Thanks so much for this great class Tabitha!  I found the blocking idea really useful, I have a blind on my window that served as a perfect block to the amount of light and shadow into my subject.   

I made some toast with Sour Dough bread, cream cheese, ham, rosemary, pomegranate seeds for some sweetness and some Truffle salt to finish it off.  They were delicious!
