Time Management

Thanks for the course.  I had already implemented scheduling my email, since I realized that I was too engrossed too often in emails that didn't mean much and took way too much time.  My organization won't allow us to add plug-ins, like the boomerang you mentioned, so I just turned off all email notifications.  I also routinely just close outlook.

From this course, I was reminded that effective calendar blocking works.  So, I started by blocking off my week.  Once I find the right mix, I'll move that blocking out for future weeks.  Now, I just need to get my co-workers using the calendars, but that's part of the organization change you mentioned and will be a lot harder than implementing ideas for myself.
