1. Introduction: Hi, my name is part some honey. I'm an author, podcaster and success mentor to

the subject of abundance. I discussed the basic
concepts as well as share some very length blocks for developing and

2. Lesson 1 | The Scarcity Mindset and its Pitfalls : We can take one of the two approaches

3. Lesson 2 | Getting Rid of Limiting Beliefs : Our thinking is dictated
by our beliefs. As children, we
think and believe anything and everything
as possible. But as we grow up in
mould ourselves based on our culture, I'm
society's standards. Our childhood dreams start
becoming distant and we start limiting ourselves and our
potential and reality. We do not even know
our capabilities. We start believing what
other people think of us and crusting to
their perceptions. And then we need to
ignore those voices, become aware of our potential and create a healthy self image. There are many examples of New York Times bestselling
authors who are reprimanded when they
were students and told by their teachers and they would never be able to write with. The same story applies to numerous filmmakers,
entrepreneurs, athletes, and other achievers who
achieved success par, excellence in their
respective fields. Irrespective of other people
not believing in men, many people don't go on
the fat of welfare link. And the only reason is
that they can't do it. There is an invisible
force stopping and had many limiting
beliefs about myself. But before time, I
started realizing that they are all in my mind for a long time for me
was the fear of success and worrying about what other people
will think about me. I was scared of
embracing my parlance, outshining others
and being judged. Instead of taking
in the spotlight, I started hiring in the shadows. Limiting beliefs lead us
to, with them to work. And we start cultivating the mindset that
paint's happened to us. Rather than believing that
things actually happen for us. We need to look inside and understand what are dreams are. What do we really want
out of this life? As you ponder on this question, I real priorities will selfies? We need to examine
the nature of our, of our limiting beliefs and put them under
the microscope. For instance, if you
think you can never get a job with the
income that you deserve, you need to probe further and identify the blocks inside you. What are the things and are stopping you from
doing that income. Once we become aware of
our mental barriers, they can come up with plans and strategies to overcome them. As human beings,
we are capable of achieving anything that
we put our minds to. We have to challenge our
limiting beliefs and know that if we are in an
unfortunate state right now, it won't last forever. Life is a series of constant changes and
nothing is permanent. If you are experiencing
poverty now, you need to believe
that death is not what you are destined for. Fail in your romantic
life and had never had a relationship with
that special someone. And this failure does not dictate what your
future holds for you. When we experience
limiting beliefs, you blocked the
channel through which received the paints
that we desire. New ideas are impeded. We create an imaginary bubble
of pity and sorrow for us. Let them hurt and shoes. And the unfortunate
part is that we get comfortable with

4. Lesson 3 | Focus and Clarity: Attracting abundance is all
about honing our focus. We need to realize and identify the areas in which we
are experiencing lag. And again, dial-in, we want true abundance means
to us in those areas. It may take some time
for us to figure out what we actually want, but that's where meditation and mindfulness can
play such a usual. We are able to get in tune with our well-being and cultivate awareness towards our emotions, meditation and contemplation. They're able to decide
for what things bring us genuine and profound joy. As we come into this process, we identify the paints in our
lives that matter the most. Along with that, begin
clarity and figure out what aspects of life are getting influenced by a
scarcity mindset. Many people experienced
a lot mindset in terms of how much
money they make. The unfortunate
fact is that they compare the income with others. This will have plot premise. If we keep playing, the comparison and
competition came, even though we have plenty, says you will still have
poverty, consciousness. We are abundant beings
and having the potential to attract whatever we

get torn apart. We want to buy the new gadget, but at the same time, we are reading
books on paying off the previous step that we
have accrued carelessly. Our values will be our

in the mindset of lag. Understand what your values are. With abundance
comes its partner. Patients. They cannot live
without each other. If your goal is
financial freedom and you have to
learn to be patient, long-term goals
should be where you should focus rather than paying attention to instant
gratifications as humans and understand, it's difficult for us, but once we train our
minds repeatedly, we get better at exercising
emotional control. Just as sun rays
are magnified by a microscope and can damage
land in a few seconds. So as the focus of what
you put your mind to. Once you put your mind to a specific goal and
practice, focus. Abundance is inevitable. And key here is to
experience abundance in your thoughts irrespective
of your current situation. And work on increasing your
vibration of currency, even though things
have still not manifested in your life. That's an important virtue
of being a superior, achievable, and a curvy yogi, you raise your
vibration and it gained and perform actions because this is what fulfilled
and satisfied as you gives you the
feeling of abandonment. One of the outcomes, getting what you deserve

