To journal or not to journal
As somebody who's bullet journaled one way or another for years, I enjoyed the class very much. The addition of actual journaling is great!
That being said, after having kids, I kept l keep falling off the band waggon and writing my own calendar by hand was getting pretty annoying through the years.
Here are some layouts that eventually started empty:

(the three columns are for the family members)

Eventually, I kept having to migrate tasks again and again. I also had either too much or too little space to write what I needed.
I was also growing frustrated with having to have a separate place for photos and memorabilia (which are now for the whole family and don't really fit in my private journal). It's just a time investment that I can't make anymore, so I'm looking for a way to adapt all of this to my current life situation.
ATM I've fallen back to a modular style. I still have one of those note books with all the collections and rolling notes, journal entries, and whatnot. There's even space for my LO's drawings:

In the back I keep a separate mini calendar for appointments. I still have to find a way of assigning tasks to certain days without falling into the whole migration loop again.
I'd love to hear everybody's experiences and opinions two years on.
