1. Introduction: Hello, everyone. Welcome
to this Skillshare class. My name is Sylvia Joke, and I'll be your
instructor in this course. In this course,
we're going to go B. We're going to be going
into everything AI related and using AI for your creative journey
and your creative path. I think that using AI
in this day and age is the most important
thing for any artist trying to grow their
brand or any creative. Because it enables you
to not only do, like, very creative writing strategies
or content strategies, but also guides you
to create your art. And when you're in a space where you don't really know
what to work on, you can always, just nudge
or get ideas from using AI. And that's why I
like integrating AI into my daily life, yes, daily life because
I mainly believe that it's important to
get different view sites, and sometimes you may be very burdened with thinking about the ideas and using
AI as a tool, mainly like Chat GPT and the different features
that come along, provide you with an
avenue to just test out things or see different
ways your ideas can come into fruition into the real world without
having so much risk involved at the start or
feeling like you put in so much effort at the start and you don't like
the whole idea. So that's why I
think integrating AI and learning about how to
use AI is very important. For a little bit of reference, I have been using AI tools since 2022 when they
started getting introduced. That period of time, it was building up on my
writing journey. And back then, I think I was
like, seven years of being, like, a creative writer and
doing blogs for clients. And now I'm at like
two years post that, and I feel like I've discovered
so much through using AI, and it's blended so much into even my role in my
work in guiding, like, content strategy and strategy
for businesses and brands and even in my personal life and thinking about how to
plan myself or plan, like, project milestones
and different things to do. So I'm going to be teaching
you, like, a lot of that. I'm going to be going, like
all across board for you to understand how I use AI
in my life, how I use AI. Create projects, how you
use AI for social media, and how you use it
for art and writing. So if you're interested in that or how you've been wondering how to tailor suit using AI
tools for your life, this is a class for
you to listen to. And if you are new to using AI, this is probably a
space for you to have a benchmark
start to just know how this whole
journey goes along and what tools are open to use. But the most easiest
tool I found in the last few years
is using Chachi PT, because it cuts across so many different subjects
and enables you to just bring out your ideas and then implement them later
through the different guides. So that's what we're
going to be doing here. It's going to be an
exciting fun class. I'm so excited for you to
join. Yeah, listen in.
2. Materials Required: One. So the main
materials you will need for this class is mainly
your laptop or your phone. So anything you can use to just access CHAPT is the
tool you'll need. You probably need to also jot things down if
you're going to be using your phone to mainly use CHAPT and also try to use notion for the
planning part of the class. So those are the main tools that you're
going to be needing. But if you have your
laptop, that's fine enough. If you have your phone,
that's fine enough. Other than that, you only
need the Internet to just test out the
effectiveness of this class. I look forward to your
engagement in this project, let me know how you
integrated the lessons in this class to bring out your whole
ideas into the world.
3. Your Class Project: And so for this class project, I want you to work on anything
which integrates using AI. You could create like a strategy for your social media channels, and I can advice on
that or a blog post, or a social media post
or an art painting. Whatever it is you
want to create, try integrate the lessons
that we create in this lesson to mainly
create the end results. And the main reason
this project is very open is because the
applicability of AI is so wide. You can be someone who
does woodworking and gets ideas from
integrating AI or be someone who does something
completely different like watercolor painting
and want to see how to blend colors
and integrate AI use. So just think about
whatever your scope is and what topic area
that you're working in. So if you are a social media
influencer, for instance, think about maybe you want to
create content strategy for the next month and you want to think about, topics to work on. So think about that
and then share with me the projects that you work on on the project gallery below, and I'll be sure to
look at them and give feedback on them,
but I'm so sure you got.
