About This Class

Are you ready to invest in yourself?

The purpose of this 7 Day Journey is to give you very distinct practices everyday to help you embody a creative state. Along this week, I want you to find out which direction is the one that works for you.

I will introduce the areas that I believe are strongly connected to manifest creativity. And teach you how to use them during your creative process.


Every day, we will talk about these areas and experiment with many different practices to help you observe, train and manifest your creative state.

1. Observe your current creative state and identify your strengths and weaknesses. The first day will help you notice what separates you from the whole current of pure creativity and see your own potential when getting rid of the cage. The 3rd. Day is key to recognize and accept the emotions that are feeding your limiting beliefs and I’ll guide to find your own ways to transform them into creative fuel. 

Practices for self-discovery (observation): Guided meditations, intuitive journal sessions, intuitive drawing and painting. Transforming limiting beliefs practice.




2. Train your ability to use your own creative energy. Find out what inspires you and keeps you focus at the same time. Perhaps it’s time to recycle energy from other areas of your life that are not helping you.

Once you are conscious of the way you use your own creative energy, I’ll teach you how to enter into a creative flow from a state of balance during meditation. Then, you can adapt it and use it in your own way .

Practices to train your creative process:  Guided meditations, breathing exercises, grounding sessions, the simulation practice and inspirational ideas will help with this purpose.


3. Manifest creativity from wider and newer perspectives. During these days, you’ll experience different creative states to help you find the practices that best fit your personal creative process.

* Silence and digital detox practice, sensory tuning sessions, art therapy and the simulation practice will serve you with this goal.

1. Introduction: Do you have a space for creativity? Imagine that you're about to start a new art piece, but the canvas has drawings all over the place. Really messy stuff. It will be really hard to start. Same thing happens with yourself. If your mind is trying to control everything, if it's filled with worries, criticism, stress, and dominant thoughts, creativity won't flow from you. My name is Karelia. I'm an elemental artist, and I've been using many practices over the last few years like meditation, breathing exercises, journaling, and art therapy to help myself to tune easier and more often into a creative state. Now, let me tell you something I have learned over time. Creativity is not something that you own, posses, or even store. Creativity comes from pure consciousness and all we do as human beings is to tap into that field art and experience creativity in your own unique way. What we really want to focus on in this class, is to train yourself to tap into a creative conscious state at will. But how can you do it? How can you evolve your unique way of channeling creativity? I have created the seven-day journey to provide you with the tools and guided practices specifically meant to help you with these three main purposes. Number 1, to visualize how you are approaching your creative process from the inside out in the way you experience and create your reality. The observer. Meditation will help you to observe the subconscious programs that are holding you back from creativity. Intuitive drawing and journaling sessions will help you to become aware of your intuition and how to better approach your limitations. Purpose number 2 is to utilize a daily practices to work with your creative energy in a state of inner balance. The juggler. The grounding sessions are meant to bring a stability and facilitate a creative flow. We will talk about effective methods to become a better host for creativity. Purpose number 3 is to train your ability to manifest creativity, which requires you to connect with your primal senses and yet, being able to wisely decide what to really focus on. The wizard. The sensory tuning sessions will train your ability to connect with a higher creative frequency through your senses, while our therapy will serve you to liberate layer by layer a new form of self-expression and manifestation. Five of the seven days, you require around one hour to do the activities. Another three hours minimum in nature, and a full day indoors. This amount of time will be necessary to crystallize every step. These will only benefit your outer self but the other areas of your life as well. If you got this far, then give it a chance. Give yourself a chance to do something different, to come back to yourself, to be yourself, to master the way that you create your reality. I'll do my best to serve this purpose. See you in class. 2. 7 Day Workflow: Welcome to your creativity awakening journey. Think of it as a retreat at home. I would like to remind you that the best results will come, if you don't skip any days, so no worries. I made sure that the daily activities are short and easy to follow. Let me show you. You can download or take a screenshot of this activity calendars in the resources section. This is only to show you what the days would be like. Now, it's time to talk about the business. These are the tools that you will need. Notebook, pens, pencils, paper, one envelope, any type of paint including orange paint, eye mask, and headphones. The daily lessons workflow. Every day, you will only need to focus on the video lesson and the calendar for the day. Let's see what you will find in each of these tools separately. In the beginning of every lesson, I'll be introducing small pieces of information about the practices we will be using every day. This way, it will be easier to digest. The second part of the lesson contains the guided practice itself. This can be a guided meditation, a guided practice for intuitive art and many others. Since there are a few practices, we'll need a little bit of clarification. I recommend to start watching the first part of the lessons to have a better understanding of how each day is going to work. Then when you are sure when to start your first day, I suggest reviewing the first part again on each day, and of course, the second part that contains the practice itself. There is a calendar I created for each day that you can print or save on your phone. This calendar will be your assistant. Here, you will find a list of activities for each day and the duration of it, so you can better plan your day. You will also find a checklist for the materials you will need on each day if they are required. Please, I recommend reviewing your calendar in the morning and before the day ends to prepare you for the following activities. Main considerations. If your schedule is a little complicated, I recommend to fit these seven days in a way that you will have time on the fifth day to spend 5-6 hours in nature. Day 6, will be spent in silence and digital detox. Having the day off to focus on this practice could be ideal, but if you have to work, do your best to save a minimum of three hours of that day to do this practice. No screens at least 40 minutes before going to bed. This action will have a big impact on the way you will experience your seven days. Please do your best to make it happen. Keep an eye on your diet. Nothing crazy, just try to eat a little healthier than you normally do. Especially reducing the amount of processed food. Recommendations. Check your calendar and checklist every morning and before going to sleep. Take it easy. I made sure the activities won't absolve you from your duties. Do your best to do the activities the proper way. Every detail is key to your growth. Keep yourself flexible. This journey will challenge your mind and hand you the red pill to break free to explore the unknown. Let's make it fun. That's it. You're almost ready to watch the theoretical part of your lesson. There is only one thing left to