I work with e-commerce and marketing, and I use Todoist as my main place to plan and keep track of everything.

How I use it

Most tasks start in my Inbox. I add a due date (and a deadline if needed) and move it to the right project. I also sync Todoist with my calendar, and I can send tasks straight from Outlook email into Todoist, which saves a lot of time. If a task needs reference material, I attach PDFs or images in the comments so I don’t have to search for them later. 😊

Thanks for the class, it was a great quick reset for my workflow. I’m excited to explore Airtable and Slack more soon. 💕