4. What is AI?: So in this class in
this part of the class, we're going to be going to
a general understanding of what AI is, and
in this course, what hat GPT is
and the importance of AI tools in guiding
you towards success. So AI has been created through it's generally
artificial intelligence, which integrates all
lessons from humans. So it's fed by data
across the Internet, across humans, across
different learnings. And it's like a
collective mind thinking of what we all think
and what we all know. So you can get information
from very different subjects, and this is fully automated. The main thing I'm going
to be working with in this class is Chart GBT. The main reason I often
always advice for someone to start off with HAR GPT
is because it's free. You always want to go
with what's free as a resource so that you
can get to a point where you're doing
things at a high level of expertise before
you pay for things and you're not able
to really use them towards to their full capacity. CharPT is created under Open AI, and it's one of their resources, and it's across the globe
and has a lot of fade data. The only key
difference between it and other platforms is some of the data is not being fetched up actively from
the Internet at the time. Instead, it's being fetched from previous history of data. So you might not have
information on recent news, not unless you embed
a recent article for ChaGPT to get the
information on that. So that's the key difference. ChIPT integrates all
this data and can fetch or analyze topics which you provide for
it from the Internet. But sometimes it's often not always as direct or as correct. So it needs a lot of
human intervention, and that's why it's very
important for you to learn how to tailor the use of AI and hachBT and other
AI tools to work for you. Because sometimes the
AI tools are wrong. You always have to know that
you're like the guider of this journey rather than being guided through
the journey. So you can always make sense of the reports and data that it provides for
you in the future. I think the main thing
that I like doing with AI is brainstorming and theirs. And that's very
important because sometimes, say, for instance, when you're writing
an article 0N the effects of healthcare, like disparity in the world
on improvished economies. You might not even know
which impoverished economies are or what groups
are all economies, and what healthcare subjects are the most pressing
within the group. So it's important to integrate data from different sources to get a general
understanding of which target groups
that you're targeting so that you have a good
mental picture and you can work on creating your content that comes
out very clearly. On the general day to day life, something
is very important. Say, for instance,
if you want to plan your day and you have ten tasks, and you don't want
to think about how you want to order
down the tasks. You can just list down
the task and say, Hi, create a planner
for me for a task with 45 minutes in
between across the day. And that's what
we're going to be going over in this class. And another thing another thing that AI that I'm very
certain AI does, it enables you to
overcome artistic block. Agistis block is very
common because there's so much information being fed to us through being
online all the time, and we're not really creating
freely as we were before. So using AI tools to guide your creative journey is
very important because you don't have to think about
how should the end picture look like if you don't have
any ideas of how to work it. And it also helps you,
like, streamline team. So you can fiel it
like I have a team of ten I want to work
with on this project. I don't know where to start, and it can hit
milestone project for you to know where to start
and you can be like, actually, I feel like
Catsk ten should be task, and then you can
switch it all around. So that's the whole
important thing of understanding what is AI and what is harGPT
and how to use it. But the most integral thing
is realizing that you are the guide of how
AI reacts to you. So how you feed the data into it informs what research
outcomes come into it, and how you improve
how you communicate to HARGPT and other AI tools, improves the results that are happening in the
day to day life. So that's the most
important thing for you to note before
we get into it, into the net critics
of it. Okay.
5. Ethical Use of AI: When using I, it's important to align to the ethical use of AI. The most important part
when thinking about ethical use is managing
over reliance. Sometimes we might have these AI tools as
the core things that guide our main
brainstorming actions. But it's very important
to also think about thinking about crafting ideas from scratch without integrating these
tools in process. I think it's very
important because it also makes you think about
ideas organically. And I also like doing this
more so with my own idea say, for instance, on working
here on Skillshare. Because it gives me an
opportunity to create my whole idea and then
think about the scope and the direction
I want to go with it before I integrate it or if I even integrate it
in the use of the project. And that's very important
because we want to keep our own organic
thinking going, even as the I tools
keep advancing. Another thing I've
mentioned to you is AI sometimes on
different tools like Church EPT relies on previous history research
rather than current ongoing news reporting
on the online data. So sometimes some of the
feedback that you get from AIU might not be as accurate
at that point in time. So it's very
important to balance its use within your life
so that it's always contributing positively
as you create whatever you're creating in the universe. Keep that in mind.
6. Creating A Blog Using ChatGPT: Okay. So now we're
back to actually start using these tools to guide
our own creative journey. In this first creative prompt that we're going to be doing, I'm going to be using AI to guide you creating
a blog post. You can try this
out for yourself. Say, for instance, you're
working on Blog post for your page or for your direction, it would be very important to integrate this as a procedure. This is also a
welcome addition to anyone who's trying
to use hat GPT for the first time because
you're going to be going into the process of
thinking about a prompt, crafting the prompt,
and here we go. Okay, now here on
the platform itself. And in this case scenario,
we're going to be using Chat UPT for key
reference, right? The main things I want to
write a blog post about is something that's very
relatable to me, right? And in this case scenario, we're going to be thinking
about something that relates to you if you're trying to
create a project on the same. So, for instance, this case, I'm going to be
writing a blog post about starting a
company in Kenya. So I'm just going to give
like that as a general guide. Um, to just get some
inferences about, like, the general key topics that
I need to go into rather than mentioning
to AI that I want to write about a
blog particularly. This is a very important part because it enables you to think about what other aspects
that you may think about rather than
giving AI a case of, write a blog for me
about the subject. And I'm going to do that
as a comparison just right here on the same similar page. So write a blog for me or
registering company in Kenya. So you may see the
key differences, I'm going to take a more