do, which is going to symbolize your pride for this class. You don't have to do it now, but find a time before you start with your seven days journey. Make a small drawing on the envelope or if you like, you can draw on another paper and paste it on the envelope. This drawing should symbolize the creative state you would like to achieve. In this envelope, we will be putting every progress in a symbolic or real way every day. We will dispose of the envelope at the end of the seven days. At the end of this class, pick something from your envelope and share it in the project section. Let me know which was the most challenging day for you and why. Also, do you have a fun story to tell? I would love to read it. I wish you the best. 3. Day 1 | Letting go of Control and Expectations: Welcome to day one, it's good to have you here. We're going to have a simple start. Keep in mind that a time you will dedicate to these activities is only for you. Do your best to prevent distractions, especially during the meditation time. I know you can do it. Just a quick reminder that you don't have to be an expert in meditation or any of the other practices to have fun and a fruitful time. The practices we will use today are guided meditation, intuitive drawing, and intuitive journaling. Let's summarize how they're going to help you enter a state of creative flow. Meditation. We will be using the benefits of meditation to help you find how your mind is limiting your creative flow and use this information to improve your work during the exercises of the following days, it will train your attention to come back to the present and understand why the purest creative energy of all lies in this present moment. You will learn to use breathing to slow down your brainwaves and enter alpha and theta frequencies. An experiment how your creativity is socialization and inspiration are greatly induced. There is a quote that we have that I really like. The breath knows how to go deeper than the mind. This practice will help you clear your mind and free yourself from external stimuli that may be blocking your creative self. You will be able to listen to your inner voice or higher self that is connected to your intuition. A key element in unlocking a greater creative state. Being open to listen to your intuition is a great tool to find your inspiration sources. To know when to take action and receive signs that are meant to help you. Intuitive painting, drawing, or journaling, and gray practices to create a channel for your intuition. They'll help you discover the relationship between your creative blockages and the way you focus your attention. Where you place your attention, you place your energy, Joe Dispenza. Intuition and creativity are strongly connected to the divine feminine energy. To make this short, divine, masculine, and feminine energies exist together in all things, including people. By giving yourself the chance to create a balance on your feminine side, you can become more accepting and compassionate towards yourself and open another door for creativity and intuition to manifest. Intuitive drawing and painting. During the guided meditation of his first day, you will be drawing with your intuition. The practice will be performed blindfolded, so have a pen and a piece of paper, ready for that. This practice will allow you to let go of control and expectations of how you would like your finished work to look. You will venture into the unknown and the abstract and let your intuition be the guide. Intuitive journaling. This is the third tool you will be using today. This practice consist of writing without stopping. You are free to draw or use colors as well. But I recommend to prioritize writing and doing it on paper instead of your phone. You can set an alarm for five minutes, but you can go on if you feel like it. This practice can help you work within while tapping into your creativity. Since it is the first day, we'll be doing this today before going to sleep. But starting on the second day, you will be doing it twice a day until day five. One after you wake up and second before going to sleep. If you get a little confused about when to do what, all you have to do is to check your calendar for the day. The theoretical part of the lesson ends here. I recommend only move into the following part if you have plan to start your seven-day journey today. Let's begin by finding a comfortable position. You can just add cushion to sit down, lay down, or sit in a chair. But just make sure that your spine is in a straight line or gently curved. If you have crystals or any other natural element place him around you. As it says in your checklist, today, you will only need one pen and paper. Place them near you where you can reach them easily. I'm going to place mine just right here. Don't forget to put your phone on airplane mode and only keep these out you're playing on your computer. If you have earphones, I recommend to use them. They will keep you more focused and away from outside distractions. Finally, you will need a sleep mask or any other clothes that can cover your eyes, but just make sure it's comfortable for you. One more thing. If you're a person that gets cold very easily or you live in a very cold climate, I recommend having a blank nearby in case you need it. We want to avoid any distraction. Let's begin. Close your eyes and take a deep breath. Now start massaging one of your problems very gently. Take your time to relax. This moment is only for you. With every breath, imagine healing energy entering your body, traveling through your touch, exhale and feel the vibration of your energy around you. Move to your other hand and massage. Place all your love into your hands. Keep massaging, very gently. [inaudible] Focus, all your attention and love into your hands. Then you slowly move your hands to your neck and keep massaging. You deserve it. Go to your shoulders, your chest, your stomach. and massage, your pelvis as well. With every touch, your body is illuminated. Visualize this healing energy. Removing tension and stress bringing relaxation into your body. Let's put the soul so you fit together and give yourself a little foot massage, you deserve it. Thank you body for doing an amazing job. I value your work and your existence. Thank you. Now that we are more relaxed I want you to set an intention for today. Don't rush. Listen to your heart first. What is he telling you? Take a deep breath. Hold and exhale. Take your time to set your intention. It doesn't have to be related to creativity, it is not required. If you feel a stronger intention filling your heart, listen to it. Once you have your intention, hold all your falls to this intentions for five seconds. Now, let it go. Release any control that you posses over this intention and bring your focus back to your brain. Observe and feel every inhalation and every exhalation. Be aware of your thoughts but don't engage with them. You don't have to answer. Just simply observe from a neutral point. Breath in for five seconds 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. Hold your breath 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Exhale, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 like the ocean waves on the shore breath in, 1,2,3,4,5. Hold 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Exhale, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Keep breathing as slow as you can. If you get distracted come back to your breath. Your attention is here. Let your emotions come out, feel them. There is no place for judgment here. On every inhalation visualize all of light, filled with harmony entering your body. Hold your breath and let the light travel through you. Make a space and exhale sending the energy to your surroundings. Rise your belly on every inhalation and let it fall on every exhalation. If you catch yourself fighting the experience, surrender and again bring yourself back to this moment as an observer no matter what your mind is presenting to you. Don't fight any part of yourself. Notice your inner voice. Listen to your intuition. Keep