Thanks Dawn. I like the idea of smoothing out the corners. My handwriting is not the greatest, so I printed out the text. It was fun to do...these cards are for me. Now I'm working on a set using your suggested affirmations for the perfect Birthday Gift. Thought I would leave a few blank to allow the birthday girl to fill in what has personal meaning to them. Thanks for this fab course!

Your cards look beautiful and I love that you've even taken the time to print out your text for each one - they look very professional! I can see that you've also laminated each card, great idea. You could try curving the edges with a pair of scissors without losing the seal of the laminate, that will bring a softer edge to your card and echo your designs, which may feel nicer to hold. Well done Gillian, I hope you've really enjoyed the whole creative process - one that keeps on giving. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely work :-)

Beautiful, I'm loving your patterns! It's always lovely for me to see students work - I would not have thought to put those colour combinations together, it's such a subtle palette and I really like it. Who's the student here? Nice for me to learn too. Can't wait to see the finished cards Gillian :-)