structured approach, and I'm going to give
you all the options, but it provides the end
result at the start and gives leans away from what we've mentioned in the previous
class about ethical thinking. You want to keep your mind very fresh in the
ideas that you create, and you want to make
sure that you are the guide of AI rather
than the other way around. So it's very important for you to go general before you go micro sometimes when you're doing general research
on a subject. Also think about the core reason why we're doing this is to get reference of a guide so that we know what places to
do more research on. Say, for instance, I'm new
to the country, right? I wouldn't know, like, the
different organizations which are used for registering the company if I am new and I haven't done
a quick Google search. But HAEPT will guide me through
the steps or let me know, like the different options that exist before I go
into the pages and do more study on blog posts across board to get a better
clear sounding board. In a sense, think about it, it's sort of like summarizing
the key points before you go to different articles and
read more points about it. At which point now
you can integrate all that content and package it to write
a blog post for you. So as you can see here
on this page, already, like it's mentioning initially, the different types of company, right, it goes you through. It takes you through
like a step to step process on the different
types of companies, and where you can register company in
terms of the website, the different things that are required when you're
incorporating a company, the licenses that you need, where to register
taxes and the bank account and labor
laws and insurance. So if you think about it, somethings like labor laws may not be the first
thing you think about when considering
registering a company. Because you may not have been thinking about the
employees yet, but you may probably be
thinking of writing a blog about just the process of
registering a company. But in regard to this, we get to see that one
of the key aspects that I should consider
in creating my blog post is what if I'm creating
the blog post to target people who are
registering a company with a team of employees and the
importance of integrating a link or a resource for where they're going to be doing
the registration of them. Employees and investor profiles and the need to
market the business, as well as stakeholders
to consider. So there's a lot
more information, and I normally
like to start with this rather than the alternate, which just goes
into the process, pay for the fees,
pay for the permits, and then the conclusion
of the post. Remember, I want to take this as key points for
my blog article, and in doing so, I am able to fully think out my whole scope of the idea
and write it down on paper. So say, for instance,
in this case scenario, I'm thinking about
including the process, including the pricing,
including the resources links, and including the employee and success point in the whole blog. So for me, the process which is just establishing
where to do it, the pricing of it is very
important rather than just the registry and
completion at the registry. So I want to create a blog
which is more holistic, which integrates
all the information that may act like
a one stop shop. For someone who's looking to not only invest or start
a company in Kenya, but they also want to thrive. Like, they also want
to think about, Oh, what other
service would I need? And this is very
good, especially for business owners because
think about it, right? If you are running a
company or creating a business which runs the
registration of companies, you likely have
accounting services, marketing operations, as well. So you can provide a
whole loop of services. And a blog post is a good entry point for
someone who's reading your plug to come in and learn
about the whole offerings. But if you look at the end result which Ahi
had given us before, doesn't really fully cover all
those aspects which may be integral for you to use as the main guide
for the project. So that's the most
important thing which I need for
you to consider. And then at this point,
we can still elaborate more on on the cost
of registry, right? So remember this is
like option A as a tool and for getting all
the information. Sometimes it's much faster because you don't
want to keep doing a Google search on
different things and having 1 million tabs. So you can get like an estimate
cost and be like, Okay, but this provides
the challenge of this is it provides
the estimate cost. So now I have to, like, go to the business registration
service to actually determine what the real cost of doing the whole registration is, which is what gives you
the accurate price. But remember, AI
and HPT is used as a guide rather than the
main reference tool for making decisions. So it's very, very, very important for you to
understand what part there is to consider and what core aspects to integrate
when writing an article. So say, for instance, here,
as I scroll through this, I can see one of
the key things to consider is tax registration. And as you can see, taxpay registration
fee is often free, but additional costs may incur, you may incur when
working with a company. But, I mean, so say such a thing it's too wordy for me to
integrate in a blog, and I need to be sure is it free because I want
to make sure that my blog is a one and stop
shop for my clients. So I need to actually, now go ahead and use
this information to actually search whether
it's actually free. And as you see, it just
takes you back to, like, the actual formal website. But for someone, getting a
general idea of investing or writing a blog as I
am about the service, it gives me an e
estimate pricing of what to consider while
sharing information with people who visit our
website which talks about the subject matter
and provides me with conclusive timelines or
an estimated timelines, which you can use to also trigger more research
to do into the subject. So it's very important
to use it mainly as point A of reference to
inform your research process, your research process, and then go into the
actual website because this the websites will be
the formal reference points. For the blog posts you use, you want to make sure that
each blog you get out into the audience has
actual reference points to the actual website so that your blog posts are engaging with people who
are getting a lot of value, and you keep providing value rather than copy
pasting what AI gives you into your website
and sometimes derailing the audience and losing that initial trust and
humanity approach, which is often the
key thing that keeps people on your page. So think about that
and write a blog post or consider doing
the research in the way of done so so far, I have different intricate
points to see how to do this. And I'm going to,
like, in my blog post, I'm going to write about
the cost of registration, and then I'm going to go into the marketing part of things because I also have
like the service for marketing as well within my business setter
so that people have a general view of the
journey of owning a business. And that also gives
you an opportunity to guide people into, like,
business consulting. Like if you are consulting for businesses which
are trying to grow. So you end up keeping your
clients for longer just by keeping that humanic
touch in the blog. So let's do something
else in the next part.
