my decluttering
my thoughts over this course:
1.unfollow or mute acounts that no longer bring me joy.
2.color code my google calender to also see if i'm setting time to things that bring me joy.
3. have a physical journal for tasks and birthdays.
4.make a "things i've accomplished" list. or a "joy list". to celebrate my wins.
5. download an app to keep all my "want to read's".
