You're very welcome, glad to hear things are well. I like playing around with letter forms as well. I've built a few simple fonts for a couple projects lately, and doing these exercises gives me more ideas for how type can work. 

I'm lookinng forward to more student projects as well!

That's awesome, when you said that you created fonts, I'm seeing potential logotypes from these exercises or some special made drop caps for layouts... Unlimited possibilities (:
