice. And of course the intro text we will put inside the edit column because this will be editable in the future. The next will create a new layer and it's will be called light background. So Light BG, we'll put this inside work on because two will not change it anymore in the future. This will be done only once at the beginning. And we are going to create the shape layer. Okay? So this will be the rectangle and we'll add to mask in the opposite direction. And we will change the background color to the black one. And our mask will change to add that and to select our mask with color to red one. Okay? And there will be mask for the, for 724, the first one and for the second one. So you can see that we have some kind of a gradient to right now. So right now we're going to Intro, and I will put here our light background, and I will change the blending mode to the screen. So you can see that now we have some quite a nice looking effects. And of course, a light background is in our work composition. Now we're going to add Intro Logan. So we just add this composition. And here we will put all the text or graphics. We will be used logo for our presentation. And of course, intro logo will be placed in edit company logo. This is because it will be a modify in the future. So right now, Intro logo is placed in our intro. And in the next part, we'll work with the next objects 7. Placeholder for Architectures Scene 1: Okay, so we're start with creating the text so there will be new composition and Intro logo placeholder. So it means that here we just put the title. Okay, So in the introductory place, in the logo placeholder, and right now we're in the intro level placeholders, so new text. And we will add some Title. Of course, change the font color and font size. So we will add here some Title. Right now, I will strive to cut it. Remember to give some more space because sometimes the logo could be longer. And who will use the crop and cream. So right now we move into local placeholder to our images video editor, because in future this part will be editable. So next we will add some adjustment layer and we will add some mask. The mask who will be easy, something like this. And of course, the effect. We feel, fangs too, that with the field we will decide what color will be. Of course, right now at something like this, this will be some blue and the screen. And here I will just make some tips. I will just duplicate the text and I will use it as a fomite. So right now, I will be sure that the color will be always the same for my text. And without changing this adjustment, it won't be able to replace it. Okay, So right now I will put my title, but first, I will try to trim it. So I will just trim this shapes. Okay. Maybe more. Cut it from the bottom and trim comp. Okay. So now or logo E splice above line. And now it is good to make some animation for this logo and to make it appear during the whole animation we start. Okay, So we will add their position. The first keyframe. For the second one will just move text below. Now this is quite easy animation with the strong, easy. So this means that the text will appear faster at the beginning. Cat will be slower and slower. Okay? And of course we need to add some shape layer and we need to create the mask. The mask of course must be with the white color, and then we change to the Alpha inverted. So yes, you can see our text will appear from the shape layer. So remember about changing the color to the white shape layer for Alpha inverted. Okay, So this is how our texts will be look like. And we are going to the final. And in the final, we will put the Intro. So the Intro is the first part of our presentation. And in the next step we need to create some additionally sin. So we will start with the Scene one. So this means that here we will put more and more text with some presentation. So the first one will be Scene one, transition. And here we will create some type of transition. And we'll move it to the work comp because this won't be changes in the future. And next we will create the Scene one to the Scene one transition. We will insert the Scene one because Scene one transition will include some effects about the transition. And Scene. Scene one will be about the presentation. So we start with the Scene one image, Scene one image and placeholder. And here we will put all the graphics inside this composition. And now we are in Scene one image placeholder. And from the initial placeholder I will copy the background because I would also lose it in my Scene one image placeholder. So I will also need this background movie, so it is good to copy it to speed up our work. Scene one, I play Scene one, image placeholder. And I will move the Scene one each placeholder into edit comp, and Scene one into work. Because we're, as I mentioned many times, is not modified in future at all. So in the Scene one, we need to prepare some kind of graphics and some kind of pattern. Okay, so we'll start to with some shape layer. And this will be and rectangle with some size. Most of the shapes that look very, very interesting are start from the primary, is shaped like circle, rectangle, and so on. Of course, we need to make a lot of, a lot of adjustments and we need to know what to change to get the final shape here, which also rotation. And I'm implies this rectangle. Maybe here. Okay? So now we can duplicate the shapes few times and we will decrease the size them random. To get the nice looking effects, always remember to put the anchor point in the middle. And we'll just change some opacity for some of them to get the smooth transition between them and to also present the background. Okay? And the second shape will place here also change the opacity. Last one. Okay, with the stroke this time. You can see that this loop really, really nice. And opacity will also decrease. Okay? And we have all the shapes finally done. And we need to add the gradient effect, rating Trump. And now we've this Effects. We can change this gradient point a to change the strength of this gradient ramp. And of course, the next will be color. So we will also change the colors. But now for each shape, I will just try to find the correct placement for this gradient control points. Okay? So as you can see, it look quite nice. Then of course, the animations. We