Winding down
This was the perfect charming short class I needed after several weeks of working very intensely on my own first Skillshare class about Mark Making with Everyday Objects (https://skl.sh/3v9Lqtp).
I have always wanted to try single line drawing but haven't really done so before. It is absolutely relaxing because you have to closely observe the object you are drawing and since you are drawing in a single line you have to follow the outlines of your object and slowly work your way around. And also I like the concept of not being able to correct things.
Since I didn't want to get my watercolors out I decided to try it with two brush pens I had at hand, which worked very nicely. I think I will do a few more over the next days, to figure out the shading and coloring a little bit better.

I finally had time to do a few more of those drawings. I try to work on using the color more sparingly and I still struggle with the shading/hatching. But I like how everything looks a bit wonky.
