Hi Adrien! Thank you very much for posting your project and your very kind review! You are now taking part in the give away! Awesome, that you liked the class (and the humor) so much ^^ The ring is very unique and designed in an interesting way.At first, I thought it was a spider on top! Forgive me for not noticing a bird right away!  I think this design would work also very well with a stone in the center of the ornament. I like how there are so many details on this ring. Different shapes and lines give it an intriguing appeal. All in all, I think it would be great to have a follow up design, where you play with some other shapes as well! If I may ask, you mentioned "more actionable" in the review, if you like, please elaborate further on that here! Would love to know what you think. I wish you a good Christmas time, All the bestGesa

Hey Gesa, sorry for the late reply. I'm glad you like the ring. There is still a lot of things I want to do with it. So, I'll definitely be posting a updated version soon. The bird in the middle was supposed to be the same bird from your older Blender class. But mine didn't turn out as polished lol Regarding your question on being more "actionable". This in no way means you weren't actionable enough or didn't inspire me to take action. This is simply something I think can always be improved on by any teacher. For example, lets say a teacher is sculpting something in Blender, and they come across something tedious they have to do to finish their design. Instead of them playing music over that particular tedious part and speeding the video up I would rather see every second of them do it. More "action" I guess you could say. Hi Adrien! Hey, no worries, I also don't manage to answer always super quickly :D I am looking forward to seeing any new developments on your design! Often, when we start out with a certain idea, we realize that it doesn't really come out as we envisioned it once it is out of the head. That is a true step in the artistic process. Iteration, re-visiting...all plays a super important part in creating something new. And it is where we learn the most by being challenged to take the next steps. I really appreciate your response regarding my question, and I understand that it might be a good idea not to speed over any of the steps in order to make things even more comprehensible. Thank you very much! So, I finally had the time to add an "upgraded" ring. Although I didn't get to finish rendering it. I kinda like how it turned out.

Hi Adrien, thanks a lot for sharing the new version with me! I have to say, this looks quite unusual! The way it appears in the render it reminds me of some alien artefact that is glowing with or producing some strange energy! Interesting work!
