1. Welcome to the Course!: You've probably seen these
faceless educational videos, pulling in hundreds
of thousands, sometimes millions of views. And they just look so perfect. They have beautiful visuals, beautiful narration, amazing
and cinematic editing. And then you go and see
your AI generated videos, and they just don't feel right. Well, here's the thing.
Creating AI educational content has never been easier. Today, without you needing to any technical expertise, AI can help you research
complex topics, write engaging scripts,
generate stunning visuals, produce realistic voiceovers,
and edit ready videos that would have required a
full production team just one or two years ago. And all of that, without
showing your face, without needing to purchase expensive studio equipment or spending months learning
complicated software. You just describe
what you want to create and then AI create it.
So here's the big question. Why are most people
struggling to create even one proper
AI educational video? Well, it's because having
access to powerful AI tools isn't enough by itself. You need to know which tools
to use, how to combine them. And most importantly,
how to turn them into a repeatable content
creation workflow. And that's exactly
what I'm going to show you in this
class right here. So I'd like to
welcome you to the AI educational content
creation master class. My name is Lambros,
and three years ago, I stepped away from
being a doctor to launch my own
creative businesses. Since then, I've
taught more than 80,000 students across the
whole world with my content, generated tens of millions of views and hundreds of thousands
of subscribers, again, with the content that
I've produced and built three active businesses around creating and distributing
educational content. This master class right here, I'm going to walk you through my entire workflow of
producing educational videos, and you're super lucky because
you don't need a camera, lights and an awesome
studio setup like mine. You can do this without even
showing your face on camera. So let's talk about what we're going to be building
together here. So we'll start by
breaking down what makes educational
content successful. We're going to be analyzing
together real examples and understanding how to keep
yours watching your videos. Then I'll show you
how to research virtually any topic of your desire and
transform that research into compelling scripts
that grab attention and deliver genuine educational
value that retains your then comes the awesome
and most exciting part, bringing this script that
we've created to life. On a step by step process, I'm going to show
you how to source professional stock footage, how to generate AI images, and then animate them to AI videos and even
generate videos directly from your text that
look like they have been shot by a cinematic studio. Then we'll bring
everything together with natural sounding AI voiceovers, professional editing
techniques and custom tailored background
music to your script. And again, the best part of
this whole process here is that you don't need to be an
experienced video editor. Need to be super
technical around AI. Everything is demonstrated
step by step using practical examples that I will be demonstrating
on a live basis. So by the end of this
master class right here, you will have the
skills, confidence, and complete workflow
to consistently be able to pump out educational content that you're genuinely
proud to publish. Again, the opportunity to create amazing educational content has never been more accessible. The tools are already there, and the only thing that you're missing is knowing how
to put them together. So I'm super excited to have you here singing
the first lesson.
2. Your Class Project: Thank you so much for
enrolling in this class. Now in this first
very short video, I'm going to be elaborating on the class project that you're
called to complete again, by the end of this class. Now, the class project wouldn't be anything else rather than you actually posting your first
AI educational content piece in the class project description of this
class right here. So again, a successful
class project involves you following all
the information that I'm going to be delivering to you in this class right here and drafting your first AI
educational content piece. Then you upload it on YouTube, copy the link of your
video and you paste it in the class project description
for other students to view, and, of course, for
me to view and give you personalized
feedback on your video. This is also a cool
way to engage with me as your instructor. So thank you so much
for being here. Let's dive into analyzing the whole framework of producing
AI educational content.
3. What You’ll Create in This Course: Welcome to the first
lesson of this course. I'm super excited
to have you here, and I genuinely believe that this class right here and
all of the lessons that we're going to be talking
about will give you a full circular understanding on how to approach educational
content created by AI. This is an awesome opportunity, and you've actually started
engaging with this concept in the best time in the market
because AI is getting better. People are consuming more and
more educational content, and it has never been easier to actually
start producing your own completely faceless AI
educational videos out there. Again, in this class right here, we're going to be
covering everything. So I assume that you're an
absolute complete beginner. You have no idea around any AI principal or
any content principle. And we're going to
be tackling together every single point, right, every single box that you need to check in order to become a confident and updated AI
educational content creator. So let's start with this
first introductory lesson, in which we're going
to be talking about what we will be building
together, right? This, again, faceless
AI educational content engine that we're
going to be putting together in order for you
to be able to distribute, again, educational content
fastly of top quality. So here's a plan of
what we're going to be covering in this first
introductory video. First, we're going to
be talking about why actually faceless
educational content, not just faceless AI content, but faceless
educational content. It's one of the biggest
creator opportunities in our modern times. Then we're going to be
talking about what is actually faceless
AI content, right? And what it definitely isn't, what we don't want to become, which spoiler alert is AI slop. Then the four stages of
every single, again, AI educational content, right, the script, the visuals, the voice, and the editing. And those are the four pillars
that we're going to be expanding on in the
modules of this class. And finally, the
trap zones, right? What happens when you actually skip one of these stages or rush through it and we don't set proper concrete foundation
to build upon this, right? This is one of the
problems that you need to be aware of, right? And again, finally, we're going to be
elaborating on what you'll have finished by the end of
this huge class right here, and your first
action will step for the next lesson of this class. So here's the problem, right, and the huge opportunity that
arises with this problem. The old way of making educational content
isn't really scalable. And that's actually,
again, one of the biggest op opportunities that comes out of this problem, the fact that with AI
faceless educational content, we can scale this to
produce a huge amount of actually genuinely
quality videos in a very short amount of time. So the traditional route
of actually producing educational content
usually involved cameras, lights, microphones,
a huge setup, right? And our retakes of every video, not to even mention
the huge scripts that people used
to write by hand. And this was let's say the learning curve that didn't enable most experts
to start, right? You don't want to be on camera. You don't have the
correct setup. You don't have the amount of knowledge to actually
set up a camera, set up microphone,
set up lights, set up a studio like
this right here, and you just never started
due to these problems here. And the ones who start, usually, often burn out after
a handful of videos because production is too time consuming, it's
too technical, right? It's too slow. So either most people
didn't even start producing educational videos or even when they started
back in the day, it was just a huge pain in the *** to produce
these videos, and they stopped meanwhile, people are searching
for clear, again, well explained lessons on
every single topic imaginable. YouTube, for example, is the second biggest search
engine out there after Google. People are searching
for their problems on YouTube and they're
waiting for someone to actually expand on
these problems and help them with solutions
of these problems, and educational content is
there to fill this gap, right? So there's huge demand
for education out there, but there is not enough supply. But here's the trick here. AI has completely changed
this equation, right, because you can now
build entire videos, right, without even
showing your face, without needing to be
technical, without needing, you know, this huge studio
setup that I have right here. I'm more of a traditional
creator myself. Right? But you don't need all this. I do this because
it's a hobby of mine, but currently, trust me, in
this modern day and age, you do not need a crazy
sophisticated setup like mine to actually become an
educational content creator. So this again, gives this
huge opportunity to us, which is this shift of what faceless AI
content has become. So again, faceless content is video where the information
is super clear, you're delivering
educational value, you're solving the problems
of your target avatar, right? And again, the information
itself is the star here, not the person presenting
the information. You don't even need
again to show your face, obviously, on these
videos, right? So think of explainer
channels, right, history breakdowns, science
and finance explainers, right, and how to tutorials. All of these videos usually don't have a person influencer, if you will, in
front of the camera, but they were orchestrated by someone who had
the information. There was an information gap between the audience
and the creator, and the creator distributed this educational value through systems that he expanded on. So viewers come for the
clarity of the explanation, not because there's a face
on the video that they recognize and they don't need
to see who's behind this, right, which is just absolutely awesome because you can again, start distributing
educational value without showing your face. And again, in
modern day and age, AI tools can handle pretty much every single
step of the process. I'm talking about the
research, visuals, voice, and also much
of the editing, right? So again, you don't
even need to be a professional video
editor to stitch all of these videos together
and actually produce long-form
educational content. So your job as an educational content
creator shifts from a performer right, to a director, to
an orchestrator. You make all of the decisions, the decisions that require
genuine human creativity, and AI does all of
the heavy lifting. So you're left with only
the fulfilling part that made you gravitate over the
space in the first place. So these right here are the
four stages, if you will, the four foundational pillars that we need to set and actually expand on to become confident AI educational
content creators. First step right here, the
first layer is a script, and every single video starts
with an awesome script. So we're going to be talking about researching your topic, right, finding the right
ideas for your video. Because imagine like
you create a video around something that
people aren't actually interested and people
aren't willing to invest time and energy
to consume your video. And then actually writing a
clear and accurate script around this concept
that has been validated drives
search results, right? So after the script
is done, and again, it's super easy to create
these scripts, right? After the script
is done, then we move to the visual layer, right? The visual elements
of your videos. Those are images, L, AI video, titles, graphics, and if this sounds too
technical for you, trust me, it really isn't.
Like, it's super basic. It's super simple to
source, again, the visuals. I'm going to show you, like the best ways
to do that, right? And again, everything
that will bring this script of ours
to life, right? Because a script by itself is just an article,
but a script with, again, visual stimuli
towards the viewers, this gradually becomes a video. So what's the next layer here? The next layer is
adding voice, right, voice narration,
turning this script into a natural AI voiceover. And, trust me, AI voiceovers have become so good nowadays. It's almost
indistinguishable from an actual genuine
human voice, right? And then we also add some
sound design, right? So music and sound effects if you want to get
fancy with your video. So once we have the script, visuals around the script and an awesome AI
voice narration, as well as sound design
around our videos, then it's time to actually edit the video and stitch
everything up together. So we're going to be
syncing everything together and polish retain viewers. We're going to be adding
captions and then exporting our first AI video. And, trust me, when all of these four pillars come together and we've set correct
foundation and you know how to expand in all
of these layers, you will have a
beautiful video that you wouldn't even imagine that
you're able to create, right? So that's exactly
what I'm going to help you build on a step by step process again in
this class right here. So let's first start expanding, right, towards the
script, right, which is, like, probably the most
foundational piece of this whole
process right here, of this whole framework. Because if the
script isn't good, then regardless of the amount
of visual complexity or auditory complexity
that you add to your video, your
video won't be good. So the script needs
to be perfect, right? And the script, let's say,
is the thinking stage. So everything your viewer
actually wants to learn, right? And all the educational value
that your video is here to deliver is actually written
on page before we start, again, expanding with visuals
and auditory stimulus. So you use AI to
research topics. It's super important for
you to understand how to properly research topics for
your AI educational videos. Then we map our audience's
core problems, right? So we create this target
avatar of ours and we expand on the ten core
problems that the target Avador is facing and how our educational
content is here to actually solve these
ten core problems related to our target Ava. These ten core problems
are actually going to be the foundation of
our content ideas. I'm going to show you a
way to actually never run out of content
ideas by again, addressing the ten core problems that your target
outer is facing. So based on these
ten core problems, we're going to be
taking one of each of these ten core problems
or 20 core problems, right at a time, and we're going to be writing
a script that actually genuinely teaches with a clear
structure, clear language, no fluff, no filler
words, no human mistakes, just genuine educational value distributed towards
your target avatar. And again, this will not be just one single prom that
you're going to give to GPT, and you're going to have
a whole script, right? We're going to be fact checking every single claim on your video and actually
on your script. And actually, we're going
to be utilizing the part of multiple different AI
solutions out there to create the best and perfect
script that will make your video stand out from
other AI videos out there. Now, more information
about this on the second module of the
scores, which is around, again, research, ideation
and scripting, but I want you to keep
this in mind for now. So after the script, it's time for the
actual visuals, which is my favorite part
because I am a videographer. I am a filmmaker.
I love visuals. I love, you know, expanding my videos with awesome
visual stimulus. And there are so many ways
to tackle this, right? So the visual layer in faceless content does the job that your face normally would. This means that since we
don't have, let's say, a subject in the
middle of our video, like you have, for example,
in this video right here, we need to compensate by
adding cool visuals and make our videos genuinely look I'm going to show you
how to plan visuals, again, directly
from your script. So how to take your script, transcribe it, decode it, and actually have AI
recommend visual, again, solutions to
add to our script. So every single line that will
have something on screen, you actually support it. I'm going to show you how
to create images with AI and then animate these images,
turn them into videos, source existing viral, if you
know the video that you're actually planning and eye
gating already exist somewhere. And again, how to turn I can steal images into moving video, which is one of the biggest
hacks that I'm going to show you in this
class right here, right? I'm also going to show
you how to create original videos from text prom. So literally text-to-video. Anything that you
describe, I'm going to show you how to turn it into a video with AI,
plus again titles, graphic graphics
that are also key to explain your concepts
from your script. This we're going to be talking about less in Module three. So Module three is going to be structured all around visuals. So anything that has to do with visual complexity
of your video, we're going to be talking and
actually really deep diving into this in Module three. So then comes the
part of the voice, right, what your viewer hears. And this is arguably the
most important, again, pillar of this whole process because your script
might be awesome, your visuals might be awesome. But if your voice
isn't the quality of the voice narration
that we add to our videos isn't of Ser, then we will have a huge problem in retaining the viewers, right? So again, the audio
layers where trust is either won or
lost in AI videos. So I'm going to show you
how to turn this script of yours into an AI voiceover
that sounds natural. Clear and super engaging. And, trust me, I've seen
it over and over again. People are asking, What is the best script to
voice AI software. And I have actually some
solutions that are up there. I'm going to distribute all
of these solutions to you. I'm going to show
you how to use them, right in your videos. Finally, you also learn how to choose the right AI
voice for your topic, your audience, and your tone
because different markets, right, different target outers, require different AI voice
narration, let's say, approach so after this, after we've added our voice
in the sound design stage, which is going to
be in Module four, I'm going to show you how to layer background music and some sound effects
that will support your storytelling
inside of your videos rather than distract
your viewers. So more information about this in Module four of this class. So once we have all of
these pillars ready, once we have the script
ready, the visuals ready, the voice ready,
then it's time to actually go ahead and stitch
everything up together, right in the editing section. And we're going to be
talking about editing in Module five of this
class right here, what it all comes together, right? This is the
assembly stage. And again, you do not need to be a pro video editor
to tackle this. Back in the day, yes, you would need to understand some key basic video
editing principles. But now this process
has become so easy to again, achieve. So, again, the script,
the visuals and the voice will become
one finished video. I'm going to show
you how to actually sync your visuals
to your voiceover, so every single
scene will land in the right moment and
you're going to have a smooth flow on your video. Then I'm going to
show you how to add some retention hacks, for example, captions, right, on screen text, music
and sound effects, how to just bind everything together for a polish final cut. And I'm going to show you again, how to maximize audience retention because
at the end of the day, we're going to be
distributing our videos to social media platforms like YouTube BlongF content and then also short from
content platforms. So we want to maximize our
viewer retention to just help the algorithm push our videos to more
and more people. So more information
about this in the fifth module of this course in which
we're going to be talking about
editing and bringing everything g. So
our goal, again, with this class right here is to aim to reach this
sweet spot right here, this centerpiece
where the script is great, the visuals are great, the voice is great, and we stage top everything together
in an awesome edit. Because again, a
great script with weak visuals just isn't enough. A professional feeling
video emergence where all of these, again, four stages are done
well and work together. That's why we have a
different module for every single one of these steps because if one of
them isn't great, then the whole video collapses. And each stage in this class, each module, right,
feeds the next. Your script which will be done amazingly
drives your visuals, then your visual,
drive your voice. And then, again, the
combination of script, visuals and voice will drive an awesome editing
process, right? And the thing here is
that most beginners in educational content obsess
over just one stage, usually. And it could be, for example, only the visuals or having awesome voice narration or
having an awesome script. But actually having a
combination of all of these four will drive us
the best result. Right? Now, here
are the trap zones. What's going to happen if
you skip one of the stages, and if you don't follow along, throughout the whole course. If you don't have a good script, just everything collapses. Pretty visuals have
absolutely nothing to say, and viewers will
immediately click away because they have
nothing to learn, right? If you don't have good visuals, it's like having a podcast with a completely static screen. So as you can imagine, it's fine for just audio, but not for faceless video. And if we don't have a voice, then your video
will just look like a silent sideshow and
no one will watch out, because without a strong voice, there is nothing to guide
the viewer and nothing to keep the viewer engaged
throughout the whole process. Of course, without editing, your whole video is
just a collection of unfinished assets, right? A folder of great
assets just never becomes a video anyone
is willing to watch. And the thing is that most
faceless channels out there, I would argue that
more than 90% of faceless channels
out there fail, again, at missing one of these. They either don't have good
scripts or good visuals or good voice or the
video editing process isn't perfected, right? So again, they don't understand which one of these
is malfunctioning. But now, again, in
this class right here, since we're going to be
creating all of these, and I'm going to show
you how to approach all of these four steps from
the complete beginning, you can rest assured
that you will have all of the
information needed to actually set Awesome foundation and all of these four pillars. Now, in order to achieve this and be able to create AI
faceless educational videos, we are going to be
utilizing an AI toolkit, so called AI TextaC and
spoiler alert here, you do not need to pay a
single dollar at any AI, again, service out there. Yes, if you find value in one of the AIs that we will
be engaging with, you can actually pay for
the premium version, but everything
discussed about in this class right
here can be done in a completely free version of all the AI tools that
we're going to be using. And again, every stage has
its own category of AI tools. You don't need all of
the A tools that I'm going to be discussing about for every single stage, right? You just need one
AI tool per stage. So scripts become AI
chat assistants, right? For research ideas
outlining and drafting, we're going to be utilizing AI chat assistant for our scripts. For visuals, we're
going to be using AI image and video
generator voice, AI voice and audio
tools, for example, text to speech, right, music
tools and sound effects. And with editing,
there's not much, you know, AI involved
in video editing. There are some, of course,
steps that are robotic, and we're going to
be outsourcing to smart video editing
applications out there, but trust me, it's just so easy nowadays to
edit a simple video, right, a set of visual and auditory assets that
we're going to be sourcing. So AI is just going to
help us in video editing with captions, cuts, and pacing. So by the end of this
class right here, you will end up with your
first faceless video, and on top of that, you will understand the whole
framework on how to create a faceless video
and how to recreate this process for every single
video of yours, right? So every piece of
it, the script, the visuals, the voice,
the music, right, we will be addressing all of these points in
this class right here, built with this AI workflow, this AI framework that I'm going to be teaching you
in the few hours. And in Module six,
I'm actually going to show you how to take these
long-form videos that you will be able to produce in bulk and actually trim them down completely automatically to short-form content
pieces for X RR, to leverage all of the
different algorithms out there, not just YouTube, but also
TikTok, Instagram Reels. Right and Facebook, if you want to also upload them there. But more importantly, you will have a repeatable
system, right, a repeatable framework
that you can run again and again
and again and scale because your time and
your energy will not be directly applied to the
productions of your videos. So more information about
this again in Module two. So this was the first
introductory lesson of this class right here. You have an actionable step for lesson so the action
step that you have to complete for the next lesson of this course is to
actually create a folder. And inside of this folder, we will be adding every
script, every image, and every video and
every audio file that we will be creating
and sourcing with AI. Then I want you to write
down three subjects that you actually know
well and I think that you enrolled in this
class while actually knowing the needs
that you want to be targeting with your
AI faceless videos. Or if you don't have that, just name three subjects that
you're curious enough to research deeper as we're going to be doing in
the next lessons. So next to each one of these three subjects
that you note down, note who would actually want to learn this. Is
this for beginners? Is this for students, for
intermediates, right, for professionals
or just hobbyists. And after doing that,
I want you to find two faceless
educational channels in your space that you
actually enjoy watching. We're going to be breaking down, also some of the best performing educational
faceless channels out there going to be breaking down their
whole process so we can recreate the exact same
quality of videos. So I want you to bring
this list of videos in the next lesson of this class
because in the next lesson, we're going to be
breaking down in much deeper analysis why educational content
fits faceless AI in this optimal
way that it does. So I'm super excited
to have you here. I can guarantee you
that we're going to be building awesome stuff in
this class right here. Again, I'm very pumped about this, so I'm going
to see you in the next.
