I have *really* enjoyed taking time to practice the art of paying attention! 

I especially love viewfinders and any time drawing can be incorporated.

I find myself in a phase where I'm in the same spaces a lot. I think using these activities to help me investigate these familiar spaces in deeper ways has been really helpful to know there is still lots of inspiration and joy to here. Maybe I am familiar with all of the objects in a room, but what about their qualities? I've walked and seen the same 5 blocks between work and home but what about the smells that change every day? I am excited to have a refreshed set of tools for observation. an