7. Creating A Content Strategy on ChatGPT: Hi, guys. Welcome back. So in this part of the project, we're going to be working
on something different, which is just the
brand strategy and content creation for whatever you need to create content for. Using ChachiPT as I mentioned at the start
of this whole class, I mainly use ha TIPT
as they often the main it source of reference
for me and for my life. So I don't go into, like, many other tools
because I believe I thrive when I focus
just on one tool. Sometimes AI tools are embedded
in the program, right? And that's going to
be like an example, like, planning tools,
like notion and SOT. But in this part of
things, we're going to be focusing on creating, like, a social media project or, like, social media post for, like, a one month period. And then we can see how we're going to integrate that into, like, the design side of
things, if possible, right? So going on still with
our business idea, right? So we were registering a company in the
previous video, right? And still, I'm going
to continue with that, but now we're going to be a little bit more focused, right. So now we're going to go a
little micro in to that. I'm registering a company, which is an art based company. So for my social media content, I need to be creating art. And the main thing is,
I want to be creating art tickers and selling
journals and selling, like, planning
guidebooks, right? So those are going to be my key core components
of the strategy, which is stickers,
channels, and art books. So I would need to
have my content go around those key components, which guide my general
strategy of things. And for me, at this point, before I even start
engaging in IU, I am still thinking about those core ideas as the
raw form of ideas that I have before I go into how
AI can create them for me or, like, what ideas I can get from CHAPTO the
direction I can go with. Sometimes the direction I can
go with from ChaiPT can be just the days to post different things
because sometimes you like, maybe I'll do the
point A on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, but you don't want to keep
doing the same thing. You want to do
something different. Another thing you
might think about is it may be important
for you to integrate process so that you are more engaged with your audience in the use of your platform. So it's important
for you to integrate all those aspects or think
about those aspects initially, so that when you get
the feedback of the jo of how the ideas are
going to look like, you're like, I would
like to also add, the process of being the business owner
as a content piece, so it can adjust and
integrate all those pieces. So that's what we're doing now. So my next prompt, right? I'm just going to use
the same thread prompt that I was working with. So please create a content
strategy for Instagram. So it's important for you
to specialize the platform because different platforms have different priorities,
for instance, right? So it might be a social media like strategy, for instance. But if you're doing
platform specific, it'd be important for you to, like, trigger or NA GEI to know that this is tailored for
a particular platform. And in this case, I'm doing a quantum strategy to just
use on Instagram, right? For an art business,
focusing on stickers, notebooks, and art books, for a one no, we're going to specialize
the time period later. So we're just going
to send that out first and see what
comes up, right? And in general, it needs to, like, align with things, right. So as you can see, there is
a focus on brand awareness, the engagement of the audience, sales, which aligns,
right, to what we want. Then there is a thing on the range of your
target audience. So you need to see what
audience you're working with. So these are things
which I need to have thought about AI is like, I don't know what age
you're working with, right? But it recommends this age
because I hadn't specialized. Like, my audience group is
in this age group, right? Their behavior I haven't
also specialized, right? So this is a general like, content pillar that
it's providing, right? So for instance, P A
is product showcases, which shows the products
themselves, which I like. It's aligning with what I
had already thought about. And then the next
thing is behind the scenes video. I'm not
very sure about that. I want to do that.
Probably that would take a look like a studio
of log type of video. But if you remember, logs
tend to go more on YouTube, but I'm focusing a lot
more on Instagram content. So notheless I'm thinking
of making these to be short form in
the form of reels. It would not be ideal to integrate everything that
you get from AI, right? Actually, I like this example, a photo of your desk with
watercolor supplies, that's good enough
if it's a photo, but if it's a log, it's
much longer, right? Tutorials, which is good, takes people really into your process. I like that like of things, community engagement, um, this is ideal for
Instagram stories, also for UGC, which is
user generated content, storytelling and brand identity, which can be done through. Every notebook has
a story behind it. So sharing my journey of
creating the notebook and why it has a different design from
the different ones. So as you can see, it provides a lot of options of that
direction to go with. But now we can specialize
at this point, right? For Instagram content
types, reels, carousels, I can look at using like, for me, while this is the
different recommendations, there are like six
recommendations. So if we start at the bottom, because my business is new, I don't have a lot of UGC use at this point in time, right? Because there's not a lot of customer focus videos because it's still a new business that
I'm thinking of creating. Life would also be
difficult to do because I still have no audience
to watch my live videos, but pictures is within reach. So I like the idea
of using pictures. Story storytelling carousels are also very good because on Instagram, at
this point in time, you can create Gifs on
your pictures or you can integrate the use of Jifs
to develop the story more. Stories are definite and reals. So for me, I'm going
to focus on stories, real carousels, and Surgic boys for the
main thing I'm going to do. I believe that this part on
sales finnel is generally what you always have as
the main guide of why you're integrating social
media use within your brand. So this is not very
key in terms of, like, understanding the custom
or funnel type of thing on conversions
and everything. But it's very good to
integrate in your strategy because you need to
know when to release a product so that you get sales, so people are aware and then
so that they can convert. You can use the eye to
backtrack and check, like, at what time do I need
to start creating the program so that I
can start launching and sharing the pictures so that the pictures are on the
website and the products are available for purchase
so that I can get the ideal return on investment
that I am targeting. That's the general
part on understanding what this page on
sales funnel means. So it's important for
you to integrate. But generally, you find that you've already
integrated it into the back of your mind in