yourself blindfolded and slowly get into a lotus position if you're not. Reach your paper and pen but keep your focus. Once you have them ready, I invite you to grab the pen and start to draw without lifting the pen. Do it at your own pace but without very long pauses. Allow your emotions to guide the direction and the shape of the stroke. Let your breath help you as well. All your attention is in your hands and the stroke. They are one. Now, let your other hand take the pen from the same place it is now and continue to draw same process. Immerse yourself. If you feel any judgment, replace it with acceptance and continue. When you feel a sense of peace or tranquility, this may be a sign that it is time to culminate. Release the pen, very slowly, and feel it rest on the paper. Focus on your intention one more time. You are ready to open your heart to receive. Like fresh water falling from above bringing all you need. Let it dodge the doors of your heart and open the door. Let the light enter to reveal what's stopping you from manifesting this intention, and observe with compassion. If you feel like moving any parts of your body, singing or making sounds, go ahead. Trust the process. Bring your attention back to your breath. Take your time and offer your gratitude for this experience and give thanks to yourself as well for giving yourself the permission to receive. Whenever you are ready, remove your eye mask while keeping your eyes closed and open them to your pace. Take your moment to tune yourself to your surroundings. Thank you. Observe your creation. Now you know what I mean by observing. Take all the time you need to look over every detail. We're going to save it for now, but put it in your envelope. Thank you for your work today, and please, if you feel like taking notes about this experience now, go ahead. But if you feel like resting or you have to come back to work, it's okay as well. Just don't forget to do it. Remember, the fresher, the better. I have only three questions to enhance your work today. What emotions came up when you were drawing? And which of these had a heavier power on limiting your possibilities of taking risks and changing directions? If this drawing could be capable of delivering a message to you, what would it be? Check your calendar before going to sleep and remember that you have intuitive journaling tonight. See you tomorrow. 4. Day 2 | Clearing your Creative Energy: Welcome to day two. Yesterday was an opportunity to reconnect with yourself and explore a glimpse of the state of your creative energy. Today we will focus a lot more on recognizing how you are suppressing your creative flow with the help of breathing exercises, meditation, and our therapy. Let's review the purpose of each of these practices for today. Meditation. Through meditation, you will go work on recognizing if your sacral chakra is overactive, underactive, or imbalance. If you are wondering, how is this related to chakras? The sacral chakra is all about emotions, creativity, and sexual energy. When this chakra is overactive or is spinning really fast, you will develop a higher sense of empathy and may lead you to live governed by your emotions. Emotional attachment to people or habits will leave no space for your real expression. Your creative energy will be consumed by dealing with mood swings and external satisfaction. When the chakra is underactive or barely spinning, you may feel numb or out of touch, uncomfortable in your own skin, which can lead you to feel unloved and not valued by the society. Repressing all of these feelings may cause a blockage of your creative energy. If you would like to read more about this, please consult the resources section. With today's practice, you will enter a lower frequency to tap into your sacral chakra and bring higher vibrations around it. You will explore how water is related to your creativity and use this element to cleanse your energy field. You will recognize what actions are necessary in your life to liberate your creative energy. Left nostril breathing. Left nostril breathing, also called Ida Nadi breathing, is a form of pranayama. This exercise will facilitate the activation of the right hemisphere of your brain, which is related to the present moment awareness, access to compassion, intuition, and creativity. But let's clarify the creativity does not draw only on a single brain region, but on the whole brain. It will bring calmness and receptiveness to balance your feminine energy and to easier into the practice. Art therapy. After the guided meditation, we're going to paint. If you are familiar with practices of art therapy, you probably know that is a huge variety of exercises to help nourish the cell. Today we're going to work on the energy of your sacral chakra to unlock a higher sense of expression. We will be using the color orange as the main character for your artwork. But you can also use any other color you want when you get there. I will recommend a specific music to help your concentration and I suggest to paint right after your meditation. It will enhance your creative flow. Remember to review your checklist for today before starting the following part, which is the guided practice. Since today we are painting right after your cleanse meditation. Don't forget to arrange all your tools before starting. Welcome to the practice of today. Your checklist indicates you will need a bowl of water for this. I suggest placing your bowl of water right in front of you in a distance that is reach off to your arms. Remember, both of your hands, you do under without problem, or you can use two bowls to keep perfect. Have a rag nearby in case you spill a little bit of water. It's important to avoid any distractions. Once we have this ready, then sit in a comfortable position with your spine straight and comfy clothes with your phone on airplane mode or silence and your eye mask and earphones to help your concentration. Rest your hands and inhale. Exhale. Feel the coolness on every inhalation and the warmth of every exhalation. Say hi to yourself with a soft voice and start by feeling which parts of your body are holding tension? Maybe your shoulders, lower back, or your neck. Explore at your own rhythm. Once you find them, with every breath, I want you to bring oxygen to every one of these parts, one-by-one. Take your time. Open yourself to this feeling of relaxation. Focus on your heart to connect with the intention of today. To balance the way you channel your creative energy, feel this intention is strong in yourself [MUSIC] Let's begin by closing your right nostril with your right thumb and inhale and exhale through the left nostril until my sign. Don't rush. Try to go deeper and slower every time [MUSIC] Imagine that the surface of your body is made of water, almost like jelly, and with every breath you're making it cheap. Embrace the emotions that arise and feel them moving around [MUSIC] Remove your thumb and continue breathing at the same frequency [MUSIC] Bring your attention now to your pelvis and visualize an orange flower with six petals and a crescent moon in the middle. Focus all your attention and let your imagination flourish in orange [MUSIC] Now, keeping your eyes closed, you are going to extend your arms and slowly hold the bowl of water towards you. Lift your hands and place them above, don't touch the water yet. Feel the presence of the water tuning with your own waters and with the moon in your flower and let your breath guide you to tap into the frequency of this element [MUSIC] You are water. First, safe watch your left hand. Start with your tips and slowly go up until you rest [MUSIC] Now, safe merge both of your hands in the water and start with your tips and slowly go up until you wrist. Repeat after me, I ask the highest vibration of love and light, connect with my highest self to clear all unwanted energy and any previous programming that is limiting my possibilities and creating emotional resistance in my life. I command this sacred water to hold the intention of balancing my Sacral Chakra [MUSIC] Visualize