I used this page to gently reflect on how last week felt and to clear the small things that were still sitting in my mind. Writing everything down helped me release the mental clutter without judging myself.

I kept the focus simple and realistic. Instead of trying to fix everything, I chose one small, kind intention for the week ahead.

This practice helped me feel lighter and more grounded. It feels like a soft reset rather than a strict plan, and I really appreciate how calming that feels.
