Another awesome class by Will.  This one was a bit of a challenge as there were so many different areas to paint. I feel like I could have done better with the water reflections and shoreline but I am mostly happy with the final result.  I would like to try painting this again in gouache or Gansai Tambi opaque watercolors.

 

2nd attempt at painting this scene following the tutorial using gouache instead of watercolors.  It was definitely a different experience as I had never painted a gouache landscape before. There are many things I would do differently if I tried it again.
