Thanks, Joanne! Oh... I'm so sorry about what you said about the salt. Have you tried it on different types of paper? I think the humidity of the paper when you apply the salt is one of the keys. Not too much water, not too dry: just moist! This time I used fine table salt. With coarse salt, the effect is different.