these waters. Reprogramming every cell in your body. Restoring your creative energy. [MUSIC] Visualize your whole bean, tuning with the highest graded energy through your sacral chakra, up into your heart, in your mind. Bringing clarity, inspiration, and intention. [MUSIC] Imagine your water's running free and trust the cleansing process. If your mind is trying to make sense of this, observe but then engage and bring your attention back to the water. [MUSIC] Remove both of your hands from the water very slowly and sense every inch of movement, feel where they take you. You are your hands. [MUSIC] Today I make peace with myself from a place of genuine compassion. [MUSIC] I accept the best and worst aspects of who I am. [MUSIC] It's okay to make mistakes and forgive myself. [MUSIC] Changing is never simple, but it is easier if I stopped being hurt myself. [MUSIC] It's safe for me to show kindness to myself and learn to observe my naked self without judging or being ashamed of my flaws, because from those flaws I learn. [MUSIC] I love myself as I am not as I would like to be. [MUSIC] Let us start to bring yourself back at your own pace. Feel your presence in the room and communicate your gratitude. Whenever you are ready remove your eye mask and open your eyes the slowest you can. [MUSIC] [NOISE] Thank you for doing your best today, for clearing your creative energy. Now, it's painting time. Says your intention and a start. This is an opportunity for your infinite expression to manifest. Use your fingers, your hair [LAUGHTER] I didn't know, use the water from the bowl is blurred even the craziest possibilities, just be careful. Connect with your inner child and let it speak to you. Just remember, think of orange as the spirit of your painting. I prepared a playlist for some inspiration and to help the practice as well. Is in the checklist for Day 2, if you wish to listen to. Have a beautiful time. If you feel like you're struggling at some point, just close your eyes and feel. When you're done don't forget to pick an element to symbolize as you progress for today and put it in your envelope. See you tomorrow. 5. Day 3 | Grounding Limitations and Earthing Creativity: [MUSIC] Welcome to the third day. At this point, you could only have identified more than one root belief that you have adopted to help you have some fun in your life. Now it is only a stopping you from expanding your creative possibilities. Of course, this brings a lot of unresolved questions about how to pass this limitations and it's okay to feel a little frustrated. But let me tell you something. Today, we will come up with solutions. Today's exercises will lead you to adopt creative ways to approach the limitations. Besides from the intuitive journal in practice in the morning and night, we're going to do a guided journaling session and use grounding to bring some peace of mind to your days. Guided journaling session. Creativity applies to every area of your life, and to be more specific, to the way you create a reality. To be able to expand the ways your channel, your creative energy in noticeable ways. It does require some adjustments in your environment, your mindset and emotional state. "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results," Albert Einstein. To channel new ideas and ways that we haven't come up with before does require change. We're going to list your top five limiting beliefs and find many creative ways to challenge that believe beyond our predictive devoted minds. Minds love predictability. We just have to come up with the right questions. Grounding. The scientific way to empty your glass is through grounding. This practice help us to balance our bodies electric field, which not only reduces the stress and improves our mental clarity, but also boosts our energy. Think of the Earth's surface as the pottery for all planetary life. This ancient practice was actually part of everyday life. By now, half of the population lives in cities where higher concentrations of positive ions are causing detriment to the body while people get isolated from the ground even farther. Set a time for today to look for a park, forest, or even your yard where you can find your bare feet on the Earth and get you those of negative ions from the ground. You can also use grass or sand. The reason you take your shoes off is that usually the soles are made of rubber or plastic and these are non-conductive materials that will block the connection. Once you find the place and time stand with your bare feet on the Earth, close your eyes and imagine a beam of silver light coming from your mind, passing through your spinal cord and through your feet heading to the center of the earth. Now, imagine the silver light now coming backup to connect with you. Focus on creating a closed circuit when recharging your body with new creative energy. Today, after you're done with your grounding session, I want you to wander around and pick something. It can be a leaf, a bark, or any natural material that catches your attention. The more texture it has, the better. It will serve in tomorrow's practice. If you want to read about how exactly grounding is possible and how to recognize when it's time to ground, please check the resources section. Today and tomorrow will be mandatory to ground. After you're done, then borrow some time to any activity from your normal routine that requires creativity. This time let your body help you to channel that state as well. Now let's jump into the guided journaling practice. Grab your notebook and pen. Let's get started. By age 5, 50 percent of beliefs are formed, and by age 8, 80 percent. Since you were eight, you have been running a set of conditioning beliefs to protect you from feeling pain and to get love. Some have probably served you well and they help you to get through a lot of difficult experiences. But now, as an adult, these same beliefs are actually stopping you from creating a new reality for your life. Deep conditioning results in a world set system of limiting beliefs. They hold a strong decision power because our brain has connected them with many strong emotions, often powerful fears, memories, voices, even sounds. These beliefs have been programmed with very intense emotional energy. It makes us doubt and no take a more creative direction. Because in the past, different made us feel pain, rejection, or abandonment. Instead, we get seduced by the security of the normal, the predictable, over and over again. One thing you need to know is that deep limiting beliefs are multi-layered. It takes time to release them. Don't be surprised if the same belief shows up in your life multiple times before it finally gets released. This practice is just to guide you. Let's start by making four columns. The first one will have your top five limiting beliefs. Listen to these questions. Please take notes of everything that comes to mind after every question. You can even write it in another sheet. It doesn't have to make sense right away. Think of it as brainstorming. What beliefs have triggered higher levels of self doubt lately? Think about a specific moments when you felt uncomfortable or experienced a strong resistance towards a decision. Or what thoughts lead to procrastination and to slow down the progress of your goals? [MUSIC] Think about the things you would like to achieve, but you aren't currently working towards [MUSIC] What is the justification you find for not acting on your goals? [MUSIC] Be totally honest with yourself. Even if you are afraid of even thinking about it [MUSIC] Write down five deep limiting beliefs that come to mind. You're not sure about the five no worries. Focus on the main ones. When you are ready unpause this video to continue [MUSIC] In the second column, you are going to write what emotions, fit, each of these conditions and limits that you have put in your life. Close your eyes if you need it, and explore how they make you feel. This will help you to identify with more precision the layers of this limiting belief. Write all that comes up [MUSIC] What do these emotions make you