This class on sketching and painting an autumn scene and natural objects was inspiring though I had trouble with painting a scene of my own.  (I ended up adding ink.)  Despite that, I love how Barbara always encourages us to draw what we love and not just copy what she is making that day.  It makes me feel like I am documenting things around me and not just learning how to do art.
