I experimented with a few twists on the original, playing with different brushes, effects and styles. The story twist on my image is based on the 2002 game Spyro the Dragon: Enter the Dragonfly. In the game, there is one level where Spyro finds treasure in the Thieves Den, however the barrels of treasure are magically enchanted to stand up and run away when you get too close, so they are tricksters. The obvious story is that Spyro has found treasure, and the subtle story is that the barrel of treasure is about to run away and cause trouble.