terms of ideal launch dates, ideal dates to do something. Another thing I tend
to do personally, and this is still where we
go back to using I ethical. I tend to work backwards. So say, for instance, I
have a plan to launch the business in
February 1 in 2025, for instance, and
I'm in December. At that point, I know if my
launch date is February 1, I need to have bought
products by January, I need to have designed
them and printed them by mid to end of
December so that I can check packaging and start the
pre launch phase and start like the offer phase and then start the phase where I actually start
selling the product. So some things are
generally already something you've
already considered at the back of your head. So while it has been
highlighted by AI, doesn't really
mean that you have disregarded it from
your trail of thought. It's more of I just
summarizes everything you need to note and assumes that there are so many
things you might not know. So that's why sometimes it's
excessively informative. So this is like a sample
content calendar. And remember, it's a sample. It could be your guide for
how you want things to go. On not be your guide,
right? So in this case, it's a post for every
day of the week. I sometimes find this
very unrealistic if you're not able to
create content daily. So you might think about taking this to make sure it
makes sense for your life. It makes sense for
your business. Use this to make sense for whatever program
or business you're running as a social media or content manager or content
strategies to ensure that you also don't want to feel like
the weight of things a lot. Alternatively, you
can change this up a lot and, like, Monday, have a real or a photo then Tuesday just have a story because the story
is much lighter. You're just going
to probably post something or post a picture of your process or like a back behind the
scenes type of content, which can just be your day
or you just having coffee. So for days where you don't
want to post something, right, try integrate there. Story with a poll or no poll. It's sometimes very fine to actually engage your
audience directly. And remember, as I said, don't feel like too pressured to align with the way that
AI wants you to go. You have to be the one guiding the whole journey rather
than being guided along it. So then we go into the
tools of creation. Obviously, Canva is the easiest
thing to use to design. We're going to go into
that a little bit more. And in that, we're going to see some more AI features already
embedded into the program. Adobe Creative too. It's
more likely for people who already have the programs and have some proficiency in it. In some cases like this
case, for instance, if you're launching
or in this case, that I'm launching something, I don't want to think
about a learning curve. So you want to go with
what's easiest for you, which if it's Canva,
then go for Canva. If you're very good in
Adobe Creative suit, then go with that. You don't want to
keep changing things up because you create
a learning curve, which may lead you to fail. You feel like trying
these things out. Always think about that this whole prompt that
we've gotten from AI is more of something that acts as
a guide for person A, B, C, and D. So Canva
may work for me, but for someone else,
Adobe is what makes sense, for someone else, NAM
is what makes sense. So it may be very
different, right? And someone else may have a very completely different tool. So we don't even need this part in content strategy,
but, I mean, if you think about it from a
guide of materials you need, like for the journey, you need to know that you
need the tools, right? Metrics to monitor. This is something
good to note, right, because the KPIs and algorithms keep
changing, for instance, for social media management and, like, for your growth strategy. So while follow
accounts may increase, if you're not having a lot of
engagement in the stories, then you're missing
a lot on people learning the story of how
you're creating this products. So it would make sense for me to feel very pressured on um, follower count as much as it
would be for me to fill in views as much as
story engagement because I feel like
engagement across board. This engagement will be very important in terms of
comments, actually, shares and sales because the
business also Instagramma is also adopted into something completely different in
terms of its algorithm. So comments, shares
and sales means that a client like someone who's saving will likely see your
poster again in the future. So they likely buy whatever
you have used or posted. So in this case, they
likely buy my notebook. So if I see like ten
saves, I'm like, Oh, we can target the ten saves in the next strategy that we do. And then final tips,
stay consistent. This is key across board. You really want to try,
stay consistent so that you are creating your own
journey, create hashtags. Definitely, I like this
this is very generic. So for some hash tags
are very generic, but because I have
my business name, I'm going to add my
business name at stickers. And then business
name, notebook Clouds. And then use some
things I like this at Business in Kenya
because it alludes to, like, my previous prompt before. So collaborate with influencers or artists if it
is within reach. So some people may have
a bigger audience, so it may be more costly for me to look into engaging them. But it's good things
to have, right? So within this strategy, I'm just going to
pick because, like, the next part of this is
for me to have my calendar. I'm going to pick
these core parts right at the top
where it's tutorials, tutorials and DIY content
as the core thing. I like the behind the scenes. I like product showcases
because that's very important. I like I also like behind
the scenes content. And, um, I think I also
like testimonials. So in this case, remember this is likely for my
month one to three. So this is going to be so
testimonials are likely going to come up a bit
later after lunch, but I can focus on teaching
people on the process, the product, and behind
the scenes content. So, um please create
quanted strategy for for one month in content calendar using the above content
pillars for the art business. So since we are in the
same line of the prompt, it's going to still feed in from the previous subject
that I fed earlier, which was like the
focus on my business being business for stickers,
notebooks and artboks. So it's not going
to deviate so much. As you've seen, it's also
integrated like a tag line for art businesses in Kenya because I searched for registration
of a business in Kenya. So now that this is done, I can just review it, right? So content strategy goals, yes, those are the goals. This post frequency is
a bit too much for me, so I'm just going to
change up things, right? And behind the scenes, content will always
be my story content. So I'm going to use stories
as my breathing point. I don't need to tell I to
change these up for me. Remember, this is just
a technical guide of my final document of how
things are going to look like. So I'm just going to export this litter and then delete
some parts, honestly. So I like product
showcases on Monday. I think behind the
scenes will come in on Tuesday to tor out the
