we all have teh desire to find meaning in life

we can all have meaning even in the miserable of circumstances

eeverything can be taken form a man but one thing: the lost of the human freedoms- to choos ones attitude in any given set of circumstaces, to choose ones own way

when we no longer can change the situnation, we are forced to change ourselves

chooosing how to react to an evnironment, rather than letting the environment shape you entirely

you have to experiment all the time until you find your purpose

assignment3: when was the last time you had on opportunity to choose you own attitude?

when a car didnt stopo foor me to cross he raod, i have the choiose to feel frustrated or jsut keep walking,

if i have to go to school, i have the choise to study and enjoy my time or just hate it and be unenergiezed

just experience things

there is no magic recipe for finding happineess, for living according to your ikigai, but one key ingredient is the ability to reach this state of flow and, thhrough this state, to hove an optimal experience

strat to get flow

middle grownd froom difficulty - like a game

have a clear concrete oobjective, make it like a video game, caampass over map, a map is too coompleccated, have balance, have a target

concentrate one single task - like a game never multitask

  1. dont look at screens before going too and right after leavig you bed
  2. trun off your phone before trying to achieeve flow
  3. chooose a day of the week for technology fasting
  4. go too the cafe tat dosnt have ewifi and jsut enjoy the moment
  5. read and respond to emails only once or twice per day
  6. promodoro technique
  7. start yoru work sessions with a ritual you enjoy, and end it with a reward
  8. work in a space where you cant be distrcted