4. Why Faceless AI Educational Content Works: So I would like
to welcome you to the second lesson of this class. Now, in this lesson right here, we're going to be
expanding on why AI educational content is the best type of AI content
that you can produce. And spoiler alert
this happens due to the fact that the information that we're delivering, right? The educational value that
we're delivering through the videos does not require
a subject on the screen. Once you understand this, this will unlock, again, a new way to approach
content that will change, again, everything that you
knew about this space forever. So let's talk about why
educational content is actually perfect
for faceless AI. So here's what we're going to be covering in this
lesson right here. First, we're going to be
starting by analyzing why most faceless channels are actually built on the
wrong foundation, and they fade out fastly, again, due to the fact
that they are built around the wrong foundation, the wrong approach, the
wrong target avatar. Then why viewers of educational content
actually don't need to see who's
teaching them, right? They are only interested in gaining educational
value from your videos. They do not care who is
in front of the camera, which is a huge leverage, right, the huge point that
you can leverage for our content trajectory. Then the four reasons why
education in content wins, and I'm a huge advocate
for this fact right here. I absolutely love
educational content, right? And educational content
is here to stay. So four reasons are
search evergreen content, AI readiness and value
of your content pieces. Then we're going to be analyzing
the trap zones, right, how educational
content can still fail even in a great niche and
what you need to understand, right, and tweak
in order to have an evergreen content system
that just keeps thriving. And finally, we're
going to be analyzing the simple four question test to check any topic that you
might choose, right? And this also is going to be your actionable step for the
third lesson of this class. I'm super, super, super
excited. Let's get it. So let's start with
the problem, right? Why actually most
faceless content is built on the
wrong foundation? So we all have seen AI
videos out there, right? Faceless AI videos out there. Now, they don't
necessarily need to be educational AI
faceless videos, but we've all stumbled across at some point, AI videos, right? But these videos tend
to chase trends right? They tend to chase
compilations or just viral clips with
no real substance. And this is categorized as entertainment based AI content, not educational
based AI content, and entertainment based
videos tend to serve a completely different target after the one that we are
targeting with our faceless, again, educational
content, right? And they have way
less outcome, right? The outcome that they provide
isn't that tangible, right? So usually what happens with these videos that chase, again, trends and go for virality is that the
content usually spikes for a few days if it is engineered properly and
then disappears, right? Then it flatlines. It doesn't
gain any views, right? So you're always starting from zero with every
single clip of yours. And people have found
success in this niche. They have been able to
attract millions of views. That being said, it needs
constant effort, right? Constant effort,
and you don't know exactly what you're giving
to the audience, right? Because it's pure entertainment.
It's not educational. So it's super easy to copy. Right? So the moment
when it works, hundreds of near identical
channels appear. And this happens again in entertainment based
AI generated videos. And on top of that,
a problem with this type of content
is that platforms are getting stricter and stricter on low effort mass
produced content that adds no real value to
the platform whatsoever. It adds no intrinsic
value to the platform. Actually, yesterday,
YouTube released an email to all of the creators saying that they
will keep shadow banning content that has
been repurposed by AI, and it's not original content. It's just, you know,
a regurgitation of already existing content. So original content has lot of power in
current algorithms. I'm going to show you how
to create original content again in this class right here. So again, mass produced
content that adds no real value makes no sense for YouTube and other platforms, and they will start to push it away because
at the end of the day, all of these big platforms, YouTube, TikTok,
Instagram, what they do is that they have the content that you
guys produce, right? We produce content creators. And then they sell the fact that this content attracts all of the viewers to
advertisement companies. But if you can imagine, when
this company isn't quality, when this content
isn't top quality. It doesn't attract
the correct viewers, and then these
advertisement platforms aren't interested in
selling to these viewers. So educational content
solves all of this, right, and its value comes from what the viewer actually
learns from the video. So here's the big mindset shift that you have understood
up until this point. The viewers actually don't
need to see you in order for you to give them the
educational value that they are needing, right? When someone wants
to learn something, their focus is on understanding, not on the face of the person
who teaches them something. Yes, for example, in
this video right here, it's cool that I am on
the top left part of your screen and
I'm talking to you guys and we're going
through the slides. That being said, you
don't care about my face. You care about
understanding how to create AI educational content. Right? So they judge a
video by one question, does this explain it clearly? And in most cases, you can actually
also explain things clearly while utilizing
artificial intelligence. So what really matters
here are clear visuals, a calm voice, great
audio quality, and a well structured script. That answers the question
better than a camera, for example, or a
studio setup like mine. You really don't
need this to just deliver educational
value online. So some of the biggest
educational channels out there are actually faceless, and they managed to deliver
their educational value with, again, animations,
diagrams and narration. And back in the day,
I can guarantee you that creating animations, creating diagrams and narrating was a huge pain in the ***, but can be easily tackled with the proper AI software that I'm going
to show you, right? So that's why education is the natural home
for faceless AI, and that's what
we're going to be leveraging in this class
right here, right? The content just
carries the trust. There's no need for a subject to be in
front of the camera. So these are the four
reasons why education wins, and the four reason are search, evergreen content,
AI readiness and value distributed again
through our content, right? So regarding search, people are always looking for answers. In the first son of this class, we elaborated on the fact that YouTube is actually the
second largest search engine. People are using YouTube
to ask questions, right, and they're solving
these questions through videos that pop
up in the algorithm. So again, your videos
can be found on demand. And if one of your
educational content pieces hits search results, which means that when
people search for it, they stumble across your video, then just like that,
magically, you are, again, serving your target avatar, you're solving your target avatars problems on
an evergreen way. And talking about evergreen, a good explanation
of a topic that delivers educational
value and solves problem, stays useful for years, not days compared to a short, let's say, TikTok or short, short-form content
piece that was engineered around
bringing entertainment, right, providing
entertainment value and just spikes and then
flat lines, right? Again, a readiness. Educational content is
structured visual and narrated, right, exactly what
AI does the best. This is why there's a
huge opportunity in creating AI educational content. And regarding value,
your learners won't gain just
entertainment value, right? They are actually a
high value audience who trusts teachers
and buy solutions, and they're here to have
their problems solved. And we will be solving
their problems with AI generated again
educational content. So where all of these
four overlap search based, again results, Evergreen content
system, AI readiness, and valuable audience is a faceless channel that
keeps growing, right? So let's actually tackle
these one by one. Let's start with search, right? And it's super
important for you to start creating
educational content around something that people
are actively looking for. I'm going to show you
in the next module of this class how to actually
research your topic and how to make sure that all of
the content you create is around a problem and a top that people
are searching for. But again, every
day, people type questions into Google
and into YouTube. How to do this? What is that, right? Or this explained. And educational videos answer those questions directly, right? They answer those
questions directly. And YouTube, like, YouTube
algorithm actually promotes videos that tackle
search based questions. So again, you have
very high chances with your educational content to
rank up on search results. And once you rank up
on search results, once you prove to these
algorithms that yes, this video actually solves the problem of my target avatar, then your video will be pushed
more and more and more. And your reviews graph will
look like a linear line. It will be a linear
line that just keeps growing every single day rather than an exponential line that sees exponential growth
and then flat lines. So again, educational
videos answer those questions of
people directly, and they are discovered
through search engines, which is the biggest again, thing that we're going to be
leveraging with our content. So they're not relying
on an algorithm hack, for example, or just
pure algorithm luck. You're meeting demand
that already exists, you're solving problems that
people are searching for, which by the way,
you can validate and you know exactly which problems
people are searching for. And thus, you get rewarded. So search really doesn't care
who is presenting, right? It cares whether your
video actually matches the question and if it's able to actually solve the
question that people are Asking, right? If you are able to solve the
question that people are asking for and deliver educational value and provide solutions to these problems, you will be rewarded
by the algorithm. Again, in Module two,
I'm going to show you exactly how to
research properly. So you know exactly what your
audience is searching for and you are here
to fill this gap. Now, let's talk about
evergreen content, right, how the content
we're going to be tailoring in this
class right here just keeps working for you for
years and years and years. So a clear explanation of how something works is just as useful three years
from now as it is today. It really comes
down to the topic and the framework that
you're breaking down. And, you know, if
there have been any updates on the framework, but a solution to
a problem, right, provided now will be the
exact same solution to the exact same problem
that someone will search for three years from now. And trend type of content
spikes again and dies, but educational
content keeps, again, collecting views way after
it has been uploaded. I have been creating educational
content for years now, and I can guarantee you that some videos of mine that
I've produced two years ago, three years ago, are still
gaining a lot of traction, a lot of views
because new people are stumbling across
these problems, and my videos are
here to actually educate them and so over time, as you're producing more and
more content that addresses your target Ador and solves your target
Adors core problems, right, then your library
starts to compound, and every video just adds to the views that
the old ones get. On top of that, if you manage
to follow my framework, which we're going
to be laborating on in this class right here, right, my framework includes you outlining your exact
target Avatar, knowing exactly the pain points of your target
outer, if you will, the ten core problems of your target Avador
and then creating video solutions to
these core problems that your target
Avador is facing. The thing here is that the
people who you will be attracting with
your content will have the exact same problems, which means that
they will just keep watching all of your
videos because we will map out their exact
problems before we produce video solutions
for these problems. So that's what makes
the effort of building a proper AI workflow
actually worth it. The fact that you can just keep producing more and more videos that addresses the target
Avatars core problems of yours, and then this creates an
evergreen system around this. Now, Again, AI just fits our whole workflow
here because it's super easy to deliver
educational value with AI. So educational content, as we elaborate on
the first lesson, has a clear structure. We start with the hook, then we elaborate on the concepts. We set examples, and we
recap what we talked about. And that structure
is exactly, again, what AI is great at helping you, right, research,
script, and produce. So concepts are super easy
to visualize with AI. Nowadays, trust me, even like three months ago
or six months ago, it was a bit harder to create AI generated
educational content. But nowadays Trust me, with the tools I'm
going to show you, it's going to be very, very easy and very, very
straightforward. You don't need to be
technical whatsoever. So AI images, AI videos, viral diagrams, maps,
right, on screen text, it's just very easy nowadays
for everyone, right, without needing to
be a videographer, without needing to have
any film experience, right, or video editing
experience to produce this. And a calm clear
narrator voice is actually precisely what
modern AI voices do the best. And it's almost
indistinguishable from a real human being, having an AI voice
explained on these videos. So you don't need any on camera charisma or,
again, improvisation. I have been creating, like, original
content like this. I'm a human being, right?
I'm a real human being. I haven't been
creating content like this for a long time now. I have trained my
storytelling skills. I have trained the way
that I talk to the camera, but you don't need to
acquire these skills that I have because
we're going to be doing this again with AI. So again, a clear
explanation well produced is something that we
can definitely do with AI. Now, I think one of the
biggest assets of creating educational content is
actually the people who you attract people who you are attracting with
educational content are high value people who actually value education itself and
not only entertainment. They're searching in
these algorithms in order to be educated to
solve their problems. So this means that they have
a higher level of awareness. So again, educational viewers
want to improve something, right, because they
have a problem. Skills, their career,
money, knowledge, right, whatever they want to
improve. And niches, right? And we're talking about
niches in just a second here, but niches like
finance, right, tech, education, offer often also
earn higher ad rates, right? You get paid more from
YouTube to produce videos around these niches
than pure entertainment. And it makes absolute sense. For example, a
technology breakdown of the latest AI
technological advancements, a video around this
would earn more than a simple video
around subway surfers, right, and a narration
from Redt which would be an entertainment
based video, right? On top of that, learners, people who you educate, actually go ahead and because
they value education, they buy things they
can buy courses. They can buy guides, they can buy templates,
tools, memberships. So you have a huge
opportunity to actually monetize your content with another layer on top of just the simple videos
that you produce. More about this in the final module of this
class right here. Another point is
that when you teach someone something and they
find value in your content, this builds a trust, right, a relationship of trust
between you and the creator. And this trust is what turns a viewer of
yours into a customer. And content madisation is another huge category of content creation,
but it's out there. And if you create
educational content, you have just set foot in the right direction
to actually also add another layer of monetization
around your content simply because you will be attracting these
high value people. So even without showing
your face at all, you're building an authority
brand people come back to, and they will be coming back to once you set the
correct systems and frameworks into place in order
to pump content in bulk. Right? So the sweet spot here is a combination
of all four of these. So a combination of
search based content and evergreen content system, AI readiness, and also valuable audience
that you attract. So again, search
alone isn't enough. You can only create search
based videos, right? Ever Good alone
also isn't enough. You need to creating videos
that people are searching for and you have a valuable
audience to view them, right? So you want all four of these
actually working together. So search based, again, videos, videos are tailored for
search based engines, bring new viewers in, and Evergreen keeps them
coming for years and years. AI Ready lets you produce
content consistently, and we're going to be breaking
down this whole framework again in this class right here. And value makes every
viewer worth more, right? It just creates the
value of your channel. So together, all of
these four points turn a faceless channel of
yours that has been again, completely created AI into a real growing asset, not
a lottery ticket that, by the way, you can also
sell in the future if you're interested and if
you have attracted a big amount of students. And that's why, again, this entire massive class
right here is built around educational content and not entertainment based content. I think you understood
this point right here. Now, let's talk about the
four trap zones, right? Where actually
faceless educational content channels
go wrong, right? And those are the four
pitfalls that I don't want you to fall again on. So first of all, the biggest
problem going too broad, trying to satisfy too
many people here, right? Everything about money,
for example, right? No one will search
for a solution that just teaches him how
to make money, right? Then you can't really
stand out because your niche is too saturated. So the name of the
game here is to try to sub niche as
much as possible. And we're going
to talk about the golden spot between niching down to a niche that still has a lot of people who are
searching for a problem, but it's also not
that saturated. Then, no depth. Some educational content, again, AI content channels
right there there just don't go too deep
into the topic. So generic AI scripts can repeat what every other
video out there says. That's why it's super
important for us to understand how to
script properly, right, and how to
actually deliver the script in the
most optimal way. Wrong fact is
another huge problem with AI faceless educational
content channels, and we're going to be overcoming this topic on a separate lesson. So one wrong claim, for example, in the comments, could completely diminish
your whole educational value, and your credibility
just like that is gone. So we always need to
fact check our script before actually fitting it into the AI to produce
the videos for us. And on top of that,
no angle, right? A copy of a bigger if your channel right
here is just a simple copy of a bigger channel, you will not have a
different angle, right, a different value position that you propose to the market, and viewers have absolutely
no reason to choose you. So just being purely
educational isn't enough. You need to be specific. You need to be accurate.