Rive content on Wednesday. And then Thursday is rest day, and then testimonials and
customer features will postpone to the third month because we won't have
anything initially, but we can have
storytelling on Friday. Then I'll take a breather
over the weekend. So this is like a sample of the weekly breakdown of what to actually post
or, like, the ideas. And this is actually
where I really like how AI goes more into it, because you can really
customize these pieces, right? So say, for instance, here, it shows carousel showing three to five new
notebook designs. But, I mean, if week one
is focused on stickers, my content strategy is going to be yourself showing
new sticker designs. So I'm going to change
this to make it make sense for me and make
sense for my business. But it acts as a
good guide for me to know how to go on and work
on this project, right? So the second day,
how to organize your stickers for
jangling, hugs. I feel like this
is a bit organic, or I don't feel very
strongly about doing that. Also, remember, Tuesday, I
decided to work on stories some probably going to show behind the content,
behind the scenes. Stuff. So in this behind
the scenes stuff, timelines of your workspace, set up or parking a few orders, but this has to be
very realistic for me. So my time time laps for the day is actually
going to be me setting up with coffee and a notebook for me to
start creating ideas. Because at this point
of the business, I haven't started
parking a few orders if it's week one day three
of my lunch, right? My business is very new
and organic, right. So some content pieces
might not make sense. And then post a photo
highlighting your best selling stiff assets still very
early on in the business. So this day, I'd
switch it up to show the Notebook design
because I want to show the notebook
in the week, right? Then on Friday, I'd engage
people on my stories to see what design
would you want me to release next or show a comparison
between this and that. And then this goes on to show, like, a sample of Week two, which continues on
the same thing. I think the main good idea or the main brainstorm
is to work with. I have three products. So my three products
should ideally show up each week or
every other week. We shouldn't leave
any product behind. So it's important to focus on ensuring if I've
talked about journals, I'm talking about the
scrap, the notebooks. I'm also talking
about the stickers. So I have, like, a
combination of all that data. And also, you see that in a
lot of the ideas that AI, the ChaPT has given us
in this case scenario. There is some things which are like repeated across board,
right, like carousel. And this is mainly
because I focused on doing input for Instagram. Had it been different with,
for instance, TikTok, the content would
probably look like a very different
suggestion or design. Ideally, in week three,
this is ideal for me to share testimonial
on the client use. Ideally, what you want to do is share testimonials early
if you're doing like I am, which is starting a business. So as you go on and check the different teakas that we've been
given by using AI, there's something that's
very unique to it, which is that if I was
thinking of creating content on three
days and I didn't share it in the initial prompt, it's going to make its
assumptions, right? So in this case, it's
assumed that I would post on every day with
no break at all. So those are the things
that you need to note. If you only want a three
day posting schedule, then it is important for you to write create a content
calendar for me for a month period with
three days posting schedule so that I get feedback
with three days posting. But as you remember, I mentioned
in the previous class, it's very important
to do sometimes to do some things in general and look at the feedback
so that you can customize it and make
it your own, right? So that's the most important
thing that I want for you to know and to consider as you're looking through
the content. So Um, here we go into content
executions in terms of, like, materials and needs, which is good because
sometimes you may not know, like what visuals to share,
for instance, right? Workspace will probably come
across across board, right? Parking orders true, but your daily morning
routine might not be something that you may want to share or may
have thought of sharing. So this is actually
good for someone who's starting out in using a e because you want
to think about, like, AI as a tool to move your idea from your head to actually implementation
into the world. And if you've thought
to the idea fully, you may have missed some
bits on how to implement it. Say, for instance,
if you're not like a storyboarding or
copywriting person who wants to create the storyboard for how you want to share the
story a crossbard. So that's a good thing
about using ChRGBT and it gives you a lot more ideas like what we're going
into here, like, call to action in
your messaging for the content using what is the best performing
thing on the platform, which is real, sharing and
engaging with followers. And we previously talked about,
like, measuring success. So that generally summarizes it in terms of
creating a strategy. And from what I
showed you above, I'm going to just
pick out some pieces which makes sense for me
for the four week schedule, and I'm going to select some of them from the weekly schedule. And for some things I'm
going to change, as I said, you're the guider of this story rather than the
other way around. So consider all these
aspects as you're going on to try and create
your content strategy. For a month's period, you can shorten it into a week's period. But remember to always highlight
what your business does, what the core products are. And if you want to really make it short and brief and concise, focus on also including how many days or which days of our content
calendar you want to create. You may forgo by
being very specific is the general idea
of what you need, in terms of all the options that you may have
and all the arrays. But the good thing with the
I is you can always say, give me another version
of this piece, right? Like, in this case, create a different version of the content calendar
for three days posting. For a month. And
when you do this, you just get a
different iteration of what content pillars
to go with, right? So it's really aligns
to what you want. So for instance, here it
says DIY real tutorial. But as you can see,
in the first week, we forgot e idea
on using stories. So if you hadn't considered
what I heard before on using story as the
breakers of the days, then you may end up
forgoing such content, knowledge or awareness in being very specific about
what to create. Those are generally
the things you need to think about if
you're going to use AI to create a content strategy for your business
or for your client, or just bring out all
your brainstorming ideas. The good thing is
it makes you work a bit easier in terms of
thinking about the idea. But the sad thing is, if you choose it to be the main
guide of how you do things, you may end up
losing some insight. So it's very important for
you to be very alert on the visual direction and
the content direction that you want to go for so that
you don't feel so much off and leaning to relying
A on AI too much.
