I turned a pad of watercolor paper into two small sketchbooks. I didn’t make covers—I’ll paint on them later! 

One note: don’t use waxed thread for watercolor sketchbooks. It will run off on pages and make waterproof areas. I learned that the hard way. I think in the future I’ll use hemp cord of the dirt used for jewelry making.