You need to be original, and you have to
know and actually provide education
from a new angle. And that's what
I'm going to show you in this class right here. So niche is, like,
super important. You need to understand
what a niche is, and you need to know how
deeply you must sub niche. So every niche that
you choose can work. And the biggest core
niches here are health, wealth,
and relationships. And all of the topics on
YouTube, on Instagram, on TikTok are just a subcategory
of these three niches. Wealth and relationships, right? But some are actually especially well suited to
faceless AI content. Finance, for example, can become money explained
with investing, budgeting, economics
made simple. I'm talking about just
some niche ideas here. Niche of tech becomes
tools explained. So software
editorials, AI tools, how tools, right, that
need constant updating. So it's a good also const opportunity for
history and science, if you're interested in
history and science, becomes stories explained. So we're talking about visual, narrated and
endlessly searchable content about history that
can be reamped all the time. And skills become self
improvement explained, right? Productivity, languages,
career, and more. There are so many niches
out there that you can choose from and again, me, we're going to have a separate lesson on
how to niche and how to sub niche and how
to actually select to provide educational value to a select pool of people that are still enough to view
your videos and have your videos pop
off, like, go viral. Then again, also without having competition of a
saturated niche. So now we elaborated on
why educational content is perfect for faceless
AI productions. Again, it's time
to actually break down educational
content to its core. Right? And actually, again, strip down educational content to its foundational pillars to be able to set proper foundation for this journey of ours. So in the next lesson of
this class right here, we will be having a
educational video that was greatly
produced by AI together. We're going to be breaking
it down piece by piece to see what actually
makes it work. Then we'll talk about
the building blocks that almost every single
explainer video has in common and how we can actually leverage them
in our content journey. And also, we'll look at how these pieces fit
together to keep viewers watching and learning all the time from more
and more of your videos. So get ready because in
the next lesson, again, we're going to be breaking
down a whole video that has been
amazingly produced. I think you're going to gain
a lot of educational value, funny enough, from
this breakdown. And then after we
break down this video, we're going to be taking
all of the pillars and all the things that we learn from the next lesson, actually, I'm going to show you
how to apply them to your educational AI
content journey. I'm super, super excited to have you here,
see you the next.
5. The Building Blocks of Great Educational Videos: What actually composes a
great educational video, not just an educational video that's created and uploaded, but an educational video that is created, uploaded, hooks, engages and actually retains
viewers throughout and has high chances of
actually hitting the algorithm and going viral. This is exactly what
we're going to be breaking down in this
lesson right here. So in the first part
of this lesson, this part that you're
watching right now, we're going to be breaking
down the pillars, the foundational pillars of a genuinely good
educational content piece. And then I'm going to
actually show you on real time one of my favorite educational
content channels, and I'm going to be
breaking down their videos to see and cross check
the foundations again that we're going to be
setting in the first layer of this lesson right here in practice
in this video. So let's start by
analyzing again and breaking down
educational content, right? The anatomy of a video
that teaches, hooks, engages and retains
viewers throughout. So again, in this Asnid here, we're going to be analyzing why most educational videos
lose viewers quite early, way earlier than other
types of videos, even when the information is
genuinely good and you have taken care of the
script and you've made sure that the
information is good. What actually makes
a video teach what helps a video convey
educational value, right? The journey from a
question, right, the viewer has a question
when he enters your video, and then to the aha
moment that we're going to be talking
about in just a second. And the four building blocks
of a great explainer video. Because a great explainer
video is structured upon four building blocks that we're going to
be breaking down. And these building blocks
are the hook of video, the structure, examples, and the payoff or the
so called Aha moment. Then we're going to be analyzing
the trap zones, right? What happens when one
of these blocks, right, either the hook, the structure, the examples or the
payoff is missing. Right? And then finally, a simple video blueprint
that you can use for every single video
that you will be creating after this
class right here. So let's start with
the big problem. And the big problem that this content niche is facing
educational content is that multiple viewers actually tend to walk out of
the video fastly. And this happens due to the nature of
educational content. As you can imagine,
entertainment style of content is way easier to retain people than
educational content if not approached
correctly, right? So many videos just
start super slowly. They have long intros, logos, and before
we begin sections, right before anything actually useful happens
inside of the video, and especially combined
with AI because now people have an e for AI, right? They just click off. So that's something that we
want to navigate away from. Then again, other people
dump information with no clear order in these videos because it's actually pretty
easy to source information. It's easier to source
information with all of the AI systems that I'm going
to be explaining, right? But if you just dump
this information without a clear order and without
a sequence of events, nothing real happens for
people to hold onto. And that's why they click away. The most important
thing that you need to understand in
content in general, not even educational
content is that people are attracted to flow, right, the flow of your video, the storyline of your video. They want to have a
continuity on this video, and it doesn't really matter
what your video is showing. It could be an
entertainment based video. Be an educational video. If your video doesn't have
a continuity and a pacing, it will not work, right? Another problem with people
who create educational videos is the fact that they
simply sometimes stop, right, with no recap, no reason to watch anything
else on the channel, which is one of the
key things that will boost your channel
on the algorithm, having one viewer watching multiple videos of yours, right? So this is also something
that we want to work on. Now, the good news is that
the best explainers follow a simple singular pattern that we're going to be
breaking down, right? And this pattern can be again, broken down right into pillars, which we're going to
be doing and learned. So you don't need to reinvent
the wheel here, right? Many people have found success with their
educational videos, and that's what
we're going to be demonstrating again in
this lesson right here. So what actually
makes a video teach? So every educational video
out there is a journey. Again, and this
journey starts from a question in the viewers
head that they had when they clicked on the
video and then ends to a clear answer the so
called Aha moment. So we want people to enter our videos being confused
or curious, right? And they should
finish off with a Oh, now I get it, the so
called Aha moment. So every second inside of
the video either moves them forward on that journey or
gives them a reason to leave. So in every second, you need to build this trust between your content
and your viewer that he's slowly and steadily going from complete confusion
to this aha moment. And it all comes down to
the angle of your video. So your job as the creator is to design this journey on purpose, to design the angle
of your video, the continuity and the
flow of your video, on purpose to gradually
move people with a standard pace from complete confusion
to this aha moment. And this journey is made on these four building blocks that we're going to
be bringing down. So let's talk about these
four building blocks. Now, the most important
thing that you need to understand is these four
building blocks right here. Every video starts with a hook. Then we have the structure of the video where we
deliver the information, then examples to help
people digest information, and then a final payoff
so called aha moment. So the hook of your video is the opening line that gives the viewer a reason
to keep watching. It validates you
hook your video, validates your thumbnail and
your title selection because your thumbnail and
your title selection makes a promise to the viewers. So when viewers
think to themselves, Okay, cool, I'm going
to give this video I go, and they
click on the video. The first seconds of
your video, your hook, need to deliver on this promise
you made to your viewers, or else they just
going to click away. Then after the
hook, after you've won the trust of your viewers, it is time to actually structure the information inside of our video to deliver educational
value, retain students, retain learners, and of course, gradually move them
from this point of curiosity to this point of, again, the aha moment. So we need a clear path that takes them from the
question that they had in their minds when they
click on the video to a concrete and solidified answers. And this is also
one with examples. Now, examples are super potent because they overlap with
storytelling, right? And storytelling is insanely important if you want to
make it in the content game. You see, people
really like to be told stories and they really like to learn
through stories. So examples are an awesome
way to actually retain people throughout your video and deliver educational
value through stories. And we talked about
analogies, stories, right, visuals that make
abstract ideas, ideas on the air actually
concrete, right? They contextualize these ideas. And finally, a payoff. The recap of your video
this aha moment that actually makes the video
feel worth it, right? And if you manage to bring
all of these together, this makes a video
that first of all, teaches, engages, and retains students and learners
throughout all of the content. If you do this
properly, you will see amazing results with your
educational content. These are, again,
the four pillars, the four most important pillars, and this is arguably
the most important side of this whole course. If you manage to check all of these four boxes
with your content and every single video of yours, you will find success. So let's talk about the hook. The hook is super
straightforward. With your title and
with your thumbnail, you made a promise to
the viewers, right? And this promise needs
to be kept immediately, because people are
very, very suspicious. When they click on a
thumbnail and they click on a title that feels, you know, extraordinary
and drives the click, even in the first
two or 3 seconds, if you don't manage to actually qualify in their minds and have them stick on the video,
they will just click away. They always want to click away unless you have
an amazing hook. So the hook is
your first second, and it decides whether the rest of the
video gets watched. You might have the
best structure, the best examples, and the
ultimate pay on your video. If the hook isn't good, people will simply click away. An awesome way just make hooks good is open with
a question, right? Open with a problem
or a surprising fact that will keep people engaged and just
get straight to it. Don't ask for likes, don't ask for subscribes, dive immediately to the topic of your video and make
a clear promise. What will the viewer understand
by the end of the video? So validate your thumbil, validate your title in the first few seconds
of your video, so we know that
they will actually reach Anahaoment at the right, and you should definitely
skip long intros. We don't want Hey guys. We don't want welcome back
to this channel. Value comes first, especially if you don't have
a very established brand. But even very big channels, even very established brands, know that the hook is the most important part
of the whole video. So they skip the welcome
to this channel part. They just dive
straight to the hook, and if they want to, you know, add more branding
elements to their videos, they include branding
between the hook and the structure never in the
first second of the video. So in faceless content, your opening line
and first visual have to grab attention on
their own immediately. This is the part of the video where you need to invest time, you need to invest
energy to perfect. So after the hook, we
have the structure, the bath from a confused
viewer that has a question in their mind
to an answer, right? This is also a very
important part, as you can imagine of the video. Now, it's super easy
to actually create a great structure video with a power of artificial
intelligence. And what you need
to do is that you simply need to break
your topic down into three to five clear chunks
and have one idea per chunk. Then you order them, so each chunk builds
on the last, right? So simple first, complex later, and that's how you gradually
move people again from confusion to this aha moment
and sign post as you go. So we start with
first, then you give A content piece. Next, then
you give a content piece, and here's the key part, then
give another content piece. So you gradually build momentum until a key part
reaches its point. And then we move to the
second chunk, right? You gradually build momentum until you have a
smaller aha moment, and then you gradually
build momentum in the third chunk until
you have an aha moment. So views should never feel lost. And this really
makes a difference in the pacing of your video. So pacing is just building, building building until a
big point of the video, and then next chapter, we build build,
build, build build, and then a big payoff
comes, and then again, we build Build Build, and
then a big payoff comes. And if you zoom your video, your whole content should
be again building up, building up, building
up, building up to a huge, again,
payoff point. And then you do this again
and again with more videos. So a good structure, is what keeps people watching again through the
middle of your video. And if people cross this
middle point of your video, chances are that they will
watch the whole content piece, which is awesome for the
algorithm and your channel. And it also makes
your visuals, again, easier later because every chunk will become its own scene. You need to be a
director here because, again, imagine the visuals are completely outsourced to AI. The audio will be completely
outsourced to AI. The scripting will
be outsourced to AI. So your genuine human
creativity comes right here, how you dictate this
video right here, right? How you direct this video right here and the
structure of your video. It's also very important to
have a very clear structure, again, on your videos.
Then we have examples. And what examples
do is that they simply take abstract
moments that flow in the air and no one really
knows what you're talking about and actually
contextualize them. They make them concrete. So concepts only stick when viewers can connect
them to something real. And connecting these
concepts to something real is just a matter of
using analogies, right? For example, think of like, and then you give
an analogy, right? This turns a hard idea
into a familiar one. So this is where we
use storytelling. We use case studies. You use real numbers to show the idea working
on the real world. And this is another awesome way to engage people because
with storytelling, the human mind is designed to love stories and to
listen to stories. So don't just tell again,
show people, right? This where AI images,
roll diagrams, they do their best work, and I'm going to show you how
to create, of course, all of them specialized and
directed to your videos, tailored to your videos with AI, which is, again, just
going to blow your mind. And as a simple
rule of thumb here, I want you to have one example, at least one example for every key concept that you
elaborate on on your script. And this is how we
leverage examples. Too many examples
will bore people out because we're talking about
too much details here, but two little examples, we'll have everything
being abstract, which is something
that we don't want. Finally, at the
end of your video, you need a huge,
huge, huge payoff, a huge ha moment, a huge takeaway that validates the time and the energy that your audience spent
on your video. Trust me, if at the
end of your video, this time and this energy is validated and your
audience is satisfied, first thing that they will do
is that they will click on your channel and watch every single other videos
of yours, right? So the payoff is where just
everything clicks together. You deliver the answer that you promised in the hook, right? And this hook delivers
the answer that was promised in the title
and the thumbnail. So when they see
again your title, when they see again
your thumbnail, they will immediately click and watch the next
video of yours. So you need to recap
the main points in simply a few seconds. So the viewer leaves with
a clear summary of what was summarized again and
explained in your video. You give them one
thing to remember or to do if you have
something actionable, if you're teaching
something actionable, something they can use
right away, right? Again, educational content is all about delivering education, which will be, again, implemented by your
students on the real world. So it's more important to
give them something that they could work on immediately. And also, you can point
them to your next video. You can have a call to
action being like, Hey, if you enjoy this video, so many other videos that
you will find value from. So check out the other
videos in my channel. So this keeps them again so this keeps them again,
learning on your channel. Keeps them engaged
on your channel, and the algorithm will boost
your channel if it sees that one viewer watches
multiple of your videos. So a strong payoff is what turns a one time viewer
into a subscriber, and a subscriber into
someone who knows, likes and trusts you, and will see immediately we'll watch
immediately your video when he gets
identification that you uploaded one more video. So the sweet spot is
where all of these, again, four points meet, right? These four points meet when a video teaches
engaging content. So the sweet spot here is where all these four points
meet the hook, structure, examples
and the payoff. So a great hook with
no structure will get clicks then loses yours
in the first minute, right, because you
have an amazing hook but no structure after the hook. So you retain people
for about 10 seconds or 15 seconds, and
then they're bored. A great structure with
no examples is clear, but super dry, super abstract, and it's hard to
contextualize it, right? So it's easily forgotten. We do not want a structure
without examples as much as we don't
want an awesome hook without great structure. So when all of these
four are in place, viewers watch longer,
they learn more, and they will come back for more and more and more
content of yours. So that's the bar
for every video you make with this class right here. The bar is having
an awesome hook, knowing exactly how to
structure your video, providing examples to make
abstract concepts, again, concrete, and finally, a huge payoff and aha moment
that will bring people again back for
more videos of yours and will keep them engaged
throughout your channel. So what happens when you're missing one of these
blocks, right? I think it's super
straightforward. If you have no hook, people will click on your title, they
click on your thumbnail. They watch the first one or
2 seconds of your video, they are disappointed and
they simply click away. If you have no structure, you have just a confusing
ramble of information that people would be able to also
source directly from GBD. So viewers lose your thread, they have no angle, no flow towards your story and simply they click
away mid video, which is super disappointing. If you have no examples, your content is abstract,
right, and forgettable. They hear about your content
try to understand things, but their imagination just
runs faster than you think. So they just click away
because they cannot contextualize what
you're teaching. And finally, if you have
no payoff, no aha moment, right, no takeaway, people have just simply no
reason to come back. Having no payoff is
actually better than having no hook or no structure
or no examples. But actually having
a great payoff after having an awesome
hook, awesome structure, and of awesome
examples is really just the cherry on top of the cake, and will
help your channel. So much. So most weak
educational videos are missing usually
one of these. And if it's more
than one of this, you just never heard of these educational
content channels because they never surface
through the algorithm. And trust me, having a problem
in one of these four is, of course, super
common, but it's also super straightforward to fix. So from this lesson right
here, you will be walking away with a video
blueprint, right, a formula that you will go
through every single time when you produce a
new video and you have always in the
back of your mind, right, forged in the
back of your mind. So every video that you make
from now on should follow the exact same super
simple four path blueprint that we discussed about, right? The hook, the structure,
examples, and payoff. And it works, again,
no matter your niche, no matter your format, no matter the length of your video, you can make 32nd
videos around this. You can make 1 minute
videos around this, you can make 20 minute
videos around this. It really doesn't matter. On top of this, knowing this four step
formula, which again, it's super simple
becomes the backbone of the script that we're going to be creating together
in Module two. And later, this
script will guide our visuals and our visuals
will guide our sound design. So again, it's super
important to set clear and correct
foundation right here. That's why I'm
stressing this video, this lesson right
here so much, right? And you don't perfect
this on day one. You don't need to perfect
this in this Don right here. We'll start again
in Module two by breaking down a
proper structure and a proper script of your video using AI to research
your topic and, of course, to draft
this script of yours. So now we analyze
these four pillars, it is time for me to actually
demonstrate one of the best educational content
pieces out there on YouTube, and let's actually go
ahead together and break down this video and analyze
exactly what works, why it works, and these four
pillars again on real time.
6. Deconstructing a Successful Educational Video: This right here is the
video that I've chosen for us to preview for
the demonstration, again, of a perfect,
perfect, faceless video. So the channel is
called Mega Build. It has 1.6 million subscribers, and the title of the
video is called How Greece is starting to
build its own Dubai. So as you can see, the promise that this title and the
Sumnil which by the way, is awesome promises
to the viewers, is that it's going to
explain them how Greece, this poor country is
building its own Dubai. So let's actually go
ahead and preview this video together and
break it down together, and let's start
actually with the hook. So, I'm going to start from
the beginning of the video. Let's go. Athens, a city with deep history and a key part
of Western civilization, is now undergoing the biggest urban redevelopment
in all of Europe. Wow. What a statement. So let's just break this down again because it's
absolutely awesome, and I think that it's
actually genius. So it starts by
setting the anchor, right, to something
that we all know. It starts with Athens. It shows the Parthenon. And it states that it's
currently building one of Europe's biggest
development projects. Wow. That's a wow. And it actually validates the idea behind
the title, right? Greece is starting to
build its own Dubai. People are like, Wow, I really Greece starting
to build its own Dubai, then they click on the
video and they see this. Athens, a city with deep
history and a key part of western civilization
is now undergoing the biggest urban redevelopment
in all of Europe. What a hook. And these were just
the first 10 seconds. Note also that it gives
a historical example, anchoring Greece, right, to what people think
of Greece, right? Which is at which is a country
with huge history, right? And it's actually undergoing this huge development
right here. So let's actually
keep on watching. As part of this
project, Greece is building its tallest skyscraper. But that's just a small
piece of the mega plan. So as you can see, it gives
us a small hint that, yes, Greece is building a skyscraper, but now it also hints
that through this video, we're also going to
be elaborating on this mega plan,
while also, again, this way, it just keeps people curious to just stay and
watch this mega plan. The goal is to compete with Dubai's high end developments, but with much more
green space instead. So again, setting up the
angle of this video. The goal is to compete with
Dubai's again, mega space. So again, we're anchoring
things by setting examples. These abstract concepts of, yes, Greece is creating
this huge development, this huge mega plan, but
now we're anchoring it to reality by comparing
it with Dubai, which is absolutely genius. It of a desert landscape. Hey, I'm your host Regis. And today, we look at this
more than 20-year-old plan, finally being realized and
put it under the microscope to see if it really is as
unique as it promises. And this was the intro.