will start with the scale. So at the beginning, the scale, we will set to zero, and after a few seconds, the scale will be to 0.1. And of course you can see that this case start from different point. This is because we again, also need to set the correct anchor point for each shape layer. So you must be sure that anchor point are placed in the center and some easy E. Okay, so now you can see that we have the final shapes and maybe we can also tweak the comb through points. Okay, to find the correct way for the animation. So we need to change the position of the keyframe. And we will precompose, hold the shapes. And I will write the pattern. For the pattern. The next Effects will be the tint to change the color. So black mapped to a dark blue and white to orange. And as you can see, right now, this is how it's look like. So it is look quite nice. So we have the mind, the pattern that we'll use it in most of the scene. But I would like to also copy this pattern and move it to the opposite direction, to the opposite corner. As you can see when I and duplicate it, I have a problem because it's cut off in the middle. This is because our pattern first, the composition settings is set to small value. So we will increase it to 3,000.3 thousand After increase the size. You can see that when we move our pattern, and now the pattern we'll get 40 shapes, which is not cut off. So right now I can use it also on the opposite corner. You will also notice that the stroke on the left top corner is to orange. This is because I need to change the gradient color. So I will select the shape layer four and I will move. Of course, the gradient control points. And now we have the correct one and it's will be more similar to our pattern. Okay, So the next, in the next exercise, we will add the text 8. Placeholder for Architectures Text and transition: Okay, so now we will work with the text for our Scene one about the texts. Create the new composition with the standard. For HD quality. Will put the name. The name will be Scene one text. And of course we put it into the text folder because in future this element will be modified. So we will add the text box and I will just buy some generated text from from some generator from Loren Ipsum. I change the font, size, color, and the type. What is interesting? Always trying to find nice looking font. Most of the form which are popular are paid. So we probably need to pay for it, but it is really work because the standard one, We've not so good-quality to present or to use it in your professional presentation. Of course, I will also add some line with the hierarchy bold. I also add some Title Not will display above our line. So we have the finally the text. And now I will add some animation for upper, lower, and for light. So first, we will work with the top one. We mentioned opacity Range Selector in advance will be set units to present it based on hierarchy. Shape to ramp up is the height to 100%. Okay? So this is for our animation and offset. At the beginning, it will be 100, offset with -102. For a second, we'll set to 100 with the plus and opacity to zero. So right now you can see that our text will appear in a short period of time. Of course, you need to decrease the time because normally one or 2 s is really inapt. This is because we don't want to focus on that you mentioned on the text but about the topic that is included in this text. So you mentioned must be rather quiet fast. So 2 s I think, or maybe faster, it will be enough. Okay, so this is animation for our title and the shape layer and the line. So anchor point to the center and the scale, zero percentage. And after few seconds, it depends when our text is finished. This case will be 100s of this mean that we have I animation. That line is risque. Okay? And we have the last text and this and bottom. So any my door, one Range Selector. Of course, opacity. So it will work in the same way as this one from the top. So start 100 percentage. And this is how it's look like. So you can see that this animation was also quite easy. And maybe we'll just fix something in the shape layer with trim path because I don't want to risk guide in the both direction. I only want to make it to appear with the tree. Okay, So this is when the lines start from the left side to the right side. So this is we will use the dream puff. So now we can add our Scene one text to our Scene one layer. Of course I will also trim at the text, so it will be easier to place it in our presentation. So now you can see that we need to change color with the tint as usual. So for the Scene one text, I will apply the tint effect and I will select the color White one, and of course, something like yellow for our line. Now you can see that our text for animation, we start with the same time when our pattern appear. So I will just modify on the timeline and the text will appear after our pattern will be ready. So this is finally our texts in our presentation. It is, of course, good to add Intro logo placeholder, and place it to the right side because right now there is nothing appear there, so will re-scale it. You can see that right now I have the title logo, company, but it is better to some kind of graphic because the title will be much bigger and I need to change the placement for our graphics, for our patterns. Okay, So we will also add the light background to get the same result for all our Scene and we'll change it to screen. Right now you can see that this is how our final Scene one look like. And we will add the Scene one transition to our final layer and to our Scene one transition. I will also set C1. And right now it is good to make the transition. For creating this transition, we will use some simple shapes. First one will be with the feeling, and this will be the rectangle in the center. And we need to add here some adjustments like size. For 1,200, a position zero around the zero. And stroke. We've for the scale will be an emotion with the scale and with the rotation. For the rotation we will put 40 degree. And for scale 125 position, the position will be minus six and -20. And now we are going to 1.10 s and we will change the scale for 440, 230 and rotation 30-90 degree. Okay, maybe the scale from zero. So now you can see that we have animation like this. So this is very easy but very