8. Planning Your Day using AI in Notion: And So in this part, we're going to be using AI even more practically to
plan out things. And in this case, we're
going to plan out a day. I think a week is
very long to plan at this point in time as
a sample of the class. But we're also going to try see how planning a day has been AI features have tried to integrate productivity
into daily use. The main thing you
need to think about at this point in time
when you're thinking productivity and AI use is
what do you want to attain? So how many tasks do
you want to get to? My core soft spot
is three tasks. And sometimes tasks
are very low. It could be washing your
face on a certain day. It could be cleaning
your clothes. It could be going to work
and doing your work well. So sometimes having
those minimal tasks act as a good guide. But AI has gotten even better
because you can integrate such tools into actual
planning tools because like, something like Notion
has already integrated its productivity tools to
having AI used as a function. We're going to be
doing that on here on Char GBT before we move
on into integrating or seeing how AI features are working out on
notion for productivity, just to extend a bit of
practicality of the use on AI. So let's just get tarted, right? So, the first thing in the
first order of business for me is just see to create
a plan of your day, to just understand where we with Chad ChiPT in planning my day. So give me give me a sample of, uh, plan my day. Um, so the main
reason I'm starting out with this is that I want to see what assumptions AI is making about my
realistic life experience. So one thing for me is
I often go to work. I have to go to work daily. So my plan of day
might look very differently from the initial
recommendation made in AI. And, for instance, in here,
it says 630, wake up, plan, review your goals. And the good thing I like
about this in continuing with the same prompt is that it shares with me goals which were picked on
from the previous thing, which was having a
business in art. So in this case,
I have to create two Instagram reals or create goals of
brainstorming ideas. And then at 7:30, I can start sketching the
designs for the stickers. So it's integrating all the previous things that
I've mentioned. And then at nine to ten, I can have coffee as I
manage, like social media. And then I can
create the content, have lunch, fulfill
orders, engage the client. And plan things up
and then wind down, and then assess my
performance over the day. So the good thing
you see about this is feeding on the previous data. But the main thing that's
off about it is it makes an assumption that the data that I've provided is
the scope of my life. So we need to change
this h and say, plan my day based on me
going to a different job. Different job for 8 hours between so it's very important
to time block this part between 7:00 P.M. To 6:00 P.M. That's the time I'd
get back to the house and doing my business, for 3 hours. So let's just see
how that looks. I think this is more
holistic because it gives you the time block,
which will just, like, separate your whole
plan for the day, which is just, like,
very evident, right? You wake up at a certain time, plan whatever you need to do,
do a little bit of, like, realistic things
like stretching, and then integrate your
business goals, right? Your job goals, right? Then go to work,
then work, right? 7:00 A.M. To 6:00 P.M. Put in the work. Then 6:00 P.M. To 630, commute back home. And then 630 to 930, which is just like a three
hour session is when I actually get into the nitty gritties of
creating the actual content. Then 930 to 10:00 P.M.
Dinner wind down 10:00 P.M. To 5:30 A.M. Sleep,
and then repeat the same. So it gives me a
few tips to be more efficient still
also assumed that I didn't factor in the
commute time within the dedicated time that I
mentioned to it before. But I am alert of that. But I like this whole part
of the 630 to 9:30 P.M. The main reason I
like this is we often assume that we don't have
enough time to do things. But in this case scenario, it seems that I can actually
squeeze in 3 hours, even with my job and still manage to build the business and the design
that I want to do. So this is very important, but it gives you a
general scope of what you need to do and doesn't really fully act
as the guide map. So the main thing is, it gives you a general scope
of what you need to do. But ideally, it shouldn't
be the main map of how you do things
and be the benchmark of your assessment of your own individual performance
because the days may keep changing and your
interest and your variation of what you want to do may keep adjusting over time. So at this point, we
are going to try see the different AI tools within my plant tool,
which is notion. So notion over here has
a right with AI option, and I often use this for planning myself and
increasing productivity. The main reason I
want to integrate this tool because it's very
realistic about the use of AI within the
productivity scope and the fact that
productivity in itself, in some cases, is often very away from the actuality of using AI in the other platform. So in most cases, you'll find that if you're using Char GPT, you're getting the whole ideas, but you're not fully
assessing and creating them. On Cha CPT as your
main guide due to the limitations of its layouts and all those
type of things. So instead, I'm going to write I'm going to click on
a homepage, right? I'm going to name the
page plan with me, right? And I'm going to choose this
tab called write with AI. Plan my day, assuming I work eight hour shift between
8:00 A.M. To 5:00 P.M. So it's going to look a bit different because it's going to be within my planning
tool arrangement. So as you can see already, the key difference is
that there is, like, a checkbox session, and
you can switch this up and accept the the
suggestion or switch it up. So first thing of all
is I want to review it. So I should wake up at 6:30, which is around the
time I do the same. I leave for work at eight. So it doesn't assume
the commute that heavily or assumes that
it's a 30 minute commute. It might be longer or