faith in this notion. Once you get clear about

keep working at it daily. Being conscious of what you

5. Lesson 4 | Cultivating Gratitude and Appreciation: On numerous occasions,
repeated, dejected, and we have not achieved
the lie that we truly desire or the success that we have been aspiring
for all alone. But instead of routing and
getting engulfed and despair, we need to find ways to be
at peace with ourselves. And so focusing on
what did not happen, way to focus on all
the good things. And it happened when we are
in a state of gratitude. Reveal content and by, with what we have, this
emotional state fuels abundant. But I keep complaining that
things are not working out for us and we don't get
what we want in life. It gives rise to a lag mindset in order to
attract abundance in our lives. The first step that
we need to take as being grateful for
what we have now, instead of complaining about the lack of money, resources, and amenities around us, we need to appreciate
what we do. Have lines. I can't truly in his

and we take for granted. A harsh truth is that many people in the

and we are taking learning lessons and

grateful and we are doing our job and
progressing ahead. Even if you're not getting undesired results as you
progress in our lives, we should let go of comparing ourselves
with other people. If someone has
achieved more success and you do not be
disappointed about that, but rather get inspired and
learn from that posting. The leaf and abundance
and the fact that great things are coming
your way as well. I believe that if you keep taking action and
learning lessons, you will achieve
results and V at the same level soon
in the near future. It's not only gratitude, but also the

happiness within us. We need to practice gratefulness and appreciation

things about life and focus on the things
you are grateful for. Even though sometimes
you are unhappy with their current
situation or circumstances. Be happy and content

family, your friends, your partner, and all
the amazing things that are happening to you. And you don't
consciously do when you get stuck in
the everyday life. This will initiate
an internal shell and you will become a
creator of happiness, rather than means someone
whose happiness as dictated by external
stimuli or situations. Now, countenance ways
to show gratefulness. Not only do our loved ones

that building every day, nature and divine
orchestration and a wonderful event that had happened or are about to happen
in our lives. A great strategy is
to make expressing gratitude and appreciation
a daily discipline. My positive discipline
is that I write down five things I'm grateful
for every morning. And the three good things that
happened during that day, every night before I go
to bed and my journey. It only helps in my
practice of being grateful, but it also helps me in getting queued with a
beautiful pinks and events happened in my daily
life with an open mind. With these habits, our mind
gets trained to seek out positive things
rather than be in its default state of
picking up negativity. In essense, gratitude is the key that opens the
gateway to abundance. Developing this practice and
changing our perspective. We're open us up to all the possibilities
in the universe, bringing a barrier flow of abundance and prosperity
in our lives.
6. Lesson 5 | Practicing Abundance: In order to manifest
abundance in our lives, we need to take abundance 24, 7. This is not denial, but it has that first step
to changing we all reality. We need to ask ourselves, how would I add all my dreams came true and I was
living my ideal life. Chances are our stream
of thoughts would be much different
than what it is. Now. For instance, if you would be living a
billionaire lifestyle, would you be so worried and stressed if your
finances as you are now? Absolutely not. As we live an abundant our
body language changes. They are much more
relaxed and you count. My suggestion is to replicate that one language and exuded. Now, this is something
easy and do a word. With practice, once you
correct your body language, your thoughts will automatically follow and conquer
with your body. This is a quick and
effective way to orient your thoughts
towards richness. With this change in
your body and mind, you no longer get stressed
about what bets or loans fade and no longer believe
that money is in short supply. The relationship with money
becomes heavy and loving, if not filled with
renewed the leaves, your focus gets
completely changed. Now that you have a
mindset of a well, the billionaire who
believed that you have the power to bring
positive change. In this book, you're more

and what contributions, because mean you have everything your desire in your life and

every aspect of our lives. This breeds power and crust. When you have abundance, you attract, you never pursue. With abundance, you
have enough of what you want and are in
queue with a source. As previously discussed,
visualization as an amazing
life-changing process, which I've done daily, will take you to another
level of existence. Repeated visualization. We're training our cards and
conditional European such a way that your reality