This was the hook, and it was a beautiful hook. Now, as you might have seen, the visual complexity isn't
something crazy, right? It's just aerial shots of
this development, right? So, three D animated shots
of this development. But the music is
great. The script is absolutely perfect, right? And the music is
also on pointed. It's dramatic music playing
that keeps people engaged. And this is how and why this video has been
performing such, again, in an awesome way. So you can see that, again, visuals sometimes play a
secondary or a third role, again, in making
an awesome video. In this case, what carried the video was the
awesome script, the awesome hook,
the awesome sound, and then came the visuals. And as you can see, this is
where this channel added its logo on second number 38. So after 38 seconds, this channel used to
leverage branding, right? In second 38, not in second one when the video
started in second 38. So we have this awesome hook. Now people are engaged. So now let's let them know
that this is the channel Mega Builds that's
elaborating on this video. So again, everything is structured into segments,
as you can see. And this is Chapter one,
in this case, segment one. It's not bad to actually
let people know that you're now entering this
chapter or this segment. So now Chapter one starts, and Chapter one is called
Greece and Athens. And by the way, you will
see across this video that the visuals kind of
remain the same, right? It's just aerial
shots of the place. But the script and
the narration and the delivery is so good that this is what
keeps people engaged. So let's go ahead and watch Chapter one and break
down what happens. Before we can really understand this massive new mega project, we need to take a look at Greece and Athens for a few moments. Landmarks make their cities distinguishable in an instant, but Athens might be the most
recognizable European city, even without the
imposing Parthenon. A look at any random part of the city's panorama easily
reveals its identity. The light building colors,
their uniform height, and the constant concrete and stone make Athens seem antique, even when cars, drones, and LED billboards are buzzing. For over 2,500 years, Greeks have valued the Agora, an open space for
gathering and discussion. So what are we doing here? Again, we are anchoring
this new idea. We're anchoring this new
idea of the development, right, and the new Dubai into something that
people understand. And we're starting this
storytelling sequence by making an analogy with
the ancient Agora and ancient Greece, right? So we're anchoring, again, the whole story
into something that people understand
and know about, which is the ancient,
again, Greece, right? The fact that ancient
Greece existed. Today, Athenians often struggle to find a shady spot
for their meet ups. Only 11% of the city's
surface is covered by trees. That's almost rock bottom of
all the European capital. Again, comparing Greece and comparing this concept
with other countries. This is a great
example of an example. So we started with the hook. Then we had some sort of
structure in the first chapter, and then we're giving examples. We're putting everything
into perspective here. None of which need the air
and the shade more than the southernmost continental
capital in all of Europe. Also, I want you
to note the music. Like, for some seconds now, just music has been
playing for people to digest the information
that the script is giving. And I think that, you know, there is no argument here that the script that this person has created in the fteord
here is the beautiful part, right, and delivers
the most value here. In the case of this fteort here, script is number one,
pacing is number one, storytelling is number one, and then visuals and
audio come next. But the gold mine in this
video is actually the script, which I want you to understand. In 2007, citizens had to endure a record high temperature
of 44.8 degrees Celsius. So again, breaking
down a problem, right? Breaking down a problem,
pointing out a problem, and then expanding on how this development is going
to solve this problem. This is part of an example
that we set here, right? And again, part of a
storytelling sequence. A quarter of the trees in
the mountains surrounding the urban center have sadly been lost in the last six years. The situation is so dire that
the mayor even announced a plan to plant 25,000 trees
in the next five years. So again, expanding
on this problem, pointing out this problem, making this problem
more evident. So people ask, interesting, well, how is this
going to be solved? So it just adds up to the
confusion of the people? The rapid population
boom of Athens in the last 190 years also didn't leave much room
for sufficient planning. Back then, the city only
counted about 4,000 people. Again, historical
reference anchoring this problem and this solution that's about to be announced
to the ancient Greece. When looking at
satellite images today, it's hard to find
any spots of green. And this is where
the Elincon comes in to give the Greek capital
a new pair of lungs. Again, a clear solution
to this problem. This is where the
Olynicon comes in, right? A way to give people new lungs, super straightforward, a
preposition to this problem, and again, a smooth transition from the
problem to the solution, which is the reason why people clicked in this video
in the first place. So again, now, Chapter two, immediately, the solution
to the problem is revealed, and then this hit
transition to Chapter two when we're gonna be
expanding to the solution, which is the AlinonPject. Could you build a
company across Shanghai, London, and Dubai in one year. TetasraThough some describe it as a brand new standalone city, Alnkan is actually
a new neighborhood. So people think of viewers
of this video think that, Wow, people describes it. People describe it as a
new stand alone city. That's insane. Let me
just keep watching. So this is how he keeps
people engaged here. Being built in the southern
suburbs of Athens. And it's a pretty
big one at that. After all, it's
being developed on the land of this
abandoned airport, an area of 6.2
square kilometers, just slightly smaller
than Gibraltar, is about to become an oasis for a city that
desperately needs it. Again, highlighting the
solution to the problem, but the fact that the
ElincnPject is about to become an oasis for the city that
desperately needs it, right, highlighting the solution
to the problem and also making a small remark
towards the problem we talked about in the
previous chapter that now has been contextualized and
absorbed by the audience. Elincon means Hellmic or Greek and will offer more than
just a green urban space. It will have everything
a modern place of living needs to have a
mixture of residential, commercial, cultural, sporting, tourist and
educational facilities. The site will also
become home to the tallest skyscraper in
Greece and the Mediterranean, in addition to a total of
around 6,500 new apartments. So again, now at this point, this is the point of redemption
for the viewers, right? They get to understand what's
happening in this project, why Greece is starting to
actually build its own Dubai, how this new Dubai inside
of Greece will look like. So this is let's say the candy inside of the video.
This is where Get actually rewarded
by clicking, right? And this happens in
minute three, right? But let's see how he actually keeps people engaged
after this minute. Those will be balanced by 2.5 square kilometers of
green open space, which is about 75% the size
of New York Central Park. All of this will increase
the amount of green space in the Athens Metropolitan
area by whopping 44%. As of the making of this video, over 900 trees and 80,000 different regional plants have
already been planted. The total goal is set at 31,000 trees from 86
different species. So again, this is a part of the vdiant which
just promised it just delivers what has been promised in the
title Endothumnil, right? So it's just value,
value, value, educational value
and what's going to be happening in
the lion project. And again, what
is this new Dubai that is being developed
inside of Greece? Over 1 million Mediterranean
native plants. For comparison, the just
mentioned Central Park has only 18,000 trees. Athens jam packed
metropolitan area has nearly 3 million
people living in it. Hence, it's kind
of confusing that the Alncon area hasn't
been used so far, especially given that
it's fully surrounded by a thick urban network
in all directions. The project sits in
a prime location right on the beach in Athens. And it's well connected. Just a short of course, now the visuals are redeeming
themselves, right? So these are just
awesome visuals that we're seeing in
the video right here. And I think this video
actually was created pro AI, so it was actually
designed by humans, which is insane, if
you think about that someone actually went ahead and designed these
three animations. But you're lucky because now I'm going to show
you how to create these with AI they're gonna
look better than this, and you're gonna be
creating them way faster and way cheaper
than this guy. Short trip to the
busy port of Pies. 30 kilometers from a new airport
and a half hour drive to the city center
and already linked to the Metro on
its eastern edge. So how come this
prime real estate only began construction in 2021? And now this is an anchor for a new chapter or a
new talking point that points out a new problem. How did this big
development only start now? Now this is a segment to
another story, right? So this is how he
keeps people engaged, pointing and moving out from one problem and one talking
point to the other. But this is actually a very
fair question to be asked. Why hasn't this project
being started earlier, and that's how he
retains people? Well, initially, the Alcon was an airport with
the same name, serving Greece until 2001. But again, the area was too
good and big to stand idle. So in 2004, it was
used for the summer Olympic games and later
as a refugee center. But that's still a long time for such a prime piece of land to
remain pretty much unused. So, what happened? It's actually an
interesting story. Again, this is a long time for this piece of
land to be unused. So what happened? He
poses another question. He increases the curiosity of the viewers while their answer, you know, their core
question has been answered. They now know about
this new Dubai. They now know what
this new Dubai inside of Greece will have. But now he poses a
new answer, right, a new chapter inside of
the video to be explained. In 2005, over 300 teams of architects competed
for the chance to design the area into a park. But only three years later, the financial crisis hit
Greece like a wrecking ball. At some point, the country
was $333 billion in debt. I guess that's kind
of an achievement. This led to a steep decline in both public and
private spending. And as a domino effect, property values plummeted by nearly half and scared
away really any investors. So now he elaborates on the
economic problems of Greece, which is something
that people need to understand in
order to understand why the development of the incon has been delayed so much. Now, this is how people
are being engaged. And let's be honest here,
this is a very cool video. Then in 2014, one of Greece's largest real
estate developers, Lambda Development, managed to secure the rights to
develop the project. But due to the financial crisis, the development rights were not formally transferred until 2021. So you can see the
years quickly added up. Now, construction has finally been underway for
quite some time now, and the Mega Project is actually
starting to take shape. The first phase is scheduled for completion by the end of 2026, with the entire
development expected to be finalized by 2037. Estimated to boost Greece's
GDP by whopping 2.4%. But the big question is,
again, serving a new question, posing new questions after he has delivered
the facts, right? New questions, more curiosity, solution to these questions. Again, aha moment for the
viewers and then new questions. So it's just, you
know, build up, build up, build up
payoff, build up, build up build up
payoff, build up, build to build a payoff in
segments inside of the video. This is what makes this
video so powerful. All of this be enough
to compete with Dubai? Will all of this be enough to compete with Dubai curiosity, right? Curiosity,
curiosity, curiosity. And this is how we turn into Chapter three. The potential. These three students in
Sweden almost got banned from their university for
creating an AI study, too. We lovable, kid. Greece has recognized the
huge potential of tourism, taking inspiration from
cities like Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Doha, which attract visitors
all year round, and a key selling point
for the Elncon is the much shorter flight
from major European cities, which are all under 4 hours, far shorter than a
trip to the Emirates, and, therefore, a pretty
interesting alternative. Projections estimate
that Athens will see an extra 1 million
tourists each year, a 15% increase from the current 6.4 million annual visitors. But Dubai has the burg Khalifa. Artificial islands,
giant aquariums, museums, and again,
giving an example, putting everything into
perspective by comparing this fictional project
that is proposed in this iterate here to something
that already exists, which is this
development in Dubai. So much more. Which
begs the question, what attractions will bring
people to the Olnicon? Another question, right? So it was build up,
build up, build up. Right? And then
another question. What are the attractions that
are going to be bringing people inside the Enigon?
So let's elaborate on them. Besides the unique
and green scenery, tourists will be drawn in by the largest shopping mall in Greece being built in the
eastern area of the plot. On the western side, the well known American
brand Hardock is developing a resort with a major casino for
around $1,000,000,000.5. Also, Elincon will have
the luxury of a 1.5 kilometer beach front on the
world famous Aegean Sea. Alongside the marina,
these will be the key now we're in the
process building up, right? It's a build up. It's a buildup. We're delivering
information, and now another question
will be posed, I bet in simple seconds from now selling points at
the Athens Riviera. Additionally, the
ElinconEperience Park, which has already attracted over 3 million visitors in
just three years of operation, offers more than 22 unique and immersive
technological exhibits and digital activities to discover the
redevelopment project. But the bread and butter of this project, you see
the pattern here? Now, it starts to add this curiosity payoff,
so let's see it. But the bread and
butter of this project is still the luxury real estate. And the most interesting of the several residential
areas will be located in the Little
Athens neighborhood. Located between the beach
and a massive park, it's been a clear
candidate for the most in demand section
of the project. Within it, the Park Rise
residences stand out, offering views of the
sea and the mountains. As of the making of this video, 60% of the 1,115 residences have been reserved
by buyers with almost half, 40% of them coming from abroad. For those who need it,
buying a property for over half $1 million gives foreign investors a golden visa, residency permits, and a
European Union passport. Further east, all
the residences in the 200 meter tall Riviera Tower have been pre sold for an
average price of $3.7 million. The skyscraper is part
of the first phase, which is expected to
be finished by 2026, and since it already
reached 20% of its total height
and is currently growing one floor
every five days. Which is insane, by the way, one floor every five days. It seems like the project is going pretty darn well so far. The same goes for
Elincons commercial hub, located in the
northeastern part, more than two thirds
of leasable space has already found a tenant. But while all of
this sounds great, the reality is that Greece
will have a tough time competing with Dubai on
most of these areas. Greece is not and can't
afford to be a tax haven. And while the country
is doing better, it still doesn't have
anywhere near the money to have all of the extra
sites that Dubai has. So what do you think?
And now a breakdown of what happened inside of the video in minute eight point minute
eight and 59 seconds. We have 17 more seconds
left in the video. And as you can see, again, the pacing is up there. R really starting to
build a new dubi? Small recap of what happened
in the video, right? And again, it reframes
the whole question. And do you want to visit the
Olnicon once it's finished? Let us know your thoughts
and the comments down below. As always, thank you
so much for watching and we'll see you
in the next video. And that was an amazing video. I think that the biggest
thing that you can get from this pedo rate here
is how amazingly, right, this man right
here managed to again build up upon
payoff points. And we had these buildups
and then payoffs immediately in so many parts
of the speed right here. So we broken down this video, and how many times did we see Buildup Build the Buildup pay? Right, too many times. I think this was very, very
educational for you to understand how a proper basing
works inside of a video. And this was the
breakdown of this, again, short video right here. So your actionable
step for this lesson right here is to
actually go ahead and reverse engineer a great
video of your choice. I want you to pick
one video from these two faceless
channels that you chose in the first
lesson of this class, and I want you to watch
it once just for fun. You've watched it for fun, and make sure it's not a 1
hour educational video, right? After you watched it for fun, I want you to watch it again, but now with a notepad and
map out these four blocks exactly as we map them out in the video that we
demonstrated right now. So what are the chunks
that they're using? What are the examples
that they're choosing? What is the hook, again, this channel utilized,
right, for their video? And what's the huge payoff? Now, I want you to sketch a rough blueprint of your
own top subject, again, from lesson two, just
simple basic bullet points and bring both of
these to Lesson four. Because on Lesson four,
we're going to be talking about how visuals and audio actually bring
this blueprint to life. So again, in Lesson four, we're going to be disussing
about the two layers of educational content. Pretty much every
video out there is composed visuals and audio. And if you manage to properly understand visuals and
properly understand audio, now you properly
understand video. So again, every faceless video is made of these two layers, what people see and
what people hear. And these two layers
are equally important. Great visuals with bad
audio doesn't work. Great audio with bad
visuals doesn't work. So you will see how
those two layers carry each block your blueprint, and we'll look at why this
balance between them, this smooth balance
between them makes or breaks a faceless video. So I think that this was a super educational segment
of this class right here. And again, if you
understand the power of bringing these four
pillars together, your hook, your structure, the example, and a
payoff to your videos, you will inevitably find
success in this niche. I want you to forge these
four words on your mind, hook, structure,
example, payoff. So I hope I didn't
bore you here. I'm going to see you
in the next lesson.
