thank you so much for this class. I'm still struggling with the strawberry shortcake (i kinda give up too, and move on to the other one) and the jam textures. At least, it's way much better than my strawberry shortcake's from last January 😂😂 

 

I changed the color a lil bit because i don't have terre verte, but olive green; no quin sienna or sepia too. And I also experimenting with underpainting for these cakes