shorter, so you need to adjust this mid morning break, crunch break, wrap
up daily tasks. And then in the evening
schedule arrive home, exercise, clay dinner,
personal time, and hobbies. So in this part of personal
time and hobbies is where you need to integrate
the whole um, 630 to 830, which was planned
for your Instagram content, edit, photos, package,
inventory, take videos. So it's very important
if I'm using this and, like, I accept the
changes, right? When I say that my personal time and hobbies is done, I can choose to just, like, um, um, integrate this
whole thing as my tasks. Integrate this as my
task within my planner. Seven to 930. I'm just going to
edit it a bit, right? Seven to 9:30 P.M. To integrate the following
the following options. So I'm just going to check that and then cut that in and to h I'm just going to switch
this up and paste that in. So in here is where I'm going to just incorporate all
that and then send it to AI to just see what suggestions we could make for me to do the
different tasks. And as you can see,
between 7:00 to 7:30 P.M. I have integrated Part A, which was to plan and create
social media content. So if I've done that,
then the whole checkbox, I'm going to keep
this as a suggestion. Then the whole task is
done, which is on planning. And if this is not done, if this is not done,
I can leave it unchecked as per
my daily schedule. And switch it up or
have it going on as a daily task or have it as a reference for
my daily activities. So the main thing
that I just wanted to show you through using Notion is that there is a lot of AI
features that are already integrated into tools that
we already use daily. So sometimes you can
use CHAIPT to just get the raw way of how you
want things to look like, and then integrate it into
your already embedded tools. But within AI use within
the inherent features, AI always adapts to work within the structural limitations of the program or the design
approach available to it. So while ChRGPT acts
as a broadband or like a courier of everything in terms of giving
you information, to write blogs, to write
different features, or to write different things that you may want to work on. The limitations of what you can do within something
like notion in terms of writing would be much smaller because it would be grouped within the actuality. Say, for instance, the sample
which we worked on today came out with a morning routine, which includes checkbards. So check task which
like remove a task and, like, tell you that Okay, you did this, you
did this and this. But you might not find
the checkbard on hat TPT. And even if you find
it in the feedback, you cannot really
actively tap on it to cross off a task
because hat TPT is created to be a bully and, like, a response, a chatbd
to give you feedback, but it's not generally
created to adapt fully into your lifestyle in regards to what you
want to make it use. So that's very key for
you to go and look at.
9. Final Thoughts: So at this point in time, I just want you to
fully encapsulate what we've talked
about in different things within the class. You've seen how AI is a
very important tool for summarizing how you want to work within your
whole creative space. So we started out
from thinking about, like, we have to want to
start out a business. We want it to be in
the creative space of selling art stickers. We want to create content
pieces within that space. We want to see how the
pieces will look like. We want to integrate that whole
project within our lives, so we want to put it within
our productivity timeline. Generally summarizes
the usefulness of AI as a productivity
or something that can be used to enhance
your daily life because you need to know how to use Cha EPT to make it
adapt into your daily life, to make it adapt into
your daily goals, and to see what
opportunities are for you. Say, for instance, I was
struggling with getting time, to build my business within the time scope of going to
work and coming back home. But in this case, Chachi PT thinks I can get
3 hours in a day. So it's very important
for me to think about where can I
get those 3 hours? Is it the 3 hours
which it's suggested, or is it for me
waking up earlier, like at 4:00 A.M. And
doing what was suggested 730-930 to be the main
approach that I use. So that's very
important in tailor suiting a eye tool
for your daily life. Even in integrating what
Notion decided, right, it's very different
that while you may feel like you may be
obligated to put in the tasks, you might actually find
that some of the tasks are generally like act
as a guideline. So your workday may look like
maybe you don't work with emails because you're very
hands on in the work you do. So whatever you need to
do at eight to nine MM, which was emails as per chart
GPT, may be very different. Probably it's like you're
working with horses. So maybe you're opening the bundles for them to
just go out and graze. So you just need
to know and always stick to the fact that
AI acts as a guide tool. And you can use it
for time blocking. You can use it for
planning your task. You can use it to plan and integrate your
holistic life into it. And that's the most
important part and the realistic use of AI. So I appreciate you
coming to the end of this class and the lessons that we've learned
through the process. So it's very important that I took you through
this journey and practically for you
to actually just have a feel of the realistic
experience of integrating these tools into
daily life and how applicable they are and to
what extent are they usable. And that's very important in you understanding what you can expect from different tools
and what different features. But remember, always,
as I said at the start, you are the guide
of the AI tool, and you should guide it to make sense within your
life rather than it create the boundaries of how its suggestions should
apply to your life. That's the most important thing. Again, my name is Susan Jackie, and I appreciate you coming
to the end of this class. I can't wait to see
what project you share on the project
gallery below, and I appreciate each and
every one of you. Goodbye.