do or not do [MUSIC] It's just a belief, not a fact. You are not your beliefs. Observe them with compassion. Compassion doesn't mean that you have to feel sorry for you of your past. Authentic compassion is accepting our reality without judgment. It's what it is and it's okay to see things that we don't understand about ourselves. It's okay to feel into, it's okay to look into and upset them. Why? Because no one else will. Only you can direct your own life. Let me put it in a different way [MUSIC] People train elephants, since they're babies. They tie them with a very strong change. Baby elephant will try to break free with all his strength. Soo many attempts and there he realizes that no matter how hard he tries, he'll never be free. Resignation. The elephant grows old and the change gets replaced with a less stronger one, eventually with just a rope. But this is strong grown elephant does not even try to move anymore. This is a power of conditioning but with or without the change or rope the elephants, strain capacity still remains. The conditioning doesn't define your potential. It cannot stop you from experience your due potential, but it doesn't define you. Let's move to that third column. Focus on one of these beliefs. Close your eyes and listen to this questions. What would you do differently in your life if you don't obey this belief? [MUSIC] What experiences would you be able to have without this limiting belief? [MUSIC] Write down as many as you want. Use the power of visualization to notice what emotions arise with these new experiences how they make you feel. Be specific, when you write about these experiences, relate them with situations that are currently happening right now in your life. Make them real [MUSIC] Maybe you have been afraid of asking someone about something or making a big decision [MUSIC] What would you do if this limiting beliefs have no control over you? [MUSIC] When you're done play this video again. Now, for the last column, you probably know what I'm going to say. I want you to choose one of these experiences, but not just any this carriers one [LAUGHTER] I know every cell of your bodies probably is saying [NOISE] But trust me, it is easier doing it than thinking about doing it. Be patient with yourself but not too patient. Knowing when to take action is key to becoming a better channeler for creativity. I'll leave you with this quote, "It's not who you are that holds you back it's who you think you're not." See you next lesson and don't forget to put something from today in your envelope. 6. Day 4 | Expanding your Sources of Inspiration: Welcome to Day 4. Let's talk about inspiration. For me, inspiration is about how to become a better host for creativity. Let me explain with an example. This is a frequency for creativity. This is you and your own frequency on an average day of your life. This TV represents your ability to pick up and navigate through different frequencies or channels. Let's imagine one of those first TVs in the market. Some of them were only able to pick up six channels. Now, let's imagine another TV that was able to pick up 999 channels. Which one of these TVs have more possibilities to pick up a channel that we have in tune with before? Well, the broader the bandwidth of the antenna, the wider range of frequencies are possible. Now, the real question is, how can you train yourself to tune into a wider range of frequencies to improve the way you channel your creativity? If you're not familiar with quantum mechanics, and you would like to dive a little bit on how vibrational frequencies are related to us, creativity, and the world around us, please check the resources section. Going back to the question, how can you train yourself to tune into a wider range of frequencies to improve the way to challenge your creativity? Answer is very simple. Increasing the variety of elements in your life. The more hues, the more colors, shapes, textures, the smells, sounds, the more variety of relationships, emotions, and experiences that you feel and play with, creativity will have a place to manifest easily and more often. The more restricted are these elements, creativity can still manifest, but it will take more time and effort to tap into it. Let's talk about where and how we can find a variety of elements to help us. In other words, what are those sources of inspiration? One of the places where you can observe and interact with all types of creative elements is nature. It's like a playground for creativity. But only if we are willing to observe closely and immerse ourselves into the frequency of the Earth. Activities like hiking and camping are great ways, but the huge difference relies on experiencing nature in a more intimate way. At first glance, a forest may seem just like a forest. But if we sit down to observe closely, you realize that each forest has its own personality, its own species, smells, and sounds. Its own way of expressing itself individually and collectively in this third dimension. Nurturing and creating variety in our relationships is also very helpful. Seek to meet new friends that don't belong to your same social circles. Explore new places, attend meetups where you can initiate new relationships with other creative people, and being more open to interact and listen to others' ideas from a neutral way. Carry a notebook and pen with you. Sometimes ideas will come to you in the most unexpected moments. I have experienced, myself, that my brain is better stimulated when I draw and write by hand than when I do it on my phone. Also, I don't get distracted with social media and keep myself focused on the creative flow. Another interesting way to spark inspiration is putting an alarm at 03:00 AM in the morning and having your notebook at hand. I know it doesn't sound like a good idea, but trust me, your dreams are a great source of inspiration and another channel for your intuition. It doesn't have to be 3:00 AM but give it a try. Find what type of smells make you feel more motivated and stimulate a state of relaxation that doesn't make you sleep. Maybe it is time to move your furniture and give a new look to your studio and bedroom. Bring more elements to your house. Get some new plants, especially if they hold its own beautiful vibration, like crystals, for example. Create an inspirational playlist and identify what music helps you feel more confident and empowered. Sometimes we need very calm music. But other days, what we really need is music to make us feel great and ready to take action. Identify melodies, frequencies, nature sounds, and artists that motivate you in an emotional level. Flashback to remember what you love to do when you were a kid. If you have trouble remembering, ask your parents or any person that may remember something. Re-exploring old hobbies is a great way to release limitations as well. Spending time with your inner child has huge repercussions that will benefit your creative state as well. You can explore a little bit more about this specific aspect in the resources section. Discover what type of physical practice helps you connect the wheel of your thoughts and body together. This connection will allow your kinesthetic intelligence to be activated and serve as fuel for your creative process. Practices like chignon, yoga, pilates, aerobics, ecstatic dance, and many more are great options to try. Be patient on finding that one the works for you, and be open to try a new one if you get discouraged. Also, look for people that are real mentors in their practice and learn from them. Having a source of entertainment is actually very healthy for your mind and emotional state. Sometimes all we need is a good laugh, a good book, or to bake a good pie. But what happens when we overuse our favorite distractions? That's a problem. But distractions aren't the problem, it is the unregulated devotion to them that doesn't allow the creativity to spark. It's important to set boundaries to moderate the amount of entertainment you are consuming every day. These are only a few ideas for finding your sources of inspiration. We're