My takeaways ~'Realizing a smaller amount of time per day spent creating is OK, and the importance of keeping that momentum daily - which leads to a larger portfolio and a more defined signature style. Incremental progress - this more gradual approach is more sustainable - and offers much-needed balance and self-care...relationships and other interests are just as important...do I still have other interests? ; ) It is OK to rest!
Moving forward, I am focusing on creating daily (for shorter periods of time), recommitting to regular exercise, and making peace with incremental growth and progress.