7. Researching Your Video Topic with AI: So now we're done with analyzing every single aspect of your educational faceless AI
content production journey. And again, we have a
huge theoretical part in the first module
of the course. It is now time to move to the second module in which
we're going to be starting by talking about
researching your topic. Now, there are multiple
different ways to research your topic
and actually check the competition around
a subject that you have chosen to tackle with
your educational content. But before we actually do this, I need to make a small remark
about the EGI Ci framework. Right? Now, again, in the first part of this
class right here, I'm going to be demonstrating
the EDGIFramework, which is just a simple
basic compass on what you should choose to elaborate on with your Faceless
educational content. And then I'm going to show you three ways to
research your topic to start setting foundation around creating our
awesome script. So let's start by
analyzing what is the so called EDGiFmula, right, which is like the
formula that I use in every single digital product that I create in every
single video that I create, in every single journey that
I'm willing to embark on. It's kind of a theoretical
thing to think about. But then again, it's just
very important for you to understand the concept
of the EGI compass, because again, it will
help you massively, I had to include this
in this class, right? So what is the
IdiGiHo did it start, right? The rise of the EGICi? So there were discussions
and debates about the so called IDiCi
around in the late 60s. Right in, again, Asia. So one reason cited for this is that in the aftermath
of World War two, citizens of many
countries were primarily focused on maintaining
their livelihoods, making it difficult for
them to contemplate the concept of EGI Gi, right? So, however, as the tide turned towards rapid
economic growth, people found themselves able to reflect on their own lives. Simultaneously, technological
advancements led to concerns about the erosion
of individual humanity, creating a sense
of alienation and prompting questions about
the meaning of life. Now, again, this class
it's not that deep, right? We're just producing
educational content. But if you're going to be
investing time and energy into actually building and creating something and releasing
into the world, you might as well follow
the Egui concept. So there are four pillars in the so called Idi
Gai concept, right? And these right here are
the four pillars, right? So the EDI GI, which is what we're
going to be targeting, what we want to be targeting in every single
digital creation of ours is pretty much a
combination of what you love, what you love to talk about,
what you love to read about, what you love to
think about, right? What the world needs, right? So what the world
actually needs, what is in demand right now, what you can actually
be paid for. So, you know, being able to capitalize on what you love
and what the world needs, and also what you are good at. So ideally, what you want to be doing with
your educational content is targeting a combination
of all of these four, right? What you're good
at, what you love, what the world needs, and
what you can be paid for. And if you manage to find your Idi ki and actually
be able to again, produce it and distribute it at scale with faceless
educational content, it would be awesome
because what you love and what you're good
at is your passion, right? But it's not your
mission, your vocation or your profession, right? What you love and what the
world needs is a mission, but not exactly your passion because you're not very
good at this, right? Or what you can be paid for and the world needs is vocation. But again, a combination
of all of these four, what you're good
at what you love and what the world
needs and what you can be paid for, is the EgiGuy. So I want you to
just take a moment, sit down and think actually what is a combination of, again, what you love the world needs, what you can be paid for,
and what you're good at. And don't worry about what you can be paid for that
much because you will have and you
will understand multiple ways to monetize your
faked educational content. For now, focus on
what you're good at, what the world needs, and
what you love, right? So once you take a
piece of paper down, note down these four areas right here and where
they overlap in your life and actually
think about your own IgiGi. Now, you embarked
in this course, probably knowing that you want to create
educational content. And since you're curious about providing educational
value to the world, you might have a general idea of what you're going
to be talking about. But the biggest
question that I want to solve in this again, lesson right here is how
much should you sub niche? So let's say for the sake
of this demonstration, that I would like to
create educational content personally around the
Roman empire, right? So we're going to be
taking the Roman Empire as the example that
I will be, again, expanding on and creating my educational content pieces around because it's
an awesome topic. So what are the
different ways to research what are the people have been doing around
the Roman Empire? There are three ways
to do this, right? The first one is by utilizing the biggest search
engine out there, and the biggest search engine out there is, of course, Google. So make a simple Google search
around the Roman Empire. And let me show you
exactly on real time how I would tackle this. So I would click on
new Dab and I would go to Roman Empire. We just click on
Roman Empire, okay? Now, let's see what
actually comes out again, when we search for Roman Empire. So a basic, brief explanation
of what the Roman Empire is a Wikipedia article 0F
what the Roman Empire is, and again, more and
more information about Roman Empire because this
is a very wide topic. So maybe we could
actually expand on this. And how would I expand on this? I would click on
here, and I would search for the biggest questions
around the Roman Empire. So, for example, just by
searching the basic topic of what you're thinking of creating and expanding on
with your faceless topic, you see some of the most
common questions around this. So when did the Roman Empire
begin and end, right? When did the Roman Empire end? What was before the
Roman Empire, right? Roman Empire origin country. How did the Roman Empire begin? So you see the biggest questions that people have around
the Roman Empire. Is Greece older than Rome? Did Rome fall in, let's say, 476 or 14 53? How many years did the
Roman Empire last? These are some awesome
content topics that we could tackle
because as you can see, there is a lot of demand
through this, right? Roman Empire Map,
Roman Empire flag, Roman Empire history,
Roman Empire kings. All of these, as
you can imagine, are topics of videos that
we could create. All right? So the first way,
again, to research, do some basic research
is just Google stuff. And you can actually
Google more keywords. So how did, for example, right? How did the Roman Empire start? How did the Roman Empire end? How did the Roman Empire fall? How did the Western Roman
Empire fall, right? So starting, ending, falling, how did the Eastern Roman Empire become the visiting empire. Again, questions, questions, questions that we could expand on and solve with videos, right? So again, the first way to
research is just by performing a basic Google
search and just see what people are looking
for around your topic. Second way to do
this is to actually leverage the second biggest
search engine out there, which funny enough,
is YouTube itself. So if I go on YouTube and
I click on Roman Empire, you can see all of these
different videos that pop up. So, for example, the
entire history of Rome, and it has 9.6 million views. I was created five months ago, which is crazy, right? Ancient Rome in 20 minutes, nine years ago, it
has 13 million views. The entire history of Rome. So you can see that one
of the biggest confusions around this topic is the
history of Rome itself, the history of the Roman Empire. When did it start?
When did it fall? Right. And again, why it ended? What caused the Roman
Empire to collapse? More questions around
the Roman Empire. Now, again, I'm
not going to bore you around the Roman Empire. What I want you to
understand is again, all of the different
how to research actually on YouTube by
searching your topic. So if I click again
on Roman Empire here, and I search for the
exact same theme, how did the Roman Empire? You will see all of the different things that
people are searching for. So how did the
Roman Empire fall? Hao Be Ember become Christian, Hromepire split, start,
collapse, work, expand, right? So more, again, you gain more information around
your niche and around your topic and around
how much you should sub niche or not
through YouTube. So again, option number one to perform basic
research, which, of course, I urge you to do is to just perform a
basic Google search. Option number two is to actually perform a basic YouTube search. And now let's
actually go ahead and engage in the proper
way with research, which will be off
course with AI. So for the sake of
this demonstration, we are going to be
utilizing JAGPT. Let me just put on the
tab properly here. We will be engaging with JAGUPT. And let me show you
exactly the prompts that I want you to input. So first of all, throughout
this whole class right here, I want you to engage with hat GPT regardless of which area you're
going to be using. You could be using Google Jami, you could be using Claude,
GPT. It really doesn't matter. Any language model would work
here because we're doing just some very basic work with GPT at this
stage of the course, at least for
researching purposes. And what I want you to do and what I want you
to have in mind is that all of the interaction that we have with GPT for researching, I want you to keep on
the exact same chat. So I don't want you to
open 20 different chats. I want you to keep all
of the interaction in the exact same
chat right here. So let's start by giving brief Again, context to GPT on
what we will be doing. So give this prompt. I will be creating
faceless, right? AI educational content
around the Roman empire, right around, of course, your
subject, right? You niche. I want to sub niche to
the ideal, let's say, spot to the ideal fine line between a topic that
will be searched, but is not that
competitive, right? I want you to break
down my options. Right? And give out this prompt. Now, don't worry about
spelling mistakes. Don't worry about
grammar mistakes. AI is way smarter than us. So as you can see,
I did actually multiple grammatical errors and spelling mistakes, but
it's completely fine. Now the thing with
AI, and I think with JBT is that it's become
so powerful and so smart right now because it
can scrape all of the data from the Internet
and just give you the best solutions
immediately right here. So let's actually analyze
what JBT gave us. The Roman Empire, finding the best sub niche for faceless
AI educational content. It's an excellent subject for faceless
educational content, but I would avoid building a generic Roman Empire
history channel. The opportunity is to
identify a sub niche that combines high audience research, relatively low competition, strong curiosity, AI
visual potential, and content scalability, which
is exactly what we want. Right? So I searched the Roman
history content landscape, including existing
YouTube videos, popular formats,
and potential gaps. One important distinction,
the rankings below are qualitative
market assessments, not verified keyword volume or competition
measurements, right? So to establish those, you need a dedicated YouTube keyword and competitor
analysis tool, which is something
that we very briefly did before we started
engaging with GBT. So the ten best Roman
Empire sub niches, the dark secrets
of ancient Rome, right, daily life
in ancient Rome, forgotten Roman
history, Roman crime, punishment, Roman
engineering and technology. So all of these are topics
that we could expand on. And it starts expanding all of these topics and how
we would tackle them. It gives us a lot
of information, and I'm not going to bore you
with all the information, but in your niche, after you've given this prompt, you will have a basic
outline of how you could, again, approach this and the best ways to actually start with a YouTube
faceless content, let's say, channel around this niche that you have chosen. Now, again, I'm
not going to bore you with multiple details here. The thing that we
achieved up until this point is that
we've given GPT, we've given AI context around what we want
to be creating. But now the coolest thing
about this class, arguably, and I know that I say this in every single lesson of ours, but trust me, this is very cool, and I have been
doing this for every single different content piece
that I have been producing is that I want to actually use AI with you guys
to draft right? My own target avatar, my own ideal avatar that would love to see
these videos, right? So let's start by outlining
our target Avatar right now, and then I'm going to
show you an awesome way to never run out of
video ideas again. So, based on this brainstorming
session of ours, right. I want you to outline my target avatar for
these again, videos here. Mention the top problems, right, or let's say, confusions that he
might have around this subject that we
have chosen to address. Right? And with this
powerful prompt right here, we are going to be able to
create our ideal viewer, the ideal viewer of our videos. And by having your
ideal viewer map out, then it's super
easy to just expand on these core again
curiosities that he has, these core confusions
that he has, and we're going to be
solving these curiosities. We're going to be solving these confusions
with our content. So again, target Avatar, Facets Roman Empire
educational content. Let's say, content niche, daily life in ancient Rome, which is actually a cool, again, approach, a cool angle
to approach this. Whereas we're sub
nising inside of ancient Rome without
keeping things too broad. We're not going to be
creating another video on the history of Ancient Rome. We're actually going
to be sub nising in the daily life
of Ancient Rome. Supporting topics
dark Roman history, crime punishment, medicine, and forgotten history,
content positioning. Discover what life
was really like in Ancient Rome through
fascinating stories, surprising facts, and immersive
AI generated visuals. So this right here is
our ideal view avatar. Right? A their name, let's say the curious
history explorer, he's 18 to 44-years-old. Gender, probably
male bad content should also appeal
to all genders, location, right, USA,
UK, Canada, Australia, other English speaking markets, where we have, like, you know, facts about
their education, facts about theiroccupation,
facts about their interests, the platforms that they usually go to and their viewer habits. So watches short
educational videos during breaks and longer historical documentaries during
leisure time. So psychographic profile. Our ideal viewer is
intellectually curious but doesn't necessarily have an academic background
in history. He enjoys discovering
fascinating information about civilizations that existed
thousands of years ago, what he's particularly
interested, right? What would my life
have been like if I lived in
Ancient Rome, right? And this is, for
example, a great topic to expand on on a video. How did ordinary Romans survive without
modern technology? Was Roman society really as
brutal as movies portray? What did Romans eat, wear, and do every day? Top ten problems,
questions and confusions. So number one problem doesn't know what everyday
Roman life looked like. Number two problem.
Believes Roman society, right, consisted primarily of emperors, soldiers,
and gladiators. Number three, struggles to imagine life without
modern technology. And what is the
coolest thing that is gradually arising from
this lesson right here. As you can see, by
outlining our target outer and by outlining also the ten core problems
of our target Outer. And this, by the
way, is a framework that I've been teaching
throughout all of my courses, and I have been
personally using in my content journey
for years now, right? It's the framework of
outlining your target outer, outlining your ideal customer, your ideal viewer, right, breaking down their ten core
problems and then naturally creating content pieces that actually serve these
ten core problems, right, that serve these
ten core problems of your ideal target outer. So all of these problems, doesn't understand
Roman healthcare, wonders how Roman civilization
became so advanced, doesn't understand the
Roman class system. All of these problems naturally give us content ideas
to address them. So now, suddenly, core problem
number three, for example, which is struggles
to imagine life without modern
technology becomes a content opportunity for how did Romans survive
without electricity? Or, again, problem number two, believes Roman society consisted
primarily of emperors, soldiers and gladiators,
becomes a new content angle, which is what was it like to be poor in ancient Rome, right? So we would take this as the title and the key
angle of our video, and we would expand on
this. And guess what? By creating all of these
videos right here, by creating
counteropportunity that arises from the ten core
problems of our target Avatar, we manage the more videos we create and the more videos
we distribute on YouTube, and to these algorithms, we managed to attract exactly the target
avatar that we have designed right
here on GBT, right? Do you understand the value of this research that
we're doing right now? Again, by addressing
the ten core problems of your target Avatar
by videos, right, by contra opportunities
that are designed to actually solve the
ten core problems of your target
avatar, gradually, you will be able to attract
in more and more detail and more specificity
the exact target avatar that you have outlined. So let's now talk about the five strongest audience
pain points, right? Pain 0.1. I know about Roman emperors, but I have no idea how
ordinary Romans lived. Underlying curiosity. The viewer wants to understand the human side of Roman
civilization, right? Example videos. What did a normal day look
like in ancient Rome? What did Romans
eat for breakfast? What was it like to live in
a Roman apartment, right? And all of these are
different video angles that you again, can tackle upon, which
is absolutely amazing. So for the sake again
of this demonstration, I'm going to be choosing one
of these angles to actually expand on video and
create a faceless video for you guys to understand, again, the processes
and, of course, how to create a video yourself. And we're going to be
starting with the script. So again, as a conclusion
for this lesson right here, let's actually pick a
topic for our first video. So don't Ja B again. I want you right, to choose the best again, topic from the ones we
talked about or again, me to expand on a first
video around this niche. That we have chosen, right? And let's see now GBD will
analyze our Tage Dadar, we'll analyze the
Dencre problems of our Togetador and again, we'll pick our first videos. So the first video,
what was it really like to be poor in
ancient Rome, right? This is a topic I
would choose to launch your faces Roman Empire
educational channel. It offers next to
the combination of broad audience
appeal, curiosity, storytelling potentials,
and opportunities for AI generated visuals.
Why this topic? It appeals to viewers beyond history enthusiasm creates
immediate curiosity. It has excellent AI
visualization potential. It naturally introduces
your entire channel. It supports both short and
long-form content, right? And it also gives
us a recommendation around the creative again,
direction that we should take. And, of course,
more and more and more information around this. So now, again, in this
lesson right here, what we managed to do
is that we managed to perform basic
research on YouTube, on Google and with JAGUPT around our topic and how
much we should subniche. We found a fine line between sub niching into a point in which there is demand
around our video, but it's not there's not
that much competition. And then we outlined our target outor the ten core problems
that our target avatar is facing and the ten
curiosity points that our target outer has
around this education, again, niche that we're
going to be targeting. And then we understood how all of these ten core
problems actually naturally give birth to topics for our content
to be produced. So now, up until this point, you should have chosen one topic to expand on
for your first video. And let me actually show you in the next son of this class, how to start drafting
the script of our video. And again, in this
asteroid here, we engage with JAB GPD
on a very basic level, but now I'm actually
going to give you some prompts for you to leverage and use to make
the most out of GPT. So I'm super excited
to have you here. Let's actually start drafting
our script together.
8. Writing Your First Video Script with AI: As we performed some
basic research, we've chosen our niche, we've chosen the
topic of our video. We've broken down our
target Avatar and the ten core problems that
Target Avatar is facing. And we expanded on these
ten core problems in ten different content ideas to attract this target
avatar of ours. It is time to actually go
ahead and script, right, create the script of the first video that we
have chosen to produce. Now, in this session right here, I'm actually going
to be engaging with Javit and I will give you the single prompt that you will be using to generate
your scripts for now. And enough of this introduction, let me actually give
you the prompt, which is this prompt right here. Let's go through the
prompt together and analyze exactly what
the prompt is about. And you can actually go ahead and delete this first
line right here. So act as an elite, educational documentary
script writer, historical researcher, and short-form video
storytelling specialist. If you don't want to go
with short-form video, just delete this and have
video storytelling specialist. You specialize in
creating highly engaging, factually accurate
and intellectually stimulating educational
videos for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok. And again, if you're going
for long-form content, just delete this and
just have YouTube. Your writing combines the
storytelling techniques of premium documentaries with the fast paced curiosity driven
structure of successful, again, educational content if you're not going
with short-form. Objective is to transform the
topic provided below into an exceptional 62nd
educational video script that captures
attention immediately, sustains curiosity
and leaves viewers feeling they have genuinely
learned something valuable. So video inputs, topic, insert your video
topic, and our topic, as you can recall right here, let me just scroll right here, is what was it really like
to be poor in ancient Rome. So we're going to
be copying this and pasting it right here to further optimize our prompt
target audience, right? Describe your ideal viewer, and we've already done this, right? We already did this. So let me actually
scroll up here for the prompt that we
created our target avatar. So at this point, you should again, create our target Amator. And this right here is
our target avatar, right? So let's just copy the
whole thing here, right? Copy everything around
our target avatar, right? Which is right year. Actually, yes, we're
going to be copying this. Oh, yeah, the psychographic
profile right here. So let's just click on this
copy, paste it right here. And again, CBT has information
about the target por, but we're just further
elaborating on this. Educational objective. We don't really need this
because we already have outline exactly educational outcome
that target Apor wants to have preferred tone, cinematic
intriguing, authoritative, conversational, and intellectually
engaging video format, faceless educational video
featuring voiceover narration supported by AI generated
imagery, animations, archival footage, or
other relevant visuals, target duration, 60 seconds. So again, script
writing requirements, create an irresistible hook open with a powerful statement. Avoid generic
introductions, right? Instead, prioritize hooks
that challenge assumptions, introduce unexpected
information, or establish an intriguing
mystery, right? The hook must be
directly connected to video's central
educational objective. Then establish context
after second 5215. Immediately provide the
essential background information required to understand
the subject. Introduce the relevant
historical period people, scientific principles,
or circumstances. C, deliver the core
educational narrative. So that's actually
pillar number three from second 15 to second 45. Develop a central explanation three clear logical progression. Deliver a satisfying pay. Right? Second 45 to 55, and then end with a
memorable closing. Second 55 to second 60. Conclude with a thought
provoking observation, meaningful implication or
powerful final sentence. Narration guidelines. Follow these rules
through the script. Again, length, 130
to 145 spoken words, language, clear, natural
conversational English, right? Sentence structure,
primarily short and medium length sentences, pacing, dynamic, but never rush, voice confident,
knowledgeable, and engaging. Storytelling educational first, entertaining, second,
accessibility, right? Assume viewers are intelligent but unfamiliar with the topic. Right? And finally,
factual accuracy. Before finalizing the script, identify the central
factual claims, verify their historical
scientific or technical accuracy using reliable sources, avoid fabricated questions, clearly distinguish between
confirmed facts and scholarly interpretations
and avoid presenting debated explanations as universally
accepted conclusions. So final format. This is the
final format right here. And again, this
is a huge prompt, but it will prompt, again, JBT to act as a
pro script writer. So let's hit on again, send, and let's see what JBT
will come up with. Again, this is a very
powerful prompt. So, part one, video title. What was it really like to
be poor in ancient Rome, Part two, complete
voiceover script. So let's see the script that was generated. And
this is all, right? This is all the script
that we're going to be again, animating. So hook, ancient Rome was one of the richest
civilizations in history, but for its poorest residents, even going home could be dangerous, right?