always changing, so remember to be open to whatever is out there to inspire you, engage you in the song. I suggest you pick three options of inspiration and start exploring how they're working for you in the next week. Then, keep including more ways progressively and observe the outcome of creativity with these changes. For the practice of today, grab the item that you picked up yesterday from your ground and practice, and prepare yourself for meditation. Welcome back. Today, we're going to explore our senses of touch and smell and how we can activate our receptivity through these senses in order to expand our possibilities for an experience. Today, we're going to sit. Find a comfortable place where you can rest your back, and we're going to meditate this way. It can be your couch or a pillow against the wall. Don't forget to grab your natural element, the one that you pick up from yesterday and place it in front of you for later. Once you're resting your back in a comfortable place and your weight is well distributed with your eye mask on, close your eyes, relax your shoulders, let them fall, and inhale very slowly. Hold your breath for five seconds and exhale. Inhale. Hold. Exhale, inhale, hold. Exhale, inhale, hold. Exhale. Keep going. With every breath, imagine that you are refreshing yourself and letting go of the old. Rest your belly on every inhalation and let it fall on every exhalation. Use your breath to find your center point, your balance, and assert this moment from your heart. Feel and create your reality from your heart. You are the mediator, you are the observer. Explore how it feels. Keep breathing consciously. From your center point observe where your thoughts are taking you. Now, slowly bring yourself back to your center point, using your breath. There is a flow of air coming from behind you entering your spine. This flow of new air is filling every cell in your body by communication and connection. You are floating in this feeling in this air flow like a summer breeze is touching every breath of your being. Your breath is the guide to find your rhythm. It's not about going anywhere by staying here surfing your own waves. Stretch your arms wide open. Allow the energy flow from one hand to the other. Through your arms and through your being. Use your breath to guide the energy from hand to hand. Rotate your hands very slowly and then start making circles with your whole rest. Keep breathing and feeling new air running through your veins. Now, visualize a tree right in front of you. The trunk is in front of your face. Move your hands and hug the tree, embrace it. You're hugging life. You're hugging your brothers, you're hugging your sisters, you're hugging your mother, you're hugging your father, your grandparents, your ancestors. Look up. The sun is above you. Relax your arms and let the sunlight enter through your head. It is feeling your whole being like a river washing you completely. Open your arms to receive it. To feel up with this light. Take a deep breath and hug the tree again. Feel this maternal energy hugging you back. Feel your energy. Take control of your body. Let go off the tree. Now feel the sunlight again. Feel the love of the father. Use your breath to conduct creative energy, and make it vibrate, there's a rhythm of creativity. Make it vibrate with your breath. Lay down your body facing up. Take your time to find your position. The intention of today's meditation is to exercise your ability to consciously tune with higher frequency through your senses. Breathe in by bringing this intention into your heart, and breathe out spreading this intention to the rest of your body and energy field. You're laying down in the middle of a forest glade. Look around. This place is filled with a colors you like the most. The smells and sound, they relax your body and mind. This place is you, and you are safe here. Every element in this place has its own purpose. What do you see? All these elements together are creating balance in the whole forest. The wildest animals. The gentle movement of the water running through the rocks. The birds singing. The sharp tips of the thorns. The sound of the wind between the leaves. The cold water. The smell of moss. The fresh moisture entering your body. Take all the time you need to interact with your elements, and what they represent to you. Open your arms and hug your tree once more, embracing the harmony of the forest. Focusing on your breath, sit slowly. You'll reach the natural elements that you picked up yesterday. It's right in front of you. Hold it with both of your hands. Focus all your attention on the texture of this element, its weight and shape. You can smell it. Let it talk to you. Keeping your eyes closed observe its own expression. What feelings are coming to you? Open your heart to receive the message that this element is bringing to you. If you feel like moving your body, dancing, singing, using the element to connect with you, go ahead. Your intuition it's guiding you now. Transmutation is taking place. Unconditional love is filling the room. Your senses are in tune. You are inhabiting this forest, you're inhabiting your body. Keep breathing at your own rhythm while slowly turning your body to the right, 90 degrees. How do you feel facing this direction? Turn another 90 degrees to the right, and observe what this new direction is showing to you. What inhabits this part of the forest? Tell them how you feel. Turn another 90 degrees to the right. Open your heart to connect with this direction as well. We are not missing any part of the forest. Finally, turn right once again to your initial position. Breathe deep, and once you're there, open your hands to receive something. You are receiving a symbol from your higher self to help you in your creative process. Will be the first symbol that shows up. Focus on it. Receive it in your heart. It doesn't have to make sense right now. Observe it and receive it. It will unravel over time. Offer your gratitude in your own way. Give thanks to your forest, and be grateful for being here for you. Now, slowly bring your attention back to your body into your room. Use your breath to find a balance while you tap into a state of waking consciousness. You can choose your own frequency. Use your breath. Whenever you are ready, remove your eye mask and open your eyes at your own pace. Thank you for your work today. I hope it served you well. Don't forget to put something from today in your envelope, and review your checklist for today before going to sleep. See you tomorrow. 7. Day 5 | Creating with Nature: [MUSIC] Hello everybody. Welcome to Day 5. Today we're going to do something even more creative. We will start by warming up the body with a brief session of meditation and static dance. Then go into nature and collect any tools you want in order to compose whatever your intuition guides you to. This exercise is also one of my favorites to do with kids or friends to improve social relationships and creativity through the activation of kinesthetic intelligence. Let's talk about just for a moment on how your kinesthetic self is another key for feeding your create a process. With the practice of today, you're going to find alignment with the movements of your body and the power it holds. This connection will allow an easy and effortless flow of your energy and this flow will conduct your attention to tap into a creative state. At the same time as we've talked influence your body. Your body will react to how you think. With a new thought, your breath changes, your muscle tension changes. Your body participates in your thought process, even if you're not aware of it. But why are we doing this nature? Well, many studies have linked nature time with improvements on brain function, including better working memory and cognitive flexibility. Plus, based on my own experience, nature, the feminine creative energy runs wild. Meaning that is a great place to put your intuition in practice and let creativity find you. We'll be tuning our brainwaves with the Earth's poles, which is around 7.83 Hertz, also called the Schumann resonance. 