THE LAST CIGARETTE

HOOK: Is this the last cigarette? What are the chances I'll say it again?

SETUP: Many smokers suffer in silence and isolate themselves when it comes to their vice. I was stuck there for a few years, growing frustrated that I was being controlled by a cigarette. And all this time I was aware I was harming myself, BUT not enough to actually do something about it. You try all sorts of new tricks, precisely so you don't have to give up on the little hungry monster: nicotine! BUT, what if I offered you the solution I found?

BUILD: All this time I felt like I was running away from myself, BUT I finally found myself again. Every day I chose my cigarette partner: nicotine to agitate my thoughts, instead of calming them down. So I chose to do everything differently, and I felt: Self-esteem Well-being Motivation. Things that were right there in my mind, BUT smothered by the cigarette. The moment I discovered them, I said: I can do anything I set my mind to! This is where my story began. In January 2026, I told myself I was going to quit smoking. And so I did. Therefore, without putting pressure on myself, I chose to do my research, to read as much as possible about this vice. And I am not going to call it a habit. HOWEVER, I realized something: I too used to think I couldn't quit, and I was envious of others. I too believed in the brainwashing of those around me. I too believed I could no longer break this chain. And the escape is to destroy the chain. How? There are 2 reasons why you are probably still smoking: 1 - Physical nicotine addiction 2 - Brainwashing

CHANGE: As Allen Carr says, smokers remain captive for these reasons, but the brainwashing is the real reason people continue to smoke. Beliefs like: a cigarette relaxes me, helps me concentrate, brings me pleasure, I can't have my coffee without a cigarette, or quitting is a sacrifice.

You are not giving something up. You are actually setting yourself free!

REFLECTION: That was the moment I smoked my last cigarette, only this time I chose to smoke it consciously! To feel the taste, the smell, and the physical effects in my body at that exact moment. I realized that it doesn't help with anything, that I was just fooling myself. And this is a video to remind even myself why I quit! That is why you shouldn't put pressure on yourself; just think about it and do your research. Then realize you can do something better with yourself, your money, and your time. So? What do you say to that?