That's the hook. Context. Imagine living
in Rome around 100 AD. While emperors enjoyed
luxurious places, palaces, many ordinary people
rented crammed rooms in towering apartment buildings
called Insuli, right? And again, all of this, I
just want you from now to visualize how and imagine how we're going to be
visualizing them with AI. And then core explanation. The higher you lived,
cheaper your room often was. But climbing those
stairs came with risks. Fires were common in poorly
constructed buildings sometimes collapsed. Most poor apartments lack private toilets
or running water, so residents relied on public fountains and
shared facilities. And then, for
example, after we've done with all of
the script, payoff. Rome's incredible wealth
didn't guarantee comfort. Your daily survival depended
heavily on your income, legal status, and
social connections. And finally, closing. Roman Empire conquered
much of the known world, but for millions, the
greatest challenge was simply getting
through another day. And we have also a
clean narration. So this was, again, the complete voiceover script, but we have a clean
narration of again, what we're going
to be providing to AI to generate our narration. And then some fact checking notes, again, historical claims, then factual basis and the confidence of GBD around
these historical claims, right, and where they are based. So this right here is, again, our script, the
script that we generated. And again, it is, again, checked, it is fact checked, and it's also a script that has been designed to work like, again, a pro script
writer has generated. Now, again, we can further
optimize this script. And what I want to actually do to this script is
I want to copy it. I want to paste it
right here and say, I just further
optimize the script. I want you right? To add three points of again, let's say motion buildup
in this script that end with a let's say redemption point
to the viewers. Right? So in the beginning of this class right
here, actually, in the end of the first module, as you can recall, we analyzed this video, right? We analyzed this
video of these again, Athens becoming the
new Dubai by building skyscrapers in this new
landscape in the Ligon Project. And what this video had
inside was just again, build up gradually
throughout the video, we have multiple
sections of build up, build up, build up,
and then payoff, build up build to build
dependent payoff. And this is what I actually want to resemble in my
script right here, right? So I restructured
the script around three escalating
moments of tension, followed by a redemption
point that keeps viewers that gives viewers a surprising,
satisfying conclusion. So the narrating progression is danger, hunger,
insecurity, resilience. And these are, again,
moments of tension, followed by redemption,
which is something that we just keep engaging viewers more. So let's actually analyze our final script
before we take this and we start building on the visual and the
sound layers of it. So, hook, ancien Rome was one of the richest villas in history, but for its poorest residents, survival was a daily struggle. Then imagine living
in Rome around 180. Your home a cramped apartment, several floors above the street, and every night, you face the same terrifying
possibility fire or even building collapse. But survival the night
is only the beginning. You wake up hungry.
Your breakfast might be nothing more than
read or porridge. And if you can't
find work that day, putting food on table
becomes even harder. But here's what makes
everything worse. Again, build a build a
build upon attention. There's no modern
unemployment insurance, no guaranteed income. And while wealthy Romans enjoy private baths
and luxurious villas, you're relying on public
fountains and shared facilities. Yet Rome's poor weren't
entirely helpless. Some citizens received grain distributions
while families, neighbors, and patrons
could provide vile support. Even in poverty, people
would find ways to survive. And in closing, Rome's
greatest achievement wasn't just its empire. It was also the ordinary
people who kept it running. And by the way, this
script, in my case, is 60 seconds long, but you can ask Tubi to
expand on the script. And again, the
framework is there. We have, again,
build up of again, moments of tension followed
by a redemption point. And you can just keep
building up on this and expanding your
script to 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 20 minutes, right? But just for the sake
of this demonstration, I just kept the script
60 seconds long. So this right here is the script that we're actually
going to be expanding on. And based on this script that is optimized to
appeal to our target after we're now going to be expanding on the first
layer of our video, which will be the visual right? So let me actually show you in the next module of
this class right here how to expand
on the visuals, right, how to turn this
script right here. Imagine by yourself,
first of all, what should be shown on video, and then I'm going to show you everything that you imagine, how to actually turn
it into reality with AI video creation
opportunities out there, which again, are just
going to blow your mind. So thanks so much for being
here. Now we have our script. Let's actually go
ahead and start drafting our first
layer of our video.
9. Finding High-Quality B-Roll for Your Videos: Previous son of the course, we left off by having a script, again, created based on the exact parameters
that we set on GPT. We have outlined our
exact target avor. We know our niche. We have sub niched until this fine line between sub niching enough where
there is demand, but there isn't
enough competition, so our content can actually
grow and flourish. And now we have drafted a
perfect script for our video. Now, again, for
demonstrative purposes, I decided to create a video around the
Roman Empire, right? So my faceless
educational content piece will be around the Roman Empire. And it will have a
duration of 60 seconds. Now, in this new module right here that is
starting right now, it is time to actually
talk about how to populate your video with visual aspects. And in this first
lesson right here, we're going to be
actually drafting together our shot list, right? So we're going to be
taking this script of ours and we're
going to be creating, we're going to be
extracting a list of actual shots that we need to
either source or generate, if we can source
to start adding to our visual elements of video. So enough with
this introduction, let's actually go ahead and preview the script
that we have created, and let's start drafting
this shot list. So again, this right
here is our script. Again, it starts with this hook. Ancient Rome was one of the richest civilizations
in history. But for its poorest residents, survival was a daily struggle. And just from now, you can start imagining, right, the visual elements
that we could add right here. For example, for the hook, we could start with a general
video of ancient Rome. And there are multiple videos
out there that we can use. One of the richest
civilization in history, we could add a video of, let's say, ancient Roman money, right, or their local currency. Showing on screen. And then
for its poorest residents, survival was a daily struggle. So again, like,
showcasing poor people in ancient Rome and showing that they were
struggling to survive. Those are just some shots
that I'm having from my mind. Now, there are two
ways to approach the creation of a shot list. The first one is a
traditional way, which I actually really like, by the way, is taking out
a blank piece of paper, reading out your script, and then thinking of, again, visual elements that
could accompany your script exactly like I
have been doing right now. So, for example,
you would scrape your script, and
you would think of, okay, now we're adding an image of Ancient Rome or
a video of Ancient Rome. Then we're going to be showing
that they were very rich. Then they're going
to be showing some poor people, some
poor residents, and then we will have a video of them
struggling for survival. And then you just
continue to draft again, all of the visual
elements manually, the brainstorming, of course, of your visual elements
manually this way. This is actually a
very creative process, and I absolutely like it, but there's also a smoother
and better way to do this. So what we're going
to be doing is that we're going to be
copying our script, right, and we're going
to be pasting it right here on AGBT. So I pasted my script, and you give this prompt, based on this script, I want you to create a short list of all the
videos that I need to source, bring the visual elements
of this video to life. Include include one video for every one to 5 seconds of the script depending on the
category of the script. For example, hook,
right, more fast based, and let's say, context, context, build up a bit
more slow. Alright. And it makes total sense because
the hook we want to have actually want our hook
to be very engaging, want multiple visual
aspects on our hook. We want multiple videos
to be shown in our hook. But then in the
context and buildup, we can actually slow down a bit and have less
videos, right? So we hit on Send and let's see actually the shotlist
that JGBT will give us. And by the way, you can
actually combine, right, a shot list of shots that
you have brainstormed in your mind and shots
that were, again, generated with JBT right, the ideas of shots
that were generated from JBT you cannabin these. What I like to do is
sometimes I like to script with GBT my
shot list and then go ahead and actually see
which shots recommended by GBT I'm going to use and which shots I'm
not going to use. So hot list. What was it like to be
in ancient Rome format, targeted duration, visual style? Okay. So we start from here, and we have a timestamp with
a visual description of exactly what we want to
be sourcing or creating. So narration. Ancient Rome was one of the richest
volition in history, but for its poorest residents, survival was a daily struggle. So we have three shots to create and source for
this hook right here. Short one is from second
zero to second 1.5. Is duration is 1.5 seconds. And the visual description is a spectacular aerial
reconstruction of Imperial Rome at its height, featuring monumental
templates, marble buildings, and temples, marble buildings and crowded streets and
the camera movement. So there are two ways to approach this. Now we
have our shot list. And by the way, we have a whole shot list
for the whole video, as you can see, in the buildup, too, right? As you
can see the buildup. Shot four, five, six, and seven. Let's say shot number six is a nighttime exterior of a
Roman apartment building. Flames begin spreading from a lower floor window
as smoke rises. And then again, second
buildup, hunger, right? More shots, more shots, more shots, third buildup, insecurity, more
shots, more shots, and then redemption resilience. So we have all of
these shots now. We created this shot list just like that, which
is, by the way, absolutely mind blowing,
and now it is time to actually bring
this video to life. So there are actually
three ways to approach the creation of the visual elements
of this video. And in this first
lesson of this module, I'm going to show
you the first way. And the first way is the most straightforward
way to approach this. The first way includes
actually sourcing videos that already exist. So we don't use AI to
create the videos. We use actually the
Internet and SII features to actually source these videos that already exist. For example, in shot number one, which is a spectacular
aerial reconstruction of Imperial Rome, and let me copy
actually Imperial Rome. Alright? Probably,
as you can imagine, you don't need to
spend AI credits. You don't need to use AI to create a shot of Ancient Rome, because probably some
there on the Internet, there is a video of Ancient
Rome at its height, featuring monumental
temples, right, marble buildings and
crowded streets. So this is called Brol, right, adding videos to your timeline, to your visual aspects
that already exist. So let me show you
how to source Brol. So we're here on Google, and this is the
first destination which we are going to be
visiting to draft our video. And this is Canva. Now,
you probably know Canva. It is a visual tool, right? It is a visual suite you
can use on the Internet, and you can create
presentations, you can create images, and
you can also create videos. But what I love to do with Canva is to actually
source viral footage. So let me show you
how easy it is to actually source viral, which are just videos
already created by someone else out there for your
timeline in Canva. So you will open a
new video on Canva, and you would go to elements. On elements, you will actually search for the
elements that you want. So, for example, I'm
looking for Imperial Rome. Let's say Ancient Rome. And as you can see,
in ancient Rome, we have all of these
different search results. We have videos,
graphics, photos, and audio and three D renders. So what we're going
to be doing is we're going to be
clicking on videos. And just like that,
we have all of these different videos Rome, which we can actually go
ahead and check out and see which ones we want to use and which ones we
don't want to use. So now you have all of
this selection of vil, again, around ancient Rome. So let's actually scrape
through the videos. If we just hover our
mouse on these videos, we will actually see
these videos play. So we have a small playback of these videos.
This looks good. This looks good. And again, this is probably modern Rome. So I would go with
something a bit more that looks more old
style and old rendered. So we have, like,
videos of the Closeum. And this is how, again, I like to source my viral. So let's go ahead and just
click on Ancient, for example. Right? This looks good. We have videos of ancient Egypt. Let's just click on Rome. So you just perform basic
keyword research, right? Maybe Roman Empire Roman Empire. This would be a better. This
is actually way better. Mm hmm. So have more videos Rama Empire. This is actually a good
video that we could source. And again, you scrape
through these videos, you check out which
videos you want, and you select the
videos that you think that fit your
timeline the most. Of course, you always keep
in mind your shot list, which is, again, again, breakdown of all of
the visual aspects. We want to use a spectacular
aerial reconstruction of Imperial Rome. So let's see, and, of course, you can shape, like, exactly Your visual elements
depending on if you can source
these videos or not. So for this demonstration, let's actually use let's see. Let me see this video. So this is a video of, I
think Constantine. This is another good
video that we could use. These videos of soldiers
we could use afterwards. I'm having a bit of
decision fatigue now with all of the
videos that I see. I just want to, like, choose
a very solid one, right? Maybe this one, it is actually
an aerial shot of Rome. So let's click on it. And
once you click on the video, it will actually go directly
to your timeline right here. So the standard
operating procedure that I want you to
do for your video, if you're sourcing
viral again from oh this is also good,
this is also a good shot. If you're sourcing videos for, again, your, let's say, AI educational content
journey from Canva, what I want you to do
is that I want you to source all of
the roll, right? Videos that already
exist of ancient Rome. This is also a good one.
This is also a good one. I want you to source
all the videos of Ancient Rome or whatever you're
creating on Canva, right? And once you're
ready and you feel confident with all of the
videos that you have sourced, and by the way, you
don't need to source every single video
of your shot list. Source just look at the videos that you
think are appropriate. And actually, you think that describe what your shot
list is describing. Because to be honest
with you, currently, on Canva, I can't
see an exact, like, the exact video we're looking for the video
that we're looking for is a spectacular aerial
construction of Imperial Rome, but we can't really
find this on Canva. But again, for
demonstrative purposes, I want you to know that Canva is great for sourcing viral. And if you find what you're
looking for, let's say, for example, you're
creating a video around healthcare, right? There's actually a lot of stock footage
around healthcare. So in your case,
you would have all of these videos to use
around healthcare, which are absolutely
amazing, right? And you can actually
source for your video. I'm just giving you
a demonstration. Once you're ready and you've
sourced your viral in Canva, you just click on
Share Download, right, and you download, again, from here, MP four video, right? And you click on Dnload you can choose actually
the quality of your video up to four K.
And this will just again, enable you to download all
of the stock videos that you have collected inside of Canva. Now, from my case, I'm actually going to try another stock video
footage website that I really like to use, which is Artl now, Artlist is exactly as Canva, but it's just more video heavy. So in my case, since Canva didn't really fulfill
my short list, I will actually try
another software that I really like to
use to source viral. Now, we're not talking about AI video generation
about list point. We're just talking
about sourcing viral because we're
going to be talking about AI video generation in just a second in
the next lesson. I actually like to also
source viral from Artlist. So Artlist is, again,
a visual suite, just like Canva, but it's more focused on video and sound. So I really also like to use Artlst to source
my viral footage. So let's say ancient
right, Rome. And I click right here
on the search bar. Let's see Roman Empire, right? So I clicked on the search bar, and I searched for Roman Empire, and I'll wait for
a second to see what artlist has right
around Roman Empire. So we don't want
royalty free music. What we want is
actually footage. So let's click on Footage. We have Roman Empire, again, on our search bar, and let's wait for a moment, or maybe let's actually um
search this one more time. So again, we wait for a moment. We have footage, Roman Empire, and let's see what generates. So we have this
video right here, this video right here, which
is actually really good. This video is good, and we could actually use this, right? Videos of soldiers, this
is good. This is good. We have more videos of soldiers. I think this is actually better. Like the stock footage
that we're generating from MRTLst are way better than the videos that we
would generate from Canva. So what I would do
is that, again, for my viral, I would either
use Artlist or Canva. I think these are the two best
tools that you could use. Ah, this is the exact video
that we're looking for. Look at this. A render,
of the Roman Empire. This is exactly the video
that I would look for. Right? So in our case, what I do is that I click on
Download, right? I click on HD, and now my video just like
that is being downloaded. So this is how I
source, for example, the first video of my shot list. And just like that, you would go ahead and keep sourcing, again, the BRL footage of every video that you
think you would actually, it would already be, you know, created and you could
actually source, right? So I showed you how to source viral, in this
doesn't right here. But this is an AI educational content
creation master class. So I think it's very
important for me to actually demonstrate also
how to create AI videos. How to source AI videos
for your timeline. So this is exactly what we're doing in the next
lesson of this class. One thing that I want you
to really remember and note down before we move to
the next lesson is, again, that viral is just a game of being able to search what you want with
the proper keywords. And also, this is
very important. Once you start sourcing
your videos, right, it's super important for you to categorize them properly
on your computer. So create new folders, right, add these videos
to these folders and make sure that
everything is properly categorized for us to then take these videos
and put them to our timeline and start editing our educational content piece. Is very, very, very important. So now that I know how to
actually source viral, and we used Canva and
Artlis to source our video, it's actually time to talk
about AI video generation, and this is what, again, is going to be happening in the next lesson of this class. So thanks so much. I'm
Lisa in the next lesson.