7.83 Hertz is also the human brain's average Alpha frequency. I said where we begin to tap into the wealth of creativity that lies just below our conscious awareness. Are you ready? Today is also a good opportunity to do some grounding exercises so get your shoes off, put your rare feet down the Earth, open your legs just a little bit, not too much. Find your balance. We're going to inhale very slowly. Visualize the energy from the Earth and bring into our bodies. Inhale, exhale, inhale. Releasing this energy back into the Earth. Inhale, and exhale. Find your rhythm. Can you move your legs a little bit? Visualize this energy entering every part of your body. Feel it in every muscle and every cell. Sometimes closing your eyes helps a little bit more get into this flow of energy. Now we're going to stretch your neck a little bit. With your right hand pull a little bit the neck towards this side of your arm. Count until 30, 29, 28, 27, 26, 25, 24, 23, 22, 21, 20, 19, 18, 17, 16, 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Now gently switch to the other side and repeat, 30, 29, 28, 27, 26, 25, 24, 23, 22, 21, 20, 19, 18, 17, 16, 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Relax your shoulders as well. Do you feel any tension in your body right now? Give it back to the Earth. Every breath, find your balance, bring yourself to the present and stretch your lower back. This smile through your body as well as what you're doing. Stretch, feel the energy flow within your arms and your spine, your back, your legs. Allow your breath to guide you back. Bring your legs together again and follow my movement. Then lean forward. Lean back for five seconds. Then lean forward touching your legs until you get to your feet very slowly. Be aware of your energy flowing through your feet. Go back up letting your hands guide the way and repeat. [MUSIC] It's starting to rain a little bit here. Now extend your legs for this position. Go a little bit out down here. A bouncy place for you then going to stretch up, looking up into sky to the trees then in every element interact with yourself. Slowly travel to your other leg same process other direction. Come back to the center. Inhale and exhale. Inhale the harmony of your surroundings. Exhale your gratitude, your love, your intention back into the Earth. From here I want you to flow with the energy of your body. Let every movement take you when you need to go. There's no wrong or right. There's no rules here. I'm going to keep doing my thing in silence and you go on for the next five minutes and then we will continue with the instructions for the following part. [MUSIC] Once you have finished with your dance, I want you to get closer to the Earth. Touch the ground, close your eyes and set a personal intention for this practice. Mother Earth, thank you for receiving me in your lap. I've heard your name and why you came here today. Open your eyes and observe around you. Take a moment to appreciate your day, your life and now we're ready to start. I want you to gather as many leaves, or sticks that you can find, little backs, stones, why not? Any material that's not required to kill any plant, or destroy the landscape. Try to be careful on where you take and take only what you need and once you have everything, I want you to create something with this materials, something with these elements. It can be a sculpture, something hanging from the tree. It can be in any arrangement. It's up to you and let creativity to take over. Take over your body, your thoughts, your movements, your feet, your hands especially, and your eyes. Let your eyes be more free to observe whatever they want, not what you like, or dislike just wherever he needs to go and have fun, enjoy today, enjoy your presence. Enjoy all your activity and there is no right, or wrong remember. This is a moment to be yourself to be free to create anything that you want. There's no limits. I know yeah, there's limits on the resources that you can have, but the possibility of creation it's infinite. Once you're done, please leave your creation here in the forest this time. Day 6 | A Vow of Silence and Digital Detox: Hello, everybody. We're in Day 6. It is a very special day since you know you have two options. One, perform this practice for the whole day, from the moment you wake up until you go to sleep. Two, devote a minimum of three hours of this day to do this practice. Let's see how it works and how it is going to benefit your creative flow. Silence. Sometimes words persuade us to not develop our capacity to feel and to flow with their energy, especially, when we allow our mind to take all our decisions. But the purpose is not only to keep yourself in silence, but also to don't have anything to do for the day. For this hours let's imagine that we don't have any obligation. There is no list, nothing to do. Your only job is to be to have presence. If you have children, do your best to flow with their needs and emotions. Avoid control, and just let the day show you the way. Today is an opportunity to refocus. We often don't let a space to observe our lives from an hour perspective and we keep going and going sometimes in the wrong direction. Learning to refocus will help your mental clarity, and make a space for creative solutions to show up. Let's start by removing the pressure on the doing and reprogram the idea that we don't have enough time to refocus. This is an opportunity to bring clarity and let creativity manifest in your day. Digital Detox. Keep away your phone, TV, laptop, or any electronic device that may distract you, and let your close friends and family know that you won't be able to reply to their messages today. According to a study at Harvard Business School, multimedia tasking lowers our creativity and productivity. Let's think of today like a bridge to new ideas. You can probably heard before that stepping away from a project to feel stuck on is the best thing you can do. Well, today we're creating a space for new thoughts and new perspectives, which means more possibilities to make your own decisions without the influence of social media or even your peers. At the end of the day, take a longer time to reflect about today and journal around these questions. What have I learned about myself today? How is this day helping my creative process? What behavior patterns did you recognize are limiting your possibilities? How would your days be like without those behavior patterns? Finally, write down all the new ideas or changes that you feel to act upon. Please review your list of limiting beliefs from Day 3 to help you connect some wires and also they can look at your intuitive journaling writing. All these sources will help you see the whole picture. Fill your envelope with the little something from today and rest well and have beautiful dreams. See you tomorrow. 9. Day 7 | DO IT like is the very First Time: Welcome back. It's the last day. I'm very grateful to have guided you in this journey. For today, we are going to do a simulation practice and a guided meditation to close the cycle. I hope you can take the best out of them and enjoy this day to the fullest. Let's talk about the purpose of today's exercises. The simulation practice. Creativity also manifests as something unexpected that generates a reaction of surprise. This emotion is the eureka or aha, you know the feeling. The reason we react in this way is because it feels there's something new, something that we haven't experienced before, or something that we haven't thought of it that way before. This is where today's practice comes in. You're going to run a complete simulation of your day. Based on what? I want you to live every second of your day like it's the very first time. Every single food that you eat, or going to the bathroom, brushing your teeth, taking a shower, even the way you walk and feel about the world. Let's pretend that you woke up from a coma or something happened in your brain, that you do remember how to do these activities but you don't remember how it feels to do them. To make it