effective way to create the transition. So now you can see that we have the transition between the intro and between the Scene one. So we have the, our first Intro and after that, we will get the transition for the same one. So you can see that this look really interesting and nice. So now we can create the scene to scene. Second will be quite easy because we will copy many objects from the Scene one. So we'll start with Scene two, trans. In, inside this one we will create s2. Okay, So right now we are in C2 trans, and in the final we have the scene to trans. Okay? So adjust, add the trans transition. It will be the same as in transition Scene one. And we have this into the scene to, we need to copy everything from the Scene. One. First, we will create the scene to image placeholder. So we will add it to the edit come folder, and we'll add the background as it was done before for Scene one. In the siem tool we have seen to image placeholders. So this is our background. And from the Scene one we need to copy pattern, Intro, logo, placeholder, light, background, and we paste everything inside the symptom. And we need to realize in the correct position because as you can see, Intro should be on the top and light background also, we need to change the place for the pattern. So we're almost ready with this into, but I would like to try to position for a pattern so I will use Transform and Transform. We can also add mirror. So this means that our pattern will be on the opposite direction. So it is quite nice to have something difference between the C1 and C2. I will also move the pattern for the bottom-right corner. And I will also add the logo. And I will also add some animation. So right now we have they mentioned for our logo. Okay, We also add Scene two, Text and paste it on the top. I would just copy it from the Scene one. So right now we have the final text, but we need to change the color so we'll use the tint effect. Will change the color, the white and to the orange. So as you can see, we have bird the scene to, in a very fast way will also my bachelor's the position for our texts. And this is quite interesting and useful to many, many seen in a very fast way because our presentation look the same. So it's mean that all the Scene will also be a copy of the previous one. We can only change the position for the pattern. You can see that we have Intro Scene one seem to end in the next part, we will prepare the outro for our presentation 9. Placeholder for Architectures outro: Okay, So in this part we are going to prepare our last scene, which is called outro. This means that this is something that we will add at the end. So outro transition will add it to our work comp. To the final will add it also. And in the outro transition and add the shape layer for transition will create here and layer with the outro. If you cannot find it worries. You can use this shortcut to find out where it is in our project list. Outro will go to our work comp. And in the outro will also create new composition, which is called outro image placeholder. And we'll just copy our background to our outro image placeholder, and we'll place it in the edit. So this is everything that we make before. We are in our outro. To our outro will add outro image placeholder will copy also, delight, background. So right now we have everything that was used before or the elements. You will create the new shape layer. So also there will be the line will align it to decenter. With this animation. We frown this and we've the color. And we will also change the color for the line. And we will also add our intro logo. So this means that our local will be placed above our yellow line and we will re-scale it. Okay? And we need to add some animation. So I will use the same as before. So the logo will appear B from there behind of layer mask. So I will put it on the bottom. They will do no motion blur. So now you can see that logo is move from bottom, from bottom to the top. So we need to add the new shape layer it to create the mask for our text. Guys. We have the animation for the scale and shape layer. We need to tweak the animation. So we need to find the correct position for the scale for light and bright. Now we can create the rectangle and use it. Alpha inverted. We need to move the rectangle up. So you can see that now the text will appear. This is quite interesting. So we will, we can add it to our outro transition and we can set it in the correct place in the timeline. You can see that we have the interests in 1 s scene and our outro. So this is about our projects, so we have almost finish everything. The last thing we can add these to create the new composition for audio. And this will be out you. This audio we will add to our final. We need to just copy the whole length for our composition. We're going to composition settings and we'll set the same length for the audio. In the audio will, of course, put inside our background music. This is how it's look like. Interests in one sync to and outro and of course with the audio in the background. So to sum up, as you can see, we have finally finished our projects. So for example, if I remove assets right now, declined the person that wants to use it, This presentation will see something like this. So right now, this person must upload their own assets. It mean their own background, music, backgrounds, Video. After that. Somebody can use this Presentation to own work, to present on projects. Only what must be done is to edit everything that is in the edit comp folder. This is, as you can see, this is very fast, very easy to make any modification and very useful to create many placeholder for your company. For example, if you are also interested to sell your placeholder, for example, on some website, you must remember, first of all, to use the correct heirarchy for your folders. So everybody who will buy your projects will understand what needs to be added to upload, for example, assets. The second very important thing is to not use any external plugin without, because it will be impossible to use the templates without the plug-in on another workstation. As you could see for this project, I didn't use any plugins, so you can use this template and make any modifications. So this is everything about making placeholder in After Effects