10. Creating AI Videos: 3 Powerful Methods: So ladies and gentlemen, prepare to have your
mind completely blown. This is the video that you
have been waiting for. This is the video in
which I'm going to show you how to turn any concept
that you have in mind, any script that you have
in mind and any again, short list that you have in mind into an AI generated video. Now, the whole purpose of the previous video in which
I showed you how to source stock footage is to
just save on AI tokens because this is the biggest
bottleneck that we're going to be facing when
creating these AI videos. As you will see in
the next few minutes, AI videos are absolutely
mind blowing. They're absolutely insane. The only ball neck that
we're facing here is that in order to create AI videos,
you need some tokens, and tokens can actually
be genuinely cheap, but also can get
really expensive. So in this speed rate here, I'm going to show
you the cheapest way to create an AI video and also a more expensive
way to create a more elaborate AI video
that actually looks better, but still is a bit
more expensive. I'm going to show
you three software solutions which are paid, and one is completely free. And don't be afraid of paying for AI solutions
because, again, it's probably going
to be somewhere 10-20 bucks per month, but you will have
the opportunity to create multiple videos and bring everything that you
have in mind into reality. So let's go back to
our shot list here. I'm not going to bore
you with creating, like, all of the different shots for this video because this
would take a long time. So let's actually, again, demonstrate the AI creation
of the first shot, right? Oh I'm sorry, off
shot number one, which is up here, right? Up here, spectacular aerial reconstruction of Imperial Rome. So we tried to source
this with stock footage. We didn't exactly
find what we wanted. So let me show you what is the next standard
operating procedure here. The next standard operating
procedure here is to actually leverage an AI video
generation solution. We have three AI video
generation solutions that we're going
to be elaborating on in this class right here. The first one is 11 labs. Now, 11 Labs is a software that gives you the opportunity to
generate AI content. Those are videos,
images, and voice. Now, what I want
you to understand around 11 labs is that
it is great at video. It is great at image generation, but it is beautiful
when generating voice. So if we're going to be
leveraging 11 labs for something, what I would suggest
you to do is that I want you to wait and use 11 labs to actually generate the audio and the sound of your video, not
the video itself. So that being said, 11 Labs is good at generating AI video. I just wanted to
note down 11 labs. In this point of the class to let you know that you can have 11 Labs subscription
and actually generate also videos inside of 11 labs. The second option is Hagen. Now, Hagen is, again,
just like 11 labs. You can generate video,
you can generate images, and you can generate AI
voiceover with 11 labs. That being said, 11 labs
is actually better. I'm sorry, Hagen
is actually better than 11 labs in
creating AI video. And Hagen actually specializes
in creating AI adders. So being able to clone yourself, create a digital
twin of yourself, and have it generate videos. That being said, Hagen is also great to prompt a
video creation, which is what we want to do. We have the script right here. We have the exact description of the video that
we want to create, so this is the prompt that
we're going to be using, and you can also generate
a video with Hagen. That being said,
my tool of choice here is, again, art list. I like to use Art list to generate the videos
of my AI videos, and I'm going to show you
that in just a second. So this right here is,
again, the shot list. This is the video description, and this is the exact prompt of the video that we're
going to be copying and pasting to our AI video
generation software of choice to
generate this video. So what I would do
is that I would copy this prompt right here, and I would go on Artlist
and paste it right here. So as you can see, this is
the prompt that I pasted spectacular aerial
reconstruction of Imperial Rome. So exactly what GPT gave us as the shotlist
shot number one. And this is the outcome
that Artist gave us. So let's actually
view the video. This is the video,
right, 3 seconds. And it is a drone
shot of Ancient Rome. You can see everything around the Ancient Rome
that we discussed about. You can also see
the people here, the horses and everything. And right here, you see
information about the video. So when it was created, the
resolution of the video, which is full HD, the
duration of the video, 5 seconds, the quality,
again, ten ADP, which is full HD, the aspect
radio ratio, 16 by nine, so it's landscape and the AI model used to
generate this video, which is Kling three point oh. In my opinion, I genuinely
believe that Kling three point is the perfect AI model to use to render and
generate AI videos, due to the fact that it
sits on this fine line between not using
that many AI tokens. It was very cheap to create
this video right here. It costs almost nothing, and the quality is fairly good. It's actually very,
very good, right? So again, what you would do as the standard operating
procedure to just generate your shot list and bring
your shot list from, again, text-to-video,
it would be to copy every single shot
of your shot list. Based it on any AI Video
generation software out there. It could be even Labs.
It could be Hagen. I personally suggest Artlist. And just as simple as that, when you click Generate, your
video will be generated. And you can click on
this button right here. You can download your video, and you can add this video to your folder where we also had some stock footage
that we created. And as you can
see, we managed to generate something that didn't exist as stock footage, right? We searched on Canva, we searched on Artlist
stock footage section. We couldn't find this video. So this is actually a green flag to go ahead and actually produce
this video with AI. Now, let me show you a free way to actually produce this video, which is, I think, one of the smartest things
that you can do. If you don't want to
subscribe to art list, if you don't want to
subscribe to Hagen, if you don't want to
subscribe to 11 labs. The other way to
approach this is to actually go ahead and
turn an image to a video. Now you might be asking, well, where can I source an
image of Ancient Rome? I mean, there are multiple
images of Ancient Rome, but where can I source this aerial scene of Ancient
Rome that I have in mind, and maybe you have a
more complex shot list that you can actually source from somewhere the
image of this. You go to GBD, right? You scroll after, of course, all of the shot list
that GBD gave you. You copy the exact prompt
of the scene that you want to be creating and
you input it right here. I want you to create
this image, right? And then you paste the exact shot that GBD
gave you to fulfill, which is spectacular
aerial reconstruction of Imperial Rome at its height. And it created this image right here. Now,
what's the problem? This image looks good, by
the way, it looks good. Let me open it. It looks good. The problem with this
image is that it is horizontal and we want
a landscape image. So what I did after
that is that, I said, Make it landscape. And it generated this
image right here. So now we have an image
of our shot list. How do we animate this image? Very straightforward. You
download this image right here, and you either go to
Artlist Hagen or 11 Labs, and you can ask to animate this image from image
to video generation. But there is a better tool to do that, which
is completely free. And this tool is Google Gemini. So what did I do here? I basted my image,
and without even, no, yeah, I based my image, and I gave this prompt. I want you to
animate this image. And it created a video
out of this image, and let's actually
see the video. This looks great. I
think that this looks better than art lists output. So this was art list right here. You see the
video is great. You can definitely
use it, right? You can definitely use it. But the video that Jem and I
produced is actually better. I think it's better. Look at it. Smooth aerial shot
off ancient Rome. You see the civilization.
You see the colosseum two. It's functional. It
has amazing shots. So you can see how
we turned this, again, basic prompt of a shot. Right here, the spectacular
aerial reconstruction of Imperial Rome to two
different videos using two different approaches. The first approach was actually
going to Artlist or Hagen or 11 labs and actually prompting the
creation of this video, which will require a
bit more AI tokens. That being said, you will
have an exact video rendered. But if you're
willing to sacrifice two more steps to do this, you can do this
completely for free by generating an image
inside of PDF of exactly what you're
asking and then animating this image using Google Gemini. And guess what? Now, you have
all of the datasets, right? We have broken down together the standard operating procedure to take every single shot of your shot list and
then go ahead and animate it and create visual
elements out of, again, your whole shot list. So what I want you to do before we move to the next, again, module of this class
and the next lesson of this class is
that I want you to take every single shot
that was outlined by GPT, right around our
script, obviously, and go ahead and generate a
video out of these shots. And you have three
options to do this. The first option is to
directly source viral, as I demonstrated in Canva,
again, completely for free. The second option is to
directly animate it using AI, again, art List,
11 Labs, or Hagen. And the third option is to
create first an image out of every shot of your
video and then go ahead and animate it Google Gemini. I think that this is
super straightforward. And again, this was
arguably one of the most valuable lessons
of this class right here. And again, by the end of
this lesson right here, before we move to the
next module in which we're going to be populating
our video with audio, what I want you to
do is that I want you to create your shot list, right, to create the
videos of your shot list. Now, you will see that our video will gradually again
start being shaped, and we are ready after we've collected all of our stock
footage to move into actually drafting the audio
elements of our video before we also add some cool titles and
some good graphics, I'm going to show you in the
final module of this class. So thanks so much
for being here. I'm going to see you
in the next module in which we're
going to be adding, again, audio stimuli
to our video.
11. Generating Realistic AI Voiceovers: Now you know exactly how to populate the visual
elements of your videos, it is time to actually
talk about audio. And if you can recall
from the previous theoretical lessons of
this class right here, there are two layers in the
audio segment of your video. The first one is,
again, the voice, right, which we're
going to be creating in this lesson right here. And the second one is
music and sound effects, which we're going to be
tackling in the next lesson. So in this lesson right here, I'm going to show you
exactly the best AI tools utilize to actually turn
your script into voice. It's going to be super
straightforward and actually way easier than the
video creation, again, aspect of this
class right here, which required more creativity. So the first step here is to open GPT and give this prompt right here in the same exact
chat where we have been brainstorming our
whole content journey, write the niche, how much
we should sub niche. We created the script here. We created the shot list here. And now, again, in
the exact same chat, I want you to add this
prompt right here, which is I want you to give me the script we
drafted for me to input to an AI text to speech
software as simple as that. Here's the final
script we developed without timestamps
or production notes. So that's what we
want to actually remove from our script.
We don't want timestamps. We don't want any production
notes because we don't want actually AI to be narrating our timestamps and our
production notes, right? Ready to past, past directly to 11 labs or another AI
text to speech tool. So you see actually
that GPT already suggests 11 labs as our
text to speech tool. This right here is, again, the final script of our video. So we're going to be copying
this script for now. And now let's actually go
ahead and open Google. So there are three ways
to approach this with the three different
software solutions that we have been leveraging
throughout this class. The first one is 11 labs. I highly recommend
you to use 11 labs for text to speech as you have multiple
different parameters, tweak regarding the
gender of the narrator, the style of the narration, the language of the
narration, all that stuff. You can also use Hagen. As we talked about, they have amazing text to
speech capabilities. In my again case, I will be utilizing Artlist because I
want all of my again, AI creation solutions
to be in one place, and that's why I will
be using Artlist. By the way, I have been drafting
and I have been creating some of the videos that we have from our shot list to art list, and this is what my shot
list looks like, right? And as you can see,
everything is, like, super aligned and with
the same style created. So I think that the
final result that we're going to be creating
is absolutely amazing. So how do you create text to
speech content on Aart list? You click on voiceover, and now to click on
voiceover, this, again, prompt section
right here pops up. So right here, you
paste the text, you paste all of the script
of your video, right? And we actually have all of these different
parameters to tweak. So the first one is this.
Is it going to be an image, a video, voiceover,
music or three D? So this is going to be
voiceover. You select voiceover. And by the way, this
standard operating procedure is exactly the same in any
software that you choose. You get to choose the type of again, content that
you want to create. In this case, it is voiceover. Then you get to ch AI engine that runs behind this
content to generate it. In our case, we're going to
be using 11 V three, right? And then you get to choose
actually the narrator itself. So at this point,
you should go ahead and browse all of
the different again, narration options that
you have and choose which one fits again your
content style the best. So let's click on Superb to actually listen
to this narrator. Tell your story exactly
how you imagine it. Now, I think this one actually sounds like kind
of a historican. So we could definitely use this, but let's actually
see the others. So you can see here also the different
parameters of this AI. This is a male. It's social
and it's used for tutorials. This right here is
going to be playing in just a second is a male, usually used for
documentaries and trailers. Tell your story exactly
how you imagine it. So, it is a bit more deep. I wouldn't use it for
this video of ours. Let's just check out the
female voice, right? So this is female
documentaries, explainers. Tell your story exactly
how you imagine it. Right? Let's move on. Female characters social. Tell your story, exactly. No, that's definitely not gonna be optimal for our video here. Let's see another one. Male social. Tell your
story exactly imagine it. I would actually go
with the first one, to be honest with you. Like, you can change
categories here. Let's actually
browse a bit more. So let's go category, and let's choose
explainers, right? Because it's an explainer
video, I guess. Yeah, it's an explainer video. Gender. Let's try male, age, let's actually do middle
aged. So we have Keen. Tell your story exactly
how you imagine it. And focus. Tell your story exactly
how you imagine it. With a voice that brings
your ideas to light? It's not that bad. It's not that bad. Let's
actually use focus. Why not? It's actually health
and wellness. Um, how about we go to documentaries and see
what we got Gravity. Tell your story. We
checked it out. Vision. Tell your story exactly. Okay. Okay. So let's
just go to explainers. And use focus. So we select focus. This is the one we're
going to be using, and then you tweak the accent. So language is English accent. We got American accent, stability is at 50%,
leave it there. And effect, you can have
a phone call effect, vintage audio effect,
but we don't want to add any effects here. The most important
thing is that if you want to create
multiple content pieces and you want the exact
same AI narration out there to again, narrate all of your videos, I want you to remember
what you've picked here. So 11 V three, focus, English, American, no effect. You click on generate and you wait for your voice
to be generated. It will be displayed up
here once it is generated. So it's just a matter
now of waiting a few seconds for our voice
audio to be generated, right, our whole script to be contextualized in the
audio layer of our video. And the next step is to
actually download this right? And once you download
this, you have the visual layer and you
have the audio layer, and you can actually start
drafting our timeline, right, in the video editing aspect of this class right here. So the voiceover is ready. It's 1 minute long
exactly as we planned in our preproduction stage.
So let's actually hear it. Ancient Rome was one of the richest civilizations
in history. But for its poorest residents, survival was a daily struggle. Imagine living in
Rome around 100 AD. Your home, a cramped apartment, several floors above the street. And every night you face the
same terrifying possibility. Fire or even building collapse. And this sounds really good. I mean, I'm super
satisfied with this. What I want you to
note in this class right here up until this point is that it doesn't require you
to be so technical, right? We have been creating videos, right, which will look awesome. You will see in the next lesson, which we're going to be
actually adding everything up, how awesome our whole video
is going to be looking, and it didn't really require
that much technicality. We're just prompting
things here. So I think it's super
straightforward. Now, what I want you to do to complete this lesson
right here is to actually go ahead and download
this audio file of yours. Take the download, and now
it's in my download list. And now I want you
to also categorize this audio file to the same, again, folder that we have
also added our video files. So in order to move to the
next asson of this class, what I want you to do is that
I want you to have a folder with all of the video
files that are based on the script and the
shot list that you extracted from your script
and the audio file, right? The singular audio file
that will be used, again, for the
narration of our video. So now, before we
actually move into sound design and sourcing music and populating our
video with motion graphics, sound design and music, it is actually time to
draft our timeline. So what we're going
to be doing is that we're going to be opening the video editor, again, app of our choice, which are
going to be breaking down the video editor apps that I recommend you in the next
session of this class. We're going to be
inputting our video. We're going to be
inputting our audio, and we're going to be starting
to sync everything up based on the shot list that
GBD has provided to us. So I'm super excited
to have you here. As again, our video
is starting to be shaped I think that from now on, everything is going to be
super straightforward because, again, the hardest part, which was sourcing the videos
is done, and it's nailed. So I'm going to see you
in the next lesson.
12. Bringing Your Video to Life: Editing & Assembly: We have our first visual layer composed and created with AI. And we also have our audio layer composed and created by AI, the text to speech
options that we created in the previous
lessons of this class. It is actually time to start stitching everything
up together. And as you might be
able to point out, the stitching part of
this class right here. So the video editing
part begins now when we have the primary visual
layer done, right, our basic AI video and the
primary auditory layer done, which is the text to
secondary visual layers and the secondary
auditory layers, which are graphics and titles will be added after we
have actually hands, will be drafted after
we have actually seen this first draft of a combination of our visual layers and our auditory layers. So in this session right here, I'm going to show
you how to utilize the most basic video
editing software out there, which is completely free, and it's called CapCut
Now you might be, again, you might have
heard of CapCut before. It's super easy, super
straightforward to use. I'm going to just demonstrate its capabilities in
this lesson right here and we're going
to be starting to actually stitch
everything up together. So, this right here is
the interface of CapCut. Now, I don't want you
to be frightened by this interface because it is super, super, super
straightforward. The only part that
I want you for now to focus on is
this part right here. And this part is your timeline. As we will be
importing our videos, you will see them pop up
right here on your timeline. And this right here is
the small needle that dictates where our
video is currently at. More information about
this when we start adding videos on our timeline. This space right
here is the again, generation, let's say, space of CapCut in which we
will be able to again, import our videos, add text, add stickers, effects,
transitions, captions, anything that has
to do with, again, visual generation capabilities
inside of our video. So that's what I want
you to know for now. This middle window right here will be the
preview window in which we're going to
be previewing what's happening on our
video on real time, so we will be able to
actually play our video, and we don't need
to be afraid of this window right here,
we will not use it. For now, we're going
to be using it later. So what I want you
to do once you're in CapCut and you have created
a new project just like me, and you will be seeing
this again, screen, I want you to start dragging and dropping your videos right here. And ideally, I want you to also follow the
shot list, right? The sequence that
Cha GPT gave us. For example, first, we actually drag and drop the
first video that we created, spectacular aerial
reconstruction of Imperial Rome. So I'm going to go in
my download list right? And I'm going to source this spectacular
aerial reconstruction. Give me 1 second
to find the clip, and I think it's this
clip right here. So I'm going to be dragging and dropping it in my timeline. So what you will see happen is that just like that, Again, my video is right
here, and I can hover my mouse through this video
to actually play it back. Another way to play
back your video is just click anywhere on this clip right here and
click on space, right? So this right here is our video. I think I have another video
of the ARL view of Rome, which should be this one right here that we
generated with art list. So I'm also dropping
it right here. And as you can see, it
dropped above this video. So what I want to do
is that I want to drag it and dropping
after this video. So you can see that
now after this video, if I click on space, right? The next video will play. And this video is also
accompanied by audio, which we don't want to be
messing around right now. If you want to mute your video, by the way, there are
two ways to do this. So, again, this video
came with audio. So Arts generated this
video with audio. There are two ways
to mute this video. The first one is to click
on this small, again, line right here and just drop it below to zero if
you want it to be completely muted
or just decrease it if you want to hear
just a bit, right? And this is, again, the video that we're
going to be using yes, so I can delete this
one right here. And let's check out
our shot list to just keep adding more
and more videos. So then wealthy
Roman aristocrats enjoying an extravagant,
again, meal. So I'm going to go on my download list to
source this clip, which was, again, prompted
with what Jachbt gave us. These are the
wealthy aristocrats. Let me also decrease
the audio bit. To there. So this is amazing. Shot number three,
abrupt contrast, a poorly dressed Roman laborer. So let me source
this next video. So again, exactly
what I'm doing. I want you to also do
source this video, dragon drop it right here. Amazing. Next, which is street level view of a densely populated
Roman neighborhood. So, again, let me
check this out. It should be this
one right here. Amazing. And next
on my shot list is interior of a tiny
floor Roman apartment. Let me find this. This. Yep.