easier, you do remember the people you live with, your pets, your name, and what you do for a living. The simulation is just about experiencing all these activities for the very first time. It sounds crazy, it will be crazy, but also fun. So good luck. Start as soon as you wake up until you go to sleep. At the end of the day, you probably will have discovered new perspectives and be surprised by the smallest things. Take 15 minutes before going to sleep to close your eyes and reflect about the following questions. Was this experiment easy or difficult for you and why? What did you like most about the experience? How is your daily routine helping and limiting your creative process? What small adjustments would improve your creative workflow? Meditation. For the last meditation, we're going to set the intention of planting a seed that symbolizes your creative self. This seed will grow to above the way to channel creativity in your own way to lead you to higher vibrations of creative energy. This meditation will also include a laughter exercise to relieve a stress, boost your immune system, and help you think more clearly and creatively. You will need your envelope near you for this meditation. You made it. You are in Day 7. Congratulations. I sincerely hope that you found many of these practices to be helpful and life-changing. For today, take your envelope and place it in front of you close enough to your hands. Place yourself in a comfortable position and make sure your spine is straight. Your phone in airplane mode or silence. Your eye mask and headphones if possible. Let's begin. As you begin to go inwards, slowly take your attention to your heart. With every breath since it's beating. At your own rhythm, start by slowing down your breath rate. Breathe in deep visualizing pure creative energy coming from your sacral chakra. Your pelvis, going up into your heart, filling it with light. Hold your breath for five seconds and breath out, spreading all the energy to the rest of your body. Keep repeating the same energy cycle using your breath until my sign. Keep going and now observe the bubble of energy that is forming around your body while you're bringing light into your heart. On every exhalation, this bubble is vibrating and glowing with many colors. Breathe in, pulling up orange light from your sacral chakra. Direct it to your heart, transforming it into green light. Hold this light for five seconds and exhale. Nourishing your bubble of light with newer energy. Continue with this visualization. Now, every time we inhale, let's focus on indulgence. Why would you like to nourish your bubble of light with? Maybe patience, acceptance and you choose. Take your time to keep visualizing this cycle of energy. Pulling up orange light up into your heart into green light. Then, into your bubble of energy. Every breath with one intention at a time. Now, keeping your eyes closed, reach for your envelope very slowly, like you're reaching for a baby. Place it on your lap and allow it to connect with your bubble of light. Feel into this envelope, observe the energy that is contained here. Take your time to remember what you put in here. Focus on the emotions and intentions to put here every day. Let's imagine that this envelope is a seat containing the Ying and Yang of your creative energy. Allow the seed to integrate into your sacral chakra. Accept the progress you've had during this week, as well as the limitations you are working on it. All these elements are part of the way you channel creativity into your field, they are not separate. Now that your seed is part of your chakra, let's focus on how you want to nurture it. Think of it as a plant with emotions and intentions you want to put in your plant. Focus on your first intention. Breathe into your sacral chakra. Feel it with this intention and emotions you want to put in your seed, in your plant. In your process of creation take your seed to your heart and feel it, and transform it into green light, and exhale while visualizing the manifestation of your intention. Observe how this manifestation is becoming part of your power of light. Be as clear as you can with your intention. Use images to picture it and feelings to communicate. Trust your process. Follow with the next intention while integrating them all. I'll give you some time. Once you're done, now direct your attention to your hands. Bring them together and start clapping at this rhythm. Inhale. Hold and stretch your body up. While exhaling, say hallo. At the very end of the breath, fall forward with that firm ha. Let's try again. Hallo ha. Hallo ha. Hallo ha. Hallo ha. Hallo ha. Sometimes all we need is to laugh with our mistakes and move on. Observe your agitation how your breath has accelerated, embrace it and slowly bring yourself back to calm. In my culture, we often use fire to transmute offerings into energy and this energy is a way to say thank you to mother earth and the mountains, both symbolizing feminine and masculine energies. It makes the path brighter and easier to follow. The journey of creativity goes alongside the way to create the reality you live in. Separating them only limits your possibilities of embodying a creative state. Most importantly, explore new exercises. I would like to know what is working for you? This practice has a lot of potential to expand your way to channel creativity as well. The process of making paint with the earth is just absolutely fantastic to me. Day 1, we opened with a guided meditation to start training your breath to conduct your attention in one direction. The intuitive blind drawing exercise help you let go of control on the expectations during your creative process. The intuitive practice of journaling served as a channel for your intuition to speak through you for the next three days. Day 2, the guided meditation created a feeling of connection with your center of creative energy, your sacral chakra, and reuse water to clear and conduct your creative energy through the rest of your body. Along with the nostril breathing exercise to help you connect both sides of the brain in coherence. All this process prepare you for the art therapy session, so that you can paint from a state of creative stimuli and balanced energy using orange as the main protagonists. This color guided you to also reflect your creative process. Day 3, the grounding session provided you with a boost of energy and mental clarity to jump on the guider journaling session, to explore a bit deeper on your conditions in limiting beliefs. We explore how they function using emotional energy. You can have with your own creative ways to approach your limitations and take action in your life. Day 4, we talked about many ways to become a better host for creativity based on evolving your ability to channel and experience a wider variety of frequencies. To put this in practice, the guided meditation aimed to prepare the ground to tune into your senses. Activate your receptivity, especially through touch and smell, and stimulate a new experience from a state of creativity. Day 5, to activate your kinesthetic intelligence to promote creativity and brought it to life with the creation of a collage of elements that you picked out from nature. We mixed a bit of tai chi anesthetic dance to tap into the frequency of the earth to promote a different sense of expression. Day 6, the silence practice told you the importance of listening to yourself, and refocus once in a while to allow creative solutions to manifest in your life. The digital detox was an opportunity to connect with your own space and to observe that you are abundant in time and possibilities. Day 7, the purpose of the simulation was to experience a new version of your daily activities from a different perspective. This practice trained your ability to expand your range of experience. The last meditation, show you one way of conducting your creative energy to allow for an infestation. You planted a seed of creativity in your life, a seed of infinite potential for you to experience. This was my perspective from the teacher's side.
