Teenage Problems

Teenage Problems - student project

Ever suffered from a sudden anxiety attack when you were vibing alone?
Even after getting good grades, do you still feel unsatisfied?
Do you feel anxiety when you interact with people?
Teenage is Athlone? Between 13 and 19, but due to the release of different hormones, we face different problems even at 25. In this age, we suffer from anxiety, vomiting, oversweating, sleep disorders, social anxiety, headaches, sexual arousal, and sometimes panic attacks too. Isn't it?
Well, all this occurs due to the release of different harmones like GnRh (GONADO TROPIC RELEASING HARMONE), which stimulates the Alpha cells of the anterior pituitary gland and releases LH and FSH (FOLLICLE STIMULATING HARMONE AND LUTEINIZING HORMONE), which not only cause the release of the menstrual cycle but are also responsible for oestrogen and progesterone.
Oestrogen is responsible for secondary sexual characteristics in females, while testosterone is in males. On the other hand, other hormones like estradiol and androgen also release and cause the development of other characters too, like deepening of voice and formation of a moustache.
Harmones such as Growth Harmone and Thyroid Harmone play a role in the human body's transient anabolic rate and growth. These hormones all have their primary and main roles, which I mentioned above, but they also have other roles, like the overrelease of oestrogen and testosterone, which causes bulimia nervosa.
Further, this bulimia nervosa causes a deficiency in the release of tension hormones like epinephrine and cortisol. Epinephrine, cortisol, and serotonin regulate our moods and emotions. Disruption in them causes disruption in the brain's chemical messengers, which later causes anxiety.
Dopamine is a reward hormone. We often feel sadness or even unhappiness due to its low release.
Similarly, serotonin is responsible for our appetites and sleep; on the other hand, melatonin is also a sleep hormone; light triggers its release from the pineal gland, but darkness suppresses it, and its release at night disrupts our sleeping cycle. That's why it's normally said that we have to go to sleep early and decrease the screening time; too much screening time at night triggers the release of melatonin, and we suffer from low sleep and sleep disturbance disorders.
Oxytocin is love harmony; it builds relationships like trust, sympathy, and attraction like physical affection. Distrubance in its release causes sexual dissatisfaction, anxiety, depression, a feeling of less joy, sexual arousals, alcohol use, and autism.
Endorphins are responsible for relieving pain. I like it as a pain reliever. Its level can increase and decrease when we're involved in rewarding states like sexual activity and exercise.
How can we boost their release? Exercise, meditation, massage, music listening, and eating protein-rich foods can all boost Dopamine levels.
Oxytocin can increase its level through touch, like pets, giving compliments, and connecting with others.
Serotonin can be increased through exercise, vitamin B, sun exposure, and nature walks.
Endorphins are produced by eating dark chocolate, laughing, and exercising.

I hope so. It's enough to answer all the questions teenagers have.
Happy Healing.