Is this one right here. And I'm just going to add
one more final clip, right, which is the
nighttime exterior of a Roman apartment
building flames begin spreading from
the lower floor. And it is this video right here. So, again, this is the
standard operating procedure that you should follow
throughout your whole video. Again, I'm not gonna bore
you. We have 30 seconds of footage captured
up until this point, right, with viral and everything. And our
video looks good. So let's actually go ahead
and preview the video as is. Let's actually go
ahead and preview what we have without even
adding the audio. Prosperity it actually looks really good. I mean, the visuals are
amazing. It looks like we had genuine actors working for us in this video
here. It's great. So now what we want
to do is that we also want to add drag and drop, actually, the audio
layer that we created, which is, again, on your
downloads folder or on any folder that you sorted it after downloading
it from Art List. So right now, I'm just
going to be adding dragging and dropping
my audio layer, which is right here. So what I want you to do once
you have this audio layer, I want you to drag and drop it again in the
beginning of your video. So now what you will see that we have is our audio right here. So let's actually go
ahead and listen to it. Ancient Rome is one of the richest civilization
Ancient Rome was one of the richest
civilizations in history. But for its poorest residents, survival was a daily struggle. Imagine living in Rome
around 100 AD. Your home. For us residents, survival
was a daily struggle. But for its poorest residents, survival was a daily struggle. Imagine living in
Rome around 100 AD. Your home, a cramped apartment, several floors above the street. Every night, we face the same terrifying possibi fire or even building collapse. Yeah. Okay, so the first
thing that we see here is that our audio and our
video are out of sync. So at this point,
what we want to do is that we're going to be
listening to our audio, and I want to match exactly what is being described and
narrated in my audio with, again, the visual clips playing. So in order for us to do this, we need to cut and stitch
up clips together. So for this first part, I'm going to cut, actually, my audio file right here because this is
where I want it to end. So what I'm going to be doing is that I'm going to be dragging this needle right
here at this point, and I'm going to be
clicking on my again, audio file, and I will B blade. Okay. So at this point,
what I want to do. Okay. So since we want to remove all of this
part of the audio, which we're not going to
be using because again, my video will end right here, I will hover this needle exactly where I want
my video to end, and I will click on
B on my keyboard, and B on my keyboard will
give rise to the blade tool. As you can see, my mouse cursor
changed to a blade tool. So now when I click you
will see that this clip, this audio clip was actually split in clip one and Clip two. So I can click on Clip
two and delete it. And this is the process
of video editing, just splitting clips up and
stitching them differently. So let's actually go ahead and play back the video once more to actually change the
visual, again, stimuli here. Ancient Rome was one of the richest civilizations in history, but for its poorest. Okay, so ancient Rome was one of the richest civilization
in history. So I think that this
is a combination of this first clip and
this second clip demonstrating wealth. So Ancit Rome is one of the Ancient Rome was
one of the and in the, I'm going to click on
the Blade tool again and I'm going to blade
this clip in half. So I'm going to be
deleting this part. And now I pasted this
audio clip when it started again talking
about rich people in Rome. So now let's actually
see what we created. Ancient Rome is one of the richest civilizations
in history. Okay, richest
civilizations in history. And now it's going to be
talking about the poor people, and the next frame of
mind are the poor people. So what I'm going
to do is that I want to shorten this
clip right here. I'm gonna be clicking on
the blade tool, right? So B, slice this
clip in the middle, select this part, delete it. So now, when we're gonna be talking about
the poor people, they are actually going to be
demonstrated on the screen. Let's click again and let's play back to see
what we created. Ancient Rome is one of the richest civilizations
in history. But for its poorest residents, survival was a daily struggle. Amazing. So now
this part is done. I'm going to be clicking on this and trimming
down this clip. And let's see what it's going
to be talking about next. Imagine living in
Rome around 100 AD. So then it says, imagine
living in Rome around 180. But what I don't
like is this pause right here where
nothing really happens. So I'm going to be clicking
on this magnifying lens, zooming in our timeline, right? And what I want to
do is that I want to slice down and trim down
with the blade tool again, exactly what we have
been doing, right? This part and remove this part, which is just dead audio. So I bring this part of
the audio right here, and now we just shorten this gap that was
created with AI. Daily struggle. Imagine living
in Rome, around 100 AD. I like this. Let's
decrease the audio bit. Home? A cramped apartment. So imagine living
in Rome 180 100 AD. Your home? Your home. And then I
click. I blade this. I remove this to move to the home part, which
is playing right here. Around 100 AD. Your home? A cramped apartment, several
floors above the street. Yes, do the exact same thing. Every night, you face the same terrifying
possibility. Fire. Fire. Exactly. We blade this. We delete this, right? Terrifying possibility. And again, we have a short gap right here in
the audio section, so I want to trim this down. I click on the Blade
tool, clip here, clip here, delete this, fire. So what I did is that I
just shortened, again, some gaps that were
created with AI, right, from the AI text
to speech narration. And I think that just like that, we managed to sync our
audio with our video. So let's actually check
what we created out here from the
beginning, actually. Ancient Rome was one of the richest civilizations
in history, but for its poorest residents, survival was a daily struggle. Imagine living in
Rome around 100 AD. Your home a cramped apartment, several floors above the street. And every night, you face the same terrifying
possibility fire. And that's super
straightforward. I think this looks really good. I mean, the visual
elements are on point, the audio elements are on point, and we have a basic, again, draft of our video. Now, this is a radio
video that you can export and you can actually
upload on YouTube. Of course, in your
case, it would be a completely different niche. It would be a completely different depth on
the information that, you know, you will be
elaborating on with AI. That being said, there are
some tips and tricks that you can actually apply to
make this video way better. And this is what
we're going to be expanding on in the next, again, lessons of this class. So in the next lessons, I'm going to show you how to add graphics, how to add titles, how to add captions to
make your video better, how to add music, and also
how to add sound effects. So again, at this point, you can export this video
and go ahead and upload it. But if you stick around for
the final part of this class, I'm going to show
you how to actually perfect this video and give it way more chances to go viral
and hit the algorithm. So thanks so much
for being here. I'm going to sing
in the next lesson.
13. Creating AI Music & Polishing Your Final Video: Ladies and gentlemen,
I would like to welcome you to the
final module of this course right here
in which we're going to be enhancing our videos further. Now, up until this point, we talked about the
theoretical part of, again, AI educational
content creation. We talked about the four
pillars of a successful video. We talked about pacing, right? We talked about hook. We talked about the main
part of the video, giving examples and then having actually an engaging call to action at the end of
your video, right? Then we demonstrated
the power of a video, and we broken down actually a very successful AI
educational video together. And gradually we started
drafting our own videos. I showed you how to script, how to turn the script
into a shortlist, how to create a target avatar, brainstorm the dence problems
of your target atar to generate unlimited video
ideas for your content. And then we took
this shot list and I actually showed
you how to take this shot list and
create visual elements and auditory elements. Now, in this lesson right here, I'm going to actually
take this video that we drafted together
about Ancient Rome, which the example that I've chosen demonstrate for
this class right here. And I'm going to show
you how to actually add another layer on top of
what we've already created. More specifically, in
this lesson right here, I will show you how to
add music, sound effects, and captions to your video
to make it more engaging, to drive engagement, and boost
your retention this way. So enough with
this introduction, thank you so much
for being here and making it up until this
point of this class. And let's drive it
home with this lesson. So, this is the video that we created in the
previous lesson of this class, and let's just preview
it to make sure that we're on all on the
same page here. What we've created
is, again, visuals. This part right here are
the visuals of our video, which you can see, and audio. So it is AI created. Like the visuals are
created with AI, the audio is created with AI, and let's see what we have
done up until this point. Ancient Rome is one of the richest civilizations
in history, but for its poorest residents, survival was a daily struggle. Imagine living in
Rome around 100 AD. Home a cramped apartment, several floors above the street. And every night you face the same terrifying
possibility fire. Pretty straightforward.
Now, what can we tweak? The first thing that
I want to tweak is the audio layer of the video. And if you actually paid attention to the
preview of the video, you saw that the audio of this clip right here
is actually way, again, higher than
what I wanted to be. So let's check it one more time. History. Oops, I mean, interest. Audio here? It's in history. But for its poorest
So you can see that the background sound of this clip right here is
a bit more let's say, frustrating that we would like. So let's actually decrease
this to -7 decibels, and let's hear it one
more time. History. But for its poorest residents. Actually, a bit more. We need
to engage a bit more -12. Poorest residents. Survival
was a daily struggle. Imagine living in
Rome. Here, too. The same thing here,
-12. Let's see it. Imagine living in Rome,
around 100 AD. Your home? A cramped apartment, several
floors above the street. And every night you face the
same terrifying possibility. And the fire is a bit too much, so we're gonna decrease again, the decibels to -13 decibels
ad here at one time. Same terrifying possibility. Fire. So, this is a great video, and the cool part is that
the AI videos that we sourced from art list also
include sound effects, which means that we don't
need to manually go and add fire sound
effects here, right? Or people noise sound
effects here, or, again, someone building
sound effects here, right? All of the sound
effects are already installed on our video. But we're missing one layer, which is the layer
of background music. So let me show you how
to actually source background music
for your videos. It's super, super cool. We're going to be doing
is that we're going to be opening JAGPT on the same exact chat
that we have been engaging for all
this time, right? And what I want you
to prompt is this, I want you right, to create a prompt for an AI music track that will be played in the background
of this video. I don't want a song with lyrics. I want the optimal
background, again, music that will engage people
without distracting them. As you can imagine, we will be creating our music with AI, which is insane because
back in the day, what we do is that
I would tell you to open YouTube and search
for music tracks and then download
one music video right from YouTube and then
add it to your timelight. But now we can actually
create, again, the song ourselves,
right? Which is great. I think this is too much, right? The musical progression. I think it's too much. I think it's too much because it analyzes for every second. So again, the track
goes 0-5 seconds, five to 20 seconds, danger, intrigue, rising tension,
emotional tension. So I want, let's say, I want something more simple and basic that will be played
the background background. I want something more basic that we play in the background
because I think this is just too much
to create as a video. So create a subtle, cinematic, instrumental
background track for an educational documentary
about Ancient Rome. Use soft ambient strings, gentle atmospheric textures,
and a simple, steady rhythm. The music should feel slightly
mysterious, historical, and immersive,
creating curiosity without distracting
from the voiceover. If the melody minimal, the volume consistent, and the overall mood
calm but engaging. No dramatic buildups,
heavy percussion, sudden changes,
vocals or lyrics. Professionally documentary
style background music designed to play continuously
underneath narration. This is an amazing prompt. So what are gonna be doing now? Is that again, you should
open your AI of choice. In my case, again,
it is art list. And in our AI music section, I'm going to be
pasting my prompt, and this is the
prompt right here. So in the selection, we're
going to be using music. So music is selected. For the music creation, we're going to be
using Lira three Pro. In general, in this case, because music is super cheap
to create with AI tokens, you can use the best model. Lyrics, we want instrumental. So again, no lyrics
and auto genre. Let's click on Create and let's see our song come to life. And keep in mind that, again, the song helps us drive
emotion to the viewers. It shouldn't distract them. So I'm actually
super curious to see the sound that artist
will generate for us, and it shouldn't take more
than a few seconds for, again, the track
to be generated. So let's wait for
it to be generated, and we'll be back once the
track is ready to be reviewed. So track is ready. It literally took 2 seconds, and let's actually hear it. So it's this
track right here. I mean, it's super
straightforward, and it's exactly what we
asked for, which is crazy. It's just crazy that
we can literally custom create songs for
our videos nowadays. This just drives me insane. I've been in this
space for so long, and it's absolutely mind blowing to see all
these features. So, we download
our track, right? And what we do now
is that we just need to drag and drop it
to our timeline. So we drag and drop it
directly to our timeline, and here we have it right here. So if I click on Clay, the track should automatically
play with the video. Ancient Rome is one of the richest civilizations
in history. But for its pores press
survive was a daily struggle. Imagine. And there
you go. You have it immediately in your timeline. How better is this
video right now? Well, one thing that's kind
of a problem is the fact that the music is actually
overplaying above the narration. So what we want to
do is that we're going to be decreasing the length of the volume
of our background music. Let's hear the video
one more time. Ancient Rome was one of the richest civilizations
in history, but for its poorest residents, survival was a daily struggle. Imagine living in
Rome around 100 AD, your home, a cramped apartment, several floors above the street. And every night you face the same terrifying
possibility. Fire. And that was just so good. I think that this clip, this audio clip is just
so perfect for our video. I'm very, very happy. I'm very, very, very
happy and satisfied with this result right here.
I can't stop watching it. But let's actually add another layer that will keep our viewers more
engaged to this video. And this is the cap tunes
feature when GAP Dad just gives us so cool caption
features, you will be amazed. So click on captions. You click on captions, right? You go to add captions. I'm sorry, you go
to auto captions, right? You choose your language. It's English, right, and
you click on Generate. So now our video has
auto captions, right? So CapCut analyzed
the transcript of the AI voice that we used in our videos and
created these captions. Let's actually go ahead and fine tune these captions though, because they're not optimal. So if we go ahead and select
all of the captions that are here above all of
our visual layers, and as you can see again,
now we're populating our videos with more audio
and more visual layer. You can click on this
again, window right here. You will see on this window, this again, window
popped up, right? So if we go on captions, you will see the exact captions
of our video right here. And what we want to do now is that we want to
make them shorter. I don't want a huge
sentence being played here. I want two to three words. So ancient Rome, and then I'm going to click
on here and click on Enter to add another layer
of captions was one of the next one richest
civilizations in history, right? Next one, but for its next
one ors residence survival. Next one was a next
one daily struggle. Imagine living in Rome around 100 AD your home, a
cramped apartment, several floors above the street, and every night you face the
same terrifying possibility. Fire, right? So this is how your captions
should look like. You should divide them into, again, way shorter compartments. So if you go on text,
we will be able to change the font of our captions, which is something
that I really like. And to save you some time here, my favorite font
is pop ins, right? It's called Poppins. So if I
click on Pop ins and Enter, we'll just wait a bit,
and it's right here. So we click on pop ins. And now this is just
a better version of this cabin. It
just looks better. We can increase the font size.
Let's increase it there. Right? And what I
also like to do, which is kind of debatable, but I really like
to do it, actually, I go in background, and
I add a gray background. So I click on
background, you can see my captions have
now a background. So what I like to do
is that I want to add a gray color to my
background right here. You do this by sliding this
color cursor right here. And what I want to
also do is I want to round this rectangle right here. Do it at 37%. So now let's actually preview the new captions
that we have created. They look like this. Ancient Rome was one of the richest civilizations
in history. But for its poorest residents, survival was a daily struggle. Imagine living in
Rome around 100 AD, your home, a cramped apartment, several floors above the street. And every night you face the
same terrifying possibility. And I think this
looks really good. The final thing
that I would tweak here would probably
be the font size. So let me actually decrease the font size of these
captions to there. I think this is grade seven, so they're a bit smaller. And this video just looks
absolutely amazing. Let's go ahead and preview, again, the full video
that we created together. Ancient Rome was one of the richest civilizations
in history. But for its poorest residents, survival was a daily struggle. Imagine living in
Rome around 100 AD, your home, a cramped apartment, several floors above the street. Every night, you face the same terrifying
possibility fire. And I'm very, very satisfied
with this end result. Again, I think this was
absolutely awesome. You can keep expanding on the types of captions
that you add, the type of videos that you
add, the audio that you add. And, of course,
now that you know the standard operating procedure of creating a 22nd clip, like the one that
we created, you can create five minute videos, ten minute videos,
20 minute videos. It all comes down to how much
time and energy you want to actually spend into creating
your AI educational content. So thank you so much
for being here. I'm going to see
you in the final thank you message of this class.
14. Thank you message!: So thank you so much
for making it up until the end of this master class. Now, we really covered a lot of different things in the
previous lessons of this class. We started with the theoretical aspects of content creation. We broken down a
successful educational, again, AI produced video. Then we talked about
creating your script, outlining your target Ar, mapping out the ten core
problems of your target AR to generate unlimited
content ideas. And then we took
these content ideas, started drafting scripts,
short list from these scripts. We took our short
lists from GPT, and then we started generating the different layers
of our videos. We started with
the visual layer. I showed you how to source stock footage, how to turn any AI image to
a video and how to actually text-to-video
prompt with three different AI
solutions, right? Then we moved into the
audio layer of this class. I showed you how to
create text to speech, AI voiceovers, and
also how to create original music that is
tailored to your short list. Trust me, you know
all of the tools, you have all of the information
that you need to start producing quality AI
educational content out there. So the biggest tip that I
have to give you signing off with this class right
here is to actually take action, right? Try
it out yourself, get your hands dirty, start producing your videos, start refining your
videos and see how the market actually
absorbs your content. I am honored that you made
it up until this point, again, of this class right here, and you completed this class. And if you found
value in this course, I can guarantee
that you will find actually multiple different
courses on my profile, which you will also find
lots of value from. So again, thank you so much
for making it until the end, and I'm going to see you in
the next class that I create